I've been a regular guest here for years. I always liked the shift with all the ladies the best because they were the most relaxed, but everything always went smoothly. Recently there have been some major changes in the staff, which made the processes somewhat unreliable and there were occasionally longer waiting times. This has stabilized in the last month and the shifts are often similarly staffed again. During the last visit on April 28, 2025, the time between ordering and eating was just 6 minutes and there were no other products that were on display for an unnecessarily long time. There are other branches of Burger King and the Golden Seagull nearby, but I feel most at home in this one.

A large parking lot, digital ordering kiosks, or traditional ordering at the counter. All this is no problem at this superb Burger King. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restrooms are clean. I'd happily take a small detour off the A2 again so I could relax a bit.

The burgers were warm and delicious, ordering was quick, the staff was very friendly, two game screens and a slide, but unfortunately, there's no room for changing diapers.

Unfortunately, I had to correct my review. Currently, orders are being delivered more and more frequently, and the staff reacts irritably to complaints. The wait time is extremely long. I ordered at 11:33 PM, and as of 12:15 AM, the order is still not ready, and I'm still waiting.

Such a crappy place, I really advise EVERYONE to never order from there again. My dad and I were there today and ordered 6 burgers from the menu, but in the end 2 of the most expensive ones were missing. We really always check 2-3 times to make sure everything was in the burgers. We then went back in and informed one of the staff. Well, in the end we got the missing ones, everything felt frozen and we drove home in a terrible mood. Update: 10 minutes later, we got home and the nuggets we thought were these weird spicy cheese pops.

Superb and delicious food and always great deals. Our family loves going to the store. I have the utmost respect for the employees who work day and night in the kitchen or at the cash register. The store is always clean, and the employees are always very friendly.

Once and never again!!! Waiting time after ordering? Almost 45 minutes. A customer sitting next to me who had waited for over an hour told me, "That's completely normal here." Seriously?! The order slips were completely mixed up, so customers who ordered far behind us got their orders much first. It felt like every second order went wrong; either something was missing or the wrong product was packed. In retrospect, though, you could have guessed something was wrong. Almost all the seats were occupied, but only two! tables had their food. The atmosphere in this store was correspondingly abysmal. Just a quick note on cleanliness: Two large tables were flooded with piles of trash because the trash carts (where the general waste was supposed to go) were completely overflowing. I've never been so disappointed!

So it had nothing to do with being fast. The burgers were cold and the drinks were undrinkable. The worst Burger King I've ever experienced.

I just wanted a still water and a medium fries. It took as if I'd ordered a five-course meal. The highlight was the tiny fries for €4!!!! Calling this tiny fries "medium" is a joke! The employee was friendly and wanted to show me the difference between the small fries and the bag. The bag was exactly the same. Disappointing. Bottomless! €4 wasted.

There hasn't been any ice cream for months. WHY doesn't this finally get fixed?!?! You know what a disappointment this always is for the kids.

Very unfriendly and dirty staff. The entire floor is sticky because someone spilled something. Even after requests, the staff didn't remedy the problem. Your shoes stick to the floor. After returning my burger three times, it was finally warm...

This Burger King always seems to be understaffed and seems to have a broken ice cream machine for milkshakes and ice cream every summer, that can't be a coincidence...🤨 I avoid it these days.

What goes on in this store is a disaster. I go there often and have already written a complaint to BK with pictures of what's going on. Like how the floor isn't mopped, but flooded... then everything smells of cleaning products while the customers are eating... Then things are constantly being forgotten... oh, the customers... etc.

I was hungry. Really hungry. Not "I'll just eat an apple" hungry, but "I need meat, lots of meat" hungry. And then it arrived: the Big King XXL – a monument of meat, cheese, and that legendary King sauce, probably brewed by burger monks in a secret temple somewhere. Two juicy beef patties that feel like they're embracing you when you bite into them. The cheese melts on your tongue like a love letter, and the bun holds everything together like the glue of a well-functioning relationship. I'll tell you straight: If you don't love this burger, you probably don't have pets or never laugh at cat videos. The Big King XXL isn't just a burger – it's an experience. A royal feast – fried like a knight! I arrived as a hungry citizen – I left as a satiated king. The Whopper was so majestic, I briefly considered letting it take over the throne. The fries? Crispier than my weekend plans. And the Coke machine? Delivers more happiness than my Spotify algorithm. The cashier treated me like I'd just pulled an Excalibur – polite, fast, with a touch of burger magic. We received our order an hour later, despite the fact that there weren't too many people in the establishment. We were hoping for a quick takeaway since we were on the road, but in the end we got an hour of waiting. Food: instead of a double cheeseburger with two bacons, I got a cheeseburger with one patty and one bacon. Had to go back to get a replacement. They changed it quickly and without any problems, but the burger was cold, the cheese didn't melt at all and there was only one bacon. The bacon was very undercooked, almost raw. I didn't go back a second time, but was very upset. I also want to add that the drinks were given with indecently broken lids, also had to be changed.

