Not the cleanest but in a pinch it's ok

The only two major issues here are the time it takes to prepare food and cleanliness. It's constantly dirty, and I've never experienced a day where the food came over the counter in a timely manner.

The taste has decreased and the price has increased significantly.

Neither food nor almost... I don't know if there's a pickle sitting there by now, but standing in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes, and that's before you even order, is pretty crazy...

McDonald's is a solid choice when you're in a hurry and you know what you're getting. The food mostly tastes as you would expect – neither particularly good nor particularly bad. The classics like cheeseburgers, fries or McChicken serve their purpose, but offer no surprises. In terms of taste, a lot of things remain rather average, especially if you eat there more often, it quickly seems monotonous. The service varies greatly depending on the branch and time of day - sometimes friendly and quick, sometimes rather stressed and inattentive. Cleanliness also varies: in some restaurants everything is tidy, in others the tables are sticky or the garbage is overflowing. The positive thing is that you are served quickly and the prices usually remain manageable. McDonald's can be convenient for a quick meal on the go or with children, but if you're looking for something special or value high-quality ingredients, you're unlikely to find it here. It is what it is – fast food in the middle of the pack.

I could just puke, I just ate a BigMac and it had soap or disinfectant on it. Taste = Disgusting ; Mouth = numb

There is an e-charging station with 2 charging spaces. The music is good, modern, but slightly too loud. The food came very quickly. It's sweet and the staff is very busy and super friendly. There are balloons for the children and a waste separation station. It is very modern, even if the chairs are a bit uncomfortable. Overall it's a nice pinnacle.

Unfortunately something was forgotten with every order... I'm really pissed! Never go to this store again!

Update April 30, 2025 I order a Mc Crispi, a Mc Rip hot raspberry pocket mozzarella and a cheeseburger what did I get big tasty MC chicken and an apple pocket .... it sucks I'm very Tollerant but if you don't even speak the language you shouldn't do it, that's shit!!!!! ……waited for an hour to eat…yes, okay, if it's full, I don't say anything, but because I call up the number, I put the food down, I forget to put half of it in, maybe it's okay, it all happens sometimes, but the food is packed openly, all the fries were all spread out in the bag, and the nuggets were all ice cold... I'm back again because the burger was missing, I got it wrong in the packaging, the packaging was limp under the warming radiator and here too, the burger was cold, I actually think it's a cheek....so there urgently needs to be another one Process here... It wasn't so disastrous before...

Another Fastfood chain store around the highway.

Probably one of the most uncomfortable McDonald's I know. The station lobby is cozy on the other hand. How can you tile everything white? Tables puny and chairs uncomfortable. Order only via tablet and you should even sort the garbage yourself. Soon you will probably have to make your own food. McDonald's has simply become too expensive for that. I can almost pay €40 for three people in a real restaurant. Probably my last visit. No recommendations. There are nicer McDonald's restaurants.

Except for the ambience, it wasn't good. Food arrived 10 minutes late and incomplete. We order an iced shake caramel with COFFEE. First came a vanilla milkshake. After asking, they said, “Coffee wasn’t an option. Vanilla milkshake is the same.” After the second attempt they brought another vanilla milkshake. To date we have not received the complete order.

Food is okay as always. But the service sucks when I drive here in the middle of the night and there's no one behind me. In Mac Drive I am sent to one of the Warner parking spaces. Why? Just so they can keep up with their internal numbers, how fast it is on the Mac Drive. That's just hypocrisy and has nothing to do with customer service. What is the Mac Drive window for? Then we can all wait in the parking lot. Like in old times. No, you stand there as a customer and are sent away because two cheeseburgers are so complicated. You really feel like a second-class citizen when you are sent away and have to wait in some parking lot. Very bad service. Deserves a straight six.

If you still eat something like that, you can't help it anymore. I'm sorry. Absolutely chemical and unnatural.

Disappointing. Ambiance like a train station hall, very loud. Service not particularly friendly, exterior not appealing. The 1st cashier doesn't understand me, I don't understand him.2nd cashier seems stressed and shouts across the room. Ordered a M including fried onions. Got without. Ordered 2x wrap without onions, got one with it. The M was disappointing, meat very dry, never again. Next time there will be kebab or Burger King.

Once again you didn't get everything you ordered. It can't be the case that you have to check your order every time. Or is there already a system behind it, a lot of things come together over the course of the day. I find the seating here very uncomfortable, the flowing wall makes it seem like you're standing in the kitchen. Since there is no airlock here, there is a draft every time someone comes through the automatic door. I think the parking spaces for app orderers and pick-ups are a plus.

I was at Mc Drive and I was third in line (there are two of these speakers) I waited 45 minutes until it was our turn to order. Many employees also spoke little German. It's a shame you can't give 0 stars. Furthermore, this scam should be handed over to consumer protection. “Been cheated” several times over and over again!!! As other users have already described, paid for goods are missing from the McDrive bags almost “every time”, which you only notice when you leave the parking lot or only when you get home. A complaint is then excluded. Furthermore, the staff there is extremely overworked, incompetent and sometimes very unfriendly or cheeky when it comes to such complaints. Finally, I should point out to you that you should check the goods you have received directly at the delivery window. No matter how long it takes and others behind you start honking. Check the goods you have paid for, it is your money that is lost.

There are 2 order lanes on the drive, but only one is possible. Instead of closing off the one that doesn't work, you let the cars drive in and wait. BE CAREFUL WHEN PAYING WITH THE APP HAS BEEN DEBITED TWICE!!! My husband wanted to quickly get something to eat on the A2 in the evening. Because of the points, he used the app at McDonald's and chose a BigTastyBacon menu with 6-pack McNuggets from the coupons. Finally, you should pay online with PayPal credit. When I clicked on pay, the app remained on hold. An error message then appears stating that payment is not possible with this payment method. Here is his description. Worse mac ever! Waiting 1 hour for 1 big mac

Trotz Bestellung per App über 40min auf Essen gewartet. Traurig 😢 für ein Schnellrestaurant. Mitarbeiter sprechen wenig oder gar kein Deutsch und können sich nicht sprachlich ausdrücken. Mitarbeiter mit der Häufigkeit der Bestellungen total überfordert. Diese Situation war mehrfach in diesem Jahr bereits erfolgt. Ich weiß das es schwer ist Fachkräfte zu bekommen, bloß man müsste vorhandene richtig Schulen und Ausbilden, dass sie wenigstens die Bestellungen lesen können.

Saturday November 16th, 2024 around 10 p.m. - rarely seen such a dirty "restaurant". Dirt on and under the tables. Mountains of garbage everywhere. Order was not complete. Atmosphere like in a shabby train station.

I was here for lunch and the food came quickly, warm and looked like I'm rarely used to. Sensibly prepared (as far as Systemgastro is concerned, especially MCDONALD'S & Co.)
