You haven't been able to pay by card at the drive-thru for months! The self-order machines are constantly broken. Something really needs to be done about this. 👎👎👎👎

Okay for a stop, but (similar to the BK in Bernburg), the term "fast" is misinterpreted here. Wait, wait, wait. One employee at the counter had obviously been doing their job for a while, while a second employee was standing next to them, overwhelmed. At least the kitchen was occupied, so it wasn't due to a lack of supplies. Ordering at the terminal wasn't possible; the process aborted before payment. Ordered at the counter, which wasn't so easy due to the language barrier (the employees speak English to each other, as they are of different nationalities). Ordered a drink without ice = came with ice. *lol* The Whopper patty was a bit dark, meaning it had been on the grill too long. And the salad didn't look so good anymore either... I still don't understand how BK Germany can keep such places alive.

I'm very surprised by the quality of the burgers! They're delicious and not as flimsy and thin as McDonald's!

Burger Party was way too small and dry. The staff was completely unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend it. But I still go there every time.

How many years has it been since card payments at the drive-thru didn't work? Two years? Three? That can't be right, folks. The last time I tried to eat there, the intercom didn't work either. The intercom box looks so worn out. But the main thing is to get charging stations for electric cars installed. They should have replaced the box, too. I actually prefer the food at BK, but because of these circumstances, I always end up at McDonald's. After the last annoyance, I won't even try there again. It's pointless.

Everyone should be given a second chance, but Burger King ruins them every time. We were there late in the evening. It was relatively quiet outside; four cars were waiting for their orders, and there were a few customers inside. So far, nothing unusual. Time passed after our order, and the customers who had ordered before and after us had already received their food. After 40 minutes, we asked. Then chaos erupted in the kitchen; two of the four employees searched for the error. We were then told that our number had supposedly already been called and no one had answered. But we stayed in the front area of the restaurant the whole time, so we should have heard it. While we were waiting for our food, four complaints about orders came in. The atmosphere suffered greatly as a result. In the end, we had a full tray after about 50 minutes. They call it a fast-food restaurant.

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing visit. We were completely forgotten about while our food was being prepared. Only after waiting for over 30 minutes did we ask for help – no apology, no explanation. Instead, we had to wait another 20 minutes. The process seemed completely disorganized; no one felt responsible. This is definitely not how you imagine a visit to Burger King to be.

This store presents a rather sad picture overall. From the Windows 95 start-up screen you see when you're at the drive-thru counter, to the greeting, which doesn't say something like, "Welcome to Burger King," but rather cash only, no card payments, your order please! That's a real disgrace. I didn't go into the store myself, so I can't say much about it. The wait time was under 3 minutes for 3 items, which is okay.

An hour of waiting for the order? Are you kidding? Frankly a lot of requests on the monitor and the employees alike a slugs.

I'd gladly give it a worse rating... but 1 hour and 3 minutes for a two-person meal... the staff is relaxed and would rather pack everything incorrectly three times and then throw it away: poor store management! Our one bag lay cold for half an hour. I was briefly in favor of demanding compensation. We also advised every passerby who arrived after us, 45 minutes later, to leave. Everyone thanked us.

Today, we were called an idiot at the drive-thru because they were out of various items, which is why we were there in the first place, and they refused to take the rest of our order. Furthermore, neither the display nor the debit card reader worked. I don't know what you have to "be able to do" there, but you should have a certain level of customer service in this job. That young man, however, should be fired. It might not satisfy my hunger, but it would still satisfy me inside.

Tired of ordering from people and not from vending machines

BK management is probably taking a summer break. Nothing works. Four ordering terminals – all broken. Ice cream machine? Broken! The store could also use some attention. Everything's pretty run down. A shame!

I have no idea what's wrong with you. I ordered long chicken, and I got a weird mix of long chili cheese and long chicken. On top was chicken, salad, chili cheese sauce, and jalapenos. It would be cool if you could coordinate next time what kind of burger you're putting together. The next day, two people got a stomachache and diarrhea for free.

Very friendly staff, everything was clean, and the burger was delicious. Ordering was quick – I'll be back.

Well, what can I say? It's a typical BK, in terms of the food and the look of the place. We stopped there while passing through and were satisfied. For weeks, even months, I've been regularly trying my luck at the drive-thru. Each time, I was told, "Unfortunately, we're not enough employees, please come in." The first time, I went to a friendlier competitor. The second time, I went in with gritted teeth. Today, I had a feeling what was in store for me, and of course, I had to go in. But then, as a paying customer, I realized while waiting that someone else had the right to order at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, my tie broke, and I felt not only ripped off, but also like a second-class citizen. Of course, the lady at the counter couldn't help it, and I told her so and stayed calm. So I quickly called the shift manager. She definitely needs to be taught crisis management. Not only did she get louder and not let me finish, but I also heard, "If you don't like it, there's the door." Burger King Magdeburg, Salbker Chaussee NEVER AGAIN!!!

You simply cannot pay with a card

Whenever I go there, on average every six months, the vending machine is always broken (Funny Cola or whatever it's called). You can only order at the terminal, and unfortunately, the burgers are just sloppily thrown together. Not to mention the size of the burgers, although that's a general Burger King problem and not specific to this particular branch.

