What was originally just for a coffee turned into a very pleasant evening with a great atmosphere, good food, and very attentive service. There's ample parking, and the location makes the Denkfabrik a great place for families with children. The menu is manageable but highly recommended. My only drawback: I would have liked a larger selection of cocktails.

This was already our fourth visit. Service varies in terms of friendliness. This time, we were rather unlucky. Unfriendly, pushy, and abrupt. A shame.

Nice - if you like a train station atmosphere and a wobbly table - then this is your first choice. A small chicken breast with some vegetables and three small, lukewarm, unpeeled potatoes for just under €19 - okay. But the real deal was the €5.20 for 1 liter of tap water, oh sorry for the filtered Karlsruhe tap water (material cost an estimated 1 cent), which you get without asking if you order still water and don't specifically request mineral water.

The food was very good, tasted great, and the price was absolutely fair. The outdoor area, in particular, is beautifully designed and contributes to the pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, there is one major drawback: a waiter with black hair and glasses is very rude to the guests and generally comes across as very unpleasant. He also stands out negatively in his interactions with his colleagues, creating a tense atmosphere that doesn't fit with the otherwise positive impression. At times, he even acts cheekily, which somewhat dampened the visit. Nevertheless, overall, a good restaurant with a lot of potential; perhaps management should rethink their team composition.

I've been here twice now because the restaurant is conveniently located on my cycling route. The food was always delicious, and the drinks were also beyond reproach. The selection is debatable, but I personally find the food selection different than elsewhere. On the one hand, it's not always the same, and on the other, it makes it harder to make a decision... Service was perfect once, but the other time the waiter clearly had no idea what kind of beer they had on the menu... Still... Very nice and large beer garden, with plenty of parking for both motorized and non-motorized vehicles.

An informal meeting with colleagues at lunchtime. The vegetable pinsa (or whatever it was called) was delicious. The non-alcoholic wheat beer wasn't really my cup of tea, but that's not the shop's fault. And the espresso afterward: top-notch!

A very modern restaurant in the style of an American diner with a Greek twist. Friendly and attentive service. We were a bit delayed because it was a sunny day and it was quite busy, so we sat down from the terrace (the smell of smoke from the neighboring table was too strong for us). I found the bread served in a paper bag with the mushroom caps a bit odd, but that didn't detract from the cozy meal. I'd be happy to go back, perhaps with a group.

Nice atmosphere, but waiting more than 90 minutes for your salad is a no-go. The Souvlaki was original greek style, so expect some meat to chew on, not the usual pork filet meat in many german greek restaurants.

Nach der Bestellung mussten wir 1/45 stunden auf das Essen warten , es kamen dann nur zwei Bestellungen die dritte wurde vergessen, das Fleisch war noch nicht gar , und das Rumpsteak war fast durch statt Medium wie bestellt

Die Qualität des Essens hervorragend, die Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit des Personals war nicht zu überbieten. Es war alles machbar und dem Team nichts zu viel. Vielen Dank nochmals an das Denkfabrik- Personal. Alle kommen gerne wieder.

We live nearby and go there often, order takeaway or have celebrated family celebrations there. The food tastes good, the service is always nice. My only drawback is that it's sometimes really difficult to get a table (we usually come spontaneously), but that's good for the restaurant!

Nice restaurant with a large outdoor area. Mostly simple burgers, pizza, and salad dishes with a Greek twist. The menu also offers fish and steak dishes. Unfortunately, the noise level in the restaurant is reminiscent of a train station concourse, as it is very echoey and accordingly loud. Good parking.

We were there on one of the first days of spring and sat down in the beer garden. I think it's nice that the beer garden is large and halfway in nature - even if you look at the large parking lot. At least there is enough parking space. There are parasols - but they are set in concrete and cannot be moved, so we still sat in the blazing sun. The card was okay. The food too. However, the service was pretty poor. We had to wait ages for our toddler's apple spritzer and even asked several times. That doesn't work at all. Ordering dessert/ice cream for the child also took a long time. I also found the extremely loud music coming from the basement disturbing. A dance lesson took place there with the window open. And since we were sitting right in front of it, it was relatively difficult to have a conversation at the table.

I visited this restaurant more than once, I liked absolutely everything. I will advise my friends and acquaintances.

Disappointing across the board – never again! I have rarely been to a restaurant where guests are treated as unfriendly as they are here. The staff was consistently arrogant, inattentive and seemed as if they had absolutely no desire to work. Questions were answered with an annoyed tone, requests were ignored, and there was a complete lack of friendliness. The food? Well, it was okay, but nothing special – and definitely not good enough to make up for the bad atmosphere. In a restaurant you should feel comfortable, but here you felt like you were being a nuisance. Conclusion: If you would like to be treated condescendingly, you can eat here. Everyone else should look for a friendlier place - luckily there are plenty of better alternatives!

First of all, you should definitely make a reservation. This was our second time eating there and I have to say it was very good. There are various vegetarian and vegan dishes, not just 2 or 3 but several. We have already tried vegetarian ones and were surprised at how good it was. It is our tastes that we describe here. We think price-performance is very good. The staff is very friendly, helpful in explaining the menu. Highly recommended.

Nice restaurant, good food with a Greek interpretation. Absolutely delicious. Price is absolutely ok for the quality. Lunch is also highly recommended. Constantly changing lunch menu. And the house limo is a must. The large terrace is also great in summer.

My husband and I went there spontaneously and were really excited. The food was great, we had the vineyard leaves, a burger and the vegetable platter. The conditions were all very friendly and the price-performance ratio was right. We'd love to come back :)

We were 4 adults and 2 children in the restaurant today. I ordered a rump steak medium rare! However, it was served medium well! We were asked by the waitress if everything was okay, when I pointed it out she tried to explain to me that it was medium... The lady wanted to show it to the chef but he didn't think it was necessary because he thought it would be medium... Good for you! I ordered Medium RARE! First and last visit!

Service was very friendly and the location was nicely decorated...we're looking forward to the summer to try out the restaurant outside. Update: After two years, of course, like everything else, it has become more expensive. Each dish costs around 2-3 euros more on average. Would you like to spend 12.90 euros for a portion of pasta with (only) sauce, without any side dishes? We just eat out less...

I've been eating here for years. Unfortunately it was very bad. We waited almost 50 minutes for 6 schnitzels... unfortunately one wasn't cooked through. What can happen but replacement schnitzel came after 15 minutes which I can't understand. I finished eating and then the second schnitzel came :(. Service staff was still very nice and always friendly. Top employee. I avoid the restaurant even though I always enjoy coming here

Food is really tasty and fresh. There is a varied weekly menu. Prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated in recent weeks. We always go there once a week during our lunch break. Four weeks ago we waited over an hour for food. So we had to take a long lunch break. Last week when we wanted to pay (we had to go back to work), the waiter calmly cleared the table, then served another table, then cleared another and then collected the money there first, pointing it out to us after I looked irritated , it would be quicker there. We won't spend our lunch break there anymore.

The waiter assigned to us was super friendly and very accommodating. As soon as we arrived, he brought our dogs some water to cool off. A few minutes later he had treats in his pocket and our four-legged friends were extremely happy 😄 That was really great 👍🏼 Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the food, ambience and price/performance and would like to come back on our next visit to Karlsruhe.
