For me, one of the most beautiful views of the skyline. The food and cocktails were delicious. I'd love to go back!

I was standing at the door with two friends, no women with me – and the bouncer said that if we didn't have a girl with us, we wouldn't be allowed in. Totally antisocial, he just said, "What do you want here? Get lost!" We asked if that was really true – no answer. Directly behind us: five guys, no women, no reservation – were allowed in. The guys were German, and I'm German on paper. Absolutely unfair, disrespectful, and discriminatory!

Never had such poor value for money for food. Everything tasted like frozen food from a penny store. Drinks were okay.

A tough, knobby shop. I wanted to get Moët an hour before closing time, but the knobby bosses wouldn't let me. I was very sad :(

We weren't allowed in because my boyfriend was wearing shorts. When several women walked out of the establishment wearing obscenely cut polyester, I confronted the staff about the double standards. My partner, on the other hand, was wearing high-quality, stylish clothing. I didn't receive a meaningful explanation from the staff at the entrance. What a pity.

Great rooftop bar with DJ and great service and very good food

I paid €9.50 for a cheap glass of wine. Is that normal? The bottle probably costs €5!

The two guys at the reception are very unpleasant, seem very bored, and just close whenever they feel like it. They don't stick to their own opening hours.

Very disappointing, there's no indication on the website that the bar is closed. The birthday party found the doors locked. Next time, we'll go somewhere else.

Gaia Bar is very crowded and requires waiting in line, which can be a drawback. You often need to go to the bar to order or get your drink, and given the size and volume of the venue, that can feel a bit frustrating. Overall the experience is okay, but nothing outstanding, especially considering the lengthy queue.

I have very dangerous experience at Gaia, Saturday 30/08/2025evening at 6 pm I was there I ordered 2 glass of wine, and one server he is Syrian/turque, he was nice and friendly. He proposed me take me for tours at Frankfurt, then he bring Me water for no reason, 🆘️ I star feel Extreme drowsiness ,loss conscious, ketamine, I want back to my hotel he try maximum to convince me to stay , then I ordered Uber very hardly he followed me to the left he try to huge me. I don't know how I back to hotel , then the server was called me he followed me to hotel, sent me messages thanks god I didn't answer because I want not in my mind , today I did test I discovered I was drogue .my experience it's was horrible thanks god I back to my hotel no body viol me .this server he is so lucky I was obligation to back to my country, if not I will go to the police.

Dear Gaia Team, I would like to give you honest feedback on my visit. I celebrated my 30th birthday with you on August 30th. First, the positive: The food was okay, the waiter was moderately friendly but seemed attentive. The location was also great (there was little view of Frankfurt). Unfortunately, there were several points that significantly dampened my overall impression: • Doorman: The treatment was very unfriendly, snooty, and at times disrespectful. We felt like we would hardly have been admitted without a female companion, despite having a table reservation. For a special occasion like my 30th birthday, this was a very unpleasant start. There are beautiful fountains; young women were allowed to take photos in front of said fountains, but men were not – great. • Value for money: For just under €50 per person, getting three small pieces of meat and an appetizer was far too expensive in my opinion. Unfortunately, this didn't meet my expectations for a restaurant of this category. • Drinks: Some drinks we ordered were never brought to us – yet they were still included in the bill. This was very annoying. • Accessibility & Communication: The lack of a phone number where you can reach someone directly if you have any questions is very inconvenient. Communication via email was also tedious, as it often took several hours before I received a response. Overall, I was unfortunately disappointed with my visit. Especially because the location and service staff in the restaurant itself were so positive, it's a shame that these negative experiences overshadowed the overall impression. I hope you take these points seriously and improve them in the future so that guests are completely satisfied – especially for special occasions.

The ambiance is truly beautiful and makes you feel like you're on vacation. We reserved a table and chose our food from the menu in advance. Unfortunately, for €45 per person, the quality wasn't up to scratch. The meat was cold and the flavor was simply bland. There's definitely room for improvement here to make the price justifiable. The vegetarian option wasn't convincing either, and I don't think charging that much for a classic dolma is justified. But it's a great place to stop for drinks or to wind down the evening.

Great atmosphere, breathtaking view! Plenty of food, drinks, and fresh air. The quality of the food was truly outstanding. A wide variety of meats, fish, and vegetarian options. All beautifully cooked. The only downside was the lack of excitement on the dance floor, as the volume level must not exceed a certain level.

