Nie Eis da, Getränke immer nur Max 3, hab teilweise über 30 min auf mein Essen gewartet, zu zweit Samstag Mittag + einer der angelernt wird. Kann nicht euer Anspruch von Qualität sein

Ich muss sagen das beste Restaurant das es gibt 100% sauber keit

Absolut hervorragend! Das Essen war frisch, heiß und unglaublich lecker. Die Burger waren perfekt zubereitet, die Pommes knusprig und die Getränke gut gekühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der freundliche und aufmerksame Service – das Personal war sehr höflich, motiviert und hat für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt. Das Restaurant war außerdem sehr sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann diesen Burger King nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Der Service war gut, besonders neu Mädchen war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Wir wollten mit unserer Hortgruppe Essen holen. So unfreundliche, inkompetente Mitarbeiter hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Augenrollen als man die Kinder sah, Preise für Pommes konnten uns nicht genannt werden....... uns haben echt die Worte gefehlt. Wir sind dann ins E Center gegangen..... Kein gutes Aushängeschild für das Unternehmen. Schade.... Eigentlich gar keinen ☆

Ich bin seit gut 20 Jahren Stammkunde im Burger King beim Bördepark und die jetzige Belegschaft ist einfach mega sympathisch. Die Burger sind fresh, die Fries kross & der Smalltalk ungezwungen und authentisch. Leider ist der Gossip in Magdeburg ne Katastrophe, denn momentan sind Umbauarbeiten (diese wurden erst vor wenigen Jahren gemacht aber Burger King spendiert seinen Kunden erneut ein frisches Ambiente) und statt den Laden solange zu schließen, haben die Cuties einfach nen Foodtruck geordert ... und was soll ich sagen - kein Qualitätsverlust keine Quantitätsmängel. Alle Produkte gibt's über open flame jetzt einfach aus nem Truck & somit zu ner tasty flair States Immersion par excellence. Die Location mit Truck + Parkplatz machen Set & Setting einfach zu nem Masterpiece des Soulfoods.

Leider nicht der beste Burger King. Ich denke hier muss teilweise am Personal gearbeitet werden. Aktuell wird der Laden umgebaut, vielleicht klappt es ja nach dem Neustart besser. Aktuell steht ein Burge King Food Truck vor der Tür. Find ich persönlich ganz gut und hat was.

Überhaupt kein guter Laden, nicht zu empfehlen

Ich war am 26.06.2026 gegen 21 Uhr da. Der Service war sehr schlecht. Wir standen 45 Minuten da um die Bestellung zu bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter in der Küche haben gar keine Ahnung von Küche und Arbeit gehabt. sie haben kein Deutsch verstanden. Die Frau an der Kasse musste ständig mit den Küchenmitarbeiter laut werden, weil die einfach die Bestellung nicht verstanden haben. Der Besitzer muss wissen, dass der Laden so nicht funktioniert. Außerdem da im Restaurant war sehr warm und gefühlt 50 Grad. Keine Klimaanlage. Thema Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht. Wir mussten selber die Tische sauber machen. Wir waren sehr unzufrieden.

Sehr nette Bedienung. Essen war gut . Gern mal wieder.

Ich bin wirklich nicht jemand, der schnell schlechte Bewertungen schreibt, aber dieser Besuch bei Burger King war leider rundum enttäuschend. Getränke: Am Bestellterminal wurde bei den Getränken nur Fanta und Wasser angezeigt, keine Cola Zero oder andere. Da ich keine Fanta wollte, habe ich Wasser ausgewählt. Daraufhin rief eine Mitarbeiterin quer durch den Laden, dass es auch Sprite gäbe. Am Ende bekam ich trotzdem eine Fanta und zwar ohne Eiswürfel. Meine Begleitung wollte bewusst ein zuckerfreies Getränk. Da am Terminal keine passende Auswahl möglich war, wurde ihr einfach ebenfalls Fanta hingestellt, ohne dass klar kommuniziert wurde, was sie überhaupt bekommt. Das fanden wir ziemlich daneben. Essen: -Meine Pommes waren so stark gesalzen, dass ich sie kaum essen konnte. -Der Burger meiner Begleitung wurde ausdrücklich „nicht scharf“ bestellt, trotzdem waren Jalapeños bzw. Peperoni darauf. -Der Cheeseburger bestand gefühlt nur aus Patty und einer großen Menge Senf. Die meisten anderen Zutaten haben gefehlt. Preis-Leistung: Für jeweils knapp 10€ erwartet man zumindest eine korrekt zubereitete Bestellung. Stattdessen musste ich sogar noch ins Einkaufszentrum gehen, um uns eine Cola Zero zu kaufen, weil sie bei Burger King nicht verfügbar war. Fehler können passieren. Wenn aber Getränke falsch ausgegeben werden, Bestellwünsche ignoriert werden und die Qualität des Essens nicht stimmt, dann läuft etwas grundlegend schief. Für mich war das leider kein angenehmer Besuch und ich werde diese Filiale nicht noch einmal aufsuchen. In Magdeburg gibt es deutlich bessere Alternativen.

