€10.79 for mini particles. I'm angry and happy at the same time... Because I felt sick after eating. If there had been more, I might have puked. Toilets stink like urine... Save your money and support small catering businesses.

EVERY TIME, REALLY EVERY TIME I ORDER SOMETHING TO BE DELIVERED, OR DRIVE IN, SOMETHING IS MISSING. All items not received but paid for should now add up to 30 euros.

Some of the staff is very friendly, others are not. Food usually is OK, but a bit pricey. Music is way too loud.

Last night, November 17th, 2024, we had an extremely unpleasant experience at the drive-thru. While we were waiting for our order, we observed an employee standing right outside our window. He scratched his bottom extensively (over his pants, but still unsavory) and then reached into the package of frozen crispy strips with his bare fingers, without gloves. He took them out one by one and put them in the deep fryer. That was absolutely unhygienic and very disturbing for us. Unfortunately, since we had already paid, we were no longer able to respond. We also noticed that another employee had a bad cold - this also made us feel unwell and raised doubts about the hygiene standards. We are deeply disappointed and expect urgent measures to be taken to remedy such conditions. Hygiene and cleanliness must be top priority!

The restaurant is easy to get to. There are enough parking spaces available. I'm here often. The branch itself is actually very clean and tidy. The staff is friendly. The food itself has always impressed me. There is nothing to complain about. A clear recommendation from me.

The restaurant itself is quite nice, many of the tables are unfortunately dirty with leftover food from previous guests... the doors in the women's toilet definitely hadn't been wiped down for a long time and were already dark with dirt... the employee behind the counter doesn't respond to the question at all whether there would be some salt for the corn on the cob but continues to diligently call up the order numbers of the finished orders... you are simply ignored... Food was lukewarm, the fries were only half cooked...the visit was more than disappointing!!!!

We went to the store at 10:20 p.m. and were immediately told there were no more burgers... then my husband ordered hot wings. When we had paid and were waiting for our order, he said we didn't have any more hot wings either. We received bites as compensation, but only when we asked what we were doing now. Cheeky chairs were already up and you could tell that people just didn't feel like preparing anything anymore. It's a shame, I really like eating there but then I'd rather go eat somewhere else.

We were happy today and would love to come back.

Two pieces of chicken for 6.49 EUR, which were not crispy at all and wobbly. That's just too expensive. A clear no!!! Opposite at the Safran Chicken Grill you can get a crispy 1/2 chicken for the same money.

This afternoon at around 1:20 p.m. I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience at KFC in Bretzenheim. The lady at the checkout with long, loose hair behaved extremely rude and rude, even though I behaved in a friendly and patient manner. To my surprise, I wasn't the only customer who was treated unkindly - the employee also showed disrespectful behavior towards other guests. Since there was no stressful situation in the restaurant, this behavior is completely incomprehensible to me. I hope KFC seriously considers training employees on how to deal with customers. Kindness and respect are crucial to a positive customer experience and should always be the focus. --- This feedback could hopefully help improve the quality of service.
