Vending machines don't work. Employees don't feel like it. Then I went to the MC. Should something urgently change.

The worst king in Germany! The employee on October 15, 2024 at 6 p.m. should look for another job!! How can a person be so INAPPROPRIATE and UNFRIENDLY??!!!

Very rude staff and lack of cleanliness. It is obvious that Burger King is currently in crisis and is therefore making cuts to staff - but this is not a sustainable solution. Under these circumstances, it is only a matter of time before the branches close. In addition, paying by card was not possible. So we went to McDonald's, where it was much better, although I would have actually preferred to eat at Burger King.

Terrible miserable very slow half the system not working!!! The manager is disgusting and smells do not eat here full of chicken and no one cleans the toilets

All good, but half of the order kiosks didn't work. Beef tortila was quite good.

First of all, toilet facilities smell worse than a train station toilet. After 10 minutes of standing ignored at the checkout, you are directed to the machines. And then. 2 burgers, both cold. Briefly brought into the warmer and again. I'm actually used to bk differently

Burger was cold, only put on the grill for 10 seconds and was still cold and now still hard. Please only go to the toilet after eating because otherwise you won't be hungry anymore. Totally messy and dirty.

It's a shame that you go there specifically to eat the burgers again, only to find out when you get home that the order isn't complete... 2 burgers were missing. A mistake that occurs to me again in this branch.

Terminals broken, card payment not possible even at the checkout. However, nothing is signposted. Fries without salt, milkshake only foam with no taste. Eat lukewarm.

One of the worst restaurants I have visited. A few weeks ago the drinks were non-carbonated. Staff asked about it but no response. There's just no point in filling up your drink with the same drink again. Now the second visit after a few weeks and the carbonation still doesn't work. Service again haphazard. Tables are not cleaned either. Better go to the McDonald's across the street or another Burger King.

It's just bad when you stand in the drive for 14 minutes on a Saturday evening and nothing is happening, then after 14 minutes you go next door to Mc's without ordering. It's a real juice shop, especially since there's always something wrong with the burgers. If you have special requests that you pay for, it should be fine...

The soap in the men's toilet is constantly empty. If you make employees aware of it, they don't care.

Unfortunately you can't give less than one star... You come in and it's dirty/the floor is sticky, the toilets were crap and the wait time waiting for food was over 15 minutes

No ice, slow service, ordered two hamburgers, got two cheeseburgers, no soap in the bathroom,... Bad experience. Sorry, but never again.

The right Burger King to really slow down. While waiting for food, you have plenty of time to think about your life.

I go to Burger King every now and then because I think the burgers are better than M*s. They are juicier and have more flavor. But fast food is something different 😅. I like the food to be fresh, and that's not always the case at Burger King. It's just a shame that you can only order from the machine (Corona feeling). This takes away a lot of the restaurant's charm and personality. And yet the employees still pull long faces. You seem unmotivated and bored. That's a shame, because friendly service makes a big difference. I give three stars because the burgers are good, but the atmosphere and ordering need improvement. Update September 4th, 2024. Nothing has changed except that you have to wait a really long time for your food (10 minutes) (2 customers in front of us with a menu each) and it is incredibly hot in there, which is hard to bear. Everything else is ok, except the heat thing is really unpleasant.

It seemed to me as if the employees were overwhelmed with their work, but that was due to the incompetence of the branch manager. Cola, Fanta, fuel, everything tasted like water and no ice cubes or straws. Please avoid the store, it was a pure disappointment today

Worst burger king in Germany. Waiting time under all the guns. Sometimes people forget to pack food. And then the guy at the counter was also unfriendly.

One of the worst branches I've ever been to. Ordering was quick as usual and the food was ready promptly. Unfortunately, only warm, non-carbonated drinks came out of the drinks machine. In response to my complaint, I was offered ice cubes, but unfortunately that doesn't change the lack of carbon dioxide or the taste. During the meal we also saw cockroaches several times in the guest area and the cash register.

Fix the juice shop. Nothing works. The light outside has been flickering for months. The terminals never work and you can't order at the checkout because the cashiers either don't know German or don't feel like it. The drinks are warm and the food takes far too long for a fast food chain.

Food good, just like you would expect from a Burger King. Unbearably hot inside in summer. No air conditioning.

Food as always: burgers good. However, the cola was almost at room temperature and had little carbonation. Tables were not clean, as was the toilet.

Warm cola that you can pour yourself and wait a quarter of an hour for two drinks and some fries is simply not acceptable to me. A terminal works and the ice cube dispenser was also broken.

The staff was unfriendly. The drinks machines had problems (one was completely empty, the second one also had no more Coke). Food takes longer than other BK's...the restaurant definitely has a staff problem.

