Slow service, no terminal. The staff doesn't wear gloves, touching the money and then immediately placing fries in the machine, touching the fries with their fingers.

First, they said I couldn't order until 10:30 and would have to wait, and then they said the cash register was broken. Instead of saying that right away.

A large restaurant from this chain without ordering terminals - which is rare these days because the train station is very busy, so it's probably not that clean.

Food is just ok. Bathroom is not available even for the customers. First time ran into at MC in Europe. Large sign in Germany I thought is for customers and staff only. But triggered alarm if you try to get in. Where is local lawyers

McDonald's restaurant at Mainz Central Station, in the station building itself. Two-story. On a weekend there were many free seats. The service is slow, the cashiers are not very friendly. There are no screens for self-ordering and this is a big minus (especially considering the number of foreigners at the station who do not know German for face-to-face ordering). The food is delicious, as in most establishments of the chain.

The food was as usual, a bit burnt, or rather, had been in the fryer for too long. The burgers were already cold. The service was also better, but unfortunately, there was no online ordering, meaning you couldn't place your order using the McDonald's app and then show your ID number to pay and receive it. The atmosphere was too bad; the floor wasn't mopped, and the tables weren't cleaned (tables were in the way...). To me, it looked like a public restroom or a school restroom. There were also two floors and an outside area with plenty of seats, but it wasn't cleaned. The restaurant wasn't like a normal one; there was no counter or table service. Without a counter, you can't link your McDonald's app to collect points. The cleanliness is understandable given that it's located near a main train station. A lot of things need to be improved! (Table service, door...) It's better to go there if you're still a little hungry before the train.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The worst part was that everything was dirty. (Floor, seats, tables) Many people were sleeping there and were asked to go outside. The elevator is broken. This place needs to be cleaned up and repaired.

Very unfriendly employee at the checkout today! I was here on July 19th around 3:00 PM, and the cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful. No hello, no eye contact, an annoyed tone, as if my order bothered him. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in customer service. I don't come here to be insulted. It would be nice if management would intervene and train the staff accordingly.

I'll never go here again. Absolutely terrible service. No restrooms! The food was delivered incorrectly, half of it was missing. The McDonald's app doesn't work. The employee decided what went into my meal. I'm totally dissatisfied and disappointed!!! Mistakes can happen, but this is unacceptable.

I can't recommend this place. Why aren't there any ordering kiosks here? The ordering process took 20 minutes, and there were only two people in front of us. The two employees at the cash register seemed overwhelmed. In the end, the burger was inedible, and the bun was hard.

The cheeseburgers always sit too long, already hard on the outside. No restrooms. The dining area isn't very clean.

I really can't think of a worse McDonald's. No terminals for ordering, when there is a rush it is extremely chaotic. No display board showing which number is available for collection. Coupons can rarely be redeemed.

They don't even have straws anymore, so if you order one you have to suck it out somehow without a straw. I just gave it back because something like that is really more than anti-social! Never again. Preferably 0 stars

The service at this branch was extremely disappointing. The middle-aged employee who served me seemed completely impatient, rude and unfriendly. Even though I specifically ordered "takeout," my food - four or five items - was placed on the counter without comment, without giving me a tote bag. When I said a friendly “Hello” to her, she pointedly ignored me and turned her back on me. It wasn't until about a minute later that she responded. When I asked for a bag, she was visibly annoyed, put it on the counter without comment and walked away without helping me pack it. My thanks went unanswered and there was no farewell greeting either. I understand that working in a fast food restaurant can be stressful - but that's not the customer's problem. I was polite, friendly and respectful. Yet I was treated completely disrespectfully and unequally. Such indifferent behavior is unacceptable for a company like McDonald’s. I very much regret not taking down the employee's name to make an official complaint to headquarters.

