McDonald's Restaurant in Fritzlar

I use a reusable cup for the drink, on the one hand because it tastes better and on the other hand to produce less waste. I'll never do it again because I've gotten cold sores several times after visiting there! There is also an increasing lack of cleanliness overall, insufficient cleaning and ants in the restaurant. Impossible!!

So…. There were a moderate amount of regular fries in the curly fries And the waiting time was too long (only the one with the bald head was very nice) Burger King again next time

MC Drive today 3 p.m. I order a 20 box of chicken nuggets plus large fries, it's good that my daughter looked again, there were cheese nuggets. If I give it back, it means I said so, I didn't, the next employee asks me again and claims again that I ordered it that way, incredibly sloppy, my daughter witnessed what I said. Then the first one says I should wait, he corrects that, then comes to tell me again that I ordered it wrong Well, I'm aware that Mc Donald hasn't hired super-trained staff, but you can expect a certain level of standard and decency towards paying guests there too. The branch was far too crowded and absolutely no one spoke German. We waited over 30 minutes for our z/menu. Even after such a long time, nothing came. We then had to get our train quickly and left the store without food. We didn't get our money back either. Do not support this store in any way!

What incredibly friendly and warm people work there! I complained about my burger because it had barbecue sauce because I supposedly didn't order it and unfortunately I really don't like it. The new burger came immediately from a very nice employee - again with barbecue - and it turned out that I had actually clicked on it by mistake when ordering. Of course, I immediately apologized for my mistake and came to terms with it when a short time later the burger I wanted but hadn't ordered was brought to my seat - by the boss and at the house's expense. I am consistently thrilled. You made my day💙

Latte macchiato didn't come at all, after waiting 30 minutes, it wasn't until I asked at the Mc Cafe stand that it was prepared. Neighbor table didn't receive 3 cookies... then got up and left...

Food was ok, unfortunately the music was much too loud that you couldn't have a normal conversation and could hardly understand the person opposite. I've never seen a McDonald's with decent toilets. This one is no exception.

The food there seems to be made with love...The burgers look like they're picture-perfect. Unfortunately, the walls inside look very dirty...covered with food... A fresh coat of paint would do the otherwise beautiful restaurant good.

We were there on March 20th at midnight, an hour before closing. I ordered fries. They took a really long time to make the burger and the fries were extremely cold. The fries were also very brown and rubbery. If I'm paying over €4 for a large pair of fries, I want fresh ones. I took the fries and said they were cold and I wanted fresh ones. They just gave me strange looks and then they took them. When they brought me the fries, I saw that they were exactly the same fries I had given them, just thrown back in the fryer. That's not okay!

The employees are quite good and quite efficient. Christian has been a regular worker for a few years and is very good and attentive. The atmosphere is that of a fast food restaurant but usually it's quite clean with the tables wipe down after most customers.

Drive in is great. Used when you have little time. Complaints when you are away are difficult.

When you drive through Mc Drive you hear a male voice at the counter. Wait a moment, then nothing more. Then I spoke there, hello, I would like to order something, after what felt like an eternity an employee took the order. Driven to issue 2, I waited again for my order and had to wait in front of me, to the right of me was also waiting and the person at the stand behind us was probably finished and didn't come out because we didn't have our orders. Then the orders came and they forgot the drink. Burger cold and simply slapped into the packaging, fries lukewarm. Employees are constantly overwhelmed and no one knows what anyone else's power is. Sorry, it was my last time there.

I was at your branch in Fritzlar today and placed an order to take away. Unfortunately, when I returned I discovered that I had been given the wrong dish. I specifically ordered spicy chicken nuggets, but instead I received regular chicken nuggets. Since I took an extra 40 minutes round trip from Bad Wildungen, this is particularly annoying.

Unfortunately the food was still complete 🥴 and only lukewarm ☹️

Paid €31 for 5 things missing. Do you even look at it or do you see what you're packing? If a little thing is missing, that's okay, but missing 5 things is already snotty, cheeky and incompetent.

Depending on the staff, the tables are dirty and people prefer to discuss things with their colleagues. On these days the waiting time is very long, even if there are hardly any customers.

