I've rarely been as disappointed by a bar visit as I was at this location. Even the initial experience was questionable: a €5 entry fee, only to then end up standing in an endless line at the bar – because there are simply no waiters there. If you politely ask the staff for a free seat, you don't get any help, but rather arrogant and condescending answers that make the evening even more unpleasant. Service culture? None at all. The concept seems like a bad joke: paying entry for self-service and unfriendly staff. Not to mention the clientele, which was neither pleasant nor inviting – quite the opposite. One thing is clear to me: I will never go to this bar again. A complete rip-off that doesn't even bother to hide it.

Simply beautiful location from the entrance to the restrooms - super nice, great decor and amenities.👌🏽 It would be 5 stars if there were fans outside 😬 that would make it 100% perfect.

What a shame about the beautiful location. We had made a reservation for two, but were greeted by the nice gentleman at the reception desk with the words "10€ please." We then paid this without hesitation. Perhaps after a long wait, we asked about the service in a somewhat annoyed manner... this gave the maitre de sale an opportunity to engage us in a discussion. Of the many meaningless things she said, all I remembered was that she has about 2,000 guests per evening and can choose who she serves. I have rarely experienced arrogance of such magnitude. We were hungry, but we stayed anyway. The food was okay, but nothing special. The behavior of the alleged owner dominated the overall impression and ruined the evening. Never again—not even for free.

We definitely recommend visiting the rooftop bar. The ambiance is very tasteful and very clean. There are plenty of outdoor seating options without prior reservation if you arrive a little early. There are a variety of alcoholic drinks as well as a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks. That was really good for this heat. The food—we had tarte flambée—was plentiful and delicious. Overall, it's self-service. Larger groups were also served. Nice place to be.

A sobering experience – a shame about the beautiful ambiance. We stayed with you on Wednesday – our reservation was originally planned at the Greek restaurant downstairs, but since the weather was good, we spontaneously wanted to move upstairs to the pool. Fortunately, the move went smoothly – thank you for that. Unfortunately, that was the only bright spot of the evening. Because what followed can hardly be described as anything other than disappointing. When I mentioned upon arrival that we were coming with a baby, one would have expected that a high chair would be provided (see recent emails) or at least that the seating would be considered accordingly. But instead, we were assigned a seat directly in the blazing sun – for the baby, mind you. When we pointed this out, they improvised without thinking: Two cushions were placed on top of each other, and the toddler – 1.5 years old – was simply placed in the sun. Because the stroller would supposedly be "in the way." Apparently, it's less of a problem if a child overheats. So, a stroller bothers you, but it's good to know that there are shady spots for those without children or even dogs. We were particularly struck by a blonde lady from the service department, whose entire body language, facial expressions, and statements were consistently dismissive and abrupt. No comment, no solution – simply: "I can't do it." Then she turned around and didn't return that evening. Our inquiries and suggestions were met with looks you usually only get when you've just asked for something outrageous. On the contrary, the blonde older lady became impatient, as we wanted to rearrange/move things ourselves so as not to expose the small child to the sun. She responded with "No comment, okay." After 10 seconds of *solution-oriented action* on her part, stacking pillows on top of each other, the problem was still there. We were a very mixed, quiet group – two older ladies, two pregnant women, one child, and one baby. We wanted to celebrate a bachelorette party in a small group. But this completely unsympathetic reaction alone ruined our evening. The behavior of the elderly lady in question was not at all service-oriented or professional – rather, one had the feeling that she was bothered by our mere presence. We run restaurants ourselves and know: It can be stressful, and not everything always runs smoothly. But the way people are treated is crucial. And that was – to say the least – a disaster here. After all, we were the third table to ask for food at 6:30 p.m. – so it wasn't just an over-exertion. The fact that our drink orders repeatedly didn't arrive, the food took forever, and a white wine spritzer we ordered was brought dry and pure, despite repeated clarifications, unfortunately rounded off the experience. Repeated requests for a bottle of water were also ignored. Only later – probably because they noticed that we were about to look for a highchair ourselves – did other male waitresses arrive and try to salvage what could be salvaged. We would like to thank them – they were attentive and noticeably friendlier. The underlying problem, however, clearly lay with that one female employee who seemed disturbed by our mere presence or treated many women in this way. The all-male table next door at least occasionally received a smile. This kind of behavior is unacceptable – especially when a restaurant like yours wants to convey a certain flair. The Saint-Tropez and Mykonos feeling doesn't start with the decor, but with the service. Unfortunately, we were deprived of both. We had actually firmly planned a visit on Saturday with friends. However, after this experience, we consciously decided against it. It's a shame for such a lovely concept – but given the way guests are treated here, we certainly won't be coming back.

