What can I say? Great food, great service, and everything else was perfect for us. We were there on August 30th, Saturday. I don't want to say too much about the menu; others have already done that. Sophie Lehmann and Thomas Imbusch have taken the best of the then-hidden Hamburg gem Madame X in the Off-Club and taken it up a notch. But we did miss the pink plush from Madame X a bit ;-) The ambiance (and especially the music selection) immediately captivated us – a clear unique selling point in Hamburg's fine dining scene. We'd be happy to come back, Malte and Katja W.

Our visit to 100/200 was simply fantastic! For our first Michelin-starred experience, we specifically went to this restaurant to enjoy the "Season" series as vegetarians. We received a wonderfully warm welcome and were looked after throughout our entire stay. In total, we spent five hours enjoying the dinner. Each course was explained to us with dedication, from the ShowBar, where the ingredients were presented, to the ingredients of the final macaron. Even intolerances were taken into account without any questions. Once with the course guide, and once with the guide, the total cost was €600 for the two of us. Flat rate, of course. If something runs out, it will be refilled without question. Thanks to the entire team for this unforgettable first Michelin-starred experience. We'll be back!

After I received an email from the restaurant with the invitation to share our feedback and experience, I wrote this email and send it directly to the restaurant on 27/7/2025. It’s now two and a half weeks later and I still haven’t received a reply, that’s why I put the email out here to share our experience with others: Dear team, I feel somewhat hesitant to write this review, as I’ve never before left negative feedback for a Michelin-starred restaurant—especially not one as well-known as yours. However, our dinner last night did not reflect the quality we’ve come to expect from a two-star establishment. The evening started off well: the champagne was delightful, and the restaurant has a charming atmosphere. Prior to the dinner, I informed the staff that one guest does not eat pork. Unfortunately, this was not acknowledged during the meal, and I had to point it out myself when a dish containing pork fat was served. Mistakes happen, but from that moment on, the experience began to decline noticeably. - The pacing of the evening was extremely slow—we spent two and a half hours on just two courses. - One guest received a different plate than the others for the same dish, which felt inconsistent and out of place in a fine dining setting. - Service was disorganized; nothing was done in unison. Dishes were cleared and wine poured at different times for each person, and cutlery was sometimes slid across the table rather than properly placed. In our experience, two-star service is typically precise and synchronized. - We requested English as our preferred language (as Dutch guests), but we were often addressed in German instead. This might have been unintentional and can happen sometimes, but it became frustrating over time. - At one point, we were asked to reuse our cutlery between courses, which felt inappropriate for a restaurant of this level. - The non-alcoholic pairing felt outdated—almost every drink was kombucha or something fermented. While fermentation can be interesting, having it across all seven courses felt monotonous. There are now many high-quality non-alcoholic alternatives available that could bring more variety. - The sommelier struggled to describe the wines in English. He often misspoke or couldn’t find the right words, sometimes only naming the grape and saying it was “fresh.” We’re used to sommeliers sharing rich, engaging stories that enhance the experience. - The “signature dish” was overwhelmingly salty, which made it difficult to enjoy. - When my mother-in-law and I requested tea instead of coffee, we were told there was no information available about the tea selection—not even basic options like ginger or mint. In our opinion, a two-star restaurant should offer more than just black tea as an alternative to espresso. In total, we were there for four and a half hours, and ended up taking the macarons home. Normally, we leave a place like this feeling spoiled and amazed by the experience. Unfortunately, this time we all walked away feeling somewhat disappointed—especially given the price. An experience of the highest caliber – highly recommended! We had the great pleasure of spending an afternoon at 100/200 – and what can we say? We were thrilled from the very first moment! The ambience is modern, stylish, yet pleasantly relaxed. You immediately sense that great attention to detail is paid here – not just on the plate, but also in the room. We would especially like to highlight the team on site: The communication was exceptionally good – warm, attentive, and always professional. You felt not just welcome as a guest, but almost like a part of the whole. And then, of course, the cuisine: a true firework for all the senses! Every course was perfectly composed, surprising, creative, and simply sublime in taste. You can tell that the cooking here is of the highest caliber – with passion, skill, and a sure sense for what's special. An all-around excellent afternoon that we will remember for a long time. Absolutamente excepcional. Desde el momento de nuestra llegada hasta la despedida disfrutamos de una experiencia impecable. El servicio fue auténticamente amable y profesional con un enfoque muy refrescante, ya que además los diferentes platos no fueron servidos por camareros sino por los propios chefs, es decir, justo después de que los observáramos preparándolos. Los platos de la cena de 7 platos (+ 3 amuse - gueules) fueron un enorme placer: cada uno de ellos no era solo una artesanía perfecta, sino que, lo que es más importante, las combinaciones más creativas y el equilibrio perfecto de sabores causaron pura alegría en cada bocado. Es casi imposible elegir algunos favoritos, pero el pan de masa madre con mantequilla, yogur y aceites de hierbas infusionados, la langosta y el helado de frambuesa con crema de pistacho permanecerán en la memoria de nuestro paladar durante mucho tiempo. Gracias a toda la familia 100/200. No podemos esperar a volver en otoño. Y el invierno. Y la primavera.

