Burger King in Helmstedt

It's clean there and the food was good. However, the waiting time was very long.

Closed for no reason! On maps it says you are open. If I had known that, I wouldn't have stopped here and wasted my time.

Food good as always but unfortunately the app doesn't work there and everything is overpriced.

They don't take coupons and have a very limited offering. Really an unnecessary branch

Opening hours like an authority. Just close the shop and make room for a reputable service provider who can serve people while traveling.

Very tasty burgers and nice people

We wanted to get something to eat here while we were passing through. The space was very clean, the staff was courteous. It was clear that we were there with a dog and we were immediately offered a bowl of water. Our food tasted good and so did the coffee. Everything great.

I left again because I didn't want to wait in line!

Take the next rest stop and drive to the golden seagull. Unfortunately, BK acts like they're funny here.

Mega little offer. No king menu, no coupons.

Everything was dark and closed on Friday at 3:25 p.m. Display with "closed" without giving a reason. But there were at least four tables still occupied and people were in the middle of eating.

Fast customer processing. Cash is reluctantly accepted. Not again.

I have rarely experienced such a shabby and unhygienic Burger King. We went in and straight back out.

This is a Burger King on a motorway and, therefore, is a Burger King. I can't say much other than it would appear that BK in Europe is considerably more expensive than the UK, circa €25 for two meals.

Everything is fine, but the only thing is that when the hall was empty, the machines where you place your order were turned off and there was an offer for a full hall and long service. But in reality everything is empty. Our order was made very quickly.

If you are no longer supported when ordering...

The rest stop is okay and stylish, the toilets are clean. The Burger King there isn't that good.

It's the first time I see restaurants where you have to pay to use the toilet and wash your hands.

Bad service, no coupons redeemable

Unfortunately it was very dirty and there were no menus because the drinks machine was broken

Closed on Monday afternoon for no reason.

First of all, I'm not a fan of ordering from the machine, if there are no EC shopping options at the machine, then you go to the next machine and when you select German, Dutch is suddenly displayed, gives me something to think about. At the third machine I needed help because after selecting my food, the display came up for the selection of coffee and only as a cancellation selection. With the help of the non-English speaking waitress I could then have what I wanted.

The staff is unfriendly, they work very slowly. I ordered a double cheeseburger, they gave me a cheeseburger first

It was so full there that we couldn't even get a parking space. Also totally overcrowded inside, so we didn't go in.

Out of five order machines, only two are working, the tables are not wiped down, you have to wait a long time for your order. At the end, they also put not what we ordered. They changed, but did not even apologize

We haven't eaten so badly in a long time. Simply unappetizing. Service is zero. Better take a roll with you.

Never saw in my life so a bad motorway restaurant. Completely overpriced and dirty. I thought those times are over but glad that I checked the prices before ordered....a small coffee for nearly 5 €...... crazy....

Overpriced. Didn't know that one branch could charge twice as much as another

According to the internet open until 7pm, was there at 3:30pm and was already closed. When I asked the other employees why it was already closed, I quickly realized that they didn't understand German or English. I was simply left standing. An absolute disgrace.

We ordered directly from the store, the employees shouted at each other and bad-mouthed each other. The lady who served us didn't have a kind word, let alone tone, for us. You could tell that she was extremely annoyed.

Open until 7 p.m. but closed at 6:40 p.m....

Were there at 6:00 p.m. According to Google, the store should be open until 7 p.m. Damn, everything was already closed. It's better to go somewhere else where the opening times are observed.

Unfortunately, the two burgers weren't really warm anymore and were therefore more expensive, as is typical for a rest area...

Lots of space and good preparation. All clean. Very friendly and attentive staff. The young teenagers were annoying. Loud. A quiet meal was only possible when they left.

No vouchers will be accepted anymore and all menus will only be available at the most expensive price. €7.99 for a menu BUT there's another €4.99 on top for a small/large selection, so each menu is at least €12. Sorry, just a rip off. Order only at the terminal, no more customer service. Edition was friendly.

My first time in BK. For the price I expected a larger portion and not for children. The cash register was closed, only one machine worked and it hung up. Cheeseburgers are small, onion rings are ok. As everywhere, it's a disaster with paper tubes. Recently I've been taking my own stainless steel ones. It was not possible to use the voucher from the toilet.

Food as good/bad as usual. But this restaurant in general should not exist. Soulless, outdated place used mostly for the 1-EUR toilet visit. The staff is like robots moving about but not really caring to serve customers. There is no reason to stop here other than you being very hungry

Food was very tasty and the employees were also very nice. The only negative is that the ice cream machine was broken.

Since they have their machines that ask for more than what I want, I've been avoiding both burger places!

I didn't eat, I just went to the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and the toilet had an electronic self-cleaning device that cleaned and sterilized the seat before sitting and after sitting. This was wonderful.

Unfortunately, due to its size, you cannot redeem coupons. Otherwise everything was ok. The Serways toilets, especially the changing area, were great.

Unfortunately only 1 star. We were there just before 6:45 p.m. and everything was cleaned, lights off and no more conditions there. What kind of service is that?