Nice atmosphere, but the €5 entry fee per person means you wait two hours for your drinks in 30-degree sun, and the staff is incompetent and unfriendly. Half-naked women, however, get their drinks after five minutes.

The food in the restaurant was good, and the service was very friendly. However, the food took a long time to arrive, and the music was so loud that conversation was impossible. It was quieter outside, but without the restaurant open, the service was more or less nonexistent.

The bar's location is truly appealing and offers a pleasant ambiance. However, neither the reception nor the service were convincing. The atmosphere seems heavily focused on self-promotion, which may not suit everyone's taste. Overall, the visit fell short of expectations.

The prices are exorbitant – which would be okay if the service and quality were good, but neither was the case. The service was inattentive and at times even rude. We had to wait forever for our drinks, and when we politely asked, we were fobbed off in annoyance. The cocktails were already sold out by 9 p.m. Overall, the place seems more focused on show than genuine hospitality. For me, it was definitely the first and last time. It's a shame – the potential is there.

Worse experience ever. 🤣 Place is terrible. Always full nowhere to sit. The worse margarita ins whole life tasted like sugar with water but it was a “frozen” margarita that didn’t even have ice hahaha charged 17 euros for it I just can laugh. I made a reservation for the rooftop two weeks in advance. A few days before our visit, we were informed that the venue would be celebrating its 20th anniversary and that our reservation could not be honored. Instead, we were advised to purchase two tickets for the anniversary event, which we did. However, when we arrived at the event, we were denied entry – despite clearly stating that we had tickets as instructed. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, and the whole experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. This lack of organization and communication is unacceptable, especially after following their recommendations. I would not recommend this place based on how poorly this situation was handled.

The location was quite nice, but nothing you haven't seen before. The atmosphere was solid, but nothing extraordinary. The entrance fee? Completely unnecessary—you'd expect a bit more service for that... Overall, it wasn't a disappointment, but it wasn't memorable either.

The slowest service and bar I've ever seen. The place was almost empty on a Tuesday night. It took 30 minutes to order. The waiter wouldn't have come at all without me asking. Then you get one drink every hour. The next one is already paid for and never arrives. They say it was forgotten, no apology, nothing. Very unprofessional.

The place was super nice, kind of boho. The service didn’t really come to us, instead we went to order but that was quick. The drinks weren’t extraordinary but I would go again just for the view. There was an entrance fee of 5€ which could only be paid in cash per person, very ok but I couldn’t understand why only cash for such s huge and highly visited place. Didn’t use their rest rooms so cannot comment on that.

A very nice location with a great view of the skyline. As the sun sets and the night fades, you can enjoy some wonderful hours up here, but they can also put a big dent in your wallet. The drink prices, in particular, are definitely on the high side. Here, you end up paying for the venue with every new drink. Still, a great spot and definitely recommended. Food prices are also quite high. Since we didn't eat, we can only say that the food served looked very good every time, so it's probably worth the price!

