The McDonald's in Lohne is one of the cleanest, most modern and most beautiful branches. There is a lot of automation in the toilets. Everything is clean. Ordering and preparation are quick. The interior is large and bright and there are screens for entertainment.

Freshly made food but very dirty...

Preferably 0 stars. I was there with a friend and ordered from the machine and a short time later, we weren't finished yet, an employee came and rushed us to pay because the food was ready. On the receipt it said that the food will not be prepared until it has been paid for and since I paid in cash at the cash register it had not yet been paid for. He was very rude and aggressive in tone! I won't eat there anymore and I also left a little note on the receipt. The fries were also cold and bland

Actually, we were “always quite happy.” However, what we experienced there today is not possible at all. Sure, it was rush hour on Saturday evening, so getting a table was difficult. Especially when some tables and chairs are laden with rubbish. The tray tray was also completely overcrowded and the tables were quite dirty. When I asked about a forgotten straw, it was slammed onto the counter in complete exasperation. At least the food was warm. 👌🏼

I ordered there via Lieferando. As the driver was on his way, I got a call that half of the order was missing. I should contact Lieferando and complain about the missing part of the order. After I didn't hear back for over 30 minutes, I called them again. The "manager", who barely spoke German, told me that I could pick up the menu. Why do I order when pickup would be an option for me?! Disastrous service, zero customer focus and communication in German is hardly possible. If I could give 0 stars I would give 0 stars. Furthermore, if you order via Lieferando, you pay even more for the respective menu.

I come here sometimes. Only yesterday the fries were fried in the same fat as the fish fillet. Not tasty. Especially when you are already on the road. That really stinks.

Clean branch, unfortunately there are no self-service terminals and you can't order via the app.

Sticky, dirty floor. Many employees behind the counter who work completely uncoordinated and are hectic in their operations, but ignore the customers at the counter. I left again without consuming anything.

We usually love this branch. But apparently there has been a change in personnel. An arrogant young lady who cashed in on us had no desire to work today. Snappy answers and when our son asked if he could have another Smurf, the child was told loudly and specifically that there was no such thing. Thanks to this unsympathetic person for exposing my child. Incidentally, I already said something about their behavior on site. Personal training is absolutely necessary here!

Unkept terrace, flower pots used as ashtrays. No card payment possible if you want to redeem the vouchers from the toilet. No choice of salad. Food very expensive. Not good value for money. No wooden forks available. Otherwise quite friendly staff.

Food was a bit cold (french fries🍟 and cheeseburger🍔)

PEOPLE NEVER ORDER FROM THE STORE. WORST ORDER EVER! THIS HAS A CONSEQUENCES. WE REQUESTED STORE CLOSURE OF THE MAIN BRANCH!