Glory in 100/200: Best entrecôte in a while. Creative salad and excellent drinks. Prices are reasonable, except perhaps the flat rate for water, bread, and butter—I find €35 per person a bit excessive. But no reason to deduct points for me.

Tucked away in an old industrial zone on the outskirts of Hamburg, 100/200 occupies the third floor of a repurposed factory building. There’s a buzz-in entry system and a single designated parking spot outside — a reminder that this is no typical fine dining venue. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by staff dressed in green overalls, reminiscent of industrial maintenance workers — a playful nod to the building’s heritage; and the restaurant’s name, which refers to cooking temperatures. The aesthetic is consistent throughout: exposed black brick, thoughtfully curated artwork with custom lighting, soundproofed industrial ceilings, and oversized wooden tables paired with stylish swirl-back chairs. The open-plan kitchen is the focal point of the space, giving diners a view into the meticulous operation. Service is attentive and polished, with a nice balance between traditional waitstaff and chefs personally presenting and explaining select dishes. There was no amuse-bouche, just excellent bread: light, fluffy, and perfectly crunchy on the crust, served with a wild garlic and yogurt spread that was creamy, herbaceous, and just slightly sweet — a very Starter of Grilled Lobster Tail Served with red pepper, pistachio, and a lobster coulis. The tail was well-cooked and flavourful, though the portion was modest (likely under 100g). The accompanying coulis and pepper were well-balanced and complemented the sweetness of the lobster. Notably, there was a long pause between the first and second course. Main of Cod with Tomato Film and Pearl Tartlet The cod was sous-vide and delicately cooked, paired with an inventive tartlet of pearls. A restrained, elegant dish showcasing precision and technique. Mushroom and Cacao Kombucha with Toasted Gouda and Mushrooms A striking combination, both earthy and complex. The mushroom-kombucha pairing gave it a savoury, almost cellar-like depth. This dish stood out as one of the most memorable of the evening and is apparently a house signature. Dessert: Brioche with Cream and Praline, a take on the German Franzbrötchen Deconstructed. Light, well-composed, and not overly sweet — a refined end to the meal. The house sparkling rosé (“Schaumwein”house brand) was a pleasant surprise and paired well with most courses. At €80, it offered good value for a house label. 100/200 leans into its industrial roots with style and confidence, delivering a high-level dining experience that feels refreshingly different from more traditional fine-dining venues. While portion sizes were on the smaller side and pacing between courses could be improved, the creativity, attention to detail, and atmosphere more than compensate.

