An employee with long hair looked at me the whole time and talked to me in a strange way, so it was a very strange guy and it was ok to eat

Food was ok. Employees were generally okay, except for one younger employee with long brown hair who constantly stared at you strangely while eating. You immediately didn't feel comfortable anymore.

Ordered 3 cheeseburgers on drive. Staff were quite quick and friendly, but the burgers were only lukewarm considering they were freshly prepared!?

McDrive a disaster. Long ordering process. People don't come from the Quark. If you're ordering by the kilo for the family, go to the store and order at the counter and don't stop McDrive because we just want a burger and a Coke. The other day I waited in the car for almost half an hour until the person in front of me got his “half a pig on toast”. And then his pests wanted some ice cream. Really Asian.

Absolutely not recommended, food was cold, half the order was missing and the burgers were cold. The cheese on the burgers wasn't even remotely melted, as was the wrong drink with my daughter's Happy Meal. The table and the changing room were totally dirty, and the changing room was also full of dust. I recommend you not to eat or order here. 😠👎🏻 By the way, we had to wait well over 30 minutes for our food.

First you wait 30 minutes then the order is wrong and incomplete...so once and never again.. if I could I would give zero stars....😡

With every order something is missing and you then have to chase after it. You are then ignored at the counter and have to intervene forcefully. I don't really feel like I'm understood either. A collection of incompetent employees that you rarely see. Never again!

Top service. We were just there with a larger group of children and received really good and extra service. Super nice staff. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Definitely the best mäcces we have visited with the children so far! Gladly again! Very good. I would like to give more stars, because unfortunately you don't experience something like that often these days and you don't get served like that anymore! Thanks to your team! Keep it up.

The food tasted like any other McDonald's. The service was good. The atmosphere was very unpleasant.

Unfortunately really bad. Every time you stop, something is not there. No ice cream, no shake... The food is often cold and hard. The MA in Drive is extremely unfriendly and the word please is a foreign word. The Drive then simply says: Ancestors! So if I'm not about to starve, I'd rather drive to the next MC.

I ordered 2 Big Macs, both cards without salad, without sauce and for one I also ordered meat and cheese that didn't have any extra karm on it either. Be sure to make sure that everything is in the right place in your bag and that the right thing is on the citizen.

Like every McDonald's 😁 You can do it but you have to Service for an ass with just one question the employee was already overwhelmed as to whether you could still get the food to the table even though you didn't take table service 😉😄 McDonald's should slowly consider German courses for a bonus perhaps

McDonald's only tastes like cardboard... no longer the old mc'd

First of all... sorry I can only give 1 star. This visit would definitely have needed a minus rating. First of all, a little tip: It's better to drive 5km further to Posthausen, where you're much better off at McDonalds (you can easily make up for the travel time thanks to the faster service). When you come in you notice that the order boards are almost directly in the door and directly in front of the tablet tray, so you are constantly being jostled by the service staff when they want to empty the tablet tray. It wasn't particularly tidy or cleaned, there was rubbish everywhere on the floor. Well, it's time to order. This was done as usual at the order boards, I wanted to pay with a card but then it started. Enter the three-digit number... well... where are the little stands with the numbers? Not a single one there, I had to quickly find one from a table myself. Ordered and looked for a table. Some tables were not cleared or wiped down. Now we sat there for 30 minutes and had steam, but no food in sight. If you went to the counter and asked, you received the answer: "Yes, your order is coming soon." I had to repeat this game three times (as did various other customers) until I got my food. Accordingly, after 50 minutes of ordering, I finally had my food... cold! And the only excuse we got was the statement from the operations manager: “I’ve only been here for a while and there was chaos.” The question is, since just now? I've been watching the play for almost an hour. Well, waited forever, unfriendly service, food cold and wrong! Burger was ordered without cucumber, instead you got a burger that had been kept warm for ages. The only good thing about my visit was the car wash next door. This branch is absolutely not recommended, rather go to Posthausen!

If you don't have time, just get out of here. Just wanted coffee and a sweet thing with it. After 40 minutes we asked for our money back. That doesn't work for them at all

The customer area is pretty dirty, and you can quickly remove the worst of it from the floor while it's running. Waiting over 30 minutes for a few burgers is really long. Especially when, after the second complaint, I was looking for something to keep warm, everything was there. But keeping it warm doesn't seem to work either. The food was only lukewarm, not even lukewarm. We would have been better off going to a restaurant, it would probably have been quicker and warmer. The staff is totally overwhelmed and unfriendly. Therefore only three stars although I would deduct two more for the food. Then it's better to drive longer or leave it altogether.

