Super clean McDonald's, very nice service, great indoor play options.

Very well maintained and toilets very clean. Nice play area for the children.

There is a Fishburger - which I think is a big plus compared to Polish Mc's

The fries were tasteless, dry and leaking old oil. Inedible. The burger was weak and my stomach upset an hour after eating it. I don't recommend it.

Located on the A9 Coswig exit, very easy to reach. Indoor and outdoor playgrounds. Carefully and freshly prepared food and very fair service. Outstanding cleanliness.

Pretty much the best McDonald's we've eaten at in the last decade. Very nice atmosphere with great designer chairs. Burgers were perfectly topped and nice and fresh and warm. There is also a very nice and clean play room for the little ones. Dessert and coffee rounded off this perfect fast food experience. Is noted for the next transit.

I loved that the staff gave my baby a little balloon. It's the small things that matter and a reason why I'm Loving it for more than 30 years. Good location. Friendly staff.

The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly and quickly brought the food I ordered from the machine to my seat. The toilets are also clean and hygiene products are available (soap/towels). You could enjoy your meal here in a relaxed manner.

Do you actually know what you are doing to someone who is lactose intolerant if the café latte is not made with lactose-free milk as requested?

Caramel Macchiato without caramel topping as offered and shown in the pictures. When asked politely, I was quickly told off that there was caramel in the bottom...luckily there was a spoon to stir it around. Kindness will probably be there for Santa Claus tomorrow. It's nice when the employees don't even know their own products and illustrations 🤢

The McDonalds is easily accessible from the highway & very clean, the food is tasty and the staff is friendly. You can see the sunset from the parking lot.

Sunday 1:30 p.m. The McDonald's is full. A huge traffic jam in front of the goods issue. The restaurant itself isn't really full, there are plenty of seats, it's just not moving along. A sign indicates that you can get various things cheaper for reviews, even with 5 stars. But there is nothing 5 stars here! After 28 minutes the orders arrive. Cleanliness not really good, you really don't have to come back here.

Way too long waiting time. But perhaps it was tolerated by the children's soccer group and the Bundeswehr soldiers who were there at the same time as my visit. Otherwise, a McDonald's like any other.

What's noticeable here right from the front door is the cleanliness. The dining room, the play tower and the toilets - everything was sparkling clean. The staff were consistently friendly and served us very quickly.

If we order food to take away from you and e.g. Unfortunately, if half of a Happy Meal is missing, that's not okay. Even if you are a little overworked, this shouldn't happen. I am very disappointed about this.

This is the cleanest and freshest McDonalds I have ever been to. The toilets were super clean: flush-free urinals, faucets with motion sensors, soap available and paper towels. The floor wasn't sticky. The toilets are also spacious enough. The food was fresh for the whole family. It was brought to the table and everything was right. Keep it up! *****

Very full... still not a long wait... but all the sauces were forgotten. Of course it can happen... it's not a big deal... but at the counter you expect at least a small apology... and no annoyed behavior.

I have no complaints about this McDonalds. We're here on a Saturday afternoon - the toilets are clean, the tray carts are emptied regularly and the burgers and fries are well prepared. In general it is a modern restaurant. We are here with children and the play areas outside and inside are great and in tact! A great stop on our way to the Baltic Sea :)

We had very bad experiences when we booked a children's birthday party for the first time, which was then forgotten to enter and so of course nothing was prepared. Then they quickly covered it up Nothing was done with the children as it says on the internet, everything takes 90 minutes and nothing comes back

To be honest, you can only eat there after the late shift between 10pm and 11pm as the food is fresh and still nice and hot. Been there several times a day and somehow everything was always lame :(

There wasn't much going on early in the morning, but it still took a while until coffee and breakfast were ready. But the service was nice and friendly. The environment was a bit cold due to the air conditioning

One of the best McDonald's I've been to so far. Everything fresh, everything clean, everyone friendly.

Mostly very dirty, tables are rarely wiped down, anyone who goes here often knows what I'm talking about. Food is ok except that the burgers often look like a battlefield.

This McDonald's is actually just like other McDonald's restaurants. With one difference: Here you try to buy good reviews by promising the customer discounted ice cream, fries or something similar after 5 stars. See photo.

Very poor food quality. Excessive prices. This is the fourth time Mc Drive has received the wrong order. Not recommended, then rather go to Burgerking in Milldensee

So I can't confirm the bad reviews, we were at this Mc's 2 days ago, yes, ok, maybe the clearing van was a bit full but the restaurant was mostly clean, the toilets were also ok... should it really have been that bad with the cleanliness , then at least they changed something... Service was quick and friendly... Order was correct... we didn't notice any serious defects!!!

For us French, there is much more choice than in France, so Mc Do in Germany is much better

Never been to such a good McDonalds. Even though it was packed (Sunday, end of vacation), I got my food in McDrive within 1 minute. Capable, friendly staff, great organization! Gladly again!

Difficulties in communication when taking the order because there was no German employee. Ultimately, something was missing. Sat outdoors. Never again. Tables were all completely stuck and totally smeared. The tray cart was overflowing with garbage that was already lying next to it. One car was unusable because only the housing was standing. There was paper lying around on the floor. We will avoid this Mc.

Why do I have to do the employee's job at McDonald's?