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I had a confirmed reservation for today and arrived on time with my companions. Despite the confirmation, we were denied entry – without any clear or comprehensible explanation. The staff's behavior was neither transparent nor customer-friendly. I have not received a response to my subsequent email inquiry to date. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a professional restaurant/bar. I hope that the way we treat guests will improve in the future.

The view is fabulous and the drinks were delicious. However the food is ok but not the best. The cakes 🍰 were very good. It is recommend to go there and have a drink.

I celebrated my birthday at Gaia this weekend – a beautiful venue with a great ambiance and a DJ who created a first-class atmosphere (truly 10/10!). What really saved the evening was a young employee with glasses who accompanied us throughout the evening and took great care of us. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name, but a huge thank you to him! His friendliness, attentiveness, and effort to accommodate our wishes were truly outstanding – especially because, unfortunately, we've learned that this isn't something to be taken for granted at Gaia. Despite prior arrangements, the organization was quite stressful for me as the birthday girl. Special requests were barely accommodated, and neither a midnight cake for me nor bringing my own cake were allowed – unfortunately, we weren't offered any alternatives either. There were also some minor disappointments with the food, as certain dishes, like pasta, were already sold out. Conclusion: The atmosphere at Gaia is unique and, with the right DJ, a real highlight. However, the organization surrounding special events still has considerable room for improvement. Without the dedicated staff, the evening wouldn't have been half as enjoyable – for that, a huge thank you again!

The way you're "welcomed" there is a disgrace. By the way, it's a Tuesday evening, so nothing's happening, and we arrive – no hello, no "welcome," no "how can we help you?" – instead, two idiots just silently check us out. We stood there like we were ordered to leave, not picked up, until my friend broke the ice and told me we didn't have a reservation. We then sat down and decided to leave after a minute; we were fed up.

3 hour drive, our reservation was blatantly ignored, we went anyway on a whim. There were 9 of us and 4 of us were there, the other 5 arrived later. We told reception right from the start that we were 5 men and 4 women. He said he needed to see the whole group first and then he could decide whether we could come in or not. When everyone was there, the nice gentleman at the entrance didn't seem to like it and then he slapped his hand against his forehead and said it wasn't okay and we couldn't come in. Even though we were smartly dressed, he couldn't even give us a real reason because everyone else came in every minute after us. His boss would agree and wouldn't say anything different, even though we didn't even ask for her. We really would have loved to go in and would have happily paid 10€ just for the entry, but after such a reaction we are truly at a loss for words. If I could, I would give zero stars. Never again!!!!!!!!!

Nice location. We got an Aperol, but it wasn't “Aperol” but “Bitterol” from Lidl. Unfortunately that's not possible at all for the price and the location. Otherwise it was of course nice, but the expectations are different.

There is parking available directly on site – super practical. The view of the skyline is simply breathtaking. There is plenty of seating and comfortable lounges, as well as a spacious restaurant area. Everything is beautifully and stylishly furnished. The DJ creates a cool atmosphere with fresh beats – really good vibes! Overall, a great experience that I can definitely recommend.

As a black man visiting from the United States, this restaurant was extremely racist to me. I came with another friend on a Friday and they told us it was by reservation only. We then made reservations for 2 hours later and they still wouldn’t let us in. We ask 2 white women in the elevator did they have reservations and they said no. We ended up going to NFT Sky bar which had great views and customer service.

We had a great evening. Alessandro served us and he was super friendly and read our wishes from our eyes. Atmosphere was cool. Simply great! Gladly again.

We came from further away - a two-hour journey - to visit the actually beautiful rooftop bar. Unfortunately the visit was completely ruined by the bouncer's behavior. An arrogant young man with a noticeable hairstyle and a condescending manner made us feel unwelcome from the start. The interaction was neither professional nor respectful - as if he had found the job of his life at the door and was now taking it out on the guests. It's a shame because the location itself had potential. For us, however: never again.

