Schade, Surf and Turf mit Soße geht gar nicht. Sollte der Koch sich mal in den richtigen Restaurants schlau machen. Und...Roulade mit Rotkraut und Serviettenknödel schmeckte sehr nach TK-Ware. Der Ober hatte uns schon mit den ersten Getränken vergessen. Da helfen leider "moderate" Preise nicht! Leiderweise können wir das Restaurant nicht empfehlen. Schade....

Achtung Kreditkaten Abzocke - 2,64 Euro Aufschlag musste ich für Einsatz meiner Commerzbank MasterCard zahle - ich finde das unverschämt und Abzocke der Gäste. Der Service war sehr freundlich, das Essen ist prima. Aber diese Unsitte ist aus meiner Sicht rechtlich nicht zulässig. Bitte ändern.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant am Kudamm mit netten Personal und sympathischen Inhaber. Das Essen ist sehr gut, kann es nur empfehlen.

Ein wunderbarer Ort. Top Gerichte du absolut moderaten Preisen. Und so einen leckeren Kaiserschmarrn habe ich noch nie gegessen.

Beste hausgemachter Apfelstrudel und herausragender Kaiserschmarrn aller Zeiten. Service super! Das Essen war sehr gut, vor allem der Spargel auf den Punkt gegart. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Schönes Lokal, ein wirklich gutes Steak mit Pfeffersauce, Bratkartoffeln und Wein 🍷, gefolgt von einer Tasse heißem Kaffee mit Cognac im vorgewärmten Glas (klasse!) 😁😁 Meine Frau bestellte Zander mit Rote-Bete-Risotto. Der Fisch stand einfach so im Schrank, ich hätte ihn begrüßen und Wein und Rosé empfehlen sollen 😁😁. Danach bestellte sie Tee und einen Baileys mit Eiswürfeln. Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis.

Sehr schlechter Service. Der Ober arbeitet wenig kundenorientiert. Er war nicht bereit einen leeren Tisch mit weißer Tischdecke einzudecken sondern verlangte, dass wir von einer rohen Holzplatte essen. Seine Argumente waren abenteuerlich; der Tisch sei zu scharfkantig etc. Wir haben es daher vorgezogen in einem anderen Restaurant am Kurfürstendamm zu essen. Da gehen wir jedenfalls nicht mehr essen!

Etwas gehobenere Küche, so empfinde ich. Sehr lecker. Ich kann die Rinderroulade empfehlen. Freundlicher Service

Wir waren mittlerweile das zweite Mal dort. Bei beiden Malen zum Frühstück am Sonntag und hatten eine unfassbar aufmerksame und freundliche Kellnerin! Das Restaurant ist groß und geräumig. Beide Male hatte ich das Käsefrühstück und einen Eiweißschock, mein Mann ein Bauernfrühstück, mega lecker 😋. Wir kommen auch ein drittes Mal!

Immer eine gute Wahl, ob zum Frühstück, Business Lunch oder einen Drink

Ich kenne dieses Restaurant seit sicher 15 Jahren. Neulich waren wir mal wieder da, da wir in der Nähe gewohnt haben. Ehrlich gesagt, war ich entsetzt, wie es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre, komischer Geruch und eine Karte, wie vor 20 Jahren. So war unser Frühstück leider auch. Einfachste Aufbackbrötchen, billigster Käse und Wurst und leider alles absolut kein Genuss. War waren zu dem Zeitpunkt auch die einzigen Gäste. Die Kellnerin hat sich sehr um uns bemüht. Das ist der absolute Bonuspunkt gewesen! Hätten unsere Kinder nicht so großen Hunger gehabt, wäre ich definitiv gegangen. Berlin hat so viel zu bieten…wir werden uns definitiv beim nächsten Besuch für eine andere Location entscheiden.

Schöne und alte Restaurant, wo jeder findet für sich passendes.

