The Burger King was already critical two years ago, but yesterday they shot the bird. 1 I ordered a Coke that simply had ice added to it without asking to save money. 2 was the cucumber under the burger I ordered and the whole thing was slapped together rather carelessly. 3 there weren't enough fries or the number had already been reduced. 4 the guy at the drive in window had to force it open because it barely works anymore from all the breaking And to top it all off, I paid 13.99 euros instead of 12.99 euros for the menu without receiving a receipt. I agree with many others here that the store should be closed, the conditions are terrible and you are also being cheated

Burgers were cold, felt like the competitor with the big yellow letter. I also wonder, if renovations have already been carried out, who came up with the brilliant idea, especially in Corona times, to place the new ordering terminals so close together? I definitely don't want to cuddle with strangers next to me when I order. Update, this time the burgers were hot, the employee was nice and friendly but I had the impression that there were very few jalapenos on the chili cheese burgers, hence only 4 out of 5 stars.

As an ex-employee, I am very disappointed with the conditions in the store. The fact that the health department hasn't closed yet is questionable. Every single table looked like it had been spat on, everything was flying around on the floor, the things that had to be in the fridge like KitKat for the ice cream were outside on the ice cream machine, since when were fries packed first and since when did lattice potatoes come in the smallest type of bag? I don't pay €13 for a meal and then only 6 lattice potatoes. Then the shift manager laughed where the drive lady said he had forgotten the drinks for Lieferando and went back to the back. Apparently you can't order there in front, I know why. Because contact should be avoided because BirgerKing no longer has German employees and there is a new employee at the checkout every two weeks. I was still allowed to take orders, probably because I was friendly and approached customers one way or another because it was my passion. Just like general hygiene. You order an extra cola with ice and you don't get any. No french fries for the chilli fries. I don't know what's going on there, but while I was still working there, at least it worked for the day and it was CLEAN. Now you don't even dare to lean against anything anymore. This is simply disgusting and I ask myself the question, if we have such health aspects as laws here, why are they not being adhered to? Does anyone even care about cleanliness anymore or what does that look like? I'm absolutely stunned and don't be surprised if there's only one person in the store at peak times and two are there to order. McDonald's, on the other hand, where I worked, at least took care of cleanliness and fresh fries. Do you remember how upset you were that I threw away the fries after a maximum of 3 minutes? Oh yes, because there are internal guidelines that say when fries are still for sale and when they are not, and if there is no one in the store you don't need to prepare bags of fries. You have to make some damn fresh ones! There are probably more than enough boxes in the back to refill! I know the camp! But hey, I think that was the last time I was there and when I come you can expect me to insist on fresh food without making a face or or.

That day, after waiting forever, we got cold food and the shift management then filled us up with why they didn't say anything that it was the wrong food, we said something straight away when we got the food, clearly noticed at the front and not at the place where we were waiting have. So half an hour after ordering you should be able to assume that 1. you will eat warm food and, above all, 2. you will get the right thing, what you ordered and not something completely different. But people were already saying they were clueless when we came in.

I always liked BK and chose it first... but the last few times have been a total drama... the service and its pace of work is amazing. Waiting for the order for almost 30 minutes and observing these inappropriate movements and the completely confused crew, if I were the manager, I would have chased everyone away. One guy kept bringing in missing items... the girl served customers at the cash register and made and served fries... which she fried one by one!!!! She didn't put the whole package together, she just portioned it out and put it in the fryer. The same thing happened with nagetts. One order, one frying. Second order, second frying. Disaster. I placed an order at an Atom, which has a new "menu" and it is terribly difficult to operate. And it kept crashing. Not to mention the choice of language!!! Clicking on any of the proposed ones resulted in a blockage of the machine and one white spot on the monitor...almost 30 minutes (number 3 on the display above the cash registers) of waiting with two interventions at the cash register and helpless spreading of hands by the staff. Only after the decisive intervention of one gentleman did the manager appear, hold his head and shake his head in disbelief as to what was going on here!!! His help and harsh words from the staff resulted in the stau being relaxed... never again BK, and certainly not this one. I do not recommend!!!!

Too few options for ordering, 2 of 4 devices work. In addition, the software has problems and the order is delayed even further. This resulted in long waiting times. 2 dishes were ordered, one of which consisted of a koupon dish. Double Chilli Cheese with Big King. Something was delivered that wasn't even on the menu. The Double Chilli Chesse only consisted of the limp bun, the sauce and just a patty. Pepperoni and another patty were missing. And the same thing again with the so-called Big King. Impudence!!

The slowest Burger King in Germany (or worldwide?). Waiting 20 minutes for food is now normal (even if it's just a few nuggets). The drive-in cannot be operated due to a lack of staff or only cash payment is possible. Garbage is just flying around the restaurant. The food is cooked/fried for too long and is therefore not very edible. The employees seem completely confused most of the time and not entirely sure what their job is.

It's honestly the worst BK I've been to so far. At that time the store was in order and therefore well attended. It's now an absolute disaster and the guests only come by out of necessity because it's "on the way". The staff almost falls asleep while preparing it. The waiting times are unreasonable both on the drive and in the restaurant. Often something is missing from the order. I'm very reluctant to go to this BK and if I had my way, the shop could simply be replaced or generally razed to the ground.

