Here you wait 20 minutes for your food, even though the shop is empty. However, the service is very friendly and responds to customer requests in a relaxed manner. Store is clean.

The store wasn't really full, but somehow the employees seemed overwhelmed. Hardly anyone was to be seen and when the cash register or the loudly ringing telephone was taken care of, the outstanding orders were not processed but most of the time no one was to be seen. At some point an employee in plain clothes came in the door and after changing, took care of my order...after my number was finally called, I had to point out that the toys were missing from the King Jr. Meal (you make that mistake only once and unfortunately that's standard at BK), but unfortunately I didn't notice that all the sauces and also a drink from the Jr. Meals were missing. Conclusion from ordering to calling my number it took over 30 minutes. How was that fast food again? A Velnstin, 4x BBQ sauces and 2x ketchup were missing, but the crispy chicken tortilla was still relatively crispy and warm when I got home, despite the fact that it had been in the warmer for 25 minutes. When I said that it had taken too long, the employee who served me only mumbled a sorry. There's a lot going on in this branch. Poor personnel planning is top. Communication is nonexistent. Very unfortunate.

This morning we quickly drove to the drive and picked up a few nugget burgers as provisions on the way to the Harz.....because they taste really delicious and are also good to eat during the journey

This is not fast food, you wait forever for your food. The employees look like they are sleeping. Nobody makes an effort to serve customers quickly.

How can you put something so incompetent at the checkout or have orders accepted where they ask you 5 times and then you have to drive to the place. Window because you still don't understand... you should probably take a German course to be able to speak the language, also you can't be asked to drive up and you have to wait forever for your food, especially since the person behind you wasn't served either... My experience from December 22, 2024, at 5:49 p.m. (so that you can trace who was too incompetent again): It wasn't the first time I stared into the paper bag in absolute disappointment when I got home. There was *again* a burger missing, the 20 nuggets were reduced to 18 nuggets and sauces apparently no longer exist. My calls to get information about this were ignored or completely dismissed...at some point I gave up. This branch is very similar to the branch at Bördepark. It's nice that quality management and service are equally important in both branches.

Very disappointing. The staff was quite unfriendly and seemed totally stressed and there was really nothing going on. Wrong burger, wrong drink and it tasted like dishwater. Only the fries were warm and edible.

I recently ate at this Burger King and it was delicious! The burgers were hot, the fries crispy, and the staff was extremely friendly. We had a great time and will definitely be back. I definitely recommend to you all!

Several customers have their food after 1!!! get hour. There was one employee at the counter and occasionally only one helped out. The food counter was full the entire time, but the orders were processed very, very slowly. I can also sit down in an a la carte restaurant and be served faster.

Food okay, but unbelievable waiting times in an almost empty restaurant. 2 customers in front of me, no one "behind me" and still waiting 20 minutes for an order for one person.

Bottomless. Saturday lunchtime - the entire store is full of people, no one is eating. 14 orders on the order page, 0 on the issue page. There were at least more than 10 orders on the screen in front of me. After 15 minutes (in which 2 (!) orders were issued) I wanted to cancel and have my money back because I didn't want to spend the entire Saturday in this dirty place. "We are already packing your order, let's start immediately!" Understood! Most certainly! In any case, I was chosen over all the others who were waiting forever. Being called on is extremely unpleasant. When I was finished there were still people waiting who had entered this restaurant who knows how long before me. Overall, the most bottomless and brazen appearance of a gastronomic establishment ever. Incredibly bad. That really was the world record for complete failure. Apparently the one employee in the kitchen was of little interest. There was no sense of hurry or hecticness. An absolute recommendation for every choleric person with time pressure if you want to really freak out again.

We were in a hurry and also brought several bags of milkshakes and the like because we are a large family. At home we noticed that the drinks were missing and the sauces were complete. So always check on site, even if it looks stupid, to see if everything is there. That was very annoying.

Hello, unfortunately we were in Magdeburg at the pfahlberg today. We wanted to get to Mc Drive and order. After 20 minutes we drove up to a counter. There we were then told in a disproportionate tone that the Mc Drive could not be used because there was no time for it, a note would be put on it and then the sliding door was closed and we were dispatched. Bürgerking in Aschersleben is very nice and quick, hot and tasty.

Were there with five people. We ordered our food at the terminal without any problem. While waiting, we sat next to the garbage trucks that were overflowing and were visited by a cockroach about 1 cm in size. The merry ones there ran on the edge of the wagon. After waiting 30 minutes and with repeated visits from the cockroach in question and a friendly inquiry, we were able to pick up our food. We weren't the only guests who had to wait for their food and whose bower was at its lowest point. Drinks vending machines cordoned off with red/white tape. We don't use the men's toilet with broken sinks. Because eating burgers with unwashed hands isn't that great. Unfortunately, the staff (who don't speak German well) are hopelessly overwhelmed and understaffed. We were passing through and have now learned that next time we should read the reviews first. We won't be coming back and won't recommend it to anyone else!!!

Our family favorite for quick and tasty meals is definitely Burger King. The reason for this is not only because of the delicious, fresh and hot burgers they serve but also because of the outstanding cleanliness of the place. Despite the store being at full capacity, we admire the efficiency of the employees. Not only do you prepare orders quickly and completely, but you also keep track of things even during the most hectic times. Another aspect that contributes to our satisfaction is the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, they ensure that we always feel welcome and in good hands. I really like going to this store (9509) Hats off to the girls for doing such great work day after day. You deserve my full respect. Keep it up.
