The monitor in the drive-thru hasn't worked for at least a year. Orders are misunderstood. I get the wrong information and then get annoyed about it when I get home. Next time, I'll go to a Burger King where I can see my order on the screen, or to McDonald's across the street. Update: The monitor was repaired. The order was taken correctly. The food was good, and I was served quickly. I was satisfied. You get 5 stars again.

The food was inedible, the quality was poor, and items were missing. Absolutely abysmal for these high prices. The staff were completely unfriendly. I can't give a positive review to the food, service, or atmosphere. It's a shame I have to give even one star.

The service is below average, even for fast food. The food is thrown over without a word. No greeting. No goodbye. No complete sentences. Whoever the kid at the drive-thru is, he clearly doesn't want to be there even more than I do.

You can only really compare Burger King to other Burger King restaurants. But compared to other BK locations, my experience here has been rather mediocre, unfortunately. Lopsided ingredients thrown together without any enthusiasm, some patties even burnt [yes, I know, that's flame grilling since 1954]—I've experienced much better at other places. And I'd like to see if it's better next time.

What I experienced there was truly disgusting, reminds me of Wallraff. I ordered from the drive-thru, and of course, card payments weren't working in the store again. Then I waited 5 minutes, got a Big King meal, everything was fine, then went to the parking lot to eat, and the burger was disgustingly old, the bun felt hard from the paper. Then I took a look (see picture), the salad was absolutely rotten, ancient, and the toppings were also old. I went back to the drive-thru, got an exchange, but no apology or anything. It's probably just normal to serve guests rotten stuff. Other people feel the same way when I read the reviews and look at the pictures... Sorry, but this time is one too many. Bye-bye Burger King, I'm not going to any more branches! Edit: No, Burger King, I'm not contacting you, what are you trying to clarify? You received a statement here, even a picture of the delicious rotten burger, and I sincerely hope that no one gets rotten burgers there anymore, or that no one is stupid enough to go there.

30 minutes waiting time in the branch after ordering and then getting the wrong burger and cold fries

Unfortunately, this Burger King doesn't support all offers, such as those advertised. Furthermore, QR codes from the app can't be read. Often, at least one of the ordering machines is broken. I haven't had any complaints about the food itself so far.

I'm standing here on a Saturday at 9:50 a.m. in front of Burger King, which is supposed to open at 9 a.m., but the door is still locked and nobody's there. The place is actually very good and there's not much to complain about, but I wanted to come here for something warm to eat since I couldn't make anything to eat this morning due to all the stress, and I'm so disappointed. That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars; it probably happens more often.

I'm unfortunately disappointed with Burger King. It says it's open at 9:00 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays, yet I'm standing in front of the restaurant at 9:50 a.m. and it's still not open. It's actually a great place if you want a quick bite. Very disappointing, then.

Very unprofessional. I wanted to order directly at the counter with my children because we had a few requests, but they immediately refused, saying that you can only order at the machine. After a phone call with the cashier, they said it was no problem to order directly at the cash register; the employee probably didn't know. Where do we live? On a sunny Friday afternoon, after a long day of shopping, we arrived in Öhringen at the Burger King. Due to the poor Google rating (3.4 stars), our arrival was met with mixed feelings. But hunger and curiosity finally drove us to the restaurant's spacious and clean parking lot. The inviting entrance door, already plastered with Naruto-themed advertisements, practically drew us in. Our meal (a discount from the restaurant's own app) was quickly prepared and handed to us by the friendly staff. We were delighted to discover that the drinks were all-you-can-drink! We happily tucked into our meal. My good friend and fast-food enthusiast (seen in the picture) was also delighted with our pleasant visit. Unfortunately, the ambulance had to arrive at the end of our trip, but that had nothing to do with the burgers. Conclusion: Many thanks to the friendly staff at Burger King Öhringen. Anyone looking for a tasty snack and who's really thirsty will definitely get their money's worth here. The Burger King Öhringen is definitely worth a trip.

The ice cream machine has been broken since 1934 which is a pity

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it at all! The jalapenos that were ordered and paid for as an extra on the burger were simply omitted. The mozzarella snack for €2.49 turned out to be a breaded cheddar slice that tasted awful. To top it all off, the churros were missing the cinnamon and sugar that I ordered.

Drinks can be refilled by yourself

The food was good, warm and fresh, the tables were all dirty and were not cleaned even after we asked, which I found very disappointing.

