The Mac's have been around in Hechtsheim for a long time, but the condition 3 days ago was OMG, just disgusting, the floor and tables are sticky. You don't want to touch the front door at all. The clearing station may have been cleaned a year ago and much more. You don't even want to know what the "kitchen" looks like, I don't eat there anymore.

Rarely seen such a disgusting branch. Every table was empty and every table was dirty. Employees didn't seem to care. Food drop off was full. We don't know how long it has been. Everything outside was full of rubbish on the ground. Food was good. But difficult to enjoy in the dirt. I have no idea what's going wrong here... Maybe it was football and they were overrun.

Clean McDonald's, friendly staff and very fast food. Sufficient free parking spaces in front of the house.

I stood at the drive-in counter for almost 5 minutes without anyone answering. A queue had now formed. I then went to the branch to point this out. The employees just understood my comment and sent a colleague to the DriveIn counter. I didn't receive an apology or any small compensation. That's a shame and would certainly have prevented me from writing such a bad review. This branch used to be better. (I then ate something inside. And the drink came wrong. Unfortunately I will avoid the branch in the future)

So it's late, but this McDonald's is really disgusting. Toilets were dirty and disgusting, every tanlett cart was full and the food tasted like it was from hours ago and was very bad even by McDonald's standards. Not to mention that the order from 3 citizens and an empty restaurant took more than 15 minutes.

Very dirty that evening floor as well as tables

Unfortunately, when I look at all the complaints here, it explains a lot. Incompetent employees and all that :) But you should really notice that half of the burger is missing before you pack it up!

Naughty employee at the counter: In the evening I wanted to eat something and unfortunately I chose this McDonald's. The monitor at the car counter with the order overview was broken. They mumble in broken German, which is barely understandable, and you can count yourself lucky if the order is taken correctly. Among other things, I ordered a Royal Cheese/Cheese. Shortly after paying, when I had the receipt in my hand, I noticed that a Royal TS had been booked, which on the one hand costs more and on the other hand I cannot eat due to allergies. So I kindly tell the employee that there must have been a mistake and that I would like some Royal cheese. He first pushed the window in front of my face in annoyance, only to be even more annoyed half a minute later and assure me that I had supposedly ordered a TS. I declined again and after endless back and forth as to whether I would have said TS or cheese, the order was reluctantly changed. My question about the difference was evaded with a "Drive up, but you really ordered a TS." When I arrived at the second counter, the order was handed over to me correctly, but the difference was missing. The employee there only spoke English and when I explained the situation to him in English, he called the first employee who, after a few more cheeky comments like that I couldn't order correctly, gave me the difference. Shortly afterwards I realized that I wasn't given enough, but by then I was fed up. Customer service looks different. And even if I had accidentally said TS (and I NEVER order TS because of my allergy), they could have told me in a friendly manner and avoided this mushy reaction. Never again McD Hechtsheim!

Very long waiting times to drive

My husband came there to buy a vegetarian menu for me. He bought Mcplant hamburgers and Mcplant nuggets, but the boxes said Mcplant but there was meat in them and the nuggets weren't Mcplants either. I don't understand how such a mistake could have happened. I will never go to McDonald's again.

Carelessly put together burgers and substandard service. In addition, the cleanliness of the interior and toilets is unreasonable. The toilet door handles are broken and after I reported this to an employee I was only answered sarcastically with a broad grin: "I'll pass it on to the responsible colleague."

Dirty. I'm sitting here right now and I feel like I'm stuck everywhere. Clearly a case for compliance controlling. Does it have to be so gross? There should actually be 0 stars for service and ambience

Drive in on Friday evening was a complete disaster, disorganized and endless waiting times.

I had to wait 20 minutes and then my big Mac sauce was forgotten and there was no cheese on my royal ts cheese so it doesn't work at all

Order on the drive, then pay at the 1st counter and drive up to the 2nd counter for collection as usual. Here the window remained closed for about 7-8 minutes. There was nothing going on in the afternoon, there was only one other car behind me (I don't know what the restaurant looked like). Later, the only lukewarm DoubleChiliCheese Burger was handed out without saying a word. When I asked whether the customer could be informed in advance that it would take a little longer, the service person simply snapped, "I have other things to do!" through the window. I don't want to report any more. This restaurant used to be better. Fortunately, there are also others in Mainz...

I've been waiting for my food for 30 minutes even though there's nothing going on. Unfortunately, it's doubtful whether I'll get the food by tomorrow. I'll give an update as soon as my food arrives, keep your fingers crossed for me. Greetings

Customers are simply ignored, never again.