The fish-flavored eggplant box was too salty without rice. The clear wonton soup had a salty base. The pig intestine noodles were small, not spicy or numbing, but pure salty. The ice jelly was average. I wouldn't recommend it if you love Sichuan cuisine, but it's quite suitable for those who enjoy salty flavors.

A fantastic rooftop bar with a stunning view over Frankfurt! The atmosphere is simply beautiful, especially on warm summer evenings when you can enjoy the sunset – highly recommended! It's often busy, and you sometimes need a bit of luck to get a seat, but the view and ambiance more than make up for it. Definitely a highlight in Frankfurt!

The venue is showing its age despite several changes of management. It may be a bit confusing on the website, but there's no admission charge and no member pass is required. The numerous construction sites spoil the view. Drink prices are reasonable. There are no coffee drinks. The minimum consumption for table reservations is steep, but other venues in Frankfurt have the same thing.

Really great location. Looks great and is fun, too. The entrance fee is just right, not too expensive and not too cheap. There's more than enough parking, of course, since the venue is located in a parking garage. Drinks are good, and the costs are reasonable. But now for the more negative aspects: Unfortunately, the view of the skyline is a bit obstructed in some places. The music is sometimes off in the outside seats (left and right of the podium) or is turned down too early, so you just sit there like you're in a waiting room. Many chairs are broken in some places. The waitresses sometimes just forget about you. Unfortunately, you can't make a reservation outside and have to arrive unnecessarily early just to get a good seat. At the bar, it's more of a fight to get a seat, which really annoys me. If you try to get to this venue using Google or a navigation system, you won't be directed to the entrance, but to the exit! All in all, this could all be solved by letting fewer people in. I've been coming for a long time and will continue to come. It's like a mini-vacation for a warm summer evening. The food is great and the location is also very nice. Unfortunately, an older, rather frustrated blonde employee doesn't exactly create a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere. As soon as you see her, you just want to run away crying. What a shame!!!

Apparently entry is only possible with a guest list, but two of the guys were simply cheeky. I'll never come back, not even with my girlfriend!

Very cool location. Has a lot of potential. If it weren't for the unfriendliness or incompetence of the staff. Perhaps it's also due to the lack of experience of the management and the people employed. Bookings were available for 4 p.m., but they didn't open until 6 p.m., followed by an "all-white" party, and the guests' colors as colorful as an Expressionist painting. When we pointed out that they could cancel the booking because we might not be from Frankfurt, we were arrogantly rejected. I quote: "Come back next week." A flying buffet or food was promised, but we were probably sitting at the wrong table. No hint? No hint. Have fun, enjoy the location, and for the rest of it, please go somewhere else.

The cocktails were rather mediocre. There was a €5 entry fee per person. The view and vibe were fantastic.

After a double debit that evening, I received immediate assistance the next day. Very friendly and helpful communication and accommodating behavior!

We had a long journey and came to Frankfurt for the bar. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth it... With over ten people, we had a dark, unfortunately much too small "seating niche"... It had little to do with the lounge advertised online. With such a high minimum consumption, I found it borderline ridiculous not to get a decent seat after having made a reservation several weeks ago. It's a real shame...

I'm thrilled – the atmosphere is fantastic, the service professional and friendly, as is the wide selection of drinks and the delicious food. The view is breathtaking – I don't even know which perspective to choose first.

Here's some feedback for you, my dears, because I know you value feedback. Feel free to respond to this review, then I'll remove it again: - Premium prices plus admission demand premium service. Unfortunately, your staff doesn't offer that. I expect to be served at the tables if I'm already paying so much money for admission (!), drinks/food, etc., and that also applies (!) to the food. I don't see any point in picking up a soggy, overpriced tarte flambée from the counter. You should thoroughly revise the concept. The quality of the food is abysmal (!!) and not appropriate for the location. As a result, I won't eat there again. - Every three minutes, some "waitress" comes along, interrupting conversations, and constantly asking if you can take any glasses with you. This is extremely annoying and has nothing to do with service. - What's absolutely unacceptable is the staff, who rudely push you aside while you're dancing because they're constantly sprinting from left to right with trays of food. That's unacceptable. Do that again and I'll never come back. Gaia has potential; you can do a lot of things right now. Then we'll gladly come back. Don't waste your chance.