We were given the wrong food twice. Then the order was brought incorrectly and annoyed because you wanted the right food. Staff very overwhelmed. If you don't feel like doing your job, you should do something else:

The food came straight from the warming plate. Overall, the restaurant was very dirty, with dirt on the table legs indicating that at best the machine had been driven through there. The smell in the toilets was almost unbearable. Not a nice stay.

If you're not hungry, you've come to the right place. Five cars in MC Drive and the employees are completely overwhelmed. You stand in line for minutes and not even a hint, dead silence. Now really the last time.

This is by far the slowest and dirtiest McDonald's in the region. The toilet smells bad, the paper is empty and the floor sticks like a subway toilet in Berlin. Every time the order is incomplete or incorrect. The employees try hard but that doesn't make you feel any better. Rancid, disgusting...

As usual, delicious food, highly motivated staff, clean rooms. Gladly again.

I would prefer to give 0 stars! The burgers look like a 5 year old was allowed to let off steam... Very, very bad!! You order something at 11 p.m. and feel like you're the only customer and yet half your order is missing. I'll never eat in this juice shop again

Forgot the burger in the McSmart menu...

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They help people at the terminal even when the landing is really full. They also help if there are problems with the app. I have never seen such a friendly team that helps as much as they can.

After ordering, we had to wait in an empty McDonald's for over 30 minutes for an order that was standing behind the counter the whole time but wasn't given out, the coffee, burger and wrap were all already cold. The employees stood around and talked about private matters and didn't even try to look where our order was (we were the only ones waiting) for half an hour!!

Well...McDonald. You can do this every few months. 🙂

A little slow and even though it was an online order the drink was forgotten.

If there were minus stars, this McDonald's would deserve it. Dirt everywhere, and the breakfast wasn't good either.

Unfortunately I have to write this complaint now because this is the third terrible experience in this McDonald's within 4 weeks! I took some food home with my girlfriend yesterday and was disappointed. As is often the case, we had to wait around 20 minutes for our food; the employees were completely overwhelmed, uninterested and unfriendly. As always, the store was incredibly dirty, the floor was sticky and there was trash everywhere. When we got home, our food was cold. My Big Mac was missing the cheese and my nugget pack only had 4 nuggets instead of 6. The sauces were also missing. I'm really disappointed with this experience.

Something gets forgotten every time you get something to take away!! You should check very carefully whether everything is in the bag (spoiler: it definitely isn't). When you have collected everything together at the end, the quality is as you would expect from Mecces.

Paid at 9 a.m., coffee arrived quickly. The food after almost 30 minutes. Busy? No. Not even 1/4 of the tables occupied... Fast food and service are different.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. I saw an employee washing the dishes without detergent and sponge. Instead, the dirt was simply wiped off with your fingers. Absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. This shouldn't happen with such a big company!

Too much waiting time. Nobody remove picked orders from the screen. We wait about 20 minutes for 6 nuggets and 2 cheeseburgers.

At the entrance, I was greeted with a smile by a staff member, although it was one o'clock in the morning😌, the toilet was very clean (free), my drink was prepared quickly and it was incredibly tasty "dark chocolate with oat milk" I recommend trying it [it is not available in NL🫠]

I only ordered a coffee and had to wait almost 20 minutes. The employees had private conversations with each other. Were unmotivated and didn't feel comfortable. I ordered a salad for almost €5. What did I get? Just lettuce leaves, no tomatoes, no nothing, like other McDonald's stores. Never again!!

We waited over 20 minutes for 4 breakfast burgers! 2 burgers were immediately prepared and placed in the bag. When I asked 10 minutes later whether my other two burgers were ready, I was told that they would be prepared immediately and that it would take about 6 minutes. 2 burgers were cold, 2 were warm and after over 20 minutes we were finally able to leave the store. Never again!

