Good but they charge you to enter the bathroom!!! As if paying for our consumption wasn't worth it...

Absolute freedom, I go to the toilet and you have to pay €0.50 which you can have as a voucher added to your order. But the cleaning lady tries to take it from you in a relaxed manner and put it in her own pocket. Perplexed as you are, you give it away and wouldn't get it back. I insisted and that's the only reason I got him back. She already had 20-50 vouchers in her cup, so it seems to be working. The person at the checkout doesn't really understand what you want. We waited an awfully long time for our order, there were almost no people, 2 women couldn’t collect my order for 15 minutes, I don’t recommend it

Homeless people are milling about in front of the store. Food ok. The floor is sticky from something you eat or drink.

The toilets are absolutely disgusting. You have to pay money for this and then you won't even get the voucher redeemed.

No internet, no laptop-chargers, no free toilet, beggars, second floor is closed. This is not a good mcdonalds. Barely clean as well. Many people sit there without ordering, cause they wait for their bus. Use it only for pick-up.

A non-employee sits on the toilet and extorts money from everyone to use the toilet. He will kick you out even if you are a customer 😡 But the employee at the pickup point is very nice and helpful ☺️

The food is as usual, the service seems to be quick, but the atmosphere certainly could have been better. These stinking homeless people, drug addicts and drunkards at the station spoil the whole picture. It’s not pleasant to be there at all in the evening.

It's a very impressive feat to deliver such a poor experience. It really feels like the store has a checklist for making everything as bad and unpleasant as possible. The entire store is extremely dirty and the tables are almost never cleaned (especially on the second floor). The staff is incredibly rude and when ordering, additional options like “no onions” are just a decorative element because they don't even pay attention to it. The only good thing is the homeless people who harass you while you eat. It has nothing to do with the store per se, but it's a nice little extra that once again confirms the quality of the entire store. If someone is masochistically inclined, then this shop is a clear 5 star recommendation from me. (I kindly didn't add any pictures as I don't want others to see them)

Unbearable. Seat cushions are extensively damaged. Tables and chairs were dripping with grease. The floor is slippery. The toilets are dirty. The faucet must be pressed continuously to get water. If you consider that employees use the same toilets, it makes sense that no one washes their hands. 6€ for a dried rag of burger. The McChicken was a disaster.

If you eat here you'll get hit on at least three times. If the security isn't discussing life with the toilet staff, he also intervenes. But there are better McDonald's.

Very bad here. Toilets have to be paid extra because of the junkies in the area. There are plenty of these in the branch, so visiting with children is really scary and everything is very dirty and there are always long queues. All of this is certainly due to the location, the central bus station is really an eyesore in Hamburg.

We really liked the McDonald's restaurant at ZOB Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. Every now and then there is stress here at the central bus station or when people ask if you have change, which I find is quite annoying because you are busy with yourself and want to eat something. This time I took a menu royal with cheese. Which almost slipped out of my hand.

My friends and I were eating at McDonald's and I wanted to go to the bathroom. That's not my problem but when I found it dirty I told the man standing there in the bathroom, he took the brush I had been cleaning with (Kaka) and cleaned the top of the place where we were sitting. It's not pretty and was made even dirtier by the cocoa residue.

We went to get some breakfast. Outside I see a homeless man/junkie being given a baggie of something. Proceeds to head into the mcdonalds to bother customers and ask for money. Asking for money was not the most evil thing, but he asked for my burger and already put his hand on it. I have never seen this before. This mcdonalds is at a sketchy bus station, so watch out.

Fries in the curly fries, onions on the double cheeseburger, unfriendly employees, junkies/alcoholics (but that's normal).

Basically it's a normal McDonald's. Unfortunately I got a spoiled milkshake, that can happen but the employees couldn't understand me (none of the 3). They just gave me another bad shake even though I said it didn't help. Then I had a coke...

I pre-ordered here in the app, but still had to wait for my order on site, it wasn't that much faster. I ordered something on site to test and it was there before the products I ordered in the app. Food is good, the new Mc Crispy Chicken tastes good. Ich finde die Ausländer, die hier arbeiten sehr fassungslos und finde es sehr frech wie die die Gäste behandeln. Sowas sollte man nicht in einem loblem McDonalds sehen bzw vertreten, da die zu weniger Kundschaft führt und unzufriedenheit !!!

A nicely tidy McDonald's. I felt very safe in the evening for a McDonald's near the main station/bus station because there was security in the building. The food was tasty and prepared quickly.

I have often ordered from Lieferando here. Everything was fine until now. Delivery within 15 minutes and the food was even warm. Today everything turned out completely differently. I ordered: two cheeseburgers, curry fries, nine nuggets and a Fanta. I received two cheeseburgers, fries (which were ice cold), Fanta (which was in the oven rather than refrigerated), Neuner Nuggets (the packaging was so trashed that it looked like an elephant had sat on it). as far as everything is acceptable. Can happen. However, both a chicken burger and a royal cheese were included, which definitely didn't fit in for me. That's what I call food waste. Especially since these products that were not ordered are now missing from someone else's delivery. I feel like I'm making a slight fool of myself.

When asked to receive two fresh hot or warm cheeseburgers, the employee expressed his displeasure by moaning loudly. When I asked what the nice employee's name was, I received a rude answer.

This McDonalds is right on the premises of the Hamburg ZOB. There is now even a permanent security company in the store because there were too many homeless people and dealers around the store. You can sit below and above. For the most part, the food is always made fresh.

