The term “deceleration” reaches a new level here. The store was empty when I ordered at the terminal, but it took 25 minutes for a burger and 9 bites out. Employees were still laid off on break. The concentrate at the ReFill station was gone, and when a customer asked if it could be taken care of, she shrugged her shoulders.

Either the place burned down or they just don't want to deliver food. I've been waiting for 2 hours now, just annoyed. Why don't you even get information that it will take longer? This is absolutely underground.

McDonalds and Burgerking can pack in. Mashed potatoes and coleslaw... plus a few pieces of chicken... that's all you need. The milkshake varieties are awesome.

In my opinion, KFC is still the one with the best quality food among the large fast food chains in Germany. And you get more than burgers and chicken. In addition to the chicken, the milkshakes at KFC are particularly delicious. Side dishes like corn on the cob and mashed potatoes are something different and also delicious. The only unfortunate thing is that during yesterday's visit there was all Pepsi Light, Seven UP and apple spritzer. Then half of the drinks are not available. If you wanted to drink sugar-free, you could only drink water.

Summary: We recently ate there again and it seems to be standard now to serve cold or at best lukewarm food. Drink machine didn't work, but they gave us bottles instead. They didn't have what we wanted to drink, but whatever. Here is the long version: So, this is about fried chicken, and normally they are freshly fried and kept warm directly visible behind the cash register, but these warming stations have not been in operation since I have no idea when. I thought this was an isolated case, but that hasn't changed so far. Dishes for 3 people came quite quickly, which surprised me. But then it quickly becomes apparent why. Food is lukewarm at best and I would have gotten better chicken if I had hot-fried freshly fried chicken in the air fryer the next day. Crunchy is something else, and you can't get that in this branch anymore. I have no idea if this is the case in other branches. No matter how you twist and turn it, at these prices it's an absolute disgrace.

Mh... It was my first time at KFC... I don't know if it's just not my taste or if it always tastes that way but it was just too salty for me. The tables were dirty... But the toilets were clean :) the drink didn't taste good either... It was my last visit to KFC.

Unfortunately I can only agree with negative reviews. The younger staff in particular are often so unfriendly that you want to run away screaming.

I ordered at the drive-thru... I said I would add a large Coke to my order, but then I got a salad called coleslaw. When the error was pointed out to me, I was told that I shouldn't take the cola because the machine only spits out syrup... Great. I then choked down the dry chicken.

Sorry, but it was pretty disgusting! I was about to give the food back. But I didn't dare because of that. The food was really bad. Even for a fast food shop. One employee disinfected his hands and was very friendly, but the rest were not present!

The food was cold, the wings were dry and the fries were completely soft. No wonder the delivery was 45 minutes late. 18 small wings and 2 x fries for 30 euros. A real disgrace in terms of quality. However, KFC responded to my complaint very professionally and refunded me the price of the poor quality products. Thank you! I give it full marks for service.

Hello, since I can't answer KFC's question, I'm adding the answer to the question about what I didn't like to my review. I was standing in the drive trough line around 12 noon, but I had a phone call and couldn't concentrate on the offer. So I stood there for almost ten minutes, worried that at any moment I would be in the way of someone trying to order. But no one came! Since I found the offer completely confusing (I don't know anything about kfc), I continued towards order acceptance/food distribution and was able to see into the restaurant. Completely empty. Looked like a lost place. Just that the lights were on and there were staff on site. Just no guests. At 12:15 noon. I found it so strange that I continued driving. Kind of creepy.

Every now and then there are things on the tables that aren't wiped down, but that's more due to the cheeky customers who just don't put their trays away, and the employees are well served when it's full. Quality is still top! It's just a shame that there are no ice cubes

Such a dirty shop! 😩 the employees are 4-5-6 behind the counter (or squatting on the floor behind it) and the tables are covered in dirt, so my husband had to clean the table alone. If they're watching it, why isn't anyone reacting to it!? My highlight were the women's toilets - 2 of 3 cistern covers were lying around on the toilets just dismantled and they were all peed on? And why is my little daughter ignored when she tells me that there is no more soap? Really, those were disgusting conditions! 🤮

Finally KFC that feels real fresh 😃 Has parking, fast service and refill drinks.

