Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant in Münster. Kreativ und regional verwurzelt und mit einem Blick für den Gast. Topp!

Als Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine Mama, (Dies wurde von mir in der Reservierung online auch so kommuniziert) waren wir hier wirklich köstlich essen. Ich lade sie jedes Jahr zum Geburtstag in ein nettes Restaurant ein. Ackermann war bislang vom Essen her das allerbeste! Sehr aufmerksam, dass das der Tisch mit Geburtstagsdeko verziert war und meiner Mutter auch noch gratuliert wurde beim Empfang. Der sehr liebevoll angerichtete Kuchen mit Wunderkerze zum Nachtisch (als Überraschung vom Haus, ohne das ich etwas gesagt hatte) war wirklich herausragend!!! Erlebnis: Eine 1+ mit Sternchen! Hut ab, vor so ein mit top geführten Restaurant - ein richtig starkes Unternehmen! Dankeschön für dieses wundervolle Erlebnis heute Abend!!!

Das Restaurant Ackermann verbindet eine gehobene Küche mit einer familiären und herzlichen Atmosphäre.Der Service ist aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Unsere Reservierung vor 2 Wochen ist leider untergegangen, wir haben dennoch von der extrem freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Restaurantleiterin einen schönen Tisch bekommen. Das Essen und die Weine waren - wie immer - herausragend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich jedoch die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiterinnen. Eine junge, offenbar sehr unerfahrene, Bedienung hat sich sehr bemüht und wurde von ihren erfahrenen Kolleginnen auf sehr geduldige Art unterstützt. Das ist mir sehr positiv aufgefallen. Ich bin selbst in der Gastronomie tätig und freue mich immer sehr über einen respektvollen Umgang. Sobald ich wieder in Münster bin, werde ich wieder einen kulinarischen Sonntag bei Ackermann verbringen. Herzliche Grüße aus dem Rheingau

Das Steak mit Senfkruste war einfach köstlich. Die Auswahl für Vegetarier war etwas eingeschränkt und die Wartezeit etwas lang, aber das Essen hat sich absolut gelohnt. Ich würde das Restaurant Ackermann auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.

Super Service und top Essen, vor allem, dass das Restaurant bei einem vorbestellten Menü für über 20 Personen, bei einer Person ein komplett anderes Menü gelocht wurde, um auf Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten einzugehen, hat mich absolut überzeugt.

Das hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Sehr leckeres und gutes Essen. Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir werden das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend.

Es war rund um gelungen. Der 70. Geburtstag meiner Mama war wirklich sehr schön. Tolles Essen, sehr freundliche Bedienung und wunderschönes Ambiente. Vielen Dank für Alles.

Wenn man um 18.45 Uhr einen Tisch reserviert (zum 91. Geburtstag) und erst um 20.30 Uhr den Hauptgang erhält ist das nicht akzeptabel. Diverse Pannen beim Service kommen hinzu (abgebrannte Windlichter werden nicht getauscht, falsches Getränk gebracht, Tisch nicht zwischendurch abgeräumt etc.) Das überrascht, wenn man die Eigeneinschätzung der Gastronomie (auch preislich) betrachtet. Gleichwohl der mäßige Service war professionel freundlich und die Speisen hervorragend - so fair muss man sein.

Gute Auswahl an Speisen mit toller Qualität und Zubereitung. Positiv wenn der Chef immer mit von der Partie ist. Manchmal im Service (schwierige Zeiten) unterbesetzt und auf dem kulinarischen Niveau im Service minimal im Hintertreffen. Dennoch nie enttäuscht gewesen und eine Empfehlung sowohl zum Dinner zu zweit als auch in grösserer Gesellschaft. Das Catering ist immer top und ausgezeichnet gewesen

Das Essen war sehr gut und die Portion war auch groß genug satt zuwenden. Der Service ist auch gut das Ambiente hat noch Luft nach oben. Ich würde aber immer ein Tisch reservieren.

Wenige Stunden vor Ankunft einen Tisch für drei Personen reserviert. Wir wurden im grünen Saal platziert und saßen nett. Der Service war den ganzen Abend sehr aufmerksam und nett ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen, Vorspeise, Gruß aus der Küche und die Hauptgänge waren alle samt prima. Was unsere Tochter nicht aufbekam, konnten wir sogar mitnehmen. Einzig die Wartezeit zwischen Vorspeise und den Hauptgängen lag bei über 60 Minuten. Gerne beizeiten wieder.