The review is my FREE OPINION: Not so good: Dip / sauces cost money (up to 3 free with MC) New drinks machine, previously 100 drinks variations (Kinley...) NOW new ONLY about 8 varieties. If you book an APP coupon at the machine, e.g. Onion Rings, you simply get a DIP for 50 cents added to it, that is customer unfriendly, the other way round that I have to select additionally would be better. Unfortunately, Burger King has declined a LOT in recent years. In Wörnitz on the motorway the toilets also cost money, let's see when Öhringen follows suit. Now to the 2 stars: Great macaroni & cheese snack.

I accidentally left my wallet in the branch, but didn't realize it until 30 minutes later, when I was already long gone. Luckily I was able to reach someone at the branch directly by phone. I was very happy that an attentive employee found my wallet and stored it in the office there. I was overjoyed and wanted to tip €20 straight away! But that was rejected several times! So all I can do is say THANK YOU again for this honesty and kindness! :-) Of course 5 stars for that! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I accidentally left my wallet on the counter. It wasn't until 30 minutes later that I noticed this. I then googled the phone number and an employee was available directly. My wallet was actually found. I was extremely grateful and of course wanted to give a tip (20 euros), but that was probably not acceptable. Nevertheless, thank you again for that! I would have been “lost” straight away because my wallet also contained the charging card for my electric car, which was currently charging. So as I said, 5 stars for this great service! :-)

It was quite okay. However, food took quite a long time to be ready for a fast food restaurant. About 15 minutes or so. Although the store wasn't really full.

Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed again. Strangely enough, soap is always empty... (is it even refilled?). Drinks totally warm, no ice cubes available.

The food is good, the place looks acceptable but the service was terrible. I had to show the employees which burger I wanted with a photo because they didn't speak the language well. The preparation also took a long time. All in all, I waited about 30 minutes for my food… at a FAST food place.

Cockroaches!!!! There are cockroaches in the restaurant!!!! There are cockroaches on the street and in the restaurant!!! Close this horror!!! Everything is dirty, unsanitary!!! And once again cockroaches!!!!

What a juice shop. There were three of us there yesterday and all three of us were very disappointed. We always prefer Burger King to Clown, but I'll have to think twice about that next time. We were immediately turned away at the cash register and sent to the terminal. All three of our drinks were warm and the burgers, which were prepared very carelessly after about 10 minutes of waiting, were unfortunately not convincing either. There wasn't really much going on and unfortunately a result like that is a no go. On to the drinks. We wanted peach iced tea and were able to order it that way and the vending machine only offered lemon, which wasn't even available. Poor performance.

Do you know what you can get here for €30? No ? I'm telling you: fries cold and without salt, warm cola and no ice cubes and the best burger where you could have left out the meat.

There are no longer straws for to-go soft drinks; the young gentleman at the counter explained this to me only with milkshakes. Even when I asked if I could get a “milkshake straw” because I still had 5 hours of driving ahead of me, it wasn’t possible. When I thought that the lowest level of service quality had been reached, the cellar door opened when I asked whether the straw could be purchased and I was left grinning. I almost dropped the cola out of my hand out of sheer shock, but I was still able to control myself. Never again!

Didn't like the veggie burger here

The staff is unfriendly and the food is very bad! You can only order at the terminal, which doesn't work! After 20 minutes we had to compromise because the app didn't work and there was no reception in the restaurant. The fries were like cardboard. After we complained, the staff made fun of us. The supervisor was really unfriendly and made us feel that we were not worthy of dining in your kingdom. The restaurant is generally dirty. The toilets smell like a zoo. Bottom line, it's worth a trip to see how poorly a Burger King can perform. I am grateful for my part about the experience. The appreciation from the competition is much greater.

Sometimes even the Whoppers are warm

Everything wasn't crispy at all. Neither the onion rings nor the nuggets and certainly not the churros... even the curly fries were limp... really disappointing!

I've been to the above-mentioned Essen branch many times. But the visit on June 30, 2024 topped everything. NO air conditioning - therefore no sitting in the restaurant at over 34 degrees. There was no soap in ANY toilet (man, woman, disabled) - ugh. Drinks machines were all dismantled! Dirty trays and trash were piled up in the carts - people sometimes had to leave it at the table. The tables dirty and sticky. There was 1 for the menu!!! Napkin in which the fries were wrapped. So no way to wipe fingers. Guys, this isn't fun anymore. RTL would have closed here. Please, please make sure that the visit is fun again and that you are not forced to go to the competition.

Classic, fast and good food on the go...

