The tables are very dirty, even though it's very quiet.

The shift supervisor spoke to the staff in an unacceptable manner – she shouted in front of all the guests. I felt so sorry for the poor employee! Unacceptable behavior.

We had to wait 30 minutes for our food even though it wasn't busy. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and you could tell it had been sitting out for a while. We had it replaced, which happened without any fuss... but that took a very long time too.

I had to wait 25 minutes for my food, while others who arrived after me received their food earlier.

My schicken burger was packaged upside down, dry, and cold. The cola was flat. I didn't receive any multi-serve cups, contrary to what I ordered. I didn't receive any napkins.

Sunday evening. Far too few staff have been assigned. Everyone is working themselves to the bone trying to do right by everyone. But cutting corners on staff doesn't help either 😠. With such a large influx of customers, which is routine here, not selecting more staff is disrespectful to both the customers and the employees!!!

For the umpteenth time, half of my order was missing, and on top of that, the staff showed no understanding... If I got a stamp for missing food, and the reward was a meal or something, I would have filled over three cards within three months... Even the shift manager showed no understanding; complaints go in one ear and out the other... After five years, I finally have to update my review... I'm so angry... I waited three-quarters of an hour for ten cheeseburgers... and they weren't even complete... I can't even give the service one star...

It took 16 minutes from ordering to delivery, even though the place was almost empty. They were missing fries even though we hadn't ordered much. The staff in the kitchen were busy chatting and laughing loudly.

I just ordered a chai latte oatmeal and received a latte macchiato. Due to an allergy... Very bad!!! Mistakes can happen, but to be yelled at about it is absolutely unprofessional. We wanted to speak to a supervisor, but this was refused. Absolute dump, I'd rather buy a sandwich... A letter to the top is going out!

I'm usually quite satisfied, but tonight the lady who brought the food out to the cars was very unfriendly. She didn't know which order belonged to which car and then said, "You all obviously don't know what you ordered." That was absolutely outrageous. No thank you, no please, nothing, just constant complaining.

Hello, I ordered a burger which arrived relatively quickly, but the burger was bad, the cheese was really strange and the meat wasn't cooked through, and as a result I've felt sick all day and am hanging over the toilet.

The restaurant was quiet, the toilets were dirty. After ordering, the service was very quick. The food wasn't really hot anymore. Otherwise, it was the usual... typical McDonald's.

Magdeburg has one of the worst McDonald's restaurants, and it's right here! Items are constantly missing from orders. Waiting times are far longer than promised. Yesterday I used their delivery service, and over €12 worth of food was missing. I called and informed them. My complaint wasn't taken seriously, and I was told I could just reorder the missing items since they wouldn't be delivering them. That's outrageous! I absolutely do not recommend this branch. The place is always grimy, and there are hardly any clean tables. The staff is overwhelmed and constantly understaffed.

Orders are frequently incorrect or simply forgotten. I won't be eating here again.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! We waited 40 minutes for our food, which then wasn't partly what we ordered, and something was missing! I will never visit this "restaurant" again!

The burgers were already cold, the wait was long, and there were hairs in the fries. Absolutely not recommended.

The delivery time and service are perfectly fine, but my order has now been incomplete three times in a row. A credit note doesn't make up for my hunger that day :D.

The worst McDonald's in town. Almost every time I visit, something is missing from the menu, and almost every time I have to wait longer than 30 minutes. It's not the first time I've had stomach problems after eating at this restaurant; I have no issues at other places. The staff also seems to be inconsistent about some things, taking burgers from other people's bags and putting them in their own... It used to be better.

When we were there as a family, it was unfortunately very dirty, loud, and crowded. The tables were sticky and dirty, and there were food scraps everywhere on the floor. However, after we asked, our table was wiped down quite quickly.

There are still many people inside after 6 pm.

So, if you have to sit inside in what feels like 30-degree heat because it's raining outside, and a guest has already tried twice to open the door to get some air in, and the staff, or rather the somewhat plump lady, complains and closes the door again, then I wouldn't recommend the place. P.S. I didn't notice any air conditioning. I could write more, but that's enough for now...

Not only was the food freezing cold, but the restaurant was too. When I asked about it, they said it was broken... What was broken? The air conditioning, which was set to cold even though it was 7 degrees Celsius outside, or the heating? At such high prices, I expect everything to be perfect.

