Discovered by chance yesterday, on the sidelines of Monument Day (Chinese pavilion). Already excited, got good information about opening times and special features. Will be back soon, with a larger group...😳🤔😁👍

We used to eat better currywurst there, but the proximity to the reservoir and the walk through the Westruper Heide makes the place attractive.

Everything was great, food is tasty, there is simething in the place itself, you feel that you are welcomed there 😊 Blonde waitress just enjoys her job, smiling and being helpfull all the way 😄 Just go and try it yourself 😊

We've been coming here for dinner for many years, usually just the two of us, so we've always managed to get a table even on Sundays when we arrive early. It's nice to see that things are constantly being renovated, remodeled, or expanded. The food, as well as the service, is always very good. Even when the house is full, the waiters are very friendly. The junior manager also deserves special mention; he's very friendly to the guests, and I think he also has a good relationship with his employees. He steps in whenever someone is needed. I think many people would like to have a manager like that. The only thing I really don't like is that you order an aperitif before your meal, and then another drink with your meal. Shortly after the aperitif is served, the second drink arrives, and so does the meal. I don't really want to have an aperitif with my meal. The waiters could pay a little more attention to that. But we'd be happy to come back, but next time we'll skip the aperitif.

Of course, I can recommend it. It's a tradition to stop there during a walk through Treptower Park.

An easy, short but steep hike to the hut. The hut has a large sun terrace with a beautiful view of Lake Tegernsee and the mountains. For this reason, the hut is very crowded when the weather is nice. There is only one service person who always walks in a circle from table to table on the sun terrace, taking and collecting orders. The round lasts approximately 45-60 minutes. This means that you often have to wait 45 minutes before you can place your order. Even when paying, you have to wait until the lady has made her rounds again and comes to the table. If you're in a hurry because you have to catch a train in the valley, she won't accept payments at another table; you have to wait until she comes back to your table. I took the liberty of addressing this unfavorable service and received the answer: “That’s your opinion!”. Customer is definitely not king here. They don't need it either. Kaiserschmarrn was good; but I've had better ones.

We visited the Wettelsheimer Keller during our summer vacation in 2024. It was great. The basement is really beautifully located, with a great view. The Franconian food is great, the beer is delicious. There was also some seating in the building so you have options if the weather is bad. And it's unbeatably cheap. Guys, go there while such great places still exist. Clear recommendation!

Very pleasantly located on the edge of the forest. There are enough car and bicycle parking spaces available. If there weren't so many smokers, you would be able to enjoy the fresh air and your food. Nothing is impossible. EVERYONE around the world could see the corona measures. Eg: Smoking area exclusively above the toilets. The grounds themselves and the surrounding area are very well maintained and child-friendly. men and women Toilets exemplary. Prices for food and drinks are now adjusted to 60% inflation in the euro. Can be highly recommended. Above all, child-friendly and enough to see for the little ones. Or even on the playground.

Nice relaxed beer garden. They got beer and wine. And of course the traditional Bavarian dishes. Unfortunately, the day we were there it was raining. Thankfully they have a patio area with a roof.

Has always been excellent over the last decades, but recently got even better with the tenant change.

We had the champagne reception including a cake/cake buffet organized for our wedding at Port Piet and it was fantastic! Despite the strong wind, we ate outside at two long tables and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was great and the cakes and tarts tasted great.
