McDonald's in Frankfurt (Oder)

There have been no chicken products for over a month... Let's see if this situation also takes a quarter of a year, like the ice cream machine repair. The food is often produced in bulk and, after too long, is "very delicious."

No nuggets for weeks. They're not willing to compromise, so you have to resort to other options. Many items on the menu have black lines through them!

Why only open until 8 p.m.?!?! Previously the only shop in FFO with a long kitchen and always full—what happened??

I'm absolutely furious right now. We wanted to buy a Happy Metal for our little girl. At the entrance, it said they didn't have any potato nuggets due to a technical problem. So we wanted fries instead of the nuggets. We were rudely told that wasn't possible. McDonald's in Frankfurt can't bring themselves to double the fries in Happy Metal instead of their meat burgers. That was the last time we go to McDonald's in Frankfurt. They really need some service training in friendliness. Being approached like that for a small request is unacceptable.

For a month now, no fryer that works for chicken. The employee said that it would be until September. Since they are moving anyway, it would not be necessary. Better go to Poland. This branch is the last one and nothing will change.

Bad, worse, McDonald's in Ffo There have been no chicken nuggets or chicken in general for weeks. I can't recommend this place at all – thank goodness the other McDonald's in Ffo is opening soon.

Like Frankfurt/Oder itself: not particularly appealing, more 80s-style. No self-service terminals, plenty of seating, friendly service staff. Burgers and fries are abysmal: greasy burgers, horrible buns, "Philly burgers" simply inedible, fries soggy and bland (forgot the salt?). Plenty of parking (€1 per hour). Clean restrooms, but not wheelchair accessible (upper floor).

What's going on here? The store is run down, dirty. Once again, half the selection is unavailable. Almost all chicken products have been crossed out. The fries are already soggy in the box. The Coke was more water than anything else. And all of this at exorbitant prices. We won't be coming back to this store, that's for sure.

What's wrong with a McDonald's for you to not get chicken products?! Unbelievable! Then you order fries and get the most soggy bits of food you can imagine. "Amazing food!" I recommend everyone drive two minutes across the border to Poland to the McDonald's in Słubice instead of ordering something here!!!

The worst McDonald's in Germany I know. No ordering kiosks, no app ordering available. Dirty and run-down. A McDonald's from the 2000s, with no modernization. Long wait times (20-30 minutes during peak hours). There have been no nuggets or chicken burgers for a few weeks. Only the staff is friendly. Conclusion: Absolutely NOT recommended. Better go to the McDonald's in Słubice. You don't have to support a place like that voluntarily.

There are no self-service machines, it is inconvenient without knowledge of German, there is no lactose-free milk, long queues

A very poor McDonald's. No self-service checkouts. The restaurant was dirty. We waited in line for about 20 minutes. I should add that it wasn't rush hour and traffic was light. Many items weren't on the menu. The food quality was decent. The only thing I can really praise is the friendly service. Overall, I don't recommend it; it's better to eat on the Polish side.

It's long past its prime. Limited selection (no nuggets!). Everything is dingy and run-down. No online ordering possible. Trolleys overflowing with returned trays.

Chicken nuggets and other things with chicken have not been available for a long time

The most backward store I've ever seen. It dates back to 2000, and nothing works there. You should think twice about wasting your time there.

The price was incorrectly marked. They were charged one euro too much. The restaurant manager simply said, "You have to accept it." Aha... I'm not talking about the euro here, but rather the disrespectful way you're treated here. Then the service: Completely overwhelmed with working the cash register and preparing the food. Wrong burger. Okay, that happens. The fries didn't work out; apparently, no one wanted to make more fries. After two customers had been served in between, the fries finally arrived. Accidentally, half the bag was tipped out onto the tray. The burger seems to have fallen completely into the grease. It was dripping and dripping... The dirt on the ground floor was the worst, and the restroom was even worse. Everything was sticky... Never again!

Such long wait times... completely outdated. No app ordering, no terminals, slow staff. Not so enthusiastic.

A really good McDonald's near the Polish border. The staff is very friendly, and the food tasted pretty good, compared to other McDonald's I've been to before. The store is also very clean, including the restrooms. I've even experienced it once where you couldn't even get in because the door was so dirty.

Unfortunately, I can only give this McDonald's "restaurant" – it's more of a snack bar with a separate room – 2 stars. The service here deserves 3 points; I've experienced more cleanliness and friendliness at other McDonald's restaurants... The milkshakes (here, vanilla and strawberry flavor) are extremely sweet. There's another way! The burgers seem, to put it mildly, sloppy. Everything is scattered all over the place between the buns; it could be better! The fries were also rather soft, hardly crispy. The ambiance is also outdated, early Generation X...! The upstairs was too closed, even though it was too crowded downstairs.

The Big Tasty Bacon tasted like ass. It was also just a model kit in the packaging. The fries weren't even cooked, and there was no trace of salt. The only things that tasted good were the ice cream (as long as the ice cream maker worked) and the Coke. PS: The ice cream gets a star.

