It is the only McDonald's so far that manages to first produce the FishMac and then dispense the ice cream. I'm thrilled

Already in the parking lot we noticed an absolutely unpleasant smell of fish? And against old fat. The smell didn't get any better in the store, on the contrary. I don't know if it came from the toilets but it was almost unbearable. Accordingly, I lost my appetite. The machine where we ordered didn't print out a receipt, but we still received the order after we let us know. Apparently several people had this problem. Should be marked. A lot of things weren't available at the moment, which is annoying when you come here for something specific. If I had been there alone, I would have left again. The smell still sticks in my nose and I feel nauseous. The only positive thing is that the food came quickly even though it was busy. I can't say anything about the taste because, as I said, my stomach turned.

Nice staff and delicious food I was very confused after the visit because 3 English guys hadn't ordered anything and were playing on the children's tablets. One smoked in the bar. A McDonalds aka food ok. Regarding the service: the machine where I order my food works, as does the announcement of the number drawn afterwards. Ambience takes us back to the beginning: a McDonalds. At least: the restaurant is comparatively clean, sticky floors are a common occurrence, but the employees are friendly.

Very long waiting time. Not exactly suitable for a fast food restaurant. I'm not there often and when I'm at the drive in the counter. And again I was allowed to wait. The employees seemed very stressed and disorganized. When we got home, the food was really cold and of course some of the ice cream melted.

We don't eat here very often, we usually get it out. Especially today again and as always, something was missing and you have to go back. But it seems to have a system if you read the reviews that you don't give enough to the customers

I've been to this branch several times. But what I saw and smelled today is incredible. It smelled sour, the floor was greasy and dirty. Unfortunately, I was stupid enough to order something to eat. One M and two cheeseburgers. The two cheeseburgers smelled so unpleasant that I threw them in the trash. I have never experienced this at McDonald's Eckstein branches. I'm not someone who just gives a bad review. But this is definitely absolutely necessary! Only those who point this out can hope for change.

The worst McDonald's I know. Something is missing or wrong with every order, especially in the drive-thru. Due to the lack of alternatives nearby, people go here again and again.

I waited a long time to give my review and gave the store a chance every now and then. But today it's enough! The McDrive is a disaster, to sum it up: Waiting around 15-30 minutes for the food is as good as standard. Every time, really always, at least 1 thing is missing! You can be lucky and they are friendly inside and you get the missing item straight away or you are ignored and treated rudely. The food is also very rarely really hot. No comparison to other Mc's branches! We will probably avoid the store in the future. Apparently we are absolutely not an isolated case if you read the other reviews.

We've been waiting for the food for 35 minutes, I was at the counter twice and was rudely turned away twice. Our neighbor at the table got his food after 10 minutes - he was happy with it. And the burger is only lukewarm - perfect today😒 Positive: a friendly, young man tried hard to clean tables!

I'm not usually a classic fast food fan, but I was definitely convinced by the Guacamole Burger.

I was there in the morning and wanted to get a coffee to go. There was nothing going on in the branch or at the checkout and I was still sent to the ordering machine. I then left. I was there for lunch with a colleague at lunchtime. Ordering was easy, a cappuccino grande and a double chicken burger, the waiting time was too long almost 20 minutes even though there was enough staff. The order came, but unfortunately the wrong order was a double cheeseburger instead of a double chicken burger. When the complaint was made there was a look of disbelief, but thanks to the receipt it was quickly proven. Then, without exaggerating, I waited at the counter for 7 minutes for the double chicken burger. Not a word of apology was somehow ignored by the staff. They preferred to have private conversations. Meanwhile my cappuccino was almost cold. My colleague got strange looks when he asked for a decaf coffee. He at least got a cup of warm water so he could make his own coffee. The service in the store has really gone down. I won't go there anymore. I'd rather get something somewhere else. It's a shame about the branch, it used to be better and I went there more often. But not like that anymore...

-The order terminals freeze every time you log in with your qr code. Even if you go to the next terminal you can't redeem your codes because the user is still logged in to the stuck terminal. -Unfortunately the cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. -You don't even need to order take-away, the citizens are already cold even in the suburbs. This has happened several times now.

