Unfortunately it's not as good as it used to be and has become far too expensive! Pre-selection on the digital wall was simply done poorly, we used to go there often, now we avoid it. Hygiene also leaves a lot to be desired these days. If you don't say anything that you want a wooden pick or a fork for the fries, you won't get any and you have to eat with your fingers. 😔 Bottom drawer!😡

When you walk into a McDonald's you immediately realize that there must be Schmidt's in there, everything is dirty, the food is cold, the toilets are terrible, in one store the entire door handle of the toilet door has come out, the staff is overwhelmed, etc. Please first look at the door sign to see who the owner is, it says Schmidts on it, run as fast as you can. We'll just go somewhere else from now on.

The toilet is very unclean. There hasn't been a deep cleaning in the women's restroom for several weeks. The restaurant is also very dirty. Leftover food is lying/sticking everywhere. Long waiting time for normal order.

Otherwise a nice place but with 4 customers (inside) who all already have their food at Drive in 3 minutes without anyone coming or asking about the order, I have no understanding after we drove past the payment window and there was only one young lady whose nails are more important absolutely sad

The food is ok, but what really annoys me is that something is always missing when I order (app). When you call, you don't even get an apology, they just ask for my name and that you can take something you forgot with you next time and then they hang up.

Complete disaster! Instead of the Mc Plant nuggets I ordered, I got real nuggets. Sprite was just water. When complaints about these items were made, it was clear how overwhelmed the employees were. In the end we received 20 cold McPlant nuggets as an apology. Instead of just the 6s I ordered twice. The sprite was then replaced after a long time fiddling with it. The employees apparently didn't know how to connect the new syrup to the beverage machine. That's why there was Sprite from the bottle, also ok. Unfortunately, I've never placed an order here without something wrong being delivered..... Waiting times are often extremely long at MC Drive.

Sunday afternoon. Waited over 40 minutes for 1 cappuccino and 1 apple turnover. Ordered and paid for in advance using the app. It wasn't that crowded at all. But everyone waited and complained about the waiting time, even for just 1 coffee, missing quantities, cold goods, etc. The collection terminal was out, broken?! Thanks to the various dialects, the numbers were barely understandable, otherwise not at all. There weren't enough table reservation cards, so those outside and the pick-up announcement were also waiting. Thanks to the broken display, I helped a few non-German speaking customers translate their numbers. Sorry, no matter where I am or have been, you don't know MC d like that

Not even worth 1 star. Employees constantly touch their noses or hair, everything without gloves, which makes it bad. Toilets are dirty. Tables and floors also waited 45 minutes for 2 citizens and 2 cokes and the coke was stale. It's a really dirty place, yuck

Typical McD in the commercial area. Food ok. Super friendly service. You have to order yourself on the big screen. An extremely friendly and PATIENT employee (probably the shift manager) who was unfamiliar with McD people explained everything. So we got what we wanted. Eat normal McD quality. Waiting time short. Long waiting times and basically something is missing. Especially with McDrive. Not just sauces but also burgers. Always check here before driving away.

Even with one star, this McDonald's branch is overrated! Disastrous, catastrophic - the practical opposite of the propagated philosophy. Fast food? Laughable! After we ordered at the terminal and paid by EC, we noticed all the people waiting with annoyed faces. Some guests had been waiting for over an hour. The team of 6-7 was totally overwhelmed and not organized. The “manager” took over a few things here and there - unfortunately completely aimlessly and without a plan. He didn't control, didn't delegate, and found himself in a state that didn't allow him to make any meaningful decisions. Kind of like the captain of the Titanic back then. The DriveInn was still halfway through but nothing happened in the restaurant. I suggested stopping order taking to deal with the flood of orders that had already been received - the manager commented on this “I won’t do anything - I can’t close anything here.” After 45 minutes my patience was exhausted and I requested the manager-on-duty to cancel my order. He insulted an incompetent employee and at least gave me my money back in cash. The last comment was the cynical remark, which now makes me want to explain his job to him... I can only roughly assess what “food” was produced during that time… Loveless crap and probably not put together according to the manual! Cold and limp... The long time spent on the counter until something had to be completed certainly didn't make it any better. The mountains of rubbish, the very dirty overall condition and the disgusting toilets should not go unmentioned! Thank you for the insight into the fabulous world of glamorous system catering! It's a big mystery to me why about 20 guests remained so calm... stoic composure or shock??? Never go to this branch again!

Oh man, something like that doesn't work... I hope that a lot of people are still writing here today. I was in the store for the last time today. We ordered food in confusion and then waited, and waited, and waited... that was the case for a lot of people there today. I can't rate the food, after 45 minutes my husband had our order canceled - because about 7 orders ahead of us to eat there hadn't been made yet... it was amazing how many people were waiting there for an hour or more, and stay as calm as ever. The store is totally filthy, the staff overwhelmed and in slow motion - and the manager... without words. It's a shame that you can't give this one minus 1 star.

25 minutes wait in Mc Drive! Not normal. The food was cold.

New staff who barely understood me and hardly spoke any German. Repeatedly missing products when ordering. When I thought everything was included this time, I noticed at home that there were no toys with the Happy Meal - again.

The staff seems slightly overwhelmed but otherwise okay. The new breakfast isn't that great. Unfortunately, the toasties are only available with cheese or bacon.

Apparently no employee can operate the devices. For 15 minutes, 2 devices have been producing a police siren-like beep. It's untidy.

