Bottomless. Saturday lunchtime - the entire store is full of people, no one is eating. 14 orders on the order page, 0 on the issue page. There were at least more than 10 orders on the screen in front of me. After 15 minutes (in which 2 (!) orders were issued) I wanted to cancel and have my money back because I didn't want to spend the entire Saturday in this dirty place. "We are already packing your order, let's start immediately!" Understood! Most certainly! In any case, I was chosen over all the others who were waiting forever. Being called on is extremely unpleasant. When I was finished there were still people waiting who had entered this restaurant who knows how long before me. Overall, the most bottomless and brazen appearance of a gastronomic establishment ever. Incredibly bad. That really was the world record for complete failure. Apparently the one employee in the kitchen was of little interest. There was no sense of hurry or hecticness. An absolute recommendation for every choleric person with time pressure if you want to really freak out again.

Unfortunately, you always have to wait almost an hour for your food here. The prices are now a disgrace.

I'm here just before noon, the staff at the checkout was very friendly and brought my fries to the table....since they were freshly prepared...it was very pleasant in the guest room with the atmosphere and good music , Orange flavored iced tea is very unusual but also very tasty

We ordered takeout and it took a very long time, even though the restaurant and drive-thru were empty. We were in a hurry and also brought several bags of milkshakes and the like because we are a large family. At home we noticed that the drinks were missing and the sauces were complete. So always check on site, even if it looks stupid, to see if everything is there. That was very annoying.

Ordered at quarter twelve in the evening and received it at twelve. Burgers dry, straw too thin for the shake, tables dirty and littered because the carts were no longer emptied. No German-speaking workers, numbers were just called out incomprehensibly. Never again!

The employees were always friendly despite the constant stress at lunchtime. I feel sorry for the employees. Many guests noticed this too. Normally you would have to close the shop if only two people had to cover the following areas: drive-in, counter and Bürgerbrater during lunchtime.

I recently ate at this Burger King and it was delicious! The burgers were hot, the fries crispy, and the service friendly. We had a great time and will definitely be back. I definitely recommend to you all!

Hello, unfortunately we were in Magdeburg at the pfahlberg today. We wanted to get to Mc Drive and order. After 20 minutes we drove up to a counter. There we were then told in a disproportionate tone that the Mc Drive could not be used because there was no time for it, a note would be put on it and then the sliding door was closed and we were dispatched. I think it's disgusting and totally rude that you treat customers like that. I won't go there again and I'll pass this on to all my friends 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Never waited half an hour for food again

The food was as expected…ok. But I don't want to wait 25 minutes for my food in a fast food restaurant, especially since it wasn't full. The tables also need to be wiped down from time to time. Guests are ignored when they stand at the counter, as is my point that two ordering machines are out of paper, as is a guest who arrived after me, who also pointed this out to the staff again. There was a puddle in front of the counter that no one felt responsible for and I almost fell. This was the second time this was so AWESOME. We are NOT coming back

Bürgerking in Aschersleben is very nice and quick, hot and tasty.

Were there with five people. We ordered our food at the terminal without any problem. While waiting, we sat next to the garbage trucks that were overflowing and were visited by a cockroach about 1 cm in size. The merry ones there ran on the edge of the wagon. After waiting 30 minutes and with repeated visits from the cockroach in question and a friendly inquiry, we were able to pick up our food. We weren't the only guests who had to wait for their food and whose bower was at its lowest point. Drinks vending machines cordoned off with red/white tape. We don't use the men's toilet with broken sinks. Because eating burgers with unwashed hands isn't that great. Unfortunately, the staff (who don't speak German well) are hopelessly overwhelmed and understaffed. We were passing through and have now learned that next time we should read the reviews first. We won't be coming back and won't recommend it to anyone else!!!

Our family favorite for quick and tasty meals is definitely Burger King. The reason for this is not only because of the delicious, fresh and hot burgers they serve but also because of the outstanding cleanliness of the place. Despite the store being at full capacity, we admire the efficiency of the employees. Not only do you prepare orders quickly and completely, but you also keep track of things even during the most hectic times. Another aspect that contributes to our satisfaction is the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, they ensure that we always feel welcome and in good hands. I really like going to this store (9509) Hats off to the girls for doing such great work day after day. You deserve my full respect. Keep it up.