We were there yesterday at 10:20 PM. We waited a very long time in the car before it was our turn. After we ordered, things moved very quickly. When we got home, we noticed that everything was lukewarm or even cold, whether it was the McRib, Hamburger Royal, or the hamburgers, and even the fries were almost cold. The Shaker Chicken McNuggets were lukewarm. Since we didn't get our order until 10:55 PM, it wasn't worth driving back. It takes 5 minutes to drive home from McDonald's, so the food should at least be properly warm or even hot, especially considering the prices.

I stood in the McDonald's drive-thru for an hour today, even though I ordered and paid via the app beforehand. They call that a fast-food restaurant 😅 Normally you wait two hours, or where's the fast part? 😅 Unbelievable.

What a terrible meal...everything was cold and basically inedible.

We ordered plant-based nuggets and got meat nuggets 🤮. We went back and exchanged them (we were supposed to keep the meat ones - what were we supposed to do with them?? - and then gave them away to other customers.) But the best part 😍 is yet to come: Of 20 plant-based nuggets, only 19 were plant-based and one was meat-based. 🙂 Thanks for the disgusting, shocking moment while eating them! (You notice it immediately, or rather, you noticed it from the different color/consistency). We've been there 3-4 times now, and every time there's been a problem with this company's inability to implement their plant-based offering; we've always received the wrong order with meat. It's a shame.

Absolutely disappointing. We ordered takeout from there a few days ago. Everything was put into a large bag and handed to us. When we asked about the children's toys, they reacted irritably. When we got home, we realized that my husband's wrap had been completely forgotten. This time, I sent an email to the address on the receipt. I only received a message back today saying, "Thank you for the tip and I'm sorry." It's a shame that this is how they react to a service that wasn't provided. Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this McDonald's!

10/25/19 While traveling from Magdeburg to Halle on the A19 autobahn, this snack bar was a lifesaver. A McMenu consisting of two Big Macs, a large fries, curry sauce, and a Fanta may not be the culinary highlight, but it filled me up and satisfied me. 🍔

All the extras were correct when ordering, and the burgers looked good, neatly assembled, and visually appealing. The place is a bit run down, but still okay.

The restaurant was listed as open on October 3, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. Ordered via app, but the food was still closed on-site. No food or refund received. The franchisee is playing dead.

I don't recommend the "spicy" version. Very dry, flavorless chicken with a slight spiciness. Very far from the advertised flavor. Disappointing.

We went today around 6:30 p.m. and ordered a bwin drive-thru. Unfortunately, I have to say that the staff only gave out drinks upon request, and the apple slices were missing from Happy Mail. The kids were really upset about it. Maybe they can change that, otherwise this will be my last visit to the store.

If you're waiting a long time for cold, incomplete food, this is the place to go! Kudos to the kitchen for throwing the burger ingredients into the boxes from a distance of two meters! I almost recognized my Big Tasty Bacon as such.

I made a reservation for a child's birthday party over the phone. Nothing was prepared except a note on the table saying "Reserved." Hardly anyone spoke proper German. I waited an hour for the food. Never again.

Waited 25 minutes for the food! Food delivered cold! And we had table service!!!! Garbage all over the tables, and why??? Of course the cart is full to the brim. We complained, but unfortunately, no one here understands us!!!!!!!

The McDonald's is incredibly small and constantly overcrowded, as the chain network in MD is already disastrous. Even if the food is tasty, eating there isn't fun.

What a shitty store. I pre-ordered, which means my order can be prepared when I check in. I understand it's Sunday evening, and a million people are there. But if I have to wait another 30 minutes after checking in (two cars ahead of me in the McD), I simply expect that if I pack three sweet and sour sauces, I should be aware that nuggets or something will be in there. And if I pack a kids' meal, a toy automatically goes in there. I'm a restaurateur myself and know what it feels like to be in a mess. But if it takes me 30-45 minutes to order, it should just be okay. Ultimately, I realize the employees are doing their best, but if there's no supervisor or the people aren't paid accordingly, this is exactly what happens. I naively went to McD again after several weeks and was disappointed again. Ultimately, it's my own fault.

