We were at the drive-thru and wanted to order a coffee and asked if they had oat milk. (Not every restaurant does, so it wouldn't have been a big deal, but the following situation was so strange that I wanted to write about it.) First of all, the drive-thru wasn't usable because the machine was broken, which isn't the employees' fault, of course. We drove up to the window and asked for a coffee with oat milk. The blonde older woman asked several times what that was, and she said, "No, we don't have it" (as I said, it's okay if some stores don't have it). My friend then asked for regular reduced-fat milk instead, and she said, "Yes, we do. Cream," to which we kind of gave up and said, okay, that's it. We didn't even get the cream, but a black coffee with nothing (lol). Also, the pack of 9 nuggets only had 8 nuggets, and the burger was extremely dry.

The service is terrible! Drinks with ice are prepared first and then left standing at the terminal for over 15 minutes until the rest of the order is ready. The staff is also unfriendly, and even after we pointed this out, the order was served as it was. We then complained because the drink tasted watery. Simply unbelievable. It's the same thing every time at this branch.

I've been there several times. "Burned and no sauce" seems to be the standard policy there. Orders are often misunderstood. Or correct, but incorrectly executed. After the employee even repeated loudly, "Okay, no cheese on the Long BBQ," I wasn't surprised when there was still plenty of cheese on the burger. Great, I could throw it away. It wasn't worth the 20(!) minute wait.

Update on my review. Ordered something to be delivered again after a long time. The quality is really subpar. The buns are old and dry, the lettuce on the burgers is dark. And again something was forgotten. Guys, this won't work. Hygiene conditions are also miserable. I was able to observe how an employee was sick, worked without a mask or gloves, but was coughing. This is really underground.

Somehow I ended up here again today, firstly I waited for over half an hour until it was my turn and I was shitted twice more. The worst-run Burger King in Rhineland-Palatinate, I've rarely experienced anything like it. Rudest employees who don't even speak German, a manager who has no clue, orders that take over 25 minutes. Customers are redirected to tablets, whether they know how to use them or not. Or even when the tablets don't work. The company should take a closer look here and replace the staff if necessary. I was there today and unfortunately I am very disappointed with the service. After I initially had difficulty ordering at the window because, according to the saleswoman, the system wasn't working properly, I was asked to come to the front window. There I ordered the “King of the Month” to take away. Unfortunately, the ordering process became unnecessarily complicated: the saleswoman repeatedly claimed that the sauce was wrong and ultimately canceled the order and booked four long chicken menus instead - without explanation. When I asked whether this order was correct, I was again contradicted. What was particularly irritating was that the saleswoman had previously informed me about the “King of the Month” herself, only to then claim that my order wasn't correct, even though the store was completely empty and there was only one car in front of me in line. After this experience I will not be visiting this location again

we went there yesterday, my husband is 100% disabled and has a service dog and was denied entry into the restaurant. First of all, the dog, being a service dog, behaves better than the fat kid standing by the door beating on the little glass case that was there and nobody said anything to. Second, the dog doesn’t go into the kitchen and is cleaner than most people who come into this place. When I asked for the managers name, I was refused the answer and he/she never came out to talk to me. In all the years we’ve had a service dog we have never been denied entry anywhere. Review for Burger King: Disappointment across the board 12/6/24 3:55 p.m Our visit to Burger King today at 4 p.m. was an extremely unpleasant experience that left us with a lasting shock. Not only was the food we ordered cold and inedible, but the behavior of an employee made the situation even worse. While we were there with our children, we witnessed a completely unacceptable incident. A young man who had already placed an order stood at the counter, apparently intending to select more products. For no apparent reason, he was aggressively and verbally attacked by an employee with glasses. He was addressed with the words “Fuck off!” – a reaction that is not justified in any context. The young man remained polite and simply explained that he might want to order something else. But the employee again reacted unprofessionally and harshly by telling him: “What is it? This is your order, there’s nothing more!” She further said she was the branch manager! This behavior left us speechless. In a service-oriented company, I expect respect and courtesy, especially towards customers who do nothing other than check or add to their order. This experience will stop us from visiting this fast food restaurant again. Such aggressive and inappropriate behavior by employees is unacceptable and leaves an extremely negative impression. It is up to the management to urgently make improvements here, both in the selection and training of staff. We hope that this incident is addressed internally so that no other guest has to endure similar behavior.

Here is a possible review that summarizes your experience: Incredibly bad service I placed an order with Burger King at 5:30 p.m. and it said it would be delivered at 6:05 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. there was still nothing there. The supplier only arrived at 7:40 p.m. – and then the next shock: 1. The food was COMPLETELY cold. 2. I didn't even receive what I ordered. 3. The delivery person was extremely rude, didn't say "hello" or "bye" and didn't exchange a word with me at all. He apparently didn't speak German either, which made communication even more difficult. This experience was an absolute failure. You just don't expect something like this - neither from the quality of the food nor from the customer service. That was the last time I ordered here.

