You don't seem to be welcome here. Sanifär had a 1€ coupon, ordered it via the terminal and took it in cash so that you can use the coupon at the checkout. There was a card reader available. Had a discussion with the employee that it only seems to work with cash. The card reader seems to be just a decoration, the employee named Tyson complains loudly about me in the restaurant and blasphemes very loudly after I mentioned it and threatened me with violence. Cleanliness was almost non-existent, all the tables were full of crumbs and the prices were almost twice as expensive as at other Burger Kings No promotions and no coupons that you can redeem and the other internet reviews confirm my visit to the site. I'm sad either to fire the staff or to do the loading. I'll pass this behavior on to my boss and then we'll see what we can do with it

Very outdated shop that also lags behind in terms of quality. In the evening it seems gloomy and uninviting.

What can you say about fast food? You expect the food to come quickly. The two patties in the double wopper were dry, waiting time at least 10 minutes. All in all, well, but still better than next door.

Catastrophe. Avoid. The whooper had cold bacon and cheese. After paying attention, the burger was heated in the microwave and ended up with cooked lettuce and tomato. Very rude service. The Whooper sandwich itself was priced at EUR 10.89...

One of the BK branches that does not accept coupons, offers a reduced range and 1.5 times the prices and a paid toilet. Tip: There is a normal BK a few kilometers further in Ellhofen. 😉

Well, that was a failure! Firstly: The employees have probably never heard of friendliness - you almost feel like a troublemaker when you order here. Secondly, why are there coupons if they simply aren't accepted here? Maybe that could have made up for the poor service a bit... but nope, none of that. All in all: It was definitely my last visit here. Not recommended!

Unkept terrace, flower pots used as ashtrays. No card payment possible if you want to redeem the vouchers from the toilet. No choice of salad. Food very expensive. Not good value for money. No wooden forks available. Otherwise quite friendly staff.

Staff was friendly. The food is good, Burger King. Prices are brutally expensive and completely exorbitant. Coupons are not accepted.

A bit overwhelmed, as I rarely eat fast food, only when I'm on the go, was surprised by the size of the hamburgers and the prices. The size was almost halved, the prices increased 35%...that's not worth it in my opinion. It's better to take some peace and quiet and eat something sensibly.

Unfortunately, Corona has destroyed a lot, including a good kitchen in the rest stop. Only fast food is not enough for me. But you adapt to the level of many rest stops. We prefer to drive to truck stops.

No coupons, vouchers or anything similar are taken out of the app. You can also only order at the terminal, where older people have problems. In the serving area, the menu from a standard BK is shown, where the products are not sold in this restaurant. Instead, mega overpriced burgers (no original price) and not a large selection available. I then wanted to order a snack, but since the terminals were so full, I went to the checkout. The gentlemen at the checkout said you couldn't order here. So I went to the terminal (stood there for 20 minutes for free) and didn't find the snack I wanted at the terminal, but it was pictured at the checkout. Then I went back and the gentlemen at the checkout said they didn't offer that. What a FUCK!!! Then get rid of the advertising if you have your own prices anyway and only offer a fraction.

What a bad meal. The fries tasted of old grease and, like the burger, were cold, even though many orders had preceded them. Not recommended.

You can actually only advise against... Service (as is unfortunately the case with many BK, but especially here) completely overwhelmed, 2 of 5 ordering terminals broken, ordering at the checkout not possible, no vouchers are accepted. Sanifairbons only one per person and only AFTER ordering at the terminal, the money will be refunded in cash upon request. An unparalleled back and forth... And then in the end you pay 30 euros for two citizens' menus WITHOUT any extras. Crazy! And you can't even rate the BK online because there's no store number on the receipt.... Intentional?

I have rarely seen such a lousy store! The staff is brutally unfriendly, there is no atmosphere because the interior and exterior facilities seem to never be cleaned. Trays are standing around, you have to wipe the tables yourself because no one else feels addressed. If you can drive around the store, definitely do so! The only good thing is the view outside knowing that you can get real service somewhere else!

I paid for a Refil cup that I didn't receive, they don't know the difference between vanilla and strawberry, so instead of replacing it, they just poured strawberry into vanilla. Inappropriate and unprofessional approach of the staff.

I just ate here. Got two expired mayos. I then asked for new ones, got them, expired again. I then went back and only got an annoyed look in response. Throw me the ketchup instead. Really unfriendly!

Too few staff, therefore long waiting times, tables not wiped down. The person who came up with the idea that King Nuggets are now only available with ketchup or vegan mayo as a "sauce" and that we charge extra for all the clever sauces probably secretly works for McDonalds, where we will eat chicken nuggets in the future...

Mess and rudeness. The woman at the counter didn't want to take the order at the counter and sent me to the machine. The machine does not scan coupons and it is not possible to enter the code manually. Paid toilet.

The most ordinary Burger King in a parking lot in Germany. They are like this everywhere. Overpriced (regular cheeseburger 3 €), many people on weekends, few staff, long queue. Nothing new. I ordered through the terminal, paid by card, waited for the order for 5-7 minutes.

You couldn't get individual burgers, only menus.

Simply bad, 2 overwhelmed women at the counter, barely able to speak German. Ordering can only be done via the terminal and you can't order from the woman at the checkout? Why this? What's that supposed to mean?

Overall, it was rather positive, but the sanitary facilities (Servays) were in a terrible condition: dirty, without toilet paper, simply completely neglected, so that the good overall impression was gone.
