Als zahlender Kunde für die Toilette zahlen zu müssen ist einfach nur dreist.

Der einzige Grund, warum ich dorthin gehe, ist die Lage, aber die Umgebung ist nicht freundlich, und einige der Angestellten sind nicht einladend.

McDonald’s im Hamburger Stadtzentrum Das McDonald’s im Hamburger Stadtzentrum ist ein sehr schönes, sauberes und praktisches Restaurant. Es liegt zentral und ist leicht zu erreichen. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist groß und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Ort für eine schnelle Mahlzeit während einer Stadterkundung.

Toilettenfrau versucht Kunden aggressiv 50 Cent für Toilettennutzung abzunehmen. Natürlich nur Cash ohne Beleg. Klar Strafbar und Steuerhinterziehung! Meldung beim Ordnungsamt und Finanzamt wurde gemacht. Vielleicht wird dieser mcdonald's mal wieder kundenorientierter und unterstützt nicht so etwas in den eigenen 4 Wänden.

Sehr nettes kleines McDonalds. Unten und oben kann man auch sitzen. Personal wie immer nett und freundlich. Sehr viel los,da es Bus Zob ist. Leider drum herum Junkies, Alkoholiker und Bettler. Sehr dreckig draußen. Die Toiletten sind sehr sauber und wird auch immer kontrolliert, da Personal immer vor Ort ist. Es lohnt sich dafür dann auch zu bezahlen. Also nicht abschrecken lassen was draußen los ist,tut dem Personal und den Bürgern kein Abbruch.

Mein Burger hatte nicht mal Käse, obwohl ich einen Cheeseburger bestellt und ausdrücklich gesagt hatte, dass ich keine Gurken möchte, weil ich allergisch bin – und schau, was sie mir gegeben haben!

Das Essen, wie es für diese Art von Bar typisch ist, unterscheidet sich in nichts von dem in anderen McDonald’s-Filialen. Meine Aufmerksamkeit erregte eine Person, die am Eingang zur Toilette stand und einem regelrecht das Geld aus der Hand riss, damit man es nicht in den Automaten warf, der die Tür zur Toilette öffnet, sondern damit das Geld in seine eigene Tasche floss. Wahrscheinlich handelte es sich um einen Mitarbeiter des Reinigungspersonals. Er war wütend auf uns, als er das Geld nicht von uns bekam, sondern wir es in den Automaten warfen. Meine Enkelin hatte Angst, denn wie es bei Kindern so ist, wollte sie das Geld selbst einwerfen, und dieser Typ zerrte an ihrer Hand, um ihr das Geld zu entreißen. Es ist schrecklich, was dort vor sich geht, denn der Ort ist ohnehin nicht gerade einladend, wenn man die dort bettelnden Obdachlosen und Drogenabhängigen bedenkt, und sogar in der Bar kann man solche unangenehmen Erfahrungen machen. Ein anderes Mal, als meine Tochter dort war, beobachtete sie dasselbe Verhalten, nur dass es diesmal eine Frau war, die dieselben Taktiken anwandte

Eine Toilette mit Drehkreuz, in einem Restaurant - kann man sich nicht ausdenken! Während die Dame vorne sitzt und kassiert, sind die Toiletten total schmutzig und verdreckt. wofür man dann auch noch bezahlen muss, finde ich abscheulich

Ich habe mir gerade einen Eiskaffee bei McDonald's geholt, der war mit Karamellsoße vollgestopft – viel zu süß. Ich hatte einen Eiskaffee bestellt und stattdessen leider eine Tasse Zucker bekommen…

Ambiente und Gäste entsprechend dem Hauptbahnhof gegenüber....

Waren heute dort und wollte ein Menü haben. Die Frau andere Kasse hat gesagt das Menü gibt es bei ihr im Tablett nicht nur auf den großen Bildschirmen, nach mehreren hin und her kam denn der Manager den wir die Situation erklärt haben und auf Unverständnis bekommen haben. Seine Aussage:“sie müsse nicht wissen was für Sachen sie auf ihrem Tablett hat“(die frau wurde nicht ausgebildet um vorne an der Kasse zu stehen, noch schwieriger da die Dame auch nicht dolle deutsch kann) wir kommen nicht aus Hamburg waren nur zu Besuch da und der Tag wurde uns von den Mitarbeitern des McDonald’s versaut. Wir hatten dann auch keine Lust mehr da zu essen und sind zu burger King gegangen.

Mir persönlich hat es nicht gefallen. Ich kann einen Besuch nicht empfehlen.

Es gibt viele Obdachlose in der Gegend, aber das Personal ist super nett.