A Fine place to dine in and take away too. Clean Tables and Clean washrooms. The staff speaks both English and Deutsch. Overall a good experience.

This is one of the worst KFCs I've been to.

The food is fine, but they mess up orders.⚠️⚠️ Be careful. Look inside the bag and check. One time, they missed dips or mayo. Other times, they messed up the order. Even if it is a human error, this behavior is too repetitive, that it is questionable. I advise you to check the orders before taking it and don't take online takeout from this one. Or only order a few. They play when it is multiple items. Morals and authentic behavior are important and consistent, if it is a cent or a million.

Short version: became extremely expensive Unfortunately I have to withdraw my positive review. I've always had good experiences with KFC, nice staff and the food is usually great. Yes, inflation has hit the catering industry quite hard... yes, employees should be paid decently - but today (05/20/24) the prices were raised again. Now we have reached a point where we pay €4 for HALF an ear of corn. I was laughed at for €20 by an employee who said “you won’t get anything for that” The overall situation is very depressing. I'm just not willing to spend that much money on fast food anymore. Then it's better to go to the Italian restaurant and eat something decent for 10 euros.

If you want to enjoy the things fresh you should go to the branch and order on the drive. I've often noticed that you get the old things. Oh, and always check!!!! I guarantee there is always something missing. You can see that too who works there...... Sorry...

Unfortunately it doesn't work anymore. Fries were old, cold and dry, which also applied to the chicken parts, which were also soaked in oil. The pepsi was lukewarm and the facility was dirty. The bright spot was the friendly gentleman at the food counter.

Very dear team, I would like to file a formal complaint against your employee who was working in customer service on May 14, 2024 at 8:30 p.m. I attempted to contact you by phone to resolve an issue with my incomplete order. However, instead of a proper solution, I was insulted and threatened with having my Uber Eats account blocked. I was shocked and disappointed by the unprofessional behavior and disrespectful treatment of a paying customer. It is unacceptable for your employee to be in a supervisory service role and treat customers in this manner. I expect a proper apology and action to ensure such incidents do not happen again. I ask for a clear explanation and expect that my concern will be taken seriously.

It was around 8:30 p.m. when I ordered the veggie burger to take away and then six chicken wings plus a drink and fries. Arrived home. It took about 5 minutes before we realized that the burger fridge was cold and the chicken wings must have been stored for a very, very long time because they were completely cool and had cardboard on the outside. In addition, the fries were also cold and solid. I don't think that's possible for a fast food chain either. It seems like they didn't get rid of enough and left the expired items in storage for too long. I won't be eating there again in the near future.

The food is quite good, mostly tastes very fresh. Service is also OK. If you actually have to wait longer, you get a free drink that you can always refill. It's a shame that sometimes you have to wait quite a long time. Otherwise the furnishings are completely fine and comfortable.

Food is really not tasty, aside from the fact that KFC isn't tasty anyway, it was very bad here. My burger was swimming in sauce, the meat was about 1/4 of the burger and very soggy. In some parts the staff has great difficulty with the language, which is of course not good, especially when there are problems. The satchels are also sent to a customer if possible. The ambience is just dirty, the machines for ordering are faulty, everything is on a main street. Not cool.

Food didn't correspond to the pictures. I wrote an email to KFC about the experience, except for apologies and we'll make it up to you, in the form of a voucher that has never arrived to this day and after more than 4 requests. I am not convinced by the service and will avoid the company in the future. It doesn't do what it promises. See pictures no cucumber or onions as stated in the picture

Unfortunately, the MA's SIGNIFICANT language difficulties (in no way meant to be racist) led to incorrectly recorded orders and missing products when handed out. Sometimes something can be forgotten, but I find three things very sporty. Then you point out defective EC card readers at the order terminals to the shift leader - answer: it's not his problem, it's IT's problem. I believe that his salary/wages are paid indirectly by the paying customers and not by the company's IT. Customer friendliness is really different.

Well, I rarely give bad ratings, but that has to be the case here. We were here with our daughter and her boyfriend. The team was overwhelmed and some were simply too slow. People danced comfortably back and forth between the stations. Accumulating orders and a full store didn't seem to encourage anyone to step up their game. In addition, the fries were cold and soggy. You don't have to go there again.

