Burgerking is overpriced, unfriendly and doesn't accept vouchers! Warning, rip off!!

Everything is ok. Unfortunately there was hardly any water coming out of the taps and one soap was empty and the other dispenser was broken. The coffee from the machine in the gas station tastes good.

A coffee is extremely overpriced, but it only tastes like filter coffee that has already been brewed the second time. We also ordered a small cocoa (for an incredible €4.90). The lady was totally overwhelmed. She asked me if I wanted cream in my cocoa. I denied this. Afterwards I was asked a second time if I wanted a medium cocoa, even though I ordered a small one. She then presented me with the finished cocoa with cream. I then “complained” that I actually wanted without cream. The lady then argued with me that I had ordered with cream. When her colleague came over, she said loudly that she was really sweating and grabbed her armpits and then the coffee cup. Absolutely disgusting, just like the coffee 😖

Disaster!! No participating BK restaurant! Unfortunately, the coupons and many other burgers are not available here…

Very nice service, everything was very clean

We used the Sanifair changing room including a children's toilet. The room was very clean and really well equipped. Our baby was really excited to look at the dolphins on the wall while he was being changed. There's even a heater above. Meanwhile, our older daughter used the children's toilet. She was then able to wash her hands alone at the children's sink and she was also able to take out the paper towels at child height. Really great! Afterwards we got a snack at Burgerking. The only reason I'm deducting a star is that 2 of the 5 order terminals didn't work and you had to wait in line unnecessarily long to order an ice cream.

Despite the reported failure of my touch payment card, the cashier did not want to serve me and pay me in cash, thank you very much. Burger King

Servays toilet very clean. Croissants for 3.99 are quite expensive

Gladly again, we stopped here for a rest. Everything is under one roof, from burgers to souvenirs. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean and tidy impression. The Sanifair toilets in the basement are very modern and very clean. Gladly again.

Open 24 hours?? Absolutely not true. Wanted to order around 1855u; “we finish in 10 minutes”. That was really the last time that even as a truck driver I tried to order something. Fries+fish € 18?? Are you crazy? You will all be broke in a year. What incredible madness. As far as I'm concerned, Schliestvigr is always a priority.

Unfriendly and unhelpful employee at Burger King. At the checkout and the service from Nordsee didn't understand a word of German and English wasn't yours either... Not again...

We had breakfast there. Price and performance are okay. Due to the bridge construction over the highway, interesting views while you can eat. Toilets as usual, with the 1 euro system. Plumbing is good. Staff is friendly. Parking spaces are available nearby.

I wanted to change my baby, the room was locked, I went to the checkout and asked, the lady asked for either my cell phone, keys or €50 for the key. It was pouring rain. I think it's a disgrace to treat mothers like that, I'm extremely disappointed!! ! The next toilet was 20m further on and I could change my baby. I expect the staff to be trained accordingly; I cannot have to give personal belongings to someone else just so I can change my child's diaper

Catastrophe... totally filthy toilets... more brown than white... for both the women and the men... no children learn so quickly how to behave at rest stops... and they still want it have a euro... water comes out of the tap in drops... towels are non-existent... the tenant should go on them himself and then eat something with his hands... Magan intestinal infection guaranteed... meal

A facility we entered by chance on our route. It has a closed section with markets and cafes. The toilets are very clean. Very suitable for a short break.

Large parking lot, hardly any queues Unfortunately there is no 10% discount on drinks because of ADAC 5.09.24: Staff closed the cash register so that you should only order from the machine. Everything typed in - machine switched off and then out of service. Doesn't work at all...

At 7:30 p.m. everything is ready... North Sea, Burger King, Serways. Nothing warm to eat. Substandard!

The rest stop was generally fine. The existing staff (fast food etc.) were slightly overwhelmed, so there were long waiting times. Nevertheless, it is recommended for smaller breaks.

Yesterday in the restaurant, impossible prices. 2x coffee for 10.38€. This is probably just a rip-off. That was the first and the last time.

Amazing views for a Burger King

One star is still too many. I have rarely experienced such bad service and in the peak travel season the toilets/showers are dirty, the food is carelessly slammed onto the plate and has been lying in the warming display for ages and I don't even want to start with the prices, in short, the worst Rest stop I haven't seen in a long time

ONE star is already too many... I'm happy to pay if I can use a clean and well-maintained toilet. I also always give a tip for the local MA. Unfortunately yesterday it was dirty for the ladies and gentlemen, no toilet paper or paper for their hands. When asked upstairs at the coffee counter, the bearded MA gave the impolite, pat answer that the MA was on break. One euro is even too much for such a dirty, unkempt facility.

Toilets very dirty and clogged (men's toilet), no more towels and paying €1 for them - impossible! 🤮🤮

Went to dinner at the Wunnenstein Ost service area near North Sea today on Sunday at 4:15 p.m. I ordered a pollack fillet with parsley potatoes and tartar sauce. Plus a drink for a total of 17.04 euros. The potatoes were cold and swimming in oil, the fish was fried almost black on the outside and lukewarm on the inside. The food was so inedible!!! The manager could not be found.

