Delicious but unhealthy 😂 Very busy since it's right next to Magdeburg Central Station.

I went for ice cream with my boyfriend, and it tasted really good. So creamy and sweet. The staff were friendly and nice. It's a great place to eat.

The food was okay, except for the odd little bits in my nuggets, but that's normal, you always find them. The restaurant was dirty, and I was bothered by the fact that not all of the employees were wearing gloves. The service was okay; they're all busy, so I'm not that strict. However, when it comes to hygiene, perhaps they need to pay a bit more attention here. Conclusion: Not my favorite, and there's still a lot of room for improvement in terms of hygiene and service.

It takes forever and the price was recalculated and then increased.

I've ordered from there several times, but every time they forget something, or they don't put what I ordered extra on it. Of course, I'm stuck with the cost.

Luke warm food. They try to make the ordering experience as difficult and unpleasant as possible: you can only see the menu on a small screen on the side for 10 seconds at a time, then you have to wait 50 seconds while the screen cycles through some other (irrelevant) pages, then you get another 10 seconds to look at the menu. The big screen / board above the counter, where a normal fast food restaurant would display their menu, shows only special offers, but not in any useful way. I don't know what kind of thinking is behind all this, but the company makes it clear that they hate their customers and don't want their business. On top of a this, it's also gotten extremely expensive.

I can't recommend this Burger King because the people working there didn't even look at you while you were talking to them, and the staff didn't even give you the right straw. The shakes also tasted pretty cheap. Only the disabled restroom was open, and it wasn't particularly clean either.

The terminal we used to order took forever to calculate the order, only to then tell us that card payments weren't accepted. After paying in cash at the register, the employees took a long time to complete the order. Due to time pressure, I didn't check to see if my takeout order contained the right ingredients. It turns out I was given the completely wrong burger.

Simply underground for two coffees and an ice cream. Waited 20 minutes. All the food was served before us... until I took the liberty of asking someone how long one or two coffees would take. Within seconds I had everything.. While I was waiting I could see an employee. I've never seen anything so unfriendly and annoyed... something like that doesn't belong in the kitchen when dealing with customers...

A typical BurgerKing. Unfortunately, you have to bring a lot of time if you want to eat something on Sunday evening. Some of the order terminals usually don't work and once you have ordered, you have to wait a long time for your order due to the masses of delivery drivers. Unfortunately, there are often no seats available. If you want to catch a train at the station opposite, it's very annoying.

You should plan on eating at least 10-20 minutes. I just ordered a small thing and it did NOT arrive within 15 minutes. Fast food in German, quick food should be ready within 5 minutes.... If you urgently need to catch your train, I don't recommend the store

We ordered an iced tea that was completely wet on the outside, then we ordered another cola instead we got an iced tea that had no taste, there was a whole chunk of salad on our burger (pictures are added).

When I visited, the customer was served quickly and friendly after I had already put my order together on the digital terminal. Unfortunately, the men's toilet was not usable, so you were sent to the disabled toilet, which couldn't be locked. Difficult. This should be improved. A better call-out system for orders would also be helpful. In such a crooked shop, there's no point in waiting for your order to be prepared and a gentle voice at the counter "calling" the order number for pickup.

Great service. People try their best to prepare the food quickly and tasty. Even if something goes wrong with the meal, it is cleared up immediately and you get it as requested. I'm here every two weeks and can't complain. :)

For almost three years, the food at this Burger King branch has been of no quality at all, and the drinks are non-carbonated and warm!!! I rarely eat fast food, but every six months I visit this branch of Burger King and find that the food and drinks are still disastrous!!! You don't seem to care about your customers or their money! There is no control over the quality of the food and drinks! Have all branches become so bad now? 🤢🤢😖😖🤕🤕🤬🤬 After Corona, when everything became more expensive, the prices at Burger King didn't rise dramatically, but the quality of the food dropped drastically!!! However, the staff at this branch is extremely respectful, friendly and polite and that is the only positive point. Please do something about the miserable quality of the food and drinks. Respect your customers' money, enough disrespect.

The chicken from the burger was still half raw :( We put the patty back in the oven, but it would have been a real problem if you had taken something with you for on the go/traveling. I can understand that sometimes things have to be done quickly due to the hustle and bustle, but your customers are certainly happier not to get salmonella and to wait a little longer.

I ordered 20 king nuggets with 3 times sweet and sour and a vanilla milk chak. With the nuggets I didn't have any sauce that I ordered with them. I probably got a second milk chak, that doesn't make sense. You want what you ordered, so I can do that do not recommend

How many employees does it take to make a burger? Apparently at least 10 here... The unusually large number of frontline workers seemed more concerned with chatting with each other than working. Meanwhile, a number of customers were waiting for their food. We ourselves waited at the checkout for about 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, 2 (!) customers were cashed in, and 2 more gave up before us, visibly annoyed. When it came to our turn, the employee mumbled a hint that it could take longer... The store is really incredible. Positive: The fries were warm. Negative: The tables and floor were completely dirty and sticky, no one could read the order number in German and the tray return was full to the brim. To the advantage of the alcoholics who helped themselves to the leftover food at the tray return. Unfortunately, the hint of alcohol and the smell of liquor didn't really add to the positive atmosphere.

Very tasty in itself but I was completely ripped off. I got King of the Month but left out the jalapenios and cheese sauce, the mild shake cost 50ct extra. It cost €4.49 I gave €4.50 and he wanted another 28ct so I gave it to him! I get my order, everything was in it, I open my burger and there was only bread and meat, no cheese or sauce?! After waiting for half an hour, thanks to incompetent and chaotic employees, the cold food was served, which had already been lying around for 20 minutes. The food is okay, like usual at Burger King, just nothing special. The facility is also okay, it's clean, no problem. But why this bad review... There are 20 people in the store, 20 orders are supposedly in preparation, but nothing is happening. Instead, numbers are called out that are not ready for collection or do not match the numbers displayed at all. The staff seems to work without any structure and sometimes gets in their own way. Sometimes you see an employee wandering helplessly from A to B without doing anything. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've seen this in this branch. If you no longer have to wait 30 minutes for two burgers, fries and a drink, then you can recommend the branch again.

Don't ever visit this outlet or any outlet of Burger King as they were just taking money from you and didn't provide any good Food. Worst burger we ever tried here.

If you want to eat normally, it's better to choose another Burger King, even if the journey takes longer. The kitchen and hallway are very dirty, the staff is disgusting, disorganized, they waited 30 minutes to take payment (card payment didn't work at the terminal), then another 30 minutes to prepare the food even though there were few visitors . The food was simply thrown into the package. They forgot to give us something to drink but treated us like it was our fault.