It was our first time there. For a fast-food restaurant, all expectations were met. The Whopper 🍔 and 🍟 were delicious 😜

It's best not to order at all anymore. We went there for the first time yesterday. There were only two of us there and no one else was there. We didn't order that much to take away. My friend ordered Flame Wings for €13.49 and just didn't put them in. We didn't check the bags because we thought everything was in there because we were the only ones there, it'll be fine. People check your bags when you order something. It doesn't matter which Burger King you go to, there's always something missing. It's really sad, and there are so many people who work there.

I was very disappointed with my last visit to Burger King. We didn't get everything we ordered and paid for – part of our order was simply missing, which is, of course, very frustrating. As if that weren't enough, the curly fries we received were still raw and inedible. We also had stomach aches after eating, which suggests the food wasn't prepared properly. An experience like this is absolutely unacceptable. You expect at least a certain level of basic quality from a large fast-food chain and that you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, this expectation was completely dashed. I will not visit this location again and, based on my experience, cannot recommend it to anyone.

Disaster! It's 200 meters from McDonald's, where you don't have to wait 15 minutes for your order and then have to check that everything is complete. There's always something missing. No wonder this Burger King branch closes at 11 p.m., especially on weekends. I don't usually go here anymore for the reasons mentioned above, but on Friday, after a long abstinence, I finally gave it a try. 10:42 p.m.: Order completed at the terminal. The counter was quiet, but I still ended up on the waiting list as number 4. It didn't seem like they were working hard behind the scenes. We already had our first bad feeling. 10:58 p.m.: Hooray, our 3-4 burgers and fries were finally ready. We were then told to please eat outside, as they were closing. We then ate outside without jackets in about 12 degrees Celsius. Loud "after-work music" could be heard inside, but we didn't see anyone cleaning, even though some of the tables needed it. I don't think hunger will drive me back inside anytime soon.

I've never experienced anything like that in the store... Visit to BK Drive-through: there was nothing going on. The guy at the counter was so unfriendly. The payment still went through, I didn't receive a receipt. Since there was nothing going on, I thought it would definitely be quick... none of that. Unbelievable! Having to wait 30 minutes for two small burgers. A chilli cheese and a normal cheeseburger. At least ten people who came after me were served before me. I didn't know it would be such a big challenge with the little burgers. Maybe next time I'll order a larger one. I am very disappointed...

I like to go to BK but due to the waiting time of 18 minutes for a menu that was already available for serving in 7 minutes, I will avoid this restaurant. The jalapenos were also missing, which were then added. There was only one customer in front of me. It's not my style to write negative reviews, but the waiting times in Öhringen have increased so much that you certainly can't call it fast food.

We came to charge our car and this was a convenient option on a sunday. We tried the new Italian Burger and Fries. Burger King quality had really improved compared to few years back. There was no soap in the bathroom. Apart from that everything was good. Very quick service.

I placed an order there for almost €30 and it also included 2 large fries for just under €8. When I got home I realized that there were 2 small ones and it wasn't enough for my children. Today the children wanted to go to Burger King (Öhringen branch) again. A little over 4 weeks ago we went to the drive-thru there and discovered at home that a complete menu was missing, even though it was paid for. After a telephone complaint, they explained to me that the Indian employee was new and asked for their understanding, which I initially agreed with. Today the same branch and the same employee. When I arrived, I immediately sought conversation and shared the latest incidents. A superior was probably also involved in the conversation. Again they apologized and assured me that they would pay more attention to this in the future. I asked several times if he could make sure everything was completely packed. The answer every time was “sure, of course”. At home we had another rude awakening: two portions of fries were missing again. I cannot understand how this can continue to happen despite the previous discussions. I was also offered an apology over the phone, as usual. One thing is certain for me: Burger King Öhringen - at least this employee - is absolutely unacceptable. If I end up back there and see that person standing at the checkout, I'll move on and go to the McDonald's across the street, even if the kids look sad. An absolute no-go!

Become louder when they don't understand, become rude to customers, don't finish the order, and don't finish the order This is the last shed!