Great location with a stylish design – we had a fantastic evening here. The atmosphere was great, the people relaxed, and the music just perfect for a warm summer evening. We were originally just looking for a quick drink (we're from Zurich) and found the bar by chance online – we stayed until closing because we liked it so much. The only downside: everything is self-service. It's a shame, because otherwise we definitely would have eaten and drunk more. Still, absolutely recommended!

Worst experience of my life. Apparently, they don't serve your table, but instead you have to walk 120 meters to the buffet. The table next to us was served, though. According to the waitress, the manager couldn't be found. Great. P.S.: We were dark-skinned girls.

If I could, I'd give it zero stars. As a group of men, we were turned away, with the explanation that we were only allowed to enter with a female escort. Such a discriminatory and outdated admission policy is absolutely unacceptable. This place is no longer an option for us.

Not enough staff for the crowd. We had reserved a lounge for my birthday with a €500 minimum food/drink requirement. When the space was relatively empty, everything was fine. However, as the place filled up, the waiter practically stopped us from ordering, saying it would take at least an hour to wait for our drinks. I pointed out that I wouldn't pay a minimum food/drink requirement if I couldn't even eat, but I was turned away in an extremely rude manner (especially at the door). Sorry, but this is a complete failure and absolutely unacceptable.

Birthday party with just over a dozen guests. Reception was unfriendly and condescending. There were too few tables set. While other guests, some barefoot and in sweatpants, were running around the area, our guests were reprimanded for carrying a shoulder bag and were regularly met with condescending looks and sulky expressions. The food was fine, but the taste and quantity were rather below average for the price. While people were happily smoking at the tables around us, our guests were banned from smoking. Overall, they felt like they weren't welcome. The location is very nice. Unfortunately, overall, it wasn't a memorable birthday.

No long lines for drinks, friendly staff, and plenty of seating. Unfortunately, there was no sand at the beach bar. Because I was there in July, it's only accessible in August. But otherwise, I was very satisfied.

Beautiful location with a real Greek vibe—but unfortunately, I miss the Greek hospitality. I understand that they want to position themselves with a dress code and similar rules. But in my opinion, there's a very fine line between positioning and arrogance. And that's reflected in the implementation—everyone can form their own opinion here.

The cocktail menu is a bit boring. The cocktails are rather simple, but the prices are high. You should also expect long lines at the bar and longer waits for a table. The only thing that's really nice is the view.

First, how do you get there? In the parking garage, take the elevator to the 6th floor, then turn left, and you should see the entrance. The ambiance is definitely top-notch, the view is beautiful, and it's beautifully designed, both the pool area and the restaurant. Although it was supposed to be self-service outside, there were people from the service department milling around taking orders. We only had cocktails, but they were good; I can't comment on the food. All in all, it was a very pleasant visit.

Booking a table reservation was not a nice process for me

Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing from the start. The reception was anything but friendly. You felt like you were intruding. The staff there behaved as if they were world stars on a red carpet—aloof, haughty, and extremely arrogant. No friendliness or even a simple smile? None. When you're treated like that before you've even sat down, it honestly puts you off anything else. Absolutely not a service I'd recommend, a waste of time.

We were celebrating a birthday party on July 12th at this place, and I’ve never experienced such poor service in my life. After we politely expressed our dissatisfaction, one of the waiters started raising his voice and acted confrontational. The atmosphere turned tense, and what was meant to be a joyful celebration ended with us standing in tears. I would not recommend hosting any kind of event here.

Being told that no one's allowed in. Only to see two minutes later three groups of three women come in. What can I say? That's the shitty attitude of you Frankfurters, thinking you're something special while working at the door for €12 an hour.

We couldn't get in without a reservation. It's normal for two men to show up unaccompanied; of course, you won't get in. Absolutely outrageous. I could see that many seats were still free, which is ridiculous. I'd rather not give it a star.

At 4:30pm all the place was empty, 3 employers sitting at the front. And denied 30 minutes for a drink on the rooftop with the excuse :"Waiting for others guests". Places like this, no thank you. Shut down the doors if you don't want to work

The young men at the reception were truly rude, impolite, and unpleasant. They treated us very dismissively at the reception, despite having a reservation (which was confirmed). The atmosphere is fine. But I've seen nicer bars. I wouldn't come back based on the reception experience alone.

