Slow and sometimes unfriendly staff. It might not hurt to give McDonalds-Mainz direct feedback about the branch

Today I went to McDonald's for the first time in a long time and I got a menu voucher that was for €7.99. I NEVER say anything if you don't have any change, but I don't think it's okay to simply embezzle 1 cent. Yes, it's "only" 1 cent but for me it's about the principle. If it is the case that you don't have any small coins, then you tell the customer and don't act as if it was perfectly fine that you returned the correct change. I spoke to the male employee and he didn't even respond to my comment and waved me away. UNFRIENDLY!

A strategically well-placed store, but with very slow and unfriendly employees. It is also not clear which cash registers are open and which are not, as the employees are running around wildly and apparently cashing out and serving from every cash register. The food was ordinary, McDonald’s.

The servers don’t speak proper German or proper English. They’re incredibly rude, refuse to add anything to the burgers (even tho that’s the norm for McDonald’s) and roll their eyes when I ask for a “special request” (no sauce and no pickle). Just the worst. Please stop hiring disrespectful unprofessional creeps who have no business working with the public

Absolute disaster every time you wait here for 40 minutes for your food, in the end there are only cold bigmacs and they taste as you would imagine after 40 minutes

No toilet of his own, a friend, Daniel, was lost forever (?) very early on Sunday, after a long Saturday night, on the way to the train station toilet in the basement! 😓

No star... the store is the last one... was there with my dog... Havanese... was insulted by young people about my dog... of course I countered... I was told that dogs were forbidden... what Of course there is no sign anywhere... I will never enter the store again...

I wasn't there often, but several times the food tasted like the ingredients were bad, the order sometimes took forever and once I was even completely forgotten.

I would like to complain about the significant delay in my food delivery. I placed my order over an hour ago and my food still hasn't arrived. I was relying on timely delivery as I have limited space in my schedule for lunch break. This delay is very annoying and seriously affects my daily routine. I request that you resolve this issue as quickly as possible and ensure that my food is delivered promptly. I also expect an explanation and an apology for this inconvenience.

There is no vanilla ice cream!! Frozen yogurt is really disgusting...

3.80 euros for something like that 😡 That's supposed to represent a chili cheeseburger!? Absolute impudence!!! Bite into it once and immediately threw it in the trash can!

I ordered a Mcflurry, way too little ice cream for the price. Ice cream was only half full of the cup, which was a shame because the ice cream was really enjoyable

The server was fantastic and very helpful, even at 3am in the morning!

I'm excited! Even though there is so much going on there, the employees are hardworking and shift manager Zohra has everything under control. Every shop needs something like the Zohra to function. It's definitely worth another visit.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and got a double royal dripping with grease. When I complained, they tried to tell me that it was juicy because it was freshly made. Juicy and fatty are two different things! The burger was then made fresh again but with the wrong ingredients! Let it go back! The price was deducted, poor service and then the management asked me to leave a 5 star review… EMBARRASSING!

Came n the mcdonalds and tge lady at the register speaks no german or english. Asked for a milk shake strawberry and she brought a Mc Rib!!! The manager had today there is no milk shakes tonight after ordering.. paid and the next customer had the same problem with the lady as she does not understand . It was 2030 on 7 May 2024.

Really an insult to all well-functioning McDonald's branches.

Although located in a train station, there is no emphasis on speed here. The employees stand around a lot, leisurely stroll from one place to another and do not serve the waiting guests systematically. After waiting for over half an hour, I finally had to leave to catch my train. At least the employees are quite nice. But that's the only positive thing.

Very rude service and uncomfortable atmosphere, fries not salted

This branch of McDonald's is a trash can, the last piece of dirt. I can only advise against eating there. The burgers, the fries, the drinks because all the inventory is just catastrophic. All the food there is dry and has almost no content in the citizens who are fries Disgusting, not properly fried and where are they totally sloppy? The fizzy drinks don't have any fizz, they just taste disgusting. Now we come to ordering via the app, a disaster. You want to use your My McDonald points to order something, the code is scanned and you are told that it's not available man wants to have a different code scanned for a different meal Exactly the same answer that doesn't exist somehow there is the same answer for every code Well Then 1 2 puts about hygiene At McDonald's, hygiene is written in very small letters. The word hygiene alone does not exist in their vocabulary. Hygiene is not even used in any way Just revertical and disgusting I recommend everyone to dine there If there were zero stars I would give it a zero star rating

The toilet does not work, the hall is dirty.

The employees, especially the boss, are very incompetent people and answer the questions incorrectly, give false statements and talk at 3 speeds. Never again would you rather go to mces at the höfchen, cold fries, etc

I had my food stolen in front of an employee, I wanted to talk to the manager, he didn't even speak to me. The person at the checkout was nice but it's a shame. Unter den Augen eines Mitarbeiters wurde mir mein Essen gestohlen, ich wollte mit dem Manager sprechen, er sprach nicht einmal mit mir. Die Person an der Kasse war nett, aber es ist eine Schande.