The Burger King was really dirty. The tables were covered in stains and leftover food. The chairs were extremely worn. Ordering was easy. The food arrived after 10 minutes. I had a burger and our little one had the junior meal. We didn't finish our food because it tasted so bad. We won't be coming back.

This BK restaurant is absolutely terrible. Shift manager minus 6 on June 7, 2025. Nothing (technical) is working again, and there's no solution in place for an empty restaurant.

I didn't even know that you could meet polar bears in the BK when the outside temperature is -2 °C. It was so cold in the BK today that I could see my breath and the burger was lukewarm and cold within a short time. Is there no more heating at BK? Or are these austerity measures? 😡

Today, May 31, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. at the drive-thru. One large fries, to go, of course. I will NEVER AGAIN buy fries for my mom from Burger King (the ones I just had were too salty), but instead, as always, from McDonald's. Expensive €4.90... for that, I expect a flawless product. Do you have a slice at Burger King? You can't even make fries. Terrible.

The guy gave me a long chicken (6 euros) with a rotten piece of lettuce and a bit of meat. My friend and I felt very sick.

Disaster... Wednesday lunchtime, the shop is empty, and yet you still wait forever for your food. It's okay that it takes longer during rush hour. But this isn't acceptable.

Once again, card payments are not possible.

A great fast food chain store with variety of options to choose from

I used to enjoy this restaurant, but that has changed drastically in recent years. If you want to eat here, you'll need plenty of time. I waited a full 18 minutes for a burger with fries, Fanta, and an ice cream. Coke couldn't be selected at the terminal. At the counter, I was told there was no Fanta and I could choose Coke or Sprite instead. Furthermore, on my last two visits, I noticed neglected, apparently homeless people in the restaurant, some of whom were disturbing other guests with loud conversations and insults. I don't want to blame the employees, but the quality of service is abysmal.

My first choice among Burger Kings in Magdeburg. The food is delicious and the service is usually very good. However, the drive-thru was unavailable once.

Just get out again. Customer-friendly is a different story. The ordering machines are beyond impersonal.

We went out to eat and it was very good, the Whopper with the Doritos tasted good, the fries were fresh and the employees were nice.

Unfortunately, there are always problems at this location: either the order is not complete, products are sold out and this is not marked, or card payment is generally not possible in the drive-thru. The products don't necessarily taste fresh.

After waiting forever, we got cold food that day and the shift manager then told us why they didn't say anything about it being the wrong food. We said something straight away when we got the food, clearly noticed at the front and not at the place where we were waiting. So half an hour after ordering you should be able to assume that 1. you will eat warm food and, above all, 2. you will get the right food, what you ordered and not something completely different. But the people already looked haphazard when we came in. Completely overwhelmed team management and unfriendly on top of that. If I could give 0 stars for the service I would have.

The wonderfully warm people in this fast food restaurant saved our evening. After a breakdown-filled and exciting journey and growling stomachs, we drove to the restaurant. Unfortunately, this had actually just closed. The nice employees still provided us with food, which was also very well prepared. If you wait over three quarters of an hour for your food, there were only two menus

10 minutes waiting time at the drive in until someone came. Then I was served very annoyed. When paying, I waited another good 10 minutes and then noticed that the card reader wasn't working. (According to the employees, it has been for a long time)

It's now the second time I've gotten a burger with meat instead of plant-based. It was only by chance that I noticed this in time. I've never had any problems with the food or the staff. Everyone was very friendly and dealt with quickly every time. It's a shame that they've raised the prices so much, sometimes it's quite loud there, which makes it difficult to create the ambience. If you're lucky and don't come during rush hour, you can have some peace and quiet.

Extremely long waiting time for 4 cheeseburgers, ordered at 12:46 p.m. and received burgers at 1:15 p.m. Actually, these should be fresh. The burger bun was cold and sticky. The patty is becoming thinner and thinner and between the half of the bun and the patty there is nothing, NOTHING, not a blob of sauce. It was cold in the restaurant. And once again it is confirmed that BurgerKing doesn't work at all.

Xtra long Chili Cheese only has 2 patties instead of 3 patties. No idea if the system has it.

This store is a real disaster. There is no menu card hanging which is why there is a backlog at the ordering terminals. Long waiting time despite enough staff and few customers. THE WORST: All Indians (not bad in itself) and NONE of them had GLOVES or other sanitary coverings on. The cucumbers and the rolls were all slapped up by hand. In the end, the food tasted the same. My burger had more mayo sauce than anything else and the meat wasn't even fully cooked... Worst citizen king ever. Do yourself a favor and go hungry/find another place to eat. NEVER visit Burgerking again!!

Lunch time but it wasn't crowded. An employee at the grill station, an employee at the drive-in hatch and an employee at the customer counter. But the poor girl couldn't cope. She didn't know what to do anymore, 15 orders were now being processed, but none were finished. The team completely let them down. After 20 minutes I asked them to cancel my order and refund me the money. Since she didn't know how it worked, she went to her boss, who was looking at something on her cell phone in the back area. She handed the employee a card. But that didn't work either. I asked her to get her boss, but she didn't dare. Totally desperate. It wasn't until I offered to go into the kitchen myself and get the boss that she took heart. The boss came, canceled it and disappeared again. She wasn't interested in the ordering chaos. Great atmosphere in the store.
