Every time a great culinary experience and, as always, a very nice and courteous staff. Good portion sizes that are worth the money.

We were thrilled again. The pizzas are super delicious! And the celib got his money's worth.

Super nice service, friendly and patient. Pizza dough corresponds to my preference (Naples style: bready edge, thin base, not crisp).

A nice place in itself and the gluten free pizza was fine. What didn't work was the extremely annoyed and unfriendly waitress. Really a shame!

It was amazing. Everything was great, we will come back again.

The food was very good and the service was friendly, although there was a lot to do due to the high number of guests. That's not the case everywhere. But while we were able to enjoy our get-together on the terrace in the summer, we discovered that the tables in the restaurant were far too close together and the noise level was so high that conversation was hardly possible. In addition, there were no proper children's chairs. We will probably have to look for another location for family celebrations in the future.

Good food, reservation required

The pizzas are great. Rarely have I had such good Napoli pizzas. The dips for this are also very good.

It's definitely worth a visit, especially for people with gluten intolerance (which is why we chose it). I was traveling with a large group without a reservation and after some back and forth we got a table. The busboy was obviously overwhelmed, but the boss reacted really well. Our actual waitress was super friendly, quick and had a sense of humor. The food was simply great. I can only recommend the penne. However, it's a shame that the creme brûle is advertised but cannot be obtained. Any intolerances were also responded to immediately. Really great.

We didn't have a reservation and luckily got a table. The service was quick and friendly. The pizza was very tasty, the crust was particularly airy. Very much to my taste. Beautifully located right on the water. Since it was quite busy, I would recommend a reservation. Small selection of vegetarian dishes.

Thanks to the obviously consistent separation of processes in the kitchen between gluten-free and non-gluten-free, our child was able to eat a pizza for the first time. This was fresh, very tasty and was well tolerated. With all the joy about it, I almost forgot that the rest of the food was also delicious. The service staff was attentive and quick. The online reservation worked smoothly and reliably. Any time!

We had dinner there yesterday with 16 people (reserved in advance) and had to decide on a dish in advance. I found it strange because there were discrepancies on site and it took a long time to reconcile them, although we could actually have decided on a dish on site. Then in addition to the drinks, a large cola costs 5.50 and a large beer (Pils) costs 4.90. It's strange that alcohol is cheaper than a soft drink. Atmosphere very nice, waitress normally polite. And unfortunately towards the end we all saw a mouse crawling up the curtain.... phew we had forwarded it. Price performance not suitable. All in all, I won't be coming back again. Not very appetizing with the mouse.

We ate pizzas, gluten-free and normal. The three of us all enjoyed the food and was tolerable. The service when making the reservation and on site was excellent, very accommodating and polite. The waiter even helped us find a sky pub that we visited after our meal. At the end of our stay, we were greeted nicely by all the restaurant staff who saw us leaving and everyone thanked us for our visit. Thank you for the lovely time at Rudolphs.

I had lunch there with my family. Since we are known to have celiac disease, we deliberately chose this restaurant. It was recommended as gluten-free online and also advertises gluten-free dishes itself. The food was very tasty: we had both pizza and pasta. Unfortunately the “bill” arrived a few hours later. Apparently the food was contaminated with gluten. Every person suffering from true celiac disease knows their symptoms due to traces of gluten, e.g. B. when these float as light flour dust in the air in the kitchen. Therefore there is a point deduction for the restaurant's apparent ignorance.

We chose here on the back of other comments and we're so glad. Visiting from England, one vegan, one fussy eater and one regular, all very well catered for with quick, tasty food in good portion sizes, by a friendly team and in house dog who might be kind enough to come over and say hi. Thank you Rudolph's. Only 4* for ambience as we visited towards the end of lunchtime as lots of people were finishing.

Super delicious pizza, also gluten-free

Very well attended and incredibly loud! The aqua gazata we ordered came quietly, the pizza with gorgonzola and salsiccia without sausage, and the spaghetti with shrimp came without shrimp. The complaints were received in a friendly manner and the espressos “on the house” were a little comforting.

The restaurant is in the Speicherstadt. It can be reached with the U1 via Meßberg. There is seating inside as well as outside. The pizza and pasta can be ordered gluten-containing or gluten-free. Gluten-free flour is used to make the dough. There is an extra pizza oven for gluten-free pizzas. The desserts are all gluten-free. The staff is very friendly. I will gladly come again.

We have never felt so unwanted in a restaurant. The service cannot be beaten in terms of rudeness and unprofessionalism. The only thing that gets praise is the gluten-free pizza.