Hay un zumbido - en el sistema de entrada y un solo lugar de estacionamiento designado fuera - un recordatorio de que este no es un lugar típico de buena comida. A su llegada, le recibirá el personal vestido con monos verdes, que recuerdan a los trabajadores de mantenimiento industrial, un guiño juguetón a la herencia del edificio; y el nombre del restaurante, que hace referencia a las temperaturas de cocción. Oh, I personally really enjoyed the food, it couldn't be more umami!!👌🏽 The moment you walk in, you'll experience a unique atmosphere. Beautiful decor, friendly service, and watching from the open kitchen how focused and calm our dishes were being prepared was the highlight. Some dishes leave room for explanations when served at the table, which I didn't find negative; it allowed for more conversation at the table about what you were trying. At the end, there's a detailed menu listing everything you've eaten. I can't fault anything; the food simply blew me away. Very creative, great drinks. One small comment: the lighting in the ladies' restroom could be a bit brighter, but otherwise, it was a great evening!👍🏼

This was our first time visiting a Michelin-starred restaurant. As a foodie, I was curious to see what makes a two-star establishment so exceptional. The restaurant enchants you from the moment you enter. A warm, hospitable atmosphere greets guests. From there, you place yourself in the hands of the crew who will guide you through the evening. I could describe each individual course, but it's the whole thing that makes the evening so complete. Dishes of the highest quality, paired with matching drinks. Some of them are provocative in taste, but the craftsmanship is always top-notch. The team is impressive, and we were able to observe them well thanks to our great seating. The interaction, every move flows seamlessly into the actions of the others. It's more than commendable that the young lady in training is being integrated into the evening service, which is a great way to attract new talent. Yes, a visit is of course a luxury, but I will definitely come back, as the four menus offered each year promise a lot.

Finally I managed to eat at this restaurant. Actually not far from where I live in Eimsbüttel, but not that easy to find. I spontaneously joined friends who had made reservations. After a motorcycle tour. It was great that I was allowed to sit down and Sophie at reception wasn't shocked that I came out of the lift with a helmet under my arm. The ice was immediately broken and the great food could come. The photos in the seasonal menu speak for themselves. I had never eaten lobster in such a skillful and varied way before. Serving it as “coffee and cake” is a great idea. The chef himself wasn't there, but his professional team prepared everything perfectly for us. Since I had to stay fit to drive, I only enjoyed two wines and chose the non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment. It was full of surprises and went perfectly with the food. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill. I expected more for a two star menu. I'm pleased that I got away cheaper than my last visit to the two-star hotel in the city center. Keep it up! PS You should definitely treat yourself to the view from the terrace at sunset.

An evening that will resonate for a long time. At 100/200 - the best table in the house, with a direct view of the Elbtower and the slowly glowing skyline of Hamburg. Finest cuisine, course after course a homage to craftsmanship, creativity and courage. Every bite is a statement – honest, sophisticated, surprising. Plus: great music that filled the room without pushing itself into the foreground. The perfect soundtrack for an evening of enjoyment and conversation. I have been visiting the 100/200 every season for 6 years now. It is a place that is very special for Hamburg in terms of gastronomy and cuisine. The kitchen is bold and edgy and sometimes challenging. She is creative in the very best sense, not because she combines so crazy things that don't belong together, but because she always serves the product and stages it differently than you are used to. For me, a visit is not “going out to eat”, it is like going to the cinema, a concert or, in other words, a fun evening event. It's a place to feel good and chat and, of course, feast. On top of that, it is a restaurant that has constantly developed over the years and does not stand still. This means that even when classics end up on the plate again, it stays fresh. Thank you for having something like this here. The style and style are otherwise lacking here.

I can't say anything about the food and ambience. I had a reservation that I had to cancel. After a phone call with Ms. Lehmann, she assured me that the reservation would be canceled and the money would be credited to me. For two months now I've been struggling with, among other things, trying to reach someone at 100/200 because KLARNA asked me to solve the problem at the restaurant. The reservation was made through Tock who canceled the outstanding amount. This is really bad service 100/200.

