McDonald's in Magdeburg

My burger "M" was freshly prepared and tasted really tasty, the coffee was hot and good. Ordering and paying on the electronic board that you could type in yourself went smoothly and the meal was brought to the table quickly. Ambiance is the usual McD's standard. The men's room was clean and well maintained.

I just bought an MC Ribb! So disgusting, no sauce in it. Looks like he's been lying down for 15 minutes.

The food was ok, but unfortunately the restaurant wasn't clean. The worst thing was the toilets; there was no toilet paper in any of the three cells. Soap was also missing. Something like that shouldn't actually happen.

Were there on October 18th, 2024, the toilet was totally dirty, there was paper everywhere and there was swimming in front of the pee pools but no water. (Men)

Good branch of the well-known fast food chain. Clean and tidy, not overcrowded. At least when I made a stopover on the A2 on a Friday afternoon. My conclusion: good.

3 times in a row to the MC Drive. 1. No straw 2nd time wrong burgers, but same value 3rd time totally wrong burgers at a significantly lower value. Luckily I check everything there before I leave. Some staff don't speak German. This is probably why there are so many errors in the orders.

Very slow. The manager refused to take my order in the old way. The screens don’t work properly.

Drive in at Macces stop. It quickly fills your stomach on the drive home, but making burgers at home and grilled to perfection is a completely different league...

This is a really bad McDonald's. The burgers are almost always cold. The MC fish always lies sideways and in the bed in the box. The employees speak foreign in front of the customers. Which just doesn't work. The parking lot often looks like a garbage dump. But what is very important is that the food is simply no longer of quality and is too overpriced. And I find it unhygienic that everyone touches food without gloves and no hair nets are worn when preparing the food. And the tables in the house are very rarely cleaned in between. 1 customer less.

If the employees misunderstand an order (may be due to the language barrier) you have no chance of asking or complaining. According to the motto, it's your own fault.

It's just standard McDonald's 😉

Regular McDonalds with McCafe. The staff is nice, it's clean. There is enough parking space, there is a gas station and a Tesla Supercharger next door.

The toilets were dirty and there was only toilet paper in one of the three dirty stalls. The tables, benches and chairs were dirty. The staff was very stressed.

It was a little dirty even though we were here very early. The dish return was full.

Well, apart from the fact that half of the HappyMeal was missing (drink and fruit), we got iced tea instead of a cola...great. You can save yourself the cardboard lids for the drinks because they don't hold. Ah, what a time it used to be when McDonalds was still okay... luckily they still had burgers and no curry...

Dirty restaurant. We waited 15 minutes for our breakfast and it wasn't too crowded. The bacon was missing from my McToast Bacon (an upside down burger bun). McDonald's is not recommended.

The outside area is pretty dirty, there are napkins and cigarette butts lying around everywhere and the tables haven't been wiped down. There is probably a lack of staff here too.

Tables inside and outside were dirty and tray trays were all overfilled. Nobody cares. Unfortunately, it seems to be the new standard for the chain. Bah

this place had good service, a bit chaotic but friendly:) loved the desserts corner

Clean, fast and good service. Nice outdoorspace for siting and playing for children. Also a plus that you can charge your electrical car on the bakside(its an open Tesla charger)

We had two iced coffee shakes (Caramel and Oreo). The drinks consisted of ice cubes with some coffee and cream on the side. In the end, the Oreo pieces couldn't be picked up by the straw because the ice cream was on top. In my opinion, a shake consists of crushed ice! When I asked the staff, the only answer was that it was described in the picture. But this was not so! For us it was the last time at this franchise location!

So this McDonald's is the one I always go to but now it's just bad. Frozen nuggets several times and the drinks usually come without sweetener, so once again I bought 0.5 liters of water for 3.99, as I praise it, I just don't recommend it anymore, it's best to go to another one

Clean, no queues and the employees from abroad with good language skills. Hopefully they won't be paid as low-wage workers. Aok

Forgive me, McDonalds, but I haven't had such an unappetizing meal in a long time. The offer is small, and the portions are getting smaller and smaller🤔

All in all very nice staff, the food was ok. The McD was very well attended. The toilets were clean.

We ordered 2 ice creams, one of which had significantly more in it than the other When we asked what that meant, we said one got more than the other 🤦‍♀️ There should be proper regulations and not everyone should be able to dose the ice cream themselves

Fries soft and cold. Ice cream with very little chocolate sauce. Fanta is yellow water without taste. Table service not possible today as there are only 6 guests in the restaurant. Tables were clean. I've often been happy here so far. Today I'm angry.

Modern branch with friendly and attentive staff and the usual food.

I don't know, but almost 4€ for a medium-sized Sprite is somehow quite expensive. Ambience 0. With these machines you can no longer rate the service.

The new Crispy Chicken is quite good, the quality of the Filet o Fish drops, carelessly slapped together, everything seems already prepared to me, considering how quickly you get your food. The fries are not the best, no matter which branch. Nuggets and Mc Chicken are always good. The coffee from Mc Kaffee and the muffins are also TOP. I would be happy about a KFC in Magdeburg, then the competition will be greater and perhaps the quality will improve again.

The distribution window has apparently been broken for months and as a result you have to park in the middle of the driveway or maneuver around in the restricted area. I can't understand. Dirty floors, dirty tables and stuffy air in the restaurant... but the food is always ok and always the right thing in the bag at McDrive.