I've been here several times before, but today.... Super slow, very rude employees who would rather chat than work, eat something that many people forget and then when you point it out to the service staff, you get looks that don't work at all . The food arrives cold, if it arrives at all after 10-15 minutes. The warming plate is practically overflowing but the fact that the food is sorted... better not, that has something to do with the job you are paid for... put 6! The boss should hit the table or drastically clean up the shop in terms of employees. Ps: For a Saturday at 2:45 p.m. there was definitely not much going on that would justify such behavior. Bachtrag: I was so brave and ordered a caramel macchiato to take away.... mistake! Big mistake... the coffee was missing... unfortunately I didn't realize that until very late... €4.69 for my ass. How can you forget the coffee in a coffee?!

The customer area is pretty dirty, and you can quickly remove the worst of it from the floor while it's running. Waiting over 30 minutes for a few burgers is really long. Especially when, after the second complaint, I was looking for something to keep warm, everything was there. But keeping it warm doesn't seem to work either. The food was only lukewarm, not even lukewarm. We would have been better off going to a restaurant, it would probably have been quicker and warmer. The staff is totally overwhelmed and unfriendly. Therefore only one star although I would deduct two more for the food. Then it's better to drive longer or leave it altogether.

We visited this branch regularly because everything was always fresh and quick. Now, once again, we were extremely disappointed. Today the bottom bun of the McRib was missing, last time I forgot the bacon at the Tasty. The burgers are always not complete and simply thrown in. After the calls we were always reassured and we were promised that they would take care of it. Nothing like that happened. I can't recommend it at all!

Incredibly slow and uncoordinated staff. The kitchen works quickly, you can see that the burgers are piling up in the warming compartment, the service seems to be completely overwhelmed. Stands in front of it as if in shock and looks at the burgers.

We often pass by here on our way and take a break. Unfortunately, things that are regularly ordered are forgotten and there are always too few apple turnovers, so you have to wait. It wouldn't be so bad if the milkshake you ordered wasn't made beforehand and then wasn't really cold anymore.

I am very satisfied with this branch of McDonald's and the staff. Despite the fact that you have to wait a bit, everything goes very well from ordering to service at the table or to take away. The only thing that would be helpful is if the toilets are either cleaned more often or perhaps you use a better cleaner so that it doesn't smell strange when you come into the branch. Otherwise, getting there via the motorway is very easy and also via the country road.

Super disorganized. Garbage piles up everywhere. I had to wait 28 minutes for food with my son. We cleaned our table ourselves with a wet wipe. Absolute chaos and it has nothing to do with fast food.

10/27/23: What a disaster! Ordered 2x burgers with fries, drink and fruit bagel at 6 p.m. At 6:45 p.m. everything was ready except for the fries. We left at 7 p.m. and left out the fries. There were people sitting at a lot of tables waiting for their food, some of them got their money back at the cash register. They didn't have that much patience. We only had patience for an hour because we had to go somewhere else. There are far too few employees for a Mecces on the motorway or truck stop. The few employees were at their limit, I don't blame them but the management. Catastrophic failure across the board. It's not even close to fast food, then I can go out and eat real food. 11/12/24 Went to the DriveIn today after a long time, almost everything was fine there. Always check the goods before leaving, there was a small thing missing which was immediately added.

I have picked up food from the McDrive counter at this branch a total of 7 times in the last 6 months. Always the same. 1x Hamburger Royal Cheese for me, 1x Hamburger Royal TS for my wife. Plus 2x fries. Unfortunately, I have to say that I had symptoms of food poisoning after eating the last two orders. The symptoms with nausea, diarrhea and a strong feeling of illness began about 12 hours after each meal, so that I had to stay in bed the following day. Strangely, my wife had no such complaints. The cause was probably the Royal Cheese. I can't imagine this being a coincidence. In any case, this branch is taboo for us for now, especially since you can often read about obvious hygiene deficiencies in the reviews.

Unfortunately something is always missing and it's difficult to check it outside in the dark. Today it was 2 portions of fries. When you get home you usually don't feel like going back to complain about it. Especially since the rest of it gets very cold. Too bad.

McDrive a disaster. Long ordering process. People don't come from the Quark. If you're ordering by the kilo for the family, go to the store and order at the counter and don't stop McDrive because we just want a burger and a Coke. The other day I waited in the car for almost half an hour until the person in front of me got his “half a pig on toast”. And then his pests wanted some ice cream. Really Asian.

