Whenever I go there, on average every six months, the vending machine is always broken (Funny Cola or whatever it's called). You can only order at the terminal, and unfortunately, the burgers are just sloppily thrown together. Not to mention the size of the burgers, although that's a general Burger King problem and not specific to this particular branch.

The Burger King was really dirty. The tables were covered in stains and leftover food. The chairs were extremely worn. Ordering was easy. The food arrived after 10 minutes. I had a burger and our little one had the junior meal. We didn't finish our food because it tasted so bad. We won't be coming back.

Waited forever for the food. The ordering machines were disastrous, no card payments were accepted at the checkout... The refill machine was also broken. Tables were sticky... last time I was here...

This BK restaurant is absolutely terrible. Shift manager minus 6 on June 7, 2025. Nothing (technical) is working again, and there's no solution in place for an empty restaurant.

I didn't even know that you could meet polar bears in the BK when the outside temperature is -2 °C. It was so cold in the BK today that I could see my breath and the burger was lukewarm and cold within a short time. Is there no more heating at BK? Or are these austerity measures? 😡

Waited over an hour for my order. Staff was understaffed and completely overwhelmed. Fries and burgers were cold. It was also impossible to follow the order exactly, extras were forgotten, etc. ...never again!

The guy gave me a long chicken (6 euros) with a rotten piece of lettuce and a bit of meat. My friend and I felt very sick.

Today, May 31, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. at the drive-thru. One large fries, to go, of course. I will NEVER AGAIN buy fries for my mom from Burger King (the ones I just had were too salty), but instead, as always, from McDonald's. Expensive €4.90... for that, I expect a flawless product. Do you have a slice at Burger King? You can't even make fries. Terrible.

Disaster... Wednesday lunchtime, the shop is empty, and yet you still wait forever for your food. It's okay that it takes longer during rush hour. But this isn't acceptable.

A great fast food chain store with variety of options to choose from

I used to enjoy this restaurant, but that has changed drastically in recent years. If you want to eat here, you'll need plenty of time. I waited a full 18 minutes for a burger with fries, Fanta, and an ice cream. Coke couldn't be selected at the terminal. At the counter, I was told there was no Fanta and I could choose Coke or Sprite instead. Furthermore, on my last two visits, I noticed neglected, apparently homeless people in the restaurant, some of whom were disturbing other guests with loud conversations and insults. I don't want to blame the employees, but the quality of service is abysmal.

My first choice among Burger Kings in Magdeburg. The food is delicious and the service is usually very good. However, the drive-thru was unavailable once.

Just get out again. Customer-friendly is a different story. The ordering machines are beyond impersonal.

We went out to eat and it was very good, the Whopper with the Doritos tasted good, the fries were fresh and the employees were nice.

First the payment is made, then they say that the milkshake machine is broken. Probably too lazy to clean them up afterwards. Instead of the Long Chilli Cheese I ordered, a Long Chicken came. I've had enough of Burger King!

Unfortunately, there are always problems at this location: either the order is not complete, products are sold out and this is not marked, or card payment is generally not possible in the drive-thru. The products don't necessarily taste fresh.

After waiting forever, we got cold food that day and the shift manager then told us why they didn't say anything about it being the wrong food. We said something straight away when we got the food, clearly noticed at the front and not at the place where we were waiting. So half an hour after ordering you should be able to assume that 1. you will eat warm food and, above all, 2. you will get the right food, what you ordered and not something completely different. But the people already looked haphazard when we came in. Completely overwhelmed team management and unfriendly on top of that. If I could give 0 stars for the service I would have.

The wonderfully warm people in this fast food restaurant saved our evening. After a breakdown-filled and exciting journey and growling stomachs, we drove to the restaurant. Unfortunately, this had actually just closed. The nice employees still provided us with food, which was also very well prepared. I've never had any problems with the food or the staff. Everyone was very friendly and dealt with quickly every time. Extremely long waiting time for 4 cheeseburgers, ordered at 12:46 p.m. and received burgers at 1:15 p.m. Actually, these should be fresh. The burger bun was cold and sticky. The patty is becoming thinner and thinner and between the half of the bun and the patty there is nothing, NOTHING, not a blob of sauce. It was cold in the restaurant. And once again it is confirmed that BurgerKing doesn't work at all.

