I can't say anything about the food and ambience. I had a reservation that I had to cancel. After a phone call with Ms. Lehmann, she assured me that the reservation would be canceled and the money would be credited to me. For two months now I've been struggling with, among other things, trying to reach someone at 100/200 because KLARNA asked me to solve the problem at the restaurant. The reservation was made through Tock who canceled the outstanding amount. This is really bad service 100/200.
With Benjamin Kriegel, the Lido Hafen is once again a culinary hotspot at the highest level. Every course is an experience – refined, precise and full of taste. Anyone who already knows him from Fritz's Frau Franzi or Pink Pepper will be amazed at how he has developed further here. Regionality, seasonality and genuine love of products are clearly the focus
For us, Ramona Kriegel is the best hostess in Düsseldorf - charming, attentive and with a keen sense of wine, timing and atmosphere. She accompanies every menu with natural warmth and real class.
With a view of the water, a well-thought-out menu and a perfect host duo, the Lido Hafen is a culinary highlight of the city for us.
A real experience! We were there for a birthday dinner and had a really great evening! The best service was from Kaleb and the Somelier Maxime. The menu and wine pairing harmonize wonderfully. The ambience is somewhat alternative and modern, more a matter of taste.
We decided to try Prism due to the Levantine menu and wine from the regions. We've been to plenty Michelins and for some reason for the price point it seemed a little bit overpriced for the tastings we received. With that said, each plate was delicious and well presented. We got the wine pairing. There were 3 categories and we went with the middle category. The wines were definitely the super stars. Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious but I thought the price was a little bit over which is why I gave 4 stars. I've never had veal tongue and it was welcomed surprise among other dishes. It's worth checking out for sure.
The individual nature of the different courses stands out in details and is usually accompanied by an attentive look from Ms. Malathounis. What we particularly liked was the large selection of good Greek wines. Here you can feel decades of experience at a high level. A thoroughly successful evening with great hosts, thank you very much.
The white city by the sea 🌊, simply wonderful. The welcome was very warm and the car service fantastic. Our room was a dream and very spacious.
You should definitely go there!
Absolutely fantastic!
What a wonderful experience! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here and were blown away by the attentive service and amazing culinary experience. They helped arrange a beautiful bouquet of flowers and the experience from arrival, through the menu and wine pairing until our departure was exceptional. We highly recommend coming here. Thank you to the team for making our anniversary a memorable experience.
By chance...
...we stumbled upon Erich Schwingshackl and his culinary skills. We always treat ourselves to a special meal for our wedding anniversaries, so we decided to try his cuisine. We combined this with a stay at the Naturhotel Rebling, where the restaurant is located.
On Friday evening, the time had come, and we treated ourselves to a seven-course gourmet menu with friends.
The table was beautifully decorated, and we sat in the center of the small gourmet restaurant. We were the only guests in the area that evening, but this didn't detract from the service or the food at all.
Mrs. Schwingshackl looked after us excellently and gave us very helpful advice on all our questions about the dishes and drinks. She was also open to our requests. Her husband then cooked us an outstanding menu, which was a delight from start to finish. All the dishes were a taste experience, and the presentation was also a feast for the eyes.
This meal is worthy of its Michelin star, and the price was perfectly reasonable.
The feel-good atmosphere that the Schwingshackl family has created in this small, fine restaurant deserves special mention. And then there's the magnificent view that stretches far beyond Deggendorf...
The area surrounding both restaurants is completely surrounded by a balcony. A summer dinner here is certainly a very special experience – both in terms of the cuisine and simply because of the magnificent view.
I was there for dinner on the last day, and you quickly noticed that both in the kitchen and in the really emotionless service, everyone was completely out of breath. I actually had high hopes, but none of the dishes, which were almost all based on very earthy ingredients, caught the fancy. The wine accompaniment, which wasn't exactly cheap, was also pretty banal. All in all, completely overpriced and inconclusive. Too bad chocolate
A very nice (industrial) atmosphere, although the location is a bit tricky to find. If you are then welcomed by the maître, everything is fine. The menu is balanced and meets the taste of most gourmets. The courses are explained in detail, so that you always look forward to the next course. Highly recommended!
