Poor, inattentive service - Had to wait up to 10 minutes for the menu, drinks came after the meal :( and asked 4 times for the bill 8 and the restaurant was now not overly full)

My husband and I went to the so-called gourmet restaurant with relatively high expectations. Unfortunately, the expectation was not met. We had Wiener Schnitzel. The breading was too fatty, the potato salad was too sour, with pickles from a jar. Taste average. Apart from that, the atmosphere was more reminiscent of a train station restaurant. The place was half empty. And what doesn't work at all: plastic cloths over the fabric tablecloths. Summary: nice service, but overall unsatisfactory.

Was back in the Eiffel after years... very tasty breakfast. The avocado sandwich was great! Very nice waiters. Fast and friendly. Gladly again.

Since I only ordered the food to take away, I cannot and will not make any statements about the service or ambience. I ordered the pumpkin cream soup and the Wiener Schnitzel from the lunch menu with potato salad for just over €20 The food was ready very quickly, even if the soup was forgotten the first time through. 😉 (However, I asked for them later so that the receipts in the kitchen might not have been recognized as being connected.) The soup had a good consistency with a light coconut aroma and tasted good. There were also 3 slices of dark bistro baguette, which was positive because it wasn't cheap wheat bread. Small personal flaw, I was missing a few pumpkin seeds as a topping. Unfortunately I couldn't eat the schnitzel until it was cold (that was down to me and the work) but it was still very good quality and it wasn't a cheap breading. The potato salad was also good, fresh and not a finished product. The schnitzels were a bit small but there were two pieces. The only thing I would have liked was a little more lemon, but that's a personal preference. The price-performance ratio is definitely right and I will definitely eat there again. The only criticism is that I would have actually liked to order something from the evening menu, but it only starts at 5 p.m. 🫣

The taste of the game goulash wasn't really convincing. The food was also too cold for me. The portion wasn't very big either. There were very few guests in the restaurant. The service was nice but a bit inexperienced. Overall, mine is correct In my opinion the price-performance ratio is not. I will no longer visit the restaurant.

For what is on offer, the prices are actually good value! The food was a culinary delight! Starters, main courses and desserts IN A CLASS OF THEIR OWN! A huge wine selection! The cocktails were very, very tasty! Very friendly waiters and the owner was also a very personable gentleman! The kitchen gets 5 out of 5 points Delicious ! We were in the Eifel in December 2024 to eat goose and duck. As always, the service was good and the food was tasty and the portions were sufficient. One of the few restaurants around Kudamm where Berliners can still feel comfortable as Berliners, as there is no mass processing here. In summer we appreciate the terrace for breakfast.

We actually just wanted to have a quick beer and then ended up eating the tarte flambée. We were very excited. Very tasty and crispy, really recommended. The service was very attentive and courteous. The price was reasonable.

The service makes an effort. The ambience is like the food: so-so.

Terrible service and completely unpleasant treatment. They didn't even deign to greet us or offer us a seat and it took them 40 minutes to take our drink order. We won't repeat it again. It's a shame that the restaurant has to pay for the incompetence of the waiters.

We were here for breakfast today and... I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant and would like to share my experience. First of all, I have to praise the handsome and courteous waiter. He was extremely friendly and attentive, and his service really made the evening enjoyable. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the kitchen. The food has deteriorated significantly compared to previous visits. 5-6 years ago the quality was significantly better and I always really enjoyed the dishes. However, this time I was disappointed with the taste and presentation. Another drawback was the noise in the kitchen. The chefs had been talking loudly and the noise could be heard throughout the shop. This really disturbed the atmosphere and made it difficult to concentrate on the food and the conversations at the table. Overall, I can say that the friendly waiter provided a positive experience, but the poor quality of the food and the loud conversations in the kitchen left a lasting negative impression. I hope the restaurant works on these points because with an improved culinary offering it could be a great place again.

I can hardly believe that after 25 years of living, my very first review on Google would be a negative reflection of a restaurant. This clearly illustrates just how disappointing the experience was. A friend and I decided to have dinner at this restaurant, but we were extremely disappointed with the service. Upon our arrival, the staff's demeanor was far from welcoming. We were seated and then completely ignored for 20 minutes—no menus, no one came by to take our order, and not a single person asked if we needed anything. This lack of attention is unacceptable, and it's frustrating to be overlooked like this.

