I was only a guest at the restaurant and did not stay at the hotel. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the food is exceptional, and the variety is more than sufficient. The value for money is more than fair. Thank you for the lovely evening.

I like being at MissLillys/Das Moritz. Breakfast and other food and cocktails are top! The food is very nicely prepared. The service is always very good - I appreciate that. On very busy days it sometimes takes a while, but the friendly service, good quality and food and drink make up for the occasional wait. I also like the different (cheese) cakes

Every time a great culinary experience and, as always, a very nice and courteous staff. Good portion sizes that are worth the money.

Hier isst man neben einem großen Aquarium. Das Essen war wirklich toll. Man bekommt ein Vier-Gänge-Menü, bei dem man bei Hauptspeise und Vorspeise zwischen Fleisch, Fisch oder vegetarisch entscheiden kann. Die Bedienung war flott und professionell freundlich. Man merkt, dass man in Slots "abgefertigt " wird. Es geht alles sehr schnell. Das Aquarium ist enttäuschend, wir haben ein farbenfrohes Fischspektakel in einer einfallsreichen Umgebung erwartet. Stattdessen fanden wir ein paar traurig umherschwimmende Fische vor, die in der trüben Brühe vor sich hindümpelten. Die Deko im Aquarium ist dreckig, Tiere auf der hinteren Seite des Beckens waren kaum zu erkennen. Das gesamte Lokal wirkt durch die Pappmaché-Wände eher wie eine in die Jahre gekommene Theaterkulisse. Das Odeur erinnert an Urinstein. Alles in allem könnte man sich das Brimborium mit dem Aquarium sparen und einfach nur das wirklich leckere Essen servieren.

Food was delicious, dishes on the menu were okay...the weekly menu was great. Ambience great, but when it's full it's very loud. Service okay... Stressed, forgot something and it took time and luck to get her back to the table

I would give the service 0 out of 5 stars! I reserved a table for 20 people 2 months in advance and also received a confirmation. When I got there before my guests, the extremely unfriendly lady at reception said that we should choose our own table, I was totally horrified! If I reserve a table somewhere, I expect the table to be there when I arrive. This was not the case! We had to move the heavy tables ourselves!!! push, that was really awesome, I've never experienced anything like that, none of the staff helped us. Of course there was only room left in the last corner, on the wall where the music boxes were way too loud. When we politely asked if they could please turn the music down a little, the answer was no. I couldn't even have a conversation with the person across from me, it was unbearable!!! The waiters kept walking past our table and ignoring us 🙃🙃 even though no one had anything to drink yet. Everyone had to go to the bar and get their own drink. Another negative point: you have to pay for your drink directly and that was complete chaos every time. So badly done. Oh yes, and entry fee of €5 is charged to everyone. I'm really very disappointed with the whole thing, it completely ruined my birthday. The ambience is nice, no question, but I can get a view of the skyline somewhere else. Thanks for nothing.

We had a very nice lunch here. Great, modern atmosphere. Nice tables and easy to sit on. Delicious Italian cuisine. Good portions at fair prices. And the service is great - it stood out particularly positively!
