Nice beer garden. I just stopped here to quench my thirst. There are already enough photos.

The food is very good, but there are too few staff members. We had to ask the waiters every time we wanted something. We weren't even asked if we wanted to place our order, how the food tasted, or if everything was okay. Therefore, in my opinion, the food is great. The service is unfortunately very rushed and the waitresses are too few. Although they were clearly very busy, the service was still friendly.

The food was delicious but quite expensive for a tarte flambée. I could make it myself for next to nothing.

Today it was nice and windy and pleasantly cool. A lovely, sociable time in the middle of the city, yet still...a village...😉

I've been coming here with family and friends for many years. The food is delicious, the service is prompt and very friendly. The prices are reasonable. However, in 2025, we all noticed that the menu has been significantly reduced – much to the dismay of me, as well as my family and friends. Unfortunately, the panini with beef and lamb patties, as well as the pulled pork, is no longer available. Also, the very tasty appetizer consisting of fried ground beef sprinkled with spring onions, garlic sauce, and crispy potato rashers. We inquired and were told that from now on, there would be a daily special in addition to the reduced menu. Mhmhm..., on Saturday we looked for it in vain, and asked here too, the answer: "No daily special today." Dear Port Piet Managing Directors, Mr. Georg Meyer and Mr. Thorsten Groß, we would be delighted if the 2024 menu could be reinstated.

Beer garden between the main street and a quiet residential area right next to the Moorhafen harbor. It's easily accessible from Bürgerpark. The service was very friendly, albeit a bit overly attentive. As soon as one of the four drinks was gone, they immediately asked if you needed more. Typical pub prices, at least for drinks. A relatively good selection. One of the employees was a bit unpleasant, calling his colleague "sweet" in front of guests (us). You can agree, but it was disrespectful.

A really nice location next to the Bürgerpark. Despite the intersection, it wasn't noisy at all! The tarte flambée was delicious, albeit a bit cold when served. I prefer it a bit warmer. It could have been a bit more topping, but the taste was really good! The staff was also very friendly and competent.

Truly great! I discovered Port Piet by chance this summer. The restaurant has a great location, and the service is great; the food and drinks are also delicious! I've already recommended the restaurant to many friends, and they're equally impressed!

The restaurant is beautifully located on the Torfkahnhafen (peat boat harbor). However, the catering is a disaster. I waited 25 minutes to place my order, another 20 minutes to get my drink, and after being asked to pay three times, I went straight to the counter. Too few staff, and they weren't well-trained. Never again at Port Piet!!!

Unfortunately, my food arrived much too late despite pre-ordering. Drinks were also delivered incorrectly.

It's truly a farce. I was actually satisfied on my first visit, but the last two have unfortunately convinced me otherwise. On the second-to-last visit, several dishes were no longer available, meaning my sister couldn't choose a dish due to her vegetarian lifestyle, and we unfortunately had to leave. How can it be that the food runs out three hours before closing time? But today was the height of disappointment. We sat at our table for 20 minutes, and none of the "servers" were able to bring us a menu. Even after we asked, they didn't. Instead, they preferred to chat amongst themselves rather than do their jobs. We won't be coming back.

We had a voucher that had expired a year ago. I emailed them to ask if I could still redeem the voucher and received an immediate positive response. How great! When we finally went to eat at the Port, we were greeted very warmly. The staff member still knew about our voucher, and there were no problems at all. The food arrived quickly and was delicious and plentiful. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. We would come back anytime. Thank you very much.

Today was the last time we went to Port Piet; the service has gotten so bad. We've heard from lots of other people that it's not as great as it used to be, and today we unfortunately experienced it ourselves. It's almost like a refusal to work; the staff just stand around without serving anyone and don't respond at all to hand signals. After waiting for 15 minutes, we just got up and left. The atmosphere is nice because the park is right there, but the restaurant itself is very dated. With the amount of money they charge for food and drink these days, they should invest something in the restaurant or in better service.