Ordered there 3 times, something was missing in every damn order! This time it was a burger and instead of normal nuggets, the plant based nuggets! When I called there they hung up on us and no one answered for 30 minutes! When the unfriendly lady finally answered the phone again, all she said was that they couldn't help me and that they didn't have a driver. Dirty place.

Want to take a quick break on the way back from a motorcycle tour. Waited about 30 minutes for 2 muffins and 12 pancakes with about 14 other customers.

I ordered a Happy Meal, took it home, and it turns out I didn't get a toy or a salad. I'm very upset because I don't have time to go back and complain.

Half of the ordering kiosks were forced to close because they ran out of paper for receipts, overflowing bins, dirty toilets and a lack of staff to serve lunch customers. This McDonald's is conveniently located right off the highway, but I'm going to drive a little further down the road simply because this place needs better management and more staff to take care of it. The employees are doing their best and it looked like they were busy and diligent at work... but no one was there to take care of the problems.

Absolute disaster Ordered milkshake to take away. There were no more straws. Only half of the money was returned. Employees completely overwhelmed even though there were only a few guests present. Men's room was so disgusting. The floor was so sticky that it almost took my shoes off. The soap was empty. The other soap dispenser is defective. Overall, this branch made a very unkempt and dirty impression. Everything was greasy, the monitors were greasy 🫣, the work surface was dirty, etc. Nobody can get me into this branch anymore. The company should take a look at this. I don't think this horrible branch is worthy of McDonald's. It would be really sad. The headquarters should probably pay a visit and ensure order. Just disgusting. Am very disappointed. I don't know anything like that from McDonald's.

By far one of the most disgusting stores in this chain. I was able to return my milkshake because there were no straws available. The change given by the branch manager was also incorrect. Apparently the staff was massively overwhelmed, even though there were only 5 people in the entire store at lunchtime, including me.

Attention Mc'Ratten fast food shop. There are rats in there and nobody does anything, And this student can't do anything either

I just want to eat my 9 mcplant nuggets😔 I was there 4 times. Once I only got 6 McPlant nuggets instead of 9, the second time I got real chicken nuggets instead, and the third time I got a McPlant burger. I'm disappointed😔

Food and ambience - just MD. Service was impeccable. We'll come again.

My closest McDonald's and therefore the most frequented. Standard menu but unfortunately often dry, cold goods.

Waited 35 minutes. Restaurant was moderately busy. But the staff was very nice.

Service leaves a lot to be desired as the necessary attention is lacking. Once again they forgot to pack the burgers in the order. If you order Sprite it shouldn't be cola either. If the cheeseburger you ordered has just been sold out and it is said that it will be brought to the table, it should be that way and not only after another request. May 28, 2024 Ordered and paid for in Mc Drive. Arrived home and discovered that once again the order was not complete. The service is now underground and the staff is not able to put the order together without something missing!!!

We didn't have to wait long but when the food arrived, most of it wasn't there and all the bread was stuck to the packaging and the fries were already old and hard.

McDonalds needs to learn something about the difference between rolls and puff pastry. As far as I know, the name “Franzbrötchen” is protected by copyright. At least the breakfast used to be much better.

We ordered several burgers, fries and ice cream to take away. Putting it together and packing it up took so long that the McFlurry was runny and the burgers were cold. After a short complaint we received warm burgers and free fries, which was very nice.

I won't go there again, as a guest I felt very uncomfortable there. An employee was made such a mess of by the superior without taking any consideration that guests were present, it was just bottom drawer.

Waiting times, even though there were only 2 people in the restaurant, were over 25 minutes for breakfast. The ordering terminals were totally screwed up. This was a one-off visit. Eating with pleasure was not possible here. The overall impression was bad!

Coffee was good, lunch was also spent there but unfortunately I had a stressful customer there, I felt sorry for the employee.

For 2 ice creams you stand there and wait for half an hour. In McDrive no one answers the counter for 10 minutes (5 cars behind us). If you then just drive up, you will sometimes be noticed. Finally, you will be told to get in line again (we had already paid and ordered online). Wasted time.. 30 minutes for 2 ice creams... You used to be better. A pity

First I had to wait half an hour for the food to arrive. And then you get something completely burnt with black dots that looks like it was pulled out from under the oven. That was the last time we were there. The employees were totally overwhelmed. There were always other people there returning their orders. Just pure chaos.

Unfortunately there was often the wrong food in the bag, MC Grispy paid and the one with the coleslaw was in it... disgusting if you hate coleslaw..... The little schoolchildren at the ticket counter can't read...who's surprised with so many free periods and days off school...nothing comes of it. It was right on the receipt, the one with bacon So bacon 🥓🥓🥓 Maybe she's vegan and works at MCDONALD'S 😂😂🥓🥓🥓

A dirty employee poured 0.5 liters of cola over my friend's lap.