Seit über einem Jahr wird einem hier gesagt die Eis- und Shakemaschine sei "grade" kaputt. Aktuell in der Werbung beworbene Aktionen sind an einem normalen Werktag angeblich schon um 14 Uhr "ausverkauft" und für den Rest des Tages nicht mehr erhältlich. Das Personal versteht einen meistens nicht. Warten auf die Bestellung dauert sowohl drinnen als auch am DriveIn ewig und dann bekommt man am Ende eine falsche Bestellung oder es fehlt die Hälfte. Leider können wir auch nichts Positives berichten... Essen total kalt, Soßen und einen Cheeseburger vergessen und auch die Sammelfigur, war nicht die erwünschte. Der Matcha wurde lieblos über den Tresen gestukt und auch ansonsten gab es weder Gruß noch freundliche Worte. War wohl unser letztes Mal...

Heute zum Mittag hier gewesen und ne reinste Katastrophe. Erstmal nur 1 Mitarbeiter im Service , der den Drive In und die Bestellung bediente. Er war total unfreundlich, überfordert und auf Ansage das es auch freundlicher ginge , keine Reaktion. Eine Kundin beschwerte sich das sie den falschen Bürger bekommen hatte, er war fest der Überzeugung das es alles seine Richtigkeit hätte und wurde immer lauter. Als dann unser Essen nach 25 min ca kam waren die Bürger kalt. Meine Freundin ihre Bestellung wurde einfach weggedrückt. Dann als sie nach fragte, wurde sie natürlich auch angepamt vom Service Mitarbeiter . Und wie überrascht als sie ihre Bürger bekam waren es natürlich die falschen. Sorry aber hier mal zum schnellen Essen zukommen ist definitiv ne null Nummer. Wir kommen hier nicht nochmal her.

Sehr lange warte Zeit und es gab nicht einmal Cola, Fanta, Sprite light oder zero. Ein Trost das Essen war heiß.

Typischer Burger King, dafür aber gepflegt und sauber. Essen war quasi kalt und ist auch inzwischen nicht mehr günstig, dafür kann Burger King ja aber nichts.

Wer es gern chaotisch mag, sollte hier her gehen. Das Bestellen am Automaten war eine einzige Freude. Ein Absturz nach dem anderen. Erst nach Androhung, diesen Laden ohne Bestellung zu verlassen, war jemand vom grundsätzlich überforderten Personal bereit, die Bestellung analog aufzunehmen. Lieblos belegte Tabletts mit unserem Essen durch genervtes Personal ist nicht verwunderlich. Leider zwingt mich das Bewertungsprogramm einen Stern zu vergeben, den sich burger King nicht verdient hat. Meine Bewertung sind 0 Sterne für alles.

Schlecht! Immer wieder aufs Neue …. Dauert ewig, Essen ist kalt, die Menschen sprechen DIE Sprache nicht. Traurig.

Trotz stressigem Andrang super kompetente Leute, weiter so ! kleine Wartezeiten gehören leider gottes dazu aber das Essen schenkt, Service ist Okey und wir sind immer wieder gerne bei Burger King!

Wir haben heute unglaubliche 50 MINUTEN nach der Aufgabe unserer Bestellung am DriveIn gewartet bis wir unser Essen bekamen wo dann auch noch die Getränke gefehlt haben 😱 mit FAST FOOD hat Das nichts mehr zu tun!!! Leider wurde uns die emense Wartezeit beim bestellen verschwiegen was mich richtig sauer macht vorallem wenn man kleine Kinder im Auto hat, die das auch richtig cool fanden so lange zu warten.

Unhöfliches Personal, Gegensprechanlage defekt und hier arbeiten Personen die keine Lust auf Menschen haben.

Even with a pre-order, placed up to 15 minutes in advance, I discovered in the store that no one had checked that an order had been placed, and I only had a 10-minute window until my bus arrived. This happened when the store was almost empty! So, if this is the norm, I'll definitely choose to order twice from now on.

It used to be better. Cleanliness was so-so. Friendliness was okay. We were there again after a very long time. It was a disaster; they forgot half of what we needed. That's so annoying.

Whenever I'm there at lunchtime, there's only one checkout. The staff are always friendly, admirable considering the stress. Sometimes, though, I drive on as soon as I see it's full; my time slot isn't that long. Update 27/11/25 - by far the slowest Burger King I know - 25 minutes and nothing in sight, and everyone here is shaking their heads.

