I'm really disappointed with my last visit to Burger King. The wait was over 30 minutes – and that was in a fast food restaurant! When the food finally came, it was cold and dry. The chili cheese fries barely had any sauce on them, and when I politely asked for some mayo, I was actually insulted by the staff! Such an unfriendly tone is completely unacceptable. Overall, this was a completely disappointing experience and I will be avoiding this Burger King for now.

Unfortunately, reviews have no influence here: slow, rude and below average.... In an emergency with a lot of time, a Plan B option....

Food was simply disgusting, cold, shame on you, there is a blonde with glasses, you have to cancel immediately, rude, unsympathetic. I'm going to complain to you, something like that can't be true. Normally the store would have to be closed.

"Terrible" - that was my old rating, unfortunately I can only confirm that again. Wrong burgers, missing sauce, wrong drinks, bad fries - in the end they were cold too. Unfortunately it doesn't deserve a star.

One of the worst Burger King branches I've been to. The staff is always completely overwhelmed and extremely slow, even if there are only 2-3 customers eating in the house, very lazy, every now and then 4 employees stand at the front and look at the order. The employees fail even with the simplest orders. And let's talk about the terrible delivery service, no matter where you order, nothing happens under 1.5 hours, my personal record was 2 hours and 17 minutes that I waited for the food. I've ordered several times and the food has never arrived warm, burgers cold and dry, fries cold and hard, you can't charge money for service like that. If you can, please just avoid it.

Apparently the store doesn't need cash-paying customers. When I wanted to place my order at the counter, I was discreetly directed to the ordering machine, which only works with a card. Well then I'd rather go to the kebab shop. You don't refuse cash payers!

Nothing was going on, I waited at the drive-in counter for almost 5 minutes and nothing happened. When I drove on, the employees were laughing and talking to each other, so in the future I'll avoid this store 100%.

Unfortunately, this restaurant visit was probably the worst ever at a Burger King. The employee only spoke bad German. Order (for 5 people) was partly and repeatedly wrong. Had to be corrected again and again. The employee argued with me instead of taking care of the order. Some goods are not available (sold out). The food ended up being cold again and had to be returned to be reheated. They tried hard, but the staff seemed totally overwhelmed. The shift manager had to be called in. The toilets (men's) were dirty. No toilet paper there. Totally disgusting. I don't actually know anything like that from Burger King.

Didn't even get what I ordered, but waited a long time. Jalapenos rancid, disgusting, burgers sadly topped... Enjoy your meal, somewhere else...

Food was great, we waited about 5 minutes, unfortunately the employees "don't feel like" talking to the customers 🤔 that's why I ate my colleague's citizen instead of mine! Because instead of saying what is what, the employees have these things marked on the packaging where these checkboxes are.

Catastrophe. Don't go there anymore. Ordering takes forever and the terminal usually crashes. Eating takes forever. Even though the food had just been made, it was partly cold. Not enough staff but friendly. Gluing tables, who is supposed to clean them, everyone is busy making food. Burger King is done for me. There are other chains to go to

I can only agree with what was said above. Unfriendly service: I went in and wanted to order something at the counter. The guy at the checkout, dirty and smelly from his cigarette break, said: That's not possible, orders aren't accepted that way, I'd have to do it via the app. I asked, how does it work? Him: I don't know, that's not my job, I don't know anything. When another guest came from the toilet, a cloud of urine rushed towards me. The tablets were still on the tables everywhere in the restaurant, and no one was sitting there. Conclusion: Don't go there, leave quickly!

The branch is close to the highway and an industrial area. The staff has always been very friendly and quick for years. There are machines for ordering and the drive-in works. The food is always fresh and delicious. Only the parking lot is a bit small.

Rudeness, long wait, dirty. One word: DISASTER

I've seen nicer branches of this chain. The service was rude, made me wait a long time for my change because there wasn't enough, or whatever, in the cash register, and in between processed two orders at the drive-thru before I got my change. Unfortunately this is an impossibility for me. Eating outside isn't really pleasant either, as it's a main road. runs right next to it.

Salad on the burger bitter (old?), fries and burger cold, toppings on the Whopper not enough (I used to work at BK and know how it should be). This was so common that when I occasionally eat fast food, I prefer the nearby competition. A pity. In and of itself, the Whopper is a premium burger when it's fresh and made right. Oh, and the “effort” to speak clearly AND be friendly in drive operation would be nice. And the intercom is also technically a disaster. As for cleanliness - well. Although there is little going on, you can see leftover food lying around. Apparently the franchisee no longer has control or no desire.

Burgers slapped together carelessly. Poor extras for a hefty surcharge. The whole thing is far too expensive. I know why I usually go to a kebab or a real community restaurant. Service...no service.

