The food is terrible - old, reheated, greasy... after eating the fries and burger, I was vomiting all day!!!! I honestly don't recommend this McDonald's. Several people have similar opinions, but I got food poisoning from this food!!

During peak hours, the lack of staff is completely overwhelmed. I was there recently with my family. After waiting for 45 minutes, I went to the front and demanded our money back. For a fast-food restaurant, having to wait that long is an absolute disgrace.

I've been standing in line at the drive-thru for 1 hour and 45 minutes, 45 of them at the counter, and nobody seems to care. I've had to sit with the window open for 45 minutes in 8°C weather, hoping someone will eventually pay attention to me. And then they serve the wrong line first! Catching, slaughtering, and preparing a chicken is faster than this drive-thru.

Unfortunately, there were no shakes again. A cynic might suspect something amiss.

They forgot my sweet and sour sauce... when I asked, the server gave me a single sauce with an unfriendly look and without a word, even though I was missing two... when I asked again, her look became grimmer and then she gave me the second sauce as well.

I've never experienced such unfriendly and unprofessional staff in a McDonald's restaurant. Customers are snapped at for politely asking questions. And woe betide you if you queue at the McCafé, expecting your cappuccino to be served there. Despite asking beforehand, it's still pulled from the automatic machine. To top it all off, the cleaning staff were verbally abused by a supervisor in front of all the other staff and customers in the middle of the restaurant, to the point where we were tempted to intervene. We were only there for 30 minutes, but that was enough for almost a dozen such incidents. Wow.

The employee at the drive-thru must have a problem with the left side of the road. Two cars on the left, one car on the right, and then two more cars on the left. He also checks at the drive-thru that everything is in the bags. Something's always been missing so far.

Over 40 minutes at the drive-thru and nothing happened. What's become of this place? That was the last time I'll be here!

At the fast food restaurant on Werner-von-Siemens-Ring, you have to wait over 40 minutes for your food.

Food ordered at 8:53 PM. The food arrived after a while. But... All the sauces were missing. The nuggets weren't the Shaker Nuggets I ordered, but just regular ones. The Big Tasty Bacon was ordered without tomato and onion. What did it have? Jalapeno, cheese sauce, tomato, and onion. You can be glad my best friend (who is severely allergic to tomatoes) still had allergy medication. A complaint has already been filed online.

We ordered the spicy dip challenge with 20 nuggets. We got 17 shaker nuggets. When we ordered at the drive-thru, no one told us that our desired order wasn't available. We went in straight away and got sweet and sour sauce. At least the manager was friendly; the lady at the drive-thru was incompetent.

I waited half an hour at McDonald's for six cheeseburgers that I ordered through the app, and the burgers looked like this. 👏👏👏👏

The food is okay, as always. But the service is awful when I drive here in the middle of the night and there's no one behind me. At the Mac Drive, I'm sent to one of the Warner parking lots. Why? It's just so they can keep up with their internal statistics, showing how fast things are at the Mac Drive. That's just hypocrisy and has nothing to do with customer service. What's the point of the Mac Drive window? Then we can all wait in the parking lot. Like before. No, you stand there as a customer and get sent away because two cheeseburgers are so complicated. You really feel like a second-class citizen if you're sent away here and made to wait in some parking lot. Very poor service. Deserves a solid six. Next time, today, October 23, 2025, I ordered a double cheeseburger for €3.99. 16 minutes wait, and then I got a cold burger. You can't get better quality, great place. The management must be really proud of their staff. I think for what you get, the price is really reasonable.

All the sauces were forgotten. When I asked for the sauces, I was told they couldn't be served because of the scales. The sauces were then handed to me without a word, without a request, or even an apology. Even if you don't like your job, you can still be friendly.

I only know MC from Wernigerode compared to this one it's just awesome the order was quickly warm and delicious (cheese wasn't melted on the edge) and everything was very juicy to recommend especially in the morning when you need something quick to eat on the go

This isn't the first time I've had cold, old, stale, or even uncooked food there. After the first disappointment, my girlfriend and I went back a few weeks later to see if we could get better food, as I'm used to. Instead, it was another disappointment. The food was cold, the nuggets were almost inedible because they were probably uncooked (not to mention that there were 19 in them instead of 20), and the Coke was repeatedly completely flat, lacking carbonation and tasting like water, only black. The result is nausea and stomach pains the next day. The whole thing has been a complete disappointment. It used to be better. By the way, the service could also be improved, but I think that's just how it is with McDonald's.

Well, what a pity... we're standing in the parking lot for app customers, waiting. Everything's fine and dandy. We thank them and drive off. Trust is good, but control is better. Wrong sauces. Regular fries instead of the new shaker ones, and the wrong burger.

Never again will we wait 1:37 hours for our food. It was August 14, 2025, and we ordered at 7:03 PM and got our food at 8:40 PM. Every other person was upset that something was missing. In our case, the toy was missing from the Happy Meal. This is truly the worst McDonald's ever, and on top of that, the staff is totally unfriendly.

Sometimes something gets mixed up or forgotten, but the employees help and rectify the situation. Otherwise, it's just like you'd expect at other McDonald's restaurants.

