Ordered the wrong one once and still had to pay as if he couldn't do it again

McDonalds is not my first choice when I'm hungry.

I was at the car counter and wanted an M Burger! After repeating it three times she still understood Hamburger 🤦🏻‍♀️she could barely speak German! At the other window they gave me a small hamburger! Until they finally understand it, it's really a catastrophe

The woman with short blue hair if she doesn't feel like working she should stay at home and not be rude and disrespectful, I can understand if she is tired but you shouldn't be so disrespectful

The food was, as always, very good.

The touch screens are not very responsive. The food was hot when it came out but it didn't come out very quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful but they needed more help! The restaurant was clean and although the bathrooms were small and cramped they were also clean and stocked.

Even though the restaurant is not very busy, you have to wait up to 15 minutes to order. When the standard offer is available, the waiting time increases up to 30 minutes. The staff is nice and polite, although it depends on the shift. The food was warm and good.

The food is good and came warm. However, it took a long time with low attendance. Individual components of the meal also came later and in the meantime the rest became cold. Unfortunately, the spoons for the coffee came dirty, and when we asked for a new spoon, the service unfortunately came back with a dirty one.

Quality is poor, products are much too small for significantly more money + unfortunately often longer waiting times. The new burger buns are horrible and smell terrible. Otherwise, the place is usually very clean and it's okay for McDonalds every now and then, but if you haven't eaten there for a while you'll get a slight stomach ache even if you have a strong stomach. Burger King is the neighbor across the street, it's usually quicker if it's too crowded and it smells on top of that the burger buns not according to industry :) Chicken nuggets had some cartilage!

Raw dough piece Apparently this McDonald's is always good for surprises. Today, among other things, I... I picked up a Franzbrötchen from Mc Drive and was really looking forward to my dessert. When I wanted to take the Franzbrötchen out of the bag, I took out a raw Franzbrötchen dough piece, so I didn't bake it. Unfortunately, I was already too far away to complain. Conclusion: always check everything immediately, no matter how long the line behind you is.

Unfriendly staff, it takes forever for the food to be ready. Card payments usually don't work

After 3 fries were forgotten when ordering, we were left with a single apple turnover, even though we had to go back to the branch in the rain. Service below all cannon, even had to discuss... that's not possible.

I ordered a McFlurry and got a McSunday in a large cup. Never before have such a small ice cream with so little sauce been sold as Flurry. When I asked for a little more sauce (you couldn't even see it in the cup at first glance, even though there was hardly any ice in it), I was just pooped on. Bad even for McDonald’s.

A normal McDonald's as you know it. However, during the last open hour you are only allowed to order via the drive-thru and are no longer allowed to eat or sit in the building. Whether this is common or not is a mystery to me, however. The employee also informed us about this in a friendly manner. When we were there we had to wait longer, but my fries and burgers were very fresh, warm and tasty.

Worst branch ever...catastrophe from not understanding anything 🙈 to missing items, everything included...you won't see us here again😉

Brought 3x Mc Flurry today. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we got home that we discovered that the cup size remained the same but the capacity was only 1/3. It was just the amount of a Mc Sunday. For 3.99 an absolute joke. Thank you Mc Donald Öhringen. That was the last time.

Eat good. Ambience good. Everything has been very nice for many years. The machines that you have to order from everywhere are annoying. It's no longer as good as it used to be. But otherwise McDonald's always works. No matter where.

This Mc has done everything lately to lose us as customers. How can it be that something was either missing or wrong the last 4 times? Just now too! Ordered 2 things, it wasn't an order with 20 things!! One of two things was wrong! We wanted a chicken cheese box and what did we get? A 20-piece chicken nuggets box with nuggets that are extremely! The grease is dripping everywhere, even the box is completely oiled! Congratulations on reaching the finish line, I'd rather go to Burger King than spend another cent on you!

We rarely eat here, but I think this location is great. It's clean and tidy. I can order and pay via the app and collect points that I can then redeem for food and drinks. There is also a delivery service.

Just McDonald's, friendly employees, when it's a little emptier you can even feel the service.

I never really write reviews about anything, but today I was very disappointed with the service and food. The employee was anything but friendly, didn't really ask what we wanted to drink, and only understood half of what I actually wanted. When we got our food, the food wasn't really warm anymore. It also had the aftertaste of being warmed up and I paid 22 euros for that

A good four out of five stars in every category. Five stars are not enough. The employees were far too hectic for that and the food had already cooled down. Otherwise, a well-located McDonald's in the commercial area towards the motorway with plenty of on-site parking.

Were there yesterday... I've been a McD for a while. Customer... from the branch in Heilbronn at the end of the 70s... yes, I'm that old. But I've never experienced anything like that before... from the order (5 people, 5 menus) 1 Big Rösti, 1 McChicken, 1 fries were missing, instead of Cola it was Fanta, instead of 0.5L it was 0.3L. I had to go twice before everything was sorted out. Every time with a waiting time. Ambience good. The food, like all McD.s in Germany, was good. Therefore, we cannot recommend this branch. Better when it comes to competition over food. It's almost always true.

