Once again, something was missing from the order. And not for the first, second, third time. And often what was wrong. You only get one answer, you have to check. No, the employees should simply work more precisely and properly. Especially when you drive on the Mac Drive and get what's missing at home. It's so easy to rip people off and make money.

It is always very crowded on Sundays. Today on September 8th. At 12 o'clock it became clear which McDonald's in Magdeburg was the worst. At first, older people were not allowed to order at the counter. They had to order at the terminals because no one wanted or could work the cash register. Our order then took a little longer and many new paying customers turned around. 4 terminals, one of them broken and 2 of them no paper in the printer. After ordering we waited 25 minutes for 1 burger, 2 coffees, 1 apple turnover and 1 ice cream. But the veggie burger was the crowning glory. After taking it out of the packaging, the entire table was covered in mayonnaise and the burger was inedible. Since the store is full and the staff won't smile again until the end of the day, we left the store firmly convinced that it would be better to drive a little longer and avoid this store.

Unfortunately we are waiting a very long time for our order. What was also an absolute no-go was the following: Customer brought back the wrong burger that was already in the guest area (possibly eaten). Normally this burger then has to be destroyed. This was put back on display and packaged up for the next customer at the drive-thru. Absolutely disgusting, especially you never know what the customer who already had the citizen did with it.

The parking lot is a complete disaster. It's all one-way streets, totally narrow and no decent walk to the restaurant. There are also no extra parking spaces for picking up online orders. Otherwise everything is OK.

Been there once, the tablets are not cleaned at all... there was still sauce etc. on them from the previous person... absolutely not recommended... food was ok... was also replaced... you don't choose the guests , but children playing football and doing laps on bicycles in the store at night is not acceptable... the visit was scary...

Toilets were totally not clean. I'm not used to that from McDonald's.

Basically an average McDonalds. But I have often had the case that I wasn't given enough of a burger, a drink or a pack of chicken nuggets. Apparently this is often the case here.

I was eating there on Thursday and the two women who were at the checkout or who handed out the finished orders were so unfriendly to the other staff that I was about to say something. They just got excited and didn't do anything and were just talking to everyone else. I ordered an ice cream and one of them just said: "Who's going to order a crappy ice cream?" that's not possible. I work in retail and I know that the situation before was stressful for the ladies because orders weren't printed, but that What the two of them did was catastrophic.

So let's be honest back then it was much better, I waited an hour for my food and the table service was unfriendly, the food was cold and the place where we sat was super dirty so there are other branches where it is much better

We had to go to Dekra in Magdeburg and because we still had time, we thought we would stop at this McDonald’s. The employees were there early in the morning, already in a good mood and our breakfast was delivered to our table in a jiffy. So if you're ever near one of the few McDonald's I can recommend?

Since it is a fast food chain, you expect the same or consistent standards in all branches. This one isn't quite big, but it's modern and clean...there's an outdoor area. Since there is a lot of traffic moving around here, the environment is not quiet and there is no McCafé here.

The order processing time can sometimes be scary. Otherwise, classic system gastronomy

We've always been very happy there, but one experience today made this Mcc's stand out from the rest. My 11 year old son got a nosebleed in McDonald's today (probably because of the heat) and an employee called me immediately. Until I got there, two really great employees looked after my son very lovingly. When everything was fine again, he received free food and drink from the employees, which is anything but a given. Thanks again to the great employees 😊 I haven't seen so much humanity in a long time. Of course we have always been happy with the food there, always warm, always quick and always tasty. Wonderful team, keep it up. Employees like you only make McDonald's even more likeable. For this reason alone we will now come to eat more regularly. Of course without a nosebleed ;)

At this branch I have the impression that profits are maximized by omitting paid items. You order with the app, everything should actually be there in readable form. For example, 2 classics for 7.50 euros were missing, another time 2 cheeseburgers, sometimes the sauces we ordered. Anyone who is evil assumes that the owner/operator of the branch has a systemic business idea to maximize their own profits. Other reviews have similar experiences. It would actually be worth a complaint to McDonald's Germany, which entrepreneur here is doing negative marketing for the company. Well-intentioned advice - if you drive to this station, please take the receipt with you, be sure to check everything immediately and complain immediately.

The food is as always at MC, but the service is a nightmare. I order via the app with the option of eating there. I waited 45 minutes and it didn't arrive, so I went to ask for what I paid for. I heard from the employee that they didn't have such an order, but I didn't give up. I stood there for the next 10 minutes trying to explain the situation, and eureka, my order was there, but it was not where it was supposed to be!!! There are no words, I didn't even hear an apology for being so slow

Update: 06/12/24 Catastrophic again today... Ordered to take away and then received to eat there, it was then repackaged into bags. This time something is missing again, a specially booked chocolate sauce for the strawberry shake, 6 nuggets that were part of a menu. Then the burgers 2x ChickenClassic were thrown together simply cheekily, it was all because of the lettuce next to the burger, some of it even had brown lettuce, it wasn't fresh anymore... I really thought that couldn't be normal, it was always new that something wasn't right also in service And we don't go to Mcces often, maybe 1 to 2 times a month at the most 05/09/24 Not the first time that something was missing from an order here in the branch, unfortunately Both for online, on-site or terminal orders. Otherwise, services were quick but not 100% satisfactory... Food is thrown together quickly and sometimes even looks unappetizing. Extra points via the app don't work at all every time they are activated and added to the order, but no credit is given. The branch makes a clean impression when it's not stressful.