Avoid at all costs. The service sometimes takes 30 minutes or more for a simple order, the kiosks only partially work and cannot accept King points, and new goods are often sold out immediately. Drive to either Bretzenheim or Äppelallee.

People don't know how to work there. That's why they live a unhappy life without any future. Always deliver the wrong order and they don't have any work ethic. Discusting. Don't eat here. You can't call this a fast food restaurant. This is a juice shop, if I could give it 0 stars then I would have done the same but unfortunately it didn't work. Waiting time can be expected to be over 20 minutes for 2 to 3 citizens.

Tomatoes still green in the middle. Ordered Big King, got hamburger without pickles. Not recommendable. The only good thing is the ambience on site.

Various items are suddenly not available even though you order them. You are offered an alternative but if you say you won't eat it (Hot Brownie) you are told you are out of luck because you paid for it. Parts of the order were missing, then you can still argue about receiving them. The forced hot brownie was so burnt that it could have been saved. The burgers were tasty and hot. Fries were ok. There was only one toy in the kids menu but it was ok.

Thank you for the ruined holiday, I wanted to eat there with my daughter and first buy some bread next door, when we came out of the bakery the car was already hanging on the tow truck, cost 343.01. Our choice after that was McDonald's, the fries are tastier there anyway. The company doesn't seem willing to compromise in the slightest, and this can also alienate its customers. It may be that it was justified to tow me because I actually wasn't in the store at the time, but if the process between parking and paying for the towing service takes 16 minutes, that's nothing more than a rip-off to me.

I ordered food through Lieferando and there was a piece of rubber from a rubber band in my burger. A piece of rubber!!!! No matter how handicapped the employees have to be there. Should have called the health department.

I was in this store again today with several female teenagers between the ages of 12 and 16. The unfriendliness of the service today at around 1:10 p.m. towards the young guests was an absolute disgrace and couldn't be surpassed. He was already completely incompetent and overwhelmed when processing several orders, which were booked via the terminal!!, plus his snotty rudeness. If I hadn't been there with the young people, I would have strongly disagreed with him and left the store immediately. Absolutely not recommended.

The fries weren't cooked properly, there was too much mustard on the burger. And the Kung-Fu Panda characters were no longer there either. Disappointing

I would like to add the King fu Panda figure to my menu. We didn't have any left and there was no key for the last one in the cabinet. I hate Burger King always the same k8ke.

Poor quality and fraud. I got a King of the Month and a Double steakhouse burger separately. There was no BBQ sauce on it and no fried onions on the double steakhouse. Unfortunately it was far dry. Normally I would have had to pay 13.49 for the King of the Month and Double steakhouse. But at the drive-in I had to pay 13.99. I was there the last time.

For weeks the problem at the drive-in has been that you can hardly hear anything. Please have the headsets repaired

A disabled little boy wanted to order at the counter with his mother today, but the employee with long hair and lots of makeup refused to help them and told them to order from the machine, which they weren't allowed to use, the mother said . This employee should be fired for her inhumane behavior and also for breach of contract since it is a public place where every employee has to help a customer, especially if the customer is disabled! Shame on you! a handicapped young boy with his mother were asking to order from the counter today and the lady employee with long hair and lot of make up refused to help them telling them to order on the machine which they can’t use the mother said. this employee should be fired because of inhumane behavior and also for breaching a contract where this is a public place where every employee has to help a customer especially if handicapped! shame on you!

Next time it's better to be hungry, it starts at the drive in counter. There is no cordial here. Welcome or something like that here: yes, please, what? Half of the nuggets were cold and old. Man, it has to be so please, next time you're hungry, listen to the reviews. It's no wonder why this store has such bad reviews.

Unfortunately I encountered very dirty tables, unfriendly staff, I will not recommend Burger King let alone visit it again.

You really hit the jackpot today. I have been ordering food from you for over 10 years and today I was there (despite my physical disability). Conclusion... we got out, walked a few meters (stretching our feet), got some bread from Werner's bakery and then wanted to get something to eat. You did it in these 20 minutes, letting us have the car towed away from under us. You didn't care about the wheelchair in the car. The main thing is that you were able to call the towing service and have us tow the car away. Conclusion: (300 euros in damage for the towing operation) and one thing is certain. For the last time my family and my company left even a cent with you. If you have to deal with your customers like that, then I really feel sorry for you. Yes, illegal parking is annoying, but having the car towed away by customers who put a parking disc in their car, stretch their legs for a moment and then want to buy something from you is really the bottom of the barrel. Not only is your food constantly delivered, cold, dried out (warmer) and incomplete, this is how you treat your customers. Think about it! For me that was it...

The burger bread was so rock hard that it could be used as building material for a house rather than eaten.

