Unfortunately, Burger King doesn't accept coupons. At the same time, their prices have recently increased significantly. What a shame. Furthermore, the burger tasted absolutely terrible. I advise against eating there.

Vouchers not valid, far too expensive, staff chilling in the kitchen in civilian clothes, absolutely unhygienic. Please do not eat here.

Unfortunately, I discovered that some people, especially those who work in the service department at Burger King, do have stupid questions. I was at the terminal and couldn't find a menu anywhere. So I went to the employee and wanted to ask him something, but he immediately blocked me and said I could only order at the terminal. When I then said I simply had a question I'd like answered, even though he seemed stressed, I was allowed to ask my question. I got a rude response, and as I turned around and walked away, he sighed loudly and said, "Huh!" This man thinks he owns the world and that everyone should be grateful to be served by him. He's just playing tricks behind the counter and is his biggest fan. The food was like others have said, they said it was completely overpriced, and I absolutely didn't like it. Neither the tips nor the iced tea were enjoyable. So the man knows I'm talking about him, his name tag read: Armin It's nice to have fun at work, but you shouldn't forget that the customer should still be king. I advise against Rastatt because of this Burger King employee. I wish everyone else a safe journey to their destination.

Unfortunately, this isn't a good Burger King. The menu is very simplified and there aren't many options. Despite the small number of customers, the wait time was very long. An employee (estimated to be around 50 years old) responded to my inquiry in a very unfriendly and disrespectful manner. Although I had expressly placed my order for takeout (at the terminal), it was prepared for eating on site. Another employee pointed this out to her, saying, "He wanted it to go." She publicly retorted, "I don't give a damn." She then disrespectfully threw the paper bag at me and told me to pack it myself. When I did, she said, "Now I have to clean up after them." I then said, "Now I understand why there are so many bad reviews here." She then replied, "Then what do you want here?" According to the Google reviews of this branch, this seems to be a common occurrence. Additionally: The selection of plant-based products was very limited. Contrary to usual practice, coupons were not accepted. The prices for the meal were higher than at other branches. Even though I ordered large fries, I only received a small portion.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I ordered 20 nuggets. Unfortunately, we didn't eat them there, otherwise we would have complained. The nuggets tasted really old, and you could tell from their crispiness that they were crispy, old, and elastic. I really don't recommend them.

Typical Burger King, clean facilities and good food.

Not recommended. The food was cold and soggy, and 10 euros more expensive than in other restaurants. There was no ice cream, and the machine was already clean by 3 p.m. A real dump, to put it mildly.

We were there today. Friendly and attentive staff. I left my wallet at the counter, but they brought it back for me right away, and the people were great too. Thanks, keep up the good work.

What kind of rest stop is this?! The internet has wrong opening hours!!! Burger King closes at 9 p.m., but the internet says 10 p.m. And you can't get any coffee just before 9 p.m., and this is a rest stop. It would probably be better to just close the whole place forever. And I have no idea who's in charge of the restrooms, but there was a sausage lying in one of the toilets, like it was on a silver platter. Embarrassing and disgusting! And they charge a euro for it.

Charging €4.19 for a Chili Cheeseburger is outrageous. Everything seems to be 70% more expensive. You have to use the restrooms at the rest stop, and the coupons don't even count there. The place doesn't participate in the bonus program either. We drove 12 km further to the nearest Burger King with regular prices.

A miniature version of a Burger King... but okay, we were hungry, and the rest of the rest stop was either closed (Nordsee, Segways) or had some moldy bagels... so we went to BK after all. Disinterested staff, a laconic comment on the BK app: "We don't accept coupons here"... great! For two!!! Mini burgers (Chicken Crispy and Double Chili Cheese) on the menu - €25!!!! I can get a real burger at a steakhouse. Conclusion: outrageous prices, miniature burgers, and disinterested staff - go to the next rest stop!!!

Unfortunately, my experience at the Burger King in Wunersiedlung Ost was anything but positive. I couldn't try the food because they only accept debit card payments, and I didn't have my debit card with me. The employee was also unfriendly and didn't make a good impression. The atmosphere is just typical gas station charm. Overall, I can only give it one star.

Apparently recently renovated. The food was quick. The fries were fresh, and the burger was okay. Prices are highway prices; I don't know why that's so shocking to some people.

Walked in, went straight to the computer, ordered, 7 minutes later my double whopper meal was in front of me, tasted amazing, fries, hot as hell, ketchup and mayo on top, and off we went, the cheeseburger was also amazing, all in all, amazing, I'll stop here again

The food was nothing special. The service was a disaster. You were only allowed to order via the screen, even though there were plenty of staff on hand and nothing to do.

Quite an ok experience. The staff only called out the order numbers in German and seemed annoyed when people didn't understand what was being called out. Here they should have maybe said in English too since it's not just Germans who stop along the roads. The food came right away.

The fact that Burger King lends its name to this is questionable. Totally overpriced. A small meal with a chili cheese burger is €14.95, and the Big King XXL is even €17.95. No wonder the place is empty. I'd rather go to the next one. Absolute rip-off.

Coupons aren't accepted. You'll only find out at the counter. Only half of the self-service kiosks worked. No cash payments. A cheeseburger costs just under €4 – outrageous! The bin has the store's address on it, and the receipt has an address from Frankfurt Airport, which is strange. This Burger King is to be avoided, what a pity.

The worst Burger King I've ever visited. 1. Coupons via app are not accepted. 2. Prices significantly higher than normal. 3. Sanifair vouchers should be presented and scanned again when picked up after the scanning process. (Why do you have to scan them beforehand?) But if you throw away the receipts beforehand, it doesn't matter in the end and you'll still get the food. 4. Rude staff and bookings at the counter with cash are refused. 5. Choice of veggie food more limited than anywhere else.

There is no Turkish menu on the billboards

There is a big variety of food in the building which gives travellers a wider choice. There is a Nordic in the same building.

Not recommended...Bonus/app is not accepted...Insanely expensive...BigKing XXL as a menu 17Euro...Burger alone 12Euro...No thanks...
