Some of the staff is very friendly, others are not. Food usually is OK, but a bit pricey. Music is way too loud. Avoid paying at the register. They will ignore you.

KFC doesn't participate in any promotions. The owner is very unfriendly, and you can tell he's a hustler who just wants to rip off his customers. Even though we live two minutes away from KFC in Bretzenheim, we never go there because, first, he never participates in promotions, and second, we can't stand the owner.

I was told it was busy and it could take up to 40 minutes at the window (drive-in) even though I was there alone as a customer (then I went to McDonald's and will never go back to KFC).

The staff is truly unfriendly. You get the feeling they don't want to work at all and don't even bother taking orders properly. The drive-thru employee turned us away because they were so busy. Never heard of such a thing. Well, we'll just eat somewhere else :)

I recently ordered hot wings, but unfortunately, they delivered crispy wings. I then called the store and explained that I had received the wrong order. They stubbornly claimed that I had ordered crispy wings, which is absolutely not true – my receipt clearly states "Hot Wings." Nevertheless, I was treated rudely, and the conversation was simply ended without listening to me. To make matters worse, they even asked me what country I was from – a completely inappropriate question in this context. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I will never order from there again. The customer service is disrespectful and rude.

I was at KFC Bretzenheim and I was thrilled! The restaurant is extremely clean and tidy - you can immediately tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on hygiene here. The service was friendly, quick and attentive. The entire team works professionally and with a smile. Special praise goes to the branch manager Rami - you can feel his passion and leadership in every detail. You really feel welcome here as a guest. This is what fast food should look like today: tasty, clean and with excellent service. I'll definitely be back!

Kentucky's unfriendly customer service is a no-go! A service company thrives on the quality of its staff, but at Kentucky, this became the biggest problem. The employees seemed unmotivated, unfriendly, and downright irritated, as if customers were a chore. Service staff are the face of a company, and unfortunately, this portrays an extremely poor image. Instead of hospitality and professionalism, one experiences indifference and bad humor. You can't win over customers with that kind of attitude. In any case, I won't be coming back and can't recommend Kentucky on this basis.

I was at KFC yesterday and noticed that an employee named Rami repeatedly discussed personal matters with female customers while working. It seemed as if some of the women were uncomfortable. I think this kind of behavior is inappropriate in the workplace and can be uncomfortable for customers. I hope the team here pays more attention to professional conduct. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Actually, everything was great, but there was just one employee who was really, really disgusting. Ordered via UberEats for the second time. All six sauces are missing, and instead of 15 bites, there were only 12 in the other package, but only 13. The burger's bun lid is missing. If I only receive half of my order after paying in full, and no one answers the phone at the restaurant despite repeated calls, I consider that fraud. €60 for nothing. Someone has their branch out of control. Not recommended! Don't order!

Unfortunately, my last visit to KFC was more like a "squid game" than a relaxed fast-food experience. The atmosphere seemed chaotic, and the employees were clearly overwhelmed – one simply slammed his tray on the floor without comment. Friendly service definitely looks different. The burger was soggy, the "fried chicken" was dry and barely seasoned, and I searched in vain for the typical KFC salad. Instead, I was served ice cream, which, according to the store, was apparently prepared by the "toffy fairy" – the taste was unfortunately just as confusing as the name. Overall, the visit felt like a culinary brain rot: too expensive, too unloving, not enough KFC quality. A shame – I definitely expected more.

The fries were rather raw, the chicken pieces weren't hot, just slightly warm (barely edible). The benches were uncomfortable and had no padding. The bar stools were also uncomfortable. Guests aren't welcome for long periods! The staff immediately make it clear that they're not welcome.