I just say: espresso 3.70 euros

Warm demolition is the only thing that helps here. It's really unbelievable how run down everything is here. The unfriendliness of the employees no longer makes much of a difference.

Always when you have an “urgent need”. Completely closed 3 times, there were obviously people inside once - but the entrance was closed to us and many others. I rarely have reason to give so few stars, but here it's an absolute "must" so that people go straight to the next "rest" and don't end up standing in front of closed doors. What a shame!

Great rest stop..lots of choice..food and drink.. Unfortunately the toilets...bad...you paid 1 euro...BUT toilet paper was empty... Soap empty...hand paper empty...SO YES...

Welcome to the service desert of Germany. At 7:00 a.m. there was only one apprentice at the checkout. The staff was overwhelmed with the cash register system. This resulted in a long waiting time in front of the checkout. The shift manager only came out of her office briefly and insulted the waiting guests in an unfriendly manner. Then she disappeared back into the office. The teaching daughter calculated the prices using her private cell phone; card payments were not accepted. The choice of food is very limited, no warm food is available. The shift manager's recommendation was: "Go somewhere else if you don't like it here." I'll do that next time when I take a break on the motorway in the Heilbronn area. With the Sanifair toilets the deal was clean and hygienic toilets for a fee. All that's left of the deal at this rest stop is the payment.

Here the visitor is simply being exploited. €9.95 for a bratwurst roll, €3.99 for a 0.33 liter of water. That's just too expensive for me for mediocre food quality at a rest stop.

I usually stop there often. This time it wasn't so great. The Sanifair toilets - one of 4 was blocked, the other 3 were terrible! An appeal to all ladies: please leave the toilet clean!

Coffee Fellows it goes by the nose and not by order, so the employee who was preparing coffee ignored me and gave two customers the more colorful birds. When I asked, I was also insulted by the cashier. Sat July 13, 2024 around 3 p.m

Very expensive place. Burger King food tasted like it was made yesterday. 1€ for bathrooms... it was somewhat clean. Playground was nice though.

Burger King: Unfriendly staff and then coupons from the Burger King app are not accepted, so you basically pay twice as much. The air conditioning was also set to ice cold and it was completely drafty in the seating area. We're definitely not coming back.

Burger King or Mac Donald Food is a must at every rest stop without them, you can't go that far anymore, unfortunately it's the Amy food culture that's awesome??? everything is grubby people don't really feel like it but the prices are outrageous like everywhere else and Serway keep your comments to yourself I can't listen to the rubbish anymore

The prices are very high here. At 7:30 p.m. you have no chance of getting something warm to eat. It's not surprising that there were no guests present. I think 13.99 euros for a curry sausage that wasn't available anyway because the catering area was already closed was extremely excessive. Café Fellows was only staffed by one waitress.

The ladies and gentlemen in service should attend an etiquette school. I have rarely encountered such unfriendliness and sales resistance.

Unfortunately one star has to be given because no star is not possible. This review only refers to the toilet facility. Stopped on 6/14/24 on return journey. Paid 1€. Of three toilets, one was blocked and another had a broken sign. There was also no soap available. It's simply an impudence to ask for money for this!

General system criticism: washing your hands before eating costs money, handwashing basins outside the toilet area would be great...

One of EnBW's two charging stations was defective and the other could only deliver 50kw, of which only 30kw could be charged into the car. I then had to drive to the ionity charging stations and had to pay 57 cents The 1 euro Sanifair toilet was very poorly maintained. Unfortunately, the prices for anything are unreasonably high, despite the 1 euro coupon.

Another rest stop along the A7 motorway. Lots of space, good service, friendly staff, fresh meals, delicious coffee. The toilets are in clean condition!

Please avoid this rest stop!!! We were treated as serious criminals by the guard there! Just because my wife had to go to the toilet urgently and didn't have any cash with her, the card didn't work either (they probably don't accept credit cards from Switzerland). My wife then asked the cleaning lady (who didn't understand a word of German) what the problem was. When she couldn't take the pressure any longer, she left without paying. Shortly afterwards, when my wife came back up, we wanted to eat something with the children at Burger King. Unfortunately nothing happened, because the guard (or whatever he calls himself) ran over and didn't even want to discuss, exposed us as thieves in front of everyone, threatened to call the police, kicked us out and banned us from the house! Sorry but we would have spent at least 50 euros on food there but apparently the 1 euro is worth more to them.. I don't know that people can be so inhuman these days! We drive this route regularly and will avoid it in the future. No thanks!

So the toilet was clean. The catering doesn't fit at all. Burger King can either redeem Sanifair vouchers OR pay by card. Didn't have any cash, but then the Sanifair coupon was already redeemed. But I can now go to the toilet “for free”, but I still won’t get my euro back. It doesn't make any sense, it's very customer-unfriendly and the prices are more than expensive even for rest stops.

Ok, as comfortable as you can feel at a rest stop. There are some shaded parking spaces. Well located for dog owners.

More of the unkempt variety. Be careful, it closes early, get there in good time.
