McDonald's in Öhringen

Just been to the mc in Öhringen never again, I prefer to drive to Ellhofen and get a full cup, an absolute cheek that's 3 spoons and then the cup is empty never again

Our order arrived quickly and tasted good. The staff was very friendly. Cleanliness was also good. Now, our absolute negative point. Not recommended for families with small children who still wear diapers, as there are no changing facilities here. Therefore, unfortunately, only 3 stars, even though everything else was good.

Basically, a regular McDonald's. There were a lot of empty seats, but it was a bit far away. For those without a car, it's a bit far to walk in the heat or any other bad weather. I also like second floors, but there aren't any here🤷🏻‍♀️

Unfortunately, the color scheme of the new McDonald's is depressing. The service was average, and the food was fresh.

Unfortunately, the food doesn't taste good at all. Burger King is tastier and much cheaper. The store closed 45 minutes before closing time, and only the drive-thru is open. The employee at the drive-thru doesn't understand German at all. Communication is very difficult. Unfortunately, there's no place nearby to eat the purchased food. No eating in the car.

There's one employee who is completely unreliable. First, they forgot something in my order, and then they gave me the wrong sauce. Some of the nuggets were also raw, and others were completely burnt. If you want to redeem your points for a McFlurry, for example, the employee barely puts in any ice cream but adds a lot more sauce, which makes the ice cream unbearably inedible.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to eat. Small, disorganized, and incompetent staff.

Nobody understands German! The orders are always wrong! Garbage, everything is simply junk!!!

The staff is simply abysmal. Angry, uninterested in anything, and simply sad. I hope you have a better day soon, otherwise I'd consider changing the staff.

Unfortunately there are no vegetarian burgers

The McFlurry is a joke. It was only a third full. When I asked, I was told they couldn't put any more ice in it. Never again McDonald's in Öhringen!!! Every other McDonald's puts more ice in the McFlurry.

I think it's a disgrace that something is missing from the bag, be it a toy or food. It's simply outrageous.

Normal McD food with McCafee added. OK clean. The staff is not friendly, but they usually do their job. Large outdoor area is good.

2 times in a row they brought the wrong order. I ordered a chicken burger and had to eat it.

I think it's a shame that the delivery service is down for a while again. They have their own drivers. It would be good to know why and when deliveries will be made again.

Quite okay but the connected displays that show the video of the burger are different bright and have different color tones, therefore 0 out of 10

If we need something quick, we sometimes go to McDonald's

It's simply the worst these days. Service, basically zero stars. The food is just thrown into the delivery bag. The food is packaged like shit. Optimized to death in every way, but you don't give a damn about service.

McDonald's is a complete mess, rude at the counter and then they forgot half of your food.

Our vacation often begins here with breakfast. I used to like breakfast better because there were rolls and scrambled eggs, but now they are available in wraps/muffins. Pancakes and croissants for breakfast were also very tasty. Parking spaces 🚙 available and service friendly 😀

Ordered and paid for 2 Mc Cafe coffees in cups, but received lukewarm water in a paper cup after waiting forever. After complaining, the thin broth was simply emptied into a glass and brought back to us! 6 euros for the trash can! Never have a coffee break in this McDonalds again. In Schwäbisch Hall the coffee was always top.

Employees are a disaster. Breakfast took a long time despite the small number of customers. Then received the wrong order.

It's unbelievable how long an order can take even though the store isn't full. Likewise, other things are simply typed into the cash register even though it is clearly stated and shown. You get other products and have to check on site to make sure it is the right one. Incredible. Such bad service.

This McDonald's is generally fine, but there are a few things that make visiting a bit inconvenient - most notably the parking situation. The parking lot is difficult to access and seems rather confusing at first glance. There is a car dealership right next to it, which causes additional confusion because the entrances and exits are not clearly separated and you have to orientate yourself first. Especially when you're here for the first time, everything is a bit strange. But once you make it to the parking lot, a typical McDonald's awaits you. The equipment is as usual - nothing outstanding, but clean and functional. The self-service kiosks worked well during my visit and the order was prepared relatively quickly. In terms of taste, everything was as you know it – classic fast food, no surprises. The staff was friendly but a bit reserved. The seats were clean, if not particularly comfortable. If you just want something quick to eat, this is the place for you - but be prepared for the access to the site to be a bit confusing. Overall, an average McDonald's with a small weakness in the parking lot. Three stars fit well here.

This branch opens at 7:00 a.m. and you have to wait 22 minutes for a cappuccino and an MC muffin. What a mess!!! Not to mention the five cars waiting!

Order DM12 no ketchup no couse for salad

It has happened several times that burgers have either been mixed up or forgotten. The voucher from M Burger was scanned but I received a big Rösti. The service is getting worse and worse but the prices are skyrocketing!

A small man, about 1.60 cm, picked some out of the freshly prepared fries with his hand and ate them. Afterwards, he immediately prepared a Happy Meal without washing his hands. I really don't think it's nice!

It's slowly becoming too expensive

The floor was extremely slippery throughout the store, the tables were dirty even though there was nothing going on, the staff was unfriendly and could barely speak German. Child is viciously explained that there are no Smarties in Mc Sunday even if you pay for them. An ice cream was rather thrown away in front of the child because it was accidentally filled into a reusable cup. And last but not least, we got cold food. PAYING CUSTOMERS ARE NOT WORTH ANYTHING!!! CONCLUSION----> IN THE FUTURE WITHOUT US!!!

It was very cold in McDonald’s. When I asked whether the heating had broken down, I was told: "No, it hasn't broken down and I'm warm." The fact that the employee was wearing an additional jacket made her statement seem a little unbelievable. There was also a hair in the McMuffin. A new one was prepared upon request, but all in all only 2 stars.

