McDonald's in Mainz

The employees are really rude, no respect, you can't talk to them, they're working a lot, they've vented their anger to the customers. I don't think there's a good place here

We got there with 20 minutes to “take away” food and walk to the theater parking garage. We chose, ordered and paid at the terminal for about 5 minutes. It took over 30 minutes to prepare this order. You could watch the whole time as what felt like 200 other smaller orders were being passed over. I think you probably spent 10 minutes checking at a snail's pace to make sure you didn't forget anything. Sometimes in twos and threes. Our order was a little larger, 2 menus, Happymeal, and 1-3 little things. So nothing that should throw you off track. Everything didn't seem professional. The frustration is definitely guaranteed, as a follow-up appointment had to be canceled and everything else was messed up...

I was there for the breakfast menu and it was relaxed and so chill guy then nh chill pigeon came in and chilled on the table but it was tasty regardless

An employee then asked me not to do this and when I made her aware of the health risks, she suggested that I leave the branch and eat somewhere else. Since my rare visits to this franchise usually have a negative outcome, I was somewhat surprised that things could go differently. The toilet was open and free of charge, the restaurant was clean, at least at first glance, and my table was wiped down. The waiting time at the checkout or for the food we ordered was minimal. The service was neutral but I think that was fine. The French fries we ordered were warm but no longer hot, as were the Big Macs. Both tasted really okay. The Fanta was cool but not so cold that your teeth hurt when you drink it. Conclusion: A positive surprise! I also liked the opportunity to sit outside.

And clear the tables regularly and wipe down tables and chairs/benches and also clean the floor regularly. The toilet is dirty. And also clean there regularly and refill the toilet paper. You should hire additional cleaning staff. There is a lack of staff here! A really terrible shop. Not recommendable. The trays were washed with the same rag, not even the rag was washed. Three McFlurries, three different quantities and most importantly Consistencies of ice cream. The employee thinks everything has been weighed (the scales even showed something different) and then blames it on a “new” employee. But it's probably not possible to take a look at the ice to see what the ice looks like.

After 10 p.m. staff disaster. The service here is rude... especially if you find fault with your order. Rolling your eyes etc... and anyone who criticizes you will be made to feel stupid by all the staff. So to speak, “the way you look on the outside is how you will be treated” is how I perceived it. I went with my friends to eat there, from the outside the McDonald's looks tempting but once inside it's different. The tables are full, the waiter served me very quickly and poured my coke which was full So the napkins are soaked once I open my Hamburg the barbecue sauce and it's leaking everywhere you can't even take the Hamburg normally (I used 7 tissues) the fries are hot and so is the Hamburger, the drink and very cold filled with ice cubes and does not want to warm up...I am very disappointed even if it is Mc Do. My friend took an Oreo flower Mc and it was only half filled with ice cream and it melted quickly!!

Just a regular McDonald's. My only problem with it: there are approximately 10 plugs for chargers and none of them work. I don't know why, it doesn't state anywhere that they're broken. It's kind of unfortunate when you count on these plugs.

Schlimmste Megges Toilette auf der ich je war. KEIN Toilettenpapier, KEINE Trocken tücher, KEINE KLOBRILLE. Leider ersetzt eine farbige Markierung auf dem Toilettenrand keine Klobrille. Und dann noch 1€ Eintritt.

Ich war dort essen es war nicht so schön und es lagen dort Pommes aber der Service hat geklappt nur lange gewartet

Schlechter Service dreckig und laut. Ich habe 30 Minuten auf einen Burger gewartet, der dann auch noch kalt war. Zwischen durch wurde ich mehrfach von Bettlern im Laden belästigt.