Outside temperature 31 degrees, but the branch can beat it. It was a tropical 35 degrees and so hot that the terminal touchscreens barely worked. Okay given, of course the air conditioning could be broken. Nevertheless: We waited a total of 20 minutes for our food, it tasted relatively bland and despite checking by two different employees, a burger was forgotten when we ordered. During our wait, there were complaints about bacon on a plant-based burger (rightly!), nuggets were confused with chili cheese nuggets and other orders were put together incorrectly. Apparently the branch manager/team leader had to step in, whose face and mood spoke volumes. The cleanliness of the toilets was also below average. Overall, it's best to give the branch a wide berth. There are much nicer branches with friendly staff and high standards of cleanliness.

An involuntary visit to fast food hell – Burger King Öhringen — Oh, Burger King in Öhringen, you actually managed to impress me - in the worst possible way! First: the WiFi. Who needs working internet when you can order in the Stone Age? We were then directed to the machines, which were 50% out of order. A real game of chance! Despite the empty store, it took us a full 17 minutes to place our order. A marathon of patience! The icing on the cake? The conversation with the management. A truly fascinating experience! We were told in a friendly (ironic) way that the defective machines were our problem. A cycle of absurdity: If we had ordered and paid at the functioning machines, we would still have returned to the checkout. A brilliant system that would make Sisyphus proud!And then the fries. Oh, the fries! They were so bad that even the seagulls at the harbor would have spurned them. Our polite complaint was answered with a charming “It’s just the way it is.” Customer service par excellence! Conclusion: If you are looking for a surreal, Kafkaesque fast food experience, definitely visit Burger King in Öhringen. For everyone else: save yourself time, nerves and taste buds and go somewhere else. Maybe to a Burger King that has arrived in this century.

Bad service. The colleague at the drive counter was extremely confused. I placed my order (2x onion rings instead of fries), then I received two fries and two onion rings and he insisted that I had ordered them. Unfortunately I had already paid. In the end, the onion rings were limp, the Whopper was dry, the fries were mealy and there wasn't a single sauce in the bag. For €20.70 that was a disgrace!

Food great, service insanely slow, but otherwise okay

According to the operator, you can only order digitally from the machine. Here you cannot create your own menu and you always have to order a drink. Only reluctantly and forcefully was I able to order at the checkout after the food I wanted couldn't be ordered from the machine.

Pretty much a standard Burger King, food to the usual standard. Self ordering kiosks a bit flaky and cumbersome. Some tables could have done with a wipe down

Here the term fast food takes on a whole new meaning. 56 minutes from printing the receipt to receiving the order...

Compared to other branches, the food is always of the same quality, ingredients are well distributed, there is enough sauce and, unlike other Burger King branches, the meat doesn't taste half burnt. I have to say that I almost exclusively order menus that contain the chili cheese burger. Employees do their job properly and waiting times are never particularly long. Food is always hot. Toilet is OK and not dirty inside or anything like that. Can't complain.

Despite the sign at the checkout, you can ONLY order at the terminal. The drinks machine is dingy. The cups only have the plastic lids with the straw hole but there are no more straws. How are you supposed to drink? Any attempt to speak to the staff several times about this is simply ignored according to the motto that the unpleasant customer will leave at some point. The BK is only and absolutely recommended.

Conclusion: Burger King not only filled me up today, but also raised my expectations of fast food to a new level - the level of absolute insanity. I'll probably go back to McDonald's and apologize to them for this trip. Maybe they'll give me a few nuggets out of pity. 🍔🤷‍♂️

Wanted to order at the checkout, but were referred to the ordering machine. Waiting forever at the machine to order because the shitty system doesn't work properly. Coupons not accepted. In addition, the menu was cold. I couldn't enter the men's toilet because it smelled extremely like urine. We wanted to reorder something, but no one was available at the checkout. Then I left it. Was here for the first and last time.

It was pretty full, so it took quite a long time. The burgers taste good, fries could be hotter.

Visiting with two hungry children: Order only at the terminal. One defective. After 10 minutes of waiting, the order was complicated to enter, and the terminal also crashed when paying. Unable to order at the counter: we had to leave. Never again!

Disaster, no service at the counter but only on the display. 3 available 2 defective. The toilet and its urine smell were also out of this world.

The biggest negative point is the intercom, it's really so annoying. I've also asked employees who say the boss doesn't do it and they also have problems hearing people. So the commi goes to the managing director, make a new drive-in counter and make it easier for your employees and your customers!!

It says, if you place your order at the terminal or in the app...then the offers are not stored. The staff's hands are apparently tied, both when making manual entries at the checkout and behind the counter... nothing works at all!!! I'm super disappointed! Keep it up and with such poor service there will soon be no more customers!!!

Important! For those who are vegetarians, I would not recommend going to this Bk. Yesterday, instead of a veggie burger, I got one with meat in a veggie packaging. They don't care at all about that. I've been vegetarian for 10 years and it's really hard.