I understand that these days you can no longer throw resources around so generously. But if I pay 2 euros for a little extra sauce and extra jalapenos and at the end they don't put either on me. I find that rather cheeky. Especially if the store manager made this order and apart from one customer there wasn't a single customer left, perhaps blaming it on a "stressful situation". I have visited this topic here 4 times out of 5. I think it's a shame that customers are treated to such a service, especially at a time when BK no longer has that many customers anyway. The lady at the checkout didn't speak German very well, but she took everything in and was polite too. But I would actually have expected the store manager to respond to the paid extra requests. Maybe we should communicate again with everyone in this market what “extra” means.

One of the worst Burger King branches I've been to. The staff is always completely overwhelmed and extremely slow, even if there are only 2-3 customers eating in the house, very lazy, every now and then 4 employees stand at the front and look at the order. The employees fail even with the simplest orders. And let's talk about the terrible delivery service, no matter where you order, nothing happens under 1.5 hours, my personal record was 2 hours and 17 minutes that I waited for the food. I've ordered several times and the food has never arrived warm, burgers cold and dry, fries cold and hard, you can't charge money for service like that. If you can, please just avoid it.

Unfortunately, this restaurant visit was probably the worst ever at a Burger King. The employee only spoke bad German. Order (for 5 people) was partly and repeatedly wrong. Had to be corrected again and again. The employee argued with me instead of taking care of the order. Some goods are not available (sold out). The food ended up being cold again and had to be returned to be reheated. They tried hard, but the staff seemed totally overwhelmed. The shift manager had to be called in. The toilets (men's) were dirty. No toilet paper there. Totally disgusting. I don't actually know anything like that from Burger King.

Unfortunately, you have to wait for the order, it seems that only one person knows what he is doing, the rest are a tragedy, the taste of the food is terrible, what do you pay for here? Food was great, we waited about 5 minutes, unfortunately the employees "don't feel like" talking to the customers 🤔 that's why I ate my colleague's citizen instead of mine! Because instead of saying what is what, the employees have these things marked on the packaging where these checkboxes are.

Catastrophe. Don't go there anymore. Ordering takes forever and the terminal usually crashes. Eating takes forever. Even though the food had just been made, it was partly cold. Not enough staff but friendly. Gluing tables, who is supposed to clean them, everyone is busy making food. Burger King is done for me. There are other chains to go to

I can only agree with what was said above. Unfriendly service: I went in and wanted to order something at the counter. The guy at the checkout, dirty and smelly from his cigarette break, said: That's not possible, orders aren't accepted that way, I'd have to do it via the app. I asked, how does it work? Him: I don't know, that's not my job, I don't know anything. When another guest came from the toilet, a cloud of urine rushed towards me. The tablets were still on the tables everywhere in the restaurant, and no one was sitting there. Conclusion: Don't go there, leave quickly!

The branch is close to the highway and an industrial area. The staff has always been very friendly and quick for years. There are machines for ordering and the drive-in works. The food is always fresh and delicious. Only the parking lot is a bit small.

I've seen nicer branches of this chain. The service was rude, made me wait a long time for my change because there wasn't enough, or whatever, in the cash register, and in between processed two orders at the drive-thru before I got my change. Unfortunately this is an impossibility for me. Eating outside isn't really pleasant either, as it's a main road. runs right next to it.

"Never had any negative experiences. Everything as it should be." I wrote 5 years ago. Update: now I always have reason to be angry. Salad on the burger bitter (old?), fries and burger cold, toppings on the Whopper not enough (I used to work at BK and know how it should be). This was so common that when I occasionally eat fast food, I prefer the nearby competition. A pity. In and of itself, the Whopper is a premium burger when it's fresh and made right. Oh, and the “effort” to speak clearly AND be friendly in drive operation would be nice. And the intercom is also technically a disaster. As for cleanliness - well. Although there is little going on, you can see leftover food lying around. Apparently the franchisee no longer has control or no desire.

Burgers slapped together carelessly. Poor extras for a hefty surcharge. The whole thing is far too expensive. I know why I usually go to a kebab or a real community restaurant. Service...no service.

Not a bad Megges per se, but the outside area was pretty dirty and didn't look particularly clean. I also had to wait quite a long time, even though it wasn't that busy.

Dirty even by McDonald's standards. Fries were well salted. They could probably spare some of that salt to clean the building.

McDonald's is good, but I won't be going back because of the parking. You get a fine if you overstay by a few minutes. Never going there again, and I won't go to the other places where they have similar options.

Slow service, no terminal. The staff doesn't wear gloves, touching the money and then immediately placing fries in the machine, touching the fries with their fingers.