Es war nicht nur eine der schlimmsten Erfahrungen, sondern die schlimmste, die ich je gemacht habe, und ich kann es immer noch nicht fassen. Der Service war für nur drei Kleinigkeiten extrem langsam. Meine Rufnummer wurde einfach durchgeklickt, was mich sehr verwirrte. Als Fast-Food-Mitarbeiter weiß ich, dass sie versuchen, die Servicegeschwindigkeit in ihrem System zu verbessern, aber das hat kaum etwas gebracht. Die Angestellten schienen die Lebensmittelhygiene nicht ernst zu nehmen und wirkten unfreundlich. Die scharfen Käse-Nuggets waren eiskalt. Als ich mein Essen bekam, war aus irgendeinem Grund ein zusätzlicher Kaffee dabei – ohne Zucker und Rührstab. Ich fragte danach und bekam nur den Zucker. Wie soll ich den denn umrühren? Der Kaffee war sowieso furchtbar. Und fangt bloß nicht vom Essen an … es war einfach nur grauenhaft. Ich hatte einen McRib und einen Caesar Wrap bestellt, und oh je, es hat nicht nur widerlich geschmeckt, als ob da irgendwelches undefinierbares Fleisch drin wäre, ich musste mich auf dem Heimweg auch noch viermal übergeben, und ich bin eigentlich gar nicht reisekrank. Meine Kotztüte war so voll wie mein Magen. All dieses Elend für 15 Euro! Ich wünschte, ich könnte null Sterne geben, denn ich glaube nicht, dass irgendjemand diesen Schrott umsonst essen will. Nie wieder!

Riesiges Obdachlosenproblem. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten kamen etwa 3 Obdachlose herein, bettelten alle um Geld an und durchwühlten den Müll.

Das Essen ist gut, aber der Service ist extrem langsam. Die Angestellten bewegen sich hier so langsam, dass man kaum einen Schritt vor dem anderen machen kann. Die Gegend ist nicht gerade einladend; überall wimmelt es von Obdachlosen, also Vorsicht.

Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Wozu die App und ein Bestellsystem, wenn bestellte Sachen nicht vorrätig sind? Wieso wird einfach ein Ersatz eingepackt ohne den Kunden darauf hinzuweisen? Das ist vor allem bei Aktionsprodukten ärgerlich. Dann sollte die Auswahl abgeschafft und mit "Überaschung" beworben werden.... McRib war auch schon mal leckerer und ansprechender....

In Anbetracht der Lage von McDonald's und der Umgebung war ich mit meinem Besuch recht zufrieden, allerdings muss ich zugeben, dass ich nur einen Blueberry Red Bull getrunken habe.

Soner war einfach so unglaublich nett und geduldig mit den Kunden. Wo jedes andere Lokal die Leute um kurz vor Schluss rausschmeissen würde, hat das Personal hier noch so lange wie möglich Essen herausgegeben und war überaus zuvorkommend dabei. ☺️☺️☺️

Ich würde diesen McDonalds als die bessere aber kleinere Version des Hauptbahnhof McDonalds nennen. Viel ruhiger in den meisten Fällen und das Essen kommt auch oft schneller und in einer besseren Qualität.. Leider ist der obere Bereich immer gesperrt, Gründe dafür kenne ich nicht aber dies finde ich eben etwas schade. Steckdosen habe ich jetzt auch nicht gesehen, vielleicht ja im oberen Bereich aber naja... Dieser hier ist definitiv mehr zu empfehlen als der McDonalds im Hbf!

Sehr guter McDonald's, nehme ihn als Alternative zum Mc's im Hauptbahnhof. Sehr nettes Personal und das Essen ist relativ schnell fertig. Wenn man aufs Klo will und Essen bestellt hat, einfach an der Kasse nach einem Chip für die Toilette fragen.

Der Doppel-Cheeseburger ist eher mittelmäßig 🍔 Allerdings muss ich die Sauberkeit des Lokals erwähnen, die an so belebten Orten wie Bahnhöfen/Busbahnhöfen normalerweise schwer aufrechtzuerhalten ist 🚌

Hier ist eine sachliche, ehrliche und gut formulierte Bewertung: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Das Essen war wie bei McDonald’s üblich – Standard, aber völlig in Ordnung. Die Filiale selbst wirkte auf mich allerdings nicht besonders einladend. Zudem schienen die Mitarbeiter sehr gestresst zu sein und waren leider nicht wirklich freundlich. Nachdem wir zunächst vergessen wurden, hat es am Ende dann doch noch geklappt. Man bekommt hier, was man erwartet – allerdings wäre eine angenehmere Atmosphäre und ein etwas entspannterer Service wünschenswert.

Es war eines der chaotischsten McDonald's-Restaurants, in denen ich je war, aber es hat mir auf meiner FlixBus-Reise von Kopenhagen nach Amsterdam den Tag gerettet. Überall Tauben und Bettler an der Haltestelle. Die Angestellten waren auch nicht gerade begeistert, mich zu bedienen, aber letztendlich ging alles gut.

Ein extrem „abgeranzter“ Laden - die moderne Glasfassade von außen trügt leider. Es ist dreckig. Während meines Besuchs (Samstag, 27. Dezember 22:30) war eine Security-Person in Dienst, die sehr unfreundlich war und gegenüber einigen Kunden ausfallend/beleidigend geworden ist. All das, während zur selben Zeit Obdachlose im Restaurant toleriert werden?? Dass besagte Person während seines kompletten Fehlverhaltens mit einer der Polizei stark ähnelnden blau-gelben Uniform bekleidet war, hat meinem Besuch eher einen Horror-Charakter verliehen. Die Bedienung war bemüht, zumindest mir gegenüber freundlich zu sein. Wiederkommen werde ich nicht - es sei denn mein Leben wird so derart einfältig, dass ich diese hochspannende Unterhaltung nochmals erleben möchte….