Leider schlecht , da uns einen Abend vorher abgesagt wurde obwohl vor einem Jahr reserviert hatten. Wir könnten ja eine Woche später kommen . Nein das konnten und wollten wir nicht.

Ein sehr schöner Abend mit sehr leckerem Essen und Getränken bei einem tollen Ambiente und erstklassigem Service. Gerne wieder ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Menschen, die nicht verstehen, wie wichtig Feuerwehrzufahrten sind und deshalb nicht mit dem Porsche zugeparkt werden sollten, verdienen eigentlich Minuspunkte. Gell, Herr Ackermann?

Kurz gesagt, absolut außergewöhnlich gutes Essen, top Service sowie ganz tolles sowie geschmackvolles Ambiente (alles mit Liebe und Herz gemacht) . Top Adresse in Münster was man erlebt haben muss !! Ich werde immer gerne wiederkommen 😊😋😋

Wir waren hier zu einer Hochzeit eingeladen. Der Service ist absolut großartig. Die Räumlichkeiten sind für private Feiern herausragend angelegt. Das Essen würde ich als modern- cooking bezeichnen. Demnach, Neuinterpretationen klassischer Gerichte. Die Zutaten waren frisch und auf den Punkt zubereitet. Alles in Allem war es ein kulinarisches Erlebnis in intimer Atmosphäre mit einem tollen Service. Danke! Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

We were invited to a family celebration. We really enjoyed the ambiance, as well as the discreet, very attentive service. The kitchen deserves high praise for the food served. All in all, I would happily hold my next family celebration at this restaurant.

A very good address for years. I've never been disappointed. The ambiance is very pleasant and relaxed. The service is excellent; everyone is really friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious: veal fillet roasted pink with selected accompanying side dishes and a matching sauce. The wine list is also worth mentioning. A wonderful evening that will leave you happy. Ate at Restaurant Ackermann today. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was truly excellent (well-seasoned, perfectly cooked, simply excellent craftsmanship). A great wine list at extremely reasonable prices. Excellent value for money. Without question, one of the top restaurants in Münster. We'd be happy to return.

A real hit all around. Ten of us pre-ordered a 5-course menu including wine pairing. What arrives on the table is a surprise until the very last minute. We were seated in the wine cellar. A beautiful ambiance with a mix of modern and rustic. A highly competent and attentive waitress was assigned especially for us. Service as one would wish for, but rarely receives. A perfect 1! Even the very personable host stopped by twice to ask how we were. The dishes served were a delight across the board, and plentiful. No one will ever go home hungry here. The wines served all perfectly complemented the individual courses and complemented each other perfectly. We will definitely be back!

The ambiance is one of the positive aspects of this restaurant. The cuisine is mediocre and doesn't meet high standards. The dishes are neither Italian nor French, presumably take considerable time to prepare in the kitchen, which is overwhelmed by the volume of orders. They are prepared with a lot of fat and are therefore difficult to digest. A wait of a whopping two hours from ordering to serving suggests that the kitchen is too small for the number of guests and cannot accommodate the volume of orders in a timely manner. The prices for the food are high for the quality.

The food was truly excellent – very tasty, beautifully presented, and of a high standard. The location is idyllic, the ambience stylish and pleasantly quiet. Unfortunately, one star was deducted for the service: While the staff was very friendly, we would have appreciated a bit more attentiveness given the price. Some drinks were delayed, and one order was even forgotten. Nevertheless, it's highly recommended for a special evening!

An absolute recommendation for Münster. From appetizers to dessert, everything is perfect. Never overly sophisticated, but always creative and seasonal. Truly an absolute delight. Top tip: The wine list is more than fair and second to none!

A wonderful evening in a great atmosphere, with very attentive service and first-class food!

The menu was unfortunately—and unfortunately, in some parts, quite a disappointment. There were two of us there, and we each chose the four-course menu. I sincerely recommend that the owner improve the quality of the food and its ingredients. Unfortunately, there were at least two ingredients in each course that were either overseasoned, didn't taste as good as they should be, or had an off-putting consistency.

We spent a lovely evening in the winter garden of the Ackermann restaurant and celebrated our son's birthday. Everything was perfect: service friendly, attentive and quick, food quality and taste very good. And then there was even a small birthday cake with a lit sparkler as a little dessert surprise for the birthday child. Great end to a lovely evening!! 😀👍🏻

Today we were guests of the Ackermann family for the first time and certainly not that last time. Everything was fine. The food was simply outstanding. The service was super fast and very polite. I can recommend the restaurant without reservation.

