It's a tragedy. No matter when you tried to get something edible from the drive-thru in the last three months, there was simply nothing you could do. Either it said "Please come in..." (if I had wanted that, I wouldn't have gone to the drive-in) or "Cash only at the drive-in..." A small sign would be great - or the drive-in In just close. Inside it is very often untidy and dingy, the ice cream machine is constantly "broken", and the staff is subtly overwhelmed, sometimes unfortunately also linguistically. In any case, check the contents of the bags, because even if the completeness was checked again on the monitor, something is still missing... We're giving up now, there's no point in coming here anymore. If there is still management for this store - do something - or just close

It's honestly the worst BK I've been to so far. At that time the store was in order and therefore well attended. It's now an absolute disaster and the guests only come by out of necessity because it's "on the way". The staff almost falls asleep while preparing it. The waiting times are unreasonable both on the drive and in the restaurant. Often something is missing from the order. I'm very reluctant to go to this BK and if I had my way, the shop could simply be replaced or generally razed to the ground.

Miserable No more latte macchiato in the range. The concept urgently needs to be revised if the store is to remain open. Never again.

A few weeks ago I drove to the drive. The gentleman on the microphone explained that there weren't enough staff. For this reason, the drive is not operated. Ok... I went in... there wasn't much going on and it took forever. Yesterday I stood at the drive order line for what felt like minutes and no one spoke to me. The issuing window was open. I am extremely sure that the lady saw me but completely ignored me. I drove to another restaurant.

Ordering was not possible due to technical problems. The whole thing has happened twice now.

Well German language, difficult language. Ice cream doesn't work, milkshake doesn't work. Machine already clean. 5 p.m. Thanks

This restaurant is an absolute disappointment. The preparation of the food takes forever, the staff speaks German poorly and forgets half of it when packing it up. Many others felt the same way when we were there. In addition, the Cola car was broken, there was no ice and no shakes. Even when it came to coffee, only a limited selection was possible. Absolute disaster!

Hygiene below minimum, flies in the toilets, toilet paper, soap or towels to dry hands not available. Some employees do not speak or understand German, so it was not possible to communicate this.

I recently went to Burger King and have to say it was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was dirty, with leftover food on the tables and floor. The order took forever, even though there were hardly any other guests there. When I finally got my food, the burger was cold and carelessly thrown together. The fries were soggy and tasteless. To make matters worse, the staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested. Overall, it was a completely unsatisfactory visit and I won't be returning anytime soon.

Very nice and competent staff but when there is a lot going on you have to be a little patient. And there is an app where you can collect so-called crowns and then use them to order and pay for something. I like it.

In the past I was happy with the branch, but not anymore. It's dirty and often parts of the order are missing. The highlight was with the last delivery. The burgers were missing from two menus. It's a shame that something like this goes unnoticed, but it can happen, especially at peak times and when there are too few staff. However, how you deal with it is absolutely not customer-friendly. First of all, it takes a long time to get through on the phone. Then a gentleman answers who, after the confrontation that half of the order is missing, is not at a loss to make excuses and then tells me that I can apply for a credit note from Lieferando and order again. However, new delivery fees will then apply. His answer, that's just how it is. I asked a supplier to be sent again and deliver the missing items to me. He had promised me this. But I thought I should have a little patience. He didn't stick to it. Nothing was subsequently delivered. I find that an incredible impudence. If BK no longer needs to make money then they can leave their service as underground. However, I won't be ordering from them again!

20 minutes waiting time with few visitors. It felt like every order was wrong

I'm so angry I don't know where to start. Every time I want to eat here and drive to the drive, for example, I am not served and there is no staff there. When I go in with my son to eat, the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired because the lobby seems to be hardly cleaned, tables are dirty, trolleys are completely full of leftover food. There are far too few employees on site during peak times. Waiting times utopian. I used to really enjoy eating here but now... And best of all, if you want to write a review directly to Burger King using the receipt, you can forget about it because the receipt printer hasn't been printing properly for ages, see picture attached. It's a shame about the store. But the tour can definitely be thrown into the trash, sorry, but I've been here 8 times in 2 months, given each time a new chance and out of 8 times, 6 times were complete disasters.

So we often go to this branch (usually drive-thru)...like that again yesterday. Aside from the fact that a new employee was assigned to do something he couldn't do, which created a bit of chaos, an expensive burger and all sauces were missing. Previously, the employees were unfriendly or communication was rather difficult when ordering...or once again it was not possible to pay by card.

I find it sad that there hasn't been a milkshake or soft ice cream for ages and today there isn't even Cola Zero. Do you just plan the quantities poorly or don't feel like cleaning?

The employees there can't read or speak properly after waiting for 1 hour they got 1 less menu and they said no. I paid 56 euros for the menu which costs 45 euros and the employees didn't understand what I meant. I recommend this shop definitely not because they are fooling everyone

Always fresh and delicious food. Employees are very child-friendly. They took out a toy from the display case that was no longer available especially for my child. Unfortunately, the ice cream is often not available. But otherwise other restaurants can follow an example here (e.g. the competition).