Very very bad service! We are a birthday group and came to Gaia with a reservation. We were initially greeted very nicely at reception and were assigned a table, but no one came to our table for over 50 minutes and asked if we needed anything. The birthday child received a cake from us, whereupon we asked in the kitchen if we could keep the cake refrigerated, then the lady at the counter said and I quote: what do you think of coming here with a cake, we sell our own desserts, if you give me the cake now we'll throw the way! You're not allowed to store it here, so you'd better find out more next time. It was clearly communicated over the phone that it was a birthday and we were bringing a cake. Such a cheeky answer and the poor service made us never enter this store again! This is not the way to treat guests, no matter how fancy the place is.

The food was very good. For the atmosphere then indeed we were lucky enough to be in a room next door so we could hear each other talking but in the 2 large room it was impossible because of the music however this is not a criticism because apparently the people who go there go there for that reason everyone was in a very good mood it was a good evening. The service is fast, the servers are friendly.

Completely disorganized! Cooks are missing to fill capacity, staff don't know what reservation rules and what minimum consumption applies. Addition: In addition, negative reviews like the one mentioned above are deleted by lawyers as "defamation", i.e. the overall rating is probably significantly embellished because only positive reviews remain.

More appearance than reality. The location is beautifully decorated. But it doesn't have anything more to offer. Despite all the events, something is missing. It's so superficial. I would give the service 0 out of 5 stars! I reserved a table for 20 people 2 months in advance and also received a confirmation. When I got there before my guests, the extremely unfriendly lady at reception said that we should choose our own table, I was totally horrified! If I reserve a table somewhere, I expect the table to be there when I arrive. This was not the case! We had to move the heavy tables ourselves!!! push, that was really awesome, I've never experienced anything like that, none of the staff helped us. Of course there was only room left in the last corner, on the wall where the music boxes were way too loud. When we politely asked if they could please turn down the music a little, the answer was no. I couldn't even have a conversation with the person across from me, it was unbearable!!! The waiters kept walking past our table and ignoring us 🙃🙃 even though no one had anything to drink yet. Everyone had to go to the bar and get their own drink. Another negative point: you have to pay for your drink directly and that was complete chaos every time. So badly done. Oh yes, and entry fee of €5 is charged to everyone. I'm really very disappointed with the whole thing, it completely ruined my birthday. The ambience is nice, no question, but I can get a view of the skyline somewhere else. Thanks for nothing.

We reserved a table there for today weeks ago (for our 10th anniversary) and today the reservation was canceled. Gurnd: supposedly winter break starting today. But some event is being posted on Instagram. As if the store didn't already know about this event. Very disappointing and incredibly unprofessional. You didn't even give one star for this bottomless behavior!

Excellent food , great location and service

The Gaia Roof Bar offers a mixed atmosphere - from babies in strollers to pensioners, the crowd is very diverse. The atmosphere was fine and the music was cool. However, the DJ stopped playing at midnight, which was a bit disappointing. Overall a nice experience, but a longer DJ set would have made the evening perfect.

Company celebration but very nice location

Entrance fee €5 paid for 4 people. The good places were reserved, everything else was full of wasps. 2 minutes later we wanted to leave. At the door they say "if you don't like it, bad luck, we can't pay your money back" I just say pathetic, prestige for nothing except a nice location.

The waiter was unfriendly and made fun of us for speaking quietly or for wanting to change seats. Food was bad, salad had no dressing on it, only oil

Unfortunately, as is often the case, quality and service suffer because of the location, which will always attract new people. The ambience is great, but the food was not edible (the pesto was pure oil and hardly seasoned). Plus high prices, which you also expect, but then the quality should at least be right.

The place looks very, very beautiful. But the woman at reception was incredibly arrogant and incomprehensible. She didn't allow us to come in because one of us was wearing a German football t-shirt, but she allowed the other people who were dressed similarly and even worse to let in, including children. That was complete discrimination😣😣, perhaps against our dark body color. Otherwise the food was good, although there were several dishes online and not on site.

