Great food! We ordered a Mediterranean platter for 2 people. We received very friendly service, even though we arrived shortly before closing time.

Fresh pasta with scampi was very tasty

I ate mixed grills from them. Frankly, the taste is wonderful (kebab, shaqaf, and liver), the texture is excellent, the mutabal and rosary are also excellent, and the staff is friendly. Keep it up, good luck, God willing.

Simply great, both to eat there and to take away. We like to eat in the restaurant but as you can see, there is also plenty of food outside the house and it is always fresh and tasty. Staff is very nice and accommodating. We are always happy to come to you.

Everything was delicious including the side salad, which was lovingly prepared and it was perfect.

Not really friendly neighborhood, felt little unsafe... Additonally, during supper, one of next door restaurant employee start to drill in the wall ... Guests in both restaurants and he started to drill ... Anyway food not even close to Italian food, pizza was greasy and in the same time tasteless. Only good point was that was not do expensive.

Here you can find authentic Italian dishes that taste good and are beautifully presented. The chef likes to use fat/cream/cheese, which tastes great but doesn't really follow the slim line. In my case it was porcini mushroom/chanterelle mushroom season and the dishes were correspondingly autumnal and good.

Fresh ingredients, generous portions, nothing to complain about! Whether pasta or pizza, everything is great. Service was friendly and waiting times were reasonable

Levino is a very nice, friendly man, very hospitable. The food was very tasty and in very generous quantities... A very nice atmosphere. I would like to come back when I'm in Aachen.

Really comfortable outdoor seating, and the staff was very courteous even though we arrived with less than an hour til close. The food was delicious and we were surprised by how big the portions were. The sauces were lush and the veg cooked to perfection.

Extremely friendly service. Here the food is as you would expect it in the traditional Italian style. Every dish we ate tasted delicious to each of us. During the day it would be nice to have more spatial light for the ambience. This light is certainly more suitable in the evening. We were very happy with our decision to eat here.

The food was really very good. For just under 20 euros there were three perfectly fried slices of pork fillet on a chili cream sauce with rosemary potatoes and a side salad with a very good, homemade dressing ... first a greeting from the kitchen ... really a fair price! ....Now to the service...it has a lot of room for improvement compared to the kitchen...the beer that was ordered only came after a long time when asked...when it was empty...well...it moved Neither of the two graces standing in front of the door looking at their cell phones... I then went and paid the waiter who appeared outside every now and then and seemed to take his job seriously... he was really very good friendly!

good, solid 4 stars+. The food is very good, pasta, pizza, lasagna - apparently from their own ingredients from their own oven. The portions are large, the staff is friendly and attentive, clean and not very noisy. Prices are not cheap, 30-35 Euros per person should be budgeted.

A few years ago I had a pretty bad pasta here. Tried again recently and it's a lot better. Deserves 4 stars. Ravioli were a bit too salty though.

Good Italian cuisine. We visited here twice during our visit to Aachen: once for pizza, the other time for pasta and pork fillet. The food was convincing. Only the noise in the restaurant was a bit high, both due to the many guests and the kitchen. However, there is a lot of traffic outside due to the proximity to the road. Overall, a good place for a good meal at a reasonable price.

Was good, had a pizza there. Not super fancy but was satisfying. People were friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic service, delicious food

We were there for the first time today and we are absolutely thrilled. The food tasted absolutely excellent. At the beginning there were very tasty pizza rolls and olives, herb butter and a kind of garlic cream were served. We thought that was great. The service was extremely personable, friendly and accommodating. We got dessert on the house because we had to wait a little longer for our food, but we didn't think that was a bad thing at all because we felt very comfortable in the restaurant. But still a very kind gesture from the boss. Thank you for the successful afternoon and the delicious food. We'll definitely be back 😊.

Yesterday we ate at Verano again after a long time. This was definitely the last time. No trace of hospitality. Everyone just walked around with a long face and you didn't have to hope for a friendly word. The highlight, however, was the food. A mix plate was ordered, which was hard to beat in terms of impudence. On the plate (normal size) there were three small pieces of meat.....next to them a few fries.That's it!!!!! NOTHING to look at, completely loveless and the amount was a joke...for just under 27 euros!!!!!!!! We will definitely not be coming back again. It's a shame... because it used to be completely different.

Very pleasant environment, somewhat Mediterranean. The staff speaks broken German, but is very cordial, hospitable and acts efficiently. Warm welcome. Delicious food. Good lunch menu.

One of the better restaurants I've visited recently, a clear ten from me.

Food was ok, but didn't blow you away. Brucetta didn't have enough tomatoes. Ginger pumpkin soup not creamy enough. Breaded chicken schnitzel somehow looks like it came from the frozen food chest. Pizza Margarita had tomato sauce floating on top, somehow you had the feeling that it had been slapped on carelessly. Taste was ok. You don't even know why the store was so full. You don't have to do it again.

Chance hit in Aachen. The place has a really nice atmosphere and the most important thing was the very good food. Mini rolls with spreads to start. Grill plate with salad. Vegetarian pizza. Delicious. The staff could be a bit friendlier, but that doesn't mean they were unfriendly. Clear recommendation for Aachen!

Very romantic restaurant, the waiter was a bit serious but friendly enough. We had a great argentinian filet mignon and schnitzel.