The food was good. Vegetarian and meat burgers. There was nothing going on that day. That's why it wouldn't be a bad idea if the staff would go over the tables with a rag. You could also empty the tray trolleys.

The quality of the ingredients is noticeable and the preparation is quick. The service is efficient and the staff is friendly. Overall, a recommended choice for a quick and tasty burger experience.

The only branch of the brand in the area. Good team, burgers prepared properly, everything was great.

Sehr kalt , mich hat es nur gefroren

Typische Burger King Filiale. Bei meinem Besuch war der Gastraum relativ kalt.

guter Burger King mit tollem Drive-In! Sind hier durch Zufall gelandet da auf der Rückreise aus Bayern und Siri hatte uns über Öhringen wegen Stau von der Autobahn geschickt - Zeit für einen Snack! Haben mit Coupon die zwei Whooper mit großer Pommes und Cola genommen. Natürlich wie so ziemlich alles Geschmacksache, ich finde das hier Preis / Leistung insgesamt stimmt, wenn auch teurer geworden (12,49 Januar 2024) Die Pommes waren frisch und richtig heiß, war bei dem kalten Wetter richtig nice, die Burger auch wie man es gewohnt ist. Personal war freundlich und fix. Konnte hier absolut nichts aussetzen! Hinweis: Gebe ähnlich wie beim NutriScore Wertungen je nach Kategorie, das heißt innerhalb von Fastfood Anbietern ist das hier für mich 5 Sterne, aber nicht vergleichbar mit einem normalen Restaurant.

Essen war leider fast alles kalt...

Cheeseburger war kalt, Menü Cheeseburger und Chickenbürger waren die Burger lauwarm . Die Burger waren nicht frisch zubereitet da die Brötchen durchgereicht waren und wie gesagt das Fleisch lauwarm, bzw.kalt zur Ausgabe kamen. Die Pommes waren warm und gut auch die Zwiebelringe waren frisch zubereitet. Im Lokal war es kalt und zugig also essen dann schnell wieder raus. Wir sind schon öfters da gewesen hat alles nachgelassen von den Speisen bis zum Service. Das schlimmste ist wenn ich zurück denke vor Jahren waren die Burger um einiges größer auch das Fleisch war besser im Geschmack. Nun Fazit BurgerKing ist mir zwar immer noch lieber als McDonalds aber wenn es so weitergeht wohl nicht mehr lange.

Bestellung nur am Computer Selbst Getränke muß man selber zapfen und dann die Preise, nee Leute das is nichts für mich. Dann Zuhause bemerkt das nicht alles dabei war und nach 8min Autofahrt alles eigentlich fast kalt für 3 Leute 67 Euro da gehe ich nächstes mal Rostbraten essen

Haben heute im Restaurant Außenbereich gegessen. Bestellung über das Terminal, geht problemlos, viele Zahlarten sogar Barzahlung mögluch. Alles ist sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, es geht schnell. Es gelten weiter die Corona Regeln. Das Essen ist lecker 😋 viele Angebote zur Auswahl. 08.10.23: heute zum Mittagessen, das Personal war übel gelaunt und unmotiviert, dazu noch unverschämte Antworten, das liegt wohl an der neuen Führung, da ist keine Personalführung mehr vorhanden, der Burger war lieblos zusammengepresst, der Saft lief überall heraus, ein richtiger Sau..... geworden, das war unser letzter Besuch! Es lag überall leere Tüten und Becher, Tabletts herum, nichts geputzt und die Rückgabestellen waren voll, da müssten mal die Manager ersetzt werden durch welche von Mac Donalds! In den Toiletten war übler Geruch und die Desinfektionsständer waren leer, alles eher unangenehm!

Auf jeden Fall 1000 mal besser als in HN Neckarsulmer Straße.

Ein Burger King wie jeder andere. Leider fehlt oft etwas bzw. ist etwas falsch bei den Bestellungen. Daher unbedingt kontrollieren da so etwas sehr ärgerlich ist.

DasPersonal ist ein wenig verpeilt.

Alte Pommes Nuggets lauwarm und auch schon nicht mehr so frisch

Was soll man hier rezensieren, fast food halt. Wollte schnell einen Flasche stilles Wasser haben, das ging nicht, ich musste wieder an diesem komischen Computer. Na ja, die heutige, nicht vorhandene flexibilität halt.

Getränkeautomat Kühlung ausgefallen, Strohhalme aus, Spielzeug aus Kids Menü aus....

Habe meine Nike Tasche (Blau) vergessen, war der letzte Gast vor der Schließung. Ich hoffe das ich meine Tasche morgen abholen kann.