Ich war morgens zum Frühstück da, in Hamburg beim Zob, und es ist nicht wirklich angenehm wenn nebenan an den Tischen schlafende Junkies liegen, und vom Personal weder beachtet noch heraus befördert werden

17 Chicken Nuggets statt 20, Apfeltasche vergessen, 2 Saucen vergessen

Der Typ Vorarbeiter an der Kasse Inder oder Pakistaner, der zuständige Mitarbeiter wollte das Geld nicht tippen . Ich bestellte 3 Sous und er verlangte 1,50 von mir, ohne einen Kassenbon vorzulegen. Er hat die Kasse mit sein Vorarbeiter Karte ohne zu tippen geöffnet. Ich habe auch höflich nach Bon gefragt und ein Diebstahl verhindert. 08.01.2024 Um 18:21. Ich finde es schade, wie kann man sowas machen.

"Es ist kein McDonald's mehr, jetzt ist es ein McCafé, und ich muss sagen, dass die Verkäufer die schlechtesten sind, abgesehen davon, dass sie sehr unfreundlich sind. Ich habe das Menü bestellt, das nicht einmal einen Preis auf dem Bildschirm hat. Als sie es mir gaben, bemerkte ich, dass ich den Keks oder den Saft, der dort stand, nicht hatte. Ich sagte ihr, dass ich dasselbe haben wollte, das auf dem Bildschirm war, und sie gab mir, was sie wollte. Als Verkäuferin hätte sie mich fragen sollen, ob ich es mit Saft und Keks möchte, auch wenn es mehr kostet, da es nicht auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt wurde. Am Ende hat mir niemand gesagt, dass sie mir den Keks oder den Saft geben können, aber ich müsste ein wenig mehr bezahlen. Nicht einmal das konnten sie sagen.

+ve: Right next to the ZOB bus station. Decent place to sit while waiting for your bus. -ve: Cappuccino here doesn't taste like a Cappuccino at all. The chocolate cake is too sweet.

The general restaurant was fine but the toilets are straight out of hell. 50cent price are fine, they are even vouchers, but the cleaning lady straight up grabbed the voucher out of my hand. But even worse the toilets were all dirty despite her being there, pee everywhere and the basin was full of beard trimmings. What the... McDonald's.

Ich wollte entspannt frühstücken,jedoch wird dies durch eine überfüllten und dadurch stressiger Essbereich verhindert. Dass obwohl der gesamte obere Bereich zur Verfügung steht aber abgesperrt ist. Dem Nach vom Betreiber dieses MC D nicht wirklich gewollt. Evtl. Kann der Betreiber es sich auf Grund der Lage erlauben, nicht allen Kunden Essen nach des Franchise Konzept zu bieten..... Leider..... Personal welches ich gebeten hatte den Bereich zu öffnen mit dem Hinweis der Essbereich Situation, bekam ich den die Information dass der Bereich erst ab 11 Uhr geöffnet wird. Essen ist Note 2

A szokásos McDonald's hangulat, ételek. Ahhoz képest, hogy egy buszpályaudvar nem kellett sokat várni a megrendelt ételekre. Jó az emeleti rész, nyugodt kis különálló ülőhelyek vannak.

Ich bin kein Freund von McDonalds, war nur als Begleitung dort. Der Kaffee war okay, immerhin gibt es jetzt auch "richtiges" Geschirr trotzdem wird dort noch tonnenweise unnötiger Müll produziert.

Mała restauracja przy centralnym dworcu autobusowym. Dobra lokalizacja. Wszystko ok.

We waited here at late hours for our bus. The upstairs were closed, so we had to sit down ( yes, because security). Everything was dirty, pieces of food on the tables. I never seen that dirty McDonald in my country tbh. To be fair, its more like a problem of place, not the staff. The whole bus station doesn't feel safe, lot of weird people, drugs and homeless.

Bus stations are always a sketchy place to hang out at, especially at night! But it felt really safe here. They have a great manager who instantly kicks out any beggers or homeless people who botherany clients, give that man a raise! Food is just like any other in McDonald's, so nothing new there.

Der Service und das Essen bei McD sind gleichmäßig Fastfood. Der Standort nagt aber doch sehr an dem Ambiente.

El sitio no era muy acogedor. Al estar al lado de la estación de bus hay mucha gente entrando y saliendo. Cobraban por ir al baño. No me pusieron servilletas.

Musste dringend meinen Zug bekommen aber wollte auch etwas zum Abendbrot essen - am Tresen gefragt ob sie es zeitlich schaffen & mein Essen war innerhalb von 3 (!) Minuten fertig, trotz extra wünsche bei den beiden Cheese Burgern. Pommes waren auch etwas Warm und die Burger ebenso. Die Qualität war so wie immer. Das sind die Gründe weshalb ich mich für MC Donalds entscheide und ich wurde definitiv nicht enttäuscht. Vielen Dank!

Wenn ich mich für McDonalds rntscheide,gehe ich immer dort,weil ich schon so an dieser Plstz gewöhnt habe. Die Lage ist sehr gut,nicht so viel laufen von U Bahn und die Wartezeit ist relstiv kurz,was mir sehr gefällt

Ein ganz großes Lob, an die Kassenkraft! Eine junge Mutter kam mit ihren beiden Kindern an den Tresen. Sie sah etwas mitgenommen aus und bat in gebrochenem Deutsch um Wasser. Pflichtbewusst wies die Kassiererin auf das Menü und Sortiment hin. Die Mutter schwieg etwas. Die Kassenkraft fragte, ob es denn für die Kinder ist. Die Mutter nickte. Ohne zu zögern drehte sie sich um und zapfte zwei Getränke für die Kinder ab. Kostenlos! Eine kleine, aber wundervolle Geste.

Ist leider nicht meine Gegend. Es ist furchtbar was aus diesem Stadtteil geworden ist.
