Burger King in Frankfurt (Oder)

Unfortunately there was no hand disinfection left after you had to open the entrance door. Apparently using the toilet is no longer desired. Prices feel more expensive than the competitor with the golden M. Quality is rather mediocre, staff is always kind of annoyed, and it's rare to see a friendly face. The displays for ordering are also a half-hearted story - you can only use them if you pay by card. No matter how rarely we go there, it's always a disappointing experience.

We like to eat here, unfortunately there is no toilet (and that's not possible as a family restaurant)

Four employees are standing behind the counter and are bored, while two older men have to throw the burgers together in the back. Strange layout leads to unnecessarily long waiting times. Also: no toilet?!

Long waiting times. Almost too long. Sometimes orders are recorded incorrectly. Ordered without onions. Get with onions. Unfortunately I only noticed this when I got home. Imagine someone has allergies. This can end up really bad under certain circumstances... it doesn't have to be that way... Otherwise, BurgerKing. Update: I have to lower my original 3 star rating! Guys, if you order take away, be sure to check your order in the store! Always! Side dishes like fries, nuggets or onion rings are often forgotten! I was once again cheated out of 7 EUR because the supplement was simply “forgotten”. It was announced at the inspection. I'm starting to suspect that this is done deliberately! That wasn't the first time!

The food is OK as usual, I can't complain about that. Only the toilets urgently need to be replaced, as they still look like they did 20 years ago, just a little run down. Even if it's in the train station, the toilets don't have to be classic stainless steel without glasses. Hence a star deduction. Update: Toilets can no longer be used and are permanently closed. Apart from that, the opening hours are very tight in the evenings, so close early. If the door is locked 14 minutes in advance, you can no longer order anything. Then in the evening, after a long journey by train 🚆, I go and have dinner somewhere else 😛

Crispy chicken 4 pieces brought 3 of them bad mayo sour that's sad for expensive money to pay and some dirty products to get I'll never come back

I had a 25 minute layover to change trains... I thought a burger and a coke would probably make it to a FAST FOOD restaurant in that time, but no. So we go on the next 3 hour train without supplies... and the money for the order is gone too. The main thing is that the staff strolls around in a deeply relaxed manner. Thanks for nothing!

Disaster! This branch does not take part in any discount promotions, so the food is overpriced. No toilets, you have to use paid toilets a little further. Staff is unfriendly and overwhelmed. This store should be closed. It's a shame, I usually like to go to BK, but it's not a recommendation here.

Quite honestly cheeky from the burger child that even the toilets are locked, the coupons that are in the app are no longer listed here! Absolute juice shop but the main thing is to sell expensive food!

Just one word: embarrassing. The organization, the food, the staff, everything. I never liked MC but I'm truly sorry there isn't one around *I would like to add something else: the doors are locked 10 minutes before the official closing time. Awkward **Months later I have to lower my rating again: the new opening hours are absolutely unacceptable. MC offers breakfast and BK opens at 12 p.m. (!!!!) and closes earlier. In a train station! Wake up, you are a disgrace!

Only open from 12pm to 8pm and can't speak English! No toilet! Otherwise very nice!

If you get several menus, make sure everything is there. We were missing the Wopper menu again, so we lost €12.99 and one person remained hungry. This simply cannot happen. We ate at home. Unfortunately they were overwhelmed by the size of the order.

No toilets, only 2 of the order terminals worked and even they were super sluggish. No coupons, double rip-off prices, hardly any selection. Many products are simply missing, the food was okay, but 6 nuggets for 6 euros was a shame. FuzeTea isn't available either, but there is monster energy for 3.79 a can, it's clear... if that doesn't change slowly there, never again Burgerking Ffo. I also tell all my friends and acquaintances that the store is not worth it and only works to maximize profits!

Good for a quick bite. Very little interaction with staff cos ordering happens via terminal, pay cash or card. A bit dark in this facility, could need some more light but firstly you go there for the food. Some food sections are a bit limited in available items (comparing to BK in Cottbus). Besides that, nothing to complain about.

The vegan burger was with meat. 🤮 Waiting times are disproportionately too long. Especially since the branch is located in a train station.

No toilet, staff really underground except for a few employees. The food is cold, the order cannot be placed at the checkout and only EC card. Every good kebab shop is better positioned. If you have time, you should go to McDonald's in Poland. Overpriced in Ffo station and then below all else. Was really disappointed with Burger King today. Used to be a good shop.

I wouldn't give it a star but I have to to write this. Very unfriendly, totally overwhelmed, out of 6 devices only 2 were in operation and what I find worst is that there are apparently no toilets anymore, which isn't exactly great with children. You have to go to a public one and pay. No recommendation.

Absolutely terrible service. We bought chicken nuggets (always at least one dip with us) and they refused to give us the dip because they said we would have to pay extra for it. The system didn't save the selection internally and instead of simply adding the sauce, they refused and said we would have to pay an extra 60 cents for it. The dip was even on the receipt and they wouldn't give it out. Only after we discussed with 3 (!) employees did they give us everything we had bought. I'm glad I never have to eat here again and was just passing through.