Ich war gestern Mittag mit meinem Geschäftspartner und zwei Freunden im Restaurant Eifel und muss ehrlich sagen: Dieser Besuch hat meine Meinung komplett geändert. Wir arbeiten seit Jahren direkt gegenüber und ehrlich gesagt mochte ich den Laden früher nie besonders er wirkte auf mich immer etwas dunkel und der Service war nicht immer überzeugend. Aber gestern war alles anders. Der Kellner vor Ort war absolute Spitzenklasse. So freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich wird man wirklich selten bedient. Er hat uns einen der besten Tage seit Langem beschert und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wirklich erste Sahne! Wir haben zwar nur etwas getrunken und nichts Großes gegessen, aber trotzdem war der Aufenthalt einfach großartig allein wegen dieses tollen Services. Der Kellner ist ein super Kerl, dem man ruhig mal ein großes Lob aussprechen darf. Bitte richtet ihm liebe Grüße aus! Dank ihm werde ich definitiv öfter vorbeikommen. So kann man Gäste zurückgewinnen. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Mittag!

Ich komme seit 20 Jahren in dieses Restaurant. Egal ob Frühstück, Mittag oder Abendessen, wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Der Service und das Essen sind erstklassig. Auf dieses Restaurant kann man sich 100% verlassen, man wird nie enttäuscht.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen da. Mein Gericht war geschmacklos, die Soße war unangenehm und das Fleisch, das auf der Speisekarte als Filet bezeichnet wurde, von minderer Qualität. Die Kellnerin fragte nur allgemein, wie es geschmeckt habe. Ich äußerte meine Meinung, bekam aber keine Antwort.

Das Essen war lecker......ich hatte vorher versehentlich falsch bestellt. Die Servierin war sehr aufmerksam und hat die Bestellung sofort geändert und neu gebracht. Fand ich toll..

Essen war sehr gut, ich denke da findet jeder etwas. Weinauswahl sollte überarbeitet werden ;-) Bei schönem Wetter kann man gut draussen sitzen! Nette Bedienung

The goat cheese was very nice, something different. The combination of goat cheese with dates, dried tomatoes, and nuts worked well together. Unfortunately, the fries that came with it weren't seasoned and tasted very bland.

I waited over 30 minutes for my food, apparently because a Lieferando order got in the way. The lunch price was supposed to include an espresso, but I couldn't take it because I was already running late. They didn't even accommodate me with the price, and I had to pay the full price despite waiting and missing a portion of the menu. But the food was good, and the service was nice.

Update 06/25: In June 2025, we had breakfast in the Eifel region. Very good cappuccino and delicious scrambled eggs. One of the best breakfasts we've had on Kudamm. Very friendly service. Thank you. We were in the Eifel region in December 2024 for goose and duck dinner. As always, the service was good and the food delicious, with generous portions. One of the few restaurants around Kudamm where Berliners can still feel at home, as there's no mass processing here. In summer, we appreciate the terrace for breakfast.

I've been visiting the Eifel region for years and am always completely satisfied. The food is excellent, especially the eggs Benedict and the goose, but the service is also always first-class. Courteous, forward-thinking, and always with a smile! I will remain loyal to you and look forward to my next visit. See you soon.

Today I had a great breakfast with my wife and friends. I was very pleasantly surprised. The service was great, the food was very good and the atmosphere was great. What else do I need to say? Just go and try it!

The food was solid, but not up to the standard of a gourmet restaurant. More serious, however, was the service: The bill was communicated only verbally and deviated by over €5 from the actual price. When we asked for it, we initially received only a receipt – not an invoice. Only after repeatedly insisting clearly was one reluctantly issued. This is not what transparent and trustworthy customer service looks like. Be sure to insist on a written invoice and check the amounts carefully.

The food was excellent, the service was very attentive and friendly. We would be happy to come back to you.

