Unfortunately we have to revise our 5 star rating downwards. The heating in the restaurant was cold for days, and the food, whether burgers, fries, curlys, etc., was mostly just cold. It doesn't help that the employees are super friendly. But as regular customers that's too much now. The price-performance system is no longer correct either. Too bad

Had breakfast there on our way through. Mega tasty and super freshly prepared. The waitress (Zohra) is also really nice and attentive, so we asked her name. Another employee held the doors open for me and my husband (wheelchair) without asking - thank you again. It's a shame that this branch is too far away from us... highly recommended!!!! 5 stars

McDrive - unfortunately we didn't pack what was ordered and paid for and what was on the invoice (single CB instead of double). Oct 22, 2024 Bon#364077 It's also annoying that you are always directed to the parking position even though there are no other customers behind you (it's almost as if you don't want anyone to look at you).

Probably the slowest McDonald's I know. Even with McDrive you wait forever.

The burgers are out together with love and not slapping the food together with ketchup on one side, on the other side is everything else. The quality is a lot better than other McDonald's

This location is in need of a remodel. They do have the electronic ordering kiosk but the exterior needs a revamp. The parking lot is also a bit small and not easy to maneuver.

On the McDrive, the actual processing time is falsified compared to the headquarters. Here you are waved straight through to the parking zone and quickly drive past the registration camera. The system completes the ordering process, but you sometimes wait 10 - 15 minutes in the parking zone. This McDrive is hell. Even the paddy on the burgers is sometimes half outside the bun. A lot of money for lousy quality. If possible, go to another McDonald's. There would also be a Burger King nearby. Everything works there.

The employee begged me and my colleague for a good review. We didn't like it because we felt very harassed. And she also had bad breath, I almost had to vomit! Man couldn't take it without holding his breath!

Was in the store last week, people were standing in line and the employees have nothing better to do than argue (loudly) and the hardest part was that the male employee (tall, slim, foreigner) grabbed the Mc Drive employee by the hair moved away! I would have preferred to call the police. My food, fish mac and nuggets, were also dry and almost cold. Is no longer recommended!!! After over 4 weeks there has still been no response to this review, even though McDonald's Guest Services informed me of this! You know where you stand as a customer and how seriously you are taken!

I had to wait almost 10 minutes for a HappyMeal, a small fries and a Coke, even though only one other customer had ordered before me and I saw 4 employees. At least the food was hot and the order was complete, which was fine. But the hygiene in the toilets was not at all okay. Cobwebs including residents hung in the corners (see Photo). The work surface behind the cash register wasn't clean either; you could see leftover food lying around.

Solid McDonalds, easy to drive to.

Hello, I have to say great service. Colleagues Zohra, Raghad and Jan were competent and funny, very talkative and made me feel comfortable. Would love to stop by again.

I would like to give a big shout out to the employees Zohra and Raghad at McDonald’s. Both were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The service was quick and efficient, and they met my every need with a smile. It was a pleasure to be served by them. Thank you for the excellent service! This type of review highlights the positive aspects of the service and highlights the professionalism of the employees. I wish that McDonald's would hire more employees like Raghad, because every company needs such funny, nice employees. Your smile shines behind the counter :)

4 people took care of our food at the same time and yet no one was able to tell the drinks apart. The young lady who brought our food suddenly forgot how to speak, even though she had just spoken loudly to her colleagues in assi slang. There were so many cobwebs hanging next to our table that I wondered when the last time it was cleaned was.

Mein Mann kam dorthin, um ein vegetarisches Menü für mich zu kaufen. Er kaufte Mcplant-Hamburger und Mcplant-Nuggets, aber auf den Kartons stand Mcplant und es war Fleisch drin. Ich verstehe nicht, wie so ein Fehler passieren konnte. Ich werde nie wieder zu McDonald's gehen.👎🏼

The worst McDonald's I know. Pre-ordered online, then waited 50 minutes in the MC drive, and when you reached the pick-up window you were sent to the waiting area (the store was empty). After a total of 58 minutes, the food you ordered was also wrong and incomplete... I would say minus Give stars if possible

In the drive-in, always send people to the waiting parking space and then let them wait 10 minutes, that has nothing to do with fast food.

Update: There's nothing to complain about at the moment when it comes to the quality of the food. Alt: I guess I've just always been unlucky. Always a cash register open and 4 or 5 people in front of me. I then always went back to the car - quickly through the drive and then took the food back to the restaurant while the queue had shrunk by one person. So if a family with 2 children stands in front of me at the counter + three other people waiting and I see that the family discussion about the order breaks out, then you simply HAVE to open a second cash register. Otherwise the 4th person at the back will easily wait 15 minutes before the “welcome to McD.” Because there are actually people who take the word FAST FOOD literally because they have a short lunch break. Especially craftsmen or similar. Therefore 2 well-deserved stars.

