McDonald's is well maintained, food is ok

We've often found our order incomplete, and the burgers were impossible to prepare. This is probably due to the busy times. The staff's language is sometimes difficult or unclear to understand. If you want to eat upstairs, it's brutally hot, even in spring when it's around 15 degrees outside. Not a single window is open, and the tables are often very dirty! There are better branches!

€in McDonald's, like you find everywhere. Sometimes the burgers sit for a few minutes and aren't as tasty as they were 20 seconds ago, but everything's fine. ✅️ The wait is sometimes a bit longer. You should plan on waiting 5-10 minutes during peak hours. To be fair, since here in the Drachennest FFO every second family gets a three-course meal at McDonald's, things can't go quite that fast ;-) Oh, and there's no McDonald's drive-thru. But since no one will be able to afford a car in a few years anyway, I consider this "future-oriented." 🤙

Coffee is terrible The hamburger for the child was spoiled (the meat was overcooked, somehow bitter) The wait is sooooo long, and the products do not meet the requirements of the company itself. For this reason we go to Słubice. I recommend going to another establishment

First of all, unfortunately you had to wait almost 10 minutes before you could even order. Unfortunately there is no excuse for that either. Food was ok so far

We were very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. The food was ok, we enjoyed it. Unfortunately, at the end we wanted to use the toilets and had to realize that it was a complete disaster in the women's and men's areas. There was vomit in the sink of the men's toilet and the floor in the women's area was smeared with kake and the toilet was completely full of shit. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the restaurant, upstairs and downstairs, left a lot to be desired. The trolleys for the tablets were full and many of the seats were also dirty. But the play area was very clean.

There are more modern McDonald's - you just have to drive over the border...

The 750m walk to the branch on the Polish side in Slubice is definitely worth it. Everything there is much friendlier, not so “old-fashioned” and better than in ff/o

The food was the worst I've ever eaten, cold and tasteless. Mc in Poland with better service and take better care of orders and guests.

The food was almost still hot, tasted very good and the employees even asked whether everything was okay and whether the food tasted good.

The burger we had was lukewarm, wrapper bread stuck to paper (inedible)!!!we ate it Even asked the guy who took the order to give us freshly made burgers/fries, he said it was all hot and freshly made... the fries were not at all edible... smelled funny and seemed soggy They were placed on a bad-smelling damp rag - really bad quality experience. I can't recommend the Mc-Donalds in Frankfurt-Oder at all. Just ketchup/mayonnaise and the water in the bottle was fine. Sunday February 26th, 2025, 6:00 p.m. Order.

What's wrong with McDonald's? Bought BigMac. Where is the meat? The 2 mm Patys are a joke. Luckily there are other community stores that are much better. It just tastes terrible. It was different

The most delicious Hamburgers ever eaten! Perfect! The fries were cold.... It could be a bit friendlier, a smile is always good!

It was quick, but the fries were old, 75% were not edible, the nuggets were just OK and the double cheeseburger was completely cold and the cheese was already dry and hard and still paying the full price was just cheeky

The Big Rösti, which was described as Raclette, was actually the normal one. Vice versa for an acquaintance. Why don't you get what you ordered? It's not that difficult. Especially when you take something with you, you don't notice the mistake until much later. Very disappointing and one of the worst McDonald's I've been to.

It's been a long time since I've been to McDonald's with my son, the employee behind the checkout is in a state of total dissatisfaction, he can barely speak German, the burgers are stuck to the packaging and are carelessly slapped together. You always have to ask for the receipt and really check everything to make sure everything is in there. Something is often forgotten, but the main thing is to pay. So a visit to McDonald's in Ffo isn't really worth it.

I had dinner here this evening. Simply great. For me this was the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Was clean and tasty. Order was complete. Also that you can sit outside. I just found the atmosphere lovely.

Bedienung sehr langsam keine Ordination sie schlafen dabei ein die Menüs zu machen . War am 23.8 zu 13:30 da zwei Bedienung und zwei Personen die alles machen sollen für ein Menü 20 Minuten.

The branch is very spacious and clear, the first floor is more comfortable and there are also the toilets, which were very clean.