For being in Germany the pizza is really good, a good, excellent dough, even if the devil's toppings were wrong, because spicy salami is added, not green chili pepper and pickles. For the rest the crew seems to be courteous and welcoming, there is only one elderly lady at the bar who looks at you from head to toe, and probably judges the customers by their clothing, and when I asked her if they did take-away pizza after having told me yes, I asked her for the menu, and she got annoyed telling me to give her time. I repeat, the pizza was almost like they make it in Naples only the toppings were inappropriate and the lady at the counter was snotty.

Very nice restaurant with delicious dishes for everyone, even people with celiac disease or lactose intolerance can simply enjoy Rudolph's!

The two of us would have eaten there early in the evening. The starter was buffalo mozzarella, the main course was gluten-free Bolognese and pizza with honey, gorgonzola and spicy salami. Finally, we treated ourselves to the brownie. Everything is indescribably delicious. The service was also great, a young blonde girl and a gentleman with a beard were very accommodating. Simply a very nice experience and a clear recommendation!

Anyone who doesn't have a canteen meets here. It's full at lunchtime. It's noisy. The service is stressed.

I had a gluten free Diavolo pizza. Delicious! I was allowed to try the roast beef, which according to the waiter was also prepared gluten-free, was also extremely tasty and fried to perfection! I will definitely come back the next time I visit Hamburg!

Spaghetti Gamba was perfect, panacotta was super tasty, Zwickel beer was terrible but my Campari Orange was very tasty. However, the service was really very unfriendly and rude. We had pre-ordered for 24 people for a long time and given our menu and still nothing worked. It's a shame considering the prices.

You can hear the boss, Ms. Rudolph herself, constantly yelling, which completely ruins the dining experience and you don't want to stay for long. It has also become clear from the service employees that they are not treated fairly... all in all, we won't be going there anymore. For me, modern slavery/servitude is something we don't want to support under any circumstances

The food was very tasty and the gluten-free pizza also tasted very good. We really liked the quiet atmosphere. The service is absolutely unobtrusive and very accommodating. Small extra requests were no problem. We'll definitely come back.

There were four of us eating here and the first thing we noticed at the table were the wilted flowers in the grey, cloudy water. We had sweet potato gnocchi twice and pizza twice. The food came very quickly, but instead of wheat beer a non-alcoholic beer was brought. The dip for the pizza crust was also forgotten. After clearing away, no one came around to ask for dessert or coffee. It wasn't until 45 minutes after dinner that the condition came and told us that the coffee machine would be turned off in about 30 minutes and whether we would like anything else. We ordered 3 different coffees and 2 desserts. A short time later the condition came back and said the coffee machine is already off. The food itself was delicious, but I have never experienced the environment and service like this. We would have liked to have made more sales, but that didn't seem to be what we wanted. The restaurant wasn't even half full.

At lunchtime there is mass processing for large groups. The food is passable, although not a bargain. There is an incredible background noise - it's hard to think about relaxing during your lunch break. No wonder that in such a situation the waitresses are often annoyed and bitchy.

The three of us had pizza here on Saturday evening. We got there a little earlier than our reservation, but were still able to get a table straight away. THANKS! The cards arrived promptly, we were served promptly and the pizza was amazing! The gluten-free pizza is also recommended as very tasty, which not everyone can manage. The restaurant is located right on the water and you have a view of the Hafencity. Unfortunately, currently on the part that is under construction - but Rudolph's can still do so much for it. We'd love to come back

Food was ok but too expensive for what was on offer. After the order was placed, the manager forbade the waitress from opening the parasol - her unironic reason was that it would be work (the shop was empty). unbelievable.

The place was full an very loud. My order was mixed up. I ordered one starter for start and another starter for main dish + 5 extra King Prawns. They brought the first starter and forgot the second. After a while they apologized and brought it but it was not what I ordered. It was only shrimps in a large bowl full of too much grease and that's it; while in the menu it was : "GEGRILLTE RIESENGARNELEN Knoblauch-Chili-Olivenöl-Marinade | Kalamata Oliven, Hausgemachte Aioli | Gehackte Petersilie" It was too late to order again since we waited for main dish more than an hour. If you are not able to serve so many customer on a decent level maybe don't go fully booked?