I'm speechless. Order terminal keeps crashing. Employees don't speak German and you wait half an hour before you can place your order. Half of it was forgotten when ordering. Once and never again.

The restaurant is in very bad condition. The order terminals cannot be used without restrictions. Some dishes cannot be ordered here and you only notice this when the order is completed, because then the terminal simply cancels the order. The emergency exit lighting is broken and beeps all the time. The drinks machines cannot be used either. They've been cordoned off with white/red tape for ages. Almost like being on a construction site. Although you can order drinks at the counter, the whole restaurant still seems very uncomfortable due to its rather poor condition. When we were there, there was a loud argument between the employees, which took place directly in front of the customers. There were even swear words used here. In addition, in my opinion, there is a lack of staff to adequately serve the customers. We waited a solid 25 minutes. for our food and an older couple who had only ordered 2 burgers and 2 drinks waited just as long for their order. This has little to do with FAST food, especially when you see the current prices it really isn't any fun anymore. All in all, our visit to this restaurant was very disappointing for us and we hope that something changes soon. A pity.

Were here today (02.08.24) for the first time, the food was okay, nothing more... Had to wait 45 minutes for the food. The two employees were visibly overwhelmed and uncoordinated, some customers had to wait an hour for their food , and the awesome cola spilled on the floor that wasn't wiped away after over an hour "really tasty" and then there was the residual trash from the customers that was lying around everywhere, and the overfilled return cart, let alone the dirty table... once and never again.... What a shame🙁

The third BK coming from Berlin. One was overwhelmed beforehand and the app doesn't work, the other closes at 7 p.m.. Here we finally eat at the King's. Fast, clean and friendly.

Unfortunately only 2 people were working yesterday, at dinner time. One worked the drive-thru, the cash register and the deep fryer, the other made the burgers. Waited half an hour for the food. Then everyone who was in front of me, including me, forgot something. Unfortunately the store has become very slack. Was there for the last time now.

The restaurant is okay. The food is also okay. The service, well, the employees sometimes run around behind the counter, overwhelmed. Sometimes it takes up to 15 minutes to get your order. The horror started at the ordering terminal, the floor was totally sticky, we continued looking for a comfortable place to sit, which was difficult because all the tables were dirty and, see my picture, there were still leftovers from the previous people. Mind you, there were hardly any guests there and the staff just stood around and chatted! The crowning glory were the toilets, the men's toilet was completely closed, only the urinals were accessible and they were more than dirty. There was no toilet paper for the ladies...saving is very important in this branch!!!

We were there today. There were at most 3 of us ordering in the store. 3 employees stand there and laugh and talk. We get our order and head home and the most important citizen is missing. Tonight at 9:30 p.m. I was exposed to racism from the restaurant with my family and they made fun of me. You can save yourself the trip there if you're not willing, let's say 43!!!! Want to wait minutes for some fries and a burger. (The x-tra long chili cheese had only a hint of sauce on it, so also very disappointing.) It wasn't even full. However, I saw five employees walking around there. On a Tuesday evening in Magdeburg around 6 p.m. we ordered 3 burgers and 1x 9-pack of OnionRings. We had to wait 30 minutes for that bit! ! In the meantime, other guests arrived and either had to wait just as long or were served quicker. So there can't be too many requests. There are only 2 people in the kitchen processing the orders, 2 standing at the front for the checkout and ordering/drive-in. As you watch, you notice that there is no leadership, let alone organization. Everything is worked on in a wild mess, everything is touched without gloves. 10 years ago, things like this happened faster. There were still real cash registers and you could get your food on your tablet within 3 minutes. Today there are only terminals and everything is slower. If this is Citizen King's digital progress, then cheers meal. If you compare this FAST food store with a restaurant, then the restaurants are much faster and you don't expect food to be on the table in 3 minutes. Citizen King is finally dead for us. Not worth the money

Takeaway order placed at 7:21pm and received at 8:07pm. The sauce was forgotten and the burgers were put together carelessly, so that the bag was smeared with burger sauce and the packaged food stuck to the outside. Some dishes were lukewarm because they had been in the bag for several minutes before the rest was added. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately very disorganized. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left the restaurant without eating! Addendum for May 12, 2024: Waited more than 20 minutes to even be able to order. Despite very few customers on site.
