It's absolutely outrageous to charge €1 for using the toilet when one is filthy and the other is completely full of water. There was also urine and toilet paper on the floor. The tap only produced a trickle of water. Completely unacceptable!

I can't forgive myself for the contribution. Compared to others, I'm resting, prices 100% higher. I don't understand. The desperate look of the employees that I even want anything. Tragedy. At least a star for a shower. 3 E's.

This place isn't open 24 hours a day, nor until 10 p.m. The burger place closes at 8 p.m., there's a bar, and the staff is very helpful. The restrooms inside the building are clean. The price of the coffee is excruciating.

Using this toilet costs €1. One toilet was smeared with brown scum inside. The next toilet had a brown stain all around the seat; I didn't even bother looking to see if it was from excrement or something else. The toilets are supposed to have automatic seat cleaning, but this wasn't working in the next toilet either. Only a trickle of water came out of one of the taps. Dear Serways service providers, if you're going to charge people €1, at least keep your facilities clean and tidy. This is unacceptable! The two stars are for the toilet paper, paper towels, and soap that were provided. Otherwise, it wouldn't have gotten any stars.

Currywurst with fries and a drink for €19.73 – that's extortionate in my opinion. At least it tasted okay.

I went here to take a bath, they charged me three euros, I went inside, cut my ponytail, started taking a bath and it was cold, then I put on my clothes and came upstairs, cassa lady said sorry, I will give you the money back, I said, there is more two showers, give me the key, I checked there for the key, I got the key with number three, there was also cold water,I came after taking a bath with cold water, bad bed service

Avoid if possible. By far the most disgusting rest stop I've ever seen. The toilets are clogged, covered in feces and vomit. The floor has even been flooded. The coffee machine at the gas station is filthy and often doesn't work; it stops brewing, but your money is gone. This has been going on for months. If I could give zero stars, or even - stars, I would definitely rate it differently.

The prices for coffee and pastries are significantly higher than at comparable rest stops.

When I simply asked on the phone if the shower was working, they just hung up without a word. Seriously, who hires employees like that? I just don't understand it.

A very bad experience – avoid! We stopped at this rest area restaurant as French people, simply thinking we'd have a nice break. When we ordered, no one warned us that card payments weren't accepted. We only discovered this at the checkout, which forced us to withdraw money from the ATM with a 10% surcharge. The end result was nearly €50 for 3 dishes and 1 drink (which absolutely didn't taste like a real Coke), whereas in another rest area of ​​the same brand, the same meal would have cost around €35! The cashier had calculated the total by hand, so we really felt like we'd been ripped off. The food was way too salty, and the staff were rude, with no smiles or effort to communicate (thankfully, a kind customer helped us translate). No apologies or understanding, despite the situation. In short: inconsistent prices, a cold welcome, mediocre service, and a complete lack of transparency. A disappointing experience that we wouldn't wish on anyone. It's best to move on and stop elsewhere.

Clean shower with a toilet inside. I don't care about the rest. I recommend it.

We wanted to get something to eat at 9:51 p.m. today, but the rest stop was closed. Is that possible at a motorway service station that says it's open 24 hours a day, on a Saturday night?

The rest stop closed at 1 a.m. I understand that you don't have to go all out on a Wednesday night. We only went out because my wife needed to go to the bathroom and—understandably—only uses Sanifair restrooms. It would be great if at least the restrooms were accessible via a separate entrance.

Definitely avoid this place if possible. At 8:55 PM, the hammer will drop, and there'll be nothing left to eat. I don't need a rest stop for that.

The shower is great but the price of coffee is a joke

A very clean, quiet, and peaceful autohof. Showers €3, toilets €1, Sanfair. Good coffee, expensive Burger King and Nordsee. Walking opportunities, beautiful green areas, courts, meadows, and forests. You can drive outside. I recommend it. One of the quietest and cleanest in Germany. I've added a photo of the shower. The service was very friendly.

Of the 10 women's restrooms, 7 were locked. Several had signs warning them that there was a problem that would be fixed shortly. But it didn't look like that. Two more were unusable (1 clogged, 1 not flushing properly). So only one toilet worked. That's unacceptable. Meanwhile, the restroom attendant was sitting outside playing on their phones. Then, following a warning, they went to check... The currywurst with fries was at least pretty good, though. 2 stars only with goodwill.

Serways always has the same 'mass-suitable' food, toilet okay, food underground

The restrooms are clean, and there's a good selection of food and drinks. The only thing that took a long time was the checkout process, due to a lack of staff. And if you order something at Nordsee, you have to pay at the service station's cash register. That's probably why it takes so long.