It felt like 50 degrees in the store and the employees were sweating into their food. It's sad that there wasn't enough air conditioning for the employees. We ordered shakes with citizens. The shakes are ready sooner and stand around for 5 minutes until the citizens arrive. Service friendliness unfortunately zero. Ordered a large shake and received a small one. 😡

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered an ICE Tea peach, got a Mc Sunday with peach and didn't even get my money back.

The waiting time is long and the order is mixed up. You order one thing and get another.

Never this McDonald's again. Disgusting filth. Ordered a large strawberry milkshake and a small chocolate milkshake. Both are much too liquid and the strawberry milkshake still has coffee in it. Stupid incompetent staff and absolutely disgusting. The hamburger was like cardboard and there was hardly any sauce on the chicken burger. Then it's better to drive or walk over to Slubice and for the same money you can get twice as much food and, above all, fresher and tastier food. Dirty shop. 0 stars!

Nice staff, I was there and you could communicate in Polish without any problems

Food is actually ok, service is also ok and the ambience is not particularly special. But the fact that there is now only breakfast until 10:30 a.m. is fatal and outrageous. You no longer get good food and if you are absent for 3/4 of an hour as a student, you only have something to eat for half an hour. It is also cheeky that the WiFi is only available in the lower area. Let's be honest, no one goes for breakfast at mecci and if they do, the normal menu is enough. Overall, a disgrace.

The price is very expensive, compared to the same menu in Warsaw, here it is 2.5 times more expensive. Queue, we need to put up a board for orders, it will be much better.

Recently I was given the wrong food and couldn't eat it because it was rotten and disgusting

Friendly and nice employees on site, good view of the border on the upper floor, if you like it, kept very clean and tidy.

No drive-in, wouldn't work at this location. With the coupons very negative that each one has to be collected individually.

The on-site team always tries to allow customers in, but sometimes they have to freeze and starve outside. Unfortunately there isn't the most competent lady at the entrance. ⚠ ATTENTION: You can only come in with a vaccination certificate and QR code (2021-2022). 1G applies here! Also for take-away. Those who have recovered and been tested cannot enter! You have to know in advance as it is neither online nor at the entrance. When asked to point this out beforehand at the entrance, the lady just said condescendingly: "Nope. I won't do that, I don't care." At least as compensation for this cheek, the shed was pretty empty: the store had exactly one customer at that time, 20 people were standing outside and couldn't get in... Das einzig gute an dem Laden die Mitarbeiter freundlich und FLINK!! Die Zubereitung des Burgers lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig!!! MC Royal Menü hatte ICH, das Fleisch war ungenießbar roch sehr unangenehm aus der Verpackung, und das Brot von Bürger sehr pampig die Zwiebeln durchträngt von Fett des Brotes!! Ich hab einen neuen erhalten. Der war nicht besser!! Keinen Besuch mehr wert!! SCHADE!!

In Polen scheint es normal zu sein, das Putzfrauen auf das Männer WC gehen. Das Pissoir hat gespült als ich gepinkelt habe. Das Essen war wie immer. Eine Sache hat gefehlt, haben sie bei nachfragen aber bekommen.

Mac Donalds in Old Style. Keine Bestellautomaten, aber nette Mitarbeiter. Wir waren in Polen und kurz nach der Grenze, in Polen, war ein neues modernes Mac.

Tolle freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Ja na was soll man zu dem Essen sagen? Ist eben MC Donalds 😜

Das Essen was eben typisch McDonalds. Warm aber matschig. Das Ambiente konnte besser sein. Möbel die gar nicht miteinander passen. Im Eingangs Bereich ist zu wenig Licht. Möchte ungern wieder dort Speisen.

Ich gehe selten in solchen Restaurant oder schnell Imbiss. Denn ich koche viel lieber selbst

Ich fand den MC Donalds vor dem Umbau besser ist zwar schön geworden aber es fühlt sich keiner an als vorher und das Essen hat auch nachgelassen ich werde bei Gelegenheit Mal wieder dort hingehen und mir ein weiteres Urteil erlauben

Sauberkeit ging so ; Personal freundlich bemüht ; Preis/Leistung bzgl. Ware/Kost negativ echt krass ; CurlyFries waren pappig, lauwarm, gestückelt (Reste!?) ; Hamburger-RTS war dieses Mal frisch zubereitet und anständig belegt aber sehr, ... , nüchtern. Cola war ungenießbar - ohne Geschmack (nach Pappe, vom Becher), keine Kohlensäure