The food is always good, though sometimes there aren't enough fries in the cheese fries. The only major drawback is that they often forget at least one thing (especially when it's busy). Sometimes it's a portion of nuggets, sometimes a Whopper. Therefore, always double-check your order.

We waited over half an hour for our food, at the drive-thru you stand in line for half a workday, and inside I starved… Far too few staff.

Well, it could be better, but unfortunately it doesn't look that way. The burger meat was very dry. And there wasn't enough topping for the price. You'd need a really thick jacket to eat there because it was very cold in the restaurant.

This isn't my first time at this branch, but every time I'm here, regardless of how busy it is or what time of day, the staff is completely overwhelmed, and you have to expect a wait of at least 20 minutes, by which time the food is usually already cold.

No staff present. The wait was over 30 minutes before the food was ready. It was a complete disappointment.

I took the kids to Burger King for the first time in years. We were incredibly disappointed. The restaurant was filthy, the floor was sticky, and the food was cold. They only had half the items you'd expect. All in all, it was really bad and, in some parts, downright disgusting. We definitely won't be going there again, and probably not to any other Burger King location either.

While we wait here, for at least 25 minutes according to the receipt, I'm taking the time to write something. There's complete chaos here. Except for one employee who's serving customers outside, everyone is just standing around aimlessly... it's a real spectacle. The food we ordered to eat in arrived in a bag. The two portions of lattice potatoes were scattered all over the inside. The two Whoppers were also cold and dry; you couldn't even swallow them without a Coke. Absolutely terrible!!! Skilled worker shortage or not. These are basic things. Perhaps the owner should make some adjustments here.

Card payments are not accepted at the drive-thru. When asked for improvements, the cashier repeatedly said, "I don't have to do anything here." Unfriendly and unclean.

Orders are sometimes incomplete, you are hardly understood at the drive-in, the best scenario was that there was a note at the announcement at the drive-in, no card payment possible, which was good to know after you couldn't get away...then several products are not available and only annoyed staff...it's getting worse and worse

Loud, annoying music, long waits. The lettuce on the burger was brown and tasted weird. And to top it all off, the cashier rummaged through my burger after I asked her about the lettuce.

I ordered online and received the delivery, but the most expensive item was missing. After consulting by phone, I was referred to the delivery company.

After three visits there, I can safely say that this BK branch is one of the worst I've ever visited. 1st visit: The self-service terminal keeps crashing during payment, and the line at the checkout is incredibly long. I waited 40 minutes for food. 2nd visit: The lady at the checkout yelled at everyone that she had no staff and that we should be prepared for it to take forever. I've rarely experienced such an unfriendly experience. 3rd visit: Order terminals disabled. Half the menu sold out, no beef burgers available, no small drinks, and no small burger buns left. I definitely won't be coming back.

There are no small burgers because they've run out of buns. Plus, the ordering stations are broken. Better to go to McDonald's.

I actually really like Burger King, but this was truly the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The one-star rating can only be justified by the lady who took our order, as she was quite helpful. The negatives started as soon as we entered. Unfortunately, none of the four order terminals worked. We then went up to the counter to place our order. We had to wait a while, though, before we could. Unfortunately, when ordering, we had to change almost our entire order because many things were out of stock, such as round buns for the round burgers and a chocolate milkshake. I should note that we were there in the early afternoon. We then had to wait quite a while for our order to be placed. The employees seemed quite overwhelmed. Ultimately, it was a truly disappointing experience.

-Prices too high. -Drive-thru hasn't been possible for what feels like half a year. -And I've had stomach problems every time...never again.

I hadn't expected things to get so bad. No debit card payments. The burgers were terrible, no sauces, no salad, burnt patties. The Coke was still sparkling. And so on and so forth. Absolutely never again. I had to wait forever at the drive-thru until I was served. Truly sad for how much money I spent. After all, it was over 37 euros.

Okay for a stop, but (similar to the BK in Bernburg), the term "fast" is misinterpreted here. Wait, wait, wait. One employee at the counter had obviously been doing their job for a while, while a second employee was standing next to them, overwhelmed. At least the kitchen was occupied, so it wasn't due to a lack of supplies. Ordering at the terminal wasn't possible; the process aborted before payment. Ordered at the counter, which wasn't so easy due to the language barrier (the employees speak English to each other, as they are of different nationalities). Ordered a drink without ice = came with ice. *lol* The Whopper patty was a bit dark, meaning it had been on the grill too long. And the salad didn't look so good anymore either... I still don't understand how BK Germany can keep such places alive.

Beautiful branch opens at 10, you drive there extra, pay 10 euros and then you get told there are no employees there, unfortunately we can't open, a real rip-off, get your shitty employees under control so that they come on time
