Review for Burger King: Disappointment across the board 12/6/24 3:55 p.m Our visit to Burger King today at 4 p.m. was an extremely unpleasant experience that left us with a lasting shock. Not only was the food we ordered cold and inedible, but the behavior of an employee made the situation even worse. While we were there with our children, we witnessed a completely unacceptable incident. A young man who had already placed an order stood at the counter, apparently intending to select more products. For no apparent reason, he was aggressively and verbally attacked by an employee with glasses. He was addressed with the words “Fuck off!” – a reaction that is not justified in any context. The young man remained polite and simply explained that he might want to order something else. But the employee again reacted unprofessionally and harshly by telling him: “What is it? This is your order, there’s nothing more!” She further said she was the branch manager! This behavior left us speechless. In a service-oriented company, I expect respect and courtesy, especially towards customers who do nothing other than check or add to their order. This experience will stop us from visiting this fast food restaurant again. Such aggressive and inappropriate behavior by employees is unacceptable and leaves an extremely negative impression. It is up to the management to urgently make improvements here, both in the selection and training of staff. We hope that this incident is addressed internally so that no other guest has to endure similar behavior.

Here is a possible review that summarizes your experience: Incredibly bad service I placed an order with Burger King at 5:30 p.m. and it said it would be delivered at 6:05 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. there was still nothing there. The supplier only arrived at 7:40 p.m. – and then the next shock: 1. The food was COMPLETELY cold. 2. I didn't even receive what I ordered. 3. The delivery person was extremely rude, didn't say "hello" or "bye" and didn't exchange a word with me at all. He apparently didn't speak German either, which made communication even more difficult. This experience was an absolute failure. You just don't expect something like this - neither from the quality of the food nor from the customer service. That was the last time I ordered here.

I understand that these days you can no longer throw resources around so generously. But if I pay 2 euros for a little extra sauce and extra jalapenos and at the end they don't put either on me. I find that rather cheeky. Especially if the store manager made this order and apart from one customer there wasn't a single customer left, perhaps blaming it on a "stressful situation". I have visited this topic here 4 times out of 5. I think it's a shame that customers are treated to such a service, especially at a time when BK no longer has that many customers anyway. The lady at the checkout didn't speak German very well, but she took everything in and was polite too. But I would actually have expected the store manager to respond to the paid extra requests. Maybe we should communicate again with everyone in this market what “extra” means.

The colleague was apparently overwhelmed by how to use the cash register correctly. Waiting time for two burgers and a few nuggets after payment is a full 30 minutes. During that time you could have cooked yourself.

I'm really disappointed with my last visit to Burger King. The wait was over 30 minutes – and that was in a fast food restaurant! When the food finally came, it was cold and dry. The chili cheese fries barely had any sauce on them, and when I politely asked for some mayo, I was actually insulted by the staff! Such an unfriendly tone is completely unacceptable. Overall, this was a completely disappointing experience and I will be avoiding this Burger King for now.

One of the worst Burger King branches I've been to. The staff is always completely overwhelmed and extremely slow, even if there are only 2-3 customers eating in the house, very lazy, every now and then 4 employees stand at the front and look at the order. The employees fail even with the simplest orders. And let's talk about the terrible delivery service, no matter where you order, nothing happens under 1.5 hours, my personal record was 2 hours and 17 minutes that I waited for the food. I've ordered several times and the food has never arrived warm, burgers cold and dry, fries cold and hard, you can't charge money for service like that. If you can, please just avoid it.

Unfortunately, this restaurant visit was probably the worst ever at a Burger King. The employee only spoke bad German. Order (for 5 people) was partly and repeatedly wrong. Had to be corrected again and again. The employee argued with me instead of taking care of the order. Some goods are not available (sold out). The food ended up being cold again and had to be returned to be reheated. They tried hard, but the staff seemed totally overwhelmed. The shift manager had to be called in. The toilets (men's) were dirty. No toilet paper there. Totally disgusting. I don't actually know anything like that from Burger King.

I can only agree with what was said above. Unfriendly service: I went in and wanted to order something at the counter. The guy at the checkout, dirty and smelly from his cigarette break, said: That's not possible, orders aren't accepted that way, I'd have to do it via the app. I asked, how does it work? Him: I don't know, that's not my job, I don't know anything. When another guest came from the toilet, a cloud of urine rushed towards me. The tablets were still on the tables everywhere in the restaurant, and no one was sitting there. Conclusion: Don't go there, leave quickly!

The service was rude, made me wait a long time for my change because there wasn't enough, or whatever, in the cash register, and in between processed two orders at the drive-thru before I got my change. "Never had any negative experiences. Everything as it should be." I wrote 5 years ago. Update: now I always have reason to be angry. Salad on the burger bitter (old?), fries and burger cold, toppings on the Whopper not enough (I used to work at BK and know how it should be). This was so common that when I occasionally eat fast food, I prefer the nearby competition. A pity. In and of itself, the Whopper is a premium burger when it's fresh and made right. Oh, and the “effort” to speak clearly AND be friendly in drive operation would be nice. And the intercom is also technically a disaster. As for cleanliness - well. Although there is little going on, you can see leftover food lying around. Apparently the franchisee no longer has control or no desire.

