A very nice KFC branch. Everything was perfect here: the food was comparatively tasty, and the service was friendly and attentive.

We wanted to go there on Friday, May 23rd. It remained just "wanted" because we arrived shortly before 10 p.m., and it was dark all over and no one was around. It says online that they're open until 11 p.m. I have no idea if this was an exception or if the times weren't adjusted on Google. Too bad.

The wait time was a disaster. We had to wait an hour for two wraps. The service was also very unfriendly.

Extremely disappointing. The food was delivered poorly. Items were missing, and the burger was half-cooked. Unbelievable. Paid so much money and got this!

Worst service i have never seen in other restaurants. I am working in leferendo and they give order after 1 hour that make our score down and customers also abuse us sometimes. This is because of all the indians who are illiterate and mannerless. Throw them back in their cheap country. They only want to get free money without hard work. Please, i have requested to team KFC remove them.

The shop is quite good; the staff is very polite and helpful! The food tastes perfect.

It's certainly quite nice for a fast food chain, but KFC doesn't set any new culinary standards. They serve chicken in various variations...all breaded. This restaurant offers ample seating and a few parking spaces. An option for a quick (or very) snack. It's certainly not suitable for a candlelit dinner.

Unfortunately, it's no longer worth it. The quality used to be better. Prices are inflated. A shame.

We were here in the evening. We had to wait over 25 minutes for our food, so much for fast food. I would have understood if it had been a huge order, but we had one meal. Additionally, the refill station was broken; we paid a lot and got nothing. We won't be coming back.

Back then it was crisp and fresh. Unfortunately not with our order. Fries that were deselected appeared on the bill... what a shame.

The branch manager is very courteous and dedicated to supervising the smooth progress of work and satisfying all customers. The staff is also friendly and makes you feel welcome and that they are happy to fulfill your requests.

Used the drive-thru, we ordered the Zinger Box, but only realized when we got home that the Burger Box had been packed, we were disappointed, but it was still tasty, Therefore always check immediately.

I really like the food at KFC, but the store is often really poorly maintained. Tables stick, the toilet is unclean and the service is often overwhelmed. Too bad.

Hello I just experienced there but there staff is very rude and racist and there manager is very bad. I used to be there staff and there manager used to deduct my salary in my hours. They used to give 20 hours and used to pay 17 or 15 hours payments. They used to go against the contract. I used to be a delivery driver and they used me to clean the toilet and kitchen however there staff used to laugh on us and they don't even do anything. They are really racist and they give to much advantages of there old workers. They used there new staffs like a scrap. Please manager Ivon mam if is it possible please change this management.

The food is good. The prices are crazy expensive! I was probably the last time here, I'm sorry, but you can't pay for that anymore. For the same money, I can eat out relatively reasonably...

Food was ace but way too expensive

Something was forgotten at the drive-in. We only saw this at home. I called and they delivered one chicken bag plus a sorry goodie to our home free of charge. Absolutely great! Thank you very much. :)

This was not the first time we visited this establishment, before everything was just super. Now the staff has changed, the service is haphazard, the order is not completely fulfilled, they do not deliver what is required. We waited for more than half an hour. During this time, for some reason, about six people were served after us. They are rude, disrespectful, and apparently they haven’t even heard of an apology.

At first the branch manager was very nice, but the boss wasn't so nice. This time I ordered wings and they were overly fatty, with every bite completely soaked in oil. So not nice this time.

Not so good: The food is typical fast food, the ambience is mediocre and I found the waiting times for fast food to be slightly elevated. For a super quick snack with expected quality... Passable.

After a long time we had an appetite for hot wings again. But €16.49 for 18 measly wings, no thanks. They used to be big, juicy and spicy. It's a shame for the money.

Unfortunately, things haven't been good there for some time. Food is usually cold, there is always something missing from the bag to take away, sometimes a lot, which is really annoying if you decide not to check. Given the prices, that's really cool. Typical KFC experience, but the food was probably 6 hours old and the drinks machine wasn't working properly and I still paid for it. But the cashier simply turned me away.

Unfortunately there was a strong smell of toilet in the dining area. I lost my appetite. Unfortunately, the drinks tap broke down that day, so you paid over €3 for drinks, but you didn't get a drink... There wasn't any money back either... you could definitely have solved it better for the customers !