Vielleicht hatte ich Glück, aber mein Essen war gut. Die Toilette kostete 0,50 Euro, aber das war in Ordnung, sie war wenigstens sauber genug, und ich konnte sie wenigstens benutzen, da es die einzige Toilette im ganzen Bahnhof war.

Beim mc donalds im Hauptbahnhof Hamburg kann man kaum Coupons einlösen. Hat 5 Minuten weiter in dem McD Adenaueraller toll geklappt. Schnell und korrekt. Das Essen muss man natürlich mögen

Ein zweistöckiges McDonalds mit, zumindest bei unserem Besuch, sehr schneller Bedienung. Pommes heiß, Burger war auch noch mehr als lauwarm & beim Essen kann man auf die unten haltenden & abfahren den Busse herunterschauen. Für Businteressierte ein schöner Platz zum Essen. 😉

A typical McDonald's restaurant. Our order was ready quickly and tasted as expected. I like that security patrols the restaurant, as there are a lot of homeless people at the central bus station. There are deductions for having to pay extra for the restroom even if you've bought something.

Even for customers, the toilet costs money. This is outrageous.

We know that fast food isn't Michelin-starred cuisine, but we can still expect the food to be prepared properly. The chicken nuggets in my wrap were half-raw inside, absolutely disgusting to bite into. That shouldn't be happening. Given all the negative reviews, I'm amazed management hasn't intervened yet. It doesn't deserve a single star.

The food was whatever you’d expect from a McDonald’s. The lady cleaning the bathrooms however pretends cleaning the front of the toilets so she can take the 50c for herself what you would need to drop in the automat. But the inside of the toilets were disgusting and not clean at all. Maybe she should spend more time cleaning the toilet and less time stealing money.

This place is a complete joke. It's located at a bus station where many people arrive with luggage, 80% of the seats are upstairs, and there's no elevator or table service. The employees are rude and some don't speak German. On top of that, they work very slowly and without motivation. As a customer, you also have to pay for the restrooms. Overall, this is a place that should close.

I ate at this McDonald's at the central bus station today and won't be going back anytime soon. The staff were friendly, and I didn't have to wait long. However, I think an MCS without working Wi-Fi, power outlets, or restrooms is pointless. Personally, I look for a McDonald's when traveling for exactly these three reasons 😅 You're only allowed to stay there for 15 minutes after eating. A fourth reason MCS is usually used.

HORRIBLE! The table service doesn't bring your order; you have to pick it up yourself, despite the sign. An Arabic-speaking couple was sitting next to us, and they were changing their diapers in the restaurant right next to us. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The burger had a burnt patty, the fries had a weird taste, there was a hair in the muffin and it was dry, they even managed to ruin the cola, and it was practically still with melted ice. The floors are so dirty that your shoes stick. It's much better to go to the mac near train station in Kyiv than to this.

My wrap smelled weird, and the pancakes were 100% spoiled! They tasted fishy/like old egg, and I immediately spat them out. And as much as I feel sorry for the homeless and understand... the smell in the restaurant is unbearable. Something should be done about it. The service was okay.

I wonder why I have to pay €0.50 to use the restroom in a restaurant when I eat there. That doesn't exist here in Hesse. Only after an endless discussion did I finally get free use of the restroom. I ate a Junior Cone and a Royal Cheese hamburger. The fries were cold. There were hardly any free seats, so I wondered why the seating area upstairs was blocked off. The tables weren't cleared or wiped down. While passing through, I found the atmosphere generally unpleasant, and the service no better. Sad. It's a shame that there are such differences between the individual restaurants. McDonald's didn't live up to its name here.

Homeless people and beggars are constantly coming in...it's no fun eating there...and you're constantly worried about your belongings...and it's really sad, I have a heart for it...no one wants to be disturbed or constantly harassed because they have to donate something!!! We visited this establishment today. The workers are untidy, they work without gloves, they touch glasses with their hands in the place where you drink. I ordered icecream, went to Check out because I was going to pay in Cash. The Manager refused to give icecream and lied about they don’t have icecream. She was super rude and she gave the same product 1 minute after she refused.

There were only three employees visible. Apparently people save money here and little emphasis is placed on hygiene. The health department should investigate this.

Super nice employees, the service was super good, the food was super good

Unfortunately one of the worse McDonald's, which is partly due to the unpleasant crowd. However, the quality of the food is not always consistent, so overall I much prefer other McDonald's

I pass by here almost every time I'm in Hamburg. The McNuggets are to die for! And the employees are always friendly and accommodating. Perfect for a quick and tasty snack, always a treat. Absolutely recommended

The place is saturated with unsanitary conditions, dirt and birds flying through this dining room. Full of bad smelling homeless people. The coffee is probably the worst in the world. The food falls apart in your hands. I don't recommend it