The Mc Smart costs €5.99 everywhere, but not here, because they charge you €6.49 with reference to the “recommended retail price”. I don't care about 50 cents, but never here again.

04/30/24 5:30 p.m A disaster!!! 3 menus had 2 products missing and one was wrong. It was incredibly dirty. The garbage was piled up and the floor was so sticky that you couldn't stand still. A customer pointed out the dirty floor and garbage and only got a shrug from the employee.

Probably the friendliest employees I've ever met in a fast food chain. The food was mostly fresh, only the McCrispy was very crispy and dry... It has probably already spent several times in the UHC. The lobby was clean except for a few small things, but it should be mentioned positively that an employee was already cleaning here

Food was good and so was the ambience. Unfortunately, the employee's behavior was so bad that it still only got one point overall...I know that it's a fast food restaurant and friendliness isn't a priority, but unfortunately the behavior was pretty bad

Very unfriendly staff who are not willing to deal with problems with the order. Rarely experienced such poor customer service. Very unfortunate.

The only McDonald's in Mainz that manages to put orders together correctly. Mostly quick and friendly service. The only thing that could be worked on is the cleanliness of the tables.

WATCH OUT IF YOU STAY TOO LONG: YOU MIGHT GET A 40 € TICKET!!!! Just wanted to share a coffee with friends, and feed our hungry kids "quickly" (as an utmost exception, as everyone knows their food is just junk). I received the best lesson in my life to never come back. We kept drinking coffee and ordering stuff while our kids played. However, the owner of this franchise has outsourced the parking facilities to a company called Parkdepot, who warn that after 90 minutes you will be sent a ticket. You might think, this is not valid if you are still consuming? Guess again. They sent me a ticket for 40€. I have the tickets still, that during the time we were ordering food and drinks, so using rightfully their park space. But since the franchiser of this McDonalds outsourced this service, they actually don´t care. Thanks dear franchiser, you have convinced me to never come back.

We really don't eat here often because it's so unhealthy, but when the kids are really happy we make an exception. Then I regret it even more because of the unsanitary conditions. No matter where you look…everything is dirty and sticky.

It's a McDonald's. Service is okay. I've experienced worse McDonald's and I'm mostly satisfied.

18 minute wait at Mc Drive? For 3 cheeseburgers? At low utilization? So much for fast food!! The store was 1/3 full, 3 customers at the checkout. I've waited there several times, no problem, but 18 minutes... if you're in a hurry and just want to get to Mägges "quickly"? No way!

The worst drive in a long time!!! Grab something quick before the cinema... From order to delivery 28 minutes!!!! For 2 standard menus.....and that was still lukewarm.... If I hadn't had any movie tickets and more time..... That's a disgrace! It can't get any slower!! The service is underground... And this McDonald's used to be great!! No more Hechtsheim!!!

Update 2024 finde den Fehler im Bild. Schade, klappt nicht mit dem Bild. 2 Cheeseburger ohne Cheese 🥳🎉 Zudem haben wieder Pommes gefehlt. Danke für nichts. Katastrophen Laden, mit unfähigen Mitarbeitern! Katastrophe. Bei 3 Menüs 5 Fehler passiert. Einsicht gleich 0. dem Kunden ist es egal welcher Mitarbeiter die Fehler gemacht hat, Fakt ist dass es passiert ist und sich niemand dafür entschuldigt hat. Resultat 4 Euro bekommen und die Rechnung habe ich auch nicht, trotz Aufforderung zurück bekommen. Unfassbar dass Kunden dort „belächelt“ werden. NIE WIEDER!!!

Was soll ich schreiben? McDonalds eben. Die Pommes waren heiß, die Burger warm und die Bedienung echt freundlich (man hat ihr angesehen, dass ihr die Arbeit Spaß macht).

Total unsauber. Toiletten und Tische usw. Schmutzig. Leute lungern da rum die nichts essen aber krach machen. Personal juckt es nicht. Service dauert auch alles sehr lange dort .Noch nie so lange auf essen gewartet obwohl nicht viel los war .

Leider wurde bei einer meiner Bestellungen ein Burger vergessen. Der Betreiber reagierte sofort auf meine Nachricht, entschuldigte sich und bot mir ein Menü zur Wiedergutmachung an. Das ist Kundenservice, wie er sein sollte. Herzlichen Dank für den professionellen und sehr freundlichen Umgang!

