Bedienung spricht so gut wie kein Deutsch (Es scheint keine Qualifikation zu geben für den Job?) Stühle und Tische überzogen mit Holzabplatzern. Obwohl im Laden nicht viel los war, waren viele der Tische nicht gewischt das habe ich dann selbst übernommen (man zahlt anscheinend nicht genug?) Die Kirsche auf dem Sahnehäubchen war als man sein Tablet versucht hat in den komplett überladenen Wagen zu stellen.

Zum ersten Mal die Baby Burger probiert. Eines der besten Burger die ich jemals bei Burger King gegessen habe. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und die Pommes waren voll. So wie es sein sollte. Top

Wir waren am 28.05.26 abends da, hatten gerade bestellt und bekamen am nächsten Fenster gleich unsere Bestellung. Alles war frisch und heiß.

Musste sehr lange auf meine Bestellung warten. Als ich sie dann bekam fehlten die Gitterkartoffeln. Werden mir zum Tisch gebracht. Ich war schon lange fertig mit dem Burger und musste immer noch eine Weile warten bis sie kamen. Nur drei Mann hinter dem Tresen und voll im Stress. Das Personal kann nichts dafür. Die haben alles gegeben. Das Problem ist Burger King. Traurig aber wahr 🤷‍♂️

Es werden keine Preise auf den Bestellt Display angezeigt. Was interessieren Burger King die deutschen Gesetze?

Keine Überraschung, alles so wie immer das ist ja auch ein gutes Zeichen fünf Sterne

Bestellung dauert immer zu lange, da man jedesmal eingeben muss, nicht als Menü. Ansonsten war es sauber und der Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend.

Alles gut außer der App öffnet heute nich. Habe ich auch in anderen Burger King Restaurant öfter mal gehabt.

Wir waren nach einer Veranstaltung hier, haben für 2 Menüs knapp 30 min gewartet. Der Service war sehr patzig, nach dem ich meine Bestellung stornieren wollte. Ging es plötzlich ganz schnell. Ich kann diese Filiale nicht weiterempfehlen 👎🏻

Super nette Mitarbeiter, - geben sich Mühe auch wenn mal viel los ist. Und vor allem, bisher nie Probleme mit fehlenden Produkten gehabt! :)

Es ist ein BurgerKing daher gibt's dazu nichts besonderes zu sagen. Das Essen ist aber immer frisch zubereitet und der Service ist schnell und freundlich. Dadurch daß er günstig an der Bundesstraße liegt auch gut zu erreichen.

Kann man mittlerweile komplett vergessen. (Und ich war früher mal echt gern hier!) Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter ist kaum bis gar nicht vorhanden, alle wirken überfordert und keiner scheint so richtig den Durchblick zu haben. Man wird kaum verstanden, was eine vernünftige Bestellung extrem erschwert. Wenn etwas falsch eingegeben wurde, bekommen selbst zwei Leute es nicht geändert. Man wird zeitweise dumm stehen gelassen , noch nicht mal ein Hallo, oder ein es geht gleich weiter … Im Gegenteil es wird bewusst Blickkontakt oder Kommunikation vermieden. War mir wirklich auf einem zu tiefen Niveau, bin dann gegangen. Der Ruf ist eh ganz schön angeschlagen bei der Filiale. Das Essen war die letzten Male auch mehr ok und lieblos zusammen geklatscht(auch oft kalt), als alles andere. Mich seht ihr hier nicht mehr ! Da fahre ich Lieber den kleinen Umweg zu McDonald’s!!!

Eiskalte Pommes wie immer, meine Bestellung: Pommes ohne Salz, und der Mitarbeiter sagt: "Ich arbeite alleine, nach einer Stunde haben wir Feierabend! Ich konnte nicht für dich Pommes ohne Salz machen!"

Wenn ab und zu fast food dann hier

Manchmal etwas langsam aber sie sind immer am Ball

Wird immer schlimmer Kassen sind zu die Terminals aus bis auf 1 und das reagiert so träge das man mit Auto schneller ist. Dann steht überall fast ausverkauft am Terminal aber an der Kasse kann es bestellt werden bei entgegen nahme.

Nur planloses Personal, keiner hat auch nur den Anschein von Verständnis für die Technik dort

Team Caos bei der Arbeit. Unorganisiertes Personal, rennt kopflos von rechts nach links, Wäre wird eingepackt wieder ausgepackt, über die Kassenbons zu dritt diskutiert, kein Durchblick beim Personal, sehr lange Wartezeit, kalte Burger. Nein Danke, für die Preise kann man anderes erwarten.

