I've never had any problems with the food or the staff. Everyone was very friendly and dealt with quickly every time. It's a shame that they've raised the prices so much, sometimes it's quite loud there, which makes it difficult to create the ambience. If you're lucky and don't come during rush hour, you can have some peace and quiet.

This store is a real disaster. There is no menu card hanging which is why there is a backlog at the ordering terminals. Long waiting time despite enough staff and few customers. THE WORST: All Indians (not bad in itself) and NONE of them had GLOVES or other sanitary coverings on. The cucumbers and the rolls were all slapped up by hand. In the end, the food tasted the same. My burger had more mayo sauce than anything else and the meat wasn't even fully cooked... Worst citizen king ever. Do yourself a favor and go hungry/find another place to eat. NEVER visit Burgerking again!!

Lunch time but it wasn't crowded. An employee at the grill station, an employee at the drive-in hatch and an employee at the customer counter. But the poor girl couldn't cope. She didn't know what to do anymore, 15 orders were now being processed, but none were finished. The team completely let them down. After 20 minutes I asked them to cancel my order and refund me the money. Since she didn't know how it worked, she went to her boss, who was looking at something on her cell phone in the back area. She handed the employee a card. But that didn't work either. I asked her to get her boss, but she didn't dare. Totally desperate. It wasn't until I offered to go into the kitchen myself and get the boss that she took heart. The boss came, canceled it and disappeared again. She wasn't interested in the ordering chaos. We were here a few months ago and it was already so-so. Now we were there again yesterday and thought we would give the BK another chance, but it was a complete disaster. Only one of 4 terminals worked. Of course, customers also lined up. Many products were sold out... Not a single promotional product was available. Unfortunately, that was the case months ago. Even the fries from the Advent calendar in the app couldn't be ordered at the terminal. 6 Onion Rings Sold out but a Long Texas Barbecue with Onion Rings on it went to order.... Someone has to understand that 🤦🏻♀️ The staff was completely overwhelmed and full trays were piling up in the trolleys. Conclusion... We canceled the order and went to the competition!

There have been repeated problems with the branch for years. During the last visit, defective appliances in the kitchen meant that only chicken products were available. This means only a very limited product selection. The electronic ordering stations are all out of service. Probably disabled due to limited ordering options. When the staff asked which product was recommended, they received a curt answer with reference to the display board behind the cash register. I have to say that I only visit Burger King sporadically and am not informed about the current offerings. I reluctantly made the decision without any advice. It was at lunchtime and to my surprise very poorly attended. Still I had to wait about 10 minutes. Food was OK. I'll try it again in a year. All in all a disappointing experience at the moment. Very unfortunate.

We advise you to always check your orders immediately for completeness and the correct toppings! Unfriendly is a nice way to put it! I don't think that's company policy! In addition, the shop is always very dirty, the tables are not wiped down and garbage is everywhere. It's actually shocking that the company headquarters tolerates this. You don't want to stay there for long in the winter, because heating is probably a foreign concept for the tenant. It's so cold that everyone left their jackets on. Yeah, should come in then. Ok... After all, I'm just going to the drive in for fun. Only 2 out of 4 order terminals worked inside. The drink selection consisted of Sprite and water, as well as the children's drinks. No cola or anything. Of course, no milkshake again...what else. 1 employee packed orders, 1 employee in preparation and 3 or 4 employees who sat around or did not quite defined things that had nothing to do with the operation at the front. The floor was pretty dirty, but I still dared to go to the toilet. No toilet paper, the sink was super dirty and extremely calcified. In the display case where the toys are always kept for the children's menu, there were 2 rancid, rotten bottles of children's juice. Very welcoming. My food was of course taken away, the order was complete (it wasn't much). But then it started. 2 children, 2 children's menus, 1x ketchup and 1x mayo. Instead of in every menu, as ordered. The fries could hardly be eaten and ended up in the trash. They were cold, sticky and hard. As if they had been there forever. The lattice potatoes were in the smallest bag, which is why there were only 3 - 4 pieces and crumbs in there. Burgers were once again extremely dry because the sauce was saved. But saving seems to be normal here. We were definitely there one last time. I'm not giving it a chance anymore.

