Parking and charging ★★☆☆☆, one of the seven charging stations is working today. 8 km away, all Tesla charging stations also work for non-Tesla vehicles. Prices for food ★☆☆☆☆ — 8€ for a sandwich, 8€ for a coffee. Usury. Drive on, the detour to a bakery in the region takes less than 5 minutes and there you can get breakfast for two for €16 instead of a snack for one.

The Burger King is forgettable! The service? There is none. The ordering machines, super bad. And the employees…………

Not recommended for drivers who want to eat at Burger King after 5 p.m. or take a shower at 7 p.m. How do you close Burger King at 4:45 pm? How to use a boiler (if you have one)? The water wasn't really warm and I'll definitely only stop here if necessary or just take a break if necessary. NOT RECOMMENDED 🫤

Unfortunately the rest stop was closed after 11 p.m. in the evening.

At 9 p.m. on a Friday the rest stop was already closed, with no information anywhere. The toilets at the gas station were acceptable, but some of the hygiene facilities were broken.

Everything from the prices, the quality of the food and the cleanliness is just catastrophic. It's best to just avoid it.

No shower (really just no hot water)

It's a very expensive place, the cheapest drink here is 5 Euros, this is unfair and robbery. I think this place operates independently of Germany

Shower and toilet available and clean. They do not accept members of the BGL group. They charge for shower and toilet although it should be free for the BGL group.

The quality of the white ones were very poor and the staff didn't understand what you wanted. I can only warn you, just don't stop there.

Very bad and dirty showers. Hair and even blood everywhere. Plus it's cold (but that's what they said). This is really a disgrace. Don't drive here.

We were passing through. The worst rest stop in Germany. Paid 1 euro and not even toilet paper. Very, very unclean. The main thing is that there are lots of charging stations for electric cars... Poor Germany, take Switzerland or France as an example!! !!Even 1 star is definitely one too many.

Rats fly around the parking lot at night, people are afraid to get out of the car. Disgusting!!!🤮

This rest stop is really an imposition. The staff was unfriendly. The toilets smell terribly of urine and you pay a euro for that?! In addition, they weren't really clean, as you would expect from Serways. There were tons of rats running around in the parking lot. Somehow it fit with the overall picture.

On the road again, again SANIFAIR, again 1€ entrance fee, again no toilet paper in the toilet cubicle and in the washroom. Thank you for this "service"!!!

HORRIBLE! 😂 Almost all of the order terminals at BK were broken. So I had to go to the bistro. The saleswoman probably laughed/smiled for the last time in 1989. Sieh worked super slowly. A huge gathering of people arose. Many then simply left without ordering. The super expensive rolls were soggy and inedible for my grandma. I ate mine... €7.50 had to be used somehow. An animal also died. Absolute recommendation NOT to stop.

Very expensive! At the North Sea (there was no fish and only fish rolls on Thursday lunchtime) 2x currywurst with fries, 1 small. Cola and 1 kl. Sprite ordered - paid 34 euros Staff at Burger King: unfriendly. The ordering machine doesn't work, the Burger King waitress doesn't care. No disabled toilet I wouldn't stop anymore

Boy oh boy, boy boy, my face. Rarely seen or experienced anything like this. Sure, the guests are responsible for the condition of the toilets, but cleaning every now and then is nice if you spend 1€. Only hot water at the sinks, we warn you, but it was really hot! At BurgerKing, only the order is taken on the display, but then 50% of it shouldn't be defective or out of order. You could choose coffee, but later you were told there was no more. The large fries were a disgrace. We asked for the money back, they didn't have any. Had to borrow money from the coffee shop. Beautiful digital world, keep it up! At 9:59 p.m. it was said "We are closing, good bye" What the f.... I spare people photos, otherwise they'll throw up. Refueling and charging ok, nothing more.

Well suited for charging an electric vehicle

Scary in the evenings and weekends, completely parked with truck drivers, applies to all rest stops on the weekend for the poor drivers. Unfortunately the rest area is already closed, only the gas stations are still open

Prices completely exaggerated. I feel like I'm in Switzerland. Energy that costs 80 cents in the store is offered there for 6 euros including a deposit. That's simply over 600% markup. Laughable Toilets stink. Water only runs hot. Paper all. Burger King always had a long line because only one of the 4 screens worked. The rest was defective. Just close the building completely and make it a lost place. Never again

So the first Serway rest stop was really impossible, but this one was really underground. The price for a curry sausage with fries is 15 euros, Kids Box is 8 euros (for a few fries and two whole breaded chicken strips). Laughable... the toilet was dirty, the paper dispenser was empty, it smelled impossible and it wasn't any better outside . There was trash everywhere and the trees could use water. What's going on? It's better to pay attention to cleanliness and adjust the prices to the taste level and portion size. It's a shame that the 0 star category doesn't exist.

Burger King closed due to broken grill. Toilets closed because broken. It feels like this rest stop is just a broken waiting area

Simply: catastrophic In front of the building: all trash cans full Employees smoke in front of the building and then make the burgers... :-( In the building: toilets 40% dirty and disgusting... feces not flushed. Paper towels empty. Burger King: Poor quality - there's nothing more to say. We didn't read any reviews beforehand otherwise we wouldn't have driven to the rest stop. I had to leave a review so that the owner of the rest stop had a chance to intervene.