We ordered via Uber Eats and the food arrived fairly quickly, but that's about it on the positive side. I have never seen such crap and eaten it or thrown it in the trash. The burgers are a joke, unbelievable to offer something like that. Everything was soggy and sticky, the taste was just greasy and disgusting. Fries soggy and cold. So that was really a grab for €45. I've never eaten so badly before, the store was really good 10 years ago after this one, the food was again the biggest rubbish in KFC.

The quality of the Hotwings is not the same as KFC. In my opinion they were hot wings that I bought myself. They were way too small, seasoned differently and breaded. I eat them regularly and they weren't Hotwings from KFC!!!!!!!

This chain is really a disgrace, I never wanted to go there again but my companion was hungry, contrary to my intentions, I ate a burger there, the staff is poorly selected, eat and drink and play more with their cell phones than go to the tables or clean the dirty drink dispenser. Please don't eat there!!!!!

40 min for 2 menus. Take away. Drinks were forgotten. The chicken pieces were OK. The burger just looked lousy. It's clear that the pictures look different, but such a difference is really big for the price. Almost 15 euros for a burger on the menu that was no different than a cheap cheeseburger with a chicken patty.

In Last years they give me 60% wrong order and i most always go personally or check my online order is true or not, anyways they are friendly and food is tasty but oily.

I have loved visiting this KFC branch with my family and friends for 20 years. Last Friday evening I spontaneously had a meal here with local friends. The branch had been successfully remodeled a few years ago and was empty except for a handful of visitors. When I placed my order, the friendly service employee unfortunately informed me that my favorite recipe "Hot & Spicy" for the chicken pieces and hot wings with fillet bites had been abolished four years ago. Ironically, one of the main reasons I had come to enjoy and appreciate KFC since then was canceled due to a lack of customer demand. Nonetheless, the taste of the whole box of 3 was simply divine! The chicken pieces and hot wings were crispy, juicy and a complete delight! The coleslaw and French fries were also fresh and delicious. Dejavu! It was quiet and pleasant to have dinner in this atmosphere, helping yourself to the drink refill machine while chatting about old times.

Food was cold, even though the shop was empty. Order was ready much too quickly and only took 5 minutes. Apparently it was already prepared so it was already cold. Drinks on offer too few. Taste, well, maybe it would have tasted better if it had been warm . It was so cold in there that we had to leave our jackets on. Conclusion: I'd rather go somewhere else.

KFC has become really expensive over the last few years, even by fast food standards. But I'm only there at most once a year. The restaurants are getting dirtier and dirtier, but that's also because the customers can't eat properly, the staff has a lot to do and can't clean up after everyone, and the shops are always full. The food is of course always super tasty, but if you want to fill up you can easily pay 14-20 euros. Of course, you can say that you rarely treat yourself to something like that, but you should be clear about the fat content.

Over 40 minutes of waiting and then the order isn't even complete. Totally bad. Be sure to check your order before you go! Also the floor is very sticky and the tables are not wiped down. One star because 0 is not possible (for taste, if you will)

Been waiting for my delivery for almost 3 hours....

Unfortunately I have to agree with the “something is missing”. The fries and a refill cup were missing. They were then rather reluctantly pushed out. Since this seems to be the case so often, meaning that something is missing: is this perhaps intentional? Do you want to save money at the customer's expense?

They should finally hire employees who speak German and can take orders properly. It's been annoying for a long time!

I have waited for approximately 20 minutes to pick up my order. Given that it is fast food, I feel that 20 minutes is a rather long waiting time. I was able to speak with the store manager after I escalated the issue, who was very helpful.

Well, I used to love KFC. When it finally came to Germany when I was a child, I celebrated hotwings Tuesday.😍 €1.99 for 6 hot wings, those were the days. Today you pay huge amounts of money for food that's warm, the cheese on the burger is cold and doesn't melt in the slightest, and they can't pack it up either (nice to have the citizen spread across the center console when they get out and no, I wasn't driving.) Fries limp and cold 😕 baaahhh Unfortunately, KFC is no longer recommended.

The nastiest KFC I've ever been to! Drinks station - completely filthy! Tables - sticky! Outdoor area - full of rubbish and bags of chips in the bushes! And the toilets are absolutely amazing! - It really stinks to high heaven! Of course, to top off the whole mess, the soap dispenser was also empty, who wants to wash their hands afterwards in a shop where they eat greasy chicken? KFC in Mariendorf, thank you - WE NO MORE!

