The first stop on our wine tour of Champagne was the Gasthaus Klaus Erfort... I've heard a lot about it. And today I'm finally a guest here myself. A sophisticated establishment with attentive service, a cleverly and well-prepared menu with a fantastic selection of wines. I can well imagine coming back soon.

The food is extremely tasty and well prepared, and the owners are very nice people. I can only recommend this store.