Well, I'll put it this way... from experience, first checked the bag to see if the right thing was in it, but unfortunately didn't look into the boxes themselves. My citizen only consisted of a patty...they forgot the bun 😅😭

I went to this McDonald's around 2 o'clock tonight and unfortunately had a very mixed experience. When we arrived the checkout systems were rebooting and we were told it would only take a few minutes. However, those "few minutes" turned into almost ten, while other cars were already waiting behind us, so we couldn't drive back. After I was finally able to order, it turned out that card payment was not possible - and I was only told that at the checkout. Since I didn't have any cash with me, everything was further delayed. We had to wait another few minutes, which is anything but pleasant in the middle of the night. The food was at least very warm, which is of course a plus. However, the Nuggets were better. Overall it was a pretty disappointing visit, especially because of the long wait and unclear communication

Food was ready quickly and deliciously fresh

It just can't be. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews beforehand. 1. No table tents and therefore no table service 2. The muffin was old! Dried up! 3. Unfriendly, at least the lady - but she was pushy! 4. All other reviews pass!

Fries were already there ready, extremely soggy. Drinks filled way too early. Simply disgusting. Staff extremely unfriendly. I don't have to go back.

The service can only be rated with 0 stars! Half of it is missing, you obviously have to get out of the car to get what's missing and then the service is extremely unfriendly!!! Not the first time this has happened! The service and friendliness of some of the employees was terrible! It's a shame, but unfortunately it has to be said that way! It's better to drive a little further, not to Achim!

I have rarely experienced such slow and unmotivated employees. Simply driving off the highway and grabbing something quick to eat definitely doesn't work here. Recommendation to all travelers: find another place to go for your stop!

Unfortunately, I had bad experiences on the last 3 visits, regardless of whether there was a lot or little going on. On all 3 visits, part of the order was always missing and some was lukewarm. Drinking in happy meal was forgotten in one order, in the second order the drinking in happy meal and my cheeseburger were forgotten again and in the third order the fries, 2 burgers and a cola were missing. It's just not looked at properly and released quickly. Table service is no longer nice either. We were there and paid with a card but there were no signs anywhere that you could sit down at the place and the food would be brought. Despite table service, we had to wait at the counter for it to be finished. Otherwise, we were always happy with the visits, but this has been going on for almost 4 months now, which is why we rarely visit the restaurant anymore

It's unbelievable that you're not even greeted at two counters at the drive in after 10 minutes. People who speak and understand German should work there. I think that is essential for this task.

We've been to this McDonald's three times now and three times we didn't get what we ordered. Furthermore, very unfriendly 1 star but only because you have to give one.

The worst McDonald's I've ever experienced! I waited half an hour for the food, when I asked at the counter (first had to look for the only German-speaking employee) I was told that the order had unfortunately been lost and that they would try it now! After another half hour and a lot of excitement on my part, at least burgers and drinks arrived for 4 out of 6 people (3 wrong burgers) and after another ten minutes the missing burgers and the side dishes arrived! Not a word of apology! Last time I was there! The area management would have a lot to do! Oh yes, the kitchen also looked like a mess, you could literally eat off the floor if you wanted!

The decor is quite nice, but unfortunately that doesn't detract from the hygiene and service. When I put the tray away, a whole swarm of flies came towards me. We had to wait 25 minutes for coffee and croissants, even though the shop was almost empty. The toilets were terrible... It's a shame everything used to be better. Now I don't drive the MC anymore.

The fact that you have to check at the drive whether everything you ordered is in the bag has been this way for years. But now you have to count the chicken nuggets here too, forgetting 2 out of 20 is really an achievement. 1 star because you don't even think it's necessary to respond to a complaint by email.

A burger like from a picture book, when I opened the cardboard box I was very amazed, the burger looked like it did on the advertising posters, it was the best McDonald's burger I've ever had so far, even when I took a bite it was TOP, super fresh and Served hot, something I've never experienced before. Unfortunately, I was given old cheeseburgers that had probably been sitting on the side for a while and were already cold. Cheese and ketchup were therefore only on one half of the burger because they slipped over from the other half.

Cheese and chicken burgers limp and lukewarm. Pizza pockets are soft, the filling tastes only vaguely reminiscent of pizza. Every normal snack bar makes this better.