First of all: Always a big fan of the way Sophie and Thomas immerse you in the world of their cuisine. Raw and yet so refined, super sustainable and with absolutely flawless craftsmanship. We have now tried the Glorie (the house's a la carte offering) and have to say that it more than impressed us. Simple courses taken to a new level with attention to preparation and detail. Anyone who really pays attention to the etiquette of fine dining will definitely be picked up here and can save a few euros and hours (if that is the objective). From a wonderfully dressed roast beef arranged on three plates to the petit four, a really well-balanced gourmet afternoon. Wonderful service especially from Maurice, who made us feel at home. With charm and good recommendations. 10/10 It is not without reason that it is one of the most interesting addresses in the German gourmet heaven.

We visited 100/200 Kitchen for an hour table. Food: beautifully prepared, tastes good. Unfortunately there was a little mishap with our food: we forgot to remove a plastic film. Compared to other restaurants, I didn't find it that imaginative either. Service: basically friendly, but: -I didn't get any salt: "The food is seasoned. That's the information I can give you" - Serving was sometimes not from the right, but between us (we sat next to each other) -The response to criticism was: "then this isn't your place." That's cheesy. -because of the foil we were invited for a drink each (I find it petty) Ambiance: very tastefully decorated. Pleasant atmosphere with good music. The stools at the lesson table are a bit uncomfortable in the long run.

We had a beautiful evening. Big table with a group of 7. The atmosphere is amazing as you are sitting near the big open centered kitchen. Which is quite and calm ... Very organised and full of harmony. You see true masters of their craft. The service is on point... Modern and warm, not stiff at all. A mix of pop music and classics is playing. We had the wine paring and the non alcoholic drink paring too. Lots of fermented drinks. The food was just as good as expected... The over all experience was amazing.

A (costly) experience! The two of us had booked the vegetarian menu for autumn 2024. The service is truly outstanding, attentive, discreet and professional in every respect. I would say it was the best service I've had at a restaurant this year. Shortly after being seated, you will be asked to inspect a treasure chest near the entrance in which tonight's ingredients are lined up. A great idea because you don't know the exact menu. The food itself is absolutely great - 2 Michelin stars, nothing more needs to be said. Complex, superbly arranged and always with a certain something extra. It was difficult to decide on my favorite course in the end. You get bread the entire time, so you definitely don't leave the restaurant hungry. The wine selection and advice was great, prices seemed fair to me. Small but interesting selection of spirits. Rum and whiskey a bit unimaginative for my taste, but solid classics. It's probably more wine territory. But exciting fires from Kolonko. As we all know, they aren't a bargain, but I still found the price in the restaurant to be at the limit at around 40 euros for a fruit schnapps. But we wanted to treat ourselves that evening, but it still has an aftertaste. I've also had it served in other star restaurants for around 25 euros. The ambience is great, there's a lot of distance from other guests, so you're really on your own. This is not always a given, especially in Hamburg, where the shops are often very cluttered (probably due to the rents). In the end, the two of us had more than 800 euros on the clock, and we didn't order any vintage champagne or anything like that. That's just for context. However, you also get a very interesting experience that lasts between 4 and 5 hours.

