I loved this experience! Maybe it was because we hired the whole place for a company event, but we really had a great time. The venue is peculiar, the drinks were excellent and the food was good and tasty.

I've never eaten so well, and the service was perfect. The ambiance is unique. I had dinner with my partner for my birthday, and at the end, the waitress showed us the lounge downstairs. All to set our table and surprise us with birthday cake. Very attentive and

I can't comment on the food and service yet, as it's a customer of mine, and I'm repairing or servicing his air conditioning. I'll be eating there soon, though, and I'll report back. What I can say so far is that the atmosphere is fantastic, wonderful, and welcoming. The people are really nice. There's also a sister boat available for rent. (Living area) Here are a few pictures. It was a wonderful evening, the food delicious, and the team very friendly and attentive. After dinner, we went on an exclusive charter trip with Mathias Böhme on his houseboat, Nido. Even though there were 10 other people on board whom we didn't know before, Mathias and his team created a special atmosphere, and we all immediately started chatting. A charming ship, lovingly constructed, with excellent cuisine. I was privileged to accompany a wedding as a DJ. The service was amazing. Friendly, attentive, and always with a smile on their faces. Jackline & Zoe were very attentive. The chef had a keen eye for the guests' wishes and always took care of everything. The bar was nimble and always very friendly. Yes, it costs a lot, but you also get something special! Yes, only 4 stars overall. As a DJ, I would have preferred more sound, especially bass, for the party in the hull, which is unfortunately not possible due to the neighbors. Nevertheless, we had a decent volume, and anyone who can live with moderately loud music at their wedding (or other celebration) will get their money's worth. The ship is technically very well equipped. Overall, everyone was very happy and, thanks to the entire staff (and me as the DJ 😊), were able to experience a wonderful wedding. Many thanks especially to the kitchen. The menu was truly exceptionally good. 3 floors of pure experience 👍

An absolutely wonderful evening with friends. You step onto the boat and immediately feel at home. A very warm and friendly welcome. We booked the 4-course menu with a 1.5-hour boat ride. The food was fantastic, the wine selection was wonderful, and the attentive service rounded everything off. The subsequent boat ride was truly cozy and interesting. Cruising across Berlin's waters in the dark on a balmy late summer night with a glass of wine and stopping briefly at the most interesting spots was the perfect end to the evening. A very good, upscale restaurant. The selection is relatively small, with only three main courses, but the dishes are very well thought out. My dish was too salty for my taste, and so was my companion's. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great.

We chose the PATIO to celebrate my husband's retirement and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Everything was perfectly organized. A very pleasant welcome with Crémant on board followed, and we boarded the smaller boat. The two of us sat at the very back with an aperitif – very romantic! The owner of the PATIO personally attended to each of his guests, explaining all the sights and current events. After the cruise on the Spree, the four-course menu was ready, and every course was an absolute delight! Anyone who wants to treat themselves in Berlin should try this at least once. We can recommend it with a clear conscience!

In our search for a special restaurant, we chose this sweet restaurant ship last Friday. Enthralled by the ambiance and the magnificent view of Moabit's waterfront, we first sat down for a drink on the upper deck before being escorted to our dinner table on the lower deck. We chose a 5-course surprise menu, which we can truly recommend to everyone. The individual dishes were of a very high standard, both visually and tastefully, so much so that between courses we began researching the chef's career online. Impressive culinary art! From the first greeting from the kitchen to the espresso after dessert, everything came together perfectly and was of truly exceptional quality. The attentive yet discreet service was in no way inferior to this impression, so we will soon follow this restaurant experience with another one on the patio.

Update 08/2025: Always simply outstanding! Yesterday's "Floating Dinner": First, a patio menu (a dream), then a cruise through Berlin with the beautiful RIETHOEN and Captain Mathias. Relaxed, informative, unobtrusive, charming – simply an all-around perfect evening. Don't think twice: book! ----- *Finally* there for dinner - Christopher Kümper conjures up wonderful menus in a special ambiance: Definitely recommended!

Beautiful place... on the River Spree...feels like you are on a boat but not moving... Food is exceptional

Abandoned ship – but packed with activities! Birthday celebration at the Patio. A ship that may not be sailing – but is absolutely amazing in terms of food! The surprise menu? A riddle with a happy ending. First we guessed, then feasted, then raved. Every plate was a poem! The team? Cute enough to kiss. Relaxed, warm, attentive – as if they'd known (and liked!) our birthday party forever. The atmosphere? A bit like a vacation, a bit like home – only nicer. Conclusion: Anyone who doesn't celebrate here either has no taste or hasn't heard of it. Thank you, dear Patio team – you not only filled us up, but also made us happy. And that's what we'll keep.

