I ordered a Big Tasty Bacon with an extra patty, cheese, bacon, and sauce—significantly more than the standard version—and paid €11 for the burger alone. After waiting over 30 minutes, however, I only received the extra sauce. The rest of the extras I ordered were completely missing. That's very disappointing, especially considering the price and the wait time.

The workers took 15+ minutes to pick up most orders and our food arrived broken after we had to wait another 30 minutes. Wouldn't recommend this place unless you want to wait 1 hour or more.

We were absolutely delighted with our visit. We placed a large order, and even though there were only two staff members working, they handled everything quickly and efficiently. Both were friendly and welcoming, and our food came out in great time. The burgers looked picture-perfect, neatly assembled just like in the photos, and every drink was clearly labeled so everyone could grab their own without confusion. Nothing was missing, which is rare these days with bigger orders. Everything from speed to presentation was precise and well prepared. Absolute satisfaction.

Service was friendly and everything, but three different, unrelated people ordered vegetable nuggets and all got regular ones with meat.

Great service. The small shop is staffed by only 2-3 people, but orders are still served quickly. The man in the ponytail is very nice, a truly appreciated employee. ✌🏻

On Friday, June 27, I bought several "large" fries for €4.19. According to the information I have, one "large" fry should weigh 160g. The fries we received weigh 136g including the packaging? That means, even including the packaging, that would be a 15% "waste." Thanks for nothing, and never again at McDonald's. I'm curious to see if others can confirm that you get robbed here.

Not recommended! Service was friendly but the place looked very unkempt. Fries were initially forgotten; there were clearly too few, almost raw, and unsalted. We decided it was better to leave the food alone.

Absolutely the worst McDonald I have ever been to. We have to wait over 30 minutes. And EVERY single person in the queue had to check their order, because in every one was something wrong. The service was terrible and slow. Do not recommend unless you have an hour to waste.

Staff has an IQ of 50 and can't get a single order right and is totally understaffed. Got a cold and limp Mc Chicken even though I ordered a Mc Crispy. Ordering ice cream also very difficult task for the employees. Overall, not good facilities and not a great atmosphere. Food usually puts me in a good mood, but that just wasn't it.

It's a huge scandal that you come before 10:30 and there is no Mcs breakfast!!! It is illegal to deny breakfast to travelers on their road trip! I beg you, Mc's breakfast is my elixir of life and you do this???? Really pure disappointment, I always thought no matter which Mcs you go to, you won't be disappointed between 7 and 10:30, but this shows the opposite....😢 almost made 3 adults cry...

There's a lot of space here because this McDonald's shares a rest area, so children have room to run. However, access to the toilet is not free for customers.

You can't give a star here. The food was ordered online via the McDonald's app two hours before closing time, I was there 20 minutes later, paid for the food via PayPal and then waited 10 minutes for my food until I was told that the store had already been closed for an hour. Conclusion: paid for goods, received no goods, now I have to chase the money. You can only advise everyone not to stop there and rather go straight to McDonald's in Helmstedt. This McDonald's store, exit A2 Lappwald, can go; Nobody needs it, just like the rude staff.

Completely overwhelming... only 2 people there. The opposite of fast food. You can't blame the staff, but the management should be completely fired. There are 50 people standing in a very small space and waiting.

Worst store I've been to so far. Fries and nuggets were dripping with grease (worse than they already were) and the two burgers were both cooked incorrectly. I kindly reported this to the staff and requested 2 new burgers. Instead of an apology, the employee who made the burgers was called an idiot. Not just once, but also when the new burgers were brought to us. One of them ended up being absolutely salty. The highlight: The chocolate lenses from the ice cream machine that had fallen to the floor were collected and put back with the others. I'm definitely not going there again.

Very unfriendly it says that they close at 10 p.m. but at 9:30 p.m. they say it's closed and don't sell anything anymore. And say you should look for another store.

When we were going here we knew it wouldn't be great based off the reviews... Our order only had 6 of the 10 drinks, and they were wrong, so we went back to get the right ones, we got wrong ones again. We went back AGAIN to get an ice tea swapped to a sprite, and just got another ice tea after CLEARLY explaining the situation (We had also ordered at the screen so a language barrier wasn't the issue). The screaming unpatient unfriendly man/woman (honestly couldn't tell you) "helping" us is the worst person that could have possibly been hired here. The food that we got was awful, the fries were saggy and oily, the hamburgers looked like Gorlock had sat on them, and the waiting time was way too long for a place with 0 other customers. My advice? Improve food quality and the lazy staff or just sell the place.