Average! Sometimes everything was good, but there were also cold fries, missing napkins and longer waiting times after ordering at the drive-thru.

You stand in the drive until the person in front of you has received their order, until you can place your own. 5 minutes because there was a car in front of me then another 5 minutes until I could place an order for a cheeseburger and waited over 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Rarely have I been treated as badly by staff as I am now... I am a salesperson (specialist salesperson) myself. So I don't understand why you have to be so unfriendly because they actually want to sell you something. Well, okay, but when the shop is almost empty, you have to wait 15 minutes for food and being asked if you ask is not possible at all.

Relatively clean for Mc,D standards. Even when I was eating I had the feeling that it was fresh. Gladly again.

Everything is terrible. The employee made me coffee and ice cream, then he wiped his hands and mouth in front of me, then he ate my food. There was a booger sticking out of the ice cream. I didn't eat it.

Happy Meal and McMenu ordered without special request. Drink only 60 percent full, wrong dip, forgotten toy. Plus the wannabe at the McDrive who greeted us with a “funny” saying and then was too stupid to deliver the order correctly. Simply the worst MC’s around.

The owner, who is of course not on site, believes there is no need to heat. 👎 By the time the burger was on my table, it was already cold. A disgrace towards the customers and the employees. First of all: the young man in McDrive was very friendly. Yesterday I ordered a McSmart menu in the evening and about 90 minutes later I started having stomach cramps, later in the evening I got chills and the rest that typically comes with food poisoning. The store should urgently be inspected (more often) for hygiene regulations.

If you have an hour to spare and want some cold food then come here

The employees who were there were completely overwhelmed by everything. There weren't many guests there, not even drive in, but it took over half an hour to order a happy meal and 9 nuggets, that's the first. The second thing, if you do argue, don't do it in front of the customers, just go to the back and clarify everything, thirdly, customer friendliness is zero, the order wasn't complete, there were paper cups instead of reusable cups, unfortunately I didn't notice it during the long waiting time, unfortunately paid for it and didn't get it. Unfortunately, we often found that the order wasn't always complete; either nuggets or burgers were missing almost every time. We definitely won't go there again, service is subpar.

Unfortunately, the tables are very rarely cleaned. If you want to stay there longer to have a coffee with a friend, you have to drive around the block or pay a fine because of the parking mafia that MC hires.

Today I ordered 20 Mc PLANT nuggets and lo and behold: there was a chicken hiding underneath them (see picture). I've been a dedicated vegetarian since I was little and I'm deeply frightened and just want to puke. How can that be? Next, the ketchup is the blood of the poor animals. My heart is bleeding too. Long wait when ordering. Long wait after ordering. Not everything that was ordered was in the bag. There's definitely a better way!

I only go there with my children. It has nothing to do with real burgers 😉. As usual, you had to clean the table yourself. But the staff was very nice, which is not a given in a McDonald's. If you buy a bike with children at XXL Franz, you can go to Mc's again.

Does it really have to be the case that employees argue in front of customers all the time? As soon as someone is standing there, there is silence, but everyone else sitting nearby notices everything. An absolute no go for me.

Frau Zohra hat wie immer ein super Job geleistet und meine Familie und mich super schnell und freundlich bedient, sie ist wirklich eine Powerfrau. Trotz der vielen Bestellungen hat sie sich Zeit für uns genommen um auf unsere Fragen einzugehen und gefragt ob alles bei uns passt. Die anderen sollen sich ein Beispiel an ihr nehmen, denn leider ist nicht jeder in diesem Laden so zuvorkommend und freundlich wie sie! Nachdem ich aus der S-Bahn kam, habe ich mir etwas schnelles am HBF bestellt, da ist die tolle Servicekraft Zohra übrigens auch hat mich sehr gefreut möchte gerne immer von ihr bedient werden ❤️

Ich war kürzlich bei McDonald's und wurde von Zohra bedient. Ich muss sagen, sie hat einen hervorragenden Job gemacht! Sie war freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr professionell. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen, um sicherzustellen, dass meine Bestellung korrekt war und hat mich sogar nach meinen Wünschen gefragt, um sicherzustellen, dass ich zufrieden war. Ihre positive Einstellung und ihr Lächeln haben meinen Besuch bei McDonald's zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis gemacht. Der McDonalds an sich war eiskalt, aber unser Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und war dementsprechend schön warm and angenehm. Heiße Pommes, perfekt gesalzene Pommes und warme Burger und Nuggets. Auf Empfehlung haben wir die Latte Cafés nachbestellt, damit er auch noch nach dem Essen heiß und genießbar war. Super Tipp! Zohra hat definitiv einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen und ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, um von ihr bedient zu werden. Vielen Dank, Zohra, für den großartigen Service! ♥️♥️♥️