I had lunch here again last Friday and when I looked at the menu I noticed that not only the business lunch (main course plus espresso) now costs an impressive €15.50, but almost all of the dishes on the normal menu have also become more expensive. We used to have Caesar salad with chicken for around €15, but now this simple salad costs €18.50! Ok, I ordered it anyway, but when it was served I unfortunately realized that although the price had increased, the portion of my salad was definitely smaller than usual. Sorry, but that's too overpriced for me and will probably be my last visit here. The service that day was ok, the food tasted good too.

Great food - great value for money. Very sweet staff. The current owners are doing a lot right. Definitely a place to visit frequently.

Unfortunately a disappointment. The two of us paid €50 for expired jam, dry sausage and rock-hard rolls. According to his own statements, the waiter informed his boss, who again said that we had to pay for this breakfast. There was no concession.

My husband and I went to the so-called gourmet restaurant with relatively high expectations. Unfortunately, the expectation was not met. We had Wiener Schnitzel. The breading was too fatty, the potato salad was too sour, with pickles from a jar. Taste average. Apart from that, the atmosphere was more reminiscent of a train station restaurant. The place was half empty. And what doesn't work at all: plastic cloths over the fabric tablecloths. Summary: nice service, but overall unsatisfactory.

Was back in the Eiffel after years... very tasty breakfast. The avocado sandwich was great! Very nice waiters. Fast and friendly. Gladly again.

Since I only ordered the food to take away, I cannot and will not make any statements about the service or ambience. I ordered the pumpkin cream soup and the Wiener Schnitzel from the lunch menu with potato salad for just over €20 The food was ready very quickly, even if the soup was forgotten the first time through. 😉 (However, I asked for them later so that the receipts in the kitchen might not have been recognized as being connected.) The soup had a good consistency with a light coconut aroma and tasted good. There were also 3 slices of dark bistro baguette, which was positive because it wasn't cheap wheat bread. Small personal flaw, I was missing a few pumpkin seeds as a topping. Unfortunately I couldn't eat the schnitzel until it was cold (that was down to me and the work) but it was still very good quality and it wasn't a cheap breading. The potato salad was also good, fresh and not a finished product. The schnitzels were a bit small but there were two pieces. The only thing I would have liked was a little more lemon, but that's a personal preference. The price-performance ratio is definitely right and I will definitely eat there again. The only criticism is that I would have actually liked to order something from the evening menu, but it only starts at 5 p.m. 🫣

The taste of the game goulash wasn't really convincing. The food was also too cold for me. The portion wasn't very big either. There were very few guests in the restaurant. The service was nice but a bit inexperienced. Overall, mine is correct In my opinion the price-performance ratio is not. I will no longer visit the restaurant.

For what is on offer, the prices are actually good value! The food was a culinary delight! Starters, main courses and desserts IN A CLASS OF THEIR OWN! A huge wine selection! The cocktails were very, very tasty! Very friendly waiters and the owner was also a very personable gentleman! The kitchen gets 5 out of 5 points Delicious ! We actually just wanted to have a quick beer and then ended up eating the tarte flambée. We were very excited. Very tasty and crispy, really recommended. The service was very attentive and courteous. The price was reasonable.

We were here for breakfast today and... I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant and would like to share my experience. First of all, I have to praise the handsome and courteous waiter. He was extremely friendly and attentive, and his service really made the evening enjoyable. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the kitchen. The food has deteriorated significantly compared to previous visits. 5-6 years ago the quality was significantly better and I always really enjoyed the dishes. However, this time I was disappointed with the taste and presentation. Another drawback was the noise in the kitchen. The chefs had been talking loudly and the noise could be heard throughout the shop. This really disturbed the atmosphere and made it difficult to concentrate on the food and the conversations at the table. Overall, I can say that the friendly waiter provided a positive experience, but the poor quality of the food and the loud conversations in the kitchen left a lasting negative impression. I hope the restaurant works on these points because with an improved culinary offering it could be a great place again.