The donut took one bite, then was set aside. Way too hard and stale. The MC Rib didn't come with a wet wipe. Filet o Fish, MC Rib and Cheeseburger tasted good

Drive-in. Fast service, we pre-ordered via the app. Friendly staff. This time the error rate is zero. Everything we ordered was in the bags. Criticism: The fries 🍟 were at the bottom and the burgers were stacked on top. When we got home the fries were more like mush and the opposite of crispy. Not tasty. But otherwise it was okay. It would be cool if you ordered regular drinks and zero drinks and the cups would be marked. The McRip were really great this time.

Insufficient cleanliness in the restaurant. Tables, chairs, floor, kiosk. Leftover food from yesterday at 10:15 and that is explained by the fact that you have a lot of other things to do besides cleaning. What does it look like in the kitchen?

Food and service was good. Atmosphere less so. Lots of young youth. That made it considerably less pleasant. But the food certainly wasn't bad.

Experience from Tuesday, May 14, 2024, 9:30 p.m.: The parking lot was still full and the store was busy. We ordered a double menu with Chicken Classic, Filet o Fish, French Fries and Coke and 20 nuggets. Everything came as ordered, was hot and fresh, the employees were normally friendly and focused on their jobs. The toilets were clean, although I would like to point out that it is usually the user's fault if they are dirty. If you have to line your glasses with toilet paper, you should throw this away afterwards.

I picked up my takeout order just moments ago. Unfortunately, I left and can't go back. I didn't get my 6 nuggets in the set. I don't recommend it because of "forgetfulness"

Lifetime wasted - no service for cash payment!

Was here for a quick coffee stop. I ordered an 'Iced Latte Caramel' and found that no one on staff really knew anything about the McCafe, let alone the coffees on offer. So we had to wait until someone was found who was halfway capable of making the latte. In the meantime, I looked around and noticed that not only was the floor quite slippery, but there were chips and pieces of salad scattered all over the floor in the kitchen area. Neat is different... Well, after a while I received the Iced Latte Caramal I ordered and was on my way again... Fortunately, they managed to taste it...

Das Essen schmeckt kaum bis garnicht, Tische sehr unsauber, hab mich nicht wohlgefühlt, ich würde diesen Laden nicht empfehlen wenn man lecker essen will!!!

We ordered 2 burgers at McDrive. When we wanted to eat our burgers after a 5-minute drive, you could only shake your head. Both burgers were thrown together completely carelessly. It was definitely the last time we got anything there. Because the negative experiences there outweigh the negative ones. McNuggets that aren't completely cooked through, fries that are barely salted and burgers that are always just thrown together.

No mobile data received in the restaurant. Would have to use Telekom WiFi (unsafe) to order via the app. With Mac it tasted “weird” somehow

Ordered food, came to the table, literally slammed down, completely careless. Not a word, the sign with the number was taken away and gone again. I know that it's not a star restaurant, but I can still expect a little more.

One of the few MCs where I give more than 3 stars. Quiet atmosphere, food preparation took a little longer. Toilets were clean.

...the sanitary facilities were clean, the tables were wiped four times during our stay (20 minutes), but the cloth was only used on one side and therefore almost 13 tables 🤔 You should practice a bit more when folding the food. As has often been written here - stacking things carelessly on top of each other.

The staff is friendly, but my burgers come out crazy looking. I managed a fast food restaurant at age 17 and wouldn't allow food to be sent out like this. Ketchup on the outside top bun. Patties half off the bun. Most of my cheese melted to the wrapper. I know the work isn't glamerous, but having some pride in what you do shows in the end product.

A snack in a restaurant has slowly become a luxury.

Overwhelmed with 2 cars on the mcdrive. If the guest room is empty.... Then throw the burgers together so that you have to put it together yourself, if it still works - every time. Fries almost every time without salt. Juice shop.

Citizens wait poorly built the MC rib was half shifted inside so the bottom part was dirty with sauce

There is nothing wrong with these McDonald’s. Very clean restaurant, toilets clean and staff friendly. Food was great. Plenty of parking spaces available. The outside area looked very neat.

The food was sometimes only lukewarm and the temperatures in the restaurant were even colder. Sorry, it doesn't work at all.

Wenn man am Drive bestellt muss man,drauf achten,dass auch alles bestellte drin ist. Ansonsten kommt die Überraschung Zuhause.

Eben Mc Donald, Wohlfühlfaktor ist nicht vorhanden, Essen schmeckt irgendwie fade.

Jedzenie średnio ciepłe.. byłem tylko raz. Jedzenie zabrałem na wynos w aucie okazało się że mam dwie bułki mniej. Sprawa wyjaśniona ale lepiej sprawdzać.

Normalerweise ist es um die Mittagszeit bei jedem McDonalds voll. Umso erleichterter war ich, als ich bei diesem keine Menschenmassen sah. Im Nachhinein weiß ich auch wieso diese Filiale nicht gut besucht war. Das Essen - eine absolute Zumutung. Ich hatte Unteranderem Curlyfries bestellt. Diese kamen gemischt mit normalen Pommes - beide Sorten waren wabbelig und ungenießbar Dazu kam noch, das die Packung d. Pommes nur halb gefüllt war und die Saucenverpackungen inkl. Serviette auf die Pommes gedrückt wurden. Die BigMacs und BigRösti hatten einen alten muffigen Geschmack, sodass alles im Endeffekt im Müll landete. Personal bei der Essensausgabe war unfreundlich. Kein guten Tag, kein Auf Wiedersehen. Und das ganze für knapp 30€. Super

Ein typische modernisiert McDonnals, gibt nichts zu meckern, wer aber Schnellrestaurants nicht mag, wird auch hier nicht fündig.

Oh man, bei euch kostet ein Mischhecke 250ml 3,49 Euro! In meinen Augen nicht mehr normal!