This store is a real disaster. There is no menu card hanging which is why there is a backlog at the ordering terminals. Long waiting time despite enough staff and few customers. THE WORST: All Indians (not bad in itself) and NONE of them had GLOVES or other sanitary coverings on. The cucumbers and the rolls were all slapped up by hand. In the end, the food tasted the same. My burger had more mayo sauce than anything else and the meat wasn't even fully cooked... Worst citizen king ever. Do yourself a favor and go hungry/find another place to eat. Lunch time but it wasn't crowded. An employee at the grill station, an employee at the drive-in hatch and an employee at the customer counter. But the poor girl couldn't cope. She didn't know what to do anymore, 15 orders were now being processed, but none were finished. The team completely let them down. After 20 minutes I asked them to cancel my order and refund me the money. Since she didn't know how it worked, she went to her boss, who was looking at something on her cell phone in the back area. She handed the employee a card. But that didn't work either. I asked her to get her boss, but she didn't dare. Totally desperate. It wasn't until I offered to go into the kitchen myself and get the boss that she took heart. The boss came, canceled it and disappeared again. She wasn't interested in the ordering chaos. I really like going there. Everything clean. Rarely too crowded. This means short waiting times and burgers that are still warm.

Very unfriendly staff...The order wouldn't be accepted at the checkout even though the parts to order had just failed...Everyone should wait until they work again...That's why there was a huge queue and everything took a long time even though It could have been solved differently... Of course it's not nice to sit in a restaurant with a thick jacket ...No longer worth a visit...

There have been repeated problems with the branch for years. During the last visit, defective appliances in the kitchen meant that only chicken products were available. This means only a very limited product selection. The electronic ordering stations are all out of service. Probably disabled due to limited ordering options. When the staff asked which product was recommended, they received a curt answer with reference to the display board behind the cash register. I have to say that I only visit Burger King sporadically and am not informed about the current offerings. I reluctantly made the decision without any advice. It was at lunchtime and to my surprise very poorly attended. Still I had to wait about 10 minutes. Food was OK. I'll try it again in a year. All in all a disappointing experience at the moment. Very unfortunate.

Of course, no milkshake again...what else. 1 employee packed orders, 1 employee in preparation and 3 or 4 employees who sat around or did not quite defined things that had nothing to do with the operation at the front. The floor was pretty dirty, but I still dared to go to the toilet. No toilet paper, the sink was super dirty and extremely calcified. In the display case where the toys are always kept for the children's menu, there were 2 rancid, rotten bottles of children's juice. Very welcoming. My food was of course taken away, the order was complete (it wasn't much). But then it started. 2 children, 2 children's menus, 1x ketchup and 1x mayo. Instead of in every menu, as ordered. The fries could hardly be eaten and ended up in the trash. They were cold, sticky and hard. As if they had been there forever. The lattice potatoes were in the smallest bag, which is why there were only 3 - 4 pieces and crumbs in there. Burgers were once again extremely dry because the sauce was saved. But saving seems to be normal here. We were definitely there one last time. I'm not giving it a chance anymore.

Some ancestors' food was still on the ground. The tables not wiped down. The trays were not put away from the drop-off cabinet. People had to wait forever for food. Nuggets were cold, but we got the Cola without ice and with no gas. The room was probably set to cool so that the guests' tempers wouldn't get too hot. Several guests have complained. November 21, 2024. (7:00 p.m.) The atmosphere was warm and family friendly. We visited the restaurant for dinner with our children and it was quite busy. The employee with a beard at the checkout was very friendly. The food was fresh and tasted pretty good, but we were disappointed that the children's menu did not include dessert. BK at Bördepark was pure disaster. It takes forever for the order to arrive. Whooper has shrunk. Was much better 1 to 2 years ago.

The Burger King was already critical two years ago, but yesterday they shot the bird. 1 I ordered a Coke that simply had ice added to it without asking to save money. 2 was the cucumber under the burger I ordered and the whole thing was slapped together rather carelessly. 3 there weren't enough fries or the number had already been reduced. 4 the guy at the drive in window had to force it open because it barely works anymore from all the breaking And to top it all off, I paid 13.99 euros instead of 12.99 euros for the menu without receiving a receipt. I agree with many others here that the store should be closed, the conditions are terrible and you are also being cheated