Top food, top service, top ambience. But definitely not for quick hunger. This is an upscale gourmet temple. Unfortunately no pasta dishes on the menu. The prices are a little above what seems reasonable.

Schon oft haben wir Freunde zu Ackermann und früher auch in das Ferment eingeladen. Das Ferment ( 1 Michelin Stern, leider nicht mehr dort) war hervorragend, das Restaurant Ackermann aber auch in Ordnung. Bei unserem letzten Besuch im Januar 2025 wurden wir (4 Personen) zwischen zwei Gesellschaften plaziert, so dass wir uns nur fast schreiend verständigen konnten (wir tragen noch keine Hörgeräte!). In dem großen Raum war es so kalt, dass wir zunächst unsere Jacken anbehielten, was Herrn Ackermann etwas irritierte! Die Bedienung war genervt und gestresst und offenbar mit den vielen Personen überfordert. Das Essen überzeugte mit Quantität, die Qualität des Essens war aber zumindest an diesem Abend überschaubar.

Nice restaurant with friendly service, the negative thing we noticed was that the waitress couldn't answer the questions we had about the dishes. The dishes as such taste good, but are also nothing outstanding.

The food was semi good. Roast goose a bit dry and the red cabbage too sweet for MY taste. But the sauce, the dumpling with butter crumbs and apple was very tasty.

It couldn't be more unfriendly. We had made a late reservation and there was only room at the door. When we asked for another seat, we were harshly told to reserve earlier. When my wife asked if we wanted to go somewhere else, she said that was also an option.

We are thrilled. The Wiener Schnitzel was very tasty, the service was very attentive and polite. We would be happy to come back and can fully recommend the restaurant.

Restaurant chosen somewhat by chance, a very nice discovery: careful interior decoration, very successful welcome, and extremely refined cuisine. The price is not excessive given the services. Well done! We will come back to this.

This year we also took part in the cooking quintet. Unfortunately, this year we were not introduced to the individual courses as usual, except for the Amuse Gueule. The staff was still very friendly. This year we liked the individual courses better than last year. A big compliment to the kitchen.

The quality of the food is high, everything is beautifully prepared and tastes delicious. However, the prices are very high (in my opinion sometimes too high for the dish in question). Since we live vegan and there are no offers for it, we probably won't come back. However, our special requests were responded to spontaneously and nicely.

On Friday June 7th, 2024 we went to this restaurant for dinner. We were warmly welcomed and given a table without having to make a reservation. The ambience and service were great. The staff very friendly. That’s up front. Our food was very good. The amuse gueule was very cleverly made and very fine. I then had Königsberger Klopse with potatoes and a great sauce. The other food was also very tasty and plentiful. I would have liked to give it 5 stars, but the salad served didn't match this delicious meal in this gourmet restaurant. The lettuce leaves had fallen apart and disappeared into a thick and white salad dressing. They were no longer fresh and crisp. I really could have imagined something better with this meal. Very unfortunate. My table neighbors also had the same opinion. This can certainly be done better in the future. Maybe the salad lot was having a bad day. Despite the small faux pas, the restaurant is highly recommended. We would be happy to come back to have a delicious meal there.

A really great restaurant, super neat and well furnished with very friendly service. The food selection is manageable, so a small menu. But it is cooked seasonally and regionally and is definitely worth the money. Certainly not cheap, but in my opinion it is one of the best places in the Münster area. Another advantage: there is always enough parking space available.

I miss German cuisine...not everyone likes lamb and asparagus and so on. a normal schnitzel would be okay 😇

This place is a real classic Westphalia restaurant that has been there for ever. I remember coming here as a kid, which is why I was excited to go back. However, they do not have any online reservation system. You have to call. I tried on 3 different days but either they were closed, closed for a private party or didn't answer. I had to write an email to get a reservation. When we got there they were about 50% filled. It took a long time for us to get our menus and the service overall was really slow. They were out of our choice of wine from their menu.The staff member assisting us was super nice, she was just overwhelmed with too many tables. We had to ask twice to be poured more wine. We would have done it ourselves but they had put our bottle on a table in the middle of the room. I was really disappointed by the food. We had the asparagus cream soup, which was really oversweetened. I never had such a sweet soup. The traditional Westphalian wedding soup was just bland. My daughters beet carpaccio was fantastic though. My main course was unfortunately also dissapointing. I ordered the dorade fish which came with asparagus again, which was very sweet again. Also my daughters and husband's side salads had a super sweet dressing. When we received the check they had rung up my main course twice. I'm glad we noticed it. Their POS system is so outdated though that they couldn't correct it and had to manually make the adjustment. Just strange. Overall for this price point there are much better options in Münster like Gasthaus Lewe, Kiepenkerl or Landgasthaus Eggert. I would unfortunately not go back. This place has seen better days.