Wir wollten uns diesen Abend auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen, denn die Weinwirtschaft Lochner in Schöneberg fehlt uns sehr - und hier konnten wir uns noch einmal von Andreas Lochner bekochen lassen. Das Restaurantschiff Patio ist im übrigen eine wirklich phantastische, stimmungsvolle Location, die man unbedingt mal besuchen sollte. Ein wundervoller Aben!

Nice restaurant along the canal. Service and atmosphere are very nice. The food is good (especially the tartare with the mustard ice cream) but portions are really too small. I was still hungry when I left. Another downside is the smell of cigarettes coming from another room, which made the experience less enjoyable.

Although they first forgot about the wine we wanted they definitely made up for it by being super nice with us. The food was 10/10 , the atmosphere just speaks for itself!

We had a wonderful evening on the ship. We sat in the lower heated part with a view directly over the (dark) water. The restaurant can be reached via a small footbridge and the welcome was warm and familiar. We ordered the surprise menu which was varied and creative. There was tartare, but variations of meat and fish. Every course is a little highlight. Both visually and taste-wise. I also had an excellent wine pairing. We felt completely comfortable.

The restaurant is simply majestic, having been there on the evening of the new year of 2025 with a menu at €148 per person, we were magnificently welcomed by the staff as well as by this delicious menu. I really enjoyed this menu with 4 dishes that were simply just right with no flaws in taste. It’s an experience to do again, the place is beautiful, the food is excellent. If we go back to Berlin it would be a pleasure to come back and taste the menu!

Overall a nice location with really good food. In my review I refer exclusively to the New Year's Eve offer. Last year I spent an excellent evening here in a nice, family atmosphere. This year, however, the idea of ​​commerce was much more noticeable. 4 courses with wine accompaniment were priced slightly higher than last year, which didn't particularly bother me, but what was on offer was also significantly reduced. Wine accompaniment is a bit lean compared to last year. In addition, the courses went through very quickly, leaving more than an hour until midnight (and you felt compelled to order more). The kick-off drink, which was included last year, was also actively promoted this time and had to be pre-ordered and paid for. The bottle of water that was usually served with wine was also charged for. What annoyed me most, however, was that the welcome drink offered at the beginning (which was served with the first dish or galley greeting) was later included in the bill. Small amenities such as a midnight surprise and pancake buffet were also cut out this time. I have nothing against rising prices, but when performance drops at the same time, disappointment naturally increases. I would also appreciate it if a pre-paid menu would indicate if something on offer is not included.

Had an amazing new year celebration last year (2023 cross to 2024) so decided to celebrate this year at the restaurant again but only to meet with disappointment. The food was great but the wine pairing was not the price as communicated via email and it felt it’s more business than festive this year, which is understandable if it was more transparent. And one of the staff got defensive when questioned the timing for servicing the paired wine, which ruined a bit of the mood for the evening. Safe to say we are struggling with if we’re coming back again.

We were here on Friday evening. We were greeted warmly and shown to our table. The greetings from the kitchen were just being served at the next table. Since I had heard that it had truffles, I immediately told the waitress that I had an allergy. She responded very friendly and said, no problem, we'll definitely find something else. We chose 2 main courses from the very clear menu. And when ordering it was pointed out that please don't use chives, leeks or spring onions for decoration because I don't like them. Unfortunately we had to specifically ask for the drinks/wine list. It's an upscale restaurant, however 10 € for 0.1 l of wine? Why? Then the greeting came from the kitchen. Unfortunately with truffles. My suggestion that I couldn't tolerate truffles was dismissed with: "Oh, I thought no onions." There was no offer to change it. Too bad. I would have expected that from a restaurant like this. The food was very good, but here too the question is whether the price is justified. There were no side dishes with the catch of the day, not even to order separately.