Stopover, rest. Nice staff. Everything very neat. BUT very expensive!!! After 1 coffee together, the two of you prefer to continue your journey.

My license plate was stolen while I was sleeping in the car under/in front of a streetlight. Due to a lack of camera surveillance and very unfriendly staff on the phone, it was a very expensive 3 hours.

Clean and orderly. Use of the toilet costs 1 euro.

I was just passing through there in the afternoon. Consumption: Ice cream and cola. You can not go wrong. Nice outdoor seating with a separate area for families with children. Lots of charging stations for my electric car. 8 Ionity, 300KW and 2 columns EnBW Hyper, but only 150 kW. My car can't do it anymore. My car is registered with EnBW Hyper. Plug in the plug, everything else happens automatically. Very pleasant.

Rest area reasonably clean. Unfortunately the espresso costs €3.70!!! a complete disaster. The tools (machine, beans, etc.) would be there, but no one is able to operate the part in a way that would even come close to justifying the price! This price can never be justified anyway!!

Rest area right on the highway with a gas station, Burger King, North Sea and a small shop. Building is a bit older. Fast charging points from EnBW and Ionity in the parking lot.

One charging station is broken, four of seven urinals are broken, and all restaurants are closed at 6:30 p.m. on weekdays. According to the (friendly) employee, this is due to management's austerity measures. Second star for the charging station with a sufficient number of columns. The rest doesn't deserve a star. I wouldn't expect any improvement due to the austerity measures. Addition: Rats regularly visit the parking lot.

Toilet not particularly clean but 1€!! I think the prices of the drinks are outrageous, as is the sandwiches. Greed comes through, that's not hospitality! If you halved the prices there would be more sales, but you would lose customers.

Large rest area with plenty of parking spaces and a Serways toilet. The rest stop is clean and offers several restaurants, such as Coffe Fellows, Nordsee and Burger King. However, Burger King is terribly bad and expensive!

Visit on March 18, 2024 around 11 a.m., men's toilet: 5 of the six toilets were closed. Of course there was a queue for one toilet; a guest then ducked into the women's restroom. He was right. In this one toilet I found a wet toilet seat. As we walked it was clear why: The glasses cleaning was defective: stopped cleaning halfway and went back to the starting position. Two (or three?) of the urinals were also covered. While buying coffee I find out: the shower is also closed.

At 8 p.m. forget about eating anything. Drama. The only positive word is about the lady who works there. Bulgarian, I think. Very nice and smiling. The rest is bottom and seaweed.

Unfortunately it was closed. Unfortunately there was no possibility to go to the disabled toilet. We had to keep driving.

Klidné a pohodové místo na zastávku s veškerým potřebným zázemím a příslušenstvím... Všude čisto a upraveno, obvykle vždy uklizeno... Personál slušný a zdvořilý, naprosto vstřícný a ochotný... Vřele všem doporučuji toto místo navštívit.. Bravo... 👍

That's really the last thing that's going to happen. I've never seen such lazy staff in a restaurant as I'll never enter this rest stop again, so the operators don't have to be surprised that no one wants to come and sit around with such unfriendly service and playing on the cell phone and making customers look stupid is very customer-friendly

Seit langem mal wieder auf einer Raststätte gehalten da durch die Bauernproteste ein abfahren von der Autobahn ein Risiko waren. Freundlichkeit war sehr gut aber Preis und Leistung passen nicht Kaffee 4,60€ und Currywurst mit Brötchen 9,45€, das ist einfach zu TEUER.

Entschuldigung, aber das Mädchen am Burger King Schalter hatte wohl keinen Bock

Toiletten waren sehr schmutzig. Der Geruch sehr unangenehm. Dafür wurde 1 Euro kassiert. Dieser wird erstattet beim Kauf von überteuerten Waren.

Also eine schlechtere Raststätte hab ich noch nie gesehen. Am Morgen 9 Uhr kaffe bestellt, Croissant erste Reaktion Augen verdreht. WC Pissoir 8 od. 9 davon 5 defekt? Anlage wirkt sehr trostlos. Schade

Eine Raststätte mit 4 oder 5 kleine Restaurants! Ich habe beim NORDSEE einen sehr guten gebackenen Fisch gegessen! Die Tische waren auch sauber und noch frei!

Altbacken Raststätte. Hier könnte man nochmal ein paar Euros in die Außenfassade investieren. Der Bereich Burger King war nicht so prickelnd. Sauberkeit ging noch so, aber man konnte nur am Terminal bestellen und dann an der Kasse abholen, obwohl mehrere Personen im Dienst waren. Wir waren nicht die Einzigen die das wunderte. Offiziell war per Schild die Kasse geschlossen. Kaltgetränke musste man dann zentral in der Raststätte am Kiosk abholen. Kaffee bekommt man aber vor Ort. Als wir gehen wollten, bestellte dann doch jemand direkt an der Kasse - seltsam.

Autobahnraststätte - schön, sauber. Was soll man erwarten.