Average McDonald's. The atmosphere isn't great. It's loud and surrounded by a parking lot and car wash/gas station. It's often very crowded. Sunday evening wait times are at least 30 minutes.

It took them 30 minutes to make our order and bring it to the table. The whole McDonald is really dirty, the games for the kids are black and kids get out with black hands, feet and clothing. Burgers were good though.

A hair was found in toast, and the staff was unfazed... it would be better to go to the outskirts of town. The employees don't know what a hat is, everyone has their hair down... a disaster.

So either I'm really unlucky or this is a new scam. This is the second time in a short space of time that something has been forgotten. Once it was fries, today it was a burger. You always have to wait on the side; you'd think they'd actually check what's included in your order! This should apparently be implemented soon; they didn't use to have anything like this at this Mägges!

McDonald's is usually known for its fast food. This branch seems to be a foreign concept. The food tastes good when you get everything exactly as you order it. Whether you order in-store or via delivery, products are often missing or mixed up. That shouldn't happen these days for this price. I recommend going to the other McDonald's branches. You're almost never disappointed there, and I think the food tastes better, too.

The staff were rude and the order was wrong

This evening, after my late shift, I purchased a Mac takeaway meal from this local branch. Unfortunately, upon eating it at home, I discovered that the food had an extremely unusual and unpleasant taste—it tasted strongly of gasoline or something rotten. The smell was also noticeable and not at all what one would expect from a freshly prepared meal. I was extremely disappointed and, out of concern for my health, stopped eating the meal. Such an incident is not only very unpleasant, but also hazardous to one's health—especially since, as a customer, you expect to receive a flawless product. Although the branch is conveniently located near my workplace, this experience will prevent me from visiting again in the future. It's extremely unfortunate that one apparently cannot rely on the quality of the food.

I'm starting to get really annoyed. Something always gets forgotten in our order. Today, four items alone!

Disaster...very long wait and the food was still cold. Sandwiches without sauce. Super bland. Despite pointing this out to the man delivering the food, he pretended not to hear or simply didn't care. Worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. I don't recommend it.

On July 20, 2025, I ordered from McDonald's via Lieferando. Unfortunately, the wrong delivery arrived. I called the next day, and a nice man answered the phone. He was accommodating and was able to correct the error right away. He offered to come by and get the correct order. I did, and was greeted warmly, and all the employees were immediately on the case. Thank you for the friendly service :)

Long wait times at the Drive-In. This McDonald's uses tricks when it comes to check-in. Cars are asked to park in the waiting area so that it's not noticed that cars have been parked for well over two minutes. Some employees are unfriendly and don't speak German well. The quality of the burgers is sometimes poor because they aren't hot enough.

Fast food? Not here. Avoid this place whenever possible. You'll happily wait an hour for your "food" here. Go to a Greek restaurant, or hunt for your own food. It's faster. Addendum: Fries were completely cold and without salt, the shake was wrong, and the Fanta tasted like water.

After ordering several times, we were disappointed every time. Something was always missing or we received something different. Everything was always correct on our receipt, and what we received, for example, was a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger. I don't understand the problem of why people can't read a label properly or don't check the items again. We'll never set foot there again or order online from them! I wish I hadn't given a single star!

Hello. We bought two Happy Mails at McDonald's today. Unfortunately, we discovered that both were missing the burger 🍔. Our grandchildren were quite disappointed. It's really sad that something like this happens. We'll be giving this McDonald's branch a wide berth.

Today, I ordered a meal at the drive-thru consisting of two Big Macs, fries without ketchup or mayonnaise, and a Coke with ice. I got a cold Big Mac that was overloaded with lettuce and sauce, a "Big Mac" with chicken instead of beef, and no fries at all. Surprise, the ice was in the Coke, though. Bravo! It's getting worse and worse. If you can't manage to hire employees who can at least handle the basics of your products, you should either change your staff or close the store. And no, this wasn't the first time you've messed up an order. I'm happy to overlook the missing ice, but messing up an order like you did today is simply unacceptable.

It's truly amazing that this place is still open. Hygiene doesn't seem to be a priority here. A quick look behind the counter reveals filth everywhere, food scraps on the floor, and in some cases, the floor is cleaned by the same hands that were used to prepare the food just moments before. The organization is also complete chaos. No structure, overwhelmed employees, and an unfriendly tone don't make the visit any more pleasant. The wait times are completely excessive, and this for a fast-food restaurant. When the food finally arrived, the burger was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, and it tasted more like cardboard. The only positive thing was the Fanta, which was at least cold and tasted as expected. All in all, a disappointing visit that you could really skip.

