Washing hands and using the toilet costs €1 extra, even for guests. We'd rather go somewhere else next time.

Gorlock gave me the wrong drink 3 times

When we were going here we knew it wouldn't be great based off the reviews... Our order only had 6 of the 10 drinks, and they were wrong, so we went back to get the right ones, we got wrong ones again. We went back AGAIN to get an ice tea swapped to a sprite, and just got another ice tea after CLEARLY explaining the situation (We had also ordered at the screen so a language barrier wasn't the issue). The screaming unpatient unfriendly man/woman (honestly couldn't tell you) "helping" us is the worst person that could have possibly been hired here. The food that we got was awful, the fries were saggy and oily, the hamburgers looked like Gorlock had sat on them, and the waiting time was way too long for a place with 0 other customers. My advice? Improve food quality and the lazy staff or just sell the place.

The food was ok, except that the McFish is only half the size and there weren't even vegetarian burgers. But please don't call it a QUICK restaurant. Despite there being few customers, we had to wait half an hour for 3 burgers, our number wasn't called even though the food was ready and then half of it was still missing.

So bad, even 1 star is still too much. One works and the other three pick their noses and tell each other jokes even though the store is full. Food is cold and no one cares. Absolute disaster. Never again

Unbelievably bad, not normal, you order something at a quarter past 9 and you are already told that they are about to close, 45 minutes before closing time. The only thing that wasn't sold out was the Big Mac and regular hamburger. No big tasty, no mcrib, nothing left in stock, even forgot the sauces. Please drive to another McDonalds where is the quality control???

Employees speak German very poorly and are also unfriendly. Changes in the menu (e.g. drink without ice cubes) were not understood and taken into account. also the usual paid toilets. Tables were also not clean. If you don't have to, I would continue.

The floor stuck to us too. The service employee first completed his correspondence on his smartphone before he could devote himself to us. Then part of the order was wrong and the fries were forgotten.

We got the wrong order 3 times and everything was full of wasps, so you couldn't eat properly

Never again McDonald's. The guest worker from the neighboring country to the east probably hasn't changed his T-shirt for four days. The order was thrown so that the fries were spread all over the tray. The cola tasted more like water and the fries were unsalted and half raw. The people in the kitchen, including guest workers from the Far East, were completely listless and untidy.

I don't expect much from Mces... But a certain minimum would be nice...

According to the opening times, it is open on Saturdays until 10 p.m. We had an order for over 30 euros and we were told at around 9:40 p.m. we were closing and 2 minutes later the lights were simply turned off by a very unfriendly employee. We couldn't even finish eating. We didn't then left the food. I will never visit this McDonald's again.

We stop there for lunch when driving to UK , Service super slow staff touch everything , no gloves at all , and something was wrong with food there I feel Big Mac for next 12 hours and my son eat Burger TM and after 2 hours he start be sick for a rest of the journey , not recommended

08/14/24 18.30 the worst poppy in Germany, 2 cheeseburgers and potatoes waited 30 minutes! When I tried to reprimand the cashier, I was scolded. They didn’t include napkins or mustard. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Never go to this MacDonalds!!! A friendly Polish employee solved some problems, but this place is dirty, abandoned and neglected with very long unnecessary waiting times because it was not busy. The manager was yelling at the customers who said something about it. Order was not complete, which is normally not a problem, but when we asked about the water for our children, we were told that it had run out and after much insistence we were given the last large bottle, which was absolutely not allowed as an alternative. Later we found out that the toy wasn't in there. But they were supposedly gone... we got them later from the Polish employee. We ordered the hamburgers without sauce, which went well with one, we were able to exchange the other, again with the same Polish employee, but the hamburger was so greasy that it was unedible. Worst MacDonalds experience ever!

Food was super fine. But the employee did not act very nicely with me. The order number wasn’t displayed on the screen and therefore I wasn’t aware my order was done. I noticed very quickly, but got called out for not coming up to the counter. After explaining why, they just turned around and ignored me. Fine food, lack of respect and empathy by the guys today.

I think due to a lack of staff we had to accept our food at the main entrance, the staff seemed annoyed.

Waiting times are far too long with actually very few customers. By fast food I mean something different. No proactive work by employees. Underground!

They always forget 1 thing of your order you always have to check your order when you order

I ordered mc plants because I'm vegan and got normal nuggets...

We were disappointed on our last visit there. The service staff were apparently overwhelmed. The food was good, but we were given the wrong drink. There were also no sauces packed. The staff seemed very uncoordinated and messed everything up. We also heard from others that the orders were wrong. The ambience was kept simple according to a rest stop.

The staff was unfriendly, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our order and with my 5 piece order a six piece of Chicken McNuggets and all the sauces were forgotten. Even for a McDonalds, where you go in without expectations, very, very weak

You can't call it fast food anymore. You wait at least 20 minutes for your food. Very long compared to other branches. The employees are far too slow and can't keep up even with few visitors, urgent action is necessary here

Everything looks neglected. The chairs and tables outside have seen better days. The offering at McDonalds is limited and there are hardly any extras. Everything looks dingy.

Unfortunately only the slimmed down, small version and you don't get everything here. Yesterday's staff appeared unkempt (dirty shirts), greasy hair and the shirt was semi-transparent without wearing anything underneath. But was friendly. Play area smeared everywhere with grease fingers - could use some cleaning.