Tried calling for 20 minutes. There appears to be a telephone but no employee. I hope you were busy at this point. If it's empty, it's ok. But a restaurant without a toilet? You are sent to the two overcrowded public toilets and have to pay 1 euro.

At first I wanted to pay in cash and waited 30 minutes to be the first in line. They just didn't approach us / then we placed an order online. Then we stood there and waited another 25 minutes for the order. In total it took us 55 minutes just to order and pick up. that is not enough. What if I was in a hurry to catch the train?

We were just at BurgerKing. First we had to wait 25 minutes for our food. When we got home, we discovered that half of it was missing...

I had the Plant based Long Chicken and the Veggie Lover Burger and both were perfectly fried and prepared. I never thought a vegan burger could taste so delicious👍🏼

I was very disappointed with my visit to this Burger King. This branch does not take part in the usual coupon promotions, which makes the prices absolutely overpriced. Without the coupons you pay almost twice as much for the same meal, which I don't find justified in any way. The quality of the food was okay, but the high price was out of all proportion. I expect a large chain like Burger King to participate in the discount promotions to offer customers fair prices. I will definitely not come back under these conditions.

As always. The food was delicious but the service was poor. The staff was completely overwhelmed with the orders. Everything got mixed up and someone else got my order. Yes, ordering via huge screens (technology) and nothing works. But it's nice there. Stop Burger King. 🤔😄

Yesterday the checkout was closed because the store was too full. After the store emptied again, they opened the checkout again, absolutely anti-social behavior. Employees seem as if they had all attended special school, absolutely incompetent. I wished that this shop would be closed. I then ordered via the terminal where it was not possible to redeem coupons. I simply paid twice as much. Last but not least, I had to wait 20 minutes for my food I was allowed to, that night I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. Today's visit to the family doctor revealed that I never have salmonella again BK in Frankfurt Oder

It's just a dirty shop! Waited almost half an hour for a small menu and then everything was cold. And then these disabled employees, just close them and then it's fine! You don't even deserve a star but if you don't give a star here you can't post anything

When I'm there there's little going on. So I don't understand why everything seems so dirty. The order went quickly and everything was in order. I find the noise from the ventilation very annoying.

I waited 15 min for a simple king deal burger and then I had to run for the train so it's not a real fast food. The service is really slow.

I understand when you're stressed, but it's not possible to treat customers like that!!! Wrong order taken when told and if you ask about it it's the customer's own fault! Doesn't work at all.

I ordered a Bacon King menu large and 20 pieces of Chili Chees Nuggets and from my menu I only got the burger, the dip and my drink but not my fries with the menu and I paid €25.98 for that!! Nobody even answers the phone. Thank you, I was looking forward to the fries. I had order number 2785

Just fast food This branch was completely remodeled. Now also with self-service terminals. I bought a chili cheeseburger with Union rings and Fanta. It tasted great. Today, returned for a long time. A King's Beef Double menu with onion rings, teriyaki dip and 0.4 Fanta. For €16.49. It tasted very good.

Today I arrive shortly after 7:20 p.m. I couldn't place the order with the coupons and went to checkout. Once again coupons didn't work but I'm used to ffo. Then I order 10 plant based cheeseburgers. One of them types it into the cash register without comment and the smaller, older lady turns around and shouts: "NOT YOUR SERIOUS!!!". I felt ripped off and asked the cashier what that was about? He says they'll stop soon. I say take the order back and left. Conclusion: juice shop.

BK is standard as far as the eye can see.

Just go in, order, pay and eat. Not more but also not less. Good this way!

BK In Frankfurt/Oder never takes part in special promotions or special burgers are available 2 weeks after all others in Germany or Poland. What kind of franchisee is this😕

Food in good Bürgerking quality but unfortunately a deduction for service as it sometimes happens that if you order a burger with extras you don't always get it, so it's always best to check. And further deduction that there are no toilets in the restaurant!

Very expensive! The toilets are permanently out of order. Missing toilets are not acceptable for a restaurant! The staff is friendly and helpful. Some vouchers are not accepted!

The order of one single simple hamburger took more than 20 minutes. The service this very slow and unfriendly, they refuse to answer questions in English and answer rudely in German. If you don't have more than 30 minutes of spare time, go to the other place in the Banhof.

Well, what can you say... overwhelmed staff which they take out on the customer. Defective technology. And sometimes long waiting times. The fact that the train customers are sleeping in the store is not the fault of the staff, because they tried to sort it out after almost an hour. I waited almost 40 minutes for my order.

A menu ordered a carelessly put together burger, no cucumber, no tomato, a snippet of lettuce drowned in sauce. According to the menu, you can only get small fries if you have large ones.

Pretty clean for a location in the train station. I had a burger meal was pretty good and fast. Would recommend to drop by

Versiffter laden keine funktionierenden Toiletten schlecht Funktionierende Automaten unhöfliches schlecht funktionierendes Personal. Also der traurigste Burger King den diese Republik gesehen hat.