As an ex-employee, I am very disappointed with the conditions in the store. The fact that the health department hasn't closed yet is questionable. Every single table looked like it had been spat on, everything was flying around on the floor, the things that had to be in the fridge like KitKat for the ice cream were outside on the ice cream machine, since when were fries packed first and since when did lattice potatoes come in the smallest type of bag? I don't pay €13 for a meal and then only 6 lattice potatoes. Then the shift manager laughed where the drive lady said he had forgotten the drinks for Lieferando and went back to the back. Apparently you can't order there in front, I know why. Because contact should be avoided because BirgerKing no longer has German employees and there is a new employee at the checkout every two weeks. I was still allowed to take orders, probably because I was friendly and approached customers one way or another because it was my passion. Just like general hygiene. You order an extra cola with ice and you don't get any. No french fries for the chilli fries. I don't know what's going on there, but while I was still working there, at least it worked for the day and it was CLEAN. Now you don't even dare to lean against anything anymore. This is simply disgusting and I ask myself the question, if we have such health aspects as laws here, why are they not being adhered to? Does anyone even care about cleanliness anymore or what does that look like? McDonald's, on the other hand, where I worked, at least took care of cleanliness and fresh fries. Do you remember how upset you were that I threw away the fries after a maximum of 3 minutes? Oh yes, because there are internal guidelines that say when fries are still for sale and when they are not, and if there is no one in the store you don't need to prepare bags of fries. But hey, I think that was the last time I was there and when I come you can expect me to insist on fresh food without making a face or or.

Only one person works here on Sundays, regardless of whether there are people waiting. That doesn't work! You make fast food, so the people in the back room can also work with you when customers are waiting.

I always liked BK and chose it first... but the last few times have been a total drama... the service and its pace of work is amazing. Waiting for the order for almost 30 minutes and observing these inappropriate movements and the completely confused crew, if I were the manager, I would have chased everyone away. One guy kept bringing in missing items... the girl served customers at the cash register and made and served fries... which she fried one by one!!!! She didn't put the whole package together, she just portioned it out and put it in the fryer. The same thing happened with nagetts. One order, one frying. Second order, second frying. Disaster. I placed an order at an Atom, which has a new "menu" and it is terribly difficult to operate. And it kept crashing. Not to mention the choice of language!!! Clicking on any of the proposed ones resulted in a blockage of the machine and one white spot on the monitor...almost 30 minutes (number 3 on the display above the cash registers) of waiting with two interventions at the cash register and helpless spreading of hands by the staff. Only after the decisive intervention of one gentleman did the manager appear, hold his head and shake his head in disbelief as to what was going on here!!! His help and harsh words from the staff resulted in the stau being relaxed... never again BK, and certainly not this one. I do not recommend!!!!

Too few options for ordering, 2 of 4 devices work. In addition, the software has problems and the order is delayed even further. This resulted in long waiting times. 2 dishes were ordered, one of which consisted of a koupon dish. Double Chilli Cheese with Big King. Something was delivered that wasn't even on the menu. The Double Chilli Chesse only consisted of the limp bun, the sauce and just a patty. Pepperoni and another patty were missing. And the same thing again with the so-called Big King. Impudence!!

Ordered at 2pm. Craftsmen in the house, so leaving was not possible. Then canceled at 4 p.m. Just didn't come. In the drive-in of the same Burger King we were greeted previously by a lady who didn't speak any German and couldn't be understood in any other way.

The slowest Burger King in Germany (or worldwide?). Waiting 20 minutes for food is now normal (even if it's just a few nuggets). The drive-in cannot be operated due to a lack of staff or only cash payment is possible. Garbage is just flying around the restaurant. The food is cooked/fried for too long and is therefore not very edible. The employees seem completely confused most of the time and not entirely sure what their job is.

It's honestly the worst BK I've been to so far. At that time the store was in order and therefore well attended. It's now an absolute disaster and the guests only come by out of necessity because it's "on the way". The staff almost falls asleep while preparing it. The waiting times are unreasonable both on the drive and in the restaurant. Often something is missing from the order. I'm very reluctant to go to this BK and if I had my way, the shop could simply be replaced or generally razed to the ground.

A few weeks ago I drove to the drive. The gentleman on the microphone explained that there weren't enough staff. For this reason, the drive is not operated. Ok... I went in... there wasn't much going on and it took forever. Yesterday I stood at the drive order line for what felt like minutes and no one spoke to me. The issuing window was open. I am extremely sure that the lady saw me but completely ignored me. I drove to another restaurant.

Ordering was not possible due to technical problems. The whole thing has happened twice now.

This restaurant is an absolute disappointment. The preparation of the food takes forever, the staff speaks German poorly and forgets half of it when packing it up.