The food was ok, except that the McFish is only half the size and there weren't even vegetarian burgers. But please don't call it a QUICK restaurant. Despite there being few customers, we had to wait half an hour for 3 burgers, our number wasn't called even though the food was ready and then half of it was still missing.

Unbelievably bad, not normal, you order something at a quarter past 9 and you are already told that they are about to close, 45 minutes before closing time. The only thing that wasn't sold out was the Big Mac and regular hamburger. No big tasty, no mcrib, nothing left in stock, even forgot the sauces. Please drive to another McDonalds where is the quality control???

Employees speak German very poorly and are also unfriendly. Changes in the menu (e.g. drink without ice cubes) were not understood and taken into account. also the usual paid toilets. Tables were also not clean. If you don't have to, I would continue.

The floor stuck to us too. The service employee first completed his correspondence on his smartphone before he could devote himself to us. Then part of the order was wrong and the fries were forgotten.

Never again McDonald's. The guest worker from the neighboring country to the east probably hasn't changed his T-shirt for four days. According to the opening times, it is open on Saturdays until 10 p.m. We had an order for over 30 euros and we were told at around 9:40 p.m. we were closing and 2 minutes later the lights were simply turned off by a very unfriendly employee. We couldn't even finish eating. We didn't then left the food. I will never visit this McDonald's again.

We stop there for lunch when driving to UK , Service super slow staff touch everything , no gloves at all , and something was wrong with food there I feel Big Mac for next 12 hours and my son eat Burger TM and after 2 hours he start be sick for a rest of the journey , not recommended

08/14/24 18.30 the worst poppy in Germany, 2 cheeseburgers and potatoes waited 30 minutes! When I tried to reprimand the cashier, I was scolded. They didn’t include napkins or mustard. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Never go to this MacDonalds!!! A friendly Polish employee solved some problems, but this place is dirty, abandoned and neglected with very long unnecessary waiting times because it was not busy. The manager was yelling at the customers who said something about it. Order was not complete, which is normally not a problem, but when we asked about the water for our children, we were told that it had run out and after much insistence we were given the last large bottle, which was absolutely not allowed as an alternative. Later we found out that the toy wasn't in there. But they were supposedly gone... we got them later from the Polish employee. We ordered the hamburgers without sauce, which went well with one, we were able to exchange the other, again with the same Polish employee, but the hamburger was so greasy that it was unedible. Worst MacDonalds experience ever!

Food was super fine. But the employee did not act very nicely with me. The order number wasn’t displayed on the screen and therefore I wasn’t aware my order was done. I noticed very quickly, but got called out for not coming up to the counter. After explaining why, they just turned around and ignored me. Fine food, lack of respect and empathy by the guys today.

I think due to a lack of staff we had to accept our food at the main entrance, the staff seemed annoyed.

Waiting times are far too long with actually very few customers. By fast food I mean something different. No proactive work by employees. Underground!

We were disappointed on our last visit there. The service staff were apparently overwhelmed. The food was good, but we were given the wrong drink. There were also no sauces packed. The staff seemed very uncoordinated and messed everything up. We also heard from others that the orders were wrong. The ambience was kept simple according to a rest stop.

Unfortunately only the slimmed down, small version and you don't get everything here. Yesterday's staff appeared unkempt (dirty shirts), greasy hair and the shirt was semi-transparent without wearing anything underneath. But was friendly. Play area smeared everywhere with grease fingers - could use some cleaning.

Qualitativ entsprach bei meinen Besuch alles der von McDonalds gewohnten Qualität. Das Essen kam auch sehr schnell. Leider gab es keinerlei (!) vegetarische Burger, nur vegane Nuggets. Somit konnte ich nur Salat und Pommes essen. Pommes, Salat und Getränk kosten aber mehr als die meisten Menüs. Bitter!

Eine Kundin vor mir hat ihn aufmerksam gemacht das ihre Bestellung nicht korrekt ist und Mayonnaise fehlt, die hat er dann richtig herablassend der Kundin auf den Tresen geklatscht… Abartiger laden und widerliches Personal
