McDonald's in Mainz

I absolutely cannot recommend this branch. Mind you, you wait more than 20 minutes for a burger and a drink at the drive-thru.

A very nice lady at the drive-thru. She was patient, friendly, and service-oriented. She took the time to give me a recommendation on the menu. The food was typical McDonald's. Nevertheless, I'm happy to come back if I receive such polite service here.

Great kebab. Really very tasty. I ate it with a herb sauce. This was really something different that I had never seen before from a kebab.

Nice Mac Donalds clean and nice atmosphere. Nice service. Unfortunately, the prices have risen significantly for a Hamburger Royal with cheese at 6.30, which I think is very expensive. Even though it doesn't seem that expensive on the menu, it's almost no longer affordable.

Unfortunately, my experience at McDonald's was very disappointing. When I was out with my kids, I noticed at home that my order was missing nuggets twice and fries twice, so we only had the burger. I only noticed this after a long wait as we had to wait almost an hour for our food. I called and the lady promised me that I would get the full menu for free if I stopped by. The next day I went to the drive-thru, but the manager there was incredibly rude and aggressive, as if I was lying. He wanted to know who I was talking to and didn't respond to me at all. Instead of a solution I had to leave again without compensation. Such poor service, especially after such a long wait and the promise on the phone, is unacceptable to me. I certainly won't be coming back.

The service is somewhat okay... unfortunately no real table service, you are not asked if everything is OK... my two 4:1 on the ts were also older.. probably at the uhc the time was extended again.. I ordered fries without salt for my one year old son and still got them with salt... employees sit in the lobby and are glued to their cell phones... the fries were freshly taken out of the deep fryer despite everything... cleanliness in the lobby so well... the eyes are directed more towards the guests instead of them dirt that is on the floor... This branch is usually not overcrowded and is located in the commercial area. Service top, cleanliness ok. Mcdrive and parking spaces available

Not as crowded as other McDonolds, very quiet and a good place to eat.

When we ordered at mc drive we had to wait 15 minutes. The drinks were handed out and we should continue driving. When our order was finally brought out, of course something was missing, as always (mc Flury). When I went in to complain about it, I had just gone to the toilet, where unfortunately I immediately lost my appetite. There was a lot of orin on the floor in front of the toilets and it smelled awfully of orin. When I asked where my mc Flury was, I was told that the machine was broken. Since I didn't get any money back but only a soft drink, I also contacted McDonald's customer service in addition to this review. I can confirm the begging for good reviews because I was also offered to mention them by name. Off to Burger King.

These 5 stars are solely for the new trainee Daniel. I often had problems ordering from this Mcs. But today I was pleasantly surprised and so I just have to let it go. Very polite and well organized. 🤙

So unable to completely place an order. Every time you have to check and notice that something is missing. Now I've paid money for nothing and I can't use it. Real juice shop should be closed.

I waited a whopping 13 minutes for the order. Was my lunch break. Compensating for the uncomfortable waiting time had only cost more time. Half of the food was cold. But at least the cold cola was warm.

Were there on Thursday evening, there was no one in front of us and only one at MC Drive... We had to wait almost 10 minutes for 2 meals... We also checked to see if everything was in there, but then realized that I had what I wanted Cheeseburger that I ordered without cucumber and onion, was simply without anything...I only had the bun and the meat...So sorry, but if all hell had broken loose, ok, but I have zero understanding of it ....And the fries were cold....

On January 4th, 2024 I drove to Mc Donalds with my couple and wanted a Mc Flury. All well and good, we got it, got it into the car, left the whole thing untouched and saw that a Mc Flury was only half full and there wasn't enough sauce on it. When I went back in and talked about the whole thing, the woman got cheeky and told me they had instructions on how full the whole thing had to be (in grams), which unfortunately couldn't be because mine was full... I then told her that that was the amount of an MC Sunday and I paid €4.50 for something like that. After several discussions I just left. I think it's a disgrace how they treat customers there if you don't like your job then please change it...-

I'm trying to put it as kindly as possible, but you have to be really careful that the order is complete. When you drive through the drive-thru here, you can make a bet with your passenger beforehand about how much and what is missing from your order. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case, as I and many others have often reported this experience. It's actually a normal McDonald's and if you eat there, strangely enough, the orders are usually complete. People don't have to serve me politely and quickly, they just want what I paid for.

Not recommended, my daughter caught food poisoning on Sunday and had to go to the hospital. People be careful...

After the bad rating, we would like to correct it upwards again. Food hot and fresh again. Restaurant is warm, could be a little warmer but at least you don't feel cold anymore. Please keep it up.

Had breakfast there on our way through. Mega tasty and super freshly prepared. The waitress (Zohra) is also really nice and attentive, so we asked her name. McDrive - unfortunately we didn't pack what was ordered and paid for and what was on the invoice (single CB instead of double). Oct 22, 2024 Bon#364077 It's also annoying that you are always directed to the parking position even though there are no other customers behind you (it's almost as if you don't want anyone to look at you).