It's been a while the staff is very stupid when ordering. Every time I choose not to put onions in dishes (please note how the onions are chopped, with constant peeling and the size of a damn finger), the one in the kitchen who keeps putting those damn onions in is the one. Before, the staff was better and there were no comments. And now... I'd rather go to the gas station on the weekend than to the poppyseed. Shame.

There was no salad and no bacon, I complained to a worker and he said that was normal. The salad was dirty, the cheese was incorrect as I paid extra and the bacon wasn't Since I always have Caesar salad, I know exactly how to prepare it.

The WLAN is a disaster in the branch, which makes the condition of the terminals, as already mentioned here, a misery. Ordering via cell phone always seems to cause problems here. And you always hear discussions with customers, which isn't pleasant when you're sitting next to them.

By far the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. First of all, the WiFi in the store doesn't work, which is why you have to redeem coupons etc. using your mobile data. This wouldn't be a problem if the mobile data also worked on some devices within the establishment. Furthermore, the terminals are so slow that you sometimes have to revise your order several times because the device interprets one finger press as several. Furthermore, it often happens that orders are mixed up, instead of McPlant nuggets, normal nuggets arrive, etc., which in my opinion is not possible since you could also buy them because you can't tolerate meat or something similar. Furthermore, normal nuggets are mixed with the McPlant variant to fill up the box. Not recommended.

There was a small mistake in my order, I had ordered 20 chicken nuggets (with meat). But 20 vegetarian nuggets arrived, which was of course no problem at all. Food was ready very quickly and delicious. What is very striking is that you can see attack helicopters flying at lunchtime and in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the McDonalds in Fritzlar is getting quite old. Ordering machines only work very slowly. The order numbers are either not shown on the display at all or disappear during the ordering process. Old order numbers will not be deleted. This creates complete confusion. To be fair, the order is usually processed correctly despite everything. The staff is always friendly but noticeably stressed. Overall there is a lot of room for improvement but of course it serves the purpose of filling you up.

Normal Macces. Food has nothing to do with what is in the pictures. Fries are better than the competition. Cafe is quite good.

I recently ate here. The food was great and I received it quickly at the drive-thru. However, instead of a Coke I received a Sprite. Not for the first time in this restaurant chain, parts of my order were issued incorrectly or not at all.

Has now improved. Orders are more complete and accurate. Within 1-2 years the error rate was 30-40% and more

Burger cold and hard Staff very unfriendly

Unfortunately, the second time the customer service was unfriendly. 1st visit We had redeemed several cell phone vouchers at the checkout and the employee said he didn't have time for that and we should go to the machine now. The machine had not recognized the vouchers beforehand and continued grumbling when the objection was raised and repeatedly said that there were still other customers waiting. Am I responsible for the McDonald's system and school if it doesn't work well? 2nd visit My wife had a piece of plastic in the last piece of the steakhouse burger. We just wanted to inform the staff, it could happen again. Were immediately shouted at. What should I do now, it's too late, the burger has already been eaten, of course it was the last bite but no apology and no looking how can this happen? No is probably standard?!? The management apologized with a voucher, which was very correct. The friendliness of the staff can still be improved. But it has improved.

It's been a while since we've been to Mc Donalds in Fritzlar. Now I remember why for ages🙈the fries were cold and limp without salt. The burger had probably been on the warming plate for a while, sorry for the endless queue, no, it really doesn't have to be that way. The only thing that was really tasty was the ice cream. It's ok every now and then, but then it's enough for a long time.

We were there with a bunch of children. The reservation was easy to make in advance via email and a friendly call back. The local table was ready on time when we arrived and despite being busy, our order was taken quickly at the counter. Special praise to the nice employee who typed the order in such a way that the kids' many individual requests were fulfilled and saved our wallets by cleverly entering them. Service and advice were really more than great, competent and friendly. Thank you to the team and have fun celebrating your children's birthdays here.

Wasn't there for a long time. Went there after the cinema and ordered at the terminal. And once again they forgot a burger! This is how they make money and alienate customers. When I order a takeaway and drive 12km and only then realize something is missing. I don't drive 12 km back to complain about it. I was very disappointed today😔…, I ordered a McFlurry, cheese cake and a chocolate muffin and had to wait half an hour😡.