It's a McDonald's. The culinary variety is limited to the typical fast food dishes in the McDonald's standard. This branch is sufficiently large and sufficiently clean. The service is good and you are greeted nicely.

Apparently there is no air conditioning here, it was terribly warm inside. The tables outside were very dirty. Even early in the morning there were still ketchup residues and drink stains on the tables.

You can walk past the smelly garbage containers if you want to go in. Inside and outside: everything is dirty, tables aren't even wiped down, some of the food is cold, and the paid toilets are a horror. Some doors don't close, soap was empty, toilet paper in the individual towel dispenser, a smell and dirt! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

You order large fries but you get small fries. For the umpteenth time. The bag is always half empty.😖

Went here for breakfast today, waited 30 minutes for the food and then it was luke warm...that's really bad advertising for McDonalds...there are certainly enough employees but unfortunately too slow...no apology or anything like that... Too bad!!!

The dirtiest McDonald's we've ever seen. Since the weather was nice, we sat outside, the tables and chairs were completely dirty and there was trash everywhere on the floor. When a waitress came out we thought he was cleaning now but that was probably nothing, he just picked up the full tablets. We definitely won't be coming here again.

Unfortunately, McCafe is served in a disposable paper cup instead of the appropriate porcelain cup. Preparation also amateurish.

The worst McDonald's we've ever seen. First we had 28 minutes!! Wait for our food, then not everything came. The missing wrap was brought 5 minutes later. So a total of 33 minutes. No apology, compensation or anything like that from the employees. We didn't get the coffee in glasses, but in cups, and the coffee cream was missing; we had to get it ourselves from the McCafé area. Spider had also made himself comfortable on the glass pane, exactly where we were sitting; he had probably lived there for a long time. Dirt collects in the corners of the floors. The toilets were also a disgrace, I've never seen such dirty toilets at a McDonalds in the morning, and there was no paper to dry myself with. The air conditioning is set too cold and I had to go back into the car to get my vest so that I could even sit inside when the outside temperature was 27 degrees.

We were very satisfied. Breakfast was really very good. Best coffee on the long car ride.

We dined here as a family while on vacation. Unfortunately we lost our cell phone. We visited the employees more often and spoke to them. Some of them didn't speak German, so I started discussing in English. They said there was no cell phone. After we managed to locate the phone and were back at McDonalds, our cell phone was brought to us. But this only happened when we thought we heard the phone ringing in the back of the kitchen. I quote: “We have work to do.” Of these 20 employees, not a single one could help us, even though your doorbell rang constantly. The food was so well. The fries were limp and cold and the burgers weren't really wrapped either. Drinks tasted more like water than soft drinks. It was also rather disgusting in the toilets. There were no soap dispensers. Ordering from the machine only worked half the time as it kept getting stuck.

After years, another attempt at eating a McRib. Apparently it's smaller, but it's more expensive and you still can't eat it without getting your hands dirty. McDonald's remains what it is - an expensive diner with good tasting, low quality food and working customers.

Everyone wants to get to the ordering part, analogue is also possible and much faster!

It's a great mcdonald's, and I enjoyed the new food compared back home for me. The food was good and fresh. Waffle fries were crispy and fresh. The strawberry cake was awesome and not too sweet.

As has been described many times, the staff doesn't seem to be well trained or don't feel like it. A customer was charged in front of us, MA'in then runs away and then leaves us standing there. No “sorry, we’ll move on straight away”, nothing. Another employee took pity. Order paid and went looking for a table. There were plenty of empty tables, but the cleanliness of them defied description. It has to be said that the place wasn't even close to full. Instead of begging for 5 stars in the Donald competition (a sign put up next to the coffee bar), you should clean the tables with a bucket and a rag. It's a shame, the store looks better from the outside.

Very dirty, although few customers but lots of staff. Every table was really dirty, as were the toilets and the garbage cart was overflowing. Staff preferred to look around the area.

Like everything McDonald's decorated and plenty of parking available. Order only via the terminal. There were enough staff there, but unfortunately everyone still waited a long time. Numbers were rarely called because it depended on who spoke. So one woman just kept waving the piece of paper with the number. Maybe first learn or use it somewhere else. We finally had our food and wanted to go to the car when we noticed something was missing. Nice service accepted the complaint and I had to wait again. Just work better together and things will get better.

I was in a hurry and didn't get around to checking. Had ordered a menu. 1. Coupons could not be redeemed. 2. As I said, ordered the menu and forgot the fries. So I paid almost €12 for a burger + drink, when I noticed it it was too late. You can't always control everyone, if it had been busy and stressful I would have understood it, it would have been stupid but I would have understood it, but it wasn't. It's just annoying.

The cheeseburgers weren't even lukewarm, the tray trolleys were full, a urinal in the toilet was broken and the soap dispenser was empty.

Some employees should be able to communicate with customers more clearly in terms of language.

Stopped there late in the evening last week to take some food home. It took forever, only one person in service, but others were standing at the front just chatting. Then I would have ordered at the table and paid with a card. There was only 1 man in front of me and a young couple with 3 children behind me, but it took so long. Then I would have a place where I could see the preparation. No gloves on, touched everything with my fingers and then onto the burgers. I won't get food there anymore.

Hi, food tastes good as always, but we were missing 6 nuggets. We were a little disappointed, maybe. Is there a way to maybe find a way to settle the error with a voucher or a refund?