Wir waren am Freitag Abend hier. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Am Nebentisch wurde gerade der Gruß aus der Küche serviert. Da ich gehört hatte, daß er mit Trüffel war, habe ich gleich zur Bedienung gesagt, dass ich eine Allergie habe. Sie reagierte sehr freundlich und sagte, kein Problem da finden wir auf jeden Fall etwas anderes. Wir haben uns aus der sehr übersichtlichen Karte 2 Hauptgerichte ausgesucht. Und bei der Bestellung darauf hingewiesen, dass bitte kein Schnittlauch oder Lauch oder Frühlingszwiebeln zur Deko benutzt werden soll, da ich das nicht mag. Leider mussten wir extra nach der Getränke-/Weinkarte fragen. Es ist ein gehobenes Restaurant, aber 10 € für 0,1 l Wein? Warum? Dann kam der Gruß aus der Küche. Leider mit Trüffel. Mein Hinweis, dass ich kein Trüffel vertrage, wurde mit: "Ach ich dachte keine Zwiebeln" abgetan. Es gab kein Angebot, es zu wechseln. Schade. Das hätte ich von so einem Restaurant erwartet. Das Essen war sehr gut, aber auch hier die Frage, ob der Preis dafür gerechtfertigt ist. Zum Fang des Tages gab es keine Beilagen, auch nicht zum extra bestellen.

The food was excellent. The upstairs was a bit cold, but Jaqueline and the team arranged us another table downstairs. The views are also amazing. We loved the entire experience and will definitely be back!

I really like this Boots Restaurant, unfortunately I don't eat here because the prices are at government level... all right, of course you have to make a reservation. Lunch used to be okay, so always worth a try

Extraordinary location with an exclusive ambience, excellent service and delicious, imaginative dishes. The pickled olives are particularly delicate. Unfortunately, the selection of non-alcoholic drinks to accompany meals is limited.

I am allergic to rice, chocolate, eggs, figs and tree nuts and peanuts... And yet I've just eaten the most amazing meal!!! The chef whipped up a berry "ice-cream" for my dessert and I basically had to beat my husband's hands away from stealing it. Incredibly kind and caring staff, incredible food, I would HIGHLY recommend coming here for a fantastic take on traditional Berlin food. Chef's kiss!!! Vielen Danke!!!

We celebrated our wedding on the patio and couldn't have imagined a better location!! The event management was super professional and reliable, Yannick and Zoe accompanied us perfectly during the preparation and the wedding itself. The ship itself is simply BEAUTIFUL, the atmosphere is indescribable! The food was to die for and the drinks were dangerously good!! The service is simply exceptionally good - you rarely see such friendly, attentive and helpful service - and the party later down in the bilge was a blast! We and our guests absolutely loved it and we can only HIGHLY recommend the patio, we are now regulars!

I was invited to a wedding and ended up on this beautiful ship. I had already read a lot and always wanted to go there. It's really a wonderful ambience, fantastically right on the Spree. I'm lucky with a really great sunset. The service is 1A even when it's stressful. The food is great. It's all a bit more expensive, but it's great. You can compare this ambience with Sylter ambience

Absolutely top! We chose this restaurant for a special occasion and had a great evening. The prices are high, but anyone looking for something upscale will be happy here.

Just over the bridge with a little archway leading on to a beautiful decked area. We booked in advance but there were some walk-ins available. We sat outside on the top deck which had fantastic views along the river looking at architecture old and new. We included on our reservation that we were Gluten Free which didn't seem to get noticed but 95% of the menu was GF anyway. The chef made a slight alteration to one of the dishes for us as it used Soy Sauce (which people forget isn't GF). The menu is small but perfect, everything we had was on point. The staff were friendly, fun and attentive. We fancied heading out for some cocktails after we had finished eating, as we were tourists we asked the waitress to recommended a place, she made a suggestion which was a short taxi ride away, we were not disappointed, it was exactly the sort of bar we asked for. The restaurant was perfect on every level. Great staff, great food and great food. (Sorry my photos don't show off the dishes, we were having such I nice night I forgot, until the end)

Why does this restaurant not yet have a Michelin star or be mentioned in Gault Millaut? Everything is perfect here, from the super attentive service to the cuisine. Super creative food, small menu, here you concentrate on a few, artfully prepared dishes where you can taste the love that the cooks put into it. And the service was again exceptionally good. We were in the patio for the third time and it was another little culinary highlight for us - 💯 Recommendation!!! We are always fascinated by how “everyday” products are presented with skill and inspiration and create taste explosions in the mouth. Even if the prices are already very high - so far it has always been worth it for us. We will come back

The honest ones are the stupid ones The location is great, the food too, the service that evening was a bit iffy but very friendly. Still a star deduction: The bottle of wine (€59) was missing from our bill, which we honestly told the waiter. He apologized for this and thanked him several times for his sincerity. Then the restaurant manager came - no, not with a drink on the house - he put the new, higher bill on the table without comment, without a gesture of thanks. That's not possible in a restaurant like this. So we left the ship disappointed and hope that the nice waiter didn't get another whistle. Sad end to a lovely evening.

If you still have a Taste Twelve book, you should definitely go there! Of course, even without a book, it's always worth visiting.
