Good BK. Fresh burgers and crispy fries!

Ordered and paid for twice the meat at the drive-thru, just got it. Of course I only noticed it when I got home. Employees therefore brazen or incompetent.

I was at Burger King in Mainz and Mühlheim Kärlich, I really liked it, there was a very nice atmosphere and nice staff. Thanks to the whole team from Burger King in Mühlheim Kärlich and from Mainz, the shift manager is also very nice and friendly.

Unfortunately I ordered something wrong at the terminal and couldn't cancel it at the counter. The employees said they weren't allowed to do that from BK. The whole thing was also only lukewarm.

Food was good and prepared quickly, staff were friendly

Standard Burger King. Always very neat and clean there. Once again a pleasure. The BicMac is the best!

What can I say? Burger King. But I'd rather eat there than at McDonald's. I like to use the coupons because they offer good value for money At peak times, extremely long waiting times. The competition is faster there. I recommend eating it in a restaurant. When taking away. The quality suffers, especially with the fries (see photo).

Very bad service. Employees touch all the ingredients that make up the burger with their hands without gloves (bread, schnitzel, pickles, etc.). It is not known when you last washed your hands, or perhaps you did not wash them at all. Be careful because... it's very easy to get an infection. Unfortunately, the employees are completely incompetent... half of the order is either misunderstood due to a lack of language skills or simply made wrong in principle. Absolutely disgusting, I threw away 2/3 of the burgers, but I still have a stomach ache. This wasn't Chrispy Chicken but mushy chicken. The health department should do its job here.

Simply delicious and really hot

This was the second time that part of the order wasn't packed... Both times there wasn't much going on. Last time the child forgot the drink, dessert and toys, today a burger and a side dish. Annoying because it was only discovered that it was missing at home, but when we did a rough visual inspection on site it looked appropriate.

Flat shoe sole nuggets - once I went back because my long chicken was flat and dry like a shoe sole. Today (July 18, 2024) I had a quick bite to eat here with my friend around 6 p.m. We noticed a middle-aged man with Down syndrome enter the restaurant. He first looked at the menus etc. and then politely asked if he could order at the cash register (he clearly needed help). The employee then replied “You can only order from the machine” and turned him away. The customer then stood in front of the machines and stared at them for more than 10 minutes. I felt so sorry for him that I approached him as a customer and helped him. The saddest part is that he just couldn't handle the screen and just wanted to order some wings... I was happy to do it and he was so happy about it. But the point is that the employee turned away a disabled, helpless man and totally failed in her job of customer service! I've never seen anything so inhumane and I'm very disappointed about it. She was in her early 20s and blonde, maybe the right person is reading this….

I am very disappointed with Burger King. We ordered takeout and there was foil in my burger. Of course, we didn't feel like eating the rest afterward and threw everything away. Salt and pepper were limited to just salt. The water we ordered from the bottle turned out to be Cola from the cup. The chicken burger was dark-black-brown and soggy throughout. Despite the marking, the Big King XXL was missing the extra bacon we ordered. An extra portion of oozing sauce was added for this purpose. The portion of fries was hefty and the chili cheese nuggets were not only pretty expensive, but also pretty cold. Directly at the food counter is the overflowing garbage station with toppings. The napkin dispenser seemed deserted like the rest of the stuff. The floor does the same as the walls. In any case, everything is dirty with dust, dirt and firmly embedded things. Basically new and old dirt. Almost entirely a long-term concept. If it were nostalgic, I would have at least seen the flickering of the blocks as positive, but everything seems run down and cheap. In any case, one difference remains: In the Koben there is no spatially separated place for... I could imagine: an animal shelter would have already been closed by the veterinary office under these conditions; At the Human Health Department it may take longer.

The lady who took my order seemed a bit listless. The greeting and service were not particularly enthusiastic. You just felt “disturbing”. I like the McDonald's in Mainz Bretzenheim better because the service there is definitely more pleasant and better. I was still satisfied and gave it 5 stars. My vegetarian burgers were freshly prepared and tasted delicious. The fries were perfectly okay and the staff was nice. Unfortunately, as is often the case, some products were not in stock. We were there on a Sunday afternoon. My first visit for 2024. Unfortunately, my previous visit was in 2022.

Misskommunikationen am Drive-In Schalter können immer passieren. Keine Frage! Aber wenn es schon 3 mal hintereinander passiert und die Kunden vor einem auch die falsche Bestellung bekommen, grenzt dies an Dreistigkeit und Inkompetenz. Eine einfache Bestellung endet bei den Arbeitern im wirren Chaos und zur Krönung wird man selber noch beschuldigt: „Man hätte was anderes gesagt.“ Da ich nicht das Kurzzeitgedächtnis einer Ameise habe, ist diese Unterstellung absolut unangemessen und verleitet mich dazu diesen Schnellmahlzeitenanbieter nicht zu besuchen. Es wäre absolut kein Probelm gewesen, wenn dies eine einmalig- wenn nicht sogar eine Zweimaligkeit gewesen wäre. Leider muss man hier schon von regelmäßigen Versagen der Arbeiter reden. Die patzige Antwort/Reaktion führte zu dem Rest, weswegen ich hier auch meine erste und einzige Rezension auf Google verfasse. Guten Abend Update: Scheinbar nicht denn beim KFC paar hundert Meter weiter sieht es auch nicht besser aus lol

Kind staff, great food as usual. It is easy to park and have a quick bite before taking highway.

