Terribly unfriendly… I will avoid it from now on.

Opening times don't work, neither online nor on site.

I was yesterday in this place. It was terrible, stuff speaks very bad english and german. I asked a weiter for a bill in German, but he ignored me, then asked for a bill in english, he also didn’t understand me. In the end I typed the word in my smartphone and showed it another waiter and he understood and got me a bill. In my bill was 10,70 € and 1,70€ tips. I gave the waiter 50€. He returned 34,30€ to me. It looks like I was deceived, but I didn't find out, because there's no point when people don't understand you. The food was also bad. I don’t recommend this place, although I‘ve visited Macdonald’s in other countries, and didn’t have any problems.

Yesterday I ate macmenu and after 1 hour I had a lot of pain until 8 a.m. I went to the doctor and told myself that I had food poisoning, I paid 5.99 for the menu and then 8 hours of pain and 28 euros Paid a bill at the pharmacy. disaster

Queued for 25 minutes - then found out there was probably no ice cream. Then I wanted to buy at least one Vio - it would have cost €4

Unfortunately the food was very greasy, the roll was full of fat 3 hours later you're sitting on the toilet with diarrhea and stomach cramps

If it was good in the evening there was a little more going on. Had a double cheeseburger, a medium fries and a coke. Stood there for almost 20 minutes to get a cold medium fries, a double cheeseburger and a cola. There wasn't even an apology for it.

The fries taste like old fat. Not good

I ate at Mcdonald's in Mainz Hauptbahnhof and the food was terrible. The 2 long chickens were totally dry. The quality has really deteriorated at McDonald's.

The service was pretty good late at night.

It was so bad, extreme heat in there. I ordered and paid for my food, but the guy always threw the pieces of paper away, I still didn't get my food after 15 minutes, when I asked they said I needed a piece of paper. Don't go there!

This shop is totally unfriendly and incompetent to process the order correctly I would prefer not to give any stars at all!!!!

If only I had read the bad reviews here earlier... I waited almost half an hour (in a fast food restaurant...) for an iced coffee, which then came without cream (the money wasn't refunded because someone had to activate the cash register and they didn't at the moment there...) and was already lukewarm. And the whole time you get the feeling that it's an imposition on the staff that you're still standing around and waiting.

Fast food restaurant? Nothing happens quickly here. I wasn't even greeted with a good morning or a friendly face. Everyone is “buzzing” something to themselves. My impression is that the customer is threatening to place an order. If you don't need my money, I don't need McDonald's anymore.

So far the worst thing I've ever experienced at McDonald's. The bread was hard and ancient. The lettuce was already showing dark spots. The cucumber was also ancient. To still be able to sell a burger like that is unbelievable. Something like this is very dangerous to your health. Had to wait in line for at least 15 minutes. When we asked to remove pickles from the burger they kept saying it would "take at least 3 minutes extra" multiple times. Food was okay when we got it.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. Had two double cheeseburgers In one case the bread was dark, I have no idea what it was, my husband gave it back and we got a new one. Then the same thing happened again, the bun turned dark and there was a black liquid in the meat, which was what it looked disgusting. Pictures have already been sent to headquarters! I just ordered a cocoa. I was expecting a cocoa, as it was offered as such and paid for accordingly. I was given hot milk and cocoa powder to stir in myself. When I made an irritated face, the waitress replied cheekily: "Should I feed you now?" What's next? Coffee = hot water + instant coffee to make yourself? Meatballs that have to be fried yourself when you order a burger?

Everything is the same as in other restaurants but there is no ordering machine and you cannot redeem primary items but otherwise everything is great

The food is really bad. Ate, stomach pain and then diarrhea. Even at the counter where you ordered I had to get upset. The employees simply don't understand what you order. You say: "3 cheeseburgers and 3 chicken burgers please" and you get 4 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken burgers. (I was with friends). The atmosphere was okay, but otherwise 2 stars.

Today I went to McDonald's for the first time in a long time and I got a menu voucher that was for €7.99. I NEVER say anything if you don't have any change, but I don't think it's okay to simply embezzle 1 cent. Yes, it's "only" 1 cent but for me it's about the principle. If it is the case that you don't have any small coins, then you tell the customer and don't act as if it was perfectly fine that you returned the correct change. I spoke to the male employee and he didn't even respond to my comment and waved me away. UNFRIENDLY!