Actually a nice restaurant on Ku'Damm and there was a really good breakfast. At the moment you have the feeling that customers are missing out due to poor and inattentive service and that you are then saving on the quality of the goods. A cycle that cannot and will not work. I had breakfast there for the last time today and because the price-performance ratio is simply no longer right. I hope you get the hang of it and then I'll be happy to come back.

Nice restaurant with fast, good service. Here you could, for example, eat a very good Wiener Schnitzel and a Kaiserschmarren as dessert and be out of the restaurant again after 30 minutes. However, the recipe for Kaiserschmarren has probably changed in 2022 and it is now only "OK" at best, but no longer as good as in previous years. The service has also deteriorated significantly in recent years. There is also an outdoor area that is open in winter (if you want to avoid contact with other people). The crispy sweet potato fries are recommended.

Mega load, I can only recommend it with all my heart. Apart from the store, the boss is very friendly and handsome :)

Were here at lunchtime. Everything was great. It's quiet inside, no noise from the street, the food is absolutely top quality and the service is super friendly. Gladly again!

Just had a drink on the beautiful terrace

We had arranged to meet several friends here for dinner. Some of this group had recommended the restaurant from before. What started out great with the tuna carpaccio was quickly over. The pike perch was relatively dry and the red berry risotto wasn't particularly mushy. And several parties had to send the octopus back because it wasn't well prepared. Here the service responded well and quickly and swapped the dishes. At least it wasn't due to a crowded store. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant, at least for dinner.

In my opinion, rather average. Spaetzle with strips of beef fillet is characterized by an overly thickened sauce. Adocado salad was significantly better.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant. Even though we had reserved, nothing was set up for us. Worse still, none of the many free tables were clean enough to sit at. This was only roughly remedied at our request. Unfortunately the service remained at this miserable level. For example, B. the appetizer plates were not cleared until the end. The food, however, was good. Tasty, balanced composition and the portions are adequate to fill you up. However, the Kaiserschmarren for dessert was far too greasy; it came so quickly after ordering that it was probably not freshly made. But the food doesn't outweigh the service. That's not how it works.

We came in very late, and the restaurant was going to close but the bartender with the green and blue eyes was very friendly and offered us to stay and we had some drinks. Nice place and very kind people.

The Eiffel is very well located on Kurfürstendamm .. the terrace facing the street always has a spot when the weather is nice .. the food is quite good .. the chanterelle risotto was very good 👍🏻 the chicken burger 🍔 and my colleague also had the Wiener schnitzel Tasted very good.. Price performance is good for Berlin

Yes it is not a fancy restaurant and not even a place for an elegant date but they got amazing breakfast. My girls love the pancakes and a daily lunch menu. The waiters are always kind and accommodating. Food is made to order an fresh. Wine menu is a tad limited for a wine lover like me. They accept all credit cards including amex . Try thr avocado nread or Mediterranean omelette.

If you want to eat Lekker, you shouldn't go there! The chef can't cook! There were 5 of us and all the dishes were a disaster! Even simple fries can't be made, they're too soft and greasy! Not like it used to be… a shame ☹️

Service is very nice and attentive. The food is consistently delicious and fresh. Seeing Strammen Max on the map is just great! In the end, I sinned and enjoyed a great cheesecake. A small deduction due to the slightly too loud hall in the restaurant. But you can hide that without hearing problems...

We have been ordering our Christmas dinner here for three years now, which we pick up on Christmas Eve. Always works great and the food is super tasty and perfectly packaged. This way, no one has any stress and everyone is happy and enjoys Christmas Eve! Thanks to the team!

The Eiffel Berlin restaurant is located at Kurfürstendamm 105, 10711 Berlin. This is a fantastic gourmet restaurant. The ambience and atmosphere there is very pleasant. I drank good beers there and ate half a duck. Both were very delicious. The staff is very friendly, helpful, socially competent and very valuable. Egg Avocado was simply sensational. The taste is really great...it could be prepared a little more lovingly, but that's in the eye of the beholder.

Absolut überteuert. 13 Euro für einen alten aufgewärmten Bagel mit angetrocknetem Lachs und Meerrettich. Vor uns wurde der Kellner vom Chef angepöbelt. Sehr unprofessionell. Der Kellner jedoch war unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat sein bestes gegeben.

