Unfortunately, the McDonalds in Fritzlar is getting quite old. Ordering machines only work very slowly. The order numbers are either not shown on the display at all or disappear during the ordering process. Old order numbers will not be deleted. This creates complete confusion. To be fair, the order is usually processed correctly despite everything. The staff is always friendly but noticeably stressed. Overall there is a lot of room for improvement but of course it serves the purpose of filling you up.

Normal Macces. Food has nothing to do with what is in the pictures. Fries are better than the competition. Cafe is quite good.

I recently ate here. The food was great and I received it quickly at the drive-thru. However, instead of a Coke I received a Sprite. Not for the first time in this restaurant chain, parts of my order were issued incorrectly or not at all.

Has now improved. Orders are more complete and accurate. Within 1-2 years the error rate was 30-40% and more

Burger cold and hard Staff very unfriendly

Unfortunately, the second time the customer service was unfriendly. 1st visit We had redeemed several cell phone vouchers at the checkout and the employee said he didn't have time for that and we should go to the machine now. The machine had not recognized the vouchers beforehand and continued grumbling when the objection was raised and repeatedly said that there were still other customers waiting. Am I responsible for the McDonald's system and school if it doesn't work well? 2nd visit My wife had a piece of plastic in the last piece of the steakhouse burger. We just wanted to inform the staff, it could happen again. Were immediately shouted at. What should I do now, it's too late, the burger has already been eaten, of course it was the last bite but no apology and no looking how can this happen? No is probably standard?!? The management apologized with a voucher, which was very correct. The friendliness of the staff can still be improved. But it has improved.

For some reason there was nothing going on at half past one in the morning. Faster service but the app swallowed my withdraw mc coupon....my beautiful mc chicken classic 😭

Depending on the staff, the tables are dirty and people prefer to discuss things with their colleagues. On these days the waiting time is very long, even if there are hardly any customers.

Eating veggies and nuggets was the worst, they tasted like they were from yesterday. Extremely hard "crust", cold, disgusting. Unfortunately the Curley things weren't any better. The first and probably last visit. Unfortunately we had to throw a lot of things away

Everything was fine, it went quickly.

It's been a while since we've been to Mc Donalds in Fritzlar. Now I remember why for ages🙈the fries were cold and limp without salt. The burger had probably been on the warming plate for a while, sorry for the endless queue, no, it really doesn't have to be that way. The only thing that was really tasty was the ice cream. It's ok every now and then, but then it's enough for a long time.

We were there with a bunch of children. The reservation was easy to make in advance via email and a friendly call back. The local table was ready on time when we arrived and despite being busy, our order was taken quickly at the counter. Special praise to the nice employee who typed the order in such a way that the kids' many individual requests were fulfilled and saved our wallets by cleverly entering them. Service and advice were really more than great, competent and friendly. Thank you to the team and have fun celebrating your children's birthdays here.

Were just there to eat on our wedding day. We always wanted to order with the app. If that doesn't work, you should contact an employee. He had no idea. For a McDonalds, it's clean and you can tolerate the food well, without a quick drink afterwards.

The McMenu with Double Hamburger Royal Cheese, Curly Fries and drink was tasty. Hot apple turnover for dessert.

Wasn't there for a long time. Went there after the cinema and ordered at the terminal. And once again they forgot a burger! This is how they make money and alienate customers. When I order a takeaway and drive 12km and only then realize something is missing. I don't drive 12 km back to complain about it. I actually trust that everything is correct and I don't want to check everything directly on site! Please provide better training for issuing products (offer control of the order) If something like that happened to me, I would hurt my company and lose my job!

I was very disappointed today😔…, I ordered a McFlurry, cheese cake and a chocolate muffin and had to wait half an hour😡. Then I forgot my chocolate sauce and the employees didn't run or drive after me👎🏻👎🏻. Now I have no chocolate sauce and just a fart dry cheese cake... Before they acted like the ice cream machine wasn't working and then they do this to me.

Food arrived cold, even though we wanted to eat in the house. When we pointed this out to the staff, a very unfriendly employee told us that we should eat quicker, and we would be happy if the food didn't arrive at the table already cold Not recommending this juice shop to anyone is cheeky even though YOU made the mistake. Full, I don't feel empathetic about the new way of ordering via the machine. It's a shame that something like this is asked.

Too expensive, way too expensive!!!!

The staff is okay, some of them are very nice, but what I'm increasingly noticing is the lack of cleanliness. We don't even need to talk about the toilets, they are always dirty... But the tables, benches and chairs are always dirty too. During the last visit, an interview was held at the table next door between all the customers... That's not possible at all. I would feel so stupid as an applicant and everyone has access to personal data or can attend the interview.