Today we celebrated our wedding anniversary and my birthday at Ackermann. It was simply wonderful, the service was attentive and not intrusive, the atmosphere was very nice, elegant and modern but the food was a treat in a class of its own. Unfortunately we live too far away to repeat that. Should we come to Münster again, the Ackermann will be our first address. Thank you for the lovely evening.

May 4th, 2024: your delivery truck took the right of way for me as a cyclist in the Esmarch Str roundabout at 11:35 a.m. and almost hit me flat. Please keep your eyes open

Ackermann has been on my wish list for a long time. Now the time had finally come and on a rainy Friday evening we were guests of the Ackermann family. We were greeted warmly and shown to the set table. The first impression was already good. Everything is clean and not "worn", the glasses are freshly polished and the dishes in a timeless design. The first drinks were ordered and there was the only negative....on the one hand the beer selection wasn't the most extensive and then the delivery of the first two drinks took what felt like an eternity. The slow supply of drinks lasted a bit throughout the evening. The beer we ordered didn't come at all. Things looked completely different when we ate. As a starter I ordered the beef carpaccio and I say it with reservation...that was a dream. The mustard ice cream (yes you read that correctly) blew me away and the meat was of the best quality. My blackheads were no less impressed with your starters. The quality continued with the main courses and I couldn't get enough of the veal shoulder. Food definitely 5 stars! There were different factions when it came to desserts. Some got the Chi Chi dessert (see pictures) others got a portion of men's cream that was, to put it cautiously, carelessly presented. This was extremely tasty but nothing to look at. I'm actually deducting a star for that. I know there is a better way. All in all it was a very successful evening. The young (and probably still quite new) service person was very nice and attentive, and the boss tried very hard to accommodate special wine requests (which he did really well) and the final price was surprisingly cheaper than expected. We will definitely come back and I hope so I can finally drink my way through the wine cellar next time...if I don't have to drive again.

Das Restaurant Ackermann in Münster/ Roxel, ist eine der besten Adressen für gehobene Gastronomie in und um Münster. Der Betrieb ist in Familienhand und hat eine lange Tradition. Wer eine Feier plant und sich darauf verlassen möchte, dass die Absprachen eingehalten werden, der ist hier genau richtig. Von Party über Dinner für Zwei oder Feier für eine große Gesellschaft ist alles möglich. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und umsichtig und der Chef ist auch immer selbst vor Ort! Eine rundherum tolle Atmosphäre rundet den Betrieb ab! Kann man nur voll und ganz empfehlen! Wer also die Gastronomie unterstützen möchte und nicht demnächst nur noch im Internet sein Essen bestellen möchte, der sollte ab und zu mal Essen gehen! Ganz großes Lob und ein liebes Dankeschön!

Wir haben Ende September im Restaurant Ackermann gespeist. Da wir mit zwei größeren Hunden reisen, ist es manchmal schwierig, einen Tisch zu bekommen. Wir sind im Restaurant Ackermann sehr freundlich empfangen worden und hatten einen für uns tollen Tisch mit Platz für unsere Hunde. Was mich immer sehr freut ist, dass auch die Hunde mit Wasser versorgt wurden - nicht immer selbstverständlich. Das Essen war hervorragend. Wir haben 3 Gänge bestellt; Süppchen, Hauptspeise, Dessert. Geschmacklich sehr gut, Menge (Nudeln etwas wenig, Schnitzel sehr gute Männerportion) gut, Qualität sehr gut, Preis angemessen. Ein tolles Ambiente für unseren 25. Hochzeitstag. Der Service war eine Freude - nette Gespräche; man hat sich Zeit genommen, trotz vollem Haus. Sehr sympathisch. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch werden wir in jedem Fall wieder das Restaurant Ackermann besuchen. Vielen Dank!

Essen, service, Ambiente vom Feinsten. Parkplätze vorhanden. Preislich aber gehobene Klasse.

