Very poor food quality. Excessive prices. This is the fourth time Mc Drive has received the wrong order. Not recommended, then rather go to Burgerking in Milldensee

So I can't confirm the bad reviews, we were at this Mc's 2 days ago, yes, ok, maybe the clearing van was a bit full but the restaurant was mostly clean, the toilets were also ok... should it really have been that bad with the cleanliness , then at least they changed something... Service was quick and friendly... Order was correct... we didn't notice any serious defects!!!

For us French, there is much more choice than in France, so Mc Do in Germany is much better

Never been to such a good McDonalds. Even though it was packed (Sunday, end of vacation), I got my food in McDrive within 1 minute. Capable, friendly staff, great organization! Gladly again!

Service and ambience are always very good at McDonald's! Unfortunately, the pattis always taste more like leftover meat stuck together than like healthy, fresh beef or pork! Please work on it! Daughter would like to come to you (The playground, MC Donald's Coswig) is great!

Why do I have to do the employee's job at McDonald's?

Apparently there is no air conditioning here, it was terribly warm inside. The tables outside were very dirty. Even early in the morning there were still ketchup residues and drink stains on the tables.

It's a McDonald's. The culinary variety is limited to the typical fast food dishes in the McDonald's standard. This branch is sufficiently large and sufficiently clean. The service is good and you are greeted nicely.

Everything was great, gladly again.

You order large fries but you get small fries. For the umpteenth time. The bag is always half empty.😖

You can walk past the smelly garbage containers if you want to go in. Inside and outside: everything is dirty, tables aren't even wiped down, some of the food is cold, and the paid toilets are a horror. Some doors don't close, soap was empty, toilet paper in the individual towel dispenser, a smell and dirt! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

For 2 Mc Muffin you have to wait 20 minutes even though it's not busy

Went here for breakfast today, waited 30 minutes for the food and then it was luke warm...that's really bad advertising for McDonalds...there are certainly enough employees but unfortunately too slow...no apology or anything like that... Too bad!!!

The dirtiest McDonald's we've ever seen. Since the weather was nice, we sat outside, the tables and chairs were completely dirty and there was trash everywhere on the floor. When a waitress came out we thought he was cleaning now but that was probably nothing, he just picked up the full tablets. We definitely won't be coming here again.

Unfortunately, McCafe is served in a disposable paper cup instead of the appropriate porcelain cup. Preparation also amateurish.

The worst McDonald's we've ever seen. First we had 28 minutes!! Wait for our food, then not everything came. The missing wrap was brought 5 minutes later. So a total of 33 minutes. No apology, compensation or anything like that from the employees. We didn't get the coffee in glasses, but in cups, and the coffee cream was missing; we had to get it ourselves from the McCafé area. Spider had also made himself comfortable on the glass pane, exactly where we were sitting; he had probably lived there for a long time. Dirt collects in the corners of the floors. The toilets were also a disgrace, I've never seen such dirty toilets at a McDonalds in the morning, and there was no paper to dry myself with. The air conditioning is set too cold and I had to go back into the car to get my vest so that I could even sit inside when the outside temperature was 27 degrees.

We were very satisfied. Breakfast was really very good. Best coffee on the long car ride.

One of the screens you use didn't work and the food came a little slowly and was stuck to the packaging. But it tasted super duper and didn't cost much 😁

We dined here as a family while on vacation. Unfortunately we lost our cell phone. We visited the employees more often and spoke to them. Some of them didn't speak German, so I started discussing in English. They said there was no cell phone. After we managed to locate the phone and were back at McDonalds, our cell phone was brought to us. But this only happened when we thought we heard the phone ringing in the back of the kitchen. I quote: “We have work to do.” Of these 20 employees, not a single one could help us, even though your doorbell rang constantly. The food was so well. The fries were limp and cold and the burgers weren't really wrapped either. Drinks tasted more like water than soft drinks. It was also rather disgusting in the toilets. There were no soap dispensers. Ordering from the machine only worked half the time as it kept getting stuck.

After years, another attempt at eating a McRib. Apparently it's smaller, but it's more expensive and you still can't eat it without getting your hands dirty. McDonald's remains what it is - an expensive diner with good tasting, low quality food and working customers.

Everyone wants to get to the ordering part, analogue is also possible and much faster!

It's a great mcdonald's, and I enjoyed the new food compared back home for me. The food was good and fresh. Waffle fries were crispy and fresh. The strawberry cake was awesome and not too sweet.

As has been described many times, the staff doesn't seem to be well trained or don't feel like it. A customer was charged in front of us, MA'in then runs away and then leaves us standing there. No “sorry, we’ll move on straight away”, nothing. Another employee took pity. Order paid and went looking for a table. There were plenty of empty tables, but the cleanliness of them defied description. It has to be said that the place wasn't even close to full. Instead of begging for 5 stars in the Donald competition (a sign put up next to the coffee bar), you should clean the tables with a bucket and a rag. It's a shame, the store looks better from the outside.