There hardly seem to be any German staff working there anymore, I found it difficult to communicate. Polite, yes... but difficult to understand what some people want from you. Food okay. Fast food... the cheeseburgers were much better, I have the feeling it's really just mass production and then it just tastes good...

Had an MC Smart menu. Everything was fine and on top of that there was massive diarrhea.

The food was pretty good in principle and was quickly at the table and tasted good. Only the change in drinks that you no longer get a drinking straw is modest, so the ice cubes fall into your face or against your teeth without warning and that's not exactly nice. The employee on site was quite upset when I asked her about it.

Short trip to a very strange Bollywood film. Nobody danced, nobody had funny belly chains on and unfortunately the food wasn't as authentically Indian as the actors there suggested. However, the language was a 10/10 as at least the original was Bollywood.

Saturday at 1:30 p.m. we ate at McDonalds with the kids. It was very crowded, the food wasn't hot, but the children enjoyed it. The power went out completely and the nice shift manager/restaurant manager handled it with ease. He took it with humor, made the guests laugh, and tried very hard to ensure that all guests were satisfied.

Yes, what can I say, ordered take away as always. I don't think I've ever even experienced everything we ordered being in the bag. The crust of the Crispy Chicken is not chewable in many places because it is rock hard and the meat inside is completely dry. Curley Fries were missing, a shame.

Done for 2024. The boys wanted to go again. The service was tried hard, but overwhelmed. The food wasn't worth the price and the atmosphere was dingy and loud. I was happy when I got out again.

The lady at the drive-thru order was very nice and funny but when it came to serving it...the employee...acted like the boss...gray long-sleeved jacket...green tie... So unfriendly and annoyed...it's a service job that can be very stressful and if you can't handle it you should change jobs

Food as usual at mces.... The benches could easily be 5 cm further away from the table. After all, one would think that they live with fat people.... Ich wollte eigentlich billig tanken. Okay, mein Fehler bei McDo reinzugehen. Aber als Franchise-Unternehmen gibt es ja deutliche Unterschiede zwischen einzelnen Läden. Dieser war von der weniger guten Kategorie. Dass sich an dieser abgelegenen Stelle hinter wirren Zufahrtsschlängelungen ein recht spannendes Publikum am späten Sonntagabend neben der billigsten Tanke der Umgebung einfinden ist wohl ganz normal. Ich muss ja nicht reingehen, wenn ich mich als was Besseres fühle. Ist grundsätzlich eigentlich nicht so bei mir. Aber jedenfalls waren die zuerst besuchten Toiletten ganz deutlich geruchsintensiv, die Wartezeit trotz der nervig n Gestellautomaten war aufgrund geringer Personaldichte hoch und die abgesperrten Bereiche mit hochgestellte Stühlen waren gar nicht einladend. Zur Essensqualität darf ich nichts sagen, weil ich nicht zugelangt habe . Ich muss ja nicht reingehen, wenn ich mich als was Besseres fühle. Mache ich auch nicht wieder.

Wir waren nur zum Kaffee trinken dort. So gegen 10:30 Uhr. Es war, im Restaurant, soooooo kalt 🥶. Kaffee hat geschmeckt.

2 der vier Bestellautomaten funktionierten nicht. Schilder für Tischservice waren nicht vorhanden.

Gewohntes Ambiente aber völlig überlaufen

Erst einen von 2 Burgern vergessen, dann muss man noch diskutieren, dass man den vergessenen Burger auch bekommt. Mitarbeiter sprechen sehr schlecht deutsch und sind zudem unhöflich und unprofessionell. Der McDonalds wird nie wieder besucht.

Dirty, loud and bad service. ( Forgot 5 out of 15) so I can't accept this. And the price is expensive as hell.

Leider waren heute die Pommes etwas kalt.

Essen wird sehr schnell zubereitet, aber besonders die Burger scheinen nicht immer frisch zubereitet zu sein und verschenken dementsprechend Potential.

Bestellautomat funktionierte nicht, Personal unfreundlich und ohne Service bei fehlerhafter Fertigung von nur Eis. Schade für einen Ausflug.

Die 5 Sterne gebe ich den Mitarbeitern. Es sind hauptsächlich indisch stämmigen Mitarbeiter die sehr bemüht sind, ihre Aufgaben zur vollen Zufriedenheit abzuliefern. Und das tun sie. Nicht nur bei mc Donalds sondern überall im Arbeitsprozess. Die Räumlichkeiten am Florapark sind viel zu klein. Der Andrang ist ständig zu groß für dieses kleine Gebäude . Dabei sind die Kunden oft sauer, das es soll lange dauert, bis die Bestellung fertig ist. Es ist auch ebenso zu klein, bei der Erstellung der Speisen. Vielleicht wird dieser Standort einmal erweitert.Von mir ein Dankeschön an Service und Produktion für eure Mühen in der kleinen Küche.

irgendwie wartet man hier ewig wenn man denn drive in nutzt , mir kommt es auch so vor als wenn die ausländischen Angestellten dort kein plan sowie keine wirkliche lust haben , leute ändert das wieder . an anderen Standorten ist das nicht so. Ich füge hinzu jetzt wird man nach dem bezahlen erstmal direkt auf warte Position geschickt .

