We ordered something via Uber 2 hours ago and are now stuck in the toilet. There's something seriously wrong with the food. And we like to eat something from KFC once or twice a month. After today, definitely never again!

Avoid KFC in Mainz-Bretzenheim. As a customer you are allowed to park there. If the customer does not know the opening times (not from Mainz), the car may be parked in the private parking lot in order to find out more. And yikes...after a few minutes the towing service was there. The Bad Kreuznach operator of KFC apparently has a contract with the Sascha towing service from Budenheim. This towing service is completely dubious. For this reason alone I would advise against visiting there.

Insgesamt ein schöner Besuch gewesen, das Personal war ganz normal mit der Bedienung, aber das Essen war dort nicht günstig und vor allem, als man an den Automaten das Menü für sich bestellt hat. Das Essen wie Chicken, Pommes Frites u.w. waren meiner Meinung nicht warm genug, aber hatten jedoch noch einen guten Geschmack. Sonnst fand ich nichts Schlimmes an dem gesamten Service.

Waren heute in der Mittagspause dort. Nachdem wir unsere Bestellung abgeschlossen hatten wurden wir vom Personal zunächst ignoriert und mussten circa 10 Minuten an der Kasse warten bis wir zahlen konnten. Das Essen kam dafür recht zügig, es war frisch und lecker wie man es auch aus anderen Filialen kennt. Die Einrichtung ist KFC Standart, allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Adressiere mit dieser Bewertung den jüngeren Mitarbeiter mit schwarzen Haar und (Bart?, wenn man das so nennen kann) am Drive In Schalter. Nimmt wie üblich Bestellung am Drive In Schalter entgegen. 4 Minuten Funkstille. Nach vorfahren zum Schalter um unkompliziert die Bestellung Vis á Vis zu übermitteln wird uns vorgeworfen wir hätten warten sollen, er hätte 3 Autos welche bedient werden müssen. Nach der Klarstellung das wir absolut keine Nachricht gehört haben, begann der genannte Mitarbeiter schon langsam motzig zu werdenund wollte schon fast eine Diskussion Anfang (weniger Zeit ins diskutieren stecken, mehr dem Job nachgehen ;)).

Das Essen ist geschmacklich wie gewohnt gut. Das Ambiente wurde neu gemacht. Das Personal ist leider nicht sehr kommunikativ.

Leider ist im DriveIn kaum etwas zu verstehen, Bestellungen werden immer mit falschem Getränk (Cola statt wasser) fertig gemacht. Die pommes sind selten richtig heiß und nicht knusprig. Die Hünchenprodukte sind natürlich gut, aber insgesamt eines der schwächeren Schnellrestaurants.

Die Portionen werden immer weniger. Erstaunlich das so kleine Hühnerbeine laufen können.Auch die chicken/ Hühnerbrust scheint vom Zwerghuhn zu sein.dazu kleiner Krautsalat und Cola fertig ! 10,00 Euro. Das ist einfach zu teuer für Fast Food laden.

Rami bester Mann!! Das erste Mal dass wir in einem Fast Food Restaurant so nett bedient wurden!! Mein Bruder und ich waren vorhin in Kentucky Fried chicken in bretzenheim und der Mitarbeiter Rami hat uns empfangen und trotz viel Kundschaft sehr freundlich und respektvoll bedient. Das Essen war super frisch und lecker und vielen Dank nochmal an Rami und dein Team, Respekt trotz so vieler Kudnschaft Freundlichkeit zu zeigen!! 10/10

Alles okay hier. Kentucky halt. Kann man ab und zu mal essen. Die Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten sollten öfters gereinigt werden.

Bacon wurde vergessen. Mitarbeiter "baute" Burger an der Kasse auseinander zum Nachsehen. Ich bestand nun auf einen neuen, nachdem er seine Finger ohne Handschuhe darin hatte. Tatsächlich bekam ich aber diesen ersten Burger wieder. Ekelig und eine Unverschämtheit. Ich bekam meinen neuen Burger so spät , dass meine Familie bereits gegessen hatte. An der Kasse waren ständig Leute die etwas zu reklamieren hatten, was war also bei mir keine Ausnahme. Hier war ich zum letzten Mal.

Unfähig Online bestellt und fast 40min aufs Essen warten weil der Typ am Tresen kein Deutsch kann. Gab nur Probleme mit der modernen Technik. Muss am Ende noch dankbar sein das Ich endlich mein bezahltes essen bekommen habe. Sry das geht garnicht.

Also es ist in Ordnung, Service top, essen warm und schmeckt OK.