Good selection of delicious dishes, friendly service, pleasant atmosphere. The only weak point is that the white wine is served a tad too warm. Ice cubes can help 😉

I had booked Christmas dinner for my company at Verano. The whole evening was a complete success. The agreements I made with the service beforehand were implemented very well. The starters were fantastic. Everyone’s main courses as well. The service was attentive, funny and courteous and made the evening perfect. Thanks to the Verano team for the fantastic evening.

Wants to be a fancy restaurant, but isn't. Food doesn't have a good flavor, meat to done and Spaghetti Bolognese didn't even come with Parmesan. Waiter was not professional and didn't care.

We were there at lunchtime because we liked two dishes on the lunch menu displayed outside. After we entered the restaurant, a gentleman came towards us, but without a friendly greeting. I asked where we could sit and the listless response was, pick a table. Actually, we should have left by now. But it was raining quite heavily outside. At our table we were wordlessly placed three menus on the edge of the table. The restaurant was already quite cold and there was only one occupied table with a larger group. But we were already allowed to order the drinks. This order was taken without a word and a short time later the drinks came from someone else who at least said please. When we then dared to take two dishes from the lunch menu, this person didn't say another word. The salad (only green and 1 slice each of cucumber and tomato) as a starter and the meal were on the table in quick succession. My scaloppinies were good, but my wife's homemade lasagne didn't taste like homemade. When we said we wanted to pay, the only question was cash or card. We paid, of course without a cent of tip, and left the restaurant without a word on our part. We definitely won't see this restaurant again.

Excellent Italian restaurant, good value for money. Lots of locals, which is usually a good indication. Service is a bit distant, but professional.

Delicious food and drinks and friendly service

We were warmly welcomed, the food came to the table quickly, but the pricing policy really doesn't work, a bottle of Rotkäppchen, which in the worst case scenario you buy for €3.95 gross, is sold to you for €28, a margin of 600%, not bad. Otherwise, the ingredients are kept simple but generously calculated. We were alone at first, the background noise consisted of a bit of music and the loud cell phone videos of an employee. More appearance than reality!

One of my favorite restaurants! Perfect for a cozy and culinary experience. There are always new specials on the menu, which are implemented with a lot of thought and love. The atmosphere is very inviting and the service is also very nice and accommodating. All in all, a very great restaurant to spend a nice time with the family or also very suitable for larger groups.

Wat een heerlijk restaurant! Het eten is heel goed, kwa prijs kwaliteitsverhouding helemaal. Zo bestelde wij een glas wijn en kregen we hier een klein kan bij wat in totaal 2,5 glas wijn is. Het eten was ook heerlijk. Nadat we klaar waren kregen we van de bediening nog een shot om de avond af te sluiten. Mocht je lekker en gezellig willen eten voor niet al te veel is dit het ideale restaurant.

Das Restaurant selber ist sehr nett und gemütlich. Die Kellner wirken etwas mürrisch und sind nicht gerade die schnellsten. Hier wäre ein Lächeln angebracht. Die Portionen sind etwas klein. In meinem Fall hatte ich einen Salat mit Hähnchenfleisch. Die Pizza hat nicht so gut geschmeckt.

Essen war lecker, aber sie Preise sind etwas erhöht. Pro Gericht 20-40 Euro. Der Service war etwas langsam und nicht seht nett (sehr neutral). Für die Ambiente gebe ich 5 Sterne.

Forcément quand on est pas accueillis lorsque l'on entre ,il ne faut pas s'attendre à être servis.🙄 Après 5mn a attendre devant l'entrée,on a dû s'avancer jusqu'au bar pour pouvoir être placé au fond dans une petite salle. Les plats médiocres et boissons sont arrivés assez rapidement et débarrassés aussi vite. Les personnes arrivées après nous ont mangé leur plats desserts et sont parties sans que l'on ne nous ai même proposé la carte des desserts finalement ça nous a fait économiser les desserts et cafés car on est partis sans la note sucrée. On ne peut pas dire qu'ils étaient débordés puisque tous le personnel était assis à discuter au comptoir bref à fuir.

Ce samedi 04 novembre, nous avons pris un apéritif, une entrée et un plat, le tout en 45 minutes... Un soi disant problème d'informatique. Même si c'était ça, ne servez pas les plats, reprenez les et tant pis, assumez votre erreur. Les plats nous ont étés poussés sur la table alors que nous n'avions pas fini nos entrées, lesquelles nous ont étés retirées de la table. Les entrées étaient déjà arrivées avant la fin de l' apéritif. Honteux!!. De plus les bruschetta n'étaient pas bonnes, le pain humide , la pesto pas faite maison. Les plats, une lasagne pour moi était trop cuite, c'était de la pape. La pizza n'était franchement pas terribles, pas de produits frais. Après avoir essayé de justifier pas l'erreur informatique, la seule compensation a été d'essayer de nous offrir un limoncello.... Je pense que ce restaurant est devenu un attrape touristes. A fuir.

Nous avons seulement pris un plat et une pizza qui étaient tous deux très bon. Très peu de clients un lundi soir et donc un serveur un peu perdu dans ses pensées... Très authentique, a la fermeture tout le personnel et quelques autres se mettent à parler italien et vous voilà dépaysé. Un vrai restaurant italien.