Wenn es voll ist werden gerne Dinge vergessen. (Nuggets, Soße oder Cheeseburger) Man muss Zeit mit bringen denn unter 20 min bekommt man seine Bestellung nicht. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht so unfreundliches Personal. Da wird man noch voll gemeckert, weil man die App nutzt und sie nicht funktioniert. Drine steht man soll einen Mitarbeiter die Nummer zeigen und wird dann als dumm da gestellt.

Bemühtes Personal. Burger und Pommes leider nicht mehr heiß. Lag wohl auch daran, dass es trotz später Stunde noch sehr voll war. Mussten sehr lange warten.

Sauber und ordentlich! Frisches Essen und sehr schmackhaft und die Bedienung ist super freundlich!!

Leider ein bissel zu klein geraten .... Service gibt sich mühe aber stellenweise leicht überfordert, versuchen aber dabei nett zu sein.

Der Service war wirklich außerordentlich gut. Wir besuchten diesen Standort am Montag den 9.10.2023. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und sogar durch einen Nebeneingang hineingelassen. Das Personal war stehts freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Personal versteht einen (deutschsprachigen) Kunden nicht mehr. Tische und Böden sind dreckig. Abgabe-Tablettsammler voll und dadurch Tische mit verbleibenden Tabletts.

Das Personal ist bei geringen Andrang komplett überfordert und es hat nichts mehr mit dem ursprünglichen Schnellrestaursnt zu tun. WARTEZEIT CA. 30 MIN . ESSEN DANN KALT. LIEFERANDO UND UBER sind wichtiger

Es war sehr voll und es ging sehr langsam vorwärts. Mit diesen neuen Automaten für Bestellungen muß man erstmal zurecht kommen. An ältere Menschen hat man da nicht gedacht. Auch Alte essen mal bei Mc Donalds aber das Unternehmen hat es nur auf jüngeres Publikum abgesehen. Schade. .

echt das schlechteste Mc Donald's von Magdeburg, Produkte fehlen, falsche Zusammenstellung, lange Wartezeit, unfähige Mitarbeiter. Ganz schlecht, keine Weiterempfehlung, mehrmals die Erfahrung gemacht, kein Ersatz oder Entschuldigung

Leider kann ich viele Rezensionen hier nur teilen. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen alle etwas überfordert zu sein. So konnte ich während meiner 50 minütigen Wartezeit für 2 Menüs und ein Happy Meal, einen guten Eindruck machen. Mit Systemgastronomie hatte das wenig zu tun oder es sind die Punks/Systemsprenger unter den McDonalds, dann läuft es eigentlich ziemlich gut! Da nicht alle der deutschen Sprache mächtig sind, werden die Zahlen nicht immer ganz klar ausgerufen, was ja nicht so schlimm wäre, wenn der Bildschirm mit den abholbereiten Bestellungen funktionieren würde. Erschwert kommt hinzu, dass viele des örtlichen Publikums mit den Bestellbildschirmen ebenso wenig zurecht kommen und dann immer noch bar bezahlen wollen. Plattenbau Patte und Energy Erik werden natürlich schnell ungeduldig, kommen alle 5 Minuten nach vorne und wissen, wann ihr Essen fertig ist. Durch die dürftige Kommunikation kommt es schnell zu Verzögerungen und lange Wartezeiten. Die Dame, die übrigens meine Tüte gepackt hat, war mMn schon Mitarbeiterin bei McDonald's, als die beiden Brüder es noch führten. Ich glaube, von ihr kam auch die Ideen mit dem BigMac. 👍

2 min zu spät zum Frühstück und trotz Nachfrage leider nichts bekommen echt schade .... Service wurde auch sehr unfreundlich bei der Nachfrage .....

Einfache Bedienung des Pults, gibt es nichts zu meckern. Das Personal bemüht sich, trotz Stress, freundlich zu bleiben, scheint jedoch des öfteren von einem Kollegen (grüne Ärmel, blonde, kurze Haare männl.) so abgelenkt zu werden, dass sie die Bestellung nicht korrekt ausführen können. So mussten wir bei 2 von 3 mal die Bestellung vor Ort korrigieren, da zum Beispiel EIN Eis oder EINMAL Pommes/Hamburger vergessen wurden. Kann passieren. Heute jedoch fehlte ein Drittel, was wir jedoch zuerst zu Hause bemerkten, weshalb eine Reklamation vermutlich nicht zugelassen würde. So fehlten 2x 11er Nuggets und ein McChicken. Sollten wir dort erneut essen, werden wir wohl die Bestellung wieder vor Ort überprüfen, was in ANDEREN Filialen bisher nicht nötig war.