Various items are suddenly not available even though you order them. You are offered an alternative but if you say you won't eat it (Hot Brownie) you are told you are out of luck because you paid for it. Parts of the order were missing, then you can still argue about receiving them. The forced hot brownie was so burnt that it could have been saved. The burgers were tasty and hot. Fries were ok. There was only one toy in the kids menu but it was ok.

Thank you for the ruined holiday, I wanted to eat there with my daughter and first buy some bread next door, when we came out of the bakery the car was already hanging on the tow truck, cost 343.01. Our choice after that was McDonald's, the fries are tastier there anyway. The company doesn't seem willing to compromise in the slightest, and this can also alienate its customers. It may be that it was justified to tow me because I actually wasn't in the store at the time, but if the process between parking and paying for the towing service takes 16 minutes, that's nothing more than a rip-off to me.

I was in this store again today with several female teenagers between the ages of 12 and 16. The unfriendliness of the service today at around 1:10 p.m. towards the young guests was an absolute disgrace and couldn't be surpassed. Poor quality and fraud. I got a King of the Month and a Double steakhouse burger separately. There was no BBQ sauce on it and no fried onions on the double steakhouse. Unfortunately it was far dry. A disabled little boy wanted to order at the counter with his mother today, but the employee with long hair and lots of makeup refused to help them and told them to order from the machine, which they weren't allowed to use, the mother said . This employee should be fired for her inhumane behavior and also for breach of contract since it is a public place where every employee has to help a customer, especially if the customer is disabled! You really hit the jackpot today. I have been ordering food from you for over 10 years and today I was there (despite my physical disability). Conclusion... we got out, walked a few meters (stretching our feet), got some bread from Werner's bakery and then wanted to get something to eat. You did it in these 20 minutes, letting us have the car towed away from under us. You didn't care about the wheelchair in the car. The main thing is that you were able to call the towing service and have us tow the car away. Conclusion: (300 euros in damage for the towing operation) and one thing is certain. For the last time my family and my company left even a cent with you. If you have to deal with your customers like that, then I really feel sorry for you. Yes, illegal parking is annoying, but having the car towed away by customers who put a parking disc in their car, stretch their legs for a moment and then want to buy something from you is really the bottom of the barrel. The result: Always cold, orders always wrong, products sold out, sauces are always forgotten, ordering terminal broken, incompetent employees, taking the order for 3 people took over 10 minutes. You should play an episode of Undercover Boss here. But the boss would probably hang himself outside the drive-thru sign and no one would see it since they like to close the drive-thru early. Far too small a team, I've been waiting for 25 minutes and so far 2 out of 4 people have been served before me. The workforce also seems to change every two weeks. You have to know.

They simply forgot my 6 nuggets. Ordering was easy. 2 long chicken, 2x fries, chilli cheese fries, Cola, Fanta and 6 chicken nuggets. As a customer you just feel ripped off. After all, you pay money for it and if something is missing, that's really not cool people :/

Was there this evening between 7-8 p.m. Service at the counter totally overwhelmed. Waited 20 minutes for my order for half an hour until he managed to take it. He also had to repeat it 3 times because he either couldn't remember it or couldn't save it. And then he forgot half of it. Thanks for nothing

Update nach einem Jahr, es dauert noch länger, zu wenig Leute, kein fast food nur noch slow food... Ich bin regelmäßig hier, am Drive in dauert es leider abends so lange bis man dran ist, mindestens 20 Minuten bei 5 Autos vor mir, die Qualität vom Essen ist gut. In der Küche gibt es offensichtlich zu wenig Personal, die ersten Burger wandern am Schalter in die Tüte und dann vergehen 10 Minuten bis die letzte Beilage dazu kommt, kaltes Essen war das Resultat beim letzten Besuch.

Wie das Essen in einem BK schmeckt, brauch ich nicht zu beschreiben, das ist Geschmackssache. Aaaaber, das man im Drive in und auch beim Bestellen an der Theke seeehr lange warten muss, ist ein Unding!!! Die Mitarbeiten scheinen nicht richtig geschult zu sein, der Ablauf sollte dort noch einmal überarbeitet werden!

I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru today for 2 cheeseburgers. Then they were cold. But I can still be happy. Others report here that there was no patty on their burger... Dirty inside, tables not cleared, clearing stations overflowing, sticky floor.

Was there again to get two McFlurries. Regardless of the fact that the ice cream machine is often “broken” and you then go there for free, my visit today was once again unbelievable. 2 cars in front of me and it took about 22 minutes from order to finish. Long story short: Ordered McFlurry, paid for it, waited forever, was told there was no more cookie dough but I should wait a moment, there might be some, but there isn't any left, money back and bye. This store is a disaster.
