Yes, the mini Wiener Schnitzel was deep-fried, with a small mushroom hidden in 100ml of creamy mushroom sauce. The fries were delicious!

The kitchen was obviously overwhelmed that evening. There were nine of us, and although the food came out at the same time for everyone, which is great in itself, unfortunately most of it was cold. One of us sent his food back and wanted it heated up, I know! Unfortunately, they obviously forgot to bring the food back, because we had all finished eating and he still didn't have it! Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant evening for any of us. The food is very convenience food. Nothing special! The tarte flambée was mostly boring except for the house-made Dinette with feta cheese and pear. This was really delicious.

Years ago, this food was really good. Only a fraction of that remains. A lifeless, blandly reheated potato gratin with overcooked grilled (I wonder) vegetables. A strip of salmon. An orange slice (?) on the edge of the plate. €26.00 for this meal is way too expensive. Unfortunately, it was our last time. This place really isn't what it used to be; we loved coming here. Even the menu has never been updated. Such a shame!

This place is ideal for a relaxing afternoon, whether you sit inside or on the lovely terrace outside. The service seemed a bit distant, but was prompt and professional. The overall atmosphere remains pleasant and invites you to enjoy a drink or aperitif in peace. It's also a great place for a light lunch, with several tasty options on the menu. The homemade lemonade and Flammkuchen were particularly delicious.

We always had to wait a long time for service, whether for drinks or for ordering food. After the starter, we probably waited over 30 minutes until it was cleared away and the second course was prepared. This only happened after we asked. Even when it was busy, it's not possible that a waiter or waitress comes out so rarely. I also specifically ordered without chili, because I can't eat it. As feared, the food came with chili and was therefore inedible. My mother also ordered pasta, which then became a tarte flambée. The hunter's schnitzel only had two slices of champignon in a tasteless sauce, was not breaded, and was very dry. We still paid around €100, even though we only had two dishes and a starter. Furthermore, the owner, unfortunately, didn't seem very professional. Insulting a customer after your own staff have made mistakes is completely unacceptable.

It took a very long time for the first server to arrive. We then ordered an appetizer for two and four main courses, along with drinks. The appetizer was fresh and tasty, but actually too expensive. After that, we waited about 60 minutes because our main courses were unfortunately forgotten. We were served twice correctly and twice incorrectly! Pasta with prawns that were specifically ordered WITHOUT chili, and Mediterranean tagliatelle that came as Mediterranean tarte flambée. It was completely unacceptable, and communication with the manager was extremely unsatisfactory! A customer service course would certainly have been helpful. My Jägerschnitzel was almost nothing like the same. It was not breaded, with a salmon-colored sauce, and three mushrooms that were almost tasteless. I do not recommend it!

A complete disaster! The starter came quickly, but then nothing else. After waiting 45 minutes, we asked. They forgot to call for the main courses. We waited another 15 minutes, and then half the food came out wrong. Tarte flambée instead of pasta, spaghetti with chili instead of without. Both were returned. The manager's half-hearted apology was unprofessional. Jägerschnitzel with two slices of mushrooms and a tasteless, spicy sauce. A complete disaster.

DINETTE is a real highlight! The atmosphere is very cozy and stylish, making you feel right at home. The tarte flambée was one of the best I've ever eaten – wafer-thin, super crispy, and perfectly topped. The drink selection also impressed me. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. A place you'll gladly return to!

You have to wait for staff, the food arrives cold and is then reheated in the microwave. On top of that, the manager is completely inept and inexperienced in customer service.

I go to Dinette often. It's a truly fantastic restaurant! I was very satisfied; the tarte flambée is my absolute favorite, simply delicious! The chicken risotto was also incredibly tasty. The atmosphere is absolutely lovely, and you immediately feel at home. The entire team is super friendly and attentive, and the kitchen works quickly. I'll definitely be back; I definitely recommend it!

The restaurant is located in the city center of Aachen, just some meters away from the Cathedral. It was clean and tidy. Very friendly staff, very good English spoken and fast service. I tried the Vegetarian Risotto with Parmesan Cheese, it was tasty and in a good quantity. A nice restaurant to try in the center of Aachen.

