If I could I would give 0 stars! The black-haired woman with a tattoo on her neck was very unfriendly, impatient and aggressive. I wanted to order a small box and she wanted me to pay €6.50 for it and I couldn't understand it because the price list said €2.99. I asked her in the normal way why it now costs €6.50. She totally freaked out instead of explaining the price to me. The contents of the box were definitely not worth €6.50. The woman has no manners and asks very disrespectful questions. I haven't experienced anything so sick in a long time. It was my first and last time shopping here.

Friday morning around 10:30. Staff totally unfriendly but 0 stars is not possible. The almost 100 euros for the things we took with us were not worth the money. You already had much better products

It's been a long time since I've experienced such bad service and that's the last 3 visits there!! So you can see that the food is delicious and I overlooked that, but you don't have to admit that! The black-haired lady is always on the phone! And raises his hand to let you know that you should wait... and then continue making phone calls during the ordering process. If you do have something to say to her about your order, you will be treated very unfriendly. It's a shame, well, but that's how it is then you go somewhere else and as you can see I'm not the only one and it's not even a bad day for the good lady behind the counter.....job missed!!!!!

Yesterday, April 28th, 2024, we went shopping in Ettlinger Tor on a busy Saturday. I have taken antipasti specialties with me in the past and wanted to take some with me yesterday too. Before that, I had to feed my crying baby and asked very kindly if I could sit in the corner to give my baby food. Not a word - a look that almost stabbed me - and shook my head no. Apparently the black-haired lady didn't need to attract customers (every table was empty - no wonder given the staff)! I was outraged about it! Neither my mother nor I have bought anything there and will never do so again!!!! We then went on to the North Sea, where I received a very friendly welcome and of course I was allowed to feed my baby there ;) Thanks for nothing.

I picked up two things to take home. If I could give reviews, you would definitely lose points. This really has nothing to do with the food. I don't want to comment on the behavior of the staff, but I would like to give you a tip: Work on the friendliness of your employees. And if the food tastes good and the employees are friendly, I would even get a rolling pin for €10.

I come to you about once a month, but today the woman was extremely unfriendly (black hair, tattoo on the neck). It's a shame. Otherwise there is something to try for €70. Of course there wasn't today either. No hello and no goodbye. From now on I'll rather go to the weekly market in Karlsruhe. Cheaper and friendlier.

After our shopping at Ettlinger Tor, we like to stop off at the delicatessen Onar (formerly Kirbas). As a rule, the service is friendly and the food is delicious. Unfortunately, a special kind of “service specialist” was present today. We ordered various tarte flambées (Swiss, Mediterranean style). Either chives or arugula were missing... we asked the lady behind the counter in a friendly manner, the answer was (very sloppy) it was missing today... The last tarte flambée was simply left on the counter without saying that it was ready. (It was more important that she talked to her colleague or stood in front of the entrance and smoked) We usually still buy something at the counter to take home. Certainly not anymore with such an unfriendly lady (black hair, tattooed on her neck, plump)!!! Maybe next time there will be friendly staff again.

Absolutely horrible staff, we have eaten there many times but today we were served by a woman who was very unfriendly. We ordered tarte flambée and half of the topping was missing. We asked her about it in a friendly manner and she totally freaked out and couldn't understand what our problem was. We are the customers, you should always react with respect, she absolutely didn't have that. That was the last time in this restaurant!!!!!!

Su Böregi with sheep's cheese consists practically only of dough. Absolutely not recommended.

You will encounter very, very unfriendly staff if a younger black-haired woman serves you! Totally rude and unfriendly. It was 7:35 p.m. and she didn't want to sell us any more of the open antipasti items because, according to her, it was “already too late,” even though the shop doesn't close until 8 p.m.!

I had ordered a plate with various antipasti. They were actually quite tasty. Among other things, a vegetable meatball. As I chewed, I noticed that there was a hair in the bite. May occur. Even if you wear a hairnet, it can happen that a hair from your clothing falls in. That is not the problem. The problem was the reaction. No apology and no compensation. I was simply dismissed with an “Okay, it can happen”. I would have expected that they would at least sincerely apologize for that. I'm sorry but that's not good service :(

If you like delicatessen and tarte flambée, you can get what your heart desires here! Mega friendly staff, ultra tasty and inexpensive.