Qualitativ entsprach bei meinen Besuch alles der von McDonalds gewohnten Qualität. Das Essen kam auch sehr schnell. Leider gab es keinerlei (!) vegetarische Burger, nur vegane Nuggets. Somit konnte ich nur Salat und Pommes essen. Pommes, Salat und Getränk kosten aber mehr als die meisten Menüs. Bitter!

0 Sterne!!! Sowas von unfreundliches, überfordertes Personal, Der Mitarbeiter ist richtig Respektlos. Hinzu kommt das er alte Pommes einfach wieder zu frischen in die Fritteuse schmeißt! Eine Kundin vor mir hat ihn aufmerksam gemacht das ihre Bestellung nicht korrekt ist und Mayonnaise fehlt, die hat er dann richtig herablassend der Kundin auf den Tresen geklatscht… Abartiger laden und widerliches Personal

Katastrophe Viele Artikel sind stets nicht erhältlich, Wartezeiten unwahrscheinlich lang obwohl nur wenige Gäste da sind.

Bei den Toiletten harperts aber immer mal, selbst im Wickelraum müsste man wohl öfter sauber gemacht werden.

Für meinen Geschmack nur für den Notfall geeignet. Das Essen ist alles weich und wenig geschmackvoll. Besonders der Burger. Ich hatte einen mit so einem doppelt so dicken Patty. Konnte aber trotzdem kein Rind schmecken. Die Produkte sind aber einwandfrei. Ansonsten die moderne Systemgastronomie, wie man sie kennt. Hab jetzt für mindestens 1 Jahr wieder genug McDonalds.

Mały kącik zwany McDonalds , monitor z informacją które danie jest gotowe był wyłączony.Dla obcokrajowców jest to problem... Nie mam obowiązku znać języka niemieckiego....Pan z obsługi niechlujnie ubrany , zestaw z McDonald's prawie się rozlatywał tak byle jak był zrobiony...zero standardów Firmy McDonald's , brak stolików przy których można usiąść i spokojnie zjeść...są raptem dwa stoliki , to chyba jakiś żart! Ogólnie nie polecam tego punktu. Miałem zamiar wrócić kolejnego dnia ale po tym co zobaczyłem - zrezygnowałem. Kompletne dno i wodorosty. Posiłek miał być na wynos , z uwagi na fakt że zobaczyłem że nie ma gdzie tam usiąść... A mimo wszystko został podany na miejscu choć informowałem że ma być take a way. I był problem bo nawet nie było jak tego zjeść.... McDonalds powinien albo całkowicie zamknąć ten punkt , albo stworzyć tutaj miejsce gdzie ludzie mogą spokojnie usiąść i zjeść.

Tja, es gibt nur 3 Bürger zur Auswahl, die sind dafür frisch. Aber es ist und bleibt ein Mac Donalds.

Selten solch nette Mitarbeiter gesehen die Abends uns und die Kids bedient haben. Wollten nur eine kleine Verschnaufpause machen und die Kids haben direkt ein Geschenk bekommen und ein Buch zum lesen. Die waren sofort Happy! Danke 😀

Man kann hier gut essen, der Service war gut aber der Service war recht hektisch. Die Ambiente geht, es gibt nur recht wenig Sitzplätze.

Das war bislang einer der coolsten MC Donalds. Die zwei jungen Männer hinter dem Tresen hatten ein bisschen Mitleid mit uns da wir ewig im Stau standen vorher und auch noch ein ganzes Stück zu fahren hatten. Wir waren eigentlich schon fix und fertig. Sie haben uns ein Eis geschenkt um uns erstmal bisschen zum entspannen zu bringen. Und waren natürlich super freundlich und lustig. Wäre auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert wenn wir mal wieder dort in der Nähe sind. Danke nochmal für euren coolen Service

Restaurant zur goldenen Möwe eben, Sitzplätze müssen vom Restaurant mit benutzt werden. Das Mobilar im Wartebereich ist teilweise kaputt. Essen wird schnell zubereitet, kurze Wartezeit.

Eine kleine Filiale innerhalb einer Raststätte, die Gäste stehen leider alle nur hier an und bei keinem anderen Angebot. Schade, dass daher so wenig Platz zur Verfügung steht. Als ich dort war, waren nur zwei Mitartfür das komplette Mittagsgeschäfte vor Ort, einmal Küche und einer an der Klasse... Ich habe mich auf langes Warten vorbereitet. Aber die beiden Jungs waren do dermaßen schnell, dass alle Gäste wirklich zügig ihr Essen bekamen und alles super war... Grosses Lob, TOP! Zum sitzen war dann leider kein Platz mehr, da alles mit wartenden Gästen belegt war...

Essen wie überall. Leider keine vegetarischen Burger, keine Hafermilch. Das sollte auch bei Mc Donald’s mittlerweile Standard sein. Im Außengelände war es heute sehr unsauber. Nur eine Person im Service. Der Mann hatte echt zu tun, gerade um die Mittagszeit war viel los. Dennoch war er gelassen und freundlich. (Darum für Service 4 Sterne).

Mini-McDonalds in der Raststätte Helmstedt-Lappwald. Wird eher von Amateuren betrieben als von Profis. Dafür ist das Ergebnis akzeptabel: Die Wartezeit war nicht zu lange, der Burger und die Pommes waren OK. Insgesamt 3 Sterne.

Personal schien uns etwas überfordert. Coupons wurden hier nicht gelesen und dies bezüglich war man uns auch keine Hilfe. Im Ausenbereich waren die Tische nicht sauber. Das Essen jedoch war ok und frisch.