Wir waren am Samstag mit einer großen Gruppe dort...insgesamt dauerte es recht lange bis alle Speisen waren und leider waren unsere Burger und pommes 🍟 max. lauwarm, schade.

Sehr unfreundliches und unmotiviertes Personal!

Heute Mittag (5.11.2023) dort gegessen. Erstmal ewig gewartet, bis man uns beachtet hat, weil beide Damen am, nennen wir es mal sauber machen waren. Essen bestellt. War schnell da, ABER hat ekelhaft geschmeckt, sorry! Nuggets waren weich, ebenso wie die Zwiebelringe und vom Geschmack her schlechter als wir es von anderen Filialen gewohnt sind. Das Personal an dem Tag an der Kasse (eine blonde, kurz vorm einschlafen und eine schwarzhaarige) waren sehr unfreundlich. Ganz allein die Pommes haben euch 2 Sterne geholt.

Bestellung nur über Terminal möglich, wenn man Coupons einlösen will. Tische, Bänke und Boden sehr schmutzig....

Hab wieder mal den Schokomilchchek mir geholt, da wurde mir gesagt das man erst die Maschiene reinigen muss das Er besser nach Schokolade schmeckt. Na ja, wenn Er das tu Jedem Kunden sagt brauch man sich nicht wundern das keiner mehr gerne kommt. Einfach nur peinlich 😳

Etwas in die Jahre gekommener BK, aber soweit alles gut

Die Sauberkeit des Restaurants war bei meinem Besuch verbesserungswürdig. Das Essen wurde jedoch frisch zubereitet und war den Erwartungen entsprechend gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und arbeiten zügig.

Das Essen war bis jetzt immer super, so wie man es sich wünscht...der Service und das einem entgegengebrachte Lächeln ist leider sehr unterschiedlich. Der letzte Besuch war super: freundlich, zuvorkommend - da blicke ich sogar drüber weg dass vergessen wurde uns etwas fehlendes an den Tisch zu bringen - wir habs uns dann abgeholt, kein Problem. Beim vorletzten Besuch war ich drauf und dran meine Bestellung zu stornieren und zur Konkurrenz gegenüber zu gehen (wenn jemand die Kasse nicht nicht alleine kann, dann darf er/sie da nicht alleine stehen, jeder fängt mal an, aber das ist auch für den Mitarbeiter alles andere als angenehm...BK verkauft Fastfood. Wenn alleine die Bestellannahme für 2 Menüs über 5 Minuten dauert, weil alles 3 mal nachgefragt wird - und am Ende doch falsche Dinge in der Tüte landen - dann vergeht einem der Spaß).

Ein Burger King. Wenn man den mag ist man hier zufrieden. Alles gut. Kassenpersonal hat flott und gut gearbeitet.

Essen war gut wie immer bei fast foot ketten Personal an der Kasse währe lieber wo anderst gewesen

Ich werde nicht bezahlt für folgende Bewertungen, aber der Wopper war der beste Hamburger, den ich jemals gegessen habe (und ich habe in den USA gewohnt und gearbeitet). Dieser Wopper sah genauso aus wie in den Werbebilder und hat genauso so frisch und saftig geschmeckt. Ich komme und wohne nicht aus/in Mainz, aber ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

An der Kasse zum bestellen merkte man das sie Dame genervt war, klar kann man das sein aber nicht vor dem Kunden. Wäre es voll gewesen hätte ich es vielleicht verstehen können. Das Essen war heiß das war ein Pluspunkt. Die Toiletten waren so lala aber noch im gelben Bereich. Die Seife konnte ich leider nicht nutzen da mir der Spender, bei versuchter Betätigung mir schon entgegen fiel. Das ist zum Kotzen denn grad da sollte man drauf achtgeben. Ist ein absolutes no go, da kann auch ein Spender vom Lidl hinstellen.

Essen in Ordnung. Service gut. Tische im Außenbereich hätten sauberer sein können.

Guter Kaffee nach der langen Tour

Was ich wirklich gut finde: Alles gibt's als Veggie Variante, und die schmeckt. Außerdem sehr freundlicher Service.

Bedienung freundlich, essen warm und flott im Drive in. Bis 3 Uhr nachts geöffnet. Gegenüber ein McDonald's, der bis 2 Uhr offen hat.

Sauberer Burger King im klassischen Fast Food Ambiente. Die Bedienung erfolgt zügig, auch die Wartezeit auf bestimmte Gerichte ist sehr überschaubar. Leider noch keine Terminals zum direkt Bestellen. Besonders empfehlenswert sind, wie überall bei Burger King, die Plant based Gerichte.

Der Burger King in Mainz ist eine gute Wahl für einen schnellen Burger-Hunger. Das Personal ist freundlich und der Service ist effizient. Die Burger sind lecker und werden sehr oft frisch für den Kunden zubereitet.

Ambiente: Wenig einladend aber relativ sauber. Service: Okay, die Verständigung mit dem Personal war etwas schwierig Essen: Softes Burgerbrötchen, Belag okay Die Städteplaner sollten Umdenken, in den Ballungsgebieten für mehr 'Luft' sorgen und nicht jeden qm bebauen oder pflastern - mal sehen wann diese Denkweise in den Behörden ankommt. Womöglich wird dies noch Generationen in Anspruch nehmen....

Immer freundliches Personal. Frische Produkte z.B. Pommes und Whopper. Sehr gutes Ambiente und gemütliche Einrichtung. Sind gerne bei diesem Burger King und finden die Filiale sehr empfehlenswert. Guter Laden!
