Es war ein wirklich wunderbarer Abend im Restaurant AnnA! Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf meine individuellen Essensbedürfnisse aufgrund meiner aktuellen Schwangerschaft wurde wundervoll eingegangen und geschmeckt hat es vorzüglich! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
A very good restaurant. We enjoyed the excellent 7-course menu. All the dishes were delicious, as was the recommended wine. The staff were all attentive, friendly, and helpful.
I can't comment on the food, but the Tesla Supercharger is a complete rip-off. Better to have a coffee somewhere else and avoid the Charger. If there is no intention behind it, why is there no simple sign about parking regulations directly at the supercharger after more than a year? So it just seems like a planned rip-off.
Our first visit to a Michelin-starred restaurant. The long journey (about two hours) was worth it. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful, exceptional experience. We'd love to come back again sometime.
We enjoy being guests at the Weinstock – even when Cornelia Fischer cooked there and now with Hendrik Friedrich as head chef. So far, every visit has been a culinary highlight. The team is also very well coordinated and responds to the wishes of its guests... and if you ask nicely, Mr. Friedrich will also reveal the recipe for the incredibly delicious pretzel rolls, which were served with other delicacies to get you in the mood :-) Thank you very much again for that! Let's see if I can make them fluffy and soft on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside.
Schon oft haben wir Freunde zu Ackermann und früher auch in das Ferment eingeladen. Das Ferment ( 1 Michelin Stern, leider nicht mehr dort) war hervorragend, das Restaurant Ackermann aber auch in Ordnung. Bei unserem letzten Besuch im Januar 2025 wurden wir (4 Personen) zwischen zwei Gesellschaften plaziert, so dass wir uns nur fast schreiend verständigen konnten (wir tragen noch keine Hörgeräte!). In dem großen Raum war es so kalt, dass wir zunächst unsere Jacken anbehielten, was Herrn Ackermann etwas irritierte! Die Bedienung war genervt und gestresst und offenbar mit den vielen Personen überfordert. Das Essen überzeugte mit Quantität, die Qualität des Essens war aber zumindest an diesem Abend überschaubar.
For a long time I struggled with writing a relatively critical review because I didn't want to diminish the extreme work that goes into the kitchen.
I had the vegetarian menu with a non-alcoholic drink accompaniment, which was quite appropriate and gives the whole thing plus points.
However, the menu was disappointing. Ingredients, technique and presentation were undoubtedly first class. However, there were no interesting highlights in terms of taste. Mushroom terrine, green and white asparagus in successive courses, morel stuffed with potatoes (?), everything was just 'okay'.
Our table service tried to appear as professional as possible, but as a result came across as incongruously stiff and awkward without displaying the appropriate level of professionalism. Attention was shown by a constant, obligatory, somewhat penetrating "Are you okay?" At the same time, several drinks were spilled and a glass was knocked over on the table and shattered. It can happen, but it also spoils the overall picture of an evening.
Given the many positive reviews, we may have simply had a bad day, but my expectations, as well as those of my companion, were clearly exceeded.
