For many years this Irish pub has been a great place for an evening drink. It is particularly pleasant to sit in the beer garden by the river and the quick service guys provided us with a variety of very good beers. There's nothing to complain about, it's just beautiful there and the price is super fair. We'll definitely be back soon!

Come in and find (not) out. Fascinated by the interior space from the first second, on Sunday lunchtime you can sit comfortably next to the rushing Pegnitz waterfall. The friendly lady from the service inside explains clearly: outside in the evening, inside during the day is better. Because: cooler at lunchtime, so are the drinks. I gave my Helles back when it felt like it was 20 degrees. Still on the bill. We didn't clarify it, didn't want to spoil our good mood and are patrons anyway. Afterwards we took a seat in the beautiful, cozy clinker cellar, which was at a pleasant temperature, with all kinds of soft drinks as well as traditional fish and chips. The wedding party and music captured our hearts.

Osheas is always beautiful. Unfortunately, service was no longer offered after 9:30 p.m. After an hour and a half of waiting (and waving and and) we went to the bar to pay. Food/drinks etc were all great.

A rustic but at the same time modern Irish Pup, as you would imagine. Very friendly service who gave us very good advice about the large selection of beers, cocktails, etc. The toilets are clean and generally a clean, well-maintained place that invites you to party. Unfortunately I can't rate the food today because we didn't eat anything.

Great Irish pub with a small beer garden and a beautiful view of Pegnitz and Heubrücke. The atmosphere is excellent. The food and drinks are top. Great selection of Irish beer and whiskey/whiskey. All employees are always very friendly and helpful. We always like to come back.

Great location, inside and outside. Very friendly service, good selection of drinks. I have eaten at O'Sheas three times and it was delicious and fresh. I will definitely come back. Also because of the very nice atmosphere with live music.

Well, I've been here so many times, and this one time when I forget my ID I'm not allowed to order anything here. That has NEVER happened to me before. The lady who served me is absolutely rude and you can thank her for having one less group of customers.

Must try: chicken wings, Tortilla chips, cottage pie and Cider. Forgot to take pictures every time I visit this place, always come with a lot of hunger, so that's why no pictures.

This was my second visit to O’Sheas and was just as amazing as the first. We started our first in the beer garden, it was 31 degrees Celsius and the sweat was pouring out of me as I walked up to the beer garden and a cool beverage or two really hit the spot. The chap who served us was really attentive and friendly… the beer was very much appreciated and very reasonably priced. I was with my wife, we had things to do… but really liked the location.. we returned a few hours later and I had to have the Irish Stew, it was very much the wrong time of year to have it.. but I enjoyed to so much last time that I had to have it again… I was not disappointed. Service was great and in no time I was tucking into a fine stew.. fit for nobility. All in all, a great visit.. which I shall repeat. The beer was tasty and my glass was always full. The food was delicious and plentiful… the staff (Tuesday 9th July in the evening) was great, the service and care we received was spot on. Looking forward to my next bowl of Irish Stew!!

The rush of the Pegnitz through the adjacent weir is outstanding. Food: Unfortunately it was more of a standard burger, I would have expected more for an Irish pub. Still tasty with the fries and coleslaw. I paid a little more than €21.00 for the burger with fries and coleslaw and a Helles 0.5. I think it's okay. Definitely worth a visit.

Great restaurant with a great atmosphere. The pub is rustically furnished and clearly has the feeling of an Irish pub. The service staff are always very helpful and quick. The range of beers, whiskeys, ciders and the like is extensive. Unfortunately, the food wasn't to our liking, but we still like to come back here and enjoy the atmosphere and the great selection of drinks. In summer you can also sit outside here when the weather is good.

Really nice Irish bar. You can eat something or just drink something, you can stay longer or just come for a glass. A woman can be young or you can be older. All are welcome. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is friendly, so we were given a small glass of beer to try beforehand.

Great outdoor location just next to the river for some summer drinks vibes. Service was fast and food from the other tables also looked very appetising.

Unfortunately I have to deduct two stars. The burger with the rosemary sauce was incredibly tasty. Unfortunately I have to deduct a star from the bookmark steak. The steak was well done instead of medium and instead of a baguette it was a baked roll that didn't even work Toasted and therefore very chewy. Unfortunately I have to deduct the other star because at first we only had the table until 7 p.m. and when we wanted to pay there was no service for ages. All in all, pretty good.