Very, very bad! First we waited 25 minutes for our order, then they mistakenly put sauce on a burger that we didn't want on... Ok, they're making a new burger, it takes another 10 minutes!!!!! There was almost nothing going on. A man in front of us waited 20 minutes for his two burgers, a Coke and nuggets. Someone else only ordered a hot brownie (!!!!), which also took 20 minutes... I have 5 years experience with this store now. The result: Always cold, orders always wrong, products sold out, sauces are always forgotten, ordering terminal broken, incompetent employees, taking the order for 3 people took over 10 minutes. You should play an episode of Undercover Boss here. But the boss would probably hang himself outside the drive-thru sign and no one would see it since they like to close the drive-thru early. The food was great. The service etc too. However, everything else left something to be desired. There was a lot of rubbish under the tables and the toilets were a disgrace.

Fries were once crispy and salty

Far too small a team, I've been waiting for 25 minutes and so far 2 out of 4 people have been served before me. The workforce also seems to change every two weeks. You have to know.

They simply forgot my 6 nuggets. Ordering was easy. 2 long chicken, 2x fries, chilli cheese fries, Cola, Fanta and 6 chicken nuggets. As a customer you just feel ripped off. After all, you pay money for it and if something is missing, that's really not cool people :/

Update nach einem Jahr, es dauert noch länger, zu wenig Leute, kein fast food nur noch slow food... Ich bin regelmäßig hier, am Drive in dauert es leider abends so lange bis man dran ist, mindestens 20 Minuten bei 5 Autos vor mir, die Qualität vom Essen ist gut. In der Küche gibt es offensichtlich zu wenig Personal, die ersten Burger wandern am Schalter in die Tüte und dann vergehen 10 Minuten bis die letzte Beilage dazu kommt, kaltes Essen war das Resultat beim letzten Besuch.

Mitarbeiter hat kein Bock zu arbeiten und macht vor Ladenschluss zu !konnten uns leider kein Essen zubereiten! 22.11.23

Wie das Essen in einem BK schmeckt, brauch ich nicht zu beschreiben, das ist Geschmackssache. Aaaaber, das man im Drive in und auch beim Bestellen an der Theke seeehr lange warten muss, ist ein Unding!!! Die Mitarbeiten scheinen nicht richtig geschult zu sein, der Ablauf sollte dort noch einmal überarbeitet werden!

Also, die meisten Burger King sind ja sehr schlecht geführt und ziemlich versifft. Hier ist die absolute Ausnahme. Da flitzt eine kleine, wahrscheinlich Inderin, ganz alleine durch den Service und managed den ganzen Laden. Respekt! Und schmecken tut es auch noch.

Das Essen ist köstlich und frisch und die Menge an Soße ist moderat. Aber die Tische sind immer schmutzig und es kommt selten vor, dass einer von ihnen sauber ist oder dass man es tun muss. Der Ort ist ruhig, abseits vom Lärm Stadt und ist für die Familie geeignet aber nach dem Abräumen der Tische.

Naja, knappe 4 Sterne, für 9.30 Uhr ziemlich langsam. Aber im Gegensatz zu anderen Läden der Kette war's sauber und freundlich

Sonntag 11 Uhr. Der laden war leer. Das Essen war frisch und sehr sauber. Neue Angestellte war besonders sorgfältig und nett.

Ich liebe Burger King eigentlich aber leider war es dort leider nicht so gut, das Fleisch war echt leider nichts und ich liebe den extra Long Chili cheese. Ich mag Burger King sehr aber da war ich echt enttäuscht, sehr schade eigentlich hoffe das wird

Das Essen war ganz okay, mein bester Freund wollte zum Burgerking essen gehen, was eigentlich nicht meine Erste Wahl an Restaurant ist😂 Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und es waren alle Tische sauber, als wir ankamen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, ich wurde aufgeklärt was welcher Burger beinhaltet und konnte mich dementsprechend schnell entscheiden. Auch wenn es nicht meine Erste Wahl ist, gerne wieder!

Heute kann ich endlich eine positive Meinung über dieses Restaurant schreiben. Man sieht dem Herrn an der Kasse an, dass er neu ist und gerade lernt, aber er war sehr nett und hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Der Manager beobachtet alles aufmerksam aus der Distanz. Eigentlich muss man etwas länger warten, aber dieses Mal hat es sich gelohnt. Das Restaurant ist endlich sauber. 👌

Nettes Personal & freundlicher Service. Man kann dort gut sitzen, aber die meisten Kunden bestellen wohl über den Drive-In. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist grundsätzlich besser als bei der Konkurrenz, aber die Preise für einen King Fusion ist überteuert & die Extrakosten für Toppings sind ein Witz. Der BK war ordentlich/sauber, das Essen frisch.

Durch Personalmangel sehr lange Wartezeit, also kein echtes "Fastfood" 🍔🍟 Schmeckt trotzdem besser als beim "Goldenen M" 😋