I swear to you people, no matter what you order it will never arrive right, every time I have a chicken burger without sauce delivered it always comes with sauce. You order mayo, pay money for it and it never comes. You get Big Mac, Big Tasty comes. People trust me, I don't know what the branch manager does, probably nothing, but such small mistakes are now unforgivable. Hopefully a branch manager will come along who will do everything right and say either you read through what the customer wants or you are simply terminated. How can you not take action? Please change the branch manager, the employees can do this under his hands. Thanks

I was at McDonald's today and I have never been welcomed and served so warmly after a hard day at McDonald's. Mr. Habibi was really a dream. I hope every customer can be served by him ☺️

Unfreundliche Antwort: „Was haben Sie denn eigentlich bestellt?“ Nochmals 5 Min gewartet, dann kamen die Burger! Info! Der Laden war nicht gut besucht! 6 employees in the store, 3 customers - nothing happened, the employees talked and ignored the customers.

Excellent service and delicious food! I would like to give a big shout out to the shift manager, Zohra, who ensured everything ran smoothly during my visit to McDonald's. Despite the high number of people, the team was well organized and you could immediately tell that someone with a lot of experience and commitment was taking over the management. I was particularly impressed by her friendly and professional manner. She always had a smile on her face, helped her team where needed and ensured that every customer received quick and satisfied service. And the food? Simply perfect! The fries were hot and crispy, the burgers were fresh and warm – everything tasted great. This is what you want every time you visit! Thank you for the great service – I’ll be happy to come back!

It was a very bad experience. The manager started swearing at me in Arabic even though I said I was just standing there waiting for my wife. He was bald and said the lift wasn't for you because you weren't a customer. Our bill at McDonald’s was €35.

I had the impression that the employees were making fun of the customers. They deliberately give out change very slowly and talk to each other while people wait. I tried to buy some food 3 times and failed because it was 20 minutes between trains. Once I was lucky enough to buy something (I said that I was in a hurry to get on the train), but the clerk deliberately stalled me and ended up giving me 4 euros less change and didn't give me a receipt, I ran to the Train and didn't look immediately. It seems like they are made for just that.

Where should I start! The service was horrible. I wouldn't normally complain about unfriendly employees, but when the management goes from table to table and almost forces the customers (not just me) to give a 5 star rating, I can't allow myself to go home without complaining. In addition to the poor service, the necessary equipment is also missing, such as order boards, WiFi or EVEN TOILETS. The whole design and lighting also leave something to be desired as it makes me feel more sad than relaxed while eating. By the way, there were no wheelchair entrances or children's entertainment. Funnily enough, the burgers looked significantly better than some places in the city, although my experience was usually different. Normally the burgers at train stations don't look so tasty, today the BigMac in particular had a very nice topping and tasted very good and didn't look mushy. The branch was mostly clean, a little something here and there but not worth mentioning. However, the waitresses seemed to have absolutely no interest in their job and were a bit annoyed. You don't have to leave it out to the customer.

Food very tasty like any other branch. Unfortunately, the employees aren't that polite and some of them don't understand what they're saying. Inside it looks very nice but unfortunately it is often very crowded and there are no seats.

Not recommended either during the day or in the evening and it's best not to go at all. The customers there were impossible and the shift managers and employees were a complete disaster. As a German you are treated like dirt as a customer, it is best to order with a dictionary in Arabic, Turkish and Syrian. When the compatriots come, extra effort is made. The forecourt is dirty, the tables are dirty, the toilets are impossible during the day and in the evenings and at night customers are still prevented from going to the toilet.

I was yesterday in this place. It was terrible, stuff speaks very bad english and german. I asked a weiter for a bill in German, but he ignored me, then asked for a bill in english, he also didn’t understand me. In the end I typed the word in my smartphone and showed it another waiter and he understood and got me a bill. In my bill was 10,70 € and 1,70€ tips. I gave the waiter 50€. He returned 34,30€ to me. It looks like I was deceived, but I didn't find out, because there's no point when people don't understand you. The food was also bad. I don’t recommend this place, although I‘ve visited Macdonald’s in other countries, and didn’t have any problems.

If only I had read the bad reviews here earlier... I waited almost half an hour (in a fast food restaurant...) for an iced coffee, which then came without cream (the money wasn't refunded because someone had to activate the cash register and they didn't at the moment there...) and was already lukewarm.