So, the location and the view are obviously amazing! But when you wait for a waiter forever to come to you (after waving like 16 times) and you end up waiting for another 40-45 minutes just for your placed order still not to have arrived, that's just horrendous service. After approaching another waiter (and I mean I literally walked towards him), he did all he can to get us the order himself. So hats off to him. You deserve to work with a much better staff environment! The drinks are ooookaaayyy and not entirely justified to have a premium price tag on it..but then again, I understand, you're kinda paying for the view, right? The Elsässer Art Flammkuchen was great, nonetheless. Two girls sitting next to my table just ended up leaving after waiting for 30 minutes. I did tell them that there's a self-service counter all the way back there, but whose idea was it in the first place to implement self service for such ridiculously high prices? This is literally a service function for the very wrong location. Also, why is there an entry fee, if you can't even get your staff in order? I'll try again in a few years, but thus far, this isn't recommended in my circle. 1 Star for sure, but that waiter with the wavey hair earned you a second star.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I've never experienced such deplorable service in my life – and I've seen a lot! I'm standing at your entrance, ready to enjoy your supposedly "exclusive" rooftop bar, and I'm turned away because of a tiny stain on my Bermuda shorts. Yes, I didn't mistype: because of a stain. And then comes the audacity: "You're not allowed in with these dirty sweatpants." To be honest: What's the point? This isn't just wrong, it's a public shaming – an insulting, humiliating rejection in front of other guests! I came from a fancy restaurant, tomato sauce on my pants, and here I'm treated like unwanted dirt. The tone of your staff was disrespectful, arrogant, and simply abysmal. No conversation, no apology, no "goodbye" – instead, behavior that leaves me angry and ashamed. I'm appalled that people can exploit such a position of power and treat guests this way. If that's your goal, then congratulations—you've lost me forever. I will come again—not because I want to, but because I want to know if you can bring your store, and especially your staff, up to a tolerable standard. Spoiler alert: If not, I will ensure that this store and its management look different in the future. That wasn't a criticism, that was a public accusation—and I expect a clear apology. Our reservation was "not found". Ended up paying 5 euros only to find out there was not a single available table to sit. We were planning to dine there but as our reservation was not found we were force to finger food and self service. Such a bad experience. I would not recommend.

The wait between appetizers and main courses was far too long (1.5 hours). The food was delicious, but already cold. The drinks were good. Despite the intense heat, the pool was reserved for other guests, and it was brutally warm at the tables. The server was nice and tried to help, but my impression was that larger groups completely overwhelm the entire place. A nice location with poor management and completely overpriced for the service provided.

We had an incredible time at Gaia. Even though we made a reservation mistake, they tried to accommodate us. The ambiance is truly wonderful, and the service was top-notch. We spent a wonderful evening here with great food and drinks. Special thanks to Lisa!

The central location makes it super easy to reach, whether you arrive by train, on foot, or by car. The atmosphere is urban yet cozy – a truly feel-good spot in the heart of Frankfurt. The food is creative, fresh, and every dish is a work of art. The service is attentive and warm without being intrusive. For me, Gaia is the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a few hours while still being in the center of it all. A clear recommendation – I'll definitely be back!

So where do I begin... the view and the ambiance are very nice, especially in the best weather, it's worth coming here. But that's about it. The service is incredibly bad and we waited over 30 minutes for our drinks. The place wasn't even 1/3 full, which makes me wonder how they manage when the place is full. Anyway, the icing on the cake was that they rip you off with the drinks (especially the San Miguel beer). The menu offers a 0.33 l for €4. We got a 0.2 l for the same price. When I asked the waiter, he said he had already mentioned it to the manager, but unfortunately there was nothing they could do. When I asked if we could have another beer as compensation, they waved me away. I work in the restaurant industry myself and that's really not acceptable! Either change the menu or give people another drink on the house. But just fooling them like that is simply not acceptable! Do they really think you don't get it? We definitely won't be coming here again; Frankfurt simply offers too many nicer and more amazing locations.

Phew, the staff is arrogant. Self-service. The drinks selection is limited. Aperol, for example, isn't available in the original, but rather in the cheaper version. The seating is cramped. We were there for a drink and then changed locations. I politely asked at the cashier if I could sit at a reserved table for an hour until my reservation arrived. I was ignored and sent on my way with a hand gesture.

I've rarely been as disappointed by a bar visit as I was at this location. Even the initial experience was questionable: a €5 entry fee, only to then end up standing in an endless line at the bar – because there are simply no waiters there. If you politely ask the staff for a free seat, you don't get any help, but rather arrogant and condescending answers that make the evening even more unpleasant. Service culture? None at all. The concept seems like a bad joke: paying entry for self-service and unfriendly staff. Not to mention the clientele, which was neither pleasant nor inviting – quite the opposite. One thing is clear to me: I will never go to this bar again. A complete rip-off that doesn't even bother to hide it.