I rarely write reviews but here I was so disappointed that I have to share my experience. About the ambience: The restaurant is stylishly designed and the Zalto glasses are a highlight. Unfortunately, there were no equivalent burgundy glasses, which was disappointing in contrast to the otherwise high-quality details. But of course this is only a small point of criticism. About the wine: The wine list is extremely small, especially for a 2 star restaurant. Important categories such as German Riesling or Burgundy are represented with few options and there is hardly any vintage depth. We found the wine accompaniment (see picture) to be overpriced for what bottles we could see. About the service: The sommelier was rude, didactic and condescending. Despite our request to order red wine after our bottle of white wine, we were left with no wine to eat. His behavior was consistently inappropriate, which greatly dampened the atmosphere. The restaurant manager Maurice, on the other hand, was friendly and professional and at least partially saved the evening. To eat: The dishes were often unbalanced, tasted one-dimensional or oversalted. The presentation was disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber: smeared plates, a dessert where the caviar almost fell off, and repeated decorations like beetroot strings and fried kale seemed uninspired. Seasonality and sustainability are laudable, but they do not justify a lack of creativity. For communication: The restaurant reacted negatively to our written criticism and assumed we had bad intentions instead of admitting mistakes. Such behavior is unprofessional and disappointing for a restaurant in this price range. Overall, the evening was far below our expectations. The service was unfriendly, the food unbalanced and the response to criticism unacceptable. We expect significantly more for the high price level!

“ensemble fabuloso” - it was great with you! ….and it can’t be beat. We have already visited the best starred restaurants all over Europe, but what we encountered here in Hamburg is in our hometown. is unique - simply top class. A mixture of smartness, the highest culinary art, an explosion of taste due to creative compositions that are not intentional or futuristic, but fit the theme, the season and the positioning of the 100 200. Very casual! And also: the best, non-alcoholic “wine accompaniment”, composed of incredibly well-balanced fruit juices that are based on the wines and their aromas. We have never experienced this in any of the Michelin restaurants. Not to mention the “real” wines, which were superbly selected by the amazing sommelier! You are a perfectly coordinated theater ensemble and the location offers a unique stage with soft light, very cool music and a consistently positive atmosphere thanks to the friendly, young and very professional team. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. We loved the whole atmosphere, service and food. The food is outstanding with little twists of the unexpected that elevated it to the next level and break the „flavors“. The service was warm, friendly and attentive with the eye for small surprises and the right feeling on where to go into depth explaining details vs where to let the guest find out themselves. The ambience and setting with the dominating kitchen was what I looked most forward to and gave the whole experience the icing on the cake and something to explore during the dinner.

We were now in the 100/200 for the third time. The food was, as always, very good. However, the Fire & Smoke menu was very similar to last year. With 2 stars I expect more experimentation. Nonetheless, the deer had great texture. The vanilla ice cream with pumpkin seeds was an exciting combination. The Franzbrötchen only had a little cinnamon flavor. Unfortunately, the quantities of food were too small this time too. Without a second loaf of bread I would still have felt hungry. Circondato da cantieri questo ristorante ha un ingresso che definire spettrale sarebbe generoso. Per entrare bisogna citofonare proprio di fianco alla targa che ci dice che il ristorante vanta ben due stelle Michelin, il problema è che sia il citofono ,che la targa e persino l’insegna sono invasi da ragni di medio grandi dimensioni, oltre che ad una quantità importante di guano. Mai vista una roba così neanche negli streetfood di Nuova Delhi. All’interno le cose cambiano, il menù vegetariano è molto buono e il personale è genitilissimo.

A beautiful restaurant located directly on the Elbe bridges. We decided in advance for the carte blanche menu, which is served at a long wooden table right next to the window. The ambience is great with the open kitchen, which can be seen from all sides. The service was initially very courteous and pleasant. After a while, however, this (strangely) decreases significantly. From the 2nd course onwards, the components on the plate are no longer explained - however, as mentioned above, we eat carte blanche and know nothing about the dish. There is also no menu (which would actually be desirable, even if only with the current purchase). The bill is handed over directly to the petit four without asking. That too puts a damper on the evening. You are forced to pay straight away and you haven't even finished “enjoying” it yet. The food was wonderful and definitely worth its 2 stars and an absolute pleasure!

