A large, spacious restaurant with outdoor tables under umbrellas in case of rain. Friendly service, large photo prints on the walls, and a friendly atmosphere. I recommend it. 😋🇩🇪🙋✨️🌞

The burgers are now super fresh, and a staff member or possibly the branch manager came to each table to ask if everything was to our satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised!

I went to McDonald's with my daughter around 8:15 p.m. today because we wanted to quickly get a burger (double cheeseburger without pickles) using the app. The McDonald's drive-thru was empty, and it didn't seem to be busy inside either. I had already paid in advance via PayPal, so I was told to drive straight to the second window. I waited there for at least 10 minutes for a single burger; no one even came to tell me it might take a while. After 10 minutes, an employee came to the window and handed me a packed bag. I told her it wasn't mine and I had only ordered the one burger, and she walked away. She came back five minutes later and said, "A double cheeseburger without pickles, enjoy your meal." I drove away and then looked in the bag. There, I found a double cheeseburger that didn't have a label saying "no pickles" on it, as usual. So I looked inside the burger, and lo and behold, as expected, there were pickles on it. I seriously wondered if she was playing me, and most importantly, maybe my daughter is allergic to pickles????!!!?!?!?! Thanks for nothing! If it hadn't been so late, I would have turned around and "put" the burger on the counter for her...

We stopped by this branch today to get coffee and cocoa. The staff there were incredibly friendly and made the wait much more pleasant with their open and welcoming manner. Especially the gentleman at the food and drink counter.

Thank you for not serving me. I particularly liked the fact that I had to wait a long time and was then forgotten.

McDonald's is simply losing ground in Germany. They're cutting back on heating costs! It was pretty cold in the branch. They're also constantly cutting back on staff, which means you're now waiting longer for your meal.

Well, I felt comfortable all around. There were only two employees at 11:30, and even though it wasn't busy, they both seemed pretty stressed. Another employee would have been a good addition. The employees who were there were extremely nice. The food was solid. I had something from the breakfast menu for the first time, and it was delicious. The other items were fresh. The place is very well-maintained, and even the restrooms seem to have had graffiti removed, which I haven't seen at other MCD branches.

I would be interested to know if it looks like this in the back of the kitchen

First of all, I would like to stress that I have understanding and great respect for people who work in the catering industry these days. But what is going on with you these days is simply not acceptable. Admittedly, it was relatively busy today and it took a long time. I understand, but if you haven't received your food (= 2 regular burgers + mashed potatoes + sauces) 36 minutes after ordering and paying with the app, and then you ask about it and are not helped properly, I find that pretty cheeky. After I politely asked the second employee if she knew of a solution for me, she told me my order was no longer there because it had been too long. Excuse me? How could the order be gone? :-D She asked me for the receipt, which of course I don't have (ordered via the app), but I told her she could see it on my phone. She said that wasn't possible and that she would ask her supervisor what to do. Then she told me to write it down and gave me the back of the advertisement and a pen.... :-D So far, so (un)pleasant. While I was writing that down, a teenager came along and complained about his Coke because there was a strainer or something similar floating in it. He was then given a new Coke without an apology... What kind of situation is this? Well, while I was still standing there, I saw that my delivery was about to be brought. The person who brought the order then criticized me for standing at the counter with my table number and not sitting in the dining area. I preferred to spare myself the discussion about why I was standing there, because after all, my order had supposedly disappeared :-D While eating at the table, I learned that several other people had to wait a similar amount of time... Really... I understand if it takes a little longer. But if this is normal for you - cheers... Then you shouldn't be surprised why customers often stay away from restaurants....

McDonald's is a good addition for me when I'm traveling and need something quick. I had the Big M on the menu and was more than full. It was also very quick. Respect for the employee and his coolness, because one guest, and especially his wife, couldn't be quick enough. A freshly baked croissant is just what you need, and he tried to explain. Respect, I wouldn't have had such a good time with that nonsense...

I actually really like going there when I'm going to Hanover or on the way back. Today I was there again, and for the last time. First of all, we had to wait 25 minutes for the food. The numbers didn't match, and the staff were running around like they were on tenterhooks. Of course, it was full - Sunday evening - vouchers,... But I'm sorry, that's just how you have to expect it.🤷🏻‍♀️ My husband got his milkshake after 15 minutes (ordered separately) and I had to wait another 10 minutes. People who ordered later got theirs sooner. Endlessly disorganized. In the end, my husband asked a member of staff what the problem was; he was being friendly!!! An employee who had already sent a few people waiting for their orders to their seats simply replied: you can see that, it's busy and if he doesn't like it, he can just go home. SO RUDE, IMPOSSIBLE. Too bad, I like going to McDonald's, but lately I have often experienced rude employees, even though I asked friendly questions

We waited over 20 minutes (for two burgers and two McFlurrys). It was pure chaos, and the burgers were cold. Our questions were answered rudely. Bad service, bad experience. Not a pleasant stopover.