Never again – an absolute disaster! I was recently at Burger King Öhringen and unfortunately I have to say: It was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. I really didn't think it was possible to fail on so many levels - but this restaurant did it. 1. Uncleanliness at the highest level I should have turned around as soon as I entered. The floor was sticky and littered with food residue, as if no one had cleaned the place all day. The tables were covered in crumbs, spilled drinks and greasy marks. The trash cans were overflowing, so guests had to pile their own trays somewhere. Particularly disgusting: The drinks dispenser was covered in a disgusting sticky layer and there were still old napkins hanging in it. I seriously wonder if a thorough cleaning ever happens here. 2. Unfriendly and overwhelmed staff After I had overcome myself to order, I was immediately “greeted” by the annoyed staff. No hello, no smile – just a tired “What would you like?” There was no attempt to be friendly or helpful. I had questions about the order, but the answers were short and annoyed. It was obvious that the team was overwhelmed, but instead of making an effort, the bad mood was simply taken out on the guests. 3. Eternal waiting time – for cold food? I understand that sometimes there can be a wait, but what happened here was simply unacceptable. I had to wait almost 25 minutes for my food even though there were hardly any guests in front of me. When I finally got my order, I was horrified: the burger was ice cold, the bread was rock hard, and the cheese wasn't even remotely melted. The fries were also a disaster - cold, soggy and completely over salted. Honestly, I could have saved the money for something like that. 4. Incorrect and incomplete order But that wasn't all. I had placed a larger order but when I opened the bag half was missing. No nuggets, no sauce, and my drink wasn't what I ordered either. So I had to go back to the counter – and was treated like a troublemaker again. Not a word of apology, just an eye roll and an annoyed “moment.” I ended up getting my missing items - but the sauce was still missing! 5. Hygienic concerns After this experience, I have serious doubts as to whether hygiene standards are being met here. I saw an employee touch food without gloves, then answer his cell phone for a moment and then just carry on. No hand washing, nothing. Absolutely disgusting! Conclusion: once and never again! This Burger King restaurant is an absolute disaster. Dirty, disorganized, unfriendly and then bad food. I can only advise everyone to avoid this store - there are plenty of better alternatives!

Not recommended on Sunday evenings. Too few staff for too many guests. You have to wait 3/4 hour for your order. Half of the order is incorrect or completely missing.

Worst BK branch far and wide. It takes forever to prepare an order (20min wait for a takeaway order) and this is not an isolated experience. In the same time, the competition performs ten times as much. The food is usually already cold as soon as the order can be taken away, as it takes another 10 minutes from the time the first product is put in the bag to the last one. It's not always a given that the order will be complete, but that happens to others as well. There is clearly still room for improvement when it comes to service.

Something else is always sold out, or card payments don't work.

We were there with the family last night. The toilets were totally disgusting and there was no soap. Unfortunately our order was not complete. Two sauces were missing. I ordered extra bacon and extra fried onions on my burger. These were also missing. The staff was completely overwhelmed and was more concerned with checking the receipt instead of carrying out the order correctly. At over 60 euros for a few fast food burgers, I would have expected the order to be complete.

My wife and I went to Burger King for the first time in over 20 years. The food was good. Decently warm and viewable. Not so put together and you could all recognize the ingredients individually. There was no receipt paper in the sales stands where you could put together your own menu and despite the fact that we other guests reported this to the staff, no one from the staff (shift supervisor also heard it) was interested and it was skillfully ignored! Unfortunately, around 5 p.m. on a Sunday, the shop was very dirty. The tray return trolleys, two of them, were more than overcrowded, so that the guests were forced to leave the rubbish on the tables. There were fries, leftover burgers and wrappers under the tables (and not just under one table)! The tables in general were greasy, dirty and you couldn't guess when they had last seen a cleaning cloth. There were puddles of melted ice cubes in front of the drinks machine (and this is in direct view of the sales counter). The areas to the right and left of the machine were also not as clean as one would expect in a catering area. According to my wife, the toilets (women's) were in the same condition as the entire restaurant. She was glad she had disinfectant with her, otherwise she wouldn't have gone to the toilet there. As we were leaving, an employee was taking care of the overfilled tray trolleys (entrance and exit area), and a cup with leftover ice cream fell down. He picked it up, but he skillfully ignored the residual muck of melted ice cream that fell out (very slippery)! We will not be visiting this Burger King again due to the above points.