It was my first time at KFC and I hadn't missed anything so far. Me and the kids didn't like the burgers or the chicken wings. Even the fries were bad. Sorry, no wonder this food needs to be advertised properly.

I saw kitchen for a while. all I saw was that the kitchen was very dirty and filthy. I think this restaurant's food is very unhealthy. The manager was very unfriendly.

Leider hat mir der Service nicht besonders gut gefallen. Wir haben abends mit einem Kind gegessen. Wir haben eine Bestellung aufgegeben, es waren sehr wenige Leute, etwa 6-8 Personen. Ich habe etwa 20 Minuten auf meine Bestellung gewartet, das Personal war nicht in Eile. Als wir unsere Bestellung erhielten, waren die Pommes und der Cheeseburger kalt. Die Leute am Nebentisch bekamen ihren Kaffee etwa 10 Minuten nach der Bestellung. Der Angestellte an der Kasse lachte und unterhielt sich mit dem Besucher über persönliche Themen, während ein älterer Mann nicht wusste, wie er sich ein Getränk aus dem Automaten einschenken sollte. Aber der Laden war sauber, was ein Pluspunkt ist

Der erste Eindruck an diesem Standort war schlecht, da alle Touchscreens blockiert waren und nicht bedient werden konnten. Zweitens funktionierte die Bestellung über die App für diesen Standort nicht und die einzige Möglichkeit war, über der Kassierer zu bestellen. Es gab ein Problem, da dier Kassierer aufgrund der Sprachbarriere Probleme hatte, unsere Bestellung zu verstehen und wir schließlich eine falsche Bestellung erhielten. Die Hähnchenfilets waren nicht ausreichend gebraten und knusprig, halb roh und rochen etwas nach abgestandenem Fleisch. Ich werde mir auf jeden Fall einen anderen KFC-Standort suchen und diesen Ort nicht mehr besuchen.

Geht so. Das Ambiente ist wie bei den meisten Filialen eher mäßig. Das Essen war im Rahmen dessen was ich erwartet habe. Ein Terminal war defekt, bzw der Bondrucker hatte Ladehemmung. Ich nehme das Essen lieber mit, weil es bei mir definitiv gemütlicher ist 😜

Ich war wohl zum letzte Mal dort. Hygiene nötig und eine Schulung, wie man Hähnchen richtig zubereitet ohne es roh zu servieren.

Das kann man einfach nicht essen.

Bei dem Burger Golonel keine Sosse, kein Käse , kalt war er auch. Bun war Knochenhart. Pommes waren kalt. Leider schlecht. Personal interessiert es nicht ob man sich beschwert oder nicht ist völlig ohne Reaktion.

Ein Richtig super spitzen Laden habe keine 3 Minuten gewartet und die haben es mir noch raus gebracht super Service Ein dickes + Auf die Personen die Jeden Tag dort arbeiten spitze.

Zusammenfassung: Einmal und nie wieder! Essen für mehrere Personen bestellt. Durchschnittliche Lieferungdauer wurde mit 40min angezeigt. Nach 90min angerufen: Essen sei in 10min da. Nach weiteren 30min wollen wir los, um direkt in den Laden zu gehen, um nach dem Rechten zu sehen, aber siehe da, das Essen steht vor der Haustür in der Kälte und natürlich kalt und pappig. Die Lieferung wurde demnach abgestellt und nicht geklingelt auch über eMail oder App erfolgte kein Hinweis auf die erfolgte Lieferung sodass man es irgendwie hätte mitbekommen können.

Unter anderem CheeseBites bestellt und bezahlt (5.49€).Zuhause angekommen haben sie natürlich gefehlt. Ich möchte einmal das bekommen was ich bestelle und bezahle.🤬🤬🤬Sauladen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr Hilfsbereit und Nett. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Ambiente ist einfach perfekt.

War alles i.O... die Punkte Abzug weil es sehr kalt war in der Lobby...

leider werden die Hähnchen immer weniger und teurer. Qualität lässt nach.
