On the receipt it said that the food will not be prepared until it has been paid for and since I paid in cash at the cash register it had not yet been paid for. He was very rude and aggressive in tone! I won't eat there anymore and I also left a little note on the receipt. The fries were also cold and bland

Yesterday I waited at the drive for over 20 minutes even though there was only one car in front of me. Preparing my order also felt like it took forever, with the message that not all the chicken pieces were available for my box of 3. Overall, the chicken pieces also feel smaller and more dried out. Unfortunately, communication with employees is becoming increasingly difficult due to a lack of language skills. At least two stars because the service and quality of the food were definitely better before (a year ago). So there is great hope for further improvement! Update: it was there again, now the box of 3 costs €14.49 with this poor quality. Another star deducted.

Insgesamt ein schöner Besuch gewesen, das Personal war ganz normal mit der Bedienung, aber das Essen war dort nicht günstig und vor allem, als man an den Automaten das Menü für sich bestellt hat. Das Essen wie Chicken, Pommes Frites u.w. waren meiner Meinung nicht warm genug, aber hatten jedoch noch einen guten Geschmack. Sonnst fand ich nichts Schlimmes an dem gesamten Service.

Waren heute in der Mittagspause dort. Nachdem wir unsere Bestellung abgeschlossen hatten wurden wir vom Personal zunächst ignoriert und mussten circa 10 Minuten an der Kasse warten bis wir zahlen konnten. Das Essen kam dafür recht zügig, es war frisch und lecker wie man es auch aus anderen Filialen kennt. Die Einrichtung ist KFC Standart, allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Adressiere mit dieser Bewertung den jüngeren Mitarbeiter mit schwarzen Haar und (Bart?, wenn man das so nennen kann) am Drive In Schalter. Nimmt wie üblich Bestellung am Drive In Schalter entgegen. 4 Minuten Funkstille. Nach vorfahren zum Schalter um unkompliziert die Bestellung Vis á Vis zu übermitteln wird uns vorgeworfen wir hätten warten sollen, er hätte 3 Autos welche bedient werden müssen. Nach der Klarstellung das wir absolut keine Nachricht gehört haben, begann der genannte Mitarbeiter schon langsam motzig zu werdenund wollte schon fast eine Diskussion Anfang (weniger Zeit ins diskutieren stecken, mehr dem Job nachgehen ;)).

Das Essen ist geschmacklich wie gewohnt gut. Das Ambiente wurde neu gemacht. Das Personal ist leider nicht sehr kommunikativ.
