Too long a wait for food. Staff unfriendly.

Everything can be better!!!! Whether at the counter or at the McDrive, ordered items often don't get packed. This often leads to longer delivery times. ;(

A regular McDonald's without table service but with clean restrooms costs 1 euro, but it's clean and tidy.

Dirty and staff you can't communicate with

Half of the terminals were down, tables were dirty, the burgers were stacked very messily, the cheese wasn't melted, and the plastic wrap in the burger was the icing on the cake.

I was there twice, the second time I was finally convinced that it was a dump. The cashiers are older than me, to count 8 euros in coins of 1 and 2 euros it takes 10 minutes and outside help, in a word, the ignoramuses were very disappointed, the food is sold for astronomical for small portions, the second time we took a burger, the employee did not want to give the check which he chewed in the terminal accordion and the text was barely readable. I could not hold back my laughter, this place is a pity

I complained that my burger fell apart and was put back together with bare hands, which I considered unhygienic. The employees said it was normal, and I noticed the kitchen looked very messy. I hope the place gets a new owner one day who hires decent staff, because friendliness isn't a good attitude. 0 stars isn't possible, unfortunately, but that would be the right rating.

Incompetent service. The milkshake was vanilla milk, not very cold. The order was placed in person, without any add-ons. The lady charged the price for the add-on and said the price was the same as without the add-ons. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Three times nothing. The milkshake was watery and viscosity wasn't McDonald's-worthy. I called the chef over, but he said it was normal. And I had to pay an extra 0.50 cents for caramel sauce even though we didn't order it. It tasted awful and watery. Lots of complaints around us. It was better to just move on to the next place because the staff were untrained and didn't understand you. Never again.

It can get busy in the mornings if there's not enough staff. Then everything takes a little longer (in our case, 15 minutes). But the employees are calm and get everything done routinely.

A McDonald's like any other. However, the staff seems so overwhelmed that you sometimes get the wrong food or something is missing from your order... the burgers were somehow folded or rolled up with the paper... the fries were soggy and not particularly fresh. What a shame 🙄😕

The customer service area and restrooms were dirty. There were hardly any customers in the restaurant at 11 a.m. Yet, no tables were wiped down... I hardly wanted to touch the dirty entrance door... Never again, not recommended.

Unbelievable. It can't be that I order an M burger to go and want to eat it at home, and the beef patty is still raw. That's completely unacceptable. 😠👎

The smell of dirt and nothing else

I'm not someone who likes going to McDonald's, and this one is truly terrible. There's no discernible system for processing orders. The employees are anything but fast, and the cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, we both got stomach aches and cramps on the way home after eating. All of this just confirms why I avoid these restaurants.

Unbelievable condition, the restrooms were already completely filthy at 10:00 a.m. I ordered a coffee at the McDonald's Café, but it was placed on the counter without a saucer or anything else. When I asked for one, I was told to take a tray. The coffee was undrinkable, simply too weak! I definitely don't recommend this McDonald's.

Too bad, it could have been a nice visit to McCafé. But the service deteriorated considerably. There were no plates for the still-amazing chocolate cake, which was placed on napkins on a tray, while the cheesecake was at least "served" in a cardboard box. Instead of cake forks, there were wooden spoons. The coffee was served in a paper cup (but the cappuccino was served in a mug 🤔), and the latte macchiato was served in a large cup, even though the glasses were clearly visible in the café area.

We love McDonald's, so we stopped at this location (Magdeburg-Rothensee) on our trip. But we've never been to such a dirty McDonald's before. There was trash all over the floor. The restrooms didn't lock, everything was very dirty, the soap dispenser was broken, the toilet flush was also broken... and on top of that, the long wait due to faulty terminals... sorry, but we won't be stopping here again!

What a terrible experience. We visited the place on Saturday morning. Toilets - one clogged the other shift dirty and with missing toilet seat. Food wise the burgers looked like someone was siting on them and with minimal amount of ingredients. Staff, lost my order and I had to chase it. Overall, terrible experience

Just been to MC in MD-Rothensee. I was even served by the friendly manager. I ordered three things, including a six-pack of nuggets. I'm getting back on the highway and want to enjoy my meal, but what's missing is the sauce/dip for my nuggets. No kidding, I'm at a loss for words and I have no understanding of this. I'm sorry, but that's just not allowed. Unfortunately, this isn't my first and probably won't be my last mishap at MC. 😫

The worst McDonald's I've ever visited. The fries were cold and soggy, the floor was dirty and sticky. The restrooms were also dirty and unkempt. Furthermore, the staff spoke little to no German—communication was almost impossible. Never again!

Unfortunately, our burger patties weren't cooked all the way through and were quite greasy. But we were given new, freshly prepared ones without any problems. Unfortunately, some of the restrooms were unusable (the seat was no longer on the toilet).

I like McDonald's. You always get products of comparable quality, even if the products sold only resemble the ones pictured. What I don't like at all is the lack of cleanliness. The floor in the customer service area is dirty. There are packaging and receipts lying on the floor. The restrooms don't look any better. It can't be due to a lack of staff. There are enough uniformed employees on site.

20 minutes of waiting for coffee. Plus 5 minutes for the second one because they didn't make it the first time until I reminded them. The coffee that should have been 400ml was 200ml plus foam.

Unhygienic. The entire store was in a terrible state during our visit today. The restrooms were filthy, and none of the employees followed hygiene regulations. People were openly coughing on the products while preparing food.

I'd love to come to this McDonald's tomorrow. The food is ready quickly and it's very clean; both the dining area and the restrooms are sparkling clean. You can also sit comfortably outside on the patio. All in all, a very clean establishment, and the food is ready quite quickly.

