The food was super delicious, the filet pieces and burgers were great.

It's unpleasant to eat here. It's empty, so you have to eat in a winter jacket. They're cutting corners in the wrong place. Reading the reviews, you have to wonder if the owner is stubbornly uninterested in changing anything! It's only a matter of time before this place goes bankrupt, because even at lunchtime on a Sunday, it's quite empty. But that's not surprising given the reviews.

So sorry, dear KFC. What happened? I was at your place again; but today I really had a craving for chicken. So, off to KFC I went. On a recommendation, I ordered six Crispy Filets, a coleslaw, and a Coke. Total cost just under €15. Not exactly cheap. But the real surprise came later. The Crispy Filets were barely bigger than McDonald's nuggets. Seriously, I was shocked. Even after I complained, the server herself said, "Well, I wouldn't have given them out." She was obviously referring to her colleague. Unbelievable, no attempt at compromise, no understanding whatsoever. "We'll get them like this," she said. Now you have one more dissatisfied customer. I'm definitely not coming back here. And leaving a restaurant hungry is truly unbelievable. I'm going to get something to eat now... It's a shame, but this kind of attitude towards customers won't last much longer. Sorry, KFC!

I've known the store for years. Compared to other branches, it's one of the cleanest (I can definitely recommend the one further along in the Gropius Passages...). Today, for the first time, I had the feeling that Mariendorf is also slipping a bit, unfortunately. It used to be cleaner. Also, my order went wrong: I wanted to take away, but it was prepared "in-house." Ordered items were missing, but the employee barely spoke German, so communication was a bit difficult. Don't get me wrong! But then perhaps they should employ staff who can communicate in the service department. I certainly hope that the old enthusiasm returns. It would be a real shame otherwise.

The waitresses almost started fighting in front of me, customers were waiting at the counter like in The Walking Dead... I always get a stomach ache after every visit, it's a shame not to go there again.

The food is good... The drinks... a joke... water with a dash of flavor... then they immediately serve tap water... That tastes less disgusting.

After years, I went back. It wasn't what KFC used to be. I was very disappointed with the food. The staff were more motivated to take care of themselves than to keep the tables and floor clean. The restrooms also deserved more attention.

Fries were just "mushy," service was completely uncoordinated and overwhelmed. Old/invalid advertising banners on the fence. Unkept outdoor area, a no-go given the prices.

Food arrived quickly and hot. Service was very friendly. The price was unbearable, with 3 meals for just under €40.

The vegan selection at KFC is very good, and I've been coming here a few times in the past. However, the prices are often beyond good and evil. For two people, someone might pay €40, which is pretty expensive for a fast food chain. At least I can eat well for that price. Unfortunately, KFC has declined considerably; it was much, much better and nicer back then. The self-service vending machines only work partially or not at all. The touchscreen doesn't respond at all or is sluggish. The drinks machine was out of gas or something like that, barely anything came out, and the syrup was gone too. And the employees prefer to refill the sauces instead of the vending machine. I'll go to a different restaurant in the future. The food was okay, as you'd expect from KFC. Unfortunately, it's a shame; I really like KFC.

I hadn't been to KFC in a long time, but I missed it. I had to drive a long way, as there aren't as many KFCs as the other big ones. I can't complain about the food; it was delicious as always. The atmosphere is typical of a fast-food restaurant, and you sit outside right on the main road.

Well, it's gotten significantly worse. App orders don't work at this location. The drink dispenser splashes a lot, making refilling it a total nightmare. The food is okay, but nothing more.

Soda fountain was broken to the point where it sprayed soda all over you. All seating was dirty and basically everything had a thick coat of grease.

Today was the last time my family and I visited this fraudulent company... We ordered the promo code 300. It was supposed to include two fries, hot wings, and cryspy fries, as well as two Zingerburgers. We also ordered 12 Bites and another three hot wings. It cost a whopping €40. The tablet return station was littered with trash and also very dirty. That doesn't whet your appetite. When you're cheated out of your hard-earned money, you shouldn't be surprised by the negative advertising. I advise everyone not to enter this store unless they want to be treated to unfriendly, overwhelmed staff and old, soggy fries. The wings and bites are tasty, but they don't make up for the repeated disappointment. Management urgently needs to come up with something to prevent KFC's already damaged reputation from being further ruined. This store doesn't need to expect any more advertising from me. I will share my experiences with everyone to protect other customers. It works perfectly in other branches, so why not in Marienfelde??? A terrible situation...