A strategically well-placed store, but with very slow and unfriendly employees. It is also not clear which cash registers are open and which are not, as the employees are running wildly around and apparently cashing out and serving from every cash register. The food was ordinary, McDonald’s.

The servers don’t speak proper German or proper English. They’re incredibly rude, refuse to add anything to the burgers (even tho that’s the norm for McDonald’s) and roll their eyes when I ask for a “special request” (no sauce and no pickle). I'm excited! Even though there is so much going on there, the employees are hardworking and shift manager Zohra has everything under control. Every shop needs something like the Zohra to function. It's definitely worth another visit.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and got a double royal dripping with grease. When I complained, they tried to tell me that it was juicy because it was freshly made. Juicy and fatty are two different things! The burger was then made fresh again but with the wrong ingredients! Let it go back! The price was deducted, poor service and then the management asked me to leave a 5 star review… EMBARRASSING!

Came n the mcdonalds and tge lady at the register speaks no german or english. Asked for a milk shake strawberry and she brought a Mc Rib!!! The manager had today there is no milk shakes tonight after ordering.. paid and the next customer had the same problem with the lady as she does not understand . It was 2030 on 7 May 2024.

Although located in a train station, there is no emphasis on speed here. The employees stand around a lot, leisurely stroll from one place to another and do not serve the waiting guests systematically. I had my food stolen in front of an employee, I wanted to talk to the manager, he didn't even speak to me. The person at the checkout was nice but it's a shame. I can only report positively about this McDonald. I come regularly in the evening after work (around 11 p.m.) and I have always received friendly and quick service. The food was fresh and good. I find the boss who was there last night particularly friendly. (I think he comes from Iran) he is always at work and if problems arise with guests, he always tries to find a quick solution for the guest's benefit. I still enjoy coming in the evenings and waiting for my train.

I was at McDonald's in Mainz main station at 10:30 p.m. and the service was very nice. Since my battery was empty and there were no power outlets in the entire station building, I asked if they had an outlet. The friendly employee provided me with one (after consulting with the boss, of course), because the sockets are not publicly accessible. This employee was very competent, very friendly and did his best for every customer.

I've had very good experiences here so far. Fries always tasted particularly good here and if you ordered plan nuggets, at least I always got plan nuggets. 👍🙌

Catastrophe! You can't expect that from McDonalds, but that was disgusting. Simply raw large onions the burger was wet on the outside. Inedible.

4 Produkte bestellt, davon 1 falsch eingepackt. Essbereich total verdreckt, Fussel im Getränk, keine Kohlensäure im Getränk, Hamburgerbrötchen verbrannt.

Naja Pommes ohne Salz und nicht frisch das Essen hochtragen und aufpassen das nix runter fällt

Sie stellen eigene Regel über die Gutscheine und Apps, geben zbsp keine normalen Nuggets sondern nur die vegetarische oder nehmen keine Coupons. Service sehr langsam und nicht kundenorientiert (schwätzen gerne miteinander auf eigene fremde Sprache anstatt zügig zu bedienen). Ambiente passt zum Standort. Essen ist oft qualitativ nicht Standardgemäß. Ich empfehle diesen Shop nicht

Halt McDonald's! Frühstück sehr lieblos serviert,kenne es in anderen Filialen sauberer und ansprechender. Keine Toiletten in der Filiale.Man sollte die Bahnhofstoilette benutzen. Wo soll ich vor und nach dem Speisen meine Hände reinigen?

Das Essen erfüllt den Standard. Selten einen so ungepflegten Standort dieser Kette gesehen. Auch vom Personal wurde man eher als unerwünscht/lästig angesehen.

Für ein Bahnhofsrestaurant wo es die Leute eilig haben sind die Kollegen hier echt entspannt. Mit großem Andrang kommt dann lange Wartezeit. Essen ist solide und oben sitzt man schön ruhig. Ein Kunden-WC würde ich aber hier unbedingt erwarten!!!

Kassenleute ohne Fantasie, der Schichtfürer keine Reaktion. Ist den Menschen, die in diesem Restaurant arbeiten klar, dass sie auf einem Bahnhof sind? Hier soll Bezirksleiter intervenieren. Meine Meinung nach ist es nicht die Crew schuldig, sondern schlechte Einarbeitung und mangelhafte Organisation. Immerhin mein Essen war jedes Mal frisch und lecker.

Beste mcs pommes jemals dort gehabt nuggets waren auch gut burger hat bisschen kapput gemacht aber man konnt ihn essen