We picked up something in Mcdrive today, and afterwards I wanted to exchange the toy for my son because we had ordered it via the app. The employee at the counter then complained to me that it wasn't his problem and that he couldn't help it that the app didn't show the Playmobil animals even though they were still in stock. According to him, an exchange after ordering is not possible and I should be happy with my order. The burgers were packaged so badly that all of the cheese on my cheeseburger was stuck to the paper.

Not nice, but hunger drove it in...If I had known beforehand how dirty and sticky it was, I wouldn't eat the hamburger there anymore. Was served incorrectly 4 times. Had to wait 25 minutes. There are no qualified people preparing the food there. Everything is slapped on top and everything is fine. No napkins or wet wipes 😭 Nobody really knows how citizens are made. You order and don't get what you ordered. Nobody is really the leading person there. A few people can't even speak German with you. Everyone works the way they want. In the store itself, the employees slide as if they were standing on soft soap... Everything is full of fat. 😢 The whole floor is finished. And the kitchen itself is not OK. You can see that everything is full of fat. Even the entrance from the back sticks to the floor like Velcro. I never thought it would be so disgusting. I won't eat there again for a while. Normally the health department would have to check this.... You pay a lot of money and maybe you get sick. McDonald's tastes good but if you see that there. No thanks.... A 45 minute wait is now completely normal on the weekend. Then half is still missing. Well, there is another way

The floor in the counter area is greasy and very slippery, order terminals are broken. There are almost no signs for table service… After 50 minutes the ordered food arrived. The fries were cold, the extras ordered for the burgers were missing and vegetarian nuggets came instead of a chicken and cheese box. When the complaint was made, the staff became very rude. Apparently the restaurant is understaffed and simply overwhelmed by the number of guests. This store is definitely not worth visiting.

I have never seen a store where the waiting times are so long. (We ordered at 7:20 p.m. and only received the order after 8 p.m.) The burgers are in the display and are not packed, the personnel management is a disaster.

The place was full and we ordered 3 regular menu items. After 40 minutes, 1 menu came and we had a question for the waitress. Unfortunately, she couldn't speak any German at all... We weren't even able to communicate with our hands and feet... The other orders were a long time coming and after exactly 1 hour, I wanted to ask... One look into the kitchen was enough to see that, despite the restaurant being full, no one was really working. Many of the staff were just daydreaming and two seemed clearly amused by the presence of disgruntled customers desperately waiting for their food. When I asked, I finally got my food in a fit of cramps but, who would have thought, the sauces were missing... When I asked further what was going on with the sauces, which would be a damn move, the employee turned around and after observing for a long time I realized that he thinks it makes more sense to talk to his colleague in Arabic...for minutes!!! After another 20 minutes of desperately trying to get my sauces we left! Why do restaurants hire people who work in service but really don't speak a single word of German???? Where does this lead? Thank you for this wonderful service, thank you for nothing! Never again

Waited for well over half an hour. Then our number from the self-service terminal was simply deleted from the display. When we asked them about it, we were simply ignored. Money back, was also ignored with reference to processing. Then get: Everything lukewarm to very cold. Ambiance: only annoyed customers and overwhelmed staff. But the toilet was clean.

We have actually enjoyed coming here for many years. But for some time now, hygiene has left a lot to be desired. The floor was sticky all over the area, there were leftover food and (toilet?) paper under the tables. The toilets, especially the floors, were dirty and smelled of urine. The food was okay, the milk coffee was delicious. The long waiting time was due to the Sunday afternoon with the sports groups. Complete understanding for that.

Waited 37 minutes for 4 things on a Friday lunchtime after my order went missing twice.

After waiting 37 minutes for 1 burger, apple turnover, MC flurry and an MC Sunday, I had to remind the workers twice that I wanted my food as soon as it would be almost ready...

The only fast food restaurant, which is almost perfect, within 25 km! Keep it up!

A standard McDonald's. Unfortunately, this time I had to wait a long time for my food because they had probably made a mistake with my citizen and then didn't find the right petty (crispy chicken). When I got my food, my friends were already ready, but that Staff handled the situation very well.

My friend waited an hour for his food and then got yelled at because he went to ask for his food.

Waiting time on Sunday evening was catastrophically longer than 30 minutes. Table service with only 10 signs unavailable for 90% of guests. Staff: “We cannot offer table service because our signs were stolen.” The restaurant is understaffed. What a pity. A nicer McDonald's in terms of premises.