I can't recommend it. I ordered food for four people via the app at 3 p.m., stated we'd be there at 5:55 p.m., and the food wasn't ready at 7:10 p.m., so why did I pre-order? The place is packed on a Thursday night, with about 30 people waiting for a long time at the checkout counter, where the screen displaying the order number is broken. Everything takes far too long – a 25-minute wait, not to mention the drive-thru. You don't even dare order special burgers like a Royal Köse anymore because they take forever.

You can quickly get a feather duster, and it would also be good if the runner wasn't necessarily standing at the counter with his finger up his nose.

We ordered twice because it was so incomplete. The happy meal was missing a drink, all the sauces were missing (5), and the burger was wrong. The staff are nice, but every time, everything is missing. Check your orders properly, people. It's sad that you have to search through them so carefully and check for yourself what kind of burger is in it. It takes a minute or two to skim through the list properly.

I recommend everyone check their order. Either half of it is missing or the toppings aren't properly added. For example, with cheeseburgers, the cheese is often forgotten. It's incredibly annoying.

We wanted to order food from a McDrive, but unfortunately, we waited forever. Two lanes of cars, but only one employee to take orders from both sides. Chaos! There were only three cars in front of us, and after 20 minutes we finally got our food. Not recommended!

McDonald's should definitely list the size and weight of its burgers. It's ridiculous what they serve you for €4.79. The egg in the wrap was still runny in places. The breakfast burgers we ordered were rather cold. But the coffee was tasty.

A standard place for a quick coffee and snack. But…. Compare with Germany: it is clean, air conditioning works, the kitchen is clean, the staff is friendlier, the hall is more spacious. Quality and service are not lost if you do not know the language. People are kind and not with a plastic smile like in Germany. Like. Ice cream with coffee was very tasty.

It's a McDonald's. The tray cart was full, and the kitchen was always busy. When you go to a McDonald's in the evening, you know what to expect. Stressed staff and a somewhat long wait. I can't comment on the restrooms. The tables could have been wiped down, though. Otherwise, it was rather mediocre. Staff were uncommunicative and a bit grim.

They're really lacking everything. It's happened several times now that I got the wrong thing, but today I'm at my wit's end. I ordered a chicken wrap with honey mustard sauce, and what did I get? A chicken wrap with mayonnaise. Then I ordered a meal with a double Big Mac and only got a regular one. The burgers were just thrown in the packaging. We're now changing locations.

There is an e-charging station with 2 charging spaces. The music is good, modern, but slightly too loud. The food came very quickly. It's sweet and the staff is very busy and super friendly. There are balloons for the children and a waste separation station. It is very modern, even if the chairs are a bit uncomfortable. Overall it's a nice pinnacle.

Unfortunately something was forgotten with every order... I'm really pissed! Never go to this store again!

Update April 30, 2025 I order a Mc Crispi, a Mc Rip hot raspberry pocket mozzarella and a cheeseburger what did I get big tasty MC chicken and an apple pocket .... it sucks I'm very Tollerant but if you don't even speak the language you shouldn't do it, that's shit!!!!! ……waited for an hour to eat…yes, okay, if it's full, I don't say anything, but because I call up the number, I put the food down, I forget to put half of it in, maybe it's okay, it all happens sometimes, but the food is packed openly, all the fries were all spread out in the bag, and the nuggets were all ice cold... Probably one of the most uncomfortable McDonald's I know. The station lobby is cozy on the other hand. How can you tile everything white? Tables puny and chairs uncomfortable. Order only via tablet and you should even sort the garbage yourself. Soon you will probably have to make your own food. McDonald's has simply become too expensive for that. I can almost pay €40 for three people in a real restaurant. Probably my last visit. No recommendations. There are nicer McDonald's restaurants.

Except for the ambience, it wasn't good. Food arrived 10 minutes late and incomplete. We order an iced shake caramel with COFFEE. First came a vanilla milkshake. After asking, they said, “Coffee wasn’t an option. Vanilla milkshake is the same.” After the second attempt they brought another vanilla milkshake. To date we have not received the complete order.

McDonalds is always worth a trip

Disappointing. Ambiance like a train station hall, very loud. Service not particularly friendly, exterior not appealing. The 1st cashier doesn't understand me, I don't understand him.2nd cashier seems stressed and shouts across the room. Ordered a M including fried onions. Got without. Ordered 2x wrap without onions, got one with it. The M was disappointing, meat very dry, never again. Next time there will be kebab or Burger King.

New operator? Everything used to be good, but for the last few months there has been chaos. You wait forever at McDrive, then you're constantly asked to stop further back, you're happy to stand there for another 5 minutes and often end up missing something.

Once again you didn't get everything you ordered. It can't be the case that you have to check your order every time. Or is there already a system behind it, a lot of things come together over the course of the day. Not only was the Hamburger Royal TS missing, but instead of a strawberry shake you also get one with caramel. Order for over 37 euros and what are you, just disappointed 😞

I find the seating here very uncomfortable, the flowing wall makes it seem like you're standing in the kitchen. Since there is no airlock here, there is a draft every time someone comes through the automatic door. I think the parking spaces for app orderers and pick-ups are a plus.
