Es war ein wirklich wunderbarer Abend im Restaurant AnnA! Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf meine individuellen Essensbedürfnisse aufgrund meiner aktuellen Schwangerschaft wurde wundervoll eingegangen und geschmeckt hat es vorzüglich! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
At Hegel Eins, we enjoyed a seasonal menu with a spring theme – a very successful composition. We particularly enjoyed the flavor nuances in dishes like the Ikejime sea bass with carrot and sambal brandal or the salt marsh lamb with Mediterranean vegetables and Taggiasca olives. The sweet finale of raspberry and chai was creative and not too heavy.
I would like to highlight the fact that a vegetarian menu is also available upon request.
The service was attentive and unobtrusive, and the ambience was stylish.
Ein rundum gelungener Abend. Zuerst möchte ich den exzellenten Service erwähnen und loben. Selten wurde ich so gut betreut - ohne, dass es störend war. Die Sommelière ist dabei besonders hervorzuheben.
Ich habe das Menü gewählt, allerdings eine Vorspeise getauscht mit dem "Signature Dish". Eine gute Wahl! Ich liebe Entenleber - und so dargeboten, das war wirklich besonders gut.
Einziger Störfaktor: das nicht auf "Stumm" geschaltete Smartphone eines anderen Gastes.
Ich werde sicherlich wiederkommen!
It's always worth a visit. Excellent service, yet a relaxed atmosphere, and consistently fantastic food. You can look forward to new surprises on the menu each time. Definitely worth a visit. 😉
Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und die Tafel, die draußen auf eine Snackplatte für 2 hinwies inkl. zwei Weinen wollten wir nutzen.
Netter Service, schönes Ambiente - vor allem im Innenhof (unbedingt anschauen!).
Die gemischte Platte enthielt alles was man im Frankenland erwartet. Komisch nur, dass von einigen Dingen nur ein Scheibe (die Platte war für zwei ausgeschrieben!) gab. Auch beim Wein - er war gut, aber gerade mal 0,1 pro Glas - rechtfertigt die € 25,-- nicht. Schade.
Absolute favorite restaurant – both breakfast and dinner are unique. Creative, exciting dishes that taste fantastic and bring something special to every plate. Everything with great attention to detail and a great sense of quality.
The service is absolutely top: super friendly, relaxed, totally professional and at eye level. You immediately feel welcome – simply pleasant.
The new location is another real highlight: stylish, relaxed and with a really nice terrace. A young, modern shop with a great atmosphere.
You can tell that there is a lot of attention to detail everywhere. Absolute recommendation!

My wife and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary at the One & Only Restaurant in Aachen – an unforgettable experience. We felt special from the start thanks to the warm and warm welcome. The table was beautifully set and created a romantic atmosphere that perfectly suited our special occasion.
The service was simply outstanding; the chef and kitchen staff were extremely courteous and accommodating. They left nothing to be desired and pampered us lovingly. Every dish we ordered was a real treat. The food had a rich depth of flavor, every bite was to die for, and everything was carefully prepared.
We would like to thank the entire One & Only team. Thanks to you we had a wonderful and unforgettable wedding day. We can highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a combination of excellent food, excellent service and cozy atmosphere. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

A dream. Great atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff. The food is excellent. The meat is just perfectly tender. Everything is balanced, full-bodied and with a lot of depth and subtlety. Highly recommended. Great value for money. We'll be back 😁👍
For a long time I struggled with writing a relatively critical review because I didn't want to diminish the extreme work that goes into the kitchen.
I had the vegetarian menu with a non-alcoholic drink accompaniment, which was quite appropriate and gives the whole thing plus points.
However, the menu was disappointing. Ingredients, technique and presentation were undoubtedly first class. However, there were no interesting highlights in terms of taste. Mushroom terrine, green and white asparagus in successive courses, morel stuffed with potatoes (?), everything was just 'okay'.
Our table service tried to appear as professional as possible, but as a result came across as incongruously stiff and awkward without displaying the appropriate level of professionalism. Attention was shown by a constant, obligatory, somewhat penetrating "Are you okay?" At the same time, several drinks were spilled and a glass was knocked over on the table and shattered. It can happen, but it also spoils the overall picture of an evening.
Given the many positive reviews, we may have simply had a bad day, but my expectations, as well as those of my companion, were clearly exceeded.
A lovely, cozy restaurant with very attentive service. The gourmet menu with wine accompaniment left nothing to be desired and aroused enthusiasm for further visits.