Unhygienic and absolutely disgusting – this cannot go without consequences! Anyone who knows the Burger King branch in Öhringen knows that no card payment, long waiting times and unfriendly staff are the order of the day. Today, February 21st, we placed a large order at Burger King at 5:20 p.m. Unfortunately, we had to make an extremely unhygienic and disgusting discovery: we found hair in both Long Chicken BKS! In one there were two black hairs, in the other there was even a whole clump of hair - just disgusting! It can't be a coincidence that several hairs in both burgers obviously have a "right to exist", according to the motto more hair than sauce. Even if you work without a hairnet, this doesn't actually happen. With the first burger I thought it could happen, but the second one with the tuft of hair broke the mold! This makes me wonder whether the hair was placed intentionally. Something like this should never happen in a restaurant that works with food. We expect that those responsible will be held accountable and that appropriate consequences will follow. Hygiene should be the top priority - this is simply unacceptable! The vegan burger variants are really good. Payment at checkout is no longer possible. Ambience, well.

You order a burger with meat and a plant-based burger to take away. You drive home only to find that both burgers are in a plant-based foil only to realize that both burgers are made with meat! Sad, hire more competent staff. Because something like that really shouldn't be messed up!

By far the WORST Burger King branch I've ever been to! Card payment is not accepted! When the staff at the King JR Meal didn't even pack the drink and we came back to get it, he charged over €12 and added; “You ordered the King JR Meal without drinking and had to pay extra for the water,” my receipt even said Coca Cola Small even though I wanted water. In the end I got water in the conventional 0.3l cup and not the Vio water bottle which I paid for. When the staff prepared the cups for me, the lady even complained that he had already been working on my order for 15 minutes. Train your employees, both the waiters and the manager, otherwise you will lose even more customers. As long as it continues like this, I'll never come here again!

We were given a burger with meat even though we ordered plant based. Then we noticed that the kitchen service staff had to explain the difference between meat and plant-based burgers.

So I don't understand how a Burger King doesn't have money in the checkout on a Sunday that the employees say we need. You couldn't pay with a card either. Last but not least, we were given the wrong food.

When ordering to go, the straw is missing from the drink. In addition, instead of the cheesy bbq lover beef double, I was only packed with a cheesy bbq lover beef single. Impudence!

The food was okay, 1 big rösti and chili cheese fries, but the cheese sauce was rather carelessly slapped on and difficult to distribute. However, there was very little activity for a Friday evening, which made the whole experience quite relaxed.

Worst branch there is. Staff is just incompetent. Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with fast food. It's just not possible to get food quickly here. And despite the long waiting time, the order at the drive-thru is unfortunately incomplete! How can the store still survive there? It's always empty for a reason!

The staff here will take you for a fool! We came here specifically because of our voucher book. The voucher says 2:1, you get either the same expensive or cheaper MENU for free. The lady at the counter says you only get 2 identical menus for the voucher (what nonsense when it says you get the cheaper menu for free if the prices are different) and the manager even tries to tell you that you only get one burger and no menu. At the counter you are coldly ignored for 10 minutes. The lady (name Fiona on her sign) screams at her colleague, is overwhelmed and says she is going home. There aren't many people in the restaurant at the time. We went home without food, that's not possible!

When we asked, they said something wasn't available at Burger King, strange that the website says you get a squeeze or apples. The manager is called and he briefly even claims that you only get a burger for the voucher and no menu, but then gives in and says you should order at the panel because the lady at the checkout can apparently only do the billing. After I ordered the food at the panel, I was simply ignored by 2 employees at the checkout for over 10 minutes! The lady named Fiona is totally overwhelmed and shouts to the back that someone should be brought back from the break otherwise she will leave... At this point the restaurant is almost empty... We will NEVER come here again, we have never been treated so rudely at a Burger King!

Very rude staff and lack of cleanliness. It is obvious that Burger King is currently in crisis and is therefore making cuts to staff - but this is not a sustainable solution. Under these circumstances, it is only a matter of time before the branches close. In addition, paying by card was not possible. So we went to McDonald's, where it was much better, although I would have actually preferred to eat at Burger King.

One of the worst restaurants I have visited. A few weeks ago the drinks were non-carbonated. Staff asked about it but no response. There's just no point in filling up your drink with the same drink again. Now the second visit after a few weeks and the carbonation still doesn't work. Service again haphazard. I go to Burger King every now and then because I think the burgers are better than M*s. They are juicier and have more flavor. But fast food is something different 😅. I like the food to be fresh, and that's not always the case at Burger King. It's just a shame that you can only order from the machine (Corona feeling). This takes away a lot of the restaurant's charm and personality. And yet the employees still pull long faces. You seem unmotivated and bored. Nothing has changed except that you have to wait a really long time for your food (10 minutes) (2 customers in front of us with a menu each) and it is incredibly hot in there, which is hard to bear. Everything else is ok, except the heat thing is really unpleasant.
