Burger King in Magdeburg

The store is really incredible. Positive: The fries were warm. Negative: The tables and floor were completely dirty and sticky, no one could read the order number in German and the tray return was full to the brim. To the advantage of the alcoholics who helped themselves to the leftover food at the tray return. Unfortunately, the hint of alcohol and the smell of liquor didn't really add to the positive atmosphere.

The food is okay, like usual at Burger King, just nothing special. The facility is also okay, it's clean, no problem. But why this bad review... There are 20 people in the store, 20 orders are supposedly in preparation, but nothing is happening. Instead, numbers are called out that are not ready for collection or do not match the numbers displayed at all. The staff seems to work without any structure and sometimes gets in their own way. Sometimes you see an employee wandering helplessly from A to B without doing anything. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've seen this in this branch. If you no longer have to wait 30 minutes for two burgers, fries and a drink, then you can recommend the branch again.

Don't ever visit this outlet or any outlet of Burger King as they were just taking money from you and didn't provide any good Food. Worst burger we ever tried here.

The kitchen and hallway are very dirty, the staff is disgusting, disorganized, they waited 30 minutes to take payment (card payment didn't work at the terminal), then another 30 minutes to prepare the food even though there were few visitors . The food was simply thrown into the package. They forgot to give us something to drink but treated us like it was our fault.

If you want to feel twice as bad while eating fast food, you should eat here. I was stranded at Magdeburg train station and was really a bit shocked. Everything seemed totally disorganized. Even though there were so many employees, the order took forever. The Uber Eats/ Lieferando bags piled up, as did the finished burgers. You still get unfinished burgers/fries and warm iced tea. To top the ambience, everything is untidy and dirty/disgusting. Should definitely be checked.