Well, I've had enough of it. Not only is something constantly forgotten, I've had chicken nuggets in the package with ketchup residue; burgers where the meat was forgotten; toys weren't given to me, or only after the goods were handed out were they told that the current game (or in our case, we always just want the book) was no longer available (the question beforehand: We want a book, is it still available? Answer: yes); and yesterday, of course, we didn't get a bag of apples (for the third time in a row, so all the Happy Meals we've ordered there this year), no, the lettuce is brown, there are only leaves (is that normal now, no tomatoes, no cucumbers?), no sticker on it. A few years ago, it was really great here, but unfortunately, that has changed a lot. The quality really should have been rated with one star at most, as well as the selection. However, the employees are quite friendly. There are really friendly and approachable employees; no one has ever been rude. So it's not the staff's fault. However, this was truly our last visit there for a long time. Perhaps we'll try again in a year or two. Perhaps then there will be a reason to update this review.

Waited over an half hour for 2 egg mac muffins. Then went to the counter to ask, rude staff did not say anything and just gave me the 2 egg mac muffins. Horrible service and understaffed McDonalds. Avoid!

We always eat there, so it's semi-standard. The store is dirty and untidy. The drop-off station was full of pills, already stacked. It was more than half an hour of total chaos while waiting for food. In the rush, orders were often sent out incorrectly and had to be corrected. It was simply a very bad McDonald's experience.

McDonald's has simply become bad. Too much choice. It's slow. Processes are crap. And no electric car charges that slowly...

The food is just like always, the restaurant was quite messy, which I'm not used to at McDonald's.

The food was freshly prepared, but it was cold to lukewarm... I didn't want any tomatoes on my burger, so they immediately took away all the lettuce from my burger. On top of that, debit card payments weren't accepted today, which wasn't a big deal for us. But it was a rather disappointing breakfast today. Only the coffee was good, as always 😁

After an event in Verden, many people went to this McDonald's for a meal. Unfortunately, the staff were completely overwhelmed by the volume of customers. We waited half an hour for our food. Then a burger was missing, and the wrap we ordered was poorly assembled.

The store has become incompetent and chaotic over the years. Today's incident with a missing but paid order clearly confirms this. It only affects the service.

The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's – solid fast food quality, you know what you're getting. The restaurant itself is modern and attractively decorated, especially the outdoor area, which is beautifully designed and inviting to sit. My only minor criticism: the preparation took a bit long for two McFlurrys; a bit more speed would have been appreciated. Otherwise, a good overall impression.

We actually just wanted to have two ice creams. They were prepared very quickly. Then they were ready for pickup – but they weren't there. At some point, the entire pickup list was deleted. When we inquired, we were told: it's still taking a while, there are still many orders for ice cream before us. We saw the same ice cream being picked up as a single order with the next number after us... As if the order had been forgotten. And there you go... The child didn't like the alternative offered. It's hard to break that habit... Especially since you couldn't even leave the parking lot because there were too many cars blocking everything.

On a Sunday morning at 9 a.m., there was almost nothing going on. The staff were very friendly and cheerful. The food was served quickly and hot. The only downside was that the dining room was a bit dirty, and there were crumbs lying around under the tables. But overall, 5 out of 5 stars 👍🏼

The branch is clean and well-maintained, and you immediately feel at home. The staff is friendly and courteous, which makes the visit very pleasant. Service was quick, so there wasn't a long wait. All in all, a good impression and a typical McDonald's experience.

The food is okay, but for a "fast food" restaurant, the wait times are way too long. I was there recently at 3 p.m. and ordered a simple 6-piece Chicken McNugget meal. I had to wait almost 30 minutes. At that time, there were hardly any other customers there. I don't understand why it took so long. Still, the food was delicious.

Surprisingly good, fast, very clean, and restaurant-like service. The food is brought out, and after consumption, the packaging is picked up. In between, they ask if everything's okay or if there's a need. At the end, every customer gets a free Smarties. Best McDonald's, and I've been to quite a few...

I'd really like to give a better review, but something was forgotten 4 times in the last 5 orders xD. Also, the fries are only half-filled every other time, and there's hardly any sauce on the burgers—what's the point of that?