Leider wurde bei meinem letzten Besuch der Mehrwegebecher meiner Bestellung vergessen, was mir erst Zuhause auffiel.

Whopper kalt trotz Extras Bacon labbrig, nicht gegrillt Laut Auskunft des Personals sei das die Norm. Was ist bloß aus Burger King geworden?!

Ich war mit dem Service der S-Mai-Buchung sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation war klar, der Ablauf pünktlich und reibungslos. Ich habe mich durchgehend gut betreut gefühlt und würde den Service auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Seit Jahren schon bin ich hier regelmäßiger Gast. Die Schicht mit den vielen Damen hatte mir immer am besten gefallen, weil sie am Lockersten drauf waren, aber alles immer 1A lief. Zuletzt gab es etwas größere Veränderungen im Personal, dadurch waren die Prozesse etwas unzuverlässig und es kam gelegentlich zu längeren Wartezeiten. Das hat sich im letzten Monat stabilisiert und die Schichten sind wieder oftmals ähnlich besetzt. Beim letzten Besuch am 28.04.25 lagen zwischen Bestellung und Essen gerade mal 6 Minuten und es gab sonst auch keine Waren, die unnötig lange in der Auslage lagen. Andere Filialen von Burger King oder auch der goldenen Möwe sind in der Nähe, aber in dieser hier fühle ich mich am Wohlsten.

Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Es war aufgeräumt und die Bestellung ging schnell. Wahrscheinlich tut sich jetzt etwas wegen der negativen Bewertungen.

An absolute disgrace! Since the entire staff was replaced with foreign laborers (NO RACISM!!), it's not uncommon to have to wait half an hour for your food at this "fast food restaurant," regardless of whether it's full or empty. It's just annoying, since it takes so long every time.

Not recommended for a fast-food restaurant with an almost 40-minute wait. It wasn't even full. Today, December 14th, was the complete opposite. Top-notch service, super-fast service. Highly recommended if it stays this way.

The food at Burger Kind is very good, and it's especially convenient that the kids can entertain themselves on the games screen when the weather is bad (we did puzzles and coloring). When it's very busy, you sometimes have to wait a bit longer, but that's okay considering the crowds.

I received a free portion of fries to write this review at the counter, but I edited it afterward to give an honest opinion. The food was exactly what I would expect from an average Burger King; the service was minimal since I ordered at the kiosk, but the food arrived quickly.

I have the utmost respect for the employees who work day and night in the kitchen or at the cash register. The price-performance ratio is good, and the store is easy to reach and clean. Keep up the good work!

December 1st, 2025: They advertise with Christmas baubles on the menu. The menu item is not selectable at the terminal, and when asked, they said no baubles are available. The restaurant is very dirty, and the staff speaks very poor German.

I waited an unreasonable 45 minutes for my food. I finally asked, in a rather rude and loud tone, where it was. The drive-thru was usually very quick. But when the place is on fire, the drive-thru is out of commission. So, the service time was absolutely abysmal. The place was filthy. Dirt on the floor. Tables hadn't been wiped down. The tray bin was completely overflowing. The people behind the counter were completely clueless and overwhelmed by the situation. They're understaffed. Maybe they should hire competent staff and pay them properly. Something was also missing from my order. I had to go back to the counter twice. I have no idea how a branch can be allowed to deteriorate like this.

In my opinion, Burger King is miles better than McDonald's. I always enjoy going there, especially for the Extra Long Chili Cheese Burger and Chili Cheese Nuggets 😋

I was here in the afternoon to kill time while I waited. Very friendly staff and a quiet, pleasant atmosphere, even suitable for working.

Everything was great and delicious

We were there on Sunday evening and tried the new Christmas Whoppers with cheddar cheese. They also came with Christmas ornaments. Unfortunately, they were sold out of Coke, but the fries and Whopper charms were a good alternative. The burgers tasted good – not quite like the Premium Selection, of course, but perfectly fine. The fries were definitely a 10/10 for this restaurant: fresh, hot, and nice and crispy. What was a shame: there were no cold drinks like Coke, Fanta, or Sprite, only iced tea. The staff was friendly, as always. The biggest downside: it was much too cold in the restaurant. It's really unpleasant without a jacket. Nevertheless, I'm giving it 5 stars because the food was good overall and the service was excellent.

