Restaurant very clean, as well as the toilets. Warm water would be good!

Within a very short space of time, I was served so badly in the drive-through twice that I suspect it was intentional. Once I had a hot chicken burger instead of a cheeseburger. This time it was really bad. Instead of three cheeseburgers, I had three hamburgers, so each time there was something in it that cost less. And this time I wasn't given a receipt, so I couldn't even complain. People, avoid the oil shop or at least always insist on a receipt.

There's not much going on in Moers on Sundays after 9 p.m. Hamburger delicious, fries unfortunately cold, everything somehow loveless.

Oha, by far the worst BK we've ever eaten at! The ordering process was apparently acoustically difficult - after several failed attempts to order Spezi - Mezzo - “cold coffee” at the drive-in, only the spontaneous switch to the good old “Fanta” helped. At this point, the employee was no longer quite as motivated. But when the King Box also started to malfunction acoustically, their patience was completely exhausted and the sound changed to being completely annoyed. The result was an order that was complete, but absolutely inedible!!! The fries tasted rancid and were limp and the burgers were (without exaggeration!!!!) fluffy Day before!!! Cold, dry and rock hard!!! Since we were just passing through, we couldn't even complain!!! Super annoying!!!! I can only recommend that everyone eat somewhere else and save themselves this frustration - and possible food poisoning too!

Actually good, but the fries were almost cold

Today, on the way from Berlin to Hamburg, we visited this McDONALD'S. To be honest, they were very impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility, from the floor and tables to the toilets. Everything was in its place. I also really liked the interior, and especially the staff, people were very friendly, smiling and attentive. The food was also at a high level. The order was delivered very quickly. We would really like all the establishments of this chain to be like yours. We will definitely come back to you when we travel next time. Thank you very much for your work.

The price/performance ratio isn't right. Very dirty, with trash everywhere in the hallways, and the staff preferring to smoke with guests outside the restaurant.

We left the motorway to eat at Burgerking - but it's just a break here. This is annoying, especially for our daughter. Strangely organized here. We'd better drive past soon and take another rest stop.

This McDonald's doesn't do much table service. It's just a set-up with three ordering kiosks… What a shame.

Nice service, fresh food, everything clean, clean toilets, would love to come back! Best KFC in the area. Everything is new too (at least it looks that way)

Burgers are okay. The toilet stinks of piss. Close your eyes and get through it if it's urgent.

I tried and ordered the online menu coupons there with my family. Super tasty at a good price. Service and cleanliness are good. This Burger King branch is recommended.
