Bester Döner ffo in Frankfurt (Oder)

So I can say a lot of good things about this store. The owner is very nice and friendly. The kebab is incredibly delicious and I would go there again and again. In my opinion it is the best kebab in all of ffo.

I thought today I would give the store another chance but that was a mistake. The staff don't think it's necessary to wash their hands and when I wanted to eat my Turkish pizza at home I found plastic in it that I would have swallowed. I hope that's all and that I didn't swallow anything, so this store doesn't work at all.

I noticed it was neat and clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive. I had a kebab box with chicken and it was tasty.

To be honest, I can't understand the many negative reviews. I've been getting my kebab regularly for 2 years and haven't been disappointed once. I have never experienced the other reviews such as unfriendliness, meat that was too raw, wrong choice of sauce, etc. The owner is a really nice person who always tries to expand his offerings and will always have a quick chat with you as long as the store isn't too full. The only thing that needs improvement is the ambience, I would be reluctant to eat in front of the shop - on the other hand, the kebab shop can't do anything about it and the other shops in FFO have the same problem.

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED❗️❌ I guess the owner grabbed a freely accessible napkin and snatched it out of my hand and said no, you can't get it, you have to buy something, even though my colleagues had bought something before and I bought fries the day before had and something to drink, so I don't understand why they react and treat customers like that... apparently in this store the customer is not king. I also saw how old kebab skewers are put in the freezer and then warmed up again when the newer skewer is empty and sold again as new, fresh kebab... Food poisoning is inevitable... Best regards

Once and never again. Meat was cold, fatty and not crispy. Sauce wasn't the one I ordered. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, they wanted to cheat me for the second time. When I ordered two sets for children, the gentleman did not give me the drinks that were included in the sets. Of course, I complained... and he pretended to be surprised that he didn't know what was going on... The first time, they tried to cheat me by giving me too little money... The food wasn't the worst, but I recommend paying attention to how and how much they charge and do they give everything as it should be... counting on the customer not to complain and be unaware...

I was disappointed with the kebab plate: the side salad was limp and the herb sauce didn't burn the taste. The meat and fries tasted pretty good. A pity

Tasty kebab, but it could be a little bigger in the basic version. Prices: from €5.50 for a small one.

Super personal. Wurde bis jz immer freundlich begrüßt vom Chef. (Vallah bester man auf Erden. Kuss an dein Herz) Einmal pro Woche ist Pflicht. Essen ist super, nur zum empfehlen, vor allem wenn du bis 15 Uhr Unterricht hast und einfach vor bei schauen kannst.

Der Döner schmeckt immer gut, das Personal gibt sich Mühe. Das Klientel vor dem Laden ist eben typisch Frankfurt. Stellenweise unangenehm

Ich finde die Inhaber einfach nur überfordert, verstehen nicht richtig was man möchte. Habe schon erlebt, das ich für einen Salat über 20 Minuten warten musste weil der Verkäufer nicht in der Lage war ihn in das Töpfchen zu schaufeln. Ich gebe ihnen trotz dessen eine Chance.