Well, the decor and food are typical McDonald's! But the service is terrible! They don't understand the pickup codes, so they have to wait in the waiting area even though the food is empty and only drinks are available!

Good evening, On June 22, 2025, my boys and I were sorely disappointed. We were at the lake and just wanted to have a delicious McD's afterward. To our disappointment, our expectations were more than met. Attached are photos of our Mango Curry Wrap (which we didn't order; it was supposed to be a classic chicken wrap), and instead of a cheeseburger, we were given a burger with just bread and a patty. In short, it wasn't tasty, it took a long time, and I think the photos speak for themselves.

I was there on June 19th. Very nice staff and branch management.

45 minutes at the Mc Drive is just too long... Everything has gone down here except the prices of course... Everything is getting more expensive at McDonald's but the quality and service leaves a lot to be desired.

Unfortunately, since the change in the service concept, the preparation of the food no longer works, which leads to unnecessary waiting times.

I think it's really bad that when you choose toys, you never get what you want... Exchanges aren't really possible either... They should work on that, or indicate at the terminal what's still there and what's not...

I ordered online via the app and picked up the food on-site. After about 50 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru, I arrived home and discovered that the Happy Meal burger had no meat and a McChicken was missing! I absolutely do not recommend this branch.

This place is simply a disaster! I was there on May 25th around 1 p.m. We bought nuggets, ice cream, and drinks. We waited two hours, and we were simply forgotten. I don't recommend this McDonald's. Vegetarians aren't welcome. We ordered 20 plant-based nuggets and got 15 chicken nuggets and one plant-based nugget. The staff was horrible and yelled at me because we wanted new nuggets. I would avoid the place and never go there again.

For what's supposed to be a fast-food restaurant, we had to wait 55 minutes for our food after ordering, and it was very empty. Tables weren't cleaned when we asked, and our tray was thrown onto the table as if we were animals. Not recommended.

Well... I was just hungry. It's a place I don't like going to anymore. The food is tasteless and overpriced.

I had to wait 30 minutes for my order. When I picked it up at the front, I was told the 20-ounce nuggets would take a while longer. So, I was served fries and a Coke after 30 minutes. After about another 15 minutes of waiting... we're now at 45 minutes... the nuggets arrived. They were completely hard, as if they had been reheated from the day before or left in the fryer too long. New order: Iced Coffee Choc Shake... I waited 20 minutes. Then I was told the machine wasn't working. I got my money back and left.

Unfortunately, the food was completely cold and inedible. There was also mold on the bread. Our order was incomplete, and they couldn't bring us the right food. The staff was completely uncooperative.

I don't understand why there's a pre-order option. In my opinion, the idea is that my order is placed in advance and I don't have to wait on-site, because the preparation only begins there. We waited longer than if we had just walked in and ordered.

We were missing curly fries, so we called. They were very rude on the phone and used offensive language. You can tell how much fun they have at their job and how good-humored they are. If they forget something, it's not our fault as customers. And then to act stupidly. Gossiping about customers in the store because they only order two things... or yelling at their employees for their own mistakes is completely unacceptable.

I ordered a burger and unfortunately I got something wrong on it that I don't eat. Unfortunately I had to start a discussion with the staff to get a new citizen. After my burger was miserably accepted, I got it put back like in the picture (you can probably try a little harder) but unfortunately it was also very cold. No wonder this thing only has three stars. P.s Turning on the heating would be really cool in cold temperatures.

I was so looking forward to my double cheeseburger, and what did I get, a normal cheeseburger that was much cheaper than the double, and everything was just slapped on, the citizen looked like I got it from the garbage can. I love mcs but this is crazy. And what's more, my mom and I waited over half an hour for a small portion. Sorry but it turned out really disgusting and a waste of money. We won't go to this mcs anymore, We'd rather save the money for homemade citizens and fries. And now to my mom: she had a Big Tasty bacon, what did she get😂? A normal bacon citizen. What remains 100% best is the apple bag, sad what my favorite childhood food has become.
