When I politely asked for a new burger, I was told that I had ordered it that way (there was nothing about it on the receipt). Went there for dinner and tried King of the Month. It was super tasty and it was clean too. It was pretty full, my wait time was completely ok.

Unfortunately, the Burger King is used by unpleasant young people to hang out; some people in the restaurant spend ages talking loudly on the phone or listening to music on their cell phones. If you want to feel twice as bad while eating fast food, you should eat here. I was stranded at Magdeburg train station and was really a bit shocked. Everything seemed totally disorganized. Even though there were so many employees, the order took forever. The Uber Eats/ Lieferando bags piled up, as did the finished burgers. You still get unfinished burgers/fries and warm iced tea. To top the ambience, everything is untidy and dirty/disgusting. Should definitely be checked.

The restaurant was visited on June 16, 2024 at around 2:15 p.m. The men's and women's toilets were locked. When asked, we were directed to the toilet for people with disabilities. This toilet was not clean, soap and towels were empty, the faucet was broken. Very appetizing.

Typical fast food. Right at the train station and one of the only ways to get something warm to eat until midnight. The location is therefore often overwhelmed. Very often not all machines work and I can only advise checking your takeaway food. I've had things missing several times. There is currently no alternative in the old town/city center. Bring back cheesy onion fries! Many products that are displayed as a menu on www.burgerking.de are not available locally.

When we arrived we wanted to go to the drive, but we were told that no drive was possible because it was understaffed. We thought okay, let's just go in. Ordered a single cheeseburger and a small fries. Waited 20 minutes for it, then left because I had to get to the train. With the McDonald's gone, this became the only good place for fast food after a long train ride. Unfortunately, the employees had difficulty understanding what they wanted, but in the end they did their best.

We ordered takeaway food and drinks and definitely cannot recommend this BK. The two Cokes were served at room temperature, non-carbonated and without ice. One burger was just lukewarm and all slightly mashed and partially full of sauce on the outside. When issuing the order, we were assured upon EXPLICIT demand that the order stated on the receipt was complete. When we got home we saw that a burger was missing. Back at the restaurant, however, when we presented the receipt and complained, the missing burger was handed over to us. That was positive. The employees try hard, but seem disorganized and you get the impression that things are mixed up.

We placed a simple order 35 minutes before the train departed. And as a result, delivery didn’t even come close to our order. As a result - 10 euros in the trash, and we were left hungry on the long journey. Disgusting! The employees don’t understand what they are doing - the person at the counter spent 1.5 minutes turning the burgers in their hands before handing them out, trying to understand what exactly this item was...

I have never seen such uncoordinated staff, both in taking orders and preparing them. A foreman at least gave me my number because I wasn't even given the correct receipt. Today it seems that it is no longer common practice in the chains to place your order with words. There was a huge queue in front of the screen terminals. My food ended up being prepared ahead of the line because I was the only one at the counter. But it seemed very strange to me. Food at a solid burger chain level.

I don't often write reviews BUT This is definitely one of the worst branches in Germany. If there was a “worst of” we would move to Flop 10. At least my social conscience stays calm here - the people who work here aren't even capable of doing this job - how could you wish them a position with more responsibility and prestige? Sentences that don't come easy to me - but after the FOURTH visit (mistakes happen and everyone has a bad day sometimes) I decided to write them down. - you wait for an eternity (quick restaurant lel, 20 minutes are not uncommon) - the young man in front of me at the checkout was insulted because he didn't put down 50 cents - an example of the service behavior of the people working here... - after opening the bag, something is often missing - today the dip. In addition, the ordering terminal was broken (no card payment possible) - which the staff is even less capable of than the lack of wide drinking straws for milkshakes. Doesn't make her any less screwed up and incompetent. There is one star because everything always seemed clean - at least somewhat.

The only relatively tasteful thing about this branch are the vintage/history photos on the wall. The food and the preparation of those “products” are of such poor quality. I could also throw €5 notes into the Elbe and would then use my money more sensibly than investing them in 'Burger King'.

Nothing to do with fast food anymore! There is no one in service quickly. Waited 20 minutes for a fries and 6 chili cheese nuggets. If I had probably waited longer I wouldn't have asked to please move my order forward because otherwise I would have missed my train. The chili cheese nuggets were completely cold, they probably sat for 20 minutes like I did. Employees should definitely be trained on how to pack orders effectively in a system catering establishment!! 2 employees packed orders. But they just stood around for a long time and waited for the one citizen to come to their one order, even though the orders were piling up by the minute. The burgers in the tray also became more and more and more. Instead of packing orders that were already ready on the shelf and people could go, one order was packed (with peace of mind) after the next. Something urgently needs to be done! I once worked in a catering establishment for six months and while I was watching, I would have liked to go to the back and pack my order myself. (It probably would have been faster)

I ordered a wrap at the column. The server stood at the counter, fully aware of my presence. It should actually be quick because there was only one person in front of me. But I waited and waited when a group of young people came after me, ordered their food and got it BEFORE me, I went to the counter and picked it up and lo and behold, my food was sitting on the counter for ages and was already half cold. It's a shame when the only factor that ruins everything is people.

Price performance is really absolutely terrible. 20 minutes waiting time for a Fanta outside the house?! 25 minutes for 2 hot brownies which were cold, without a core and for the waiting time? Absolutely unfriendly service, the “boss” has high hopes in his position and feels like he is better than the customer. An absolute deterrent role model in my eyes. Under no circumstances can I recommend this snack bar!!!
