The McDonald's restaurant at Gutenberg Platz gets 5 stars after today's incident. I wouldn't have thought that they would deal with a problem like today so kindly and professionally. The store was in a catastrophic condition. Full trays of trash on the tables everywhere, trash on the floor. Putting down an overfilled tray. The same rag was used to wash the tables, not even the rag was washed out. Take a small bucket of water with dishwashing liquid and clean the tables and chairs/benches. And clear the tables regularly and wipe down tables and chairs/benches and also clean the floor regularly. The toilet is dirty. And also clean there regularly and refill the toilet paper. You should hire additional cleaning staff. There is a lack of staff here! A really terrible shop. Not recommendable. The trays were washed with the same rag, not even the rag was washed. Maybe in the dishwasher. The outside area is also full of rubbish. Desired: clean work, friendly and team-oriented

I've never experienced such impudence! Not informing the customer if there are delays, not answering the phone and then delivering cold food after 2 hours! Food was confirmed via Lieferando at 4:15 p.m. with a delivery time of 45 minutes. The delivery time has constantly been pushed back. When I got tired of it after more than 1.5 hours and couldn't reach anyone after 5 calls, I got myself something to eat. When I got back home, a driver suddenly showed up with my food. The food was ice cold. I didn't accept it and demanded my money back from Lieferando.

Cold burgers were handed to me and when I asked, we were told to eat them or just leave it alone… there are no new ones. You can't be serious. And when I insisted on my right to either get new ones or my money back, he called the police! Disgraceful behavior from the manager himself… And all because of burgers?? I'm NEVER coming back.

Three McFlurries, three different quantities and most importantly Consistencies of ice cream. The employee thinks everything has been weighed (the scales even showed something different) and then blames it on a “new” employee. But it's probably not possible to take a look at the ice to see what the ice looks like.

Impossible…. What you notice in this branch is how some employees treat customers, especially in the evenings. The customer should always be king.

After 10 p.m. staff disaster. The service here is rude... especially if you find fault with your order. Rolling your eyes etc... and anyone who criticizes you will be made to feel stupid by all the staff. So to speak, “the way you look on the outside is how you will be treated” is how I perceived it. Just without words......

I'll put it this way. If you're hungry, I'll go there more often. Only the atmosphere isn't that great, it's generally very good. I went with my friends to eat there, from the outside the McDonald's looks tempting but once inside it's different. The tables are full, the waiter served me very quickly and poured my coke which was full So the napkins are soaked once I open my Hamburg the barbecue sauce and it's leaking everywhere you can't even take the Hamburg normally (I used 7 tissues) the fries are hot and so is the Hamburger, the drink and very cold filled with ice cubes and does not want to warm up...I am very disappointed even if it is Mc Do. My friend took an Oreo flower Mc and it was only half filled with ice cream and it melted quickly!!

For a McDonalds in a big city it was pretty clean. Toilets cost money, but you get a voucher that you can use to add to your order. Food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

So I ordered at the terminal and what can I say, no one takes care of the cash payers for 40 minutes!!!! 4 customers in front of and behind me left the store without having accomplished anything. I have never experienced a more chaotic McDonald's in my almost 56 years!!!!! Many employees with 0,000 plan. This was also the case with the food distribution. It was an excellent place to see during this time. We didn't spend anything there except 3 euros for going to the toilet and left without taking anything. Thanks for nothing! McDonald's Mainz. Set school grade 6-. Not recommendable!

From the time we ordered at the machine until we had the food, it took 33 MINUTES. If you want to eat something during your lunch break, you should go somewhere else - because there isn't enough time here! And it wasn't full. Food was ok.

Just a regular McDonald's. My only problem with it: there are approximately 10 plugs for chargers and none of them work. I don't know why, it doesn't state anywhere that they're broken. It's kind of unfortunate when you count on these plugs.

Calitatea mâncării a fost in ordine.Toaleta nu mai poate fi folosita gratis,costa 1€ care apoi poate fi la casa valorificat.Cafeau normala este o catastrofă,nici măcar laptele sau zaharul nu au facut-o mai bună!Localul a fost momentan curat.Personalul ar trebui sa fie un pic mai atent la citirea bonurilor pana a nu exista nedumeriri apoi.Daca am comandat și am plătit aștept sa primesc ceea ce vreau nu jumătate din meniu sa fie uitat iar apoi sa mi se spună ca nu este asa.

Schlimmste Megges Toilette auf der ich je war. KEIN Toilettenpapier, KEINE Trocken tücher, KEINE KLOBRILLE. Leider ersetzt eine farbige Markierung auf dem Toilettenrand keine Klobrille. Und dann noch 1€ Eintritt.

Ich war dort essen es war nicht so schön und es lagen dort Pommes aber der Service hat geklappt nur lange gewartet

Schlechter Service dreckig und laut. Ich habe 30 Minuten auf einen Burger gewartet, der dann auch noch kalt war. Zwischen durch wurde ich mehrfach von Bettlern im Laden belästigt.

Es wirkte sehr sauber,Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Leider kein Frühstücksangebot. Für die Toiletten MUSS man 1€ zahlen was ich persönlich echt frech finde. Auch wenn es einen Bon im Wert von 1€ zurück gibt aber ich musste froh sein das ich überhaupt Kleingeld dabei hatte.