Einfach nur WOW🤩 Wir wurden so lieb empfangen und haben einen tollen Platz bekommen. Der Cocktail war schon so lecker…die Vorspeisen,super…Aber dann…die Hauptspeisen, der Wahnsinn…von der Gans,zum Ochsenfetzen und die Maispoulade…sooooo sooo toll. Die Herzlichkein von der lieben Kellnerin war der i-Punkt. Ein großes Dankeschön das der Weihnachtsabend einfach traumhaft schön war❤️

Die Schweine-Medaillons im Speckmantel überzeugten leider nicht. Diese waren innen grösstenteils noch rosa, obwohl mir bestätigt wurde, dass das Schweinefleisch hier immer durchgebraten wird. Zudem überzeugte das Gericht auch geschmacklich nicht. Der Service machte überhaupt keine Anmerkung darüber, als ich etwa die Hälfte des Fleisches stehen liess. Auch wird die Cola ungefragt einfach mit Eis und Zitrone serviert. Service ungenügend. Da der hervorragende legendäre Thunfisch leider nicht mehr im Angebot ist, kann ich den auch nicht mehr in die Bewertung einfliessen lassen.

Sorry, aber das Essen ging gar nicht. Habe Spätzle mit Rinderfiletspitzen gegessen: super schlecht. Einfach Studenten-Kantinenqualität. Liegt schwer im Magen selbst 3 Stunden danach. Die Bedienung war nett, aber das ist auch alles.

Seit Jahren gehen wir mit verschiedenen Personen 1x monatlichen in dieses Restaurant. Zuletzt zum Nikolaus, daher habe ich erwartet, dass die 4 vorab reservierten Tische mindestens mit Tischdecken gedeckt werden, auf Nachfrage kam der Chef persönlich und sagte, sie hätten keine passende Tischdecke!!🤦‍♀️ 🤔😏 Letztendlich blieben die Tische nackig. Ich war richtig enttäuscht über diese Aussage. 😒 Am Ende hatte ich eine Rechnung über 43,- € zu zahlen, gebe 3x20er und sage 45,- bitte. Bekomme nur 5,- zurück, ich frage nochmal nach meinem Restgeld, bekomme 5,- € wieder, dann rechne ich für den jungen Kellner die Differenz aus und er sagt, ach ich habe Sie falsch verstanden. Ich hätte für diesen Service tatsächlich keine 2,-€ Trinkgeld geben dürfen, der eine Stern ist auch schon zu viel. Jedenfalls war das mein letzter Besuch in diesem Lokal. 😶

Der Gänsebraten war z.t kalt und Trocken. Ich habe mehr erwartet. Keine Empfehlung. C

We had Roast Goose dinner at Eifel last week and it was delicious. The goose was crispy outside and moist inside and the side dishes of red cabbage, cooked kale and dumplings were fresh and good. The current kitchen staff are doing a great job. The service was also attentive and professional and the atmosphere in Eifel is always pleasant. There is a nice wine list too with many available by the glass. I'm happy to see Eifel maintaining high standards in this difficult time for restaurants. Keep up the good work!

In einem schlicht, jedoch charmant eingerichteten Traditionsgasthaus habe ich eine bemerkenswert freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung erlebt. Die Speisekarte ist ansprechend gestaltet, und die Gerichte überzeugen nicht nur in ihrer visuellen Präsentation, sondern auch in Qualität und Geschmack. Dieses Restaurant eignet sich hervorragend für sowohl geschäftliche als auch private Anlässe, da es sowohl für Vegetarier als auch Fleischliebhaber ansprechende Optionen bietet. Die Akzeptanz von Kartenzahlungen erleichtert die Bezahlung, und mit etwas Glück findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe Parkplätze.

Schönes Restaurant/Cafe direkt am Ku'damm, viele Plätze draußen, alles unkompliziert, mein Wiener Schnitzel war leider frittiert, der Kartoffelsalat mit Gurke sehr lecker. Korrekte Preise, liebevoller Service

Haben nur eine Kleinigkeit gegessen. Dennoch wurden wir zuvorkommend bedient. Pfefferminztee aus frischer Minze und leckere Smoothie sind empfehlenswert. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem Eckgebäude, so dass man nicht gleich direkt am Kudamm sitzt. Es ist von großen alten Bäumen umgeben, welche im Sommer zusätzlichen Schatten spenden.

Hat sich eindeutig wieder verbessert. Gehe wieder gerne hin