Was war da los gestern? Leider kann man nicht mehrere Bewertungen abgeben, sondern muss immer wieder aktualisieren. Auch wenn ich über 1 Jahr nix zu meckern hatte. Absolute Katastrophe gestern. Haben über Lieferando bestellt wie so oft und nach 45 Minuten fiel mir auf, dass ich anstatt Cola ein Wasser bestellt habe. Ich dachte mir, kein Problem, Bestellbestätigung war ja eh noch nicht durch, trotz 45 Minuten nach Bestellung, also angerufen nach 45 Minuten. Zuerst sagt mir eine Frau (Feldmann/Fährmann?!) man wäre gerade "oben" (in der Pause?) und könne "jetzt nicht runtergehen", um die Bestellung zu ändern. Dann sagte sie, dass sie es trotzdem versuchen will, falls der Fahrer noch nicht schon losgefahren ist. Nach extrem langer Wartezeit von zwei!!!!!! Stunden und 15 Minuten!!!!!! (2:15) kam das Bestellte plötzlich an, wobei ich mich schon an Lieferando gewendet habe und mit 3 derer Mitarbeiter rumgestritten habe, da mir 2x der Chat einfach beendet wurde ohne Lösung. In der Zeit hatte ich nach 2 Stunden bereits bei der Pizzeria gegenüber bestellt und 15 Minuten später kam dann McDonald's... nicht nur dass ich quasi doppelt bezahlt habe, sondern das essen ist auch viel zu viel gewesen weil ich schon Pizza als Ersatz bestellt hatte. Heißt, es blieb übrig, ist kalt und hart nach 2 Stunden und das Essen wurde verschwendet. Es kam keine Entschuldigung, keine Info, dass man nach 2 Stunden 15 Minuten plötzlich doch noch liefert und natürlich war keine Cola dabei, sondern das versehentlich bestellte Wasser. Was ist da verkehrt gelaufen? Was ist das für ein Service? Ich verstehe, dass mal volles Haus sein kann und deswegen kein Fahrer zur Verfügung steht, aber erstens wurde das nicht erwähnt, zweitens bietet man dann auch keinen Lieferdienst an und drittens kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass an einem Freitag Nachmittag niemand zur Verfügung steht und das für 2 Stunden 15. Sollte der Service wieder laufen, werde ich die Bewertung erneut abändern, aber gestern und heute sind wir noch echt enttäuscht und auch sauer. Edit 04.02.2024 Heute nochmals bestellt und trotz 2km Entfernung und einer Ampel auf dem Weg, wurde nach gerade einmal 16 Minuten geliefert. Klingt gut, war aber bescheiden. Sämtliche Getränke vergessen, keine Sosse zu den Pommes, den Milchshake im Hausflur umgekippt(!!!!!!), der McCrispy mehr als trocken, Fotos wurden Lieferando zeitnah übermittelt (graue Ränder, vertrocknet wie die Sahara). Davon ab dass vor einer Woche einfach ein Mitarbeiter im McDonald's Shirt auf dem Parkplatz beim Lieferanten-Eingang saß und genüsslich eine geraucht hat und genervt geschaut hat, als ich ins Drive gefahren bin, war heute echt unterste Schublade. Keine Einsicht bei Anruf/Beschwerde, der Fehler wurde nicht von der Schichtleiterin entschuldigt, sondern auf den Lieferanten geschoben (Service geht anders und Zusammenhalt ebenfalls, wobei ich 8 Jahre in der gehobenen Gastronomie gearbeitet habe und "Systemgastro" deutlich einfacher gehalten wird, was know how und Service und Kundenbindung angeht). Also alles zusammengenommen war heute ein Komplettreinfall. Ebenso kann man bemängeln, dass die Mitarbeiter im Haus den Kunden ständig mit gebrochenem deutsch und Handzeichen zu verstehen geben, dass man am Terminal zu bestellen hat und einem dabei einfach blöd zugucken und an der Kasse stehen, ohne was zu tun zu haben. Das ist mir jetzt 3x passiert. War alles mal besser. Einfach verdammt asozial geworden. Wir bestellen und kommen nicht mehr, fahren nur noch zu BK gegenüber. So kann man sich auch die Kunden verbauen.

Heute war ich das erstmal sprachlos über dieses Mcces.. Okay, hatten mal wieder kein Filet o Fish um 22h - schade aber vertretbar. Wollte alternativ die Mc Plants Nuggets - da wird mir mitgeteilt, dass diese in der gleichen Friteuse, wie die normalen Nuggets, frittiert werden - Sorry, aber dann darf man nicht mit Veggi werben..