Superb rooftop on the top floor of a car park (accessed by the car park elevator). Two swimming pools for the summer, bars, cocktails, an incredible atmosphere with an incredible view of the SkyLine.

Gaia Scam Beach! What is sold as an espresso martini is a disgrace

Despite the reservation and confirmation on the day of the reservation, there was suddenly an organization and they only wanted to let us in if we ate and drank a lot... but without a table 😡 the lady was very nice but it was really an impertinence in the morning to send a confirmation even though they are organizing an event that was previously unheard of. We traveled 350 km there and wanted to surprise a friend for his birthday. Thanks for nothing!!

We didn't eat here, but the atmosphere had a cool, relaxed vibe. The bar is not as full for my taste (not that many whiskeys that I saw). For a nice summer evening, they were good. Service was a 4 because you have to get drinks yourself, but the bartenders are nice and pretty fast to make your drinks.

The very last thing is the alleged bouncers there who are destroying the place. Many of my friends don't go there anymore because they are scared away. I hope the boss puts decent people at the door!

The location is beautifully designed and thought out down to the last detail, you almost feel like you are on vacation. However, the service was unfortunately disappointing. Although the waiter was friendly, he was rarely at our table. With more attention we probably would have ordered more. It easily took half an hour for our plates to be cleared away. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the food. The salads and pasta dishes were good, as was the fish, but unfortunately the side dishes were only lukewarm.

If you even take entry on a parking garage roof and charge very high prices for food and drinks, you should be able to expect service ☝️The food has to be picked up yourself and is left at the pass for 10-15 minutes before an employee delivers it to you Brings tables from the restaurant area. A wine spritzer with 0.1 l of wine €7.50👻 and the fish plate with a dollop of tzatziki €33. So you should seriously question and revise the concept🙏🏻

When asked, they said only the four places were covered?! We weren't really happy with the place and were then allowed to choose one completely freely. We chose this in the area towards the pool instead of on the other side. The service consists of many young girls who are smartly dressed but apparently don't come from the restaurant industry. A please and thank you or an open smile was missing here. We felt more like a burden. The prices are absolutely okay for the location but self-service. A table set with napkins and glasses but then picking up the food with a pager seemed strange. Also that you pay €20 entry if you choose a table with a minimum consumption of €100 for 2 people anyway. Some tables next to us were served by other waitresses. I didn't really understand the reason. Unfortunately, the drinks tasted as if the bottles had been open for a while - i.e. without any fizz. It was always the same for 4 drinks. It is a place to see and be seen, which certainly appeals to many people, but a lot is “expected” here and not quite as much is achieved. The ladies at reception do their job but do not “receive” guests. However, the music was very good and the sunset was a beautiful view. Wow! Just W.O.W! Probably the most beautiful rooftop bar in FFM. The location is a feast for the eyes, I couldn't help but be amazed (everything in a boho-chic style) The service was very friendly, unfortunately you have to get the drinks yourself. For me that doesn't suit a fancy bar, but it's not the end of the world. I will definitely come back because we had a wonderful evening and can only recommend Gaia.

Optics yuck, service yuck. We reserved a table in the restaurant area. It was only mentioned at reception that a fee of €10 per person would be charged due to an “event”. After waiting 20 minutes at our table, we decided to leave the establishment because there wasn't a waiter anywhere in sight. When we naturally asked for our entry back, it was rejected with the reason: "I can't just give you back your entry because you had to wait a few minutes" and we were also told that as "guests" we had to approach the waiters. So all in all, a very poorly organized wannabe posh shop who has no idea what to do when it comes to service and customer satisfaction.

