I just had a delicious McMuffin Sausage & Egg!! Approx. 400 calories, 25g protein. Tastes fresh and slightly peppery. 😋 It's still early, everything is clean and there's not much going on. Wonderful.

McDonald's always offers the same thing: bad taste and extremely high-calorie and high-sugar food. Low-paid students or migrants as well as lost generations who hardly learn anything work in service, including as cooks, often below the minimum wage. We also support this with free advertising. Oh well... My tip: Wait five minutes before eating the burger and see how disgusting it tastes

Top service and quick processing

I've been waiting for my food for 20 minutes. After asking repeatedly, the staff realized the order had been forgotten. The employees then insult each other. Sad here

It has nothing to do with fast food if you have to wait over 25 minutes for your food. Unfortunately not an isolated case

I've been waiting for my food for an hour. When asked, the gentleman said it would take a moment. After a second request he took the receipt and we are still waiting. Very poor service, lack of staff, staff very rude. After 1:30 the colleague came and said breakfast was over. A pure impudence never again!

Even though you drink coffee and have dinner there, you end up with a penalty for parking too long. Absolute disgrace towards the customers.

My husband brought food with him today… unfortunately the cheeseburger was missing… The fries were very soggy. You could eat the rest. But good is something else!

Very often the Happymeal figures/gifts that are available to choose from are missing. Also not visible before ordering. This has nothing to do with the current Covid 19 situation. This situation is too common! Who makes the orders there? Today November 19th, 2020, no dinosaur book for the Happy Meal. No note visible. Today June 10th, 2022, no special Cola glasses. Who does the calculations for you? Today 05/25/24, The take away order wasn't complete because they forgot something. Had to go again. Unfortunately my food was cold, thank you.

It's a shame that your ice cream machine is 90% always defective! Then half is missing! Also, as you can see in the photo...no glass, which is actually supposed to be there! You really are the last store...you definitely don't deserve the Golden M! Sadly, you used to be better, but a lot of things used to be better! Thanks for nothing, train your staff and it will work again....

Same owner as at the main station, unfortunately it's slowly becoming just as bad. Eternal waiting times for the simplest orders even when nothing else is going on. Addendum: The employee ordering system has now been switched to touchscreens. It's a shame for the employees, let's see if this at least improves something. Addendum 2: If anything, it got worse. Meanwhile you have to check whether there are patties on the burgers. May 1, 2024: 6 nuggets = 23 minutes waiting time

Waiting 30 minutes is not fast food for me and the order was completely wrong

It tends to be uncomfortable here. And the maximum parking time is limited to 90 minutes. I like to work for a few hours and of course eat a lot while I'm at it. It seems like that's not welcomed here. Despite “Café” in the title of McCafé.

Typical McD, staff is completely incompetent and seems totally out of it, especially around noon, which seems to come as a surprise. Avoid that time of day if you can help it. Parking is a bad joke. Vouchers not honored. Do not come here if you expect a QUICK bite. Orders take FOREVER.

Every single employee is strange and I waited what felt like 3 weeks for my food

Table dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a year. You feel stuck to the ground. Staff are terrible, apart from the rude ones. They treat the staff just as badly as they treat the customers. So “customer is king” is written in lowercase letters there…if at all. You can completely forget about table service there. Either the food is cold by the time it is brought or something is missing. If you ask the staff about it, they will assume you are lying, even though you have the receipt as proof. Preferably zero stars...but unfortunately that doesn't mean a forced star.

Absolutely unfriendly staff, totally disrespectful, cheeky! Eating took far too long and was of course cold. Cleanliness and hygiene cannot be found here! And as usual, the order wasn't complete? And what's completely new to me is that dogs are now allowed in the restaurant? A perfect case for the public order office!!!

I'm mad as hell! Just wanted to order, and Then two employees sang in Indian or something like that... Then they laughed at me and my friend... "Master, it's closing time..." Although no one was for a long time... I have never experienced anything like it! Boycott the store!

Waited half an hour for our food at a fast food restaurant. Despite the fact that we are regular customers, we have often been forgotten. We didn't get any compensation or let alone an apology from the young lady.

Waited 18 minutes for 2 Mc Crispys in the menu. 4 other customers who came into the store 10 minutes later had already had their food, which also happened to be Mc Crispys.

I just looked at a few reviews. Actually, everything has already been said, but I would still like to personally point out a few things. Even though there were more staff than customers in the store, we had to wait about 20 minutes for our MC Smart menu. When they finally came, the fries were soggy and the burgers were ice cold. But the worst thing was the shift leader's tone towards the staff, underground!!! Sorry, but this behavior is an absolute no go. If she hadn't spent so much time humiliating her employees in front of the customers, she would have noticed the dirty tables and the overcrowded trolley. The operator must react here.