Schon kaufe nicht mehr so gut gegessen wie in diesem Restaurant, es stimmte alles, und der 0,0 % Sekt schmeckte hervorragend und sehr aufmerksames Personal

Liegt etwas von Münster weg, Parrkplätze vorhanden. Bushaltestelle 200 m weg. Sehr freundliche Bedienungen, haben eine sehr große Weinkarte. Vorspeise war die Hummersuppe, geschmacklich sehr gut. Dann Filet vom Angnu Rind, auf den Punkt genau gebraten, wollte ja auch Medium rare. Wie zu erwarten auf einen warmen Teller. Gerne wieder.

Tolles Essen und sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service

Ich war dort mit meinen Großeltern essen, es hat uns allen sehr geschmeckt. Anfangs waren wir sehr vom Preis schockiert, allerdings hat sich dies am Ende in der Qualität des Essens wiedergefunden. Besonders das Wiener Schnitzel hat mir sehr geschmeckt. Zudem hat unsere Bedienung ( junger Mann mit braunen Locken, ungefähr 16/17/18 Jahre, sportlich gebaut ) uns ziemlich gut bedient, war stets Aufmerksam und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht :) Gerne wieder!!

Essen auf Sterneküchen-Niveau inklusive top Service!

Wir waren gestern Abend mit unserem Hund im Restaurant Ackermann zu Gast. leider hatten wir die Decke für das Tier vergessen und bekammen prompt ein kleines Schafsfell gebracht. Auchein Napf mit Wasser wurde angeboten. Sehr zuvorkommend! Wir nahmen den uns schon bekannten und sehr leckeren Hauscocktail " Orange Kiss". Leckere , warme Zwiebelbrötchen mitZitronenbutter passten hervorragend dazu! Der Gruss aus der Küche war wie immer sehr kreativ und machte Lust auf mehr. Die extra für uns bestellten Austern wurden wie immer so fantastisch zubereitet, das es besser gar nicht geht. Der Küchenchef erkundigt sich auch immer vorher, ob wir spezielle Wünsche wegen der Austern hätten, doch wir überlassen es gerne ihm, denn so gut gratinierte haben wir noch nirgendwo bekommen. Ein Glas Champagner dazu ist auch nie verkehrt. Preislich ist er absolut in Ordnung und qualitativ sowieso. Die Hummerschaumsuppe mit Garnele ein Traum und eigentlich genug für 2, denn wir haben sie geteiltund hatten trotzdem mehr als genug. Suppe heiss, Teller heiss, perfekt! Es folgte einwieaus dem Bilderbuch gezaubertes , souffliertes Wiener Schnitzel. Mein mann hatte das Rinderfilet und Ochsenschwanz. Ebenfalls perfekt! Sauce extra . Alle beilagen harmonierten einzigartig! Jeder Extrawunschwurde von der überaus freundlichen Bedienung umgesetzt. Alles ohne Probleme. Die Desserts haben diesen Traumhafen Abend abgerundet . Die Getränkeempfehlungen des Barkeepers waren wie immer genau passend. Nicht nur wir, sondern auch der Hund( de auch noch einen persönlichen Gruss aus der küche erhielt) fuhren sehr zufrieden nach Hause. einen herzlichen Dank nochmalan das ganze Team wir kommenganz sicher wieder!

Das Essen ist köstlich. Wir hatten das Menü bestellt. Die Bedienung war super,freundlich, hielt das richtige Maß zwischen Nähe und Distanz. Der Aperitif war eine Eigenkreation, ebenfalls sehr lecker.

Tolles Essen, erstklassiger Service, hervorragendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Wir waren im Rahmen des Koch-Quintetts zum ersten Mal hier. Schöne Lage am Waldrand, Stil eher nüchtern, Raum eher Pavillion Charakter. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service. Essen hervorragend, Weine sehr gut temperiert und passend. Ein echtes Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Man merkt, dass das Restaurant familiengeführt ist: Sehr nette, sympathische und leidenschaftliche Bedienung. Das Essen passt dazu und war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.

Als Hochzeitsfotografin durfte ich hier bereits Hochzeiten begleiten. Die Location ist wunderschön und das Essen ist lecker. Hier bekommt ihr eine klassische Hochzeitsfeier mit eleganten Kellnern/Kellnerinnen und hochwertigem Essen. Der Raum ist durch die hohen Fenster lichtdurchflutet und hell und trotzdem privat, da sie nicht zur Straße offen sind, sondern zum Garten. Der Garten eignet sich gut für Gruppenbilder und den Sektempfang draußen.