Nice restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Our food was very tasty (various tarte flambées, risotto, vegetable gratin). The prices for the individual main courses are between €14 and €30 and the selection includes vegetarian, meat and fish. In my opinion, the prices for non-alcoholic drinks are too high (€5.50 for a 0.4l apple spritzer), which is why I unfortunately didn't order another drink. All in all it was a lovely evening and I would recommend the restaurant.

Cozy Mediterranean enjoyment. The daily vegetable soup was delicious, the Wuino salad plate was so rich that I couldn't finish it. Central, homely and good value for money.

They made Irish coffee for us, although it wasn't on the menu, and it had a veeeery generous amount of whiskey 😂👌 The two flammkuchens we ordered were exceptionally good, I've never tried anything of the kind, finished it all, although wasn't even that hungry. The staff is really friendly and welcoming too. Will definitely come back!

What I got, however, was far from it: overcooked tagliatelle, accompanied by surimi and tiny prawns that you literally had to look for. The “seafood” turned out to be thin, elongated strips that could be rolled out like a carpet, a sight that frankly irritated me. I asked the waitress about it and told her, "When a seafood dish is advertised, I don't expect an inexpensive alternative made from pressed fishmeal." (Reminder: Surimi was invented in Japan in 1975 as a cheaper substitute for real crab.) She then disappeared, presumably to speak to management. However, she sat in a corner, gave me a dark look - and preferred to concentrate on her smartphone instead of addressing my concerns. Unfortunately, the visit and the associated negative experience reminded me of Rome or another big city overrun with tourists. El fin de semana pasado estuve aquí con amigos y familiares durante el mercado de Navidad. Primero tomamos una copa por la tarde, y se nos permitió reservar una mesa para la cena. El servicio por Chay era genial! La comida era muy sabrosa, y el propietario Naima es increíblemente amable. Sin duda me gustaría ir aquí para un buen aperitivo y un buen servicio!

4 tables occupied, 4 recognizable employees, no one paid any attention to us. When I asked at the counter after 15 minutes, someone appeared. Could have been a guest, no recognizable clothing, behavior was no different. The tarte flambée was acceptable, nothing to remember. If you remember the service staff, you can draw attention to yourself with wild gestures to order a drink. This is much better. It's a shame for Aachen, because this is the 2nd RESTAURANT WITH a service that has NOT had any gastronomic training.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht vom Essen, trockenes Fleisch, klumpige Tütensoße. Ich habe mein Essen komplett zurückgegeben. Tische werden nicht abgeräumt und nach weiteren Getränken wurde gar nicht mehr gefragt.

Just a great restaurant. We often have lunch here and then we choose a starter with varied ingredients such as fried zucchini and eggplant, goat cheese wrapped in bacon, spinach spring roll and much more. Only costs €9 pp.

Im Restaurant selbst sitzt man beengt, da Tische und Stühle sehr eng beieinander stehen. Die Bedienung ist zwar freundlich, wirkt aber etwas unprofessionell, was den Umgang mit Speisen und Getränken angeht ( keine Tabletts für die Getränke). Das Essen selbst (Flammkuchen und Currywurst) war Durchschnitt. Beim Bezahlen mit Karte erscheint die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Trinkgelder zu geben. Dies empfinden wir als eine Art Nötigung.

If I could, I wouldn't give this place a star. The restaurant's stated closing time is not true. It has now happened to us for the third time that we were scared away well before closing time. It becomes almost impossible to end the evening there nicely because the waiter immediately grimaces when you place another order. The coffee machine and the kettle for tea are switched off well before the shop closes as the mood takes you. When I ordered fresh tea, I was simply served a tea bag without being told in advance that it was out. Furthermore, one evening we were turned away from our table because they wanted to use the space as a place to put trash. So we had to carry our drinks over to another table ourselves. The tarte flambée there tastes good, but is often served cold. One evening we were only offered card payment for orders over €20, but on another day it was possible with a smaller amount. If the waiters don't feel like doing their job, the guests really feel it too. The nice atmosphere of the place is brought down by the unfriendly and unaccommodating attitude of the staff. That's really a shame.