We definitely recommend visiting the rooftop bar. The ambiance is very tasteful and very clean. There are plenty of outdoor seating options without prior reservation if you arrive a little early. There are a variety of alcoholic drinks as well as a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks. That was really good for this heat. The food—we had tarte flambée—was plentiful and delicious. Overall, it's self-service. Larger groups were also served. Nice place to be.

What a shame about the beautiful location. We had made a reservation for two, but were greeted by the nice gentleman at the reception desk with the words "10€ please." We then paid this without hesitation. Perhaps after a long wait, we asked about the service in a somewhat annoyed manner... this gave the maitre de sale an opportunity to engage us in a discussion. Of the many meaningless things she said, all I remembered was that she has about 2,000 guests per evening and can choose who she serves. I have rarely experienced arrogance of such magnitude. We were hungry, but we stayed anyway. The food was okay, but nothing special. The behavior of the alleged owner dominated the overall impression and ruined the evening. Never again—not even for free.

A sobering experience – a shame about the beautiful ambiance. We stayed with you on Wednesday – our reservation was originally planned at the Greek restaurant downstairs, but since the weather was good, we spontaneously wanted to move upstairs to the pool. Fortunately, the move went smoothly – thank you for that. Unfortunately, that was the only bright spot of the evening. Because what followed can hardly be described as anything other than disappointing. When I mentioned upon arrival that we were coming with a baby, one would have expected that a high chair would be provided (see recent emails) or at least that the seating would be considered accordingly. But instead, we were assigned a seat directly in the blazing sun – for the baby, mind you. When we pointed this out, they improvised without thinking: Two cushions were placed on top of each other, and the toddler – 1.5 years old – was simply placed in the sun. Because the stroller would supposedly be "in the way." Apparently, it's less of a problem if a child overheats. So, a stroller bothers you, but it's good to know that there are shady spots for those without children or even dogs. We were particularly struck by a blonde lady from the service department, whose entire body language, facial expressions, and statements were consistently dismissive and abrupt. No comment, no solution – simply: "I can't do it." Then she turned around and didn't return that evening. Our inquiries and suggestions were met with looks you usually only get when you've just asked for something outrageous. On the contrary, the blonde older lady became impatient, as we wanted to rearrange/move things ourselves so as not to expose the small child to the sun. She responded with "No comment, okay." After 10 seconds of *solution-oriented action* on her part, stacking pillows on top of each other, the problem was still there. We were a very mixed, quiet group – two older ladies, two pregnant women, one child, and one baby. We wanted to celebrate a bachelorette party in a small group. But this completely unsympathetic reaction alone ruined our evening. The behavior of the elderly lady in question was not at all service-oriented or professional – rather, one had the feeling that she was bothered by our mere presence. We run restaurants ourselves and know: It can be stressful, and not everything always runs smoothly. But the way people are treated is crucial. And that was – to say the least – a disaster here. After all, we were the third table to ask for food at 6:30 p.m. – so it wasn't just an over-exertion. The fact that our drink orders repeatedly didn't arrive, the food took forever, and a white wine spritzer we ordered was brought dry and pure, despite repeated clarifications, unfortunately rounded off the experience. Repeated requests for a bottle of water were also ignored. Only later – probably because they noticed that we were about to look for a highchair ourselves – did other male waitresses arrive and try to salvage what could be salvaged. We would like to thank them – they were attentive and noticeably friendlier. The underlying problem, however, clearly lay with that one female employee who seemed disturbed by our mere presence or treated many women in this way. The all-male table next door at least occasionally received a smile. This kind of behavior is unacceptable – especially when a restaurant like yours wants to convey a certain flair. The Saint-Tropez and Mykonos feeling doesn't start with the decor, but with the service. Unfortunately, we were deprived of both. We had actually firmly planned a visit on Saturday with friends. However, after this experience, we consciously decided against it. It's a shame for such a lovely concept – but given the way guests are treated here, we certainly won't be coming back.

The food in the restaurant was good, and the service was very friendly. However, the food took a long time to arrive, and the music was so loud that conversation was impossible. It was quieter outside, but without the restaurant open, the service was more or less nonexistent.