Very cute restaurant, highly recommended for people with gluten intolerance. All dishes can be gluten-free, which is very unusual and made us very happy. The food was very tasty and the service was nice. Unfortunately, nobody came to the table and a drink, our cake and a dip were long forgotten, separated from each other. In this restaurant recommended to us, almost all dishes are gluten-free for those with celiac disease. Since my son has this illness, we went there at lunchtime during the week. The selection was large and there were also some lunch dishes at fair prices. We sat on the terrace in summer weather. Finally my son was able to make the most of it again and eat delicious gluten-free food. For that reason alone, this restaurant is a very good recommendation and we will of course come back.

Very tasty gluten-free pizzas! We wanted to take the rest of a pizza with us, but this was communicated incorrectly in the kitchen. We then got a completely new and fresh pizza to take away :)

I called here this evening (08/31/24) at 9pm to inquire whether the restaurant also offers gluten-free fries, as my little gluten-intolerant nephew likes fries so much. I was treated in a more unfriendly manner by the staff than I have ever experienced before. The woman on the phone told me, after screaming at me on the phone, that she couldn't understand anything because it was too loud and that I should save my money. The comment: "No, we intentionally threw a kilo of flour in there." and just hung up. How can you put such unfriendly staff, whose patience seems to be at zero, on the phone? It is unacceptable that a restaurant that wants to make a gluten-free diet possible treats you like this and rejects you. Too bad :(

We were there on August 30, 24, the food and service were really great! The gluten-free offers were great and tasted really great!! Really recommended for celiacs!!! We'll be back! I have to deduct a point for the ambience because it was a little fast in the restaurant! Otherwise 👍

You cant just state you are open until 23:30 if at 22:30 you are already closed. It wastes costumers time

The food was very good, was served quickly after ordering, the service was very nice, we were asked several times during the meal if everything was OK, then unfortunately we were overlooked for the rest of the evening, we understand that on one occasion On Saturday evening there is a waiting time in the busy restaurant, but after we were given the menu for dessert we were not served any further, only all the tables around us. After waiting for over half an hour and several attempts to draw attention to us, we decided not to have dessert and left instead.

Great options for gluten free meals

We were sat in the middle of the aisle next to the counter even though everything upstairs was free. The waitress was harsh and the prices are unjustifiably high. I ordered tagliatelle with truffle. 26€ for completely overcooked pasta and a cream sauce diluted with water without truffles. Only a few very thin black (for the price you should use white) truffle slices on top, which didn't taste like anything (just smelled...). I sent the overcooked noodles back and the waitress reacted offended and shunned me. I got new noodles that were way too hot, carelessly slapped onto the plate and burning hot. Again, too soft in the end and no cutlery at all. Finally, at the end I was asked if it was a good fit. I politely said what wasn't right and got the answer: "Yes, I can't do anything about that now."... My husband's pizza was ultimately completely tasteless... Oh and €7.50 for a still water is the joke anyway 😂

A revelation for people with gluten intolerance... there are actually many restaurants in Hamburg that do not offer anything for this group of people. It's great to sit outside, but inside it's a bit like a "hall" due to its size.

Just had a great lunch at Rudolph's. Very friendly service from our Waitress. Pizza was very authentic, and they are one of the few places in Hamburg which offers a gluten free option. They made a special pasta dish for my son. All of us had a great lunch and we will be back next time we are in Hamburg.

Beautiful location. Yet we had a disappointing experience as waitress was rude and un-accommodating. Food is mediocre. We had mentioned in our reservation that we are there for a birthday celebration but there was no recognition of this, and no offer to bring a slice of cake or anything. We were cold the whole time, and the staff gave us a hard time for wanting to change our table. The owner eventually seemed to accept our wish and began to accommodate us with a new table. The whole experience ruined our mood and birthday dinner vibes. Not what I would expect from a Mediterranean restaurant with international clientele.

We have known and appreciated the restaurant for many years, especially because of its gluten-free dishes. On Friday we were there with 6 people during the day and although only 3 other tables were occupied, the service was subpar. When we entered the restaurant we were completely ignored, and everything else was done extremely slowly and reluctantly. We could watch our pizza slowly getting cold until someone decided to carry it to our table. We have recommended this restaurant so many times to other celiacs and we don't recognize it. We're not really sensitive and it's our first restaurant review, but it was just embarrassing for our guests from abroad. To be fair, the pizza remains very good.

I dined like an Italian king. There is nothing wrong with it and there are various delicious gluten-free dishes. Even a gluten-intolerant Italian king would be happy here!

Were there at 8 p.m., quite loud at the beginning, then it became quieter. Very nice service, gluten free no problem at all.
