The staff were completely overwhelmed. I had to wait 30 minutes for my two burgers. That's unacceptable if you want to call yourself a fast-food chain...

Milkshake way too firm and consists only of foam, feels like it has 80 grams of whipped cream in it instead of milk.

Just wanted to let you know that you might want to replace the toilet bowl in the men's room because there's a risk of injury since the bowl is broken.

The staff was friendly, and orders were processed quickly even when it was busy. However: Although at least eight employees had nothing to do for an extended period, they unfortunately didn't manage to restock the towels and toilet paper in the restrooms, nor did they clean them (it was hopefully "only" melted chocolate ice cream).

The store is clean, the staff are polite and friendly, the order process is quick, and they pay attention to everything with every order.

The burgers are excellent, I love it here, it's simply great, and the atmosphere is superb, you feel really comfortable here.

If you want lukewarm food and drinks for at least €10+, then this Bürgerking is the perfect place for your needs. Aside from the opening hours, the place is truly abysmally bad, and the employees are very separate from the customers. The restrooms are absolutely amazing; there are fire extinguishers in the wall and trash everywhere, etc. After 11 p.m., there's also a live event, where you can experience all the police operations at Willibrandplatz up close.

Honestly, this was by far one of the worst burger joints I've ever been to. The food was an absolute disaster, tasteless, unloving, and truly outrageous for the price. I've rarely had such a bad meal. Save yourself the trouble, it was just really awful." In that vein.

Restrooms weren't clean, some were unusable. We ordered a Whopper, but it was missing a tomato, replaced with a blob of ketchup. The lettuce was also slightly brown and not fresh.

Been there a week ago, and for the past week I've had fatty food poisoning with diarrhea, vomiting, headaches, fever, and dehydration. I'm never going there again 🤮🤮🤮 On top of that, rats run around while I eat 🤮🤮

Since we had to wait over 30 minutes and almost missed our train, I asked them to put everything in a takeaway bag. We originally wanted to eat there, but it really threw us off schedule. On the train, we realized they were out of all the sauces. And instead of curly fries, there were French fries. And instead of a large Coke, we only got a small one. Rather subpar. The staff is friendly, though, and they were really busy, but it's still annoying when you don't get what you ordered, especially since that's how you paid for it.

Absolutely unacceptable. You have to wait 45 minutes to get your food, and the Coke was still carbonated. The sheer volume of orders is too much for the staff. I felt a bit sorry for the staff, but that doesn't change the fact that it only gets one star. A tip for the Burger King management: rethink your strategy and think about your employees.

I actually wanted to treat myself, but then stopped when I looked at the prices – it's completely overpriced in my opinion. You can get comparable products for less at McDonald's. I'm not really stingy, but paying that much money all at once when you have alternatives like Kaufland in the building is just too much for me. Conclusion: The taste is probably okay, but the value for money isn't right for me.

So, I'm a long-distance train driver, so I travel almost all over Germany. This branch is the worst branch I've ever visited in my career. First of all, there was a strange smell of decay and urine in the store. Of course, there are some people who don't groom themselves, and I assumed there was someone there who met those criteria. All the tables were filthy, which is normally very unusual for a restaurant like this. After placing my order at the counter and paying at the cash register, I noticed that there were leftover fries and nuggets under the kitchen counter, which even had a greenish shimmer. This was the final straw for me. I couldn't eat the food, especially since the employees didn't understand a single gram of German. Therefore, this branch doesn't get a star, and the Burger King chain should enforce stricter controls instead of simply letting such branches continue.

It usually takes a very long time here and the cleanliness is not particularly good either.

Orders are called out and are cold, it's dirty, and the restrooms are disgusting. If you're craving a cheeseburger without cheese or ordering plant-based nuggets to get chicken nuggets, this is the best choice.

Food was disgusting !! really , honestly.burgers was with absolutely no taste ! me and friend ordered cola with ice and it was warm. I paid for big fries and I got smallest. Im working in kitchen in fast food restaurant and Im pretty sure nobody used any salt in this burgers! tablets was broken . fries was new and warm and we got our orders in 3-5 minutes.