Some ancestors' food was still on the ground. The tables not wiped down. The trays were not put away from the drop-off cabinet. People had to wait forever for food. Nuggets were cold, but we got the Cola without ice and with no gas. The room was probably set to cool so that the guests' tempers wouldn't get too hot. Several guests have complained. The Burger King was already critical two years ago, but yesterday they shot the bird. 1 I ordered a Coke that simply had ice added to it without asking to save money. 2 was the cucumber under the burger I ordered and the whole thing was slapped together rather carelessly. 3 there weren't enough fries or the number had already been reduced. 4 the guy at the drive in window had to force it open because it barely works anymore from all the breaking And to top it all off, I paid 13.99 euros instead of 12.99 euros for the menu without receiving a receipt. As an ex-employee, I am very disappointed with the conditions in the store. The fact that the health department hasn't closed yet is questionable. Every single table looked like it had been spat on, everything was flying around on the floor, the things that had to be in the fridge like KitKat for the ice cream were outside on the ice cream machine, since when were fries packed first and since when did lattice potatoes come in the smallest type of bag? I don't pay €13 for a meal and then only 6 lattice potatoes. Then the shift manager laughed where the drive lady said he had forgotten the drinks for Lieferando and went back to the back. Apparently you can't order there in front, I know why. Because contact should be avoided because BirgerKing no longer has German employees and there is a new employee at the checkout every two weeks. I was still allowed to take orders, probably because I was friendly and approached customers one way or another because it was my passion. Just like general hygiene. You order an extra cola with ice and you don't get any. No french fries for the chilli fries. I don't know what's going on there, but while I was still working there, at least it worked for the day and it was CLEAN. Now you don't even dare to lean against anything anymore. This is simply disgusting and I ask myself the question, if we have such health aspects as laws here, why are they not being adhered to? Does anyone even care about cleanliness anymore or what does that look like? I'm absolutely stunned and don't be surprised if there's only one person in the store at peak times and two are there to order. McDonald's, on the other hand, where I worked, at least took care of cleanliness and fresh fries. Do you remember how upset you were that I threw away the fries after a maximum of 3 minutes? Oh yes, because there are internal guidelines that say when fries are still for sale and when they are not, and if there is no one in the store you don't need to prepare bags of fries. I always liked BK and chose it first... but the last few times have been a total drama... the service and its pace of work is amazing. Waiting for the order for almost 30 minutes and observing these inappropriate movements and the completely confused crew, if I were the manager, I would have chased everyone away. One guy kept bringing in missing items... the girl served customers at the cash register and made and served fries... which she fried one by one!!!! She didn't put the whole package together, she just portioned it out and put it in the fryer. The same thing happened with nagetts. One order, one frying. Second order, second frying. Disaster. I placed an order at an Atom, which has a new "menu" and it is terribly difficult to operate. And it kept crashing. Not to mention the choice of language!!! Clicking on any of the proposed ones resulted in a blockage of the machine and one white spot on the monitor...almost 30 minutes (number 3 on the display above the cash registers) of waiting with two interventions at the cash register and helpless spreading of hands by the staff. Only after the decisive intervention of one gentleman did the manager appear, hold his head and shake his head in disbelief as to what was going on here!!! His help and harsh words from the staff resulted in the stau being relaxed... never again BK, and certainly not this one. I do not recommend!!!!

The slowest Burger King in Germany (or worldwide?). Waiting 20 minutes for food is now normal (even if it's just a few nuggets). This restaurant is an absolute disappointment. The preparation of the food takes forever, the staff speaks German poorly and forgets half of it when packing it up. Many others felt the same way when we were there. In addition, the Cola car was broken, there was no ice and no shakes. Even when it came to coffee, only a limited selection was possible. Absolute disaster!

I recently went to Burger King and have to say it was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was dirty, with leftover food on the tables and floor. The order took forever, even though there were hardly any other guests there. When I finally got my food, the burger was cold and carelessly thrown together. The fries were soggy and tasteless. To make matters worse, the staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested. Overall, it was a completely unsatisfactory visit and I won't be returning anytime soon.

In the past I was happy with the branch, but not anymore. It's dirty and often parts of the order are missing. The highlight was with the last delivery. The burgers were missing from two menus. It's a shame that something like this goes unnoticed, but it can happen, especially at peak times and when there are too few staff. However, how you deal with it is absolutely not customer-friendly. First of all, it takes a long time to get through on the phone. Then a gentleman answers who, after the confrontation that half of the order is missing, is not at a loss to make excuses and then tells me that I can apply for a credit note from Lieferando and order again. However, new delivery fees will then apply. His answer, that's just how it is. I asked a supplier to be sent again and deliver the missing items to me. He had promised me this. But I thought I should have a little patience. He didn't stick to it. Nothing was subsequently delivered. I find that an incredible impudence. If BK no longer needs to make money then they can leave their service as underground. However, I won't be ordering from them again!

We were there today and are very disappointed. The ordering machines didn't work properly and when I asked the staff they just said that it worked just like a cell phone. When my husband asked me to show him what was there, I received the extremely polite answer: I also have something else to do. Where is the politeness in that? Other customers after us had it no different. Conclusion: Nobody will see us again. Service nil.

If I had the opportunity to give 0 stars for the food, I would rather do so. The burger from the children's menu was so disgusting, the meat was almost burnt and somehow frozen inside. The food was inedible. There was nothing going on and yet it was so bad. We won't set foot in it again.

I'm so angry I don't know where to start. Every time I want to eat here and drive to the drive, for example, I am not served and there is no staff there. When I go in with my son to eat, the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired because the lobby seems to be hardly cleaned, tables are dirty, trolleys are completely full of leftover food. There are far too few employees on site during peak times. Waiting times utopian. I used to really enjoy eating here but now... And best of all, if you want to write a review directly to Burger King using the receipt, you can forget about it because the receipt printer hasn't been printing properly for ages, see picture attached. It's a shame about the store. But the tour can definitely be thrown into the trash, sorry, but I've been here 8 times in 2 months, given each time a new chance and out of 8 times, 6 times were complete disasters.

I find the seating here very uncomfortable, the flowing wall makes it seem like you're standing in the kitchen. Since there is no airlock here, there is a draft every time someone comes through the automatic door. I think the parking spaces for app orderers and pick-ups are a plus.