By far the most miserable McDonald’s branch in the Mainz/Wiesbaden region. Unfriendly staff (an older employee) who barks at customers at the counter, asking them to order at the terminals, whether you can see that they are busy. Annoyed eye rolling and a sulky demeanor when you insist on ordering in person. Other customers were already waiting 25 minutes for 2 McFlurry ice creams... next time I'll go somewhere else.

Food came very quickly and was okay

The food in this McDonalds is prepared with Care, freshly made and nicely served. The cappuccino is served in a nice big cappuccino cup and with great taste! You feel like you are in a real restaurant! Compliments! I’ll be back!!!

The slowest and unfriendly branch ever. 20 people are waiting in line at the branch. There wasn't even much going on in McDrive. Any eye contact with the customer was avoided. In addition, there was no feeling of need to serve customers any faster. In all, a real “WOW” effect and not in a positive sense. P.S. Sarcasm is also practiced extensively by calling out the number several times, not letting a customer pick up their food and saying loudly “someone has too much money, well then….” P.P.S. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food and it was cold!!!!

Biggest snot ever, clearly warn everyone not to place an order at this location. Dealing with customers almost borders on fraud.

Unfortunately the last McDonalds there is. Heating is defective, but still cold when it works. Staff subpar in terms of friendliness and speed, never clean. Really unbelievable

By far the uncleanest McD I have ever visited. Service? What kind of service? Table numbers gone, pick them up yourself. Even though food was stated in the restaurant, I suddenly had everything in the bag. Then I dumped everything back onto the tablet and half of it was missing anyway. But there were sauces that weren't even ordered. The tablet carts were completely overcrowded, so that the tables next to them were full of garbage. Tables generally dirty and sticky. The floor was also dirty and almost stuck.

I was there yesterday around 6 p.m., it was freezing!!! I was completely cold. Unfortunately, the food wasn't that good either, the Big Rösti only had a blob of sauce and had apparently been sitting there for a long time. It's a shame because I haven't been to McD for a while, but I was actually happy. But the service was very friendly. There was nothing to complain about.

Hello, The branch urgently needs a refresh in all aspects. I had to wait half an hour for the food on site and I think without my asking (after 20 minutes) I could have waited forever. The branch was also very dirty. There wasn't much going on either. One wonders why the service was still so bad...

Unfortunately you have to sit in the cold while eating. This isn't the first McDonald's where customers are left out in the cold.

Danger! If you as a McDonalds customer stay in the branch for longer than 90 minutes, you will receive a hefty fine from the parking lot operator. An outrage.

Unfriendly and incompetent staff

Klein und fein, Personaleinsatz/-menge OK + Freundlich, aber kaum einer der gut Deutsch kann. Sauberkeit naja, Boden nur mal Drübergewicht und die Toiletten haben keinen Deckel, schlecht für Kinder, die sich setzten MÜSSEN! Essen war fast kalt.

Tische leider sehr schmutzig. Liegt aber wohl an der Allgemeinen personalnot und der Rücksichtslosigkeit der letzten Gäste. Ansonsten typisch mc Donalds. Wers nicht mag soll halt nicht hingehen.

2 mal in 4 Tagen fehlte mir eine Zutat auf dem Burger. Auf Nachfrage wurde der nachgeliefert. Schade dennoch. Schade auch, dass es kein McCafe Angebot mehr gibt: keine Kuchen etc.

Wird immer schlimmer. Sparen, sparen, sparen. Lautes Personal, Bestellautomaten teilweise kaputt oder gehen während der Bestellung nicht. Burger, Brötchen werden kleiner. War Anfangs deutlich besser. Aber außer das alles teurer wird und es sich auf die Produkte bzw Grösse niederschlägt. Im Zeitalter der Kosten wird auch an Personal gespart so das der Service meistens auf der Strecke bleibt. Dadurch entsteht Stress, es wird laut... Macht eigentlich nicht wirklich mehr Spaß. Und wenn man zum mitnehmen bestellt, muss man immer kontrollieren ob das Bestellte auch wirklich dabei ist. Ist halt Fast ...... Food

Is halt nen Mecces, ne. Aber dafür ein guter.

Für den Saal braucht man für den Zugang am Drehtore pro Person 2 € Münzen.

Das Personal ist das Beste an diesem McDonalds!

Ein wirklich toller Mc Donalds. Ich war heute sehr überrascht ein unglaublich freundlicher und gut gelaunter Mitarbeiter und sehr frische Leckere Pommes ! Danke :)

Katastrophaler Service, ungenügende Hygiene. Kein Tisch ist geputzt. Überall Fliegen, langsame Arbeitee. Es tut mir Leid, aber nicht zu empfehlen.

Eigentlich wie immer ,habe der einen Angestellten mal mitgeteilt das der Bildschirm wohl mal geputzt werden sollte, das Touchscreen hat nicht mehr richtig funktioniert.

Die Speisen haben die gewohnte Qualität von McD. Alles frisch zubereitet. Also keine kalte Ware aus der Auslage, welche vor Stunden gemacht wurden. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit der Toiletten zu wünschen übrig! Das war heute ziemlich dreckig und regelmäßig gereinigt wird das sicherlich nicht! Ich finde, das gehört genauso dazu, wie Sauberkeit in der Küche und an der Essensausgabe.

