I waited like it was a gourmet restaurant

Today we went to McDonald's to eat, we ordered the food, it was said that the staff working there would personally bring it to our table, within a period of about 30 minutes our orders were not delivered even though they were ready, and as a result we were able to get our meals cold even though we came back and told them we would thank them in advance.

Since my rare visits to this franchise usually have a negative outcome, I was somewhat surprised that things could go differently. The toilet was open and free of charge, the restaurant was clean, at least at first glance, and my table was wiped down. The waiting time at the checkout or for the food we ordered was minimal. The service was neutral but I think that was fine. The French fries we ordered were warm but no longer hot, as were the Big Macs. Both tasted really okay. The Fanta was cool but not so cold that your teeth hurt when you drink it. Conclusion: A positive surprise! I also liked the opportunity to sit outside.

I went with my friends to eat there, from the outside the McDonald's looks tempting but once inside it's different. The tables are full, the waiter served me very quickly and poured my coke which was full So the napkins are soaked once I open my Hamburg the barbecue sauce and it's leaking everywhere you can't even take the Hamburg normally (I used 7 tissues) the fries are hot and so is the Hamburger, the drink and very cold filled with ice cubes and does not want to warm up...I am very disappointed even if it is Mc Do. My friend took an Oreo flower Mc and it was only half filled with ice cream and it melted quickly!!

For a McDonalds in a big city it was pretty clean. Toilets cost money, but you get a voucher that you can use to add to your order. Food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

Just a regular McDonald's. My only problem with it: there are approximately 10 plugs for chargers and none of them work. I don't know why, it doesn't state anywhere that they're broken. It's kind of unfortunate when you count on these plugs.

Schlimmste Megges Toilette auf der ich je war. KEIN Toilettenpapier, KEINE Trocken tücher, KEINE KLOBRILLE. Leider ersetzt eine farbige Markierung auf dem Toilettenrand keine Klobrille. Und dann noch 1€ Eintritt.

Ich war dort essen es war nicht so schön und es lagen dort Pommes aber der Service hat geklappt nur lange gewartet

Schlechter Service dreckig und laut. Ich habe 30 Minuten auf einen Burger gewartet, der dann auch noch kalt war. Zwischen durch wurde ich mehrfach von Bettlern im Laden belästigt.

McDonald's halt, gibt's nicht viel zu sagen, außer dass die Mitarbeiter kaum Deutsch können und somit die Bestellung schwer verläuft deswegen schön an den Bestellautomaten bestellen👍🏻

Es wirkte sehr sauber,Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Leider kein Frühstücksangebot. Für die Toiletten MUSS man 1€ zahlen was ich persönlich echt frech finde. Auch wenn es einen Bon im Wert von 1€ zurück gibt aber ich musste froh sein das ich überhaupt Kleingeld dabei hatte.

Alle sind sehr freundlich und auch hilfsbereit gewesen.

Hier am Höfchen nicht zufriedenstellend. Leider 2 mal nicht alles raus gegeben was bestellt wurde. Die Hälfte fehlte. Wenn man nicht selbst kontrolliert wird man verarscht. Burgerbrot total dunkel. Personal versteht kein deutsch und englisch, somit ist die Kommunikation sehr schlecht.

Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und das Personal ist freundlich. Aaaaber dass man als Gast 1 Euro für die Toilette bezahlen muss, ist eine absolute Frechheit!!! Davon abgesehen, sind die Toiletten noch nicht mal sauber. Für mich ehrlich gesagt ein Grund nicht mehr dort hinzugehen.
