Very bad for Burger King. The entire floor was sticky, the food was cold, the fries were rubbery even though they were supposedly fresh. The staff couldn't read the number correctly, and the napkin and straw holders were completely empty. And this despite the fact there were hardly any customers.

The last 3 times I was there there were problems with my order and I had to wait 20 minutes

Worst Burger King ever! We were there for dinner today. The food was okay, but the drinks weren't carbonated, had ice cubes, and were way too warm (regardless of the ice cubes), and the air conditioning was already broken. After politely pointing this out to the staff, we were either ignored or given a tired smile and a shrug, along with the statement that nothing could be done. Not a word of apology or "reparation." Other customers also complained about these problems and were only given a new drink with the same taste. There was also no response to suggestions to issue a warning to customers or possibly charge less. This used to be a great place, but unfortunately, that can no longer be said. I hope someone (quality management) finally takes care of these problems at this Burger King. PS: There are a lot of things wrong with this place.

Today (July 18, 2024) I had a quick bite to eat here with my friend around 6 p.m. We noticed a middle-aged man with Down syndrome enter the restaurant. Aber wenn es schon 3 mal hintereinander passiert und die Kunden vor einem auch die falsche Bestellung bekommen, grenzt dies an Dreistigkeit und Inkompetenz. Eine einfache Bestellung endet bei den Arbeitern im wirren Chaos und zur Krönung wird man selber noch beschuldigt: „Man hätte was anderes gesagt.“ Da ich nicht das Kurzzeitgedächtnis einer Ameise habe, ist diese Unterstellung absolut unangemessen und verleitet mich dazu diesen Schnellmahlzeitenanbieter nicht zu besuchen. Es wäre absolut kein Probelm gewesen, wenn dies eine einmalig- wenn nicht sogar eine Zweimaligkeit gewesen wäre. Leider muss man hier schon von regelmäßigen Versagen der Arbeiter reden. Die patzige Antwort/Reaktion führte zu dem Rest, weswegen ich hier auch meine erste und einzige Rezension auf Google verfasse.