MC Donald's is easily accessible on the outskirts of Helmstedt, or just outside of it. The parking lot offers many options for parking, outside there is the well-known MC Donald's slide. Drive in review: There was always a young man on the phone who could really make your day with his manner. That meant we might drive by more often, but today it was a young saleswoman. We ordered something via the app, but wanted to add 1 ice cream to the order at short notice and waited for the lady. At first she was really patient because we weren't finished with the code straight away, but then she just accepted the code and told us to drive straight to the next window. We hadn't ordered the 1 extra ice cream yet and she hadn't asked if anything else came with it. No thing. When she pointed this out, she was strange and no longer said please and thank you. When we then ordered the ice cream, she rolled her eyes and typed in the ice cream. The price was stated rudely, the money was taken, the change was silently given back and the window was closed. Without a word. I stood there, of course not knowing whether I should just drive up or not, and waited accordingly. A short time later the lady came back, opened the window, grinned and simply replied "You can drive up".... What a service. Afterwards, the extra ice cream was missing, but I can ignore that because the lady at the counter was very friendly and apologized several times.

The toilets are a disaster. Apparently they haven't been checked and cleaned for a long time. The glasses weren't fastened and the basins were totally dirty. An unreasonable thing to do at 10 a.m. in the morning.

Here you can really only go to the toilet and they weren't even ok, but still better than a dirty rest area. We just had to wait 20 minutes for our order of 2 cheeseburgers, 1 fries and 1 cola. It probably would have taken longer if I hadn't asked angrily. There was no apology or anything like that….

We have never waited so long for our food at a fast food restaurant. And then the wrong thing is packed and part of the order is missing. Really uniquely bad McDonald's restaurant.

Never! Experienced such an incompetent McDonald's! Forgotten toys at the happy meal!!! And a citizen orders without salad and stuff, and the employees are so incompetent and can't take these extra "requests" into account. 20€ for the garbage can. A total dirty club!!!!

MC Drive with a 20 minute waiting time doesn't work at all. You think after waiting so long that the cheeseburgers must have been freshly prepared, but no, the things were cold and looked like they had been run over by a tractor. The fries were hot but wobbly and saltless. One of the worst Mäkes stores I have ever experienced.

After a long bike ride I was really craving an MC Rip. My burner at Mc'es. Extra sauce with extra Ham and a stack of napkins and off we went. Man, I probably looked like a toddler after eating that meal. But no matter, the rip was awesome again: addictive for me. Soon again.

Tested MC Donald in Helmstedt today: Drive IN at 11 p.m. ordered 1 mc rib through soft, 2 fish old dry, 1 double cheeseburger dry and everything cold & stood for 30 minutes.. Salesman very unfriendly and bossy, charging €25 for this disgusting meal is quite a lot and there was no receipt either.

Der mcdonald's hier in Helmstedt ist unterirdisch. Die Tische sind selten geputzt, Müll liegt auf dem Boden, die Wände sind teilweise mit seltsamen Flüssigkeiten beschmiert. Die Toiletten sind dreckig und zu allem Übel kommt noch dazu, dass der Service über eine halbe Stunde braucht, um das Essen an den Tisch zu liefern 😡

Food is often cold. Home delivery is disastrously long. Waiting time at the drive between 2 and 5 minutes even though there is nothing going on. Employees unmotivated and sometimes unfriendly. They have now stopped the delivery """""service""""".

After about 15 minutes of waiting for the 4 vehicles in front of me in the Mcdrive, my 2 burgers were brought to the car freshly prepared by a friendly employee. Conclusion: If you are very hungry, it is better to look for a quicker solution, endure the waiting time with taste...

McDonald’s ist halt McDonald’s. Es schmeckt und man fühlt sich wohl. So soll es sein.

Heute McDrive mal wieder ausprobiert es hat funktioniert. Das Essen war lecker aber 2 Teile vom Menüs fehlten noch mal zurück und gleich bekommen. Das darf nicht passieren oder......Die Coca-Cola war für mich das beste.

Einfach schlecht gemachtes Essen, leider. Der Aufwand den man mit dieser Automatenbestellung übernimmt wird leider nicht in die Qualität des Essens oder die Sauberkeit des Restaurants weitergegeben.

McDonald bleibt immer das richtige für schnell und zwischendurch. Das Essen kam sehr schnell an. Menge und Qualität haben nachgelassen. So wie überall heutzutage. Preise hoch, Menge runter.

Sauberkeit ließ am Tag meines Besuch zu wünschen übrig. Die Speisen haben teilweise nichts mit den Bildern auf den sie abgebildet sind gemein. Pommes lauwarm. Und die Pommes werden von Jahr zu Jahr immer schlechter in der Qualität!! Mal bei Burger King abschauen!!!

Total katastrophe!!!Erst mal fast 40 minutes warten und am ende bekommt mann nicht Wass bestelt und alles Kalt.

Eine schöne Mc Donalds Filiale. Das Essen ist immer, sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Schönes Ambiente, aber könnte etwas sauberer sein, daher einen Stern abzug.

Mc Nuggets waren viel zu lange in der Fritteuse. Curly Fries auch. Wenigstens war alles da diesmal.

Vegetarier aufpassen!!! Wir haben uns heute beim McDrive u.a. den vegetarischen McPlant Burger geholt. Zuhause ausgepackt. Die Verpackung war noch eindeutig dem McPlant zugehörig. Beim Öffnen dann die Überraschung: Man konnte sofort erkennen, dass es ein Fleischpatty war, nämlich der vom McCrispy. Gerade bei vegetarischen Gerichten darf so etwas nicht passieren.