Unfortunately the weather was a bit too cold, but otherwise everything was okay.

The address says it all: At the old peat harbor there is a beautiful spot under the trees with a view of the water. The service is very good and friendly, sometimes it seems a bit uncoordinated, but then three nice people ask what else you would like. Concerts even take place here from time to time. Tarte flambée and Syrah are delicious.

Slowest service in western Europe

Super attentive and friendly staff. There are the usual hot and cold drinks. I haven't eaten there yet. But the large outdoor area definitely invites you to chill out in the brown pool and the busy street. Next time I'll eat something. Small drawback, there was no hot chocolate.

We had the champagne reception including a cake/cake buffet organized for our wedding at Port Piet and it was fantastic! Despite the strong wind, we ate outside at two long tables and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was great and the cakes and tarts tasted great.

Sadly a quiet disappointing experience. Had a team event with all you can eat event and were very dissatisfied with the amount of food served. Food quality was nice but next time we'll order separate portions.

A wonderful, lively place where you can spend a few cozy hours on a summer evening. The service was friendly and relaxed. The food we ordered came quite quickly and was delicious.

Port Piet is really one of the most beautiful beer gardens in Bremen, perhaps even the most beautiful. You sit in the shade under the trees or parasols and look at the tranquil peat harbor. The young lady who served us was incredibly friendly. We ate tarte flambée and salad, cake as dessert and drank wine, juice spritzer, tea and coffee - everything was great!

Recommended for dry and, ideally, sunny weather. A beautiful beer garden in a historic place. Our dishes were all very tasty, but the recommended dish of the day was also a bit confusing. But that didn't detract from the overall ambience and the feel-good factor.

We always like to come here for a delicious tarte flambée and a cellar beer with a view of the peat harbor. But be careful about the opening times: Today, Saturday, it is officially open until 11 p.m., but at 9:45 p.m. there should be no more drinks...

Port Piet is always worth a visit. Tarte flambée and beer in summer weather. Almost maritime flair right at the peat harbor. Especially if you dock there by boat from Wümme and Torfkanal. Parking the car is also very easy and with the bike anyway.

A beautiful and, despite the number of guests, nice, relaxed "open-air" bistro at the Torfhafen in Bremen, Findorff district. Easy to reach from the train station. Often visited by locals to have a beer in the fresh air. Greetings M.

Really friendly service staff!!!!!!! The prices are a bit too expensive - we're talking about 1€ - 0.50€ - then it would be justified in my opinion, but otherwise it's really great. On a Sunday after visiting the Bürgerpark... Simply perfect. The atmosphere is really one of the most beautiful in Bremen.

The first visit this season was a real success: the Port Port has everything that is currently lacking in many restaurants: fast, careful and very friendly service, short waiting times between ordering and "delivery" and a meal that is clearly above average in quality expected beer garden level. I ate at Portpiet and was disappointed. The tarte flambée is cheap industrial dough that is topped with. Given the prices, I think you can at least expect fresh dough. Unfortunately, the taste of the tarte flambée was not commensurate with the price. What struck me as particularly negative was the internal mood among the staff. The boss is unfriendly to his own staff and exposed an employee in front of other guests. The location is very nice, but the food and service were not convincing.

Great beer garden. Nice atmosphere right on the water, where canoes etc can be rented. A green oasis in the city. There is a large selection of drinks and the service team is friendly. Also ideal for a stop after the weekend market, which is 100 m further.

Actually a nice place under the trees. But proper management is different. The overpriced industrially produced tarte flambées didn't convince me in terms of taste either. The drinks are fine, the trees are beautiful…. However, like all trees, they naturally also drop flowers and seed pods, especially in summer and spring. They should be removed from the tables every now and then if you don't want them to get stuck. But that doesn't happen. Overall, the service is very slow and not really friendly. It's best to pick up your drinks and food directly at the counter. There are better beer gardens in Bremen that Port Piet cannot compete with.