Well, what can you say? The 100/200 offers light and shadow. The kitchen idea is great, but the quality and service by no means justify the 2-star rating. The evening starts perfectly: we are greeted politely, the kitchen loft amazes us. You immediately feel like you are in good service hands. One still has no idea that this will not be maintained. Since you don't know the menu, you are initially taken to the "showcase" where the most important ingredients of the evening are presented to you. The greeting from the kitchen there is sensational. It goes back to the table. The ambience is excellent and promises a lot. It starts with flavor notes: The five flavors are presented separately in small bites. This is well thought out, but the flavors are comparatively weak (sour and salt in particular are quite pale). You're happy that you have to taste it precisely that evening. But that's a trap. The fish course is excellent, the flavors fine and wonderfully balanced. Then fish and meat meet, a great combination. But from here the menu changes. While this course is quite salty at the end, the “gourmet potty” that follows is so spicy that you definitely need a balance. The accompanying grilled meat is great, but there is no contrast because it is also hearty and salty. Luckily, the delicious bread was saved so that the strength could be neutralized. The subsequent cabbage roll is extremely heavily salted. Here too you definitely have to look for a contrast. By the way, both courses are not particularly pretty. Don't let the Insta-staging of the stuffed cabbage confuse you. The cheese toast that ends the hearty courses tastes like toast with slices of cheese. I loved it as a child, but it's out of place here because it's definitely too salty. After these brutally hard-spiced courses, you wonder why vegetables or fruit aren't occasionally used as a neutralizing freshness. Yes, we tried to use both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage accompaniments, but their flavors are often strongly spicy too. Luckily the water is free. Anyone who can really distinguish the subtle nuances of the five flavors at the beginning of the menu will be overwhelmed by the aromas that follow. That is confusing. Because you don't recognize the idea of the kitchen. Should it be precise and light (like at the beginning) or brutal and powerful in an industrial style? Both seem erratic and not well thought out at the same time. The desserts are delicious and some have exciting bitter notes. The big drawback: no texture. Everything ends up blurring into one big mess. That's not enough craftsmanship. The service: excellent to begin with. But with the meat/fish course, where the menu turns salty, the service also takes a turn. Used plates stand around for a noticeably long time, water is refilled sporadically (but too inattentively for 2 stars). Once we were left completely dry because our water was forgotten. Questions about the exact ingredients of the non-alcoholic accompaniment cannot always be answered. In general, the timing: You sometimes wait 30-40 minutes between courses (especially in the middle part of the menu), but the wine accompaniment has already been on the table for too long. Timing of service and cuisine are dis-harmonious. That's just not attentive enough for a restaurant with this claim. And we know it much better from other 2-star restaurants (not just in Hamburg). Maybe it's because the chef is only in the kitchen for the first few minutes? It's a shame that he's no longer on site, because an attentive eye is needed here. In the end you are torn: the concept is great, but the menu and service run out of steam as the evening progresses. If, like us, you leave feeling slightly frustrated and disappointed, you can at least play a bit of arcade martial arts next to the elevator and let off some steam.

I was in 100/200 Kitchen for dinner on Saturday 24 February. Unfortunately the experience was terrible. The food was absolutely unbalanced and excessively salty, without communicating any emotion, the wine paring was modest, not to mention the non-alcoholic drink paring. The Chef and the Maitre left the restaurant even before the restaurant's guests, without acknowledging the complaints communicated to the Maitre. So, a disaster. But it's not over. My guest, who had chosen the non-alcoholic paring, returned to the hotel and was very ill all night and the following day, with diarrhea, vomiting and headaches. Compared to a bill of 840 euros, all this is unacceptable.

