Went there for a quick coffee. Went to the bathroom to change diaper to my daughter, paid 0.50€ for entrance to the bathroom and there wasn t a changing table. Didn t get my money back. 0/10

Overall, our visit to McDonald's was satisfactory – the food was fresh and of the usual high quality. Unfortunately, the experience was somewhat marred by organizational deficiencies: There were hardly any seats available in the dining area, even though the upstairs area of ​​the restaurant remained closed. It was particularly incomprehensible that the security staff present there apparently used this area for a break while guests were not allowed access. We visited this establishment today. The workers are untidy, they work without gloves, they touch glasses with their hands in the place where you drink. I tried an MC Plant today and last week: Positive: It's great that there are vegan options at all! Homeless people who walk through the store and ask the customers for money then go to the trash, get something out of there and then they sit at your table and the service doesn't matter. This restaurant is located in the ZOB (Zentraler Omnibus Bahnhof) opposite Hamburg Central Station. I find the design to be very simple. There are seats on the 1st floor and on the ground floor. The prices are above average: Brownie with medium coffee latte and an espresso cost around €9. Access to the toilet is free for paying guests of the restaurant. The difficulty with access is that a metal turnstile blocks access. Access can only be achieved after paying €0.50. If you ask the toilet attendant there to allow the paying guest to pass through the turnstile without paying into the machine, then she won't understand because of her lack of language skills. That's why we contacted the McDonald's employee, who then granted access. Unfortunately the water for the sink didn't work. The supervisor then turned on the stopcock under the sink and the water ran. Unfortunately, there are also people in the restaurant who don't want to eat or drink here. We really liked the McDonald's restaurant at ZOB Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. Every now and then there is stress here at the central bus station or when people ask if you have change, which I find is quite annoying because you are busy with yourself and want to eat something. This time I took a menu royal with cheese. Which almost slipped out of my hand.

My friends and I were eating at McDonald's and I wanted to go to the bathroom. That's not my problem but when I found it dirty I told the man standing there in the bathroom, he took the brush I had been cleaning with (Kaka) and cleaned the top of the place where we were sitting.