It's a tragedy. No matter when you tried to get something edible from the drive-thru in the last three months, there was simply nothing you could do. Either it said "Please come in..." (if I had wanted that, I wouldn't have gone to the drive-in) or "Cash only at the drive-in..." A small sign would be great - or the drive-in In just close. Inside it is very often untidy and dingy, the ice cream machine is constantly "broken", and the staff is subtly overwhelmed, sometimes unfortunately also linguistically. A few weeks ago I drove to the drive. The gentleman on the microphone explained that there weren't enough staff. For this reason, the drive is not operated. Ok... I went in... there wasn't much going on and it took forever. Yesterday I stood at the drive order line for what felt like minutes and no one spoke to me. The issuing window was open. I am extremely sure that the lady saw me but completely ignored me. I drove to another restaurant.

I recently went to Burger King and have to say it was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was dirty, with leftover food on the tables and floor. The order took forever, even though there were hardly any other guests there. When I finally got my food, the burger was cold and carelessly thrown together. The fries were soggy and tasteless. To make matters worse, the staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested. Overall, it was a completely unsatisfactory visit and I won't be returning anytime soon.

In the past I was happy with the branch, but not anymore. It's dirty and often parts of the order are missing. The highlight was with the last delivery. The burgers were missing from two menus. It's a shame that something like this goes unnoticed, but it can happen, especially at peak times and when there are too few staff. However, how you deal with it is absolutely not customer-friendly. First of all, it takes a long time to get through on the phone. Then a gentleman answers who, after the confrontation that half of the order is missing, is not at a loss to make excuses and then tells me that I can apply for a credit note from Lieferando and order again. However, new delivery fees will then apply. His answer, that's just how it is. I asked a supplier to be sent again and deliver the missing items to me. He had promised me this. But I thought I should have a little patience. He didn't stick to it. Nothing was subsequently delivered. I find that an incredible impudence. If BK no longer needs to make money then they can leave their service as underground. However, I won't be ordering from them again!

When my husband asked me to show him what was there, I received the extremely polite answer: I also have something else to do. Where is the politeness in that? I'm so angry I don't know where to start. Every time I want to eat here and drive to the drive, for example, I am not served and there is no staff there. When I go in with my son to eat, the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired because the lobby seems to be hardly cleaned, tables are dirty, trolleys are completely full of leftover food. There are far too few employees on site during peak times. Waiting times utopian. I used to really enjoy eating here but now... And best of all, if you want to write a review directly to Burger King using the receipt, you can forget about it because the receipt printer hasn't been printing properly for ages, see picture attached. It's a shame about the store. But the tour can definitely be thrown into the trash, sorry, but I've been here 8 times in 2 months, given each time a new chance and out of 8 times, 6 times were complete disasters.

Unfortunately disappointing once again. We generally prefer BK over the competition, but this is the only one within reasonable proximity. So we often go to this branch (usually drive-thru)...like that again yesterday. Aside from the fact that a new employee was assigned to do something he couldn't do, which created a bit of chaos, an expensive burger and all sauces were missing. Well... menus are constantly sold out, you wait for what feels like half an hour every time, and the employees speak broken German. No idea... Update visited again after about half a year (03/20/24). Conclusion: Even worse than six months ago :-( All drinks for the junior menus were withheld, all citizens were lukewarm, almost cold. A specially ordered sauce was forgotten, all the tokens in the menu except one were sold out - that's why we actually drove past... Summary: A complete disappointment. School grade: Almost a 5! - because our table was disgusting, my freshly washed jacket was immediately soiled again with dirt on the table. So for the money we paid it was a real disgrace. Train your staff and make sure there are enough resources and cleanliness!

The employee at the drive-in was totally unfriendly and you could tell that she wasn't in the mood for it.... I asked if it could be a little friendlier... The colleague was then replaced by someone else where I was able to continue my order to some extent ....!!!!

So everything was ok but suddenly the colleagues in the kitchen and at the checkout were arguing and shouting at each other. After a long discussion it sounded like an employee was crying and people were making fun of it. I just don't think that's right This shouldn't happen in front of customers either. The music is also way too loud so that you can barely hear the person you're talking to unless you're half-screaming at each other.

Wir hatten uns spontan entschieden mal bei Burger King zu essen und sind mehr als enttäuscht. Eismaschine defekt, Getränkeautomat teilweise defekt, Nuggets die aussahen, als wäre das Frittieröl ewig alt, Burger nur lauwarm, obwohl es kaum Gäste gab. Pommes nicht knusprig, das war eine Vollkatastrophe. Es gibt gute Burger King Restaurants - dieses gehört nicht dazu. Kein Wunder, dass es solch viele negative Rezensionen gibt.

My burger "M" was freshly prepared and tasted really tasty, the coffee was hot and good. Ordering and paying on the electronic board that you could type in yourself went smoothly and the meal was brought to the table quickly. Ambiance is the usual McD's standard. The men's room was clean and well maintained.

For the third time something was missing from the order. Burgers were dry again as usual. The last visit for me. Hardly any employees there speak German. Very dissatisfied
