McDonald's in Magdeburg

Got a cold burger, even though it had only just arrived. Upon requesting it at the counter, two employees had a discussion in English, including derogatory remarks toward the customer (stupid, we understood it)... and on top of that, they kept the paid burger, which is unacceptable. Glasses for the meal weren't available, but they were given them upon request, but not for other customers. The Happy Meal game was available, but it wasn't there... A difficult visit today.

Well-maintained location, especially if you're charging with a Tesla Supercharger. Price-performance ratio, etc., just like any other McDonald's.

Super dirty place, all the trash cans and tray carts are overflowing. There was no toilet paper in the toilet. Service - non-existent.

The worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Ordered fries, tried them, they were cold. Complained at the counter. The waiter places the fries on the rack above the fries station and brings out a hot new portion. From the table we see our old cold one being partially filled again and brought to another customer. It doesn't get any more disgusting. Unsustainable conditions!

Yesterday evening I got 2 mc ribs and when I wanted to eat them at home, or rather I ate a quarter, I noticed that something was wrong. And I threw them in the trash. It started around 1 a.m.... I've been like this since then Half an hour in the toilet and everything comes out everywhere. Thank you!

It's a shame how much the shop has deteriorated over the years, but I've been holding back on reviews, despite the lack of a burger, once a cheeseburger, but once even a Big Tasty, those were big mistakes. It often depends on the staff whether you are allowed to choose a toy or whether you are thrown a hi without comment... but today was admittedly the highlight... A promotion for wraps, well then you want to try one of them. Balsamic is too sour for me and mustard is just too hot and I really don't like mustard, so I decided to try the mango curry, it sounded delicious. Okay... there's a lot going on on Sunday evening... but burgers that look like they've been stepped on... not appetizing... and now the wrap, the first third just a wrap no sauce no vegetables... nothing, then finally tomato and chicken okay... pretty good... but mango... curry... none... the next bite was a mouth full of honey mustard sauce... please what???!!!! At over 5 euros for a wrap it's not too much to ask for my order!! I received the wrap, and the calculation also showed that my order had been correctly recorded...just a thumbs down!!!.....That just doesn't work!!!

Highly recommended. It is clean and we were served very friendly. We liked it a lot.

We just used the Mcdrive staff was friendly and did a good job in English wich is a kind of a thing in Germany..but the gentleman did a very good job. The food came out fast and WARM! Not something inbetween....the counter and payment was efficient and the chat with the gentleman asking where we were from was pleasant sooo my impression was very good here...

Super dirty. Tables are not wiped down, there is no paper in the women's toilet, but hygiene buckets are overflowing. We preferred not to buy anything, who knows what happens in the kitchen.

At 11 p.m., unbearably loud music was booming from a bluetooth box in the kitchen, half the order was wrong and you could hardly understand the employee because of the volume.

It's a shame, fries and chicken were perfect, but waiting over 35 minutes for 1 menu + 2 happy meals didn't deserve the name "fast food", and unfortunately it wasn't clean either. 🫥

Unfortunately, it's not a real McCafé: despite demand, cappuccino is not prepared in cups for consumption in the restaurant, but in mugs. Apparently there are no cups left. Otherwise - as is often the case when passing through - completely satisfied with the staff. The porcelain thing has to be stopped!

One of the dirtiest McDonald's I've been to in a long time. There was no clean table to be found, three children's high chairs and all of them broken and dirty, many corners on/under the tables probably haven't been cleaned in ages. Not recommended.

The visit to this Mc Donalds was disappointing. Chaos, dirty, breakdowns... This is probably one of the worst stops along the route. I highly, highly do not recommend it.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the service at McDrive. A check for completeness is always necessary. So far, we have had missing or incorrect food or drinks every time we order via app and pick up at the counter. Therefore we will avoid this branch.

When servicing, please ensure that the tray storage trolleys are emptied in a timely manner in the future!! They were so full that you couldn't put anything down... Otherwise everything is okay!!

Long waiting times with few customers. No “fast” (!) food

Were there around 9 p.m. and it was very dirty! There's rubbish everywhere outside, tables inside haven't been cleared, leftover food all over the floor, the storage trolleys are overflowing. Screen on the counter broken - bad!

Unfortunately, while I was using the app, the payment process was canceled and I received an error message. I ordered again and this time it worked. I had to wait a long time for my food and it was still only lukewarm. Later I noticed that the first, canceled order had been charged and debited. But I only received a menu. I've been trying to get my money back from McDonald's Magdeburg for a month now. This is not possible 😠 For several weeks, Alina from customer service has been sending the same standard text without responding to my emails. I have already submitted all documents five times. But I only have PayPal account statements because I paid with credit. Unfortunately, the effort and hassle so far is disproportionate to the missing amount. But we also have nothing to give away. Addendum. After more than ten emails and 6-7 hours of effort, my double payment was refunded. I wrote to two employees of the franchisee and the customer service of McDonald's Germany. Thank you very much for your effort Alina 😀 I changed the rating from 1* to 3*.

Kitchen dirty, burgers below McDonald's standards

Very dirty, tables aren't wiped down there. We wanted to take a break there and eat a little something. Every table was full of leftover food smeared with ketchup or grease. Toilets disgusting. Hardly any Germans in the service don't understand you properly and you get the wrong menus. Sorry but actually not even worth 1 star.