Well... menus are constantly sold out, you wait for what feels like half an hour every time, and the employees speak broken German. No idea... Update visited again after about half a year (03/20/24). Conclusion: Even worse than six months ago :-( All drinks for the junior menus were withheld, all citizens were lukewarm, almost cold. A specially ordered sauce was forgotten, all the tokens in the menu except one were sold out - that's why we actually drove past... Summary: A complete disappointment. School grade: Almost a 5! - because our table was disgusting, my freshly washed jacket was immediately soiled again with dirt on the table. So for the money we paid it was a real disgrace. Train your staff and make sure there are enough resources and cleanliness!

The ordering process should be explained better. I didn't just go from ordering two chili cheese burgers to paying. At 58 years old, I may not be very good at these things, but if there is a field that just says pay then I can too the.

So everything was ok but suddenly the colleagues in the kitchen and at the checkout were arguing and shouting at each other. After a long discussion it sounded like an employee was crying and people were making fun of it. I just don't think that's right This shouldn't happen in front of customers either. The music is also way too loud so that you can barely hear the person you're talking to unless you're half-screaming at each other.

Burger King wie andere auch. Freundliches Personal gerne wieder.

Wir hatten uns spontan entschieden mal bei Burger King zu essen und sind mehr als enttäuscht. Eismaschine defekt, Getränkeautomat teilweise defekt, Nuggets die aussahen, als wäre das Frittieröl ewig alt, Burger nur lauwarm, obwohl es kaum Gäste gab. Pommes nicht knusprig, das war eine Vollkatastrophe. Es gibt gute Burger King Restaurants - dieses gehört nicht dazu. Kein Wunder, dass es solch viele negative Rezensionen gibt.

Wer kalte Burger und warme Getränke mag, ist hier genau richtig.

Was kann man schon über Burger King sagen? Wann geht hier um ein Burger zu essen?

Burger und Chili cheese Pommes haben gar nicht geschmeckt und hinter her hatte ich Bauchschmerzen und Durchfall 🤮😡

Alles sehr dunkel. Nuggets schmecken komisch so wie die soßen. (Teilweise die falschen soßen mitgegeben, getränke mit eis mitgegeben obwohl extra angegeben wurde das keine eiswürfel erwünscht sind). Nicht empfehlenswert. Long chicken ohne soße serviert. Nicht nochmal.

Führungslose Filiale. Irgendwie hat der verantwortliche kein Interesse Problem für Problem der Filiale anzugehen. Es wird immer chaotischer über die Jahre. Manche Angestellten würde schon ein einfaches Coaching helfen, nicht ineffizient sich zu überschlagen, wenn die Schlange länger wird. Auch Teamarbeit mit dynamischer Aufgabenteilung würde viel helfen. So können alle mehr schaffen und am Ende weniger arbeiten. Führung fehlt einfach. Das seit Monaten der Barcode-Reader der Kasse nicht repariert wird ist auch ein Signal an die Angestellten und die Kundschaft. Außerdem ist das Modell an sich ungeeignet. Das Essen ist typisch BK mit gleichbleibender Qualität. Die Getränkeautomaten sollten auch vom Personal die entsprechende Aufmerksamkeit erhalten. Es ist noch ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal.

21:30 Uhr, Restaurant fast geschlossen. 2 von 4 Bestellautomaten außer Betrieb, Barkasse vermutlich mangels Personal nicht in Betrieb. Unglaublich eigentlich. Coke refill Station ebenfalls nicht in Betrieb. Ansonsten halt Burger & Co in der bekannten Qualität eines Schnellrestaurants.

Багато справ в Магдебург змусили перекусити.. Ще з України пам'яталось, що мережеві бургери смачніше, ніж у відомого конкурента. Все так і було. Соковиті смачні бургери, класна картопелька фрі з соусом.. Замовила ще салат з бальзамічним соусом. Як і очікувалось - швидко і смачно.

Am Terminal bestellt und innerhalb von 10 Minuten war das Essen fertig, Geschäft und Toilette sauber,Mitarbeiter freundlich.

Trotz Personal wird man an die Automaten verwiesen. Toilette riecht, dass einem das Essen vergeht und es ist schmutzig.

Alles im Rahmen es ging schnell und war alles ok. Sauberkeit ist halt immer schwierig. Aber sonst weiter so.

Das Essen kommt schnell und ist heiß! Sehr saubere Filiale. Leider gefällt mir die Musik nicht immer.

Innerhalb kurzester Zeit zum dritten Mal hier gewesen. Wieder nur eine Person Personal, die durch die ganzen Bestellung nicht durchsah. Essen unterirdisch, beim Cheesburger fehleten die Gurken, bdie Chilli Cheese waren nicht richtig durchgewärmt. Mich sieht hier niemand mehr.