I asked the lady if I could have a Big Mac with two fish patties and was rudely shown out of the room! Because I then got a kebab across the street, and it was delicious, I'm still giving it 4 stars.

I was there 10 minutes ago and ordered three fish burgers, a side of fries, and a cheeseburger. Shortly after we got on the highway, we noticed that none of the fish burgers were fish. How can you forget to put the main ingredient on a burger three times and then put tartar sauce on top even though it's on top of the fish? I really don't understand how you can be so unprofessional and not make a burger with four ingredients. Thanks for nothing, expensive, and then you don't even get your food. I'll never stop by again and will go to Burger King from now on, where at least you get what you order. If it were possible to give 0 stars, you would have. Bye

Too bad, the directions to McDonald's online don't mention that there's NO McDrive 🧐 here and that parking is limited! 😱 This is extremely inconvenient for those unfamiliar with the area. So we continued on without getting anything (food or drinks). 🤬

Even the clean thermos cup that I brought with me for a coffee was rejected. Apparently the employee is not allowed to touch it. All over Germany, cups you bring with you have been accepted for years, and you often even get a discount for them. Only at McDonalds do you still seem to be living in the Stone Age.

We came 100 km from Poland to eat our favorite Big Tasty. The restaurant is terribly dirty, everything is sticky, it stinks, the tables and chairs are greasy. The fries taste like they come from a cheap diner. Instead of a cheeseburger, the child was given a burnt burger with hot peppers at the Happy Meal. There are no straws for drinks. The price is cosmic! Horror

The food here is disgusting. Everything inside is dirty, the seats of the chairs look as if they were smeared with greasy oil. The toilet is small, there is no room for two people. I don't advise anyone to come here. Disgusting and vile. I won't mention the price.

McDonald's well maintained, food ok

€in McDonald's, like you find everywhere. Sometimes the burgers sit for a few minutes and aren't as tasty as they were 20 seconds ago, but everything's fine. ✅️ The wait is sometimes a bit longer. You should plan on waiting 5-10 minutes during peak hours. To be fair, since here in the Drachennest FFO every second family gets a three-course meal at McDonald's, things can't go quite that fast ;-) Oh, and there's no McDonald's drive-thru. But since no one will be able to afford a car in a few years anyway, I consider this "future-oriented." 🤙

We've often found our order incomplete, and the burgers were impossible to prepare. This is probably due to the busy times. The staff's language is sometimes difficult or unclear to understand. If you want to eat upstairs, it's brutally hot, even in spring when it's around 15 degrees outside. Not a single window is open, and the tables are often very dirty! There are better branches!

We were very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. The food was ok, we enjoyed it. Unfortunately, at the end we wanted to use the toilets and had to realize that it was a complete disaster in the women's and men's areas. There was vomit in the sink of the men's toilet and the floor in the women's area was smeared with kake and the toilet was completely full of shit. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the restaurant, upstairs and downstairs, left a lot to be desired. The trolleys for the tablets were full and many of the seats were also dirty. But the play area was very clean.

There are more modern McDonald's - you just have to drive over the border...

The food was the worst I've ever eaten, cold and tasteless. Mc in Poland with better service and take better care of orders and guests.

The food was almost still hot, tasted very good and the employees even asked whether everything was okay and whether the food tasted good.

The most delicious Hamburgers ever eaten! Perfect! The fries were cold.... It could be a bit friendlier, a smile is always good!

The Big Rösti, which was described as Raclette, was actually the normal one. Vice versa for an acquaintance. Why don't you get what you ordered? It's not that difficult. Especially when you take something with you, you don't notice the mistake until much later. Very disappointing and one of the worst McDonald's I've been to.

It's been a long time since I've been to McDonald's with my son, the employee behind the checkout is in a state of total dissatisfaction, he can barely speak German, the burgers are stuck to the packaging and are carelessly slapped together. You always have to ask for the receipt and really check everything to make sure everything is in there. Something is often forgotten, but the main thing is to pay. So a visit to McDonald's in Ffo isn't really worth it.

I had dinner here this evening. Simply great. For me this was the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Was clean and tasty. Order was complete. Also that you can sit outside. I just found the atmosphere lovely.

The branch is very spacious and clear, the first floor is more comfortable and there are also the toilets, which were very clean.

The shakes are ready sooner and stand around for 5 minutes until the citizens arrive. Service friendliness unfortunately zero. Ordered a large shake and received a small one. 😡

The waiting time is long and the order is mixed up. You order one thing and get another.

Never this McDonald's again. Disgusting filth. Ordered a large strawberry milkshake and a small chocolate milkshake. Both are much too liquid and the strawberry milkshake still has coffee in it. Food is actually ok, service is also ok and the ambience is not particularly special. But the fact that there is now only breakfast until 10:30 a.m. is fatal and outrageous. You no longer get good food and if you are absent for 3/4 of an hour as a student, you only have something to eat for half an hour. It is also cheeky that the WiFi is only available in the lower area. Let's be honest, no one goes for breakfast at mecci and if they do, the normal menu is enough. Overall, a disgrace.