Terrible service and completely unpleasant treatment. They didn't even deign to greet us or offer us a seat and it took them 40 minutes to take our drink order. We won't repeat it again. It's a shame that the restaurant has to pay for the incompetence of the waiters.

I can hardly believe that after 25 years of living, my very first review on Google would be a negative reflection of a restaurant. This clearly illustrates just how disappointing the experience was. A friend and I decided to have dinner at this restaurant, but we were extremely disappointed with the service. Upon our arrival, the staff's demeanor was far from welcoming. We were seated and then completely ignored for 20 minutes—no menus, no one came by to take our order, and not a single person asked if we needed anything. This lack of attention is unacceptable, and it's frustrating to be overlooked like this.

Actually a nice restaurant on Ku'Damm and there was a really good breakfast. At the moment you have the feeling that customers are missing out due to poor and inattentive service and that you are then saving on the quality of the goods. A cycle that cannot and will not work. I had breakfast there for the last time today and because the price-performance ratio is simply no longer right. I hope you get the hang of it and then I'll be happy to come back.

Nice restaurant with fast, good service. Here you could, for example, eat a very good Wiener Schnitzel and a Kaiserschmarren as dessert and be out of the restaurant again after 30 minutes. However, the recipe for Kaiserschmarren has probably changed in 2022 and it is now only "OK" at best, but no longer as good as in previous years. The service has also deteriorated significantly in recent years. There is also an outdoor area that is open in winter (if you want to avoid contact with other people). The crispy sweet potato fries are recommended.

Mega load, I can only recommend it with all my heart. Apart from the store, the boss is very friendly and handsome :)

Were here at lunchtime. Everything was great. It's quiet inside, no noise from the street, the food is absolutely top quality and the service is super friendly. Gladly again!

Just had a drink on the beautiful terrace

We had arranged to meet several friends here for dinner. Some of this group had recommended the restaurant from before. What started out great with the tuna carpaccio was quickly over. The pike perch was relatively dry and the red berry risotto wasn't particularly mushy. And several parties had to send the octopus back because it wasn't well prepared. Here the service responded well and quickly and swapped the dishes. At least it wasn't due to a crowded store. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant, at least for dinner.

Top load very courteous waiters

In my opinion, rather average. Spaetzle with strips of beef fillet is characterized by an overly thickened sauce. Adocado salad was significantly better.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant. Even though we had reserved, nothing was set up for us. Worse still, none of the many free tables were clean enough to sit at. This was only roughly remedied at our request. Unfortunately the service remained at this miserable level. For example, B. the appetizer plates were not cleared until the end. The food, however, was good. Tasty, balanced composition and the portions are adequate to fill you up. However, the Kaiserschmarren for dessert was far too greasy; it came so quickly after ordering that it was probably not freshly made. But the food doesn't outweigh the service. That's not how it works.

We were very disappointed. The prices are pretty cheap for the location, but when you see the quality of the breakfast you understand why. Too bad, too bad!

We came in very late, and the restaurant was going to close but the bartender with the green and blue eyes was very friendly and offered us to stay and we had some drinks. Nice place and very kind people.

The Eiffel is very well located on Kurfürstendamm .. the terrace facing the street always has a spot when the weather is nice .. the food is quite good .. the chanterelle risotto was very good 👍🏻 the chicken burger 🍔 and my colleague also had the Wiener schnitzel Tasted very good.. Price performance is good for Berlin

Yes it is not a fancy restaurant and not even a place for an elegant date but they got amazing breakfast. My girls love the pancakes and a daily lunch menu. The waiters are always kind and accommodating. Food is made to order an fresh. Wine menu is a tad limited for a wine lover like me. They accept all credit cards including amex . Try thr avocado nread or Mediterranean omelette.

If you want to eat Lekker, you shouldn't go there! The chef can't cook! There were 5 of us and all the dishes were a disaster! Even simple fries can't be made, they're too soft and greasy! Not like it used to be… a shame ☹️
