Worst Burger King I've ever been to!

We wanted to eat there today, and it was just about okay! My wife wanted the new kebab burger, which was apparently sold out! 15 minutes later, it was finally available to order, which I think is a rip-off! What I find worse, though, is that there's no one there who speaks proper German. We wanted to find out on the spot why we were being treated like this, but no one really understood us! We won't be going to Burger King in Helmstedt again, that's for sure! Zero service.

We were very annoyed that we spent €13 here. The nuggets were soggy, the burger for €7 was terrible, the bacon wasn't crispy/warm, we marked our order for takeout but got it in a bag, and all the tables were dirty...

I ordered a Kebab Style Lover, and the server said in Hindi, "Bik Gaya" (unfortunately sold out). The next customer got one. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed, even though it wasn't busy. All the tables were dirty. No one spoke German there, only Hindi. It was very strange and dirty. What a shame.

It's not worth the money and time wasted, the food tastes old, even the Coca-Cola is not good... The service took too long, around 30 minutes even though we were the only ones who ordered.

I can only agree with the negative reviews. A 25-minute wait for a small menu with no special requests is unacceptable, even for such a small restaurant.

Never in my life have I waited so long for fast food – these guys processed three orders within 30 minutes. Then everything was burnt and cold. Top experience!

Waited over 20 minutes for a chicken burger and a Coke without ice – you can't call this fast food anymore. Are they going to catch the chicken first???

Beverage was diluted. We ordered Fanta but it almost tasted nothing, like flavored water.

Terrible. You don't really need to know any more. Save yourself the trouble of driving away. One of the employees speaks German, and the rest don't even understand the word "fries." We waited an hour for three burgers and two portions of fries. There were no soft drinks at all. No vouchers. It wasn't clean either.

The worst Burger King I've ever seen! Super slow and only one German-speaking employee there! I'm so sick of it!

I wish I could rate it worse. The staff were completely overwhelmed! I ordered a Whopper and a Big King, but I got a Whopper and a cheeseburger. Anything can happen! They apologized and told me the Big King would be right there! Five minutes later, I was served the same thing again, as if I were blind and stupid. After that, the employees simply placed a second burger slice on top of the small burger and said, "Now that's it!" (Of course, every single employee touched the burger again, even those not wearing gloves!) My request for a refund of my measly €7 was ignored. The burger was thrown away, and the Whopper tasted exactly as it looked—not good!

By far the worst experience at a Burger King. We had to wait forever, half of our order couldn't be prepared, and the staff was too confused to refund us the correct amount. Overall, a very chaotic experience; I wouldn't go back.

Burger King closed for renovations. Overpriced alternative food.

It's closed. It was listed as open on Maps. Everything was covered with tarps. I don't know if it's just undergoing renovations or is being completely dismantled. The fact is, I was misled and didn't get anything to eat. A great company that can't update its own services online.

It closes at 6:30 p.m. What kind of rest stop is this? Germany, a service desert?

Of four coupons, only one worked. The drinks weren't cold and lacked carbonation. The burgers were lukewarm and didn't taste like the usual BK. The nuggets came with the wrong dips.

We took a break there, and there were two or three terminals that worked. The cash counter was supposedly broken, which I don't believe. It was even covered in handwritten signs. Probably not in the mood to be served right away. In any case, Burger King was running a promotion, and of course, the terminal hadn't been updated, so you couldn't participate. It was simply very poorly done. It worked perfectly at other branches. The faces of their employees... they just had zero desire to work. So I wouldn't recommend it, at most, to take a pee break.

Rarely has it been as bad as at this rest stop. The terminals were shut down during the ordering process. My order went through, but my husband didn't get anything. But since one of the orders had already been paid for and couldn't be canceled, we had to wait half an hour. The result wasn't a double chili cheeseburger, but a burger split in half with barely noticeable sauce and zero jalapenos. They've always looked different and tasted much better... The excuse that everything was sold out doesn't help. They still charged full price. Weird.

The store was closed, even though it clearly stated online that it was open. A 1-hour detour for nothing.

I like eating there, it has the classic menu like every other branch except for the ice cream products.

There's nothing left to eat here at 6 p.m. I specifically pulled off the highway after a 6-hour drive to get something to eat.

Burger cheese was still cold. Bread was sticky. It's been better.

The whole family's burger buns were cold. Fries were good. When this was pointed out, no attention was paid at first. The 3 stars in Ambiente are only for cleanliness. The restroom staff were competent and friendly. 👍

I'm specifically rating the service: Fast. I've never had my food delivered faster at BK. Using the vending machines alone is incredibly annoying! Luckily, they were broken. We wished for better communication. The notice that orders can only be placed at the cash register could have been addressed more politely.

A standard restaurant of a popular fast food chain. Food typical of the brand. It will be great for those who like this chain's burgers. Service ok.

-Unfriendly service and handling -Opened too late -1 completely forgot about the burger I think that was on purpose since we were already lining up just to get our food. But then opening too late and forgetting a burger just because you work at Burger King and are unhappy is not possible!

So this time the food was quick because we paid directly with the card at the ordering machine. Last time we wanted to pay in cash and had to wait an hour. Yesterday, however, it was completely smooth and therefore 4 points.

We left the motorway to eat at Burgerking - but it's just a break here. This is annoying, especially for our daughter. Strangely organized here. We'd better drive past soon and take another rest stop.

The worst Burger King in all of Germany!

It doesn't deserve even one star, the food tastes old, and causes stomach problems, the potatoes are so salty that you need to drink 2 liters of water after them, the staff is overwhelmed when they have more than 3 consecutive orders, Employees have no idea what English is... And they should be educated, so that when they go somewhere on vacation, no one asks them to learn the local language so they can be served Disgrace Germany, you insufferable scions of the moustache

Closed for no reason! On maps it says you are open. If I had known that, I wouldn't have stopped here and wasted my time.

Very tasty burgers and nice people

We wanted to get something to eat here while we were passing through. The space was very clean, the staff was courteous. It was clear that we were there with a dog and we were immediately offered a bowl of water. Our food tasted good and so did the coffee. Everything great.

I left again because I didn't want to wait in line!

Take the next rest stop and drive to the golden seagull. Unfortunately, BK acts like they're funny here.

Everything was dark and closed on Friday at 3:25 p.m. Display with "closed" without giving a reason. But there were at least four tables still occupied and people were in the middle of eating.

Fast customer processing. Cash is reluctantly accepted. Not again.

I have rarely experienced such a shabby and unhygienic Burger King. We went in and straight back out.

This is a Burger King on a motorway and, therefore, is a Burger King. I can't say much other than it would appear that BK in Europe is considerably more expensive than the UK, circa €25 for two meals.

If you are no longer supported when ordering...

Everything is fine, but the only thing is that when the hall was empty, the machines where you place your order were turned off and there was an offer for a full hall and long service. But in reality everything is empty. Our order was made very quickly.

The rest stop is okay and stylish, the toilets are clean. The Burger King there isn't that good.

It's the first time I see restaurants where you have to pay to use the toilet and wash your hands.

Nice service, short waiting time, I recommend.