Diese Bestellung über Automaten ist ne Katastrophe! Und für die Mitarbeiter ist es alles selbstverständlich das jeder weiß wie es geht

"Die Erfahrung bei McDonald's hat in letzter Zeit an Qualität verloren. Die Burger schrumpfen gefühlt mit jedem Besuch, und man fragt sich, ob man jetzt in einer Miniaturwelt isst. Das Personal wirkt leider oft überfordert, was zu längeren Wartezeiten führt, selbst wenn man vorbestellt hat. Die Freude am schnellen und unkomplizierten Essen geht verloren, wenn man länger auf seine Bestellung warten muss. Es wäre wünschenswert, dass McDonald's die notwendigen Maßnahmen ergreift, um sicherzustellen, dass sowohl die Qualität der Produkte als auch der Service wieder den Erwartungen entsprechen."

Sehr freundliches Personal. Da kann sich so manch andere Filiale noch was angucken.

Standart Fastfood eben, nur an der Hygiene der Toiletten sollte mal was gemacht werden

Eine der unsaubersten und dreckigsten Filialen in denen ich je war , auf das Essen wartet man teils länger als ne halbe Stunde und bekommt es dann auch noch kalt ,beim Drive genau das gleiche halbe Bestellungen oder kaltes Essen ein Unding

Recht unfreundlicher Typ am "Empfang", schmutziger Tisch, laaaanges Warten auf Teile des Essens (Apfeltasche). Geschmack wie immer okay, bis auf die Pizzataschen, die waren super trocken.

Nach Ankunft meiner Wenigkeit, empfangte mich der Herr Lukas Weider, er kann mit seiner Mutti auf mich zu und wollte mich Ortschafts-grief bedrohen ebenfalls wollte seine Mutter mir einen vergammelten Salami Knacker Snack andrehen ich lehnte darauf hin ab und seine Mutter tritt mir ausversehen auf den Fuß, würde gerne wiederkommen doch bin jetzt nicht mehr Gehfähig da mein Fuß zerdrückt und zerstampft wurde von einem Landartigen weiblichen Orca und ihrem kleinen Säugling.

Sehr lecker essen aber mich hat eine komische Person angesprochen sie hat sich mit Lukas Weida vorgestellt und wollte mir einen Döner andrehen und meinte er wird mich aus dem Mcs verbannen nun habe ich bleibende Schäden vielen Dank!

Sehr nettes Personal und schnelle Zubereitung!

Soundambiente wie auf einer Intensivstation. Ich habe noch nie so häufig und so lange die nervige Alarme der Maschinen gehört. Erst 3 Minuten nach einer Nachfrage wurde nach ca 15 Minuten Wartezeit das Essen gebracht…mit lauwarmen Pommes. Den Müll vom Nachbartisch hätte man ja mal eben mitnehmen können, aber gut…ist ja schon spät…und voll ist es ja eigentlich auch nicht.

Wir haben an der Station bestellt da mussten wir nicht lange warten bis wir dran waren und Tischservice ausgewählt.Tisch ausgesucht da kam schon eine Dame und machte den Tisch sauber haben nicht mal 10 min gewartet das Essen war da 🍟 waren warm und Bürger auch. Bin sehr zu frieden

Wird leider sehr oft was bei der Bestellung vergessen.

War frisch zubereitet, es war sehr laut

Habe mittlerweile zum wiederholten Male das smart Menü bestellt.Jedesmal waren die Burger und die Pommes kalt.Leider.Die Qualität hat in den letzten Wochen doch sehr nachgelassen.

Essen kennt man ja bei MC Donald. Die Restaurants sind gemütlich, aber das Personal sehr unfreundlich und so lustlos.

Kriegt endlich mal euer McDelivery auf die Kette! Schon zwei mal wurde meine Bestellung nach kurzer Zeit kommentarlos storniert, heute hat's den Vogel abgeschossen: 1,5h nach Bestellung(!) immer noch keine Änderung im Bestellstatus, nach zwei Stunden(!!!) wurde die Bestellung dann schon wieder kommentarlos storniert. Was soll das? Danke für nichts!

Habe mir Heute eine Portion Pommes bestellt und gekauft. Bei der Aufnahme der Bestellung habe ich leider kein Wort verstanden was der Junge man von mir wissen wollte. Bin einfach an ein Fenster gefahren wo jemand war. Die Pommes waren leider nicht frisch zubereitet, sprich trocken und das schlimmste sie waren Kalt. Für 3,69 € nicht akzeptabel.

Es ist diskriminierend dass es keine Strohhalme gibt