So, for me, today was my last visit...the service was good, as always. However, the food has deteriorated dramatically...the "burger" was simply poorly presented, the chicken pieces were extremely oversalted, and the mashed potatoes used to be way better...the end of the big fast-food chains is getting closer and closer 😉

Not really. Burgers are okay, but fries on the budget menu without sauce included? And Pepsi tastes like water. So why would you go here instead of Burger King or McDonald's? But the place is nice and clean. Oh yeah, and the touchpad is a disaster.

A typical KFC. You have to like the food or be able to digest it 🤪. Not my thing, but I can't say anything against the service and quality. Clean and modern after renovation. Drive in. Plenty of parking spaces. My guests were satisfied.

We wanted to go there on Friday, May 23rd. It remained just "wanted" because we arrived shortly before 10 p.m., and it was dark all over and no one was around. It says online that they're open until 11 p.m. I have no idea if this was an exception or if the times weren't adjusted on Google. Too bad.

Worst service i have never seen in other restaurants. I am working in leferendo and they give order after 1 hour that make our score down and customers also abuse us sometimes. It's certainly quite nice for a fast food chain, but KFC doesn't set any new culinary standards. They serve chicken in various variations...all breaded. This restaurant offers ample seating and a few parking spaces. An option for a quick (or very) snack. It's certainly not suitable for a candlelit dinner.

Hello I just experienced there but there staff is very rude and racist and there manager is very bad. I used to be there staff and there manager used to deduct my salary in my hours. They used to give 20 hours and used to pay 17 or 15 hours payments. They used to go against the contract. I used to be a delivery driver and they used me to clean the toilet and kitchen however there staff used to laugh on us and they don't even do anything. They are really racist and they give to much advantages of there old workers. They used there new staffs like a scrap. Please manager Ivon mam if is it possible please change this management.

Something was forgotten at the drive-in. We only saw this at home. I called and they delivered one chicken bag plus a sorry goodie to our home free of charge. Absolutely great! Thank you very much. :)

This was not the first time we visited this establishment, before everything was just super. Now the staff has changed, the service is haphazard, the order is not completely fulfilled, they do not deliver what is required. We waited for more than half an hour. During this time, for some reason, about six people were served after us. They are rude, disrespectful, and apparently they haven’t even heard of an apology.

At first the branch manager was very nice, but the boss wasn't so nice. This time I ordered wings and they were overly fatty, with every bite completely soaked in oil. So not nice this time.

The quality of the Hotwings is not the same as KFC. In my opinion they were hot wings that I bought myself. They were way too small, seasoned differently and breaded. I eat them regularly and they weren't Hotwings from KFC!!!!!!!

This chain is really a disgrace, I never wanted to go there again but my companion was hungry, contrary to my intentions, I ate a burger there, the staff is poorly selected, eat and drink and play more with their cell phones than go to the tables or clean the dirty drink dispenser. Please don't eat there!!!!!

40 min for 2 menus. Take away. Drinks were forgotten. The chicken pieces were OK. The burger just looked lousy. It's clear that the pictures look different, but such a difference is really big for the price. In Last years they give me 60% wrong order and i most always go personally or check my online order is true or not, anyways they are friendly and food is tasty but oily.

I have loved visiting this KFC branch with my family and friends for 20 years. Last Friday evening I spontaneously had a meal here with local friends. The branch had been successfully remodeled a few years ago and was empty except for a handful of visitors. When I placed my order, the friendly service employee unfortunately informed me that my favorite recipe "Hot & Spicy" for the chicken pieces and hot wings with fillet bites had been abolished four years ago. Ironically, one of the main reasons I had come to enjoy and appreciate KFC since then was canceled due to a lack of customer demand. Nonetheless, the taste of the whole box of 3 was simply divine! The chicken pieces and hot wings were crispy, juicy and a complete delight! The coleslaw and French fries were also fresh and delicious. Dejavu! It was quiet and pleasant to have dinner in this atmosphere, helping yourself to the drink refill machine while chatting about old times.

Really bad. Chicken not cooked through and super fatty. Friends saw it in the toilet all night. Never again

Food was cold, even though the shop was empty. Order was ready much too quickly and only took 5 minutes. Apparently it was already prepared so it was already cold. Drinks on offer too few. Taste, well, maybe it would have tasted better if it had been warm . It was so cold in there that we had to leave our jackets on. Conclusion: I'd rather go somewhere else.

Been waiting for my delivery for almost 3 hours....

KFC has become really expensive over the last few years, even by fast food standards. But I'm only there at most once a year. The restaurants are getting dirtier and dirtier, but that's also because the customers can't eat properly, the staff has a lot to do and can't clean up after everyone, and the shops are always full. The food is of course always super tasty, but if you want to fill up you can easily pay 14-20 euros. Of course, you can say that you rarely treat yourself to something like that, but you should be clear about the fat content.