Planless and overwhelmed or on purpose? I ordered and paid via the app for around €40. And then picked up the goods. 1 burger, 2x fries and 2 sauces were missing, but there were 6 nuggets that were not ordered. Furthermore, the toy for the Happy Meal was not the one chosen. So I was cheated out of around €10.

Wartezeit bei Stoßzeiten ist OK Aber der Selbstabholer Dienst muss verbessert werden denn der macht die Wartezeiten für Gäste im Lokal (Mega lang!)

Was soll man zu einem MC Donalds schreiben???

Schnell und einfach zu bestellen. Essen war frisch zubereitet und noch heiß (ist ja nicht immer so). Außerdem hat in der Bestellung auch nichts gefehlt - auch das ist leider nicht selbstverständlich. Abzug hinsichtlich Parkmöglichkeit für ein Gespann (Kfz mit Hänger). Es gibt ausschließlich Parkplätze für Pkw und auch an der Straße weit und breit kein Parkmöglichkeit mit Anhänger. Das ist - speziell aufgrund der Nähe zur Autobahn - extrem ungünstig. Theoretisch wären wenige Möglichkeiten an der Straße oder Durchfahrtsweg, praktisch stehen diese aber nicht zur Verfügung.

Es hat sich einiges verändert beim MC. Die Qualität vom Essen lässt auch nach.

Bin kein Fan von Fastfood. Hatte aber Hunger und durst zu einer Uhrzeit gehabt, wo man nur noch in solchen Locations was zu essen bekommt. Es war wirklich nicht viel los, aber trotzdem hat der Mann am Mcdrive das Essen vertauscht. Ist mir aber Gott sei Dank sofort aufgefallen und konnte sofort berichtigt werden. 🙈

Öhringer McDonald's ist immer gut. Konstante Qualität seit über 30 Jahren. Mehr kann man nicht sagen.

Obsluga bardzo mila i pomocna. Nawet po angielsku nie bylo trudno sie dogadac. Rzeteli ludzie, wiec wszystko sprawnie i szybko - bez kolejek.

Sehr teuer geworden und noch ein Cheeseburger weniger rein gepackt.

Das Herrenklo zieht 2 Sterne ab. Der Geruch ist extrem. Positiv war, das es Papiertücher gab um die Hände abzutrocknen. Damit kann man dann gleich die Tür öffnen ohne gleich wieder etwas anfassen zu müssen.

Einer der belebtesten McDonalds-Filialen, die ich kenne. Hier ist es immer voll mit Gästen. Dies mag an der Nähe zur Autobahn oder auch daran liegen, dass hier der einzige McDonalds, in einer ländlich geprägten Gegend, zwischen Heilbronn und Schwäbisch Hall, liegt. Ich mache hier jedenfalls stets gerne einen Stopp auf langen Fahrten auf der A6, auch wenn es nur darum geht, kurz das WC aufzusuchen, die Kinder ein paar Mal rutschen und einen Snack einnehmen zu lassen oder mir einen Kaffee für die Weiterfahrt zu holen.

Das Personal war früher eindeutig besser, freundlicher und vor allem kompetenter.

Wie Fastfood halt schmeckt war gut,es könnte mehr geputzt werden die Wende des Ambiente sind voller fett Flecken und die Tische sind auch nicht sauber

Mitarbeiter sind nicht in der Lage einen Iced Coffee Shake richtig zuzubereiten obwohl das Bild vor ihren Nasen hängt. Ständig wird was vergessen und man muss sie selber drauf hinweisen.

Angenehmer McDonalds, der verkehrstechnich günstig liegt, aber der Parkplatz nur schwer von aussen zu sehen ist. Bestellung ging flott, Burger in bekannter Qualität.

Am Schalter haben die schlechtere Headsets als indische Callcenter und verstehen kein Wort. Mitarbeiter am Drive in haben keine Ahnung von ihrem Job und man muss ihnen erklären wie was mit Couponcodes funktioniert. Ein Mitarbeiter explizit hat uns grundlos angestresst, er war der Meinung, dass wir immer Probleme machen dieser Hayvan nervt jedes mal und ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass es eventuell zu einer körperlichen Agression meinerseits kommen kann, denn irgendwann platzt mir auch der Kragen. Jedes Mal schaut er einen so aggressiv an redet respektlos und gibt das Essen als wäre da eine Semtex drin. Dieser Hayvan soll aufjedenfall gekündigt werden.

Kann mich nicht erinnern in so einen tollen McDonalds gewesen zu sein. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Terminal und konnten unsere Prämie nicht einlösen. Die Schichtleiterin hat uns sofort und unkompliziert geholfen. Daher der Service und das Essen zügig da war ist der McDonalds in Öhringen in der Nähe der A6 1a.

Ein McDonalds wie jeder andere.