Absolutely not recommended, food was cold, half the order was missing and the burgers were cold. The cheese on the burgers wasn't even remotely melted, as was the wrong drink with my daughter's Happy Meal. The table and the changing room were totally dirty, and the changing room was also full of dust. With every order something is missing and you then have to chase after it. You are then ignored at the counter and have to intervene forcefully. I don't really feel like I'm understood either. A collection of incompetent employees that you rarely see. Never again!

Top service. We were just there with a larger group of children and received really good and extra service. Super nice staff. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Definitely the best mäcces we have visited with the children so far! Gladly again! Very good. I would like to give more stars, because unfortunately you don't experience something like that often these days and you don't get served like that anymore! Thanks to your team! Keep it up.

The food tasted like any other McDonald's. The service was good. The atmosphere was very unpleasant.

Unfortunately really bad. Every time you stop, something is not there. No ice cream, no shake... The food is often cold and hard. The MA in Drive is extremely unfriendly and the word please is a foreign word. The Drive then simply says: Ancestors! So if I'm not about to starve, I'd rather drive to the next MC.

I ordered 2 Big Macs, both cards without salad, without sauce and for one I also ordered meat and cheese that didn't have any extra karm on it either. Be sure to make sure that everything is in the right place in your bag and that the right thing is on the citizen.

First of all... sorry I can only give 1 star. This visit would definitely have needed a minus rating. First of all, a little tip: It's better to drive 5km further to Posthausen, where you're much better off at McDonalds (you can easily make up for the travel time thanks to the faster service). When you come in you notice that the order boards are almost directly in the door and directly in front of the tablet tray, so you are constantly being jostled by the service staff when they want to empty the tablet tray. It wasn't particularly tidy or cleaned, there was rubbish everywhere on the floor. Well, it's time to order. This was done as usual at the order boards, I wanted to pay with a card but then it started. Enter the three-digit number... well... where are the little stands with the numbers? Not a single one there, I had to quickly find one from a table myself. Ordered and looked for a table. Some tables were not cleared or wiped down. Now we sat there for 30 minutes and had steam, but no food in sight. If you went to the counter and asked, you received the answer: "Yes, your order is coming soon." I had to repeat this game three times (as did various other customers) until I got my food. Accordingly, after 50 minutes of ordering, I finally had my food... cold! And the only excuse we got was the statement from the operations manager: “I’ve only been here for a while and there was chaos.” The question is, since just now? We were given the wrong food twice. Then the order was brought incorrectly and annoyed because you wanted the right food. Staff very overwhelmed. If you don't feel like doing your job, you should do something else:

The food came straight from the warming plate. Overall, the restaurant was very dirty, with dirt on the table legs indicating that at best the machine had been driven through there. The smell in the toilets was almost unbearable. Not a nice stay.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They help people at the terminal even when the landing is really full. They also help if there are problems with the app. I have never seen such a friendly team that helps as much as they can.

After ordering, we had to wait in an empty McDonald's for over 30 minutes for an order that was standing behind the counter the whole time but wasn't given out, the coffee, burger and wrap were all already cold. The employees stood around and talked about private matters and didn't even try to look where our order was (we were the only ones waiting) for half an hour!!

Unfortunately I have to write this complaint now because this is the third terrible experience in this McDonald's within 4 weeks! I took some food home with my girlfriend yesterday and was disappointed. As always, the store was incredibly dirty, the floor was sticky and there was trash everywhere. When we got home, our food was cold. My Big Mac was missing the cheese and my nugget pack only had 4 nuggets instead of 6. The sauces were also missing. I'm really disappointed with this experience.

Something gets forgotten every time you get something to take away!! You should check very carefully whether everything is in the bag (spoiler: it definitely isn't). When you have collected everything together at the end, the quality is as you would expect from Mecces.

Paid at 9 a.m., coffee arrived quickly. The food after almost 30 minutes. Busy? No. Not even 1/4 of the tables occupied... Fast food and service are different.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. I saw an employee washing the dishes without detergent and sponge. Instead, the dirt was simply wiped off with your fingers. Absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. This shouldn't happen with such a big company!

We waited over 20 minutes for 4 breakfast burgers! 2 burgers were immediately prepared and placed in the bag. When I asked 10 minutes later whether my other two burgers were ready, I was told that they would be prepared immediately and that it would take about 6 minutes. 2 burgers were cold, 2 were warm and after over 20 minutes we were finally able to leave the store. Never again!