Es war so heiß in dem MC Donald das wir uns entschieden haben draußen zu essen, da es dort angenehmer war.

Ich und meine Frau haben wegen den Gutscheine einzeln bestellt. Eine Frau mit Bluse kurzer Haare Brille und etwas älter hat das Essen gebracht. Bei der zweiten Bestellung kam ein Spruch zu meiner Frau ob sie jetzt davon satt werden könnte. Nur weil sie zweimal uns was an den Tisch was bringen musste. Es ist für die ganze Familie und nicht für eine Person. Da muss man sich nicht beleidigen zu lassen bzw. diskriminierende Äußerungen gefallen lassen und das wohl als schichtführer. Sowashab ich noch nie erlebt. Das Essen war soweit und es wird nur Mayo und Spur gerammt vergessen. Sauberkeit na ja . Hoffe das wird auch vom Store Leiter gelesen was für ein Personal in sein Store Arbeitet

Schlechte Bedienung,unfreundlich nicht kompetent und nicht sauber die Sitzplätze klebten und Essensreste waren auch auf allen Sitzplätzen. WC war unhygienisch.

Sehr lange Wartezeit am Autoschalter!

Das Essen ist ok, aber der McDonalds wirkt irgendwie immer schmuddelig. Oft sind die Tische nicht aufgeräumt. Zudem ist die Temperatur aft kälter als anderswo. Es ist auch schon öfter vorgekommen, dass die Bestellung unvollständig war, aber das passiert ja mal. Zumindest kriegt man dann das fehlende Teil recht schnell und freundlich. Aber am Ambiente gibt es definitiv Luft nach oben. Deshalb auch nur drei Sterne!

Also mal ehrlich, da ist zu dieser Uhrzeit kaum was los und der Boden zu den Toiletten klebt, dementsprechend waren auch die Toiletten, der Seifenspender hing auf halb acht (also defekt) die Urinale sahen aus als wären sie an dem Tag noch nicht gereinigt worden. Also das finde ich schon echt ekelig vor allem wenn man mit einem Kleinkind da ist.

Unser Tisch im Außenbereich klebrig und schmutzig. Die Bestellung falsch an den Tisch gebracht bekommen. Trotz abbestellter Eiswürfel waren welche in den Bechern und statt Currysoße hat man uns Cajunsoße gebracht. Auf dem Tablett keine Servietten und im Lokal keine Möglichkeit sich selbst welche zu besorgen. Wieder musste ich warten bis die Mitarbeiter mir welche gaben. Was ist passiert? So „bescheiden“ war es hier noch nie.

In der Toilette klebt es, die seife ist leer. Zu den nuggets Falsche Soßen bekommen, auf Nachfrage, wusste der Mann hinter der Theke nicht was "curry" ist, der Salat beim Burger lag mehr auf dem Burger als in dem Burger, einzig positives ist das alles frisch und warm war.

Klebrige Tische, chaotisch bis man seine Bestellung bekommt dauert sehr lange. Alle wuseln rum und man hat den Eindruck keiner weiß genau was er oder sie zu tun hat. Muss man nicht hin gibt andere da läuft das besser.

Das Essen hat ehrlicherweise die gleiche Qualität wie anderen McDonald's auch. Wobei das Wort "Qualität" für sowas eigentlich benutzt werden darf. Aber ich war wirklich noch nie in einem so dreckigen und versifften McDonald's wie hier. Die Tische und Stühle kleben ekelhaft und die Abfallbehälter quellen über. Igitt.

Seit der Einführung der Bestellautomaten ist der Service weiter gesunken. Ich war mit meiner Familie dort und hatte entsprechende Gutscheine, zwei für eins, dabei. Da ich mit dem Automat nicht klar kam, bat ich um Hilfe. Die Antwort der Mitarbeiterin, dass müssen machen am am Automat. O.K.. Nur so, ich muss gar nichts machen. Meine Familie wird künftig den in 50 Meter entfernten BurgerKing gehen und ich hoffe, dass alle, die so einen schlechten Service erfahren, künftig McDonald meiden. Im übrigen sind im BurgerKing sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und es gibt statt Bestellautomaten eine Klimaanlage und diese ist auch an.

Dieses Restaurant von McDonald's in der Haifa-Allee in Bretzenheim gehört zu den besseren, die ich kenne. Es ist sehr ordentlich und gemütlich eingerichtet und man isst gern hier. Es gibt genug Parkplätze, W-Lan, Drive-Thru und auch ein McCafé. Meistens trinke ich einen Kaffee und esse was kleines. Ein großes Plus gibt es für die sanitären Anlagen, die woanders in schlechtem Zustand sind oder nicht existieren (z. B. am Bahnhof, da hat McDonald's überhaupt keine Toiletten) - hier hingegen ist alles bestens.