Very dirty in the restaurant. Wanted to drink two large hot cocoas at the MC Café. That wasn't possible because all the large cups were broken. This was explained to us by the staff.

The dirtiest McDonald's in a long time. The flush didn't work in the women's toilet, there was only light at the sink and overall the "places" were dirty. Matched the rest of McDonald's. There was no ice cream, the tables were full of rubbish and unfortunately there was no WiFi either. But the fries were good.

The McDonald’s branch offers a solid fast food experience. The food was fresh and the classics like Big Mac and fries were convincing. The wait was short and the branch was clean and well organized. The service was friendly but rather routine. Overall, a reliable place to go for a quick snack. Rating: 3 out of 5 stars.

When eating on site, I expect a plate under my cake (cookie) and the coffee ☕️ in a cup instead of a paper cup. Metal cutlery instead of a wooden fork and napkins wouldn't be bad either. That's why I eat locally. Everything else is to go. The return van was overfull. Nothing else went in. The employees were also very unfriendly. We suspect that the employees didn't understand us.

Today we stopped at the McDonalds in Magdeburg-Rothensee to use the toilet and then get something to eat. The toilets (both D and M) were totally filthy and full of pee... This spoiled the appetite, so no review on the food.

The only McDonalds in Magdeburg that doesn't forget half of my orders.

My burger "M" was freshly prepared and tasted really tasty, the coffee was hot and good. Ordering and paying on the electronic board that you could type in yourself went smoothly and the meal was brought to the table quickly. Ambiance is the usual McD's standard. The men's room was clean and well maintained.

Good branch of the well-known fast food chain. Clean and tidy, not overcrowded. At least when I made a stopover on the A2 on a Friday afternoon. My conclusion: good.

3 times in a row to the MC Drive. 1. No straw 2nd time wrong burgers, but same value 3rd time totally wrong burgers at a significantly lower value. Luckily I check everything there before I leave. Some staff don't speak German. This is probably why there are so many errors in the orders.

Drive in at Macces stop. It quickly fills your stomach on the drive home, but making burgers at home and grilled to perfection is a completely different league...

This is a really bad McDonald's. The burgers are almost always cold. The MC fish always lies sideways and in the bed in the box. The employees speak foreign in front of the customers. Which just doesn't work. The parking lot often looks like a garbage dump. But what is very important is that the food is simply no longer of quality and is too overpriced. And I find it unhygienic that everyone touches food without gloves and no hair nets are worn when preparing the food. And the tables in the house are very rarely cleaned in between. 1 customer less.

If the employees misunderstand an order (may be due to the language barrier) you have no chance of asking or complaining. According to the motto, it's your own fault.

Regular McDonalds with McCafe. The staff is nice, it's clean. There is enough parking space, there is a gas station and a Tesla Supercharger next door.

The toilets were dirty and there was only toilet paper in one of the three dirty stalls. The tables, benches and chairs were dirty. The staff was very stressed.

It was a little dirty even though we were here very early. The dish return was full.

Well, apart from the fact that half of the HappyMeal was missing (drink and fruit), we got iced tea instead of a cola...great. You can save yourself the cardboard lids for the drinks because they don't hold. Ah, what a time it used to be when McDonalds was still okay... luckily they still had burgers and no curry...

Dirty restaurant. We waited 15 minutes for our breakfast and it wasn't too crowded. The bacon was missing from my McToast Bacon (an upside down burger bun). McDonald's is not recommended.

Clean, fast and good service. Nice outdoorspace for siting and playing for children. Also a plus that you can charge your electrical car on the bakside(its an open Tesla charger)

We had two iced coffee shakes (Caramel and Oreo). The drinks consisted of ice cubes with some coffee and cream on the side. In the end, the Oreo pieces couldn't be picked up by the straw because the ice cream was on top. In my opinion, a shake consists of crushed ice! When I asked the staff, the only answer was that it was described in the picture. But this was not so! For us it was the last time at this franchise location!

So this McDonald's is the one I always go to but now it's just bad. Frozen nuggets several times and the drinks usually come without sweetener, so once again I bought 0.5 liters of water for 3.99, as I praise it, I just don't recommend it anymore, it's best to go to another one

We ordered 2 ice creams, one of which had significantly more in it than the other When we asked what that meant, we said one got more than the other 🤦‍♀️ There should be proper regulations and not everyone should be able to dose the ice cream themselves

Fries soft and cold. Ice cream with very little chocolate sauce. Fanta is yellow water without taste. Table service not possible today as there are only 6 guests in the restaurant. Tables were clean. I've often been happy here so far. Today I'm angry.

I don't know, but almost 4€ for a medium-sized Sprite is somehow quite expensive. Ambience 0. With these machines you can no longer rate the service.

The new Crispy Chicken is quite good, the quality of the Filet o Fish drops, carelessly slapped together, everything seems already prepared to me, considering how quickly you get your food. The fries are not the best, no matter which branch. Nuggets and Mc Chicken are always good. The coffee from Mc Kaffee and the muffins are also TOP. I would be happy about a KFC in Magdeburg, then the competition will be greater and perhaps the quality will improve again.
