I'm surprised that this excellent restaurant hasn't already received at least one Michelin Best in Price recommendation. High-quality ingredients, sophisticated, special menus and a large selection of wines. Vegan menu – everything is just perfect.
Da wir einen Rollstuhlfahrer dabei hatten, war der Zugang etwas erschwert. In der Schlossschänke war der Zugang möglich. Neben unserer Zufriedenheit mit dem Essen muss erwähnt werden, dass das Personal aus jungen vietnamesischen Auszubildenden bestand. Diese waren so hilfsbereit, so aufmerksam, so freundlich, dass ich mich entschlossen habe, dies hier zu erwähnen. Davon könnten viele Beschäftigte in der Gastronomie lernen, wie man es richtig macht. Toll!
Delicious experience in a very interesting restaurant. From ringing the doorbell at the front door, to walking through corridors and past the kitchen, to arriving inside the seating area and being served delicious food, the whole experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
It’s quite difficult to get here, but it’s possible if you have the opportunity to pay for dinner for 200+ Euros. The view from the window is worth waiting a while to book a table. Service 5+, food 100+. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come here with our beloved again!
The Ox & Klee is without question an exciting concept with high standards. Unfortunately, our reservation was canceled at short notice the evening before - particularly unfortunate since it was our anniversary.
What should be highlighted positively, however, is how professionally and accommodating the team handled it: we were booked in again promptly, received a menu upgrade and a bottle of champagne as compensation - a very generous and appreciative way of dealing with the situation.
The menu itself was of a high level of craftsmanship, but unfortunately the taste didn't quite match our personal style. Nevertheless, you can see the attention to detail and the creative idea behind every course.
Overall, a mixed impression - with great service and a lot of commitment, even if the culinary wasn't quite right this time.
Really delicious and high quality food. We came on a really hot day and I believe their ac unit wasn’t working so it was a bit difficult to sit and eat but the food quality and service were great
I would like to say thank you for many years of great food and very good service. However, I question what is wrong with the system that is forcing this restaurant to close.
On February 15, 2025 we were guests at Apicius for the first time. We thank you for a very good service and an excellent and tasty menu. Every course was special and prepared with attention to detail. For each course there was a small card with the respective dish. A nice memory.
The wine accompaniment and the cremant were also top notch.
What was special were the surprise courses in between and the delicious selection of bread. The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and not aloof. We'll be back.