KFC in Berlin. Since we had really good experiences with KFC on vacation, we wanted to repeat them. Unfortunately it didn't work. The store actually looks okay from the outside, but the inside was pretty cold and the floor was pretty sticky. The staff was friendly (not too much) and the food came reasonably quickly (it wasn't busy either). There is a vending machine for drinks, which could take time if there is more traffic. There was hardly any taste in the 7up (I think the syrup was almost empty), the taste of the food was still OK, and the burger on the menu was very sticky! To be honest, I wouldn't drive 30 minutes to eat there again.

The burger was carelessly pressed together and arrived as a ball. The milkshake machine suddenly broke down. The door to the women's toilet cannot be opened properly (you have to squeeze through sideways), two flushers are defective and one is even partially dismantled. In addition, there is an outrageous volume due to the lack of facilities.

Today is the first time I've been to KFC in years and I have to say the branch in Marienfelde is very disappointing... You come in and it looks unhygienic everywhere, the entire floor is sticky, the seat cushions, the furniture is greasy so you don't want to sit down anywhere are the tables and chairs dirty and greasy customer frequency there are currently 15 people present it is very quiet and no employee manages to clean the toilets above I don't want to say anything else I asked an employee if she could please clean the table and she would come with me A soaking wet rag and the table was soaking wet too. Furthermore, when you order and stand at the counter, the display case and the counter look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. My two burgers were cold and the bread was soggy, so sorry once and never again

The term “deceleration” reaches a new level here. The store was empty when I ordered at the terminal, but it took 25 minutes for a burger and 9 bites out. Employees were still laid off on break. The concentrate at the ReFill station was gone, and when a customer asked if it could be taken care of, she shrugged her shoulders.

Either the place burned down or they just don't want to deliver food. I've been waiting for 2 hours now, just annoyed. Why don't you even get information that it will take longer? This is absolutely underground.

In my opinion, KFC is still the one with the best quality food among the large fast food chains in Germany. And you get more than burgers and chicken. In addition to the chicken, the milkshakes at KFC are particularly delicious. Side dishes like corn on the cob and mashed potatoes are something different and also delicious. The only unfortunate thing is that during yesterday's visit there was all Pepsi Light, Seven UP and apple spritzer. Then half of the drinks are not available. I thought this was an isolated case, but that hasn't changed so far. Dishes for 3 people came quite quickly, which surprised me. But then it quickly becomes apparent why. Food is lukewarm at best and I would have gotten better chicken if I had hot-fried freshly fried chicken in the air fryer the next day. Crunchy is something else, and you can't get that in this branch anymore. I have no idea if this is the case in other branches. No matter how you twist and turn it, at these prices it's an absolute disgrace.

Mh... It was my first time at KFC... I don't know if it's just not my taste or if it always tastes that way but it was just too salty for me. The tables were dirty... But the toilets were clean :) the drink didn't taste good either... It was my last visit to KFC.

Unfortunately I can only agree with negative reviews. The younger staff in particular are often so unfriendly that you want to run away screaming.

I ordered at the drive-thru... I said I would add a large Coke to my order, but then I got a salad called coleslaw. When the error was pointed out to me, I was told that I shouldn't take the cola because the machine only spits out syrup... Great. I then choked down the dry chicken.

Sorry, but it was pretty disgusting! I was about to give the food back. But I didn't dare because of that. The food was really bad. Even for a fast food shop. One employee disinfected his hands and was very friendly, but the rest were not present!

The food was cold, the wings were dry and the fries were completely soft. No wonder the delivery was 45 minutes late. 18 small wings and 2 x fries for 30 euros. A real disgrace in terms of quality. However, KFC responded to my complaint very professionally and refunded me the price of the poor quality products. Thank you! I give it full marks for service.

Hello, since I can't answer KFC's question, I'm adding the answer to the question about what I didn't like to my review. I was standing in the drive trough line around 12 noon, but I had a phone call and couldn't concentrate on the offer. So I stood there for almost ten minutes, worried that at any moment I would be in the way of someone trying to order. But no one came! Since I found the offer completely confusing (I don't know anything about kfc), I continued towards order acceptance/food distribution and was able to see into the restaurant. Completely empty. Looked like a lost place. Just that the lights were on and there were staff on site. Just no guests. At 12:15 noon. I found it so strange that I continued driving. Kind of creepy.

Every now and then there are things on the tables that aren't wiped down, but that's more due to the cheeky customers who just don't put their trays away, and the employees are well served when it's full. Quality is still top! It's just a shame that there are no ice cubes