The restaurant is supposed to open at 11 a.m.... 11:10 a.m. was asked politely... the answer was completely lackluster..."Wait a minute." The tables were all dirty and had leftover food. Plan for a motorway surcharge... 16 euros for 2 burgers. Sanifair vouchers could not be redeemed either....Supposedly invalid... Next time we'll take a further descent

No vouchers. €3.39 for a cheeseburger. Nothing good.

Vouchers are not valid here, big minus! All the tables and the floor were dirty, even though there were almost no guests and enough staff to wipe down the tables. Sanifair requires cash withdrawals because the system takes 10 minutes to process the redemption. The only positive thing was the friendly staff at the counter. We'll go to a different Burger King next time.

Today, September 9th, 2024, I wanted to go to Burger King, my grandchild had requested it, get there at 6:20 p.m. and the store is closed, everything is already spotlessly cleaned, even though it was actually supposed to be open until 7:00 p.m. The only Burger King in Helmstedt and the surrounding area delivers a very poor performance. It's a shame actually.

The branch does not accept vouchers/coupons and does not offer any other usual discounts (e.g. King Deal)

According to the opening times in google it should be open at 19:00, but on arrival at 18:30 it was closed

Apparently no card payment possible and no coupons, Ordered 4 simple Whoppers and a kids menu with a small fruit tiger, small fries and four nuggets with ketchup. Result 38.10€ after deducting two toilet vouchers, receipt couldn't be given either. Clearly fraudulent by the cashier. Were there on January 30th, 2024 around 2:00 p.m

Burger King in einem Rasthof. Essen war okay, eben BK. Von fünf Bestellautomaten funktionierte nur einer, entsprechend lange Schlange. Die Voucher vom Sanifair funktionierten auch nicht..

Wat een drama bij de kassa's. Alleen de zuilen worden gebruikt maar daar ontstaat een lange rij. Bij de counter staat iemand niks te doen, maar die gaat niet even de fysieke kassa draaien. Waardeloos.

Das Burger King ist zwar klein und es geht sehr schnell alles aber es hat mir nicht geschmeckt sonst schmeckt ja das Essen von Burger King aber bei denen war es leider nicht der Fall vor allem die Pommes eigentlich sollte er saftig und lecker schmecken dort hat es wie eine Pape geschmeckt daher leider nur 2 Sterne

Alles gut behindertentoilette tip top. Tja personal bedauernswert alleine ( gut es ist 1. Weihnachtstag aber egal) wir machen regelmäßig hier Pause. Das hier 16 uhr Feierabend ist geht gar nicht. Das täten wir auch gern nach 16 uhr bzw. 18 uhr . Korrigiert das!

Kein schöner BK, Möbel runtergewirtschaftet. Das Essen haben wir relativ zügig erhalten. Trotz 1€ Servicegebühr für die Toiletten ist der WC Bereich im Rasthof sehr ungepflegt und dreckig. Das kann es einfach nicht sein. Wofür bezahlt man dann die Servicegebühr. Aber dafür kann Burger King eigentlich nichts. Den Rasthof konnte ich leider nicht direkt bewerten.

War bisher bei keinem Burger King mit höheren Preisen. Dazu werden keine BK-Coupons angenommen. Angeblich kann man hier die Coupons von Sanifair einlösen, ging aber auch nicht. Code sei angeblich ungültig gewesen. Essen war jedoch schnell, warm und gut.

Dieser unscheinbare Fastfood Gasthof bietet alles was das Langstreckenherz begehrt. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll, modern und eine fantastische Abwechslung zum Innenleben des PKWs. Mit der offenen Gestaltung des Innenraums dieses Restaurants wird dem Wohlergehen des Besuchers entgegengekommen, der sich hier ausgiebig ausruhen kann. Wir haben uns von den sympathischen Mitarbeitenden willkommen geheißen gefühlt. Besonders der junge Mann an der Kasse hat uns die nervenaufreißende Fahrt vergessen lassen und den vollen Fokus auf unser Wohlehrgehen gelegt. Die Mahlzeiten waren frisch zubereitet, köstlich und konnten unsere Seelen erwärmen. Gerne kommen wir wieder zu diesem Etablissement.

Der Ort Helmstädt ist ganz in Ordnung. Bei den Preisen vergeht es einem. Doch ich denke das es überall in diesen Geschäften so ist.

Es war leer , kein anderer Hast . Bestellen konnte man nur am Terminal . Leider gingen keine Gutscheine , was sehr ärgerlich ist. Das Licht war ziemlich düster . Das Essen wurde frisch gemacht war aber leider nur lauwarm daher auch nicht wirklich lecker . Nochmal halten wir hier nicht an .

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, da ich das Essen bei denen besser in Erinnerung habe. Es nimmt sich nun nichts mehr mit Mc Donald

Kleine Filiale in Kombination mit anderen Essenangeboten. Es war voll aber es ging trotzdem recht schnell bis das Essen fertig war. Leider waren von 5 Bestellterminals 3 abgeschaltet und bei einem fehlte das Bonpapier, so dass faktisch nur 1 Terminal genutzt werden konnte. Daher haben viele Kunden am Tresen bestellt. Dafür 1 Stern weniger beim Service.