When I picked up my order, I received my drink in a disposable cup, even though I had requested a deposit cup and paid the deposit. Only after two reminders was this corrected. When I wanted to return the Recup, the staff rudely asked me why I had ordered it in the first place. When I explained that I wanted to reduce waste, I was ignored for several minutes. In the end, only after repeated requests did I get my deposit back, in 5-, 10-, and 20-cent pieces.

The food took quite a while and was only lukewarm, despite the restaurant being almost empty. All the tables were dirty (crumbs). The biggest disaster was the men's restroom. A terrible stench, a broken toilet seat, feces on the outside of the toilet, and trash on the floor.

The service is bad, they get angry when you complain, the food is not delivered as it should be, there is always something missing, and lemonade is ordered with ice and they don't give any ice.

I don't know why, but they always put way too much sauce on it, like mustard. Unfortunately, the service usually doesn't understand anything, so you can keep your questions to yourself, and the ambiance is key.

I placed two orders this morning through the online shop. One worth €142.63 (part 1) and another worth €79.29 (part 2). However, only the first of the two orders was delivered. The second part, for €79.29, was never delivered. Numerous attempts to contact them by phone were not responded to. I find the fact that an order of this size simply isn't delivered highly unprofessional – it goes well beyond the occasional forgotten packet of ketchup or something similar. The fact that the phone line is simply ignored is completely unacceptable.

I'm really not a fan of fast food but I found my way around here, even with a little help from my daughter, and the food was delicious, just fast food... But there's a lot to choose from, it would be great if you could also choose water as a drink, but other than that it's great, the staff are very friendly and quick.

Stopped here after the Sido concert - good service despite the extreme circumstances! **Situation:** Perfect storm - Sido concert and football match in Magdeburg at the same time. Accordingly, it was overcrowded with a very mixed crowd and "difficult candidates." Restrooms unfortunately looked the part. **Service despite chaos:** - 45-minute wait after ordering from the display (but understandable given the crowd) - Staff remained friendly when asked questions - Team really went out of their way - HIGHLIGHT: Free ice cream for all the girls "to celebrate the day" - great gesture! - While we were waiting, a friend turned a year older 😄 **Food & Quality:** - Despite the stress: Quality was good, nothing to complain about - Everything came out well and complete **Conclusion:** Respect to the service team! They made the best of such extreme situations (two major events at the same time). The staff was professional and tried to master the difficult situation. Despite everything, the food was good. Only the restroom situation was, as expected, disastrous—but that was due to the special situation, not the restaurant.

The employees are really friendly, and the shift manager also helped me a lot on July 31st because I was having trouble with my order at the terminal. Others should take a leaf out of their book and make sure the staff doesn't move at a snail's pace like at the Golden M, where I had to wait an hour for a pineapple pastry a few days ago. I always enjoy stopping by :)

Absolutely disgusting and possibly a case for the trade inspectorate. When I asked where I could get the key to the men's restroom (because it was locked and the women's was open), a friendly employee told me to go to the counter and someone would let me in. A very fair idea! The people at the counter didn't seem to think so, though, and directed me to the disabled restroom. I took a look at it; it was dirty and there were teenagers (who weren't guests) jumping in and out to style their hair 👍. I realize that the station forecourt with its people is probably right outside the door, but you should still find a solution, otherwise it's not acceptable.

Unfortunately, we waited over 40 minutes for our burgers, which we only got because we said our train to Uelzen was coming in five minutes. Unfortunately, five burgers ended up missing from our bag. It's a shame, since it's fast food, and you probably won't get a refund for the forgotten burgers. In summary, it's the most chaotic fast food joint I've ever experienced.

Nothing worked at the checkout, the employee was completely confused. There was nothing you could do with the ordering machine either. If you don't even get your food after a lot of effort, I don't even want to know what the meal would have been like in the end.