McDonald's halt, gibt's nicht viel zu sagen, außer dass die Mitarbeiter kaum Deutsch können und somit die Bestellung schwer verläuft deswegen schön an den Bestellautomaten bestellen👍🏻

Alle sind sehr freundlich und auch hilfsbereit gewesen.

Im Rollstuhl kann bei denen nicht auf toilette. Habe 15 min auf mei essen gewartet

Hier am Höfchen nicht zufriedenstellend. Leider 2 mal nicht alles raus gegeben was bestellt wurde. Die Hälfte fehlte. Wenn man nicht selbst kontrolliert wird man verarscht. Burgerbrot total dunkel. Personal versteht kein deutsch und englisch, somit ist die Kommunikation sehr schlecht.

Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und das Personal ist freundlich. Aaaaber dass man als Gast 1 Euro für die Toilette bezahlen muss, ist eine absolute Frechheit!!! Davon abgesehen, sind die Toiletten noch nicht mal sauber. Für mich ehrlich gesagt ein Grund nicht mehr dort hinzugehen.

Grundsätzlich alles gut aber halt nix besonderes

Die Mitarbeiter rufen die Bestellnummern falsch auf uns sind dann obendrauf noch unhöflich wenn man nachfragt oder die Bestellung nicht abholt. Bitte stellt nur Leute ein, die die Zahlen richtig aufzählen können.

Eine Filiale die etwas anders war wie ich es kenne.

Das Essen war schnell fertig und die Bedienung war freundlich, die Bestellung wurde uns nach draußen an den Tisch gebracht. Soweit alles gut. Aber dass ich als Kunde für die Toilette 1€ bezahlen soll? Nein,danke.

Ich war mit einer Freundin bei McDonalds wir haben am Automaten bestellt. Dann sind wir bezahlen gegangen. Als erstes wir haben zum Mitnehmen bestellt sie haben uns das Essen zum da Essen gegeben. Sie haben uns das Essen selber einpacken lassen, weil die Arbeiter keine lust hatten. Wir haben 2 Happy Meals bestellt die bestellung war nicht vollständig es haben nicht nur Soßen gefehlt sondern auch eine Packung Pommes. Außerdem war eines der Spielzeuge nicht das richtige. Sehr schlecht meiner Meinung nach. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

Wir haben durch den Automat bestellt.Ich und meine Familie haben 10 Minuten gewartet (was für McDonald's viel ist! Und da gab es keine riesenschlange!Wovon rede ich,da gab es gar keine Schlange!) Ich habe meine Bestellung bekommen,und da gab es 2 Sachen nicht! Das spielzeug aus dem Happy Meal und mein Pommes für den ich Geld ausgegeben habe! An der Kasse hat meine Tochter das Spielzeug bekommen. Sie sollte eigentlich ein Buch bekommen,hat aber ein Set zum malen bekommen. Am Anfang wollten die McDonalds Arbeiter das Spielzeug gar nicht geben,sie haben gesagt dass wir das Spielzeug schon bekommen haben! Wenn ich 0 Sternchen stellen konnte,hätte ich es gemacht! Und ich weiß nicht,was ihr in das Hamburger gemacht habt,aber in 40 Minuten nach dem essen hatte ich sehr starkes Sodbrennen. Und in der Kinder ecke war,entschuldigung,aber auf dem Boden beschmierte Kacke! Das ist unhygienische Bedingungen! Ich habe in Deutschland noch nie so ein schlechtes McDonald's gesehen!

Nach mehrfachen Bestellungen würden wir nach einer halben Stunde rausgeworfen mit der Erklärung wir blockieren Plätze obwohl der Laden komplett leer war

場所は広場の真ん中ですが、すこし外観が暗めなのでひっそりしており一見わかりにくいかもしれません。お昼時にいきましたが、そ んなに混んでおらず、ゆっくり過ごせました。接客も普通です。ただ、タッチパネル式のセルフの注文の機械はこの店舗にはありませんでした。

We needed a quick meal as our time in Mainz was limited so Mcdonalds is speed,and you know just what to expect.The place was very clean and staff showed patience with us as we had no German to speak. Toilets smelled nice and really clean.

We arrived in Mainz, and my son was craving familiar food, so dragged us to the golden arches. Despite our terrible German we were able to order and waitress was understanding and helpful. Son was fed and we were able to relax.

Miejsce w którym bez problemu można porozumieć się po angielsku. Faktem jest, że obsługa mówi trochę łamanym angielskim, ale jest to dużo lepsze niż by mieli nie mówić wcale. Czysto, schludnie i co ważne - tanio. Jak to w McDonalds!

マインツの劇場前のグーテンベルク広場に面して、最近、何軒もの新しいレストランが出店しています。いずれも若者相手の店のよう ですが、その中にこの｢マクドナルド｣の店もあります。いずれも、新しく作られただけに今様できれいな造りです。

es liegt direkt gegenüber vom Theater, wenn man ganz DINGEND muss kann hier gehen ,aber 50 Cent sind fällig dafür sind die WC sehr sauber, als Gast ist es kostenfrei. Modern eingerichtet und sauber

wer Fastfood mag,ist hier sicherlich gut aufgehoben im zentrum von Mainz für den schnellen Hunger mit Mc typischem Essen

Erdbeer-Shake, brrrrrr: In einem Becher Shake steckt nur ein Stückchen einer Erdbeere, dafür aber jede Menge Wasser, Zucker, Bindemittel, Rote-Beete-Saft für die Farbe und künstliches Aroma für den Geschmack.