Just because you close your eyes for a moment you are immediately threatened with the police and with a lifelong ban from the house and a threat that you will make sure that you are not allowed into the train station, just plain annoying

The food is bland, the service is very very long until they gave me my order, during this time I managed to buy 3 döners at different points

We ate there yesterday with a few people, unfortunately the food tasted like dishwashing liquid, and the Cola and Sprite both tasted like dishwashing liquid. Burger tasted tropical. Bye, we can recommend it

Relatively full at 10 p.m., trash cans overflowing, staff apparently not familiar with the devices, I ordered an MCsmart menu for 30 minutes until someone could use the device, the first floor was dirty and generally unhygienic

The service is totally pathetic! I wanted to redeem something for my points and the person who served me simply told me it wasn't possible, didn't answer my question and just walked away rudely.

This branch is getting old. Almost nothing has changed since I was last there. Unfortunately, hygiene isn't necessarily a strong point at this late hour. Food is delicious.

Franchisees like this are the reason McDonalds is down.

I can only report positively about this McDonald. I come regularly in the evening after work (around 11 p.m.) and I have always received friendly and quick service. The food was fresh and good. I find the boss who was there last night particularly friendly. (I think he comes from Iran) he is always at work and if problems arise with guests, he always tries to find a quick solution for the guest's benefit. I still enjoy coming in the evenings and waiting for my train.

Unfortunately, I tend to get a very homophobic feeling. A pity

⚠️NEVER ORDER OR EAT THERE ⚠️ LAZY, SLOW and INCOMPETENT - I ate my burgers in the restaurant and had to watch as a Lieferando driver was ignored for half an hour until a second one came along and was immediately asked what order he had due to his ethnic background (he didn't speak German) NEVER ORDER FROM MC DONALD HBF MAINZ ‼️‼️‼️ THE ONLY COULD THEY WORK LESS IF THEY WOULD STOP COMPLETELY (AND I WORK WITH MENTALLY DISABLED PEOPLE IN A FACILITY AND EVEN PEOPLE WITH HALF A BRAIN ARE FASTER AND MORE COMPETENT!!) No wonder that 90% of the time the food there arrives late!!

I can't think of a single good review.

I was at McDonald's in Mainz main station at 10:30 p.m. and the service was very nice. Since my battery was empty and there were no power outlets in the entire station building, I asked if they had an outlet. The friendly employee provided me with one (after consulting with the boss, of course), because the sockets are not publicly accessible. This employee was very competent, very friendly and did his best for every customer.

I've had very good experiences here so far. Fries always tasted particularly good here and if you ordered plan nuggets, at least I always got plan nuggets. 👍🙌

Waiting time so long => missed the train!

Zohra is simply the nicest waitress. Despite the fact that the Rappel store was full, she served us well and explained that you can use the app to collect points for free food. She also summarized our order and thanks to her we saved a lot of money with the Sau app.

Catastrophe! You can't expect that from McDonalds, but that was disgusting. Simply raw large onions the burger was wet on the outside. Inedible.

4 Produkte bestellt, davon 1 falsch eingepackt. Essbereich total verdreckt, Fussel im Getränk, keine Kohlensäure im Getränk, Hamburgerbrötchen verbrannt.

Naja Pommes ohne Salz und nicht frisch das Essen hochtragen und aufpassen das nix runter fällt

Sie stellen eigene Regel über die Gutscheine und Apps, geben zbsp keine normalen Nuggets sondern nur die vegetarische oder nehmen keine Coupons. Service sehr langsam und nicht kundenorientiert (schwätzen gerne miteinander auf eigene fremde Sprache anstatt zügig zu bedienen). Ambiente passt zum Standort. Essen ist oft qualitativ nicht Standardgemäß. Ich empfehle diesen Shop nicht

Halt McDonald's! Frühstück sehr lieblos serviert,kenne es in anderen Filialen sauberer und ansprechender. Keine Toiletten in der Filiale.Man sollte die Bahnhofstoilette benutzen. Wo soll ich vor und nach dem Speisen meine Hände reinigen?

Das Essen erfüllt den Standard. Selten einen so ungepflegten Standort dieser Kette gesehen. Auch vom Personal wurde man eher als unerwünscht/lästig angesehen.

Für ein Bahnhofsrestaurant wo es die Leute eilig haben sind die Kollegen hier echt entspannt. Mit großem Andrang kommt dann lange Wartezeit. Essen ist solide und oben sitzt man schön ruhig. Ein Kunden-WC würde ich aber hier unbedingt erwarten!!!

Kassenleute ohne Fantasie, der Schichtfürer keine Reaktion. Ist den Menschen, die in diesem Restaurant arbeiten klar, dass sie auf einem Bahnhof sind? Hier soll Bezirksleiter intervenieren. Meine Meinung nach ist es nicht die Crew schuldig, sondern schlechte Einarbeitung und mangelhafte Organisation. Immerhin mein Essen war jedes Mal frisch und lecker.