Nice ambience. Waitress was nice and quick. Unfortunately, the later it got, the less she came. Fries tasted like fish. Garlic bread was okay. Potato with chilli con carne was really tasty. you can go there

The restaurant is great, very rustic. I only give 2 stars because at 11.35 when I came in and sat down, the waitress said in English "the first and the last one".... I don't think that's any respect for a new customer who comes from Luxembourg and it was my first time here and I specifically chose this Irish pub. It's open until 1am? Even better, I started drinking my Guinness and I had to pay straight away....😅 I never make a negative comment, but this time I don't like it. So I'm slowly enjoying my Guinness now ☺️ A Guinness has to be drunk without stress, no?

Brilliant pub. Dropped in because of bad weather and realized I discovered a gem. Bar staff were friendly, efficient and good fun. Beer selection and quality was excellent. Food was very good. Padraic was great barman, as were his colleagues.

A very welcoming pub. I came across it by chance while strolling in Nuremberg. Staff really helpful and prompt and multilingual. The ambience is typical of a pub, you're in the British Isles, so to speak.

Been here several times in company. Relaxed atmosphere, cool service and great drinks! From Guinness beer to various types of gin to cocktails, everything is on offer. The fish n' chips and the cottage pie are highly recommended for food.

Very rustic, old cellar dungeon. It's really nice. The audience is mixed and chilled. We're there often, but we definitely recommend booking in advance if you're visiting.

Where do I even start? The location is really rustic, especially with the vaulted ceilings. Our service was more than friendly and super attentive. You just felt comfortable. I think it's great that you can meet all age groups. Our food was super delicious. I had the Guinness & Rosemary Burger (the best burger I've ever eaten) and as a starter we shared the Garlic Mushrooms. My husband had the bookmarker steak sandwich (perfectly on point and still slightly pink). All in all a great evening. We would like to come again.

Very nicely decorated pub. What is not possible, however, is the minimum amount of €15 for card payments! Especially since this is an Irish pub and it has been common practice in Ireland for years that every single pint of beer is paid for by credit card 😃 ps: there are now payment providers like sum up that are perfect for small amounts. 😉

Really unfriendly waitresses. We were also deducted. The food was okay but for an Irish pub there could have been more flavor here. Last but not least, my gin had a lemon in it instead of a cucumber. For the money the service has to be better.

Wo sonst bekommt man weltweit immer gutes Bier und Essen in einem Irish Pub 😊 Wir sind diesmal ins O‘Shea‘s gegangen und wurden nicht enttäuscht, meine Frau hatte den Cottage Pie und ich den Beef Fajita Salad - beides geschmacklich gut und die Portion vollkommene ausreichend. Als Vorspeise gab es die Tortilla Chips. Das Pub selber ist authentisch angehaucht und bequem. Die Preise sind für die Lage absolut OK

The pub is nice and the place has a good vibe. However, the fish and chips portions have very little fish and the place is packed most of the time. The servers are looming to take plates and rush you. That result in an unlikable end of dinner and stress.

Very good pub in the heart of Nurmeburg. After touring Germany for a week I needed some comfort food and a little taste of Whiskey. The menu was nice and full of the norms which was good . The whiskey selection was good and I left full and happy

Very cozy pub in the old town part of the city. It resides in a big cellar room and it's always busy. If you plan to come a reservation is recommended since it is mostly really full. The drinks are what you can expect from an Irish pub, the food is really good and ranges from finger food to top pub meals like shepherds pie.

Unbedingt reservieren. Sehr schöne Location. Groß aber gemütlich. Super Service. Besonders möchte ich eine junge Bedienung mit langen blonden Haaren erwähnen. Super Job. Essen und Ambiente, Getränke auch Schottischen Whisky 🥃 waren super. Es war Freitag Abend und entsprechend viel los. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Einfach Top 👍

Un lugar mágico a orillas del Pegnitz, un sitio excepcional al que volver una y otra vez. El ambiente, la decoración, la música y la grandísima selección de cervezas y whiskeys, te traslada inmediatamente a alguna esquina de la isla esmeralda. El trato del personal es fantástico, siempre que hemos ido nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Hasta la última visita nunca habíamos ido a comer, y lo cierto es que es bastante sorprendente; tienen un estofado irlandés que nada tiene que envidiar al de los mejores restaurantes. Cada visita, es mejor que la anterior. Nunca decepciona.

Wirklich ein außergewöhnlicher Ort und sehr nette Bedienung. Preise sind durchschnittlich würde ich sagen. Leider waren unsere Burger für den Preis nicht der Hit, das Fleisch war nicht so super von der Qualität her. Die Pommes waren okay. Man muss mit mindestens 20€ pro Person rechnen.

I came on a Sunday afternoon, so the atmosphere wouldn't be like a Friday or Saturday night. They have a good range of Irish and local beers. Good selection of cocktails, too, plus the obligatory alcohol infused coffees. The beers are slightly more expensive than other bars, but not ridiculously. Great Irish food.