How should one rate a restaurant like this? The staff were all very friendly. Unfortunately, the dining area was generally not clean. The floor was very dirty, especially in the corners, which looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The food itself is okay, and it's great that they also offer vegetarian options. But the problem with garbage remains.

After shopping at the nearby mall, we and our kids were a little hungry, so we stopped at the nearby Burger King. The place looks clean and tidy. The tables were also clean—something I rarely see in fast-food restaurants. How can a fast-food restaurant on a city highway allow only one employee to prepare food, take the cash, and serve the drive-thru? Let's be honest. You wait half an hour for your food, and people are turned away because they can't pay with cash. I'm shocked by the conditions here at Burger King.

So far, none of my orders have been 100% correct, so I always check the packaging carefully, even because I've had the wrong burger in the packaging before. Plus, the wait times are endless, whether at the counter or drive-up. It's a real shame, since we love eating at bk.

At first, our order looked good. While we were waiting, we noticed the poor condition of the interior and the lack of cleanliness. When the mayonnaise was missing, everything was fine. When it became clear that all the sauces were missing, I was already annoyed. The employee barely spoke German, and it was difficult to get everything. When I noticed that the child's fruit squeezable bag was also missing and my partner's burger was beef instead of the chicken she ordered, I almost burst. Unfortunately, the shift manager spoke only a little more German than his colleague, so complaining was almost impossible. My son's and my burgers were, surprise surprise, bone dry. But at this stage of the visit, that didn't really make the roast any better. That was definitely my last visit to that place!!!! It was so bad that, despite my otherwise lazy nature, I actually had to write a review as a warning to everyone. But if you read some other reviews, it seems that unfortunately it wasn't an isolated case.

On my last 5 visits there was no ice cream or churros! Several weeks ago I was there live as the ice cream machine broke down - has it been out of service since then? And the “churro machine” is broken too? The option of chicken for most burgers is also very rare.

Basically, the Burger King is okay. The employees usually make an effort. The drive-in is only occasionally a bit lengthy.

The long chicken (the meat) wasn't crispy on the outside but rather fatty, as if it had been in the frying fat for a long time and the frying fat wasn't hot enough. Tasted like old frying fat. Same with the Nuggets. There was an aftertaste of fat on the tongue.

It's all ok. Quickly bought something to eat and then continued on.

Great American slow food restaurant! Although the ambience of the waiting line at the drive-in counter doesn't make you want to linger, you will spend a lot of time here. Simply underground! 38 minutes of waiting time in the drive-in for two plant-based tortilla menus and a King Junior menu - even though there was hardly anything going on. Almost nothing happened for thirty minutes, so we asked. Result? A single menu was ready. After another eight minutes we finally got the rest - and with an expression as if we had done something wrong. No “sorry,” no explanation, nothing. Instead, only annoyed, overwhelmed staff who obviously don't want to do their job. And as if that wasn't enough, the drink and toys were also missing from the King Junior menu - exactly what our child was looking forward to. What a juice shop! Conclusion: If you feel like waiting, in a bad mood and chaos - go ahead. Otherwise: order a pizza, go to the competition or just go somewhere else!

Complete catastrophe. Waited almost 1 hour for food today. For a Kingbox, 2 burgers and a few chilli cheese nuggets. Super messy.

We were at the drive-thru. How do you manage to take over 15 minutes for a Whopper Jr. and 6 nuggets? The employee was nice, but seemed a bit confused. Also, the sauce was missing for the nuggets. The food was at least warm and good.

Recently went to this Burger King with my friends. And I tried whopper and kings Crunchy pepper chicken. Both were very tasty and hot. Here the waiting time is very less and people in kasse guided us very well. They were so polite. I definitely recommend my friends to try in this shop.
