Sorry, but I find these old vending machines awful. Some of the burgers aren't what they used to be. The prices have also exploded.

Well, it's McDonald's. It was empty, but breakfast was quick and hot.

This is the second time they have placed an incorrect order.

Very clean, odorless restrooms, something I've rarely experienced at other McDonald's. Fast service, very friendly, no waiting, and friendly staff. A real big thumbs-up for this branch.

They shouldn't hire a manager, as they have no experience, don't know how things work, and are overwhelmed! Received a completely different order! Extremely long wait, we had to wait about 45 minutes for our order at 10:30 on Saturday.

The food took half an hour to arrive. What's even worse is that this branch is really dirty. The return carts were overflowing, the tables were dirty, and the floor was filthy.

This McDonald's has become extremely bad. I ordered there yesterday for the first time in a long time. When I arrived, the place was extremely busy. The staff were completely overwhelmed. They only prepared orders after people complained. The staff simply ignored the customers. After two hours, after I complained, an employee finally looked at my receipt and started making my order. That took another 30 minutes. I ordered at 9 p.m. I left McDonald's with my order at 11:30 p.m. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Plus, the food was cold and tasteless. I've never seen such incompetent staff.

We've been standing at the McDrive counter for over 50 minutes. This is definitely unacceptable. At the checkout, we were asked for drinks. Only after we showed our order confirmation and it was photographed was our menu prepared.

We had to clean our seats with water and wipes before sitting down at the table. Our food arrived after 45 minutes. The food was cold, and so was the coffee! Luckily, they had cold ice cream!

Absolutely terrible, there are hardly any German speakers at the moment, and ordering on-site took an hour and was cold and wrong.

I was there today, July 17th, for the new offer. The service is absolutely horrible. Almost an hour in the drive-thru with almost 12 cars in front of me, and the terminals inside aren't working either. This can't seriously be going on. The manager needs to finally get things in order. I probably won't go there again.

After waiting for two hours and a follow-up call, I was told my order had been forgotten. Orders were issued as they pleased, and there was no order or principle. Some waited 15 minutes, some 2 hours... Dirty and overcrowded.

The toilet paper keeps tearing off and can no longer be removed from the toilet paper container. The staff gave me the wrong order. I was there on Saturday at 8:30 a.m., the only McDonald's for miles around that was already awake. A shame, really. The waitress was obviously still half asleep or simply suicidal before her shift started. No gloves, no smile, no coffee, so, yes, coffee was... just cold. My wrap? Half-eaten, probably on a diet. If the concept was "full and happy," my visit missed both. My tip: If you can't live without breakfast in the morning, you should make your own. It's cheaper, tastes better, and at least they don't complain when they're served.

The service was really relaxed. Luckily, because I'd pre-ordered, I got my food before many other guests. The reviews speak for themselves. This is the worst and worst McDonald's on the entire planet. Something is constantly going wrong, mistakes are constantly being made. You're asked to make room for other guests who have ordered, and you have little chance to check your food for correctness. The shake was lukewarm and thawed; you could already hear the germs giggling in the distance. The staff certainly tried hard, but either there weren't enough staff or the roster writer messed up. Absolutely unbelievable. The management in question needs to take responsibility for this and urgently rectify the situation, rather than blame the staff for the chaos. And the delivery service is always given priority.

This is by far the worst McDonald's branch ever. It's totally dirty there, you wait a long time for your food (which was also cold), and the burgers and drinks are piled up in the "kitchen". The employees just curse around. You also get a stomach ache from the food from the branch. This branch usually doesn't even deserve one star! We'll never go there again!!!

In 99% of cases I end up throwing the food away because special requests are simply ignored. You order without cheese and there is always cheese on it. Disgusting!

We were passing through on business. I wanted to try the Iced Coffee choc with the coupon. We took our order with us. On the way I wanted to try the drink I was so curious about. Unfortunately, the cup only contained ice cubes, chocolate syrup, soft ice cream and cream. Unfortunately there was no coffee included. The ice cubes only make sense if you add liquid. So you can't deliver something like that to the customer. This is a no-go and scares away customers...

You go there at 10:40 a.m. hoping that your order will be freshly made and hot! The warmest thing was the ketchup. Fries have been sitting for God knows how long and are only lukewarm. Nuggets cold like the rest. Unfortunately I was already on the way, otherwise I would have given everything back on site. It's unbelievable what McDonald's allows themselves to give out in terms of cold food.

Well, ordering online or via the app is not possible. But tastes like you know it from McDonalds. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether it tastes good or not.

I went there with my children and wanted to redeem 2 vouchers at the terminal. Got the error message that you could only redeem one voucher per order in the branch. So the first order was sent so that the children's food didn't have to wait. I then wanted to place a new order with my other voucher and kept getting an error message. In the end I just didn't order anything else for myself. It's never happened to me before either.

We hadn't ordered the 1 extra ice cream yet and she hadn't asked if anything else came with it. No thing. When she pointed this out, she was strange and no longer said please and thank you. When we then ordered the ice cream, she rolled her eyes and typed in the ice cream. The price was stated rudely, the money was taken, the change was silently given back and the window was closed. Without a word. I stood there, of course not knowing whether I should just drive up or not, and waited accordingly. A short time later the lady came back, opened the window, grinned and simply replied "You can drive up".... What a service. Afterwards, the extra ice cream was missing, but I can ignore that because the lady at the counter was very friendly and apologized several times. Update October 20, 2024: After a small fries + cheeseburger was missing last time, which was given to us, we checked today. At the checkout it's really crazy, the cashiers can't even tell you where you should go because of the constant back and forth. My husband didn't know that I had a medium fries with me, thinks it's all there, we arrive home, no medium fries with us. Became an absolute juice shop. Unfriendly and incompetent. Update 01/2025: Very good staff now and then work there, the young man who makes your day is still super friendly, which I think should be mentioned again. 2 young blonde women at the counter are quick, competent and friendly. This has been working again since the last complaint about the missing products. If it stays like this, there may soon be more stars again.

We puked all night after eating here. My whole family (4). It was very dirty there and we should have stopped eating when noticing that the burgers did not taste as usual and the curly fries tasted old. Just got confirmation from our doctor that we have food poisoning. Left a complaint with the city of Helmstedt, asking for a review of the place by the local health authority.