I ate on 09/25/2024 the welcome by a very smiling and dynamic waitress makes you want to sit at the table, for taking orders also very charming. The kitchen lived up to my expectations. The real downside is the waiter, if you can speak, the waiter puts down the dishes as well as the cutlery with a nonchalance or rather I felt that he had nothing to do with either the customers (apparently not all) or of their professions. Young man, once you arrive in the middle of the room, you shouldn't think about saying bon appetit to the people who contribute to your salary!!!! After all, I don't know anything about it, I'm only a room manager in a gourmet restaurant and not a waiter. Too bad the experience really started well

We chose the restaurant because the atmosphere was so inviting. The service also welcomed and served us politely. For dinner we ordered a mixed starter platter for two people. The €20 (€9.90 per person) for this is way over the top. The sheep's cheese tasted old and musty. The carpaccio absolutely did not meet our expectations. As a main course we once had an Alsatian-style tarte flambée, which was very salty and had hardly any crème fraîche. So it tasted dry and crispy. In addition, it arrived almost cold. My husband ordered the tagliatelle with chicken. It has to be said that the chicken was not fresh, but came from the freezer. The pasta was cooked too long and the tomato sauce used had no oomph. Overall, we had full stomachs for €60, but we really regretted testing our way through the menu so lavishly. We won't be coming back!

If you've always dreamed of spending 15 euros on a tarte flambée and experiencing an intensive search for the creme fraiche, then this shop is for you! Here the concept of “less is more” is taken to a whole new level. The dough was thin and crispy, that's true. But when it comes to the creme fraiche, I have to assume that they have opted for the innovative "invisible creme fraiche technology". Maybe he's just trapped in another dimension that isn't accessible to us mere mortals. The 15 euros are probably intended to finance the mysterious search for the creme fraiche. A kind of gastronomic scavenger hunt for cheese...

Last night we went to this restaurant to watch football. We ordered drinks and food. The tarte flambée was very tasty. We ordered it with our favorite toppings and it was really good. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and lovely.

Great food, but man, it's 2024 and you can't pay by card here. So first find an ATM and try to remember your PIN somewhere. 😮‍💨 Tap money and pay. A trip to Aachen is in many ways a trip back in time.

We came here by chance, a nice large restaurant with an outdoor terrace and an indoor area. It was a sunny day so we took a seat outside, the service team came to us immediately, took the order and after not too long the food came. Beautifully prepared, hot, fresh, and so delicious. It wasn't possible to pay by card, but that didn't bother us as we always pay in cash + tip. Only cash is goods.

We came here spontaneously through the alley and came across a very nice, large restaurant with an indoor area and an outdoor area, we took a seat outside, in sunny weather, the employee immediately took the order, after not too long our food arrived, beautifully prepared, Hot, fresh, and prepared with a lot of love. We really enjoyed it. The fact that card payment wasn't possible wasn't a big deal as we always pay in cash, as only cash is a commodity.

Had something to eat there during the Christmas market in the afternoon. It was immediately made clear to us that payment could only be made in cash. Food (schnitzel) was very expensive and mediocre. Drink prices are also decent. Female service was not really customer friendly. Not a second time for us.

Ondanks de drukte van de Kerstmarkt, was het personeel zeer vriendelijk. Flammkuchen was een leuke ontdekking.

Wunderbares Ambiente und sehr netter Service. Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist top. Für jeden ist etwas dabei. Im Sommer sitzt man wunderbar draußen. Im Winter ist es innen super gemütlich.

Heerlijke flammkuchen, een ander kleur licht zou wat meer sfeer geven. Tafels waren ook redelijk dicht op elkaar gezet, zelfs de bediening leek hier moeite mee te hebben. Prijzen voor de drankjes waren naar ons idee flink hoog. Ondanks dit waren ze wel erg vriendelijk