The ambience is really great, but the service and willingness to provide service was not acceptable. There was no service at the place, even though the first drink I got myself was visibly empty for a long time. However, other guests were brought a drink. The first time I tried to order food (which you have to place at the counter far from your table) I was told there was a power outage. On the second attempt, when the power was visibly back on, they said a repairman was on the way. These things can happen, but the employee's condescending and lecturing tone was completely inappropriate. When I returned to my table, my cigarettes had been cleared away (with the empty glass) I pointed out to the receptionist that I thought things weren't going well during my visit, but no attempt was made to clarify whether and who was responsible. Unfortunately the visit was a total failure - I left the Gaia hungry, thirsty and without cigarettes.

We faced racism, so we weren’t allowed to go in. Had nicer clothes on and great shoes still they had issue with husbands shorts even though it was designer. When we pointed out others clothes then told us that attitude of ours was bad and we shouldn’t be allowed. I guess jealousy caused the big issue.

I was shocked at the dismissive and condescending treatment at the door we received at this rooftop bar. Even though we wore elegant clothes, we were refused entry because one of us was wearing Birkenstocks. The overall picture was right. I don't know what could be more elegant about Airforce than Birkenstock. When we politely asked what kind of shoes men should wear in the summer, we were given the completely inappropriate answer: "Slippers." This answer is just ridiculous. The entire situation was terrible and completely ruined our evening. If a bar is so narrow-minded and unwelcoming then I really can't recommend it to anyone. Here you are apparently only judged by your clothes and even if it suits you, you are not allowed in, instead of being valued as a paying guest. Absolute disappointment!

Reserved for 13 people due to special events, menu selected in advance. Arrived there, reservation not prepared. Drink intake after 30 minutes, delivery after 1 hour First course comes after 1.5 hours of waiting. Service from staff overall poor and unprofessional. Complaint is dismissed with “Psch”. Unfortunately I have to agree with the reviews about the service. The ambience of the bar was great and definitely suitable for a drink in summer. Unfortunately, the extremely poor service during the meal really spoiled this impression. I only received the tarte flambée (frozen product) I ordered after asking and reminding myself several times and ultimately had to eat alone because my friends had long since finished. The service staff didn't care about my displeasure and so I was ultimately completely ignored. I definitely won't go here again for food.

The staff is racist! Our black friends were not allowed in because “the aura doesn’t fit.” Before that we were told “today we are making an exception”. The boys were respectful and appropriately dressed. After we asked the staff about it, she became very loud and disrespectful.

Incredibly disorganized, we made reservations in advance for 13 people, when we arrived there was no table of that size available, despite a previous reservation including a 3 course meal. The staff is unfriendly and both the food and drinks only come after an hour. For the money you spend here you can't expect service or particularly tasty food. Never again.

The employees were simply disrespectful. People who come here have no self-respect.

Nikola was the BEST!! He was such a hard worker and really was quick and efficient with all the tables he had to work. He was a great host for our table!

A friend and I wanted to treat ourselves to a few drinks after work, but unfortunately this wasn't possible because everything was supposedly reserved... There were at least 10 tables empty and the tables hadn't even been cleared. Furthermore, we were there on a Thursday evening at 10 p.m. and the location closes at midnight. The two men at reception/bouncers were rude and disrespectful. They couldn't give us any good reason why we weren't allowed in (probably it was because of our southern appearance). I ask the management to put up a sign clearly stating that properly dressed southerners are not allowed to enter.

Despite reservations, we were not allowed into the location. Suddenly there was a special event there. There was nothing about this in the memory of the confirmation. I can't say anything about the food or atmosphere since we weren't even allowed in. And the whole thing was also very unfriendly.