After waiting 20 minutes in the restaurant and asking where the food was, you were told that there was no order even though there was a receipt. Then the food was still cold. Never again!!!

Staff too incompetent to process a small drink within 15 minutes (no rush or anything, staff just stands around and looks around)... Orders are simply pushed away and customers are screwed over.

Well, they're disabled, 13 people or so are working and they can't do anything, I ordered spacy nuggets with mayo, chill sauce and sweet and sour sauce, they gave me normal nuggets with ketchup and sweet and sour sauce... and there was almost nothing going on no customers, how can you go so wrong?

Sauce for the salad, sauces for nuggets, mayo for fries and toys/books for the Happy Meal are missing. Very annoying.

Went to Burger King shortly before and it wasn't that good. It's much better here. Staff was very friendly.

Sticky, dirty floor. Many employees behind the counter who work completely uncoordinated and are hectic in their operations, but ignore the customers at the counter. I left again without consuming anything.

You need a lot of patience here if you don't use the drive-in counter. It takes about 10 minutes to process an order at the terminals alone, that's how slow they are. Afterwards, as a Bahr payer you have to wait another 10-15 minutes at the checkout, as customers at the drive-in are given priority and no one pays attention to you at the checkout. 3 colleagues were almost finished eating and only then did I get my food.

Two boards don't work at all and one board is annoyingly slow. The queue at the checkout is long. You should restart the board more often.

Unfortunately, the branch has a high level of forgetfulness in the McDrive. Of eight orders, only four were complete. In diesem Mc Donalds war ich öfters schon bei mir wurde oft Mals essen vergessen oder das falsche Essen gegeben gestern wurde meine Bestellung garnicht gebracht bin hin zum Personal und habe zwar essen bekommen aber das falsche Essen als Nachtisch wollte ich dann einen Mc flurry welcher falsch war ich meinte zu dem Mitarbeiter das es der falsche sei dieser Mitarbeiter konnte aber so gut wie kein Deutsch und hat mich nicht verstanden Liebes Mc Donalds Team stellt Leute ein die mich auch verstehen und deutsch sprechen könne

I was at the car counter and wanted an M Burger! After repeating it three times she still understood Hamburger 🤦🏻‍♀️she could barely speak German! At the other window they gave me a small hamburger! Until they finally understand it, it's really a catastrophe

The woman with short blue hair if she doesn't feel like working she should stay at home and not be rude and disrespectful, I can understand if she is tired but you shouldn't be so disrespectful

The food was, as always, very good.

The touch screens are not very responsive. The food was hot when it came out but it didn't come out very quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful but they needed more help! The restaurant was clean and although the bathrooms were small and cramped they were also clean and stocked.

Even though the restaurant is not very busy, you have to wait up to 15 minutes to order. When the standard offer is available, the waiting time increases up to 30 minutes. The staff is nice and polite, although it depends on the shift. The food was warm and good.

The food is good and came warm. However, it took a long time with low attendance. Individual components of the meal also came later and in the meantime the rest became cold. Unfortunately, the spoons for the coffee came dirty, and when we asked for a new spoon, the service unfortunately came back with a dirty one.

Quality is poor, products are much too small for significantly more money + unfortunately often longer waiting times. The new burger buns are horrible and smell terrible. Otherwise, the place is usually very clean and it's okay for McDonalds every now and then, but if you haven't eaten there for a while you'll get a slight stomach ache even if you have a strong stomach. Burger King is the neighbor across the street, it's usually quicker if it's too crowded and it smells on top of that the burger buns not according to industry :) Chicken nuggets had some cartilage!

Raw dough piece Apparently this McDonald's is always good for surprises. Today, among other things, I... I picked up a Franzbrötchen from Mc Drive and was really looking forward to my dessert. When I wanted to take the Franzbrötchen out of the bag, I took out a raw Franzbrötchen dough piece, so I didn't bake it. Unfortunately, I was already too far away to complain. Conclusion: always check everything immediately, no matter how long the line behind you is.

After 3 fries were forgotten when ordering, we were left with a single apple turnover, even though we had to go back to the branch in the rain. Service below all cannon, even had to discuss... that's not possible.

I ordered a McFlurry and got a McSunday in a large cup. Never before have such a small ice cream with so little sauce been sold as Flurry. When I asked for a little more sauce (you couldn't even see it in the cup at first glance, even though there was hardly any ice in it), I was just pooped on. Bad even for McDonald’s.

A normal McDonald's as you know it. However, during the last open hour you are only allowed to order via the drive-thru and are no longer allowed to eat or sit in the building. Whether this is common or not is a mystery to me, however. The employee also informed us about this in a friendly manner. When we were there we had to wait longer, but my fries and burgers were very fresh, warm and tasty.

Brought 3x Mc Flurry today. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we got home that we discovered that the cup size remained the same but the capacity was only 1/3. It was just the amount of a Mc Sunday. For 3.99 an absolute joke. Thank you Mc Donald Öhringen. That was the last time.

Eat good. Ambience good. Everything has been very nice for many years. The machines that you have to order from everywhere are annoying. It's no longer as good as it used to be. But otherwise McDonald's always works. No matter where.

This Mc has done everything lately to lose us as customers. How can it be that something was either missing or wrong the last 4 times? Just now too! Ordered 2 things, it wasn't an order with 20 things!! One of two things was wrong! We wanted a chicken cheese box and what did we get? A 20-piece chicken nuggets box with nuggets that are extremely! The grease is dripping everywhere, even the box is completely oiled! Congratulations on reaching the finish line, I'd rather go to Burger King than spend another cent on you!

We rarely eat here, but I think this location is great. It's clean and tidy. I can order and pay via the app and collect points that I can then redeem for food and drinks. There is also a delivery service.