Supposedly open 24/7 supposedly from 6 am but here it's closed in the pisssdu I don't recommend it

Absolutely NOT recommended: Burger King closes at 9 p.m., the restrooms cost one euro and stink, and the vouchers aren't redeemable. The stairs outside are so dimly lit that I almost fell over: Germany is a service desert. In the Czech Republic, Italy, and Denmark, it's 100,000 times better!

By no means, the prices are completely outrageous, and a few kilometers away there's a truck stop that I would recommend. A currywurst for €10 and a pom-frit for €5 is almost overkill, and a coffee costs almost €5. You can do whatever you want, I've never been there since!

The food prices are overpriced. The charging stations don't have roofs. When it rains, you get completely wet. It's a shame they didn't think this through.

16 euros for a very bad currywurst with chips is only an example of the outrageous prices of this motorway service station. We ate McDonald's style fast food and paid what we would have paid in a regular Gasthaus. I understand prices on the motorway will be a bit higher, but this is totally out of proportion and downright dishonest. If Add to that the sullen service and I should give this zero stars.

Only 3 of 12 women's restrooms are in operation, and the rest still have the "Out of Service" signs posted in one of the recent reviews. The price for a small cappuccino is steep (€4.30), despite the €1 Sanifair voucher.

12 restrooms, including 1 staff restroom, 7 (!) broken restrooms! The outdoor area is completely unkempt and dirty. The worst rest stop I've ever been to. The charging station is okay, but impossible to charge with a trailer. Food: the usual chain restaurants.

Absolutely unfriendly staff at Burger King! Better avoid it and go to the nearest rest stop. It's expensive everywhere. But at least the employees there are friendlier.

The best parking lot we've had. Cafe, Burger King, shop, cafeteria, lots of tables + a rest area for children, clean toilet and shower (paid 1 € and 3 €), a room for mother and child, not far from the gas station. There is a parking lot for cars and trucks, a rest area for drivers. Clean. But on Monday at 15:00 all the places were already taken.

Absolutely not recommended. Trash cans were overflowing. Displays are dirty, four of the four women's restrooms were clogged, and the water or feces was rising up to the top. I had to use the men's restroom instead. Then I might as well go to a dirty rest area restroom, which at least would be free.

The rest stop, or rather the entire area (parking spaces), is dated and not very attractive, especially outside (e.g., signs covered with stickers), but the staff inside (especially at Burger King) are very friendly and helpful, and the restrooms are also OK. PS: In complete contrast to the west side opposite, there is NO service there, just an overpriced kiosk.

The snack bar seems to be under-used...as far as the food goes...the bratwurst sat on the grill for a long time and stayed in my stomach...greasy...would never order food there again...the employee was a bit rude and spoke broken German...hard to understand...

This is a great place to stop and take a break. There's also a self-service restaurant and restrooms. It's always busy!

A small bottle of water for almost 4 euros!!!, 4 of the sanifair toilets were broken, the cleaning in the others didn't work either, 2 of the 3 soap dispensers were empty, unfriendly staff, one cash register was occupied, meaning I had to wait in the coffee queue with my hot food until everyone had their coffee, never again.

There is an exit from the parking lot into the forest: mushrooms, strawberries, hazel, cherries, apples, and pears. Depending on the season, you pick what you can find.

Even though there's nothing going on, the tables aren't cleaned. The urinal stinks of urine... the overall impression is simply bad.

The shower is super 12 points out of 10! 3€, 3-cabins, shop 2.5 km. Clean and quiet.

At 7 p.m., just in time for dinner, there's nothing left to eat here. Burger King shuts down the terminals in the middle of the ordering process!

The worst Coffee Fellows ever! The staff at the counter were very unfriendly and insulting. Simply abysmal. This was our second time here and we will definitely not stop there next time.

Wednesday, 9:10 p.m. Wunnenstein rest stop: No chance of getting anything hot to eat. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 As I walk back to the car, I come across a few rats a few meters from the rest stop. Great service and very welcoming!

Shower 3€ WC 1€ so the norm. Everything clean and tidy. Parking is poor though. No screens or vegetation or embankment or anything, so the noise of the highway is terrible, especially in the evening. It fills up very quickly so I wouldn't count on places in the evening.

Actually nice, only the McDonald's is not OK! This was the third and last time we ate there and the fries were always cold, even though we were almost the only guests there!!! Plus, there are rats running around outside! They're always there! Unfortunately! 😞