The evening was a true experience from aperitif to petit fours. Das Essen war eine Geschmacksexplosion im besten Sinne. Allein hierfür sind zwei Sterne gerechtfertigt. Es ist hohe Kunst Gänge mit Kombinationen von Austern und Rindsbratwurst oder verschiedenen Meeresfrüchten so abzustimmen, das man alles einzeln schmecken kann und die Kombination trotzdem stimmig ist. Die Weinbegleitung war mit außergewöhnlichen Weinen (2 osteuropäische) bestückt. Hier waren zwei Weine überhaupt nicht passend. Auf meine höfliche Kritik wurde mit professionellem Hinweis, Geschmäcker seien eben verschieden, geantwortet. Nicht gut. Punktabzug gibt es für die nicht stornierbare Reservierung und die damit verbundene Vorauszahlung , in der schon 10% Prozent Trinkgeld enthalten war. Das geht nicht. Das Personal war sehr kompetent und höflich. Alles in allem ein gelungener Abend, der mit 800 Euro für zwei Personen auch teuer und nicht unangemessen bezahlt wurde. Bei diesem Preis dürfen nicht viele Fehler passieren.

Das Gastronomie Konzept der Sonderklasse bringt Gäste vor die“Tore“ der Stadt in eine kleine ehemalige Fabrik Etage mit sehr modernem und gemütlichen Charme mitten in Nirgendwo. Den Rest erledigt das unschlagbar professionelle und zuvorkommende Team. Es ist spürbar, wie sehr das Team es schätzt, hier zu arbeiten und kulinarische Kunstwerke der Spitzenklasse zu erschaffen. Kombiniert wird das Überraschungsmenü mit sehr gut dazu ausgewählten Begleitweinen. Die Küche ist mitten im Raum und man taucht ein in einen „Foodflow“ der Sonderklasse, eine Geschmackshöhe nach der anderen ein wahrer kulinarischer „Leckerbissen“.

Tolles Ambiente! Vom Essen war ich leider nur zu einem gewissen Grad überzeugt/beeindruckt, aber ich würde gerne für einen zweiten Eindruck wiederkommen und mich dieses mal völlig überzeugen lassen :)

Wir hatten zu zweit einen außergewöhnlichen Abend im 100/200 auf Empfehlung von Freunden und können das Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Essen war großartig (ohne wenn und aber), die Location unglaublich beeindruckend, die Einrichtung sehr stylisch (traf zumindest genau unseren Geschmack) und der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Weinbegleitung und Essen waren für uns perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Hier ist ein klasse Team am Start was sein Handwerk versteht. Einziger Kritikpunkt der zum Abzug von einem Punkt führte: Das Restaurant war mit rund 15 Gästen nicht ganz gefüllt, der Abend schien "recht ruhig" zu sein. Beide Inhaber waren anwesend, schafften es aber nicht auch nur einmal nachzufragen ob alles in Ordnung ist oder bei den sieben besetzten Tisch kurz persönlich vorbeizuschauen. Die beiden gingen dann noch vor den meisten Gästen. Das finden wir persönlich in diesem Preissegment nicht angebracht.

Im September haben wir das 100/200 zum Erstmal besucht und sind von dem Ambiente, dem phantastischen Essen und im Besonderen vom dem herausragende Service fasziniert. Ein schönen Spaziergang von Hafencity zum 100/200 hat die Vorfreude gesteigert. Wir würden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Location im Loft Stiel gehalten und in der Mitte die Küche. Das Essen hatten wir das Vegetarische Menü mit Weinbegleitung gewählt. Was für eine Erfahrung...ein absolutes Highlight...Textur, Geschmack für alle Sinn was geboten. Der Auftakt war erstmal eine kleine Exkursion was für Lebensmittel an unseren Gaumen eine Geschmacksexplosion auslösen werden. Die Weinbegleitung hat einfach super gepasst, vielen Dank an Sophie für das Weinerlebnis. Der Service was kann man sich mehr wünschen als ein engaschiertes Team welches immer mit Freude dabei ist. Ein kleiner Plausch am Rand, auf Nachfrage zu Essen und Wein immer die perfekt Antwort Parade gehabt das ist nicht nur ein perfekter Service sonder im 100/200 es zu spüren, das das Team mit Passion dabei ist. Wir kommen wieder und wir freuen uns heute schon auf denn nächsten Besuch. Viel Dank für dieses Erlebnis Thomas und Sophie und das super 100/200 Team ihr habt uns nachhaltig Beeindruckt

Ich wünsche niemandem etwas schlechtes ...... aber wer so abgehoben ist ; verdient keine Gäste..Menschen müssen hart für ihr Geld arbeiten ...... schämt Euch überhaupt solche Gedanken zu haben Keiner unserer Freunde werden Euer Lokal besuchen.