The bar's location is truly appealing and offers a pleasant ambiance. However, neither the reception nor the service were convincing. The atmosphere seems heavily focused on self-promotion, which may not suit everyone's taste. Overall, the visit fell short of expectations.

The cocktails were already sold out by 9 p.m. Overall, the place seems more focused on show than genuine hospitality. For me, it was definitely the first and last time. Worse experience ever. 🤣 Place is terrible. Always full nowhere to sit. The worse margarita ins whole life tasted like sugar with water but it was a “frozen” margarita that didn’t even have ice hahaha charged 17 euros for it I just can laugh. I made a reservation for the rooftop two weeks in advance. A few days before our visit, we were informed that the venue would be celebrating its 20th anniversary and that our reservation could not be honored. Instead, we were advised to purchase two tickets for the anniversary event, which we did. However, when we arrived at the event, we were denied entry – despite clearly stating that we had tickets as instructed. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, and the whole experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. This lack of organization and communication is unacceptable, especially after following their recommendations. I would not recommend this place based on how poorly this situation was handled.

The location was quite nice, but nothing you haven't seen before. The atmosphere was solid, but nothing extraordinary. The entrance fee? Completely unnecessary—you'd expect a bit more service for that... Overall, it wasn't a disappointment, but it wasn't memorable either.

The slowest service and bar I've ever seen. The place was almost empty on a Tuesday night. It took 30 minutes to order. The waiter wouldn't have come at all without me asking. Then you get one drink every hour. The next one is already paid for and never arrives. They say it was forgotten, no apology, nothing. Very unprofessional.

The place was super nice, kind of boho. The service didn’t really come to us, instead we went to order but that was quick. The drinks weren’t extraordinary but I would go again just for the view. There was an entrance fee of 5€ which could only be paid in cash per person, very ok but I couldn’t understand why only cash for such s huge and highly visited place. Didn’t use their rest rooms so cannot comment on that.

We were just there to celebrate, so I can't comment on the food. But the atmosphere was great.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I had a confirmed reservation for today and arrived on time with my companions. Despite the confirmation, we were denied entry – without any clear or comprehensible explanation. The staff's behavior was neither transparent nor customer-friendly. I have not received a response to my subsequent email inquiry to date. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a professional restaurant/bar. I hope that the way we treat guests will improve in the future.

A very nice location with a great view of the skyline. As the sun sets and the night fades, you can enjoy some wonderful hours up here, but they can also put a big dent in your wallet. The drink prices, in particular, are definitely on the high side. Here, you end up paying for the venue with every new drink. Still, a great spot and definitely recommended. Food prices are also quite high. Since we didn't eat, we can only say that the food served looked very good every time, so it's probably worth the price!

The view is fabulous and the drinks were delicious. However the food is ok but not the best. The cakes 🍰 were very good. It is recommend to go there and have a drink.

I celebrated my birthday at Gaia this weekend – a beautiful venue with a great ambiance and a DJ who created a first-class atmosphere (truly 10/10!). What really saved the evening was a young employee with glasses who accompanied us throughout the evening and took great care of us. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name, but a huge thank you to him! His friendliness, attentiveness, and effort to accommodate our wishes were truly outstanding – especially because, unfortunately, we've learned that this isn't something to be taken for granted at Gaia. Despite prior arrangements, the organization was quite stressful for me as the birthday girl. Special requests were barely accommodated, and neither a midnight cake for me nor bringing my own cake were allowed – unfortunately, we weren't offered any alternatives either. There were also some minor disappointments with the food, as certain dishes, like pasta, were already sold out. Conclusion: The atmosphere at Gaia is unique and, with the right DJ, a real highlight. However, the organization surrounding special events still has considerable room for improvement. Without the dedicated staff, the evening wouldn't have been half as enjoyable – for that, a huge thank you again!

The way you're "welcomed" there is a disgrace. By the way, it's a Tuesday evening, so nothing's happening, and we arrive – no hello, no "welcome," no "how can we help you?" – instead, two idiots just silently check us out. We stood there like we were ordered to leave, not picked up, until my friend broke the ice and told me we didn't have a reservation. We then sat down and decided to leave after a minute; we were fed up.

