You can forget about MC Drive. 2 cars in front of me and no one behind and I HAVE to move 2 meters ahead? Why can't anyone tell me... Because the boss wants it, the answer is always... it's crazy...

There are 2 order lanes on the drive, but only one is possible. Instead of closing off the one that doesn't work, you let the cars drive in and wait. Apart from that, there are also very long waiting times. Service is also getting worse and worse. In the past, you could choose a coffee instead of cola and other sugar bombs , doesn't work anymore and the new Rösti Burger doesn't really taste that good either, so it's more like breaking the fast food habit 😵‍💫😏😥

The internet says open at 6 a.m. But it doesn't open until 7:01 a.m. Staff made customers wait until 7:10, maybe even longer, so they didn't want to wait any longer

Now the franchisee's employee writes back. They don't accept PayPal statements. Although in the first email (see pictures) PayPal statements were also mentioned. Credit card or bank statements only Unfortunately, I paid with PayPal credit as allowed, without my knowledge, as the app showed errors when paying. Now that the matter has cost me many hours and nerves, I have been forced to share my bank details. Our suggestion to check your video surveillance to see whether one or two menus were served was not addressed in the email from the franchisee. I have the feeling that it will be extra complicated to get the money back. We are curious whether we will ever get a refund. I will on the next trip At least avoid branches of McDonald's Magdeburg. Was there recently and had quick service. Overall the food was delicious. The only thing that was a shame was the chocolate shake. Unfortunately not properly frozen and no real chocolate taste.

On Sunday at 7 p.m. the vehicles are backed up and the only reason why there is no traffic meltdown is the lack of frustration/patience of the customers who leave the block early. Every time the system is broken we are told, so let's be honest, what's the point? We pay so much money and then the wrong thing comes along or something is forgotten. The family is happy and then the problem is that nothing is delivered. You get the money via ubereats, which takes 2-3 days. No understanding for honest!!! You want to treat yourself to something and what do you get? Really sad children's faces and a hungry man and woman. A pity!!! We won't order again.

She is welcome to do this in private, but not in front of the guests. Such a person in a leadership position is harmful to business. We therefore only use this branch very, very rarely, when we are on the 81 and then only on McDrive. However, 99.9 percent of the time we like to switch to the branch in Rothensee (like many people in Magdeburg). It's a difference like night and day! Insider tip. :)

An order sheet always comes out with the individual items. Can't you just use a pen to mark off what you put in the bags???? It can't be that hard.