What a disaster. I haven't had such a bad meal in a long time. We don't even need to talk about the service. Completely overwhelmed and rude.

We went to the drive through to grab a quick burger to not waste time on our way to Berlin, but unfortunately it was anything but quick 😅. We were waiting approx 15-20 mins, when we decided to ask what was happening. It turned out it was already ready, they just forget to serve us. I think we will avoid these kind of drive through places in the future, we were lately always disappointed. The food is also low quality, so it just doesn’t worth it.

Every time, the burgers are cold. Dirt everywhere—on the seats, the floor, etc., etc. Your hand-held air freshener is a joke; you have to stand there forever for your hands to dry. Paper towels would be better! Update: 20 minutes later, I ordered another burger with extra toppings. What can I say? I unpacked it at the counter in front of the server's astonished eyes, and it was cold again. Not even close to being warm enough for the cheese to soften, let alone melt. It's practically free, after all…

This has absolutely nothing to do with a fast-food restaurant! It's Saturday lunchtime and there are only three employees there. The order order is completely messed up. The main thing is to cut staff. And on top of that, the burgers were cold...

One meal deal plus one burger, 45-minute wait. The order display was manually cleared every 10 minutes. An older female employee threw the food and ingredients onto the trays. Very uncoordinated and unenthusiastic work. The kitchen works quickly, and then the food sits for over 30 minutes before ending up on the tray or in the bag. No thanks, I won't be back 🤢

The order took 30 minutes, and then another 15 minutes wait for the burgers...total wait there 45 minutes. Never again...1 employee for both the drive-thru and the restaurant.

The food was absolutely delicious, the service was fast, everything was tasty.

Everything's great. Mrs. Retzlaf is always so sweet, and with her, I never have to check if anything's missing. And it's always quick.

The place is a complete disaster. I haven't been there in a while, and it's gotten really bad. The fries for €4.70 were cold, soggy, and sticky. The double Whopper was acceptable, but lukewarm. And that was €9.50. A crappy slice of cheese costs €1.40. That's bordering on highway robbery for this price. You get a huge kebab for half the price. To top it all off, I was given almost €16 in change, some of it in tiny coins. I won't be seeing this place again.

We waited 31 minutes for our order: two burgers and onion rings. Nothing special or unusual. That shouldn't be happening.

There were times when everything was perfect. Orders were full and the wait time was acceptable. Now it's hardly any fun going there anymore. For example: When the chili cheese fries came out, I was absolutely thrilled. First, they reduced the cheese. But then there was suddenly a button on the terminal for more cheese, for more money, of course. Today I was horrified to find that there were only 5 (five) jalapenos left on the fries. When I asked the staff if they could maybe have a few more jalapenos, I was told that was the standard. Strange, the second portion had 9 jalapenos on it. Now I'm wondering, how many jalapenos is the standard? 5, 9, or maybe 15? Is there anyone who can explain this to me? I would be most grateful if the franchisee could try to explain it.

Absolute disaster, takes far too long!

Very bad service, the foreman or boss who calls herself has no idea how to run a business. 19 customers kept coming back and said four or five were missing and then she keeps filling up the customers. She chooses drinks alone without the customers, so a very bad LAN, I wouldn't recommend it at all. It used to be better years ago.

It's just a Burger King, but I'm satisfied and I've never been short of anything. However, the lady at the drive-thru counter (the "new" one, not the housekeeper :)) is awfully rude in her communication. German is her native language, but she always gets along better with the foreign speakers.

What a mess Burger King is. Coupon couldn't be scanned, no problem, quickly to the staff... who didn't even realize that someone was standing at the counter (mind you, the store was empty except for two customers [now I know why]. The only advantage of not being noticed or noticed was that at some point, they got the note saying "Card payment system broken, cash only." We waited 26 minutes. Far too long. The new burger, "Kebab Style Lover with Beef Patty," for €9.19, is a disappointment.

The place is absolutely filthy and filthy. Ordering takes forever, tables aren't cleared, trash is piled up everywhere, and you're actually apprehensive about taking anything.

A 25-minute wait is unacceptable. Staff shortages notwithstanding. They put away dishes instead of serving the customers. Not recommended. The customer used to be king. A shame.

The food has always been good, though it's expectedly packed at peak times. But I've always been satisfied.