We went there for breakfast today and it was delicious, especially since it was quick and hot. The restroom was freshly cleaned and the outside area was clean.

While passing through, we chose this busy McDonald's because it's easily accessible from the highway. The cleanliness, friendliness, and product selection are good. However, the fact that they forgot to serve chicken in the chicken salad was a bit disappointing, but the service was quick to fix it. I recommend this place for a snack on the go.

The hygiene conditions are something for the authorities. The dining room is filthy. You slide around on your breasts. The kitchen is an absolute mess. In the toilets, you stick to the floor with dried urine. The toilets are always filthy. I often come here to load my car, and it's getting worse rather than better. Better to go/drive somewhere else.

I'll be sending the health department there soon and ordering the branch to be closed down or to be inspected more frequently. Every time we eat there, something's missing. I have dashcam evidence that they intentionally forget something. It's a disgrace. I'd rather go to Subway or grab a quick snack at the bakery next door.

We waited forever, the burger was completely smashed together, and we were given a takeaway bag even though we chose to eat in. Other guests did the same. Two-thirds of the restrooms were broken. The floor was sticky. No table service.

Breakfast is really an alternative.

As a normal football fan, you arrive at a restaurant 15 minutes before closing time, completely exhausted after a defeat in the big final, hoping to grab a quick bite to go, and the employee immediately yells at you that she's about to finish work, and you're thrown out and sent to the McDrive. Got a cold burger, even though it had only just arrived. Upon requesting it at the counter, two employees had a discussion in English, including derogatory remarks toward the customer (stupid, we understood it)... and on top of that, they kept the paid burger, which is unacceptable. Glasses for the meal weren't available, but they were given them upon request, but not for other customers. The Happy Meal game was available, but it wasn't there... A difficult visit today.

Well-maintained location, especially if you're charging with a Tesla Supercharger. Price-performance ratio, etc., just like any other McDonald's.

The worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Ordered fries, tried them, they were cold. Complained at the counter. The waiter places the fries on the rack above the fries station and brings out a hot new portion. From the table we see our old cold one being partially filled again and brought to another customer. It doesn't get any more disgusting. Unsustainable conditions!

Yesterday evening I got 2 mc ribs and when I wanted to eat them at home, or rather I ate a quarter, I noticed that something was wrong. And I threw them in the trash. It started around 1 a.m.... I've been like this since then Half an hour in the toilet and everything comes out everywhere. Thank you!

It's a shame how much the shop has deteriorated over the years, but I've been holding back on reviews, despite the lack of a burger, once a cheeseburger, but once even a Big Tasty, those were big mistakes. It often depends on the staff whether you are allowed to choose a toy or whether you are thrown a hi without comment... but today was admittedly the highlight... A promotion for wraps, well then you want to try one of them. Balsamic is too sour for me and mustard is just too hot and I really don't like mustard, so I decided to try the mango curry, it sounded delicious. Okay... there's a lot going on on Sunday evening... but burgers that look like they've been stepped on... not appetizing... and now the wrap, the first third just a wrap no sauce no vegetables... nothing, then finally tomato and chicken okay... pretty good... but mango... curry... none... the next bite was a mouth full of honey mustard sauce... please what???!!!! At over 5 euros for a wrap it's not too much to ask for my order!! I received the wrap, and the calculation also showed that my order had been correctly recorded...just a thumbs down!!!.....That just doesn't work!!!

Highly recommended. It is clean and we were served very friendly. We liked it a lot.

Super dirty. Tables are not wiped down, there is no paper in the women's toilet, but hygiene buckets are overflowing. We preferred not to buy anything, who knows what happens in the kitchen.

We just used the Mcdrive staff was friendly and did a good job in English wich is a kind of a thing in Germany..but the gentleman did a very good job. The food came out fast and WARM! Not something inbetween....the counter and payment was efficient and the chat with the gentleman asking where we were from was pleasant sooo my impression was very good here...

At 11 p.m., unbearably loud music was booming from a bluetooth box in the kitchen, half the order was wrong and you could hardly understand the employee because of the volume.

It's a shame, fries and chicken were perfect, but waiting over 35 minutes for 1 menu + 2 happy meals didn't deserve the name "fast food", and unfortunately it wasn't clean either. 🫥

Unfortunately, it's not a real McCafé: despite demand, cappuccino is not prepared in cups for consumption in the restaurant, but in mugs. Apparently there are no cups left. Otherwise - as is often the case when passing through - completely satisfied with the staff. The porcelain thing has to be stopped!

One of the dirtiest McDonald's I've been to in a long time. There was no clean table to be found, three children's high chairs and all of them broken and dirty, many corners on/under the tables probably haven't been cleaned in ages. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the service at McDrive. A check for completeness is always necessary. So far, we have had missing or incorrect food or drinks every time we order via app and pick up at the counter. Therefore we will avoid this branch.

Were there around 9 p.m. and it was very dirty! There's rubbish everywhere outside, tables inside haven't been cleared, leftover food all over the floor, the storage trolleys are overflowing. Screen on the counter broken - bad!

Unfortunately, while I was using the app, the payment process was canceled and I received an error message. I ordered again and this time it worked. I had to wait a long time for my food and it was still only lukewarm. Later I noticed that the first, canceled order had been charged and debited. But I only received a menu. I've been trying to get my money back from McDonald's Magdeburg for a month now. This is not possible 😠 For several weeks, Alina from customer service has been sending the same standard text without responding to my emails. I have already submitted all documents five times. But I only have PayPal account statements because I paid with credit. Unfortunately, the effort and hassle so far is disproportionate to the missing amount. But we also have nothing to give away. Addendum. After more than ten emails and 6-7 hours of effort, my double payment was refunded. I wrote to two employees of the franchisee and the customer service of McDonald's Germany.