So, unfortunately, I couldn't use the MC drive because it was closed. Then they gave me the wrong things: instead of two hamburgers and four fancy burgers, I got four hamburgers and a chicken burger. But they deducted the money for the correct order. 🤬

Such an expensive iced tea and not even full…

I've gotten used to this ordering hassle, and it's going great. The service is still excellent...I'm always happy to come back.

The first Meccanica I've ever received a gift at. Everything was fine with our three meals.

After 45 minutes, there was still no food in sight. If we hadn't already paid, we would have left.

The employees behind the counter are completely overwhelmed. No one really knows what they're supposed to be doing. Everyone is doing something with each order. Then the food is listed as ready for pickup on the display, but they haven't started preparing it. Plus, the entire floor in the counter area is sticky. In the exit area in front of the entrance door, the floor is black with grease. Must have spilled something. But luckily, I'm used to that from McDonald's branches on the highway. I have no idea why I always dare to do it...

The restaurant floor consists of a single layer of grease. I was looking for the bacon on my burger, but the employee showed me a micro-sized piece of bacon and immediately exchanged it for me. There were a lot of staff, dirty tables, and not many customers.

What this McDonald's has become is simply disappointing. It used to be my regular – now it's an absolute disgrace! The wait times are always extremely long, even when it's barely busy. The staff are irritated, unfriendly, and completely uncustomer-oriented. Even worse: There's always something missing from the bag – burgers, fries, sauces – it doesn't matter, something's always missing. If you politely point it out, you're treated as if you're trying to cheat! You suddenly have to return the entire bag because you're accused of lying. An absolute disgrace and an insult to customers. Instead of a simple "Sorry," you get rude replies and behavior that is completely unacceptable. This location has deteriorated massively over the past few years – both in service and quality. I can only advise everyone to avoid this McDonald's. There are enough alternatives where, as a paying customer, you're at least treated with respect.

Could be cleaner during peak hours. Trash overflowed the designated areas, which wasn't pleasant while eating. The tables were only semi-clean...the food wasn't really warm, even though it was brought to the table relatively quickly.

I have never been to such a bad McDonald's!! The McDonald's drive-thru was a complete disaster. It took ages for the lady at the drive-thru counter to take our order. After I told her my code 2211 for the third time and she still wasn't able to enter it, I was really annoyed. At the counter itself, I had to explain to her colleagues again what I had ordered. There was a queue of cars in front of and behind us. Of course, we had to wait in the waiting area. After ages, our food finally arrived and even came with an extra large fries that we hadn't ordered. All in all, it took a good 30 minutes!

A newly renovated branch with very friendly and helpful employees. They even poured me a liter of hot water for my teapot upon request. Thank you again!

The facility was as usual, but with a few drawbacks. One order display was damaged by a broken pane. Two monitors were blocked by software and couldn't be used. The display monitor at the checkout counter wasn't working properly. Unfortunately, in the stress, the store manager and the kitchen staff were arguing loudly, which we guests overheard. I didn't feel comfortable with my order. 32 minutes wait time for a takeout meal!

Unfortunately, I've noticed that this McDonald's branch has been declining for the past few months. There are a lot of new faces working there right now, and of course, everything needs to get settled. Unfortunately, it's getting more and more chaotic. Sauces, fries, etc. are always missing after the food is handed out at the McDonald's drive-thru. You have to check on site every time to make sure everything is there. The fries are either soggy or undercooked. Everyone there seems very overwhelmed and confused these days. It's a shame, everything worked much better before.

Cold food, endless wait, unfriendly service. Instead of a quick coffee stop, I had to wait 30 minutes for my food/drink. After I pointed out to the server that my food had been sitting in the cold next to the coffee machine for 25 minutes, it was thrown at me without a word.

We waited over half an hour. We didn't get a burger at all, and one thing was wrong. We didn't have the nerve to go back and have it replaced. We probably would have waited another half hour.

Fine dual mcdrive with friendly employees good quick service and good food..little bit of a hassle to find it but at the roundabout take the 1st exit to BBM from there drive to the shell station and you will see the entrace..again good employees (at the mcdrive) havent been inside the restaurant so cant say anything about that...

Whenever I'm traveling on the A27, I like to stop at this McDonald's. For me, this branch is one of the best I've ever experienced. Simply because it's very clean and the staff is really, really nice. 😁👍🏻

We constantly make mistakes or forget something when ordering at the Mc Drive. It's super annoying, or you end up waiting 10 minutes for food.

It used to be the best McDonald's I know, but unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse. The last few times, it sometimes took over 20 minutes to get your food, even if it was just two cheeseburgers, one fries, and one Coke. It's especially annoying when you've been waiting forever and then something's missing. At least the taste is still good here, though, and special requests for the burgers are also accommodated.