Like everything McDonald's decorated and plenty of parking available. Order only via the terminal. There were enough staff there, but unfortunately everyone still waited a long time. Numbers were rarely called because it depended on who spoke. So one woman just kept waving the piece of paper with the number. Maybe first learn or use it somewhere else. We finally had our food and wanted to go to the car when we noticed something was missing. Nice service accepted the complaint and I had to wait again. Just work better together and things will get better.

I was in a hurry and didn't get around to checking. Had ordered a menu. 1. Coupons could not be redeemed. 2. As I said, ordered the menu and forgot the fries. So I paid almost €12 for a burger + drink, when I noticed it it was too late. You can't always control everyone, if it had been busy and stressful I would have understood it, it would have been stupid but I would have understood it, but it wasn't. It's just annoying.

The cheeseburgers weren't even lukewarm, the tray trolleys were full, a urinal in the toilet was broken and the soap dispenser was empty.

Stopped there late in the evening last week to take some food home. It took forever, only one person in service, but others were standing at the front just chatting. Then I would have ordered at the table and paid with a card. There was only 1 man in front of me and a young couple with 3 children behind me, but it took so long. Then I would have a place where I could see the preparation. No gloves on, touched everything with my fingers and then onto the burgers. I won't get food there anymore.

A McDonald's like any other. The staff was nice. Food came quickly.

The order took a while but was really hot and fresh. The staff also seemed happy and made a few jokes behind the counter, which was reflected in the relaxed atmosphere. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service here.

The employees were very friendly and helpful, but they were quite overwhelmed when it came to clearing up and emptying the tablet carts. The location of the restaurant near the highway with a gas station is great.

On May 18, 2024 at 9:45 a.m. on a trip to the Harz, we wanted to enjoy a quick breakfast here. When you entered the McDonald's seemed clean and normally attended. Placed an order for 4 people at the terminal, selected table service and sat down. So far so good! Then the disaster slowly began! After about 15 minutes, the family at the next table became restless because they had already been waiting 45 minutes for their order (there were almost no guests). After 30 minutes we also became restless because several customers who had arrived late were already being served. Customers who were also not served complained in the meantime and, after waiting around an hour, demanded a refund, which was only granted with great difficulty. After I politely asked whether the order was still being processed (it was already half an hour after breakfast time), the lady at the counter was a bit annoyed. Her colleague replied snidely “too few staff on the morning shift” (6 people noted). The other employee said “the orders first go to the kitchen and are processed there”. Thanks for the answers, but off topic! Finally, a guest and I gave our receipts to the lady at the drive-thru and it was discovered that the orders were no longer in the system... So, we would probably still be sitting there today waiting for the food. Finally, the receipt was processed by the shift manager with the result: wrong drinks, missing patties in the burger, wrong burger, requests not taken into account! Short and sweet: No structure, no team, staff seemed unqualified, staff didn't feel like working, unfriendly, unsuitable, overwhelmed, employees ignored instructions from shift management... Anyone who wants to be entertained can and should stop here. If you want to go to McDonals to eat something and use the service, this is the wrong place. Better to avoid Dessau Ost!!

It's Pentecost a lot of people stop at MC Donald's and then we have the salad. Totally underrated, the three of them should run the place. Waiting forever for the food... where is the fault, definitely not the customers. A pity

Absolutely top. We ordered 5 burgers, fries and nuggets and everything was freshly prepared and not slapped down carelessly as is often the case. The food still came promptly and from friendly staff. The restaurant was clean, which is unfortunately not standard today. Therefore absolutely deserved 5 stars today.

It wasn't that crowded... the food was ok, the kids enjoyed it.

Modernly furnished, the round counter really makes a difference and this makes this McDonald's stand out from many others. The tray storage system is also modern and very clever. The best McDonald's far and wide, unfortunately no one in Berlin thinks that far ahead.

This evening I was very disappointed with the food from McDonald's in Coswig because the burger patty was simply forgotten and I only noticed it at home. Really a shame and a bitter disappointment.

You definitely can't accidentally fall asleep here - it's far too loud for that and that's not the fault of the guests. It's also a shame that I was allowed to eat my milkshake with a spoon "for the sake of the environment" (quote from the employee) instead of enjoying it with a straw. Fortunately, there are alternatives.

The kitchen is well staffed - but there are longer waiting times, but the coordination of the employees doesn't work completely smoothly, everything seems very clean, some discounted offers on Google reviews.

A nice and very warm McDonald's on the A9. I like coming here. There is delicious food and friendly staff. Sometimes it's stressful and chaotic when it's full. What the hell. There's no point in getting excited anyway.