Probably the slowest McDonald's I know. Even with McDrive you wait forever.

This location is in need of a remodel. They do have the electronic ordering kiosk but the exterior needs a revamp. The parking lot is also a bit small and not easy to maneuver.

On the McDrive, the actual processing time is falsified compared to the headquarters. Here you are waved straight through to the parking zone and quickly drive past the registration camera. The system completes the ordering process, but you sometimes wait 10 - 15 minutes in the parking zone. This McDrive is hell. Even the paddy on the burgers is sometimes half outside the bun. A lot of money for lousy quality. If possible, go to another McDonald's. There would also be a Burger King nearby. Everything works there.

Was in the store last week, people were standing in line and the employees have nothing better to do than argue (loudly) and the hardest part was that the male employee (tall, slim, foreigner) grabbed the Mc Drive employee by the hair moved away! I would have preferred to call the police. My food, fish mac and nuggets, were also dry and almost cold. Is no longer recommended!!! After over 4 weeks there has still been no response to this review, even though McDonald's Guest Services informed me of this! You know where you stand as a customer and how seriously you are taken!

I had to wait almost 10 minutes for a HappyMeal, a small fries and a Coke, even though only one other customer had ordered before me and I saw 4 employees. At least the food was hot and the order was complete, which was fine. But the hygiene in the toilets was not at all okay. Cobwebs including residents hung in the corners (see Photo). The work surface behind the cash register wasn't clean either; you could see leftover food lying around.

Solid McDonalds, easy to drive to.

I would like to give a big shout out to the employees Zohra and Raghad at McDonald’s. Both were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The service was quick and efficient, and they met my every need with a smile. It was a pleasure to be served by them. Thank you for the excellent service! Hello, I have to say great service. Colleagues Zohra, Raghad and Jan were competent and funny, very talkative and made me feel comfortable. Would love to stop by again.

4 people took care of our food at the same time and yet no one was able to tell the drinks apart. The young lady who brought our food suddenly forgot how to speak, even though she had just spoken loudly to her colleagues in assi slang. There were so many cobwebs hanging next to our table that I wondered when the last time it was cleaned was.

The worst McDonald's I know. Pre-ordered online, then waited 50 minutes in the MC drive, and when you reached the pick-up window you were sent to the waiting area (the store was empty). After a total of 58 minutes, the food you ordered was also wrong and incomplete... I would say minus Give stars if possible

In the drive-in, always send people to the waiting parking space and then let them wait 10 minutes, that has nothing to do with fast food.

Update: There's nothing to complain about at the moment when it comes to the quality of the food. Alt: I guess I've just always been unlucky. Always a cash register open and 4 or 5 people in front of me. I then always went back to the car - quickly through the drive and then took the food back to the restaurant while the queue had shrunk by one person. So if a family with 2 children stands in front of me at the counter + three other people waiting and I see that the family discussion about the order breaks out, then you simply HAVE to open a second cash register. Otherwise the 4th person at the back will easily wait 15 minutes before the “welcome to McD.” Because there are actually people who take the word FAST FOOD literally because they have a short lunch break. Especially craftsmen or similar. Therefore 2 well-deserved stars.

Average! Sometimes everything was good, but there were also cold fries, missing napkins and longer waiting times after ordering at the drive-thru.

You stand in the drive until the person in front of you has received their order, until you can place your own. 5 minutes because there was a car in front of me then another 5 minutes until I could place an order for a cheeseburger and waited over 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Yesterday I wanted it again Try McDonald's. I had coupons and wanted to eat something on the way. Firstly, an employee reluctantly served me at the checkout, she was busy with Mc Drive. I asked her if the coupons were just for the app, she thought for a moment and said yes. Afterwards I found out that this is not the case. Rarely have I been treated as badly by staff as I am now... I am a salesperson (specialist salesperson) myself. So I don't understand why you have to be so unfriendly because they actually want to sell you something. Well, okay, but when the shop is almost empty, you have to wait 15 minutes for food and being asked if you ask is not possible at all.

Relatively clean for Mc,D standards. Even when I was eating I had the feeling that it was fresh. Gladly again.

Everything is terrible. The employee made me coffee and ice cream, then he wiped his hands and mouth in front of me, then he ate my food. There was a booger sticking out of the ice cream. I didn't eat it.

Happy Meal and McMenu ordered without special request. Drink only 60 percent full, wrong dip, forgotten toy. Plus the wannabe at the McDrive who greeted us with a “funny” saying and then was too stupid to deliver the order correctly. Simply the worst MC’s around.

Just don't eat here, little grubby animals run around greedily. Been here today (May 18, 2024). Luckily I saw it before ordering...