The whole floor is sticky, it's extremely stinking, there are food scraps everywhere and there is urine in some of the toilets, I haven't seen anything so disgusting in a long time

I went to McDonald's today and ordered a Filet-O-Fish – unfortunately, I was met with an unappealing surprise: a hair in my burger! That's absolutely unacceptable. Hygiene should be a top priority in a restaurant, especially at such well-known chains. My appetite disappeared immediately.

We went to McDonald's today with our four-year-old granddaughter. It was our granddaughter's first time at McDonald's. Everything was great. The staff was very friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. We'll be back.

My order is often incomplete. Often, one item is missing, or sometimes two items.

I haven't had such a bad meal in a long time. The fries were cold and undercooked, and there was no trace of salt. The TS... well, a musty bun, a dry, old patty, rancid cheese, and the sauce practically tingled on your tongue. Truly disgusting. Stomach pains are the least of your worries. The staff at the counter were so unmotivated. If you don't want to work there, you'd better find something else.

You never get what you expected! You always feel worse afterwards! You swear you'll never eat there again! You crave burgers and the like again. ...

Unfortunately, the staff seem incapable of compiling an order. Basically, something is missing from every order, always. Burgers, drinks, or the Smarties in the ice cream, or all of them at once. Unfortunately, it gets difficult when you get home with your food and half of it is missing, as complaining by phone or online is virtually impossible. I will probably avoid this restaurant in the future, as I like to get what I pay for.

Eat once, pay twice! Customer service is really a priority here. As usual when I go to McDonald's, I order via the app and pick up at the drive-up. Since I didn't feel like searching for change, I paid via PayPal. When it was my turn, I was told the payment hadn't been made. That was actually true at the time, as PayPal apparently didn't authorize the payment quickly enough. So I had to dig out some cash and pay in cash. However, the PayPal payment apparently wasn't canceled at the restaurant, and I was subsequently charged again for the amount I had previously paid in cash. Okay, I thought, it can happen, especially since the lady at the cashier wasn't suspected of ever winning a Nobel Prize. So I took the receipt and called them to clarify the matter. Unfortunately, this store has no intention of answering calls. So I'm stuck with the damages. It's not a huge amount, but it's still annoying. Bottom line: I won't be seen here again, and cashless payments at McDonald's are definitely out of the question for me. I'd rather go to KFC or BK in the future. Dear team at McDonald's in Achim, since you definitely had too much money in the till, donate it to a good cause, even your own foundation, and maybe just be available to your customers in the future.

A relatively well-maintained McDonald's; the food arrives within two minutes at the most, and it's always fresh. Unfortunately, the Fanta tastes a bit watery, and the floor and tables are sometimes sticky or even dirty. But this is something we're used to, so it shouldn't be too bad for many people.

I ate the double-meal meal. Everything was made fresh after I ordered it, and yet the fries were soggy and cold. The Big Mac was on the low end of warm, and the Royal with cheese was only lukewarm. It's supposed to cost over €17, but the package cost €13. Considering what you get, it's a disgrace. The place is clean and the staff friendly, but you don't go out to eat to be served this kind of junk. Everyone knows what they're getting when they go to McDonald's, but it can also be prepared properly and then it tastes good. The passion and seemingly the expertise to do it are simply lacking here.

We stopped here every now and then when we went home. Most of the time there is something wrong with the ice cream maker, so you have to tinker with it for ages. Ordered one fries and two mcflurry today. Should actually be done quickly. However, the receipt seemed to have disappeared, so our order was only prepared when my friend asked after 15 minutes when the food would be ready. Result: French fries were quickly handed out that had been prepared for a long time and were therefore more cold than warm. And one of the McFlurries was about half full. For €3.99 each, it's a shame.

Having a family isn't always the easiest thing. The fries immediately fell on the floor. Help came immediately, cleaned everything and we even got new fries

We are stunned. We have been visiting this McDonald's regularly for years and have always looked forward to our beloved yoghurt ice cream at McFlurry. But for months we have been confronted with a shocking realization: yogurt ice cream is simply no longer available. Without warning, without explanation - as if loyal customers didn't matter at all! We are two older ladies who have always looked forward to this one highlight. We trusted McDonald’s. And now? Now here we are, forced to choose between plain vanilla ice cream or no ice cream at all. It is a bottomless impudence and an unparalleled step backwards. How can it be that a globally known chain simply eliminates such an essential choice? Have customers been taken into consideration here at all? Or is it just about savings again, no matter the cost? We will spend our money elsewhere in the future. Maybe there are still companies somewhere that value their loyal regular customers.