Ich kann nur sagen: TOP! Super Ambiente, die Auswahl ist riesig. Super nette Mitarbeiter. Das Essen schmeckt frisch und super lecker. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Antipasti waren sehr lecker und frisch, eine super Auswahl, da ist sicher für jeden was dabei. Der Flammkuchen war auch top, wurde direkt vor meinen Augen frisch zubereitet 😁 Jedes mal absolut nettes Personal, so muss das sein.

Wir hatten Lahmacun bestellt und due waren kalt und nicht gut gewürzt Sau trocken und fad haben sie geschmeckt 🤮. Und das Personal war so unfreundlich eine war die ganze Zeit am Handy und die andere war in der Küche. Also nicht empfehlenswert. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht 😞

Irgendwie geht der laden leider ein bisschen unter im vergleich zu den anderen läden aber food is bussin und sogar Kartenzahlung!! Super

Er is een grote selectie van heerlijke mediterraanse gerechten bij Onar. Dus genoeg keuzes en voor elk wat wils. Alles ziet er verzorgd en appetijtelijk uit. We hebben borek, falafal, kikkererwten en seafood salade geprobeerd. Heerlijk! Sommige van deze melezes worden per gewicht verkocht en dat is alleen maar fijn en zit je niet met een te grote portie opgescheept. We dronken biologische sappen bij en hebben genoten. De bediening was vriendelijk maar ook geduldig omdat we eerst veel vragen over het eten hadden gesteld. We komen hier beslist terug als we weer Karlsruhe zijn.

Ich stelle mir immer etwas zum Mitnehmen zusammen. Die Auswahl ist groß und ich finde immer etwas - bisher hat mir alles geschmeckt.

War bereits öfters dort und sowohl die Qualität als auch die Auswahl der Speisen ist zufriedenstellend

War heute vor Ort . Sehr frische Produkte und saubere Location. Feinkost war sehr lecker vorallem die Cremes.

War jetzt schon ein paar mal dort und war immer sehr frisch und lecker. Große Auswahl an vielen verschiedenen Produkten. Eine kulinarische Erfahrung die man mal gemacht haben sollte.

ALLES IST MIT NEUEM BESITZER, GENAUSO GUT WIE ALL DIE JAHRE IN DENEN WIR MIT VIEL GENUSS HIER SPEISEN DURFTEN.🌻 Sehr sauber; der Ofen ist nun völlig geruchsfrei. Eine große Auswahl von verschiedensten Flammkuchen. Sehr gut zubereitete Spezialitäten (Garnelen in verschiedenen Saucen und diverse Frischkäsezubereitungen) wie man sie kennt haben noch neue Geschmacksrichtungen hinzu bekommen. Wir freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Besuch. Ihre langjährigen Gäste.

So lecker! Wir essen dort immer eine Kleinigkeit, wenn wir vor Ort sind.

Wie immer perfekt. Die beste Antipasti von Karlsruhe. Lecker, alles frisch. Sehr gute Auswahl. Auch bei den Flammkuchen ist für jeden was dabei. Und man kann zuschauen wie er frisch zubereitet wird. Wir kommen immer gerne zum Essen.

leider rechtfertigen die Produkte keineswegs den Preis... hatte heute 2 Falafel und ein 250g-Schälchen Kichererbsensalat für knapp 9(!) Euro. Die Falafel waren extrem trocken und auch nicht besonders gut gewürzt. Da bekomme ich in jedem Dönerladen bessere für den halben Preis. Und Warm war es auch nicht wirklich trotz aufwärmen.. Der Salat war durchschnittlich. Hat mir persönlcih auch nicht sonderlich geschmeckt. Finde solche Preise in dem Fall einfahc nur unverschämt und würde nie wieder dort einkaufen.

Schmeckt immer vorzüglich, nettes Personal. Ich würde mir allerdings wünschen, dass man auch unter 10,00 Euro bargeldlos bezahlen könnte. Dann würde ich viel öfter auch mal was "kleines" mitnehmen. Das sollte überdacht werden, zumal so ein Mindestbetrag inzwischen komplett an der Zeit vorbei geht und so gut wie von keinem mehr praktiziert wird.

Richtig lecker und sehr freundliches Personal - nur zu empfehlen. Wir hatten Flammkuchen, Kleinigkeiten von der Theke und Aufstriche mit Brot