Aktionen wie Kingsmart gibt es hier nicht. Seit über 3 Monaten ist die Eismaschine defekt. Personal meistens Freundlich. Preis=Leistung ist fast nicht mehr vorhanden

Wenn man genügend Zeit mitbringt und kein Problem mit Obdachlosen hat ist es okay hier zu essen. Wenn man allerdings nur wenige Minuten hat, um seine Bahn noch zu bekommen oder nicht im gleichen Lokal wie Obdachlose sitzen mag, sollte man vielleicht lieber am Laden vorbeigehen. Qualitativ war unser Essen gut. Der Laden selbst war etwas dreckig und es gibt keine Toilette für Kunden.

Gepflegter Burger King im Bahnhof Frankfurt Oder, sehr freundliches Personal und eine gute Auswahl an Menüs und Getränken, gehe dort eigentlich immer essen wenn ich in Frankfurt Oder zu tun habe.

Service wahr nicht gut nehmen sich servierten Schmieren sich damit denn Arm ab und packen die in bestellte Essens Tüte ist nur noch wiederlich

Seitdem Umbau ist das Ambiente ausgezeichnet gewählt,man verweilt gerne vor Ort, wenn man nicht gleich zum nächsten Zug muß. Bedienung ist gut,vorallem wo man jetzt auch per Bestelldisplay wählen und gleich bezahlen kann am Display.

Pommes waren uns zu salzig, am Teminal war beim Kids Menü dae Quetschi dabei im Angebot, musste aber noch mal extra gebongt werden und natürlich auch extra bezahlt werden Am Ambiente hat uns gestört, daß die Tische schmutzig waren, also nicht abgewischt wurden, obwohl das Petsonal nicht sehr ausgelastet war.

Unmöglicher Laden !!! Der Service ist schlecht- unfreundlich. Toiletten darf man als Kunde nicht benutzen, aber sowas ist in dieser Bananenrepublik nichts neues. Die Burger nur lauwarm, frische Service lässt auch hier zu wünschen übrig. Tische durchweg nicht sauber! Fazit- hier nicht mehr! Mach zu die Hütte- der Dönerladen nebenan bietet mehr.

Personal mega unfreundlich und lange warte Zeiten obwohl viele Leute dort sind ist nichts vorbereitet.....Essen nur per Terminal (EC Karte oder Kredit) bestellbar...da Mitarbeiter lieber quatschen anstatt Barkasse zu bedienen....unterirdisch und das am Bahnhof!!!!

Super service, selbst kurz vor Ladenschluss alle freundlich. Und das Essen wurde trotzdem noch sehr gut zubereitet.

Leider dauert es immer ziemlich lange trotz Terminal zur Bestellung also auf dem Weg zum Zug schwierig ansonsten gewohnte Burger King Qualität

Keine Toiletten mehr in einem Restaurant. Frechheit.Das neue Design ist top,das Essen ist gut aber meist lau warm. Der Service ist ein Witz,Langsam ist kein ausdruck,null Koordination (das lau warme essen was lange liegt wird direkt an die kalten Getränke gepackt und dabei 6x umgedreht um auf die Kasse zu schauen).die aktuelle Bestellung wird mitten im packen unterbrochen um barzahler abzukassieren und dessen Bestellung gleich zu mache.die fertigen burger liegen 15min bis sie gepackt werden und dabei werden komplette Menüs vergessen zu packen.für Service gibt's -5 Sterne.der neuste betrug ist die am bestellautomat angegebene mayo.man bestellt Mayo zu seinen Pommes und bekommt vegane Pommessauce,was soll das?wenn ich was veganes haben möchte ,bestell ich das aber wenn dort Mayo steht möchte ich diese auch so haben.das ist schlichtweg Betrug.

Das man heutzutage nur an einem Automaten bestellen kann, finde ich unmöglich und dafür gibt es auch keinen Stern.

Neue Einrichtung, aber die beiden Mitarbeiter, die dort waren, müssen die langsamsten der Welt gewesen sein.

Niczym nie wyróżniający się Burger King, znajduje się wewnętrz budynku dworca kolejowego we Frankfurcie nad Odrą. W lokalu znajdują się kioski samoobsługowe, co jest zdecydowanie największym plusem tego miejsca.

Kasse nicht besetzt..Es war nur eine Person zu sehen und das in einem Laden im Bahnhof. manchmal benötigt man Hilfe anstatt diese Terminals.

Ich musste mein Bus in 10 min bekommen und fragte wie lange sie für 4×4×4 also 12 Burger bräuchten die Dame sagt ca 5 min, und was war die Burger waren in 3,16 min fertig einfach ein super Service danke noch mal

Burger King im Bahnhof Frankfurt/Oder bietet freundliche Bedienung. In der Tüte zum mitnehmen gab es ein feuchtes Tuch, eine Serviette und auch Pfeffer und Salz.