3 hour drive, our reservation was blatantly ignored, we went anyway on a whim. There were 9 of us and 4 of us were there, the other 5 arrived later. We told reception right from the start that we were 5 men and 4 women. He said he needed to see the whole group first and then he could decide whether we could come in or not. When everyone was there, the nice gentleman at the entrance didn't seem to like it and then he slapped his hand against his forehead and said it wasn't okay and we couldn't come in. Even though we were smartly dressed, he couldn't even give us a real reason because everyone else came in every minute after us. His boss would agree and wouldn't say anything different, even though we didn't even ask for her. We really would have loved to go in and would have happily paid 10€ just for the entry, but after such a reaction we are truly at a loss for words. If I could, I would give zero stars. Never again!!!!!!!!!

Nice location. We got an Aperol, but it wasn't “Aperol” but “Bitterol” from Lidl. Unfortunately that's not possible at all for the price and the location. Otherwise it was of course nice, but the expectations are different.

There is parking available directly on site – super practical. The view of the skyline is simply breathtaking. There is plenty of seating and comfortable lounges, as well as a spacious restaurant area. Everything is beautifully and stylishly furnished. The DJ creates a cool atmosphere with fresh beats – really good vibes! Overall, a great experience that I can definitely recommend.

As a black man visiting from the United States, this restaurant was extremely racist to me. I came with another friend on a Friday and they told us it was by reservation only. We then made reservations for 2 hours later and they still wouldn’t let us in. We ask 2 white women in the elevator did they have reservations and they said no. We ended up going to NFT Sky bar which had great views and customer service.

We had a great evening. Alessandro served us and he was super friendly and read our wishes from our eyes. Atmosphere was cool. Simply great! Gladly again.

Very very bad service! We are a birthday group and came to Gaia with a reservation. We were initially greeted very nicely at reception and were assigned a table, but no one came to our table for over 50 minutes and asked if we needed anything. The birthday child received a cake from us, whereupon we asked in the kitchen if we could keep the cake refrigerated, then the lady at the counter said and I quote: what do you think of coming here with a cake, we sell our own desserts, if you give me the cake now we'll throw the way! You're not allowed to store it here, so you'd better find out more next time. It was clearly communicated over the phone that it was a birthday and we were bringing a cake. Such a cheeky answer and the poor service made us never enter this store again! This is not the way to treat guests, no matter how fancy the place is.

We came from further away - a two-hour journey - to visit the actually beautiful rooftop bar. Unfortunately the visit was completely ruined by the bouncer's behavior. An arrogant young man with a noticeable hairstyle and a condescending manner made us feel unwelcome from the start. The interaction was neither professional nor respectful - as if he had found the job of his life at the door and was now taking it out on the guests. It's a shame because the location itself had potential. For us, however: never again.

The food was very good. For the atmosphere then indeed we were lucky enough to be in a room next door so we could hear each other talking but in the 2 large room it was impossible because of the music however this is not a criticism because apparently the people who go there go there for that reason everyone was in a very good mood it was a good evening. The service is fast, the servers are friendly.

Completely disorganized! Cooks are missing to fill capacity, staff don't know what reservation rules and what minimum consumption applies. Addition: In addition, negative reviews like the one mentioned above are deleted by lawyers as "defamation", i.e. the overall rating is probably significantly embellished because only positive reviews remain.

More appearance than reality. The location is beautifully decorated. But it doesn't have anything more to offer. Despite all the events, something is missing. It's so superficial. I would rather not eat there. Poor, loveless preparation and price/performance is not right at all. Service like in a pub. Don't expect too much from the service. It's better to go to a real restaurant if you want to eat something delicious.

I would give the service 0 out of 5 stars! I reserved a table for 20 people 2 months in advance and also received a confirmation. When I got there before my guests, the extremely unfriendly lady at reception said that we should choose our own table, I was totally horrified! If I reserve a table somewhere, I expect the table to be there when I arrive. This was not the case! We had to move the heavy tables ourselves!!! push, that was really awesome, I've never experienced anything like that, none of the staff helped us. Of course there was only room left in the last corner, on the wall where the music boxes were way too loud. When we politely asked if they could please turn down the music a little, the answer was no. I couldn't even have a conversation with the person across from me, it was unbearable!!! The waiters kept walking past our table and ignoring us 🙃🙃 even though no one had anything to drink yet. Everyone had to go to the bar and get their own drink. Another negative point: you have to pay for your drink directly and that was complete chaos every time. So badly done. Oh yes, and entry fee of €5 is charged to everyone. I'm really very disappointed with the whole thing, it completely ruined my birthday. The ambience is nice, no question, but I can get a view of the skyline somewhere else. Thanks for nothing.