Echt einer der schlechtesten McDonald's überhaupt. Keine Toiletten! obwohl zweistöckig Großes Minus (gibt im Bahnhof nur die bei denen man zahlen muss und nie Papier da ist), keine Steckdosen, was auch totaler Mist ist, Bestellungen sind häufig falsch oder es fehlt die Hälfte weil das Personal nicht richtig deutsch versteht und es gibt keine Bestell-Terminals, also muss man vorne bestellen. Die Tische oben sind immer dreckig und könnten häufiger kontrolliert werden, McDonalds Punkte in der App kann man auch NICHT sammeln. Was soll das??! Also schön ist es hier nicht. Einziger Pluspunkt, der Chef ist sehr nett und die Mitarbeiter auch.

Essen gut,auf die schnelle, zwischen durch. Service gut. Ambiente ganz gut. Besser wäre mehr Plätze zum sitzen,statt Holzbänke.

Wie jede Woche: Tische dreckig, und unfreundliches Personal. Man hat das Gefühl, dass das Personal unter Einnahme von Schlaftabletten steht. Heute draußen gegessen und die Tische und Sitzbänke voller Taubenkot. Man sieht, selbst nach längerem Aufenthalt, dass keine/r vom Personal zum Saubermachen nach draußen kommt.

Leider hat es sehr lange gedauert obwohl nicht viel los war. Die Dame konnte leider mit der App nicht zurecht ich musste etwas ohne Coupon bestellen

Ein McDonalds im Bahnhof von Mainz. Ambiente war bei mir hier im 1. Stock bisher super und sauber. Allerdings bin ich nie zu Stoßzeiten da gewesen. Ideal um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken. Frühstück 🥣 gibt es ebenfalls hier. 1 Punkt Abzug weil die SB Terminals hier nicht verfügbar sind. Der 2. Punkt da man stellenweise wirklich lange warten muss.

Der Service läuft dort nicht wirklich rund. Sollte man bei den Preisen allerdings erwarten. Die Mitarbeiter sind teilweise recht langsam, was zu langen Wartezeiten führt. Die Sauberkeit lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Erst auf Nachfrage wurden die Tische im oberen Bereich, die allesamt dreckig waren, abgewischt.

Gibt bessere McDonalds besonderes weil man nicht immer die Coupons benutzen kann und einmal gab es keine Burger 😐

Leider sehr oft lange Wartezeiten, was in einem Bahnhof nicht unbedingt sein sollte und bei Bestellungen, gerade zum Mitnehmen wird oft mal was vergessen. Ambiente auch nicht besonders toll, da oft dreckig und ich hatte es jetzt schon oft, dass nicht gerade tolles Clientel (noch harmlos ausgedrückt) in den oberen Bereich kommt und die Leute dort belästigt... Hier sollte seitens der Geschäftsleitung dringendst etwas unternommen werden! Von daher esse ich dort nicht sehr oft.

Sehr nette Personal...meine Big Tasty Bacon war frisch und lecker .. Sauberkeit OK ... Wartezeit OK ... weitere so.... Danke

Nach 15 treuen Jahren kehre ich dieser Filiale den Rücken zu. Hier werde ich kein einziges Menü mehr bestellen, nicht mal was für einen Euro. Der Parkplatz ist eine reine Abzocke. Man sitzt drin, unterhält sich und isst gemütlich, holt sich ein paar Sachen sogar nach und als Dankeschön bekommt man einen 35€ Strafzettel? Was für eine dreiste Kundenabzocke ist das denn?? Den Hals nicht voll kriegen und den total schlecht beschilderten Parkplatz an eine dubiose Firma vermieten und bei jedem Strafzettel sahnt Mc Donalds nochmal Geld von seinen Kunden ab. Eine Bodenlose Frechheit, so einen Drecksladen werde ich nicht mehr unterstützen. Ich wünsche jeder Filiale die solch ein asoziales Spiel mit ihren Kunden spielt den baldigen Umsatzzusammenbruch! Eine Strafe zu verhängen für Leute die nicht Gast sind wäre ja OK, aber Strafen für die eigenen Kunden????? Ich wünsche einen baldigen Bankrott.

Mitarbeitern sind so unprofessionnal und so langsam. Ich denke persönnlich die sind noch Azubi. Nicht organisert, alles durcheinandern. Vor mir steht ein Couple, ich habe 10mins gewartet immer noch nicht. Ich musste danach mein Zug nehmen. Jetzt ist schon mehreres mal passiert. So schlecht. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen

Conseguí el desayuno aquí, y el sándwich de huevo, tomate y queso que faltaba en gran medida al huevo. Estaba allí, pero menos que el valor de un huevo completo. Hay muchos lugares mejores para desayunar en la estación de tren de Mainz - omita McD's.

Eigentlich könnte hier alles gut sein. Das Essen ist wie üblich, McDonald's eben, in meinem Fall war es immer frisch und heiß, und wenn's einem schmeckt was will man mehr... Es gibt hier auch ein McCafé. Die Bedienung war sehr nett, wenn auch sie nicht wirklich verstand was ich ihr sagte. Nun kommen die weniger guten Dinge: Es gibt anscheinend keine Toiletten, was gar nicht cool ist. Und oben ist die Möbel teilweise bereits in einem desolaten Zustand. Naja... wenn ich auf dem Zug warte und was kleines essen will, dafür ist es gut genug.