Ich kann die negativ Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir sind wegen des vegetarischen Menüs ins 100/200 und wegen des Restaurants natürlich. Essen war grandios. Service aufmerksam und sehr engagiert, danke nochmal. Anti Alkoholische Begleitung top! Location sehr schön.

Wir sind überhaupt kein Freund von vegetarischen Menüs und wir hätten sicher nicht reserviert wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten.Aber was soll ich schreiben das war sehr geiles Essen. Super Service super Weinkarte.Der Bohnengang (keine Ahnung wie ich den sonst beschreiben soll) erinnerte mich stark an die eingelegten Schnittbohnen meiner Oma und bei aller Liebe mehr geht beim Essen nicht .DANKE

Lisbeth immediately made me think of "Aunt Lisbeth," and that's classic good reading material. The Lisbeth, as a top gourmet location, is a first-class experience. Located at the top end of one of my favorite streets in Hamburg, Deichstraße, in a beautiful location, a simple, chic look, attention to detail, Hanseatic understatement, and Nordic freshness combine with top-notch cuisine and top-notch service. Here, dining becomes an experience in a modern, delicious food flow of the highest order. Nordic classics are reinterpreted and lovingly composed. The menu offers various expansion options, which were gratefully accepted. The wine selection is very good, but (sorry for the luxury nitpicking) it would be great if there were several bottles in stock. We consistently drank the last ones. Regardless, variety is key, but a more consistent wine selection would certainly be good. The espresso in the crema is a liquid delicacy and a perfect complement to the little "snacks" at the end. I've definitely read Aunt Lisbeth on my shelf, and I'll definitely be back. Food history is constantly changing. No question about it.

Dinner at Jacobs once again completely impressed us. After not having been there for a while, we realized it's worth eating there more often. The restaurant's ambiance is hard to beat. The service, especially the sommelier's wine advice, was excellent, allowing us to sample several different wines throughout the meal. Mr. Martin's food is still of Michelin-star quality. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely evening!

Update: We've been to Landhaus Scherrer two more times (three times in total): once for the truly fantastic Valentine's Day menu, and recently for the offal menu. I was particularly impressed by the licorice foam with kidneys and veal head, as well as the veal brain and sweetbreads. The dessert of gratinated goose liver, baked black pudding, quince sorbet, custard, and red apple compote was also a true explosion of flavors. What we loved every time: the selection of truffles, pralines, and small pastries that were served with our specially ordered espresso. The vegan 6-course menu was another highlight (this was our first visit just over a year ago): A welcome from the kitchen with pickled vegetables, wasabi, and horseradish was reminiscent of Japanese flavors, the broccoli foam soup with fried cauliflower was delicious, and the braised Jerusalem artichoke with carrot foam, peas, and jus was wonderfully hearty. A refreshing rhubarb sorbet with Taittinger Champagne led to the highlight: watercress ravioli with spinach, morels, and sauce – personally served by Michelin-starred chef Heinz Wehmann. The finale was Crêpes Suzette, flambéed tableside, and espresso with sweet treats. The service was first-class every time – attentive, warm, and professional – and the relaxed atmosphere made the evening perfect. As for value for money: You pay a little more here, but the creative preparation, the first-class ingredients, and the harmonious overall package make the price absolutely reasonable. An all-round successful evening – we'll definitely be back!

In this atmosphere, with the best kitchen and service staff, the wonderful and delicious food, accompanied by excellent wine pairing, becomes a culinary experience. We felt so comfortable, like we were with friends, and we would love to come back. Thank you.