I would prefer not to give it any stars at all. We were on our way home from vacation. After 5 hours, we wanted to take a break with the kids and went to Burger King. It was unbelievable - ordering 5 meals, two of which were kids' meals. It completely overwhelmed the 7 employees who were only at the front and not in the back of the kitchen. The first meal was quickly on the trays, then we could see another meal being added every now and then. For 40 minutes!!! We didn't have any special requests, they were just normal meals. When we finally got the trays, after 4 employees kept looking in the bags and talking to the others about who was responsible for them (it looked that way from a distance), 2 burgers were cold with hard buns and there was no still water with the kids' meal. It can happen that there is no delivery one day, but you're told that when you get the tray, so I went back to the front and had to fight my way to the employee who at least spoke English. The next day, we were all very busy using the toilet at home. That day, that was the only meal we had, apart from breakfast, which was the same as always. There's a Burger King near us with more seating, and we order there often without any problems or long waits. This branch in Magdeburg is terrible! Either train the staff properly or close it down—that's anything but advertising for Burger King. I don't want to eat anything from Burger King for a while, especially after what we felt so bad about.

The food was bad, the drinks were warm, and there were no napkins or straws. The restaurant and all the tables were dirty. The only thing that was quite high was the prices.

The staff is clean and friendly; I personally don't get the impression that they're overwhelmed. The food has been warm to hot and freshly prepared. The atmosphere has been clean every time I've visited, so I can't say anything negative about it. The staff is friendly, quick, and even motivated in some cases, which isn't often the case in fast-food restaurants.

Three out of five times I order, I get old, cold curly fries instead of the fries I ordered, while the burgers are fresh and warm. This is clearly intentional. Considering the prices, it's just sad.

It's the last bastion at Magdeburg Central Station that provides us hungry passengers or sobering-up spirits with something to eat in the otherwise bleak fast-food landscape. The food is usually always good and plentiful, but the service is usually overworked and lackluster, which isn't a problem. The ambiance is, of course, the highlight, with numerous passengers or the recurring concerts in the square in front by certain groups of people. All in all, a solid fast-food restaurant with friendly staff.

Really awesome Burger King, I would die without it. The food here is delicious and the service is great.

The food was okay, except for the odd little bits in my nuggets, but that's normal, you always find them. The restaurant was dirty, and I was bothered by the fact that not all of the employees were wearing gloves. The service was okay; they're all busy, so I'm not that strict. However, when it comes to hygiene, perhaps they need to pay a bit more attention here. Conclusion: Not my favorite, and there's still a lot of room for improvement in terms of hygiene and service.

I've ordered from there several times, but every time they forget something, or they don't put what I ordered extra on it. Of course, I'm stuck with the cost.

Luke warm food. They try to make the ordering experience as difficult and unpleasant as possible: you can only see the menu on a small screen on the side for 10 seconds at a time, then you have to wait 50 seconds while the screen cycles through some other (irrelevant) pages, then you get another 10 seconds to look at the menu. The big screen / board above the counter, where a normal fast food restaurant would display their menu, shows only special offers, but not in any useful way. I don't know what kind of thinking is behind all this, but the company makes it clear that they hate their customers and don't want their business. On top of a this, it's also gotten extremely expensive.

I can't recommend this Burger King because the people working there didn't even look at you while you were talking to them, and the staff didn't even give you the right straw. The shakes also tasted pretty cheap. Only the disabled restroom was open, and it wasn't particularly clean either.

Everything went smoothly for me and everything was satisfactory. Had two strawberry 🍓 ice cream and a long chicken.

The terminal we used to order took forever to calculate the order, only to then tell us that card payments weren't accepted. After paying in cash at the register, the employees took a long time to complete the order. Due to time pressure, I didn't check to see if my takeout order contained the right ingredients. It turns out I was given the completely wrong burger.

Simply underground for two coffees and an ice cream. Waited 20 minutes. All the food was served before us... until I took the liberty of asking someone how long one or two coffees would take. Within seconds I had everything.. While I was waiting I could see an employee. I've never seen anything so unfriendly and annoyed... something like that doesn't belong in the kitchen when dealing with customers...

It would be more pleasant if the workers who prepare the food wore gloves and didn't touch everything like that

A typical BurgerKing. Unfortunately, you have to bring a lot of time if you want to eat something on Sunday evening. Some of the order terminals usually don't work and once you have ordered, you have to wait a long time for your order due to the masses of delivery drivers. Unfortunately, there are often no seats available. If you want to catch a train at the station opposite, it's very annoying.