Mc Donald‘s halt. die Drive In Schlangen sind echt brutal lang. Mitarbeiter sind eig. Immer freundlich. Es ist sehr oft sehr laut. Vorallem wenn die jungen Leute hier in Gruppen einfallen. Tische könnten mal öfter abgewischt werden das wäre schön.

An der Sauberkeit könnte man etwas arbeiten, die Tische teilweise verklebt

Das Personal Schienen von vielen einfachen Dingen überfordert und die Toiletten waren trotz stündlicher Unterschrift auf der Tafel in einem ekligen Zustand mit üblem Geruch. Die wartezeit für 7 Happy meal zum Geburtstag war 40 Minuten. Das geht deutlich besser...

Essen war wiederholt kalt bis lauwarm. Beschwerden werden mit Achselzucken abgewimmelt.

Hier geht es oft drunter und drüber. Selten einen MC Donalds so voll gesehen wie den hier. Eigentlich ist der Außenbereich gemütlich da es eine Rutsche für Kinder gibt, aber wenn es so voll ist macht es keinen Spaß. Ewiges warten an den Bestellautomaten, das Personal ist gestresst und hat selten Zeit einem eine Frage zu beantworten oder gar zu helfen. MC drive ist auch oft lange Warteschlange

Personal konnte kein richtiges Deutsch. Daher hatte ich dann doch lieber am Terminal meine Bestellung aufgegeben.

Tak nieprofesjonalnej obsługi jeszcze nie widziałem!!! Zamówiłem na wynos burgera, frytki, sałatkę i colę, po 15 minutach czekania zdążyłem napatrzyć się jak załoga mająca na wyświetlaczu tylko siedem zamówień, nie mogła sobie z nimi poradzić, problemem było nawet wydanie gotowego posiłku klientowi bo jeden pracownik zapomniał nakleić numerku a inny pracownik już usunął zamówienie i nikt nie wiedział w końcu co dla kogo. W końcu przyszedł czas i na mnie, wyświetla się mój numerek i pracownik daje mi na tacy jedzenie. Mówię że zamawiałem na wynos a on na to że nie możliwe ale może spakować, zabrał spakował. Kiedy w domu zabrałem się za jedzenie okazało się że zapomniał spakować frytek które na tacy były podane. PORAŻKA!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing too fancy, lots of kids and teens there. Neighborhood is not the greatest but also nit the worst. It has free wifi and let's you order from a touch screen counter.

Ist schon ein umgebautes Restaurant mit SB Bestellschalter. Ich persönlich finde, das die Wartezeit mit der Nummernzuordnung nun länger dauert, als man seine Sachen direkt bei der Bestellung bekam. Hängt natürlich auch davon ab, wie voll es gerade ist. Finde die Filiale auch nicht so gemütlich.

Jedzenie wydawało się dobre. Dobry mc Royal. Niestety jedząc frytki zobaczyłam czarnego włosa, będąc blondynka 😉 Toalety zostawiają również trochę do życzenia.

Das Essen schmeckte wie gewohnt - McD halt. Alles war frisch zubereitet und rasch fertig (etwa solange wie es dauerte die Toilette zu nutzen - hier war übrigens alles sauber). Bestellt wurde an einem Terminal, da sind leider keine "Sonderwünsche" möglich...daher ein kleiner Abzug beim Service ;)

Es ist an sich alles ok. Nur gibt es bei Gläseraktionen nie genug Gläser und die Coupons klappen machmal nicht. Spricht man die Mitarbeiter darauf an .... wird leider nicht wirklich weitergeholfen. Das Standartessen ist echt i.o. .

Das Restaurant zum Niederlassen ist eher klein, aber das finde ich angenehm, es ist nicht so laut, falls es mal voll ist. Das Essen war bisher immer verdammt warm, praktisch erst zubereitet durch meine Bestellung. Und obwohl ich gesagt habe, ich hole es am Abholpunkt ab, wurde es mir prompt an den Tisch gebracht. Toller Service, alles sehr sauber. Für mich das beste McD in Mainz.

Wenn man zu MCD geht, erwartet man rasch sein Essen. Leider nicht hier. Hier wirkt alles sehr unorganisiert, vorallem zu Stoßzeiten, da kann man schonmal 15 Minuten auf mcChicken und Nuggets warten. Und das bei fast jedem Besuch. Hier sollte mal die Zentrale vorbeischauen.

Ein gewöhnliches McDonald's in Hechtsheim. War sehr oft hier. War mit dem Essen immer zufrieden. Ab und zu war ich nicht begeistert über den Zustand der Toiletten, aber es war noch im Rahmen. Insgesamt ganz OK.