If I couldn't give a star, I would do so without hesitation. I don't normally write reviews but in this case I did. The reception was friendly - that was the only good thing about Gaia. The service was an absolute disaster. The lady - brown hair with bangs. Would say between 30 and 38 years old - was SO rude. I have never witnessed anything like this. But I'll get to that in a moment. The food took ages to arrive and when it finally arrived at the table, it was cold. I was able to ignore that because I felt extremely hungry because, as already mentioned - you wait forever for food. There was plastic around the herb butter which was forgotten. Drinks - these were also a long time coming. Ordered before the meal and arrived when the food had already been eaten. And when you reminded the waitress about the drink order, she rolled her eyes. She cheekily came with the wrong drink and asked if that was okay. Once you realize you're wearing the wrong thing to a table, you could have gone back to the bar to get the right one, right? My bill was €270 and there was also a tip of €17, which was given out of decency. The lady then said, “Normally you tip 19%. We also have expenses.” My recommendation would be a job that covers these. But she decided she would rather annoy the customers. I wouldn't be surprised if I had to take on any Klarna debts. After being told that tipping is always voluntary and the service wasn't good she said "Well if that's the tip then I don't want it" Well, then pay your own expenses. The location is really very nice and definitely suitable for an evening drink, but we were very disappointed with the food and the service, and the music was so loud that we almost had to scream while talking. The pasta was served cold, also wrong drinks that were not ordered. Unfortunately we also found a piece of plastic in the food (probably from packaging). This wouldn't have been a drama if the waitress hadn't insisted when we paid that we should give her more tip. I've never heard or experienced anything like this, where a waitress complains about her tip and tries to justify why she wants more? Tipping is voluntary and will of course be higher the better you are served. However, if after placing an order you roll your eyes and bring the wrong drinks, you don't really have any room for discussion. We were there to celebrate a birthday. It was probably the first and last time we were there. I come from the catering industry myself and have never noticed tips being discussed. If the tip is so important, then perhaps it should be factored into the price of food etc. and not begged for.

For a long time I saw advertisements for this rooftop bar over and over again and everywhere and I was finally convinced by the hype, so I ended up here last week. Unfortunately, the bar didn't convince me at all. Although there is a nice view and there wasn't much going on on a Tuesday evening, so you could chat undisturbed, but that was all the "Gaia" had to offer. First of all, there's the €5 you have to pay just to get in. It was only because we had already paid for it that we ended up staying there longer. It quickly turned out that there are no cocktails at all in this “cocktail bar”. Although there are some long drinks on the menu, you can't miss out on the classics and you won't find any non-alcoholic cocktails either. As an alcohol-free person you have to be content with simple juice spritzers or Cola/Fanta etc. for the hefty price of around €5 for 0.2l. Otherwise the prices are exorbitant and not justified in any way. Especially since self-service applies, of course. The music was a bit reminiscent of music on hold or elevator music - but that's a matter of opinion - and as time went on it suddenly got louder, which irritated us. The pool in the middle of the area was more of a small pond that you could sit around. But that was out of the question that evening as it was getting colder and colder and you were completely exposed to the wind. In the end, that was also the reason why we left before midnight and despite having paid "entrance" to look for something that at least had a few patio heaters or something similar. At least you're centrally located so you can quickly find a place somewhere else. Finally, we shouldn't forget the reception, which promises a lot with a "red carpet" from the upper parking level to the entrance and reception desk with well-dressed staff. Unfortunately, the welcome is cold or borderline rude and we didn't feel comfortable when we walked in. All in all: Overhyped location, which unfortunately isn't worth it for the atmosphere, drinks or price. Edit: The post is being removed because it does not follow "the guidelines". First of all, the woman at the reception is the rudest employee you could have hired. I'm talking about the evening of July 10, 2024. She doesn't know how to communicate with customers and was just unnecessarily rude. It is also very important that this “rooftop” bar is nothing like what is shown on Instagram or Tiktok. It wasn't the best weather but the restaurant and atmosphere really weren't as described on the internet.

A super nice rooftop, but the service is the worst I've ever experienced. I made a reservation here for my 30th birthday weeks ago for 11 people. By luck, friends got there half an hour early only to find out that the rooftop would be closing in an hour. So there I was, in uber and had to look for a new location for 11 people on a Saturday evening. No call received, no email. We would have simply stood in front of the locked door if friends hadn't been there earlier.
